If you struggle with body issues, self -confidence, stress management, losing weight or stress eating then this podcast is for you. My name is Kiara Johnson and I want to support you on your journey to becoming your own best friend by helping you to let go of unwanted negative emotions that are holding you back and to stop sabotaging your own self-confidence.
