A Los Angeles councilman stumbles through the Pledge of Allegiance

"Misleading. A longtime California Democratic lawmaker badly bungled the pledge of allegiance during a Los Angeles City Council meeting on Tuesday. Morning, he was asked to lead the Pledge of Allegiance. And here is L. A City council member, Kevin Daily on a pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States America. Invincible. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. Oh, boy. Witches stands one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Live. That's how we ended that that's Kevin Daily own. No one even jumped into like, help save them. This is a guy who ran for the United States Senate in California, and he doesn't know the pledge of allegiance. He's now sitting on the City Council. Right. Wow. Yeah. That was awkward. Awkward is a soft way of putting. It did to think that our elected officials can't recite the pledge of Allegiance. Where school Children? Well, I don't even know if they do it anymore. Oh, I think they do. I've been in schools for presentations, and they've done the pledge of allegiance when I was there. Mm. Okay. Just thought we'd bring that out for you.

"90 High hard radio station. On guard Fox News. I'm Mary Corsetti. US. Defense officials say they're worried about an insider attack from service members involved in securing President elect Joe Biden's inauguration, prompting the FBI to vet all 25,000 National Guard troops coming into Washington for the event. Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy told The Associated Press on Sunday that officials are conscious of the potential threat and warned commanders to be on the lookout for any problems within their ranks. So far, however, he and other leaders say they have seen no end. Evidence of any threats boxes. Matt Finn has more as they gear up for Biden's inauguration this week. The National Guard C and local police are still here from our observation, it seems like law enforcement outnumbered the protesters here and Lansing, the capital, now quiet. There's a very large fence that surrounded the actual Capitol building, perhaps limiting anyone from storming it, But we did not see anything near that. No violence there. Earlier today, about four men with long guns that identified his boogaloo boys said they're here because they're fed up with government overreach and well. Warned that there could be violence and eventually a civil war. If things continue, as is what they did not make any direct threats and across the country capital cities are bracing for pro president Trump protests. Windows boarded up. National Guard troops deployed plus vice President elect Kamila Harris will resign her Senate seat on Monday, two days before she and President elect Joe Biden are inaugurated. Aides to the California Democrat confirmed the timing and say Governor Gavin Newsom is aware of her decision that clears the way for Newsom to appoint fellow Democrat Alex Padilla now, California said. Material state to serve the final two years of Harrison's term. Meanwhile, Vice President Mike Pence, making one of his final stops as VP at Fort Drum in New York Sunday to express his gratitude to the troops on behalf of your commander in chief, and every American. Thank you for your service, and second lady Karen Pence, telling the troops that she was honored to be there for their last trip as vice president and second lady of the United States. How COVID-19 has changed shopper behaviour

"Equity research committed. I'm trying to understand this to the increases in Cove it positive testing rates in United States America across the country, including hospitalizations. The very late two people shopping less or just changing how they shop. Shopping left for sure. Thanks for having me. Fantastic. Have you let's build on that. Then Camilla waited, They shot less. In store today is Black. Friday here in the U. S. And Covad 19 is completely challenging traditional holiday calendar. I think we're gonna be seeing very few shopaholics trending on Twitter campaign outside of Wal Mart or Target or bust by today. And That very muted outlook we have on black Friday, which traditionally has been one of the biggest holiday shopping days of the year, has to do a fear of covert 19 and daily cases. Reaching new daily highs. In fact, the survey in October found That a little over 10% of consumers said that they were very likely to shop in stores on Black Friday. So Camilla, the medium on the medium of which people choose. The sharp is clearly shifting away from bricks and mortar towards e commerce. That's been clear for years and accelerated through this pandemic. When I say where were they shop less? I'm trying to understand. What will people spend money on Home Depot in the home improvement channel? That is just being absolutely massive through this year. Is that what you see continued strength into 2021, even with the vaccine. Absolutely. When we look at the survey data, we've seen elevated interest for home decker and home furnishings, which doesn't come to us a surprise given that with covert 19 cocooning People are taking on more at home living projects, but also the data that we looked that has shown that gift card that clothing and accessories will continue to be popular categories this holiday season. Wow, clothing Finally, because everyone seems to been pretty doom and gloom on that one, commander. I'm a sucker for an experiential present. You know, you name it, Cook recalls some sort of cocktail making thing in people doing that. I mean, we've seen a B and B managed to pivot into that sort of element of things. But I feel the experiential is gonna be foot coming off the gas. What we're seeing. This is specifically with the higher income. Demographic and why we have a forecast for the holiday season season of a case shaped economic recovery is that higher income individuals which have seen Master restoration of jobs and higher income growth there, actually Distinct spend away from pandemic. Reliant services like travel like entertainment liked experiences, and that spend is actually shifting into retail this holiday season. So our holiday outlook, which is that retail sales for the month of November and December will be flat year over year coming in at $1.5. Trillion. It's really reliant on how much these higher income individuals splurge this holiday season. SK shaped economy is so important to us on the unequal nature of which this rebound is occurring, who benefits by the fact that there are fortunately, middle high income brackets were able to spend on a on a piece of jewelry rather than high end luxury travel. Bond, who doesn't who loses out by the fact that those are now who can manage to get back to work at the moment, are unable to buy for their Children in the way that he usually would Under retailer and we did a digital traffic analysis. It's an analysis that we run every year to forecaster, winners and losers and the reason why we look at digital traffic. Because we see a direct positive correlation between digital traffic it in store traffic. And we saw growing momentum. Luxury brands like Tiffany's entering this holiday season, and then one name that we called out in terms of our top five winners was Williams Sonoma, which is a digital first home furnishing retailer. Specifically targeted to a higher income demographic and then in terms of losers. I think it comes more on the lower income consumer end because We think that this group of people is are very likely to embrace frugality this holiday season As fiscal stimulus starts to run low, there are estimates step approximately 12 million workers. Are facing a jobless benefit Cliff on December 26. We appreciate your time this morning. Ready to have you had a wonderful Thanksgiving chameleonic Chesky there of CFR A on retail in America. You know, Joe Biden loses Camelot losers, all of them. But, you know, Michael, I want to. I want to jump in. I want to get to those Newt Gingrich thing. I want to make sure that we get now Newt Gingrich appeared on the Fox News channel as he often does, I think hey, lives in Rome. Callisto. Gingrich is the ambassador U S ambassador to the Vatican and there is a new appears often on on the radio and on television from Rome. And the wonderful ambassador's residence there at the Vatican. Newt Gingrich. This's from real clear politics. Newt Gingrich, confused after Fox host asked him not to talk about George Soros, Newt says. Gives her boat using a little German language. Fox News host Harris Faulkner asked Newt Newt Gingrich to discuss conspiracy theories about international financier George Soros and his role. And funding left wing political groups, leaving the former House speaker confused on Wednesday afternoon. This story is not really a good writer on the story. I don't like the way this story's written because that's not really That's not really how it went. I want to play the audio for you of the episode and let you listen to it because it is a It was a weird moment. It really was a strange moment. Fox News. Let's go to a different story. Fox News shuts down Newt Gingrich for linking George Soros too violent protests. That is a much better headline and more accurate former GOP congressmen He was speaker of the house. Thank you very much. Everybody is mentally impaired. Newsweek magazine was cut off by a Fox news panel after linking George Soros, too. The instances of violence that have happened at Black lives matter. Protests because we call them riots is what we call them. And chief up burned, loot murder riots. Gingrich was talking on a segment focused on the cost of damage caused by some violent protest, which, according to Fox News has meant more than one billion Dollars has been paid in insurance claims. That's according to the insurance industry, not Fox News. Newsweek magazine really doesn't exist. None of these places. They claimed that the number one problem in cities like Portland on New York and around the country of Seen protests against police brutality. Really, it's against police. There's number against police brutality early on in this specific instance with Derek Calvin on DH George Floyd. But the panel and Harris partner normally pretty evenhanded and pretty pretty steady as she goes, But just listen to what happened here because Melissa Francis was there, and I think that this Marie Harf Democrat person Was there as well. And Newt made a point that anybody who pays attention knows to be true. And it got weird. Fast. It went like this the number one problem in almost all these cities. Is George Soros elected left wing anti police, pro criminal district attorneys who refused to be keep people locked up. Just yesterday. They put somebody back on their feet Who's wanted for different murders in New York City? You cannot solve this problem on both. And by have talked very proudly about what they call progressive. Mr Return its progressiveness attorneys are anti police pro criminal and overwhelmingly elected with George sources, Money. And they're a major cause of the violence we're seeing is they keep putting the violent criminals back on the street. I'm not sure we need to bring George I was going to get the last word he paid for it. Why can't we discuss the fact that millions of dollars that doesn't need to be a part of this conversation? Marie her, okay? So it's all right. But now there was a delay. So everybody was delayed. Marie Harf has an Obama administration official. Lies lies for a living on ballistic. Frances was on little house on the prairie when she was a little girl that she's a smart woman. I'm not sure we need to bring. This was really just a demonstration of their ignorance. I don't I don't know if this is a vast left wing conspiracy. But they they're afraid they'd been frightened. They've been intimidated by the left and the New York Times calls you an anti Semite. The big Anti Semites of The New York Times call you an anti Semite. If you mention George Soros, his name. The effect is that George Soros through his open world society and a variety of organizations that he funds Have funded local races, including in Virginia, Alexandria, Virginia. They fund local district attorney and prosecutors races they they fund secretary of State races around the country and they install radicals. And this is the woman in ST Louis, who came out against the The McCloskey's the couple that defended their home when the violent mob pour down their gate came across their property. And threatened them. You're next on tapping magazines of bullets in their faces. And this stuff on the news media is on the side of the violent mob. The Democrats on the side of violent month, the prosecutor there. What is her name? The box there too many lunatics these days. She She is a George Soros appointee, and she's O R. She was funded her campaign. She was elected with funding from George and I gotta say Melissa Francis probably doesn't know the truth about these prosecutors and their race is being funded by George Soros Organizations. It's simply true. It's not in dispute the organization's air proud of funding these left.

C. capital markets they actually started rating the stock has a market perform as of now with a price target of thirty four reels that's very close to where the item was string right now the flag that of course the stock is exposed to all of those policies that are going to be put in place by the Saudi market which is on their downside they also highlighted the fact that I'm cool he's exposed to geopolitical concerns whenever he had the art increasing here in the the Middle East but at the same time the assets that the company provide are quite unique so they still think that this is a reason to have it as a market perform rather than a cell for example that is quite interesting when you look at some of the pressure they can reference sample on the dollar leave myself and Greg who produces the show we just comment in in the I. B. the pressure the came to brown the Saudi markets yesterday was really quite substantial so what is at the forefront we seen flights cancelled between here and around here in Thailand not going to Thailand on holidays nine you have to look for another destination Congo there March and still go to China yeah we can still go to China I think but this is this is minding isn't it in terms of that they layers the layers of headwinds for all markets that's that's definitely Truman's yesterday we saw this down training close to three percent of clothes that that did the intraday low so it was the worst session since me when we had all of that crisis here in the goal file with the tankers being bomb to industry to four moves very bad session in a very bad day globally that we can all of that forget that there is mounting pressure on the local markets yes oil is determined we see a recovery out there today so we could see some sort of positive start for the Saudi market and for the other markets here in the GCC if that's going to last we still don't know if that if there is what about hearing you're looking at stopping died three point seven percent of Ramco bank Saudi Fransi done eighty five percent I mean these are certain things that we and those are some of the biggest names within the Saudi market so yes of course if there is any sign that there is a recovery those are probably the the ones that are going to treat higher at first as well okay thank you very much for the but the check up runs now the market sentiment and angst it's.

Spike Lee is first black person to lead Cannes Film Festival jury

"So just a little recap the SAG awards were handed out last night in LA so the south Korean film parasite made history for its win for best ensemble the film while winning this still the awards were still criticized for its lack of diversity which is a big conversation that's happening you might have heard of the Oscar so white hashtags back in the headlines again the entire Best Director category this year is made primarily up of white guys the acting categories a pretty way to know Jennifer Lopez for hustler is no Lupita nyong'o who's hurting us no one from dolomite is my name this left a lot of critics prize discouraged at the lack of representation then at the Cannes Film Festival they threw a curve ball the announce the Spike Lee is the new president of the Cannes jury he's that legendary filmmaker behind films like do the right thing and jungle fever black Klansmen now Spike Lee is the first black person to ever lead the Cannes jury and seventy three year history come back all this it's our Q. screen panel here in the studio John Semele Antena sending it right about TV movie arts and culture hi guys hello hi so this is so much going on there's so much to talk about him to start with you can give us a quick like history especially in cans okay so back in the eighties when spike was young and you know excited to show his movies to the world he won a youth prize with she's gotta have it and then he came back in nineteen eighty nine with do the right thing and it was like the front runner to win some big award but it didn't it ended up not winning not even a single prize and Spike Lee you is not so happy about that and he ended up blaming the jury presidents filmmaker them vendors and he had some price words for him it he said I have the quote right here vin had better watch out because I'm waiting for his **** somewhere deep in my closet I have a Louisville slugger bats with vendors and name on it okay so so so small and most likely was back at camp twenty eighteen with a black Klansmen here is at the press conference United States America was built upon the genocide of native people and slavery that is the fabric of the United States America as my book on brother JZ was say fax we on the right side of history with this film so I want to point out that the reason we're broke rehashing all this is because basically is as a big job can right now so John is this going to be the fact that he's leaving the jury a bit of a wake up call well as ever I'm of two minds about it I mean I would be hesitant to use being jury president of a prestigious Film Festival where everyone wears tuxedos in the south of France and some sort of bell weather for representation and diversity in Hollywood that's it it is something I mean as you said there has never been a black jury had in the history of the festival and I think that the palm d'or which this jury awards that's the price of the award it's still I would say the most prestigious award in cinema it is a way of sort of drumming up interest in a film I mean parasite which you just won't stop gushing about overflowing toilets in Paris but for you should go watch it again for the third time I think so you will I want to point out I would believe that John was the first one to like say me a Twitter DM being like Hey man you could check up and all of a sudden they do it on the for the heck say when the palm d'or which sort of started this journey that it's on now so it is certainly a way that you can generate interest in a film and I think it speaks often to a filmmaker status I think people will be watching to see what films Spike Lee finds interesting and I don't know I think he's made a lot of good films and he's made a lot of social films but I love the guy and I'm happy form I think it's like just an interesting like historically if you if you look at it historically the beef that's been going on between spike and and can you know like back in the eighties like back to do the right thing I I don't know he he had some choice words and and I don't know like it was Sally fields apparently who is like feeding him all this information about how long his victim yeah who didn't like do the right thing didn't think that like the ending was really worth it all this stuff and I guess he just didn't get the movie you know so yeah and apparently spike came out after that saying that what he said was stupid and immature and you know I guess in twenty eighteen he did when the ground pre awards black Klansman so he's I don't know ease down to three as we do the right thing I mean it's not one of the major American films ever made teen I we just talked with the spikes two thousand movie bamboozled is coming out from the criterion collection on home video I think next month a film that I think was widely misunderstood at the time I got reimagining of a minstrel show exactly it's about a sort of a TV minstrel show that someone creates a try to bomb their own career sort of a producer's plot line but it ends up becoming immensely popular film it was widely misunderstood at the time that I think is right for a re appraisal is going to get it when it comes out so I think people you know they always talk about spike Lee's films and he deserves a five but if you can imagine what can is trying to get out of putting Spike Lee as head of the jury and what's likely might be trying to get out of it are these two paths of origin what makes my cynical answer would be that they know I mean he was a kid in nineteen ninety nine he made a in quotes joke that someone should shoot Charlton Heston because he was responsible for gun violence in America you know he's called compared Clint Eastwood to a plantation owner I mean they're certainly like a level of let's say energy that spike brings that sort of my grab attention and headlines but also can would like that yes the thing can can benefit from that I mean do they do what like TMZ headlines about it's good ratings like any other organization he's a major filmmaker he's a major filmmaker major filmmakers and people at this level are who had the service but I just I just I I love what Kim had to say when they talked about you know including him as the jury had they said lease flamboyant personality is sure to shake things up like I just find the use of the word flamboyant they're kind of condescending we have yeah it applies to maybe to some of his sartorial tendencies and that's about it right if you just turning and I'm Tom how are you listening to Q. screen panel with John family and

"Who was at CNN yesterday, saying, you gotta read between the lines because, you know, you gotta read between the lines because it's not in the words that were said. That means when when they say you have to read between the lines, what that really means is that he didn't say that. So we're going to invent it. We're going to make it up. We're going to pretend that he said it by saying that you have to read between the lines. Here's the thing. It's pretty simple proposition. This is the United States America's western civilization. We have laws. We have the judicial system. It seems to work pretty well most of the time and for all the shortcomings, it's about the best in the world. It's about the best that humankind has has figured out thus far if you have any suggestions for improvements. Please put them in these suggestions bucks up by the cash. Register but the reality is that there were no charges. So why couldn't charge them? This is the new phony and CNN was lumping that in with Russian collusion this morning, to wait a minute did Muller also say that he couldn't charge Russian collusion, because he was president didn't say any of that. So take your meds and step away. They're getting crazy. Zairean crazier. And here's the funny thing about it. All actually, is that a nanny Pelosi knows that these lunatics Enterococcus caucus and they're more than usual. Calling for impeachment based on what, what are they high crimes and misdemeanors? Right. And the high crimes are. Obstruction charge that was not charged because there was no obstruction of the no underlying crime. Right. The investigation into the underlying crime. There was no underlying crime. I believe that you still can't obstruct an investigation even if the underlying crime turns out to be false. But the president didn't obstruct Justice by talking to chief staffers, White House, counsel and say, why don't I fire Muller? That's not actually obstructing Justice even firing. Muller is not obstructing Justice. It's within the president's purview. So there is no crime. There is no misdemeanor. And if they'd like to proceed with this Stalin ask Stoudt show-trial, then I would recommend wholeheartedly that they go ahead and do that make the ones with eg Oliver their faces who uses that phrase anymore, will be the Democrats at the end of the day, people like say at the end of the day, don't usually mean at the end of today, or that day that particular day, but at the end of the process. It is the Democrats that will look like lunatics because. Well, because they are lunatics really far too many of them, far far too many of them, there's funny stuff on the climate in the Washington Post today. Just hysterical stuff. They're just we're all gonna die. I mean, why even care about this impeachment stuff when we're on the brink of climate catastrophe? I just don't know. And I talked yesterday.

"Large scale project in the United States America at risk, you would have no trust or confidence in an appropriation. So everybody knows what it was. It was an act by president. We're finding home on wildfire recovery. He's not. Reimbursing local fire departments for the two thousand eighteen wildfires in Katie. The state is also trying to make sure that, that nine hundred thirty million dollars isn't spent right? Right. In addition to filing the lawsuit, there, actually also filing a temporary restraining order, that would prohibit the federal government from reallocating that money, but doesn't the federal government have a point that the high speed rail project has struggled to make reasonable progress. I mean, there have been delays cost overruns, and even governor Newsom plan to make some changes to the original plan. Yeah. In fact, in his state of the state address this year, he actually said quote the current project as plan would cost too much, and take too long. He also said that there wasn't a path to build high speed rail to connect the northern and southern parts of the state without more money. And that was actually interpreted by some people as Newsom seen. He was essentially canceling the. Project later clarified. That's not the case he's open to future lines down the road. But for now he just wants to focus on the central valley portion of the project was the state supposed to get this nine hundred thirty million dollars from the federal government, and how big a hit would it be to the high speed rail project? Well, I think we should make it clear that this is a project that has seen costs go up exponentially. It was estimated to cost last check seventy seven billion dollars, so any money that they get is important this nearly billion dollars. The state wasn't expected to really tap into until twenty twenty one but this is not the only issue that California is facing the Trump administration has also said it wants to claw back. A two point five billion dollar grant for the bullet train which California has already spent they'd spent it by twenty seventeen while the loss of this money the billion dollars that. Have the Trump administration says it will not give the state anymore. Would hurt the project. "There were saying that the Muller folks, you felt were generally professional, but you're concerned was with that original way that you were surveilled which is before he came into that office. Absolutely. And actually, I've I've never talked about this. TV before I've discussed it with a few journalists, but in may of twenty seventeen I sent a long series of emails to Mr. Muller and to rod Rosenstein one month before my final Pfizer warrant, kind of laying out all the facts for you know, what a ridiculous situation this was relatively speaking. You know, as we know Mr. Rosen signs signed that final warrant just a month later, and I think. You all swell that ends. Well, what are you suggesting? Well, you know, there's again, let's see what's in there. I think. A little sunshine would provide a lot more clarity. Yeah. Yeah. We we've all been through the wringer. I think Dr courses still going through it Sam heads with stress I've had some stress, but I think he's country failed him. I think the United States America failed Carter page, and I think it failed him long before mother was even a brought into office. I think that this whole thing started before crossfire hurricane. I think they were spying on the Trump campaign Carter others. And I think the truth may never come out because I just don't see it being investigated. Well, I'm gonna fit in one more break. We're gonna come back to final thoughts. I have to say as you say that you get to say that. That's why you're all here that involves a theory of a conspiracy where the Trump Justice department and Trump's appointing rod Rosenstein who signed off on Coney's firing as well as Bob Muller. A lifelong Republican twelve years FBI anti-terror all these people suddenly come in and decide to do the secret conspiracy against what is mostly their own party. Which is the one. Of the problems with that theory. But what I'm gonna do is fit in a break here. Well, I'm gonna fit in a break. Final thoughts, including where given your experience where you think this ends? And what you think the prosecutors think about collusion in final thoughts. I'm going to do some lightning round quick questions. And then each of you get a quick final thought number one in any of your interviews where you asked about anyone else at this table. I'm not in the detail that I recall, no, no all three, but not in detail all three whereas about, and what do they want to know about Dr Corsi are they wanted to know if I knew if I had interacted with them, and my answer to both were I know him from years ago didn't interact with what did they want to know about a car you want to know if I ever interacted with Carter, I told him. No, I didn't I had met him. I met him today the first so it's really upset me about my subpoena. Very quickly. They put his name on there. I've never met Carter page, whatever. Then what they're testing. Did. They want to know whether Carter page was making a lot of big decisions on the campaign. Don't they just asked me Carter page. Yes. Or no, no next name. Have you been asked about anyone else at the table, high was asked dozens and dozens of names in the various investigations congressional. And otherwise, I'm sure I must have been you know, I I lost track of so many names through tick tick tick down listening most people including powerful people in Washington and journalists don't get to talk to Muller's. Prosecutors investigative team you did to more than one. You heard the way they think in question up to a point based on that as we close up here today. I'm curious what you think their view, whether you agree with it or not, what is their view or prosecutorial theory. Do you think they're moving towards conspiracy by the Trump campaign, Donald Trump or something less than that? As we hear reports, they may be wrapping up your view of of what they're doing and take the mind. Reading course at Harvard. I should have. I don't know what they're doing. So whatever he's asking for for the entire completion to the wall, which I remind everybody eleven months from now, we're going to be in the exact same situation that we are today when he comes back and says, I need another five point seven or eight point three or whatever it is. And we'll probably be in the exact same situation. We're getting close to a government shutdown. Again. Let's remember that. But it's going to take years and years and years and years and years and years and years and years, this isn't about that this is still about two thousand twenty and taking on Trump and call it his vanity project. Call at the bedrock of his campaign, call it a symbol call it. Whatever it is again, the effectiveness of it does not matter. Not getting it built or getting it built is the thing that matters the most for so many of them. That's the reality of what this is about that. Right. There is the reality of what this here is about getting it built to show. I kept my promise or making sure he doesn't build and say, we defeated him. Effectiveness. Play into any of. Because it'll be years years and decades before we get the data back to find out if it was or wasn't affected by then even if he runs again wins again, he's not gonna probably be in office. Three two three five three eight twenty four twenty three at Chadbensonshow is your Twitter. You can tweet at me do love hearing from you. And that's my point somehow to you guys. Right. We are closer to South America than we are to the Middle East. What's happening in South America right now is in stain. It really is when it comes to Venezuela. And I was talking off the air to pretty sure Anthony about, you know, we've got this younger generation who is running at socialism, not really understanding what socialism is because there there isn't the great beasts that was the Soviet Union. Right. And the you know that that evil empire that was there wasn't you know, for my generation there was for this generation. There wasn't any of that. And the socialist and they care about they think as Denmark and stuff like that. But the reality is the socialism that exists today in a small way that anybody would even take notice of his Cuba. And then there's Venezuela, and it's going to hell in a Handbasket. And I'm telling you guys right now. It's getting closer and closer to inflaming itself into the point where you could see violence real violence. In the streets. In the next seventy two hours. And there's an upstart there who believes, hey, look, we got all the proof in the world, the Medeiros stove this thing. And that he is a dictator. It's all a lie, and the facade is starting to unravel and the military starting to get on our side, nNcholas Maduro is a dictator with no legitimate claim to power. He's never won the presidency in a free and fair election. And he's maintained his grip of power by imprisoning. Anyone who dares to oppose him? Yeah. And the US is coming out and saying, hey, this new cat. The United States supports the courageous decision. By one Guadagno. The president of your national assembly to assert that bodies constitutional powers declare Maduro your surfer and call for the establishment of a transitional government. Yeah. And he's not gonna go peacefully. The former bus driver and second in charge to own who go charges, but ugly, ugly ugly, and you think about this for second who's the largest oil producer in the world. Who is who's sitting on the most oil? You said anybody in the Middle East Girardi say. Venezuela. And even when things are good. They couldn't sustain it. Three million. People have fled the country. Madero diet people down twenty thirty pounds. Flation is hyper inflates ADHD kind of inflation. Like the worst ca I mean, it's insane. And and I talk about that. Because. I have a lot of friends who are Uber progressive, and they see the of the world that's leaves of the world. They see all of these people, and and they're loving their ideas and the looking around, and they want all of those kind of things, and they talk of those things in many ways out their ass. Not understanding that hey, we're going to be just like Denmark, except for the fact that no we're not actually first of all it's mostly homogeneous society understand that. It is a society where it is basically the middle class robbing the middle class to pay for the middle class. There's a lot of things that when they talk I hear more of that over there than I do of the free market. The denmark. But the youth of America, you know, like everything else man, they they they like when we were kids. Right. We know. What's better? Don't warn me. I know it's better. You don't get it. I know what's better. So we're gonna we're gonna do this. It is it is crazy. But I'm telling you in the next seventy two hours. Plus there's a chance that this is going to get a good Lee over there. And it is it is it is crazy. It is fifty.

"E C six hundred dot com. The backlash is continuing to grow for Nancy Pelosi tonight. And it's with good reason after she tried a political stunt that has happened. And it is just become a joke. Nancy Pelosi as was even heckled at a town hall today for the decision that she made. She made a decision to to to uninvite the president United States America. And Nancy Pelosi. Not only this way refused to talk on Trump declaring national emergency. When she was asked questions about it. But she also uninvited the president nited states of America to the union claiming that it was a security concern and telling him he could basically drop off his talking points. And he could drop them off at the capitol. Or get another date after the government is not shut down to deliver that speech. I think the president hits America should one hundred percents. Do say the union. Democrats tried these talking points that we it's you know, that we should not have say the union during a shutdown. Yes, that's part of the state of the union. That's part of the address India's. I just sent you sending if you'll sign in and play this because Democrats are trying to fix this problem names pussy because she lied today. She manufactured a crisis that didn't exist, and the crisis that did not exist until today that she lied about. Is a crisis that she created out of thin air saying that the reason why we need to cancel say the union is because we can't protect the president and others the secret service because the government shutdown which is again, just not true. It's not true. It's just not true. It's never been true. By the way. It's it's it's a lie. The secret service immediately came out today and said, we can do our jobs, please. Basically don't tell us that we can't because of funding issues when an absolutely we can secure the state of the union, we have every intention of doing it. Now. Democrats today are are trying to fix this prominence. Plus about five minutes ago on on TV, one democrat said, well, it's ridiculous for the president of the union address for the government shutdown. I would say it's the complete opposite of that. While the government shutdown whether the whether the state of the union is good or bad. You're supposed to have the say the union. Me literally, whether the state of the union is good or bad. You're supposed to have the state of the union address the whole point of the state of the union addresses to address the country address congress and explain how we're doing with the state of the union, and while the government shutdown that doesn't mean that you don't address the state of the union. But here's how Democrats are trying to spin this now listen to this. Are you giving us some breaking news? Thank you, very much John fold that in my next conversation. I.

"Cocaine and being beaten with baseball bats when she refused to collaborate any further the Democrats want more of that for more suburbs of more American cities across this great land of ours. Good morning and welcome. It's the Chris Plante show where at eight eight eight six three zero nine six two five, and I was talking about the gang violence in a suburb of Salt Lake City because that's where you look for Latino gangs shooting the place up in suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah the Democrats want to equally equally distribute agony across the country. This was their project was big part of Barack Obama's thing to then they love bussing how they love putting people on buses and taking them to places that they don't want to be the Democrats are very big on that. And and the whole bussing thing and Barack Obama wanted to spread people into neighborhoods where there's no crime. Safe from take people from neighborhoods with auto crime spread them out in neighborhoods with no crime. So that the neighborhoods would no crime. We'll start to have a lot of crime because it doesn't actually reduce the crime rates in the initial neighborhoods. No, it only increases crime in the newfound neighborhoods, and this is good by the democrat party's project. They love this stuff. The president of the United States is being headquartered by nanny Pelosi who is suggesting now in a letter to the White House this morning that because of the security of security concerns. Nanny Pelosi wants the president to either postpone that is delay or not deliver a state of the union address and she's not concerned about security along the border. She's concerned about security around her office. So she wants to cancel this annual tradition in the United States America because she's concerned about her personal security about herself about about her. Well, being you and me we can burn in hell as far as she's concerned. Our children can be raped and murdered. I don't have any children for the right, but Nancy Pelosi doesn't care about those. But her own security. She's very she's very concerned about nanny Pelosi, sadly, given the security concerns and unless the government reopens this week. She's holding. Everybody hostage. It's a gun to the head. It's do we get that the demolished guy, you know, like say because that's that's always a good one. As Obama people. I suggest we work together to determine another suitable date after the government has reopened. Okay. So let's never have another state of the union address. That's fine. With me. She says maybe they could deliver it in writing. Which is which is allowed you deliver a document up there. Then if he is going to deliver one in writing, maybe you should write one really great paragraph. Remember, the Monty python and the flying circus? Monty python's flying circus, the TV show, they had the world's. Deadliest joke, the world's funniest joke. And it kills you. If you read the whole joke, and it was being developed by the British military for use in warfare, and they had to break the job a joke up into fragments. So that known was exposed to one person. Read eight words of the joke and was hospitalized for several weeks. And then they had to break away the punchline because of you read the whole joke. You would die laughing the president should put together one paragraph that just disembowel Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer on Capitol Hill and send up there by courier. And then give it to the news media at the White House and say, there's your state of the union. You know, it should be it should be a list. The state of the union should be a list pages and pages of the names of Americans murdered by illegal aliens in the United States of America that should be the state of the union adjust deliver it to nanny. And then the press might have to talk about it 'cause they'd attack Trump night attack the dead. They'd smear the survivors of those murdered because they're the democrat party's news media. That's there. So I just loved that. She's concerned about her own security here when the whole debate is over border security, securing the country, and she could care less about the country. But when it's her own oxen being gored, oxen being gored, what does how gore have to do with us. Given the security concerns. What are those what are those security? You mean yours security? You mean Capitol Hill this this two acre plot it's a little more than that in Washington DC where lefty members of congress are concerned about their security who should be concerned about their security and who has concerned congressman Steve Scalise. Rand, paul. Tucker Carlson, Tucker, Carlson's wife, decent and God fearing Americans everywhere. Not counted. Among them, Nancy Pelosi Chuck Schumer, another Democrats in power on capitol. She's very concerned about her security. But not about the nation's forget about the border. What about me? What about me three thousand miles away? What about my security? How am I going to be safe beep America, what about me? That's the Democrats kind of.

"Escalating trade battle is only one front where president trump has split with longtime allies he pulled out of the iran nuclear deal last month and decided to exit the pairs climate accord last year my call warned the president trump's course change was damaging alliances and the credibility of the us if they continue towards a form of isolationism brutal hegemony of distancing themselves from their own history from their own values from the role they play an international organizations where they are leaders by deciding to remove themselves that will be bad for the united states america sav rita's so vital american relationships are under enormous pressure increasingly there is a gap between the united states and the rest of our allies in the g seven it is over iran it's over climate it's over terrorists it's over a sense of whether or not america wants to engage in the world or not those distinctions are widening not closing and that is greatly greatly to be feared with those differences looming it's unclear whether g seven members can even agree on a joint communique by the summits end on saturday judy so you miss you or at the side of the media center for reporters who were covering this summit you're in quebec let me ask you the people you talk to how did they think the president's trade actions are going to affect the g seven is a group american officials that i've talked to are used to dealing with these kinds of summits say the g seven is actually facing historic and shocking shift they say there's a leadership vacuum the united states used to pay a really big big role on promoting multilateral agreements and free trade president trump is backing away from that so there's now saying that the g seven might not play the same role that it's playing which is really to be a guidance for free trade all over the world so unique was so many disagreement so what are the people you talk to how contentious they think this summit is going to be these conversations are likely going to be very tough people are likely going to be arguing the leaders of canada and france have already come out and said that they're going to try to.
