7,000 children test positive for Coronavirus in Florida

"Eight thousand number of cases confirmed in the United States a new record and seven thousand, the amount of children who have now tested positive in the state of Florida alone since March Dr Scott. GOTTLIEB is the former FDA commissioner now a CNBC contributor he joins us once again Dr Gottlieb's good to see you. Let's begin with these cases of children in the state of Florida. How alarming is this? What does it tell us about? The age groups now that are susceptible to getting this virus. Well we always knew children were susceptible. The belief is that they're less susceptible than adults, so they're less likely to contract the virus than adults and that when they do get the virus, they're less likely to have a bad outcome. Data seems to support that, but they're not impervious to the virus. They do get sick. They get infected and we have seen some bad outcomes in. In children, we also don't know what it looks like. When this virus becomes epidemic in children, we don't know how many kids have actually had corona virus. There aren't any good seroprevalence studies to look for antibodies and kids to see what the exposure has been in children, and it might be the case that a smaller percentage of kids in the United States have had this infection. Infection at this point in adults on a relative basis, because the very first thing we did when we had these epidemics was closed the schools, and so that that closed off an avenue of spread, and I would venture to guess that parents with school age children were probably more here into the at home, mortars, wearing masks good hygiene because they were doing those things to protect. Protect kids, so might be the case that a smaller percentage of kids have actually been exposed, and so we don't know what it looks like. When this becomes epidemic and children in the same way for example, flu becomes epidemic and children every year, if the virus outbreak stays at the current pace. Are we going to be able to send our kids to school in the fall? I don't think so in the south. I mean if they don't if they don't correct the situation and they don't have a lot of time to do it in states like Texas. Georgia Alabama California Florida Arizona. It's going to be very hard for local school. Districts parents on boards of local school boards to make decisions to open those schools I think in the northeast we will be able to open schools in the north I. Think Parts of Northern California San Francisco be able to open a schools. We should really try do that. There should be an emphasis on doing that because we might be in a situation where we have to close the schools again later on. On in the school year, getting kids back to school socializing them, get him started on classroom learning. If we have to go to distance learning on a selective basis as outbreaks occur, it's going to be really important to get them back into the classroom. At least for a period of time, I think a lot of states in the south really have lost the opportunity do that because they have to make those decisions and July those schools open in August in many in many cases, and so they're probably going to start the year with schools closed in a lot of parts to those states. Do we know anymore Dr Leave about that syndrome that had been affecting. Growing numbers of children and we haven't talked about frankly in six weeks to two months. So there was a really good analysis studying published in the New England Journal of Medicine about two days ago that I would encourage people to take a look at that gives sort of a qualitative assessment of ninety nine cases in New York City, it appears to be opposed by real syndrome that occurs about a month after the virus. What we still don't know is what is the total number of kids who had the virus? We know how many kids had. This syndrome appears to be sort of a post. Viral Inflammatory Syndrome could be quite severe sort of like a Kawasaki Type Syndrome. When you get inflammation of arterial vessels it could. It could have disturbances heart. It's treatable, but we don't know how. Many kids are in effect with corona virus, so we're seeing one hundred cases, and there's been one hundred thousand kids infected, or we seeing one hundred cases there. There's only been five thousand ten thousand kids. In fact, it's probably the case that a lot of kids have had this new. New York City and it's a low incidence event and you do see these similar post viral types of syndromes with other viruses including corona virus, where you also see it on rare occasions, a Kawasaki Type Syndrome, with other forms of Corona virus, and so when you see these epidemics, viruses enter a virus echo virus sort of move through population. You will see a month later three weeks later. A preponderance of these post viral kinds of syndromes, so this isn't that unusual in many respects. We just don't know what the incidences of

Boston's New England Patriots Cam Newton is the greatest QB in his division

"Further proven otherwise can't noon is now the best quarterback in his division right I mean he's the best quarterback in the division right now I mean he's won a lot of games and he's thrown a lot of touchdowns and he's big and he's strong and he's good mostly like arm he's good yeah and Alan and Donna are unproven they are and could that change after four weeks this year yeah that could change like cam Newton could end up getting benched for ineffective play and can't and and Josh Allen and Sam Darnold both look hot out of the gates and both are leading football in passing state statistic that could totally happen and I could you know eat my words I don't want to say I don't expect that to happen I sure hope it happens but as it stands right now to day and this is a criticism I have of people who are like Nate you said cam Newton could be better than Tom Brady this year are you crazy Tom Brady from five years ago and I just want to stop you there because this is a top twenty from five years ago this is Tom Brady from right now and Tom Brady right now is not the Tom Brady of even four or five months ago he is forty something I'm almost thirty and I can barely play thirty six holes of golf without needing a jacuzzi tub in a backrub so don't give up right now I know Tom Brady's in slightly better shape than me I will concede that he likely has a slightly more rigorous workout regimen I get it he might be paying slightly more money to you know trainers and consultants slightly more I will concede that but the idea that we can't say cam Newton to day right now side by side with Tom Brady and cam Newton if you're going to tell me that he is better I I I don't I don't know about that I I just I think if you got a look at it from a non biased lands in say yes Tom Brady has warped and walloped this team for twenty years I respect the hell out of Tom Brady and if you don't I don't know what you've been watching but what I'll say is if you compare the two two day not you can't cherry pick this you can't say Tom Brady from two years ago in cam Newton from six years ago like add up but that's that's not what we can do here in this in this argument so I don't know I think it's really interesting I think we're going to figure out what you have in cam Newton pretty early on but it can't do is healthy pestilence seven wins at least for the new in the pictures I don't know what you could have penciled in you know yesterday Saturday before cam Newton came out like that I don't know what you can pencil maybe you maybe you're thinking with Jarrett Stidham and Brian Hoyer whatever combination into going with their maybe you think therefore when football team I think that's crazy to think that with that defense yeah the news Kyle van Noy there was a couple other pieces but like that's again a defense that was literally last year considered maybe from a from an actual roster district and advanced analytics they appoint the best defense ever in terms of scoring and yardage output the fact that they're gonna lose one two players from a defense return everybody else that they're just gonna take this big dry I don't know

NFLPA's Smith: Workouts go against player safety

"Figure out what is the right way for players to get ready to play in the NFL. Without undue risk, and the undue risk this offseason is exposure to the thing that for a long time shutdown all sports in this country, the Corona virus in the cove in 19 pandemic, So we've seen quarterbacks quarterback specifically right. I'm sure it's happening everywhere. Let's have more places and yet, but we've seen two very visible situations. Tom Brady, trying to get with his new team, the Patriots, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and get them going. Russell Wilson also working out with teams in Seattle, sort of in a very public way, trying to get the chemistry and get it going because we haven't had a TA is in many camps in all this off season, and we're a month away from starting training camps will divorce Smith, the head of the Players Association, the NFLPA, the executive director, said. Look, guys, don't do this. The the NFLPA doctor has come out, said Don't work out with each other. And tomorrow. Smith tried to reinforce that over the weekend by saying, Look, guys, what you're doing is in Congress with the message we're trying to send, which is stay healthy. Stay safe so we can get to training camp. And start the regular season. And then you have Tom Brady holding these very public workouts, and Russell Wilson, I'm sure more free for doing it. But those are the eyes and those of the people that we see well, and quite honestly, I see both sides of it. I I see what the more Smith again when you're ahead of the union. It's the majority that you're you're trying to protect You correct one of the reasons that the last Ciba past because it benefitted more of the majority. On this one. And that's what that's what the head of the union has to look out for. And remember the last debate. When players wanted a different type of OT, a system they wanted less two a days padded practices in two days, it was all about player safety. And now you're going into a season where there's going to be a whole lot of player safety and covert testing and such and dear saying, guys, if you want me to talk to the league and about player safety in the league is just going to look at me and say How much your players really care about safety. Look at all the quarterbacks out there with 89 other teammates, disregarding not helping the what you're supposed to be doing when covert around so I understand more society that and I understand the player's side of quite honestly, I understand player if I were still a player now I was in a position to D line where you're not getting together with everybody and having workouts. But if I was a quarterback or a receiver or in this case is at the centre goes there, too. And my quarterback was like, especially if it's a new quarterback, even if it's not. Hey, let's get together. Work like hell. Yeah, let's go. I mean, right in this, I would be doing the exact same thing. So a lot of them are Jeff

What Was the Tulsa Race Massacre?

"In Tulsa Oklahoma, a group of scientists and historians is on the verge of unearthing chunk of the city's past that has long been buried and one. Some people may prefer to keep that way. It's a potential mass grave from worst single incident of interracial violence in American history. Beginning may thirty first in nineteen twenty one thousands of armed white. Tulsen's invaded black section of the booming oil town, terrorizing its residence looting, their homes and businesses and burning to the ground, some thirty five square blocks of the city. Before the rampage was over more than ten thousand black people were left homeless, and more than six thousand were turned in camps where they'd stay in some cases for months. We spoke with Scott, Ellsworth, a native Tulsa and a professor of African American history at the University of Michigan. Ellsworth is the author of the Nineteen Eighty two book death in a Promised Land, one of the first books to take a comprehensive historical look at the Tulsa race massacre previously mystically called the Tulsa race riot of nineteen twenty one. He said to this day. We don't know how many died. Reasonable estimates range from I would say forty to his high as three hundred. When the unmarked suspected mass grave and a Tulsa cemetery is excavated in July of two thousand twenty. It may provide a few answers to exactly what happened over those two days and nineteen twenty one. It will be for many a literal. Reopening of a wound festered within the city for nearly a century. The Tulsa massacre of nineteen twenty one did not a word often used to describe such events erupt. The city simply reached. What now seems an inevitable breaking point? In early nineteen, twenty one tulsa was awash cash from the oil boom. The good fortune reached into the north section of the city, mostly populated by black Americans. That later to be known as the Black Wall Street contained one hundred ninety one businesses, including hotels feed store, a roller rink cleaners, mom and pop stores and restaurants plus offices for doctors, dentists and lawyers. The area had at least five churches to a library movie theater and a hospital. Like the rest of the city at that time, the black area also known as Greenwood had its problems alcohol, even under prohibition was readily available. Illegal drugs were easy to find to. As we're gambling and prostitution the whole city, not just greenwood struggled with crime end with lawless punishment less than a year before a white teenager, accused of murder, was taken from jail cell and lynched by a white mob. The police did little to protect him. And Racial Violence against black people was commonplace, even though thousands of black Americans had just returned from fighting in World War. One Jim Crow Laws and pervasive racist attitudes meant that equality remained nothing more than a dream for black Americans and many white Americans. Wanted to keep it that way. Ellsworth route and in two thousand one report commissioned by the State of Oklahoma on then called riot that quote during the weeks and months leading up to the riot, there were more than a few white Tulsen's who only feared. The color line was in danger of being slowly erased a believed that this was already happening. So into that explosive milieu, a black teenaged boy, working as a shoeshiner, had a brief run in with a white teenage girl operating elevator. and. The fuse was lit. The boy was taken into custody. A group of more than two thousand angry white people, some intent on lynching him, possibly prompted by an inflammatory editorial in a white run newspaper gathered on the courthouse steps some armed black war, veterans and others squared off with them there and soon shots were fired. White people from all over the city began their march on the green. What area to tamp down? What many white people saw as an uprising? Their stories of black citizens being murdered in their homes interrupted in their evening prayers. The terror went on for eighteen hours into June first. Despite their sworn duty to serve and protect neither Tulsa police, nor any other government agency assisted the black population. Instead Tulsa police officers helped set some buyers, an all white unit of the National Guard joined the invaders. Other. Public officials provided guns and AMMO two white men. The KKK got involved a semi functioning machine gun was on black. Tulsen's and some reports indicate the airplanes dropped homemade fire starters. Despite being largely outnumbered black Tulsen's fought to protect their homes and businesses and most of all. Greenwood. But in the end, scores of black people and some white people were killed in. Greenwood was left in ruins. The exact numbers of injured and dead. Even after what's to be uncovered in three suspected mass graves may never be known. It's still unclear exactly what happened between the Black Shoeshine Boy Dick Rowland and the white. Elevator Goal Sarah page to spark the massacre. Though one thing is known. She refused to bring charges. Roland was vindicated. For years. Tulsa refused to acknowledge in any meaningful way. What had happened in nineteen twenty one. Nobody has ever been charged or prosecuted for the crimes that occurred during those eighteen or so hours, even those who grew up there ellsworth included were not taught that part of the city's history. The Tulsa race massacre became a terrible and closely held secret. That began to change with Ellsworth's defeated promised land, and some earlier work, then in nineteen ninety-five, when members of the national media descended on Oklahoma City after the bombing of the federal building, they were informed of this other more terrible episode of domestic terrorism in the state's history. More news accounts and more books of the massacre followed and twenty nineteen, the HBO Comic Book Superhero Series Watchmen inspired in part by Tulsa, enlightened many to the story. But pulses failed efforts to come to grips with its deadly past has left scars. Ellsworth said city was robbed of its honesty. You have entire generations growing up in Tulsa who've never heard of this your people growing up with a false reality, a false vision of the land they were on I mean imagine if today right now that you had young people growing up in Manhattan, who had never heard of nine eleven, but there were no books to talk about nine eleven that it's as if it didn't exist. The race massacre was a gigantic myth in the history of Tulsa it was deliberately buried for a long time. With the honor thing of one of at least three suspected mass graves and Tulsa next month will mark another step in the long road to understanding and perhaps one day recovery.

"To all these podcast and everything you know. And you knew then that the cowboys had is for Taco Charlton. Either cowboys did not want. Tj What we knew that as much as we all tried to sort of convinced them that that was a bad idea. The Cowboys Really Really WanNa Talk Charlton. The whole world knew it. Now if you don't think the whole world knew that then you have to admit that the whole world and all the people on Mars all the people on Neptune and I forget is Pluto a planet. I know that it was on the fence. I know that there was debate at the very least but basically everybody in all the galaxies knew that the cowboys really really really wanted. Layton van direction two thousand eighteen. There was some some thought and some discussion from people online. That maybe they'd go derwin James but that fell more like a fantasy than anything so ultimately they drafted late in. It was what it was now last year again. No first-round pick so. It's obviously a very difficult to telegraph. What it's going to do in the second round because it's you know it's hard to predict the top forty or fifty pigs. Whatever the case may be But it was still very very very widely known that the cowboys were really interested interest in hill and again kind of like Derwin James the year before and kind of like T. J. Watt the year before that people tried to will something else into existence. A lot of people wanted Taylor rap. A lot of people wanted one thornhill but still the cowboys stuck with Tristan Hill. And you know. He was inactive more often than not last season so not exactly a great return on investment after year one. The names that are being thrown out. Now that's what I'm saying. It's worth paying attention to these names. Because that's it should be said that there has been a regime change you know and obviously there was on the coaching side of things but there has been a regime change in so. We're still trying to figure out the way Mike. Mccarthy and his draft process works as far as being the head coach of the Dallas cowboys but Kaleva Jason Lsu Edrich Edge rusher. That's a name to know C. J. Anderson cornerback out of the University of Florida. Probably not going to make it a seventeen overall but still a name to know. Aj Terrible quarterback Clinton on name to know Kenneth Murray Oklahoma linebacker a name to know these are the names that are being floated around and so you can kind of just put it together in one tiny little bag you know a bag of five or six names and kind of just reach your hand. In and depending on the circumstances depending on the way the I sixteen picks go assuming the cowboys don't trade back. It's probably going to be one of those names and all the names that have been kind of talked about and discussed and thrown out into the Kvant. Jason's probably my preferred pick personally. I just can't get C. J. Anderson. I don't think that you want to spend seventeen on. Aj terrel on Trayvon digs on Christian Fulton. I just you know I don't and you know if you're trading back that changes things certainly but you know a number of other directions. Kenneth Murray is a name that I think would cause a lot of panic for some guys fans at least according to twitter. But yeah so I just I don't. I don't see that as the best use of that resource and so if you can't get chased young but you can get clave on chase on the seventeenth round pick. You know that you can be happy about that. You know you can be pleased with that. You can feel like it was a draft. You know that you didn't hit out of the park at least in the immediate aftermath of it but you are responsible and that's sometimes really all the time in some sense is the most important thing but so pay attention to those names are also worth mentioning because we know the cowboys need to slot receiver. And there's a lot of names been connected to Devon Dover Neyla viscous Chenault etc but Jalen rigor who's a favorite of many from TCU. He was on the rap sheet and friends. Podcast ENWRAP report podcast of the show and he was asked Ian doing his homework. Kind of poking and prodding. Hey Jalen who are the teams? You've you've visited with the motion Jalen noted. He's he's talked a lot of teams. He's a highly sought after dude but the teams that Jaylen radio said he spoke to the most they Philadelphia Eagles which are forever according to our girls talking. Boys Co host mcmurray Philadelphia Eagles. The Las Vegas Writers who have basically every cowboys player that the cavs and the Dallas cowboys. That's right Jalen. Regular has spoken to The Dallas cowboys a lot. So pay attention to that because the cowboys need a slot receiver. I know there's talk about trading for one and others things floating around on twitter and whatnot but I pay attention because again there situations and there are situations but situations that befall the cowboys congenitally be somewhat telegraphed so pay attention to that also wanted to get into just a little bit here on Tuesdays episode. Joe McCoy New Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle was on the Dallas cowboys teams social channels and website. Did an interview with Shannon Gross. Shannon's great guy working for the cowboys website. And you know Joe McCoy we talked about. We played some clips a few weeks ago. Now I might have been a few months ago now. Time is kind of blended together but when he did an interview with. Espn's Marty Smith. We learned a little bit about him. Then but Joe McCoy against sat down with Shannon grows. You can watch the whole interview on the Cowboys Youtube Channel or are on their APP or their website. You know lots of ways for you to get back great content but Joe McCoy had a few things that I thought were interesting. First of all he said that the cowboys wanted to sign him last year. And when the Tampa Bay buccaneers not the Tampa Bay Tampa Bay buccaneers moved on from a Koi. There were a lot of you know you get that effect every time you know insert. Nfl veteran is released. Should the cowboys you know? That's the answer is generally no but in drill. Mccoy's case last year there were a lot of people are. We said let's go. Let's let's have the cowboys do this year. But Joe McCoy said that things couldn't work necessarily financially so he went and played for the Carolina Panthers but that he was pumped about it happening and kind of coming together here in two thousand twenty now. Joe McCoy spoke very highly of Mike McCarthy when he was on Marty Smith's podcast and again in talking to Shannon Gross. This exact quote more importantly man. I truly believe in coach McCarthy and what his plans I believe in my teammates and the opportunity I have to win. I'm coming down the final stretch of my career and haven't had the opportunity to make the playoffs. I believe that this team is the one that can really make some noise this year. Kind of a kind of an April sounding answer right. You know some some positivity in their spin going on there but it is worth mentioning that Joe McCoy has been in the NFL for a long time. And it's never made the playoffs. That's the Tampa Bay buccaneers affect So he still obviously got a lot left and he believes that he can offer to the cowboys. They can do some special things together now. Shannon asked McCoy if he knew any cowboys players prior to joining the team. Have you had any sort of past relationships with them? In Gerald said that he did know demarcus Lawrence surprised joining the cowboys. Here's what he said. The one person I had a relationship with was demarcus Lawrence. We met at the pro bowl. We stayed in contact. Obviously all the fans know how dominant a player he is and we had such a good time with the pro bowl. When I realized I had an opportunity to play for Dallas I reached out to him and he was really excited. And then once we confirmed they may have official. We got really excited. So we've been in touch in contact. I don't know if you guys know. I don't know how much he's posted letting you guys know. But he's grinding. He's really putting the work to have a big year. I'm excited about that. That's pretty cool. Shot Joe McCoy for letting US IN DEMOCRACY IS OFF SEASON PRACTICES AND WHATNOT. But the perhaps most interesting thing about Joe McCoy's interview with the cowboys website and he talked about his his Vegan Diet and stuff and his interview with Marty Smith but he noted that he has lost twenty pounds since the two thousand nine hundred and season ended. He talked about how he went on a ten day. Detox literally the day after the season ended with the Carolina Panthers and he lost twenty pounds and kind of just kept it up and then he noted that he's spoken to Bruce Smith. Michael Strahan Tony Gonzalez. Nfl Greats. Who later in their careers? Kind of slimmed down and he you know he talked about how he felt okay last year but that he felt heavy and he felt not the way he wanted to and wasn't moving exactly how he wanted to and he attributed to being too heavy so he wanted to slim down and he's lost twenty pounds. He said he's at two ninety five At least at the time of this interview and that hasn't been to ninety five cents his rookie year. So it's it's been a minute for drama Koi but pretty cool I wrote about this. You can check it out if yourself a blog on the boys DOT COM and again. There's an episode of the seven five. Oh coming your way later today on Tuesday and just episodes Galore again. If you're new around here thank you for joining us. Thank you for trusting us. We know that there are a lot of options. A lot of great options out there for Dallas cowboys content. And we appreciate you making us part of your rotation so. Let's have some fun this week. I'm feeling it. I'm feeling pretty good. It's going to be a fun. Fun Fun Week. I with the draft coming up so do me a favor. Have the absolute best Tuesday of all time. You know why because you deserve it. We see them in the. Outta my friends as always go cowboys and peace APP..

The ocho starts you off just kind of a refresher a wakeup sort of thing. And then you get your big show throughout the day. A kind of around lunchtime just kind of depends where you're located. I know we have some people all over the United States of America and all over the world and speaking of our world. We hope that you are happy. Safe healthy practicing social distancing as these have been some some turbulent and some stressful times for our world but it is the week of the NFL draft and thankfully we have some some really interesting and fun stuff to talk about it in a big time puzzle to put together and hopefully we can have some fun doing that and doing it together. This week So again huge. Hello welcome aboard to all of our new subscribers and if you've been here for the whole ride well hey we love you just as much but anyway moving on with today's episode of the Ocho. Monday was kind of A. I WANNA say like a boring day or a day. But it's the week of the draft and so it's unless you're Yonathan Gateway and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Monday was a relatively chill day. It was the day that general managers and important personnel did their mock draft. Because the two thousand twenty. Nfl draft is going to happen. Virtually and there were apparently all sorts of snafus some bandwidth errors. I bet the EH. The speed test APP was was probably getting its fair share of exercise across across the Great United States. And so I mean look. There are a lot of people who have pointed out the logistics of the draft happening in a virtual sense in how difficult it's going to be. I am not an IT technician. I am not a genius in that department so I don't know how impossible is going to be but I know that when I watched the draft when I have my setup I've got I've got my computer I've got another computer in an external under I two TVs. I've got a lot going on but I'm not a general manager and so I have to imagine it's going to be very difficult and ESPN's. Dan had a tweet about one. General Manager apparently got kicked off of his Internet because his children were playing games on their IPAD. Kind kind of reminiscent of like when you're depending on your age now but when you were like fifteen right and You know somebody in your house like you know jumped on something and you were playing like an xbox game or something and it just kicked you out. That was terrible. That was that was pretty awful. And you know like the early days of Netflix. You know you'd get you'd buffering. You'd have those blurry scenes because somebody in your family was also trying to stream something so You know it is what it is no big deal. It's not like billions of dollars at stake when it comes to the NFL draft but anyway. So we'll see how that goes but when it comes to the cowboys obviously in the NFL draft and everybody's really focused on their first round draft seventeenth overall selection. There are so many people who don't even want to see them draft somebody. There's a huge group of people that are just start. What bump that. I don't need whoever it's going to be trade that piece for Jamal Adams. Let's go get him. I know that the girls talked Jamal Adams with Brian brought us on growth talk and boys. Gt Be Nation. But I don't think it's going to happen as as as much as I hate to say it. I will be fun. I know I kind of made the case myself on Monday but it just it feels like it's not going to happen and it should be. It should be said that this week in particular. It's so difficult to trust anything here and I don't want to say just ignore everything until the draft is over but this is the week where everybody is keeping their cards close to the vest and they normally do right. You just can't let even an inch of Information League Al. Because you've come this far you've got that's come so far. We've got so long to go. I think that's a line from hairspray. But anyway they've they've come this far and they are very very very close and so every. Nfl team kind of chill but jets general manager. Joe Douglas on Monday did say look. We want Jamal to be around. We wanted to be around for the future the jets etc J two. Yes I get it. I get it Joe. I get you like Jamal but you know what Jamal. He's got the Tattoo. We all saw the tattoo. He's from Dallas. We all know it. Let it happen. Let it be courting another great song right. Just let it happen. Although I don't think it will happen ultimately but you know hey you never know until that seventeenth overall pick has been spent just never know On Jamal Adams though it is worth mentioning that the QB's our brea wrote this on Monday. Quoting him exactly. Go CHECK IT OUT. The QB word last fall was that while he was annoyed with his name being connected to trade rumors he warmed considerably to the idea of going home to douse. Oh Yeah it's getting hot in here chat. Nellie warmed considerably also worth mentioning the NFL. Networks chain slater friend of the show. We were having some fun on the blog and the boys twitter and she responded saying you know just kind of felt doubtful and she felt bad about raining on the parade but that she thought that Jamal Adams would fit with the cowboys and if Jane said it let it let it happen. I mean look at this point. It has to happen right. I mean it's we've talked about it enough. We've thought about it enough. Do you know how many people have spent time on edits? Jamal Adams and a cowboys uniform are in. Do you really want all that to be in vain. Newark jets jumped on a podcast with the prime sports network on Monday and the hosts that I was interviewed by is a jets fan and Kinda talked about. How if the jets lead Jamal? Adams go for the seventeenth overall. Pick and that alone that there will be some vitriol coming his way from from the jets fans all twelve of them. But that's what I'm saying. It's just it seems unlikely. So as fun as it would be an hyped. We would all get about it. Let's let's start tempering expectations. Because I think we're going to have to. I think we're we're we don't Thursday could be a little bit more dramatic than it already but that's kind of what the NFL draft is. All about right. I mean having fine shaking things up and trying to get weird at least that's that's how. Nfl offices in general managers and personnel trying to handle. They're trying to you. Know not handle it actually. Nobody wants to be weird. Everybody wants to be boring. Get the players they want. Get in get out. And whatever every team started when the super bowl no big deal but there were some of the things that popped up on Monday ass and things of note and again we are now you know depending on when you listen to this about forty eight hours away from the two thousand twenty nfl draft and that means we've got an exciting. Oh Yeah it is getting hot in here. That's right. There are some names that are being connected to the cowboys. Some that you need to know because when it comes to the cowboys you know they're they're pick has generally been pretty telegraphed so when it comes to the cowboys look right now. You're hearing all sorts of stuff right so and so likes this player. So and so that player they really you know the Atlanta Falcons Really WanNA trade into the top five. And it's so hard to trust anything I get that I understand that. That's typically the way the NFL draft goes in this. Isn't you know a lock? Lock it in. Throw away the key type thing but it is very much worth noting that generally the last half decade the cowboys have had their first overall pick first overall the number one pick in the draft but their first draft selection and not even a first rounder because last year they didn't have one but the first pick the cowboys have made is generally very telegraph and has been for some time. This is something we've discussed for a while now but if you look back two thousand sixteen. I'm not going to Supremely Telegraph. Just because if you've got the fourth overall pick it's pretty. It's pretty easy to figure out what you're going to do you. Can you know generally the first kind of seventy eight pigs? Barring some sort of wild card or whatever can be telegraphed overall. There's obviously kind of swing point every NFL draft. You can always kind of figure out the first you know two or three picks and then it gets. You know you're GONNA have a team go one direction last year. Was Cleveland Pharrell. They're they're sort of. You know there are circumstances like that. I think this year the Detroit lions or one of those pivot points but so two thousand sixteen. A lot of people knew. Obviously that it was down to Zeke Elliot and Jalen Ramsey for the cowboys not gonNA hold that against him two thousand seventeen. If you've been around cowboys twitter you've been reading the boys DOT com. You've been listening.

"Have sex with him it's a huge turnoff he has this idea that even if i'm not in the mood i'm obligated to have sex with him because i am his girlfriend i'm a love him but sometimes i just be completely out of it often sorry is too often that i hear people say what you won't do someone else will oh gosh so with this am i obligated to have sex with him whenever he feels like it even if i don't feel like it no the end pretty much i mean yeah i was gonna say i know that you probably sitting there wondering if it's okay because you'll have two different sex drive's and that's probably the only issue but i don't know i feel like there's something else they're gonna wanna say he's she on your anything or he will want to start cheating on you but i think that there is going to be future issues if you don't come to some sort of understanding come to some sort of other standing right i mean really bunts as if you don't wanna do it engine do and he wants to do it he's going to want to get it done somewhere he's not going to say all right well let me just up my masturbation game until she won't until you wanna have sex like i'm not saying that you should maybe consider having open relationship not anything like that i'm not saying you should bring a third around nothing crazy but you do not have to have sex with him if you don't feel like it but you also need to understand that it does not mean that he is going to just be like a fine like he's gonna either you're either gonna talk to him about this iago favors out together or you just going to say no and he's going do whatever he feels like doing and i'm going to say that.

"Secretive with her husband when she married him and so they didn't really appreciate that and so they kinda kinda tour with them and so they wanted to motor to a friend of the show she didn't accept it as she's not coming back at all for the best though i think so too because it's is definitely a high risk pregnancy so at least it's why she can go just be pregnant it'd be healthy and peaceful be married in peaceful i would love to see as a fan as somebody who watched the show for you know she's been on since season they came when she came on and season five so as a fan who's watched her for the last five seasons of this show and she has really morphed any volved into a completely different version of the same person that she was when she came on for in a good way so to see her get this which is something that everybody knows that the running joke or the consistent dig that the cast members are even fans take her as all you can't keep a man you buy boyfriends you bought her husband you know you don't have children kim zoll ceac even which i thought it was kind of weird because you never really hear women like like say stuff like this about other women but she did kim's all ceac was like you know you ain't got bitchy are you on my life you wanna baby you don't have one you wanna husband you ain't got one like she said that they've been taunting her with this for years fajor even kenya's her eggs scrambled yeah they they like go there with her say she's going to have to go to a sperm bank to get a child like phasers icon ick line that everyone seems to love from her was when she told kenya that you know she would have gone have to go to a sperm box a sperm donor rather and get sperm from someone who pay who needed fifteen dollars to get pizza that night so they went to this year like it was nasty and people love that from her because they couldn't stay in kenya but so to see.

"Russell even let's figure at least the end you walk away feeling field you know what i'm saying let's just fight just relieved so i think is something to think about think so lots of think of actually a lot too right because yeah you just can't see that's wrong stars at ain't there that's my but i think when we discuss mental health just like the ad said for talks basis not just like what happens to me much out but it's like when you put together everything you've been through how you navigating the world right now how much of it is reenacting from that wound or those wounds and how much of it is actually happening and i think what i've learned mental health is is taking the time to decipher that's what it is to me that's emotional health as intel emotional intelligence rather is like our remember let's talk about it being the pas but i i haven't internal pas but if i feel i'm gonna react at pause say israel is this real or is this this life on old story that you like time traveling back to because it made you think of it and you're not even being present right now it has nothing to do with this person or this conversation you have to check on you have to check yourself when you're time travelling and when you're present and make sure that you're always present into me that is the key to mental health so that you can make navigate spaces with a little more ease always immu challenge but it'll be a little more completely right you also get like eleven licks in amount of as an alternative i'm not saying that's not the way to go up to saying as an alternative we give them a seven ho licks.

"Yes but it was just the dynamic was literally reenacting my own wounds and everyone's doing that but a narcissist can sense that and then the sad part with 'em path whose yup reviewing themselves with one star is that they will accept being gas lighted by the narcissist where the nurses fucking which you like you're crazy you're just crazy you know what you've been through you know what i mean they use that against you the impact is just like trying to be softened loved and sweet and then that's what we get stuck in these situations and i think most of us can play both roles unit i mean you can be the one who's doing the manipulating or be the woes being manipulated depending on where you are motionlessly but i think it sad because if you are proving yourself with this one star you can have those people who like you're crazy because you shared all these stories of the things you've been with and then they use that against you to gas slight you tell you when you are intuitively feeling that they're doing something wrong they can be like you're not feeling me you're feeling you're crazy unity you're feeling what you've been through and taking it out on me and then they manipulate you like that it's terrible a lot of people do it's happened to me so much and i'm done it on like happens in business to hey happens in business all the time are you kidding me producers who knew hours like a hood kid kind of dangle that over my head like while i mean who else go help you you're not meeting oil if they did help we go see bid.

"I know was getting people shoe shakes back in the day so they're little triggers that have like even you know no here someone's phone go off in the middle of the night you know like little thing so i'll return the wayne people someone's phone going off little triggers like face times beans a client or when their phone is turned over you know like all the time so are little things like that that i became slightly obsessive over because a i done this on new while it was happening in them be when you're in relationships where someone's doing that it becomes a thing where you start getting paranoid which is silly when i think back at them like why did you stay in these relationships you know like you i've put myself thang into yeah because hi but i'm hoping now i'm like friends soon as you feel that get the fuck out like doing right sometimes you gotta go stuff so then when you get because you gotta you gotta do it until you're tired of yourself you know and then hopefully you're tired of yourself enough to never put yourself through that again but i know those are all little things because even with people that are not with if i hear someone's phone i feel it in my body it'll be like a friend mike but it's the same alert sounds you know so i'll be like ooh girl you really it's like the traumas like on a cellular level we've talked about it being ptsd yes so you know and obviously these are not to make light of ptsd these are like more subtle versions of it but it's just so interesting how you can carry all these things and then my experiment it changes how you navigate and don't want to imagine me start dating the poor do just turned his phone over because maybe he just does adam adored show suits.

"But is so important to beware of the scars that you are you know invisibly carrying because it does change how you navigate spaces and to think that these people in this experiment would crying crying they swore up and down swore up and down that people were reacting to this and they could not believe it hotan it was just ugly just playing just just play what do you think of sante you know it's it's weird weird because not a one point they didn't like walk into a mirror nothing like excellent pass by like a window or something you know with experimental bay t jake with how they place them it just makes me think to myself like i'm always in my head anyway so when the always the moments wire try to say get the hell out of your head are those moments where i'm thinking where i'm building too many other stories like when i'm at a restaurant and we're out to eat and i'm like sitting with you and then i start thinking about like okay like my waiter is taking too long or like it's been five minutes or like now that they are here they didn't offer like what they needed to offer they not do like then i started become too invested their like whatever the fuck that is going on to like build this checks and balances system for myself like i'm building too many other stories like i need to focus on what's happening right here which is this dinner like here so like i think about that in every thing that i go through like when i was working on my project for if i were rapper like i have to stop every day every time i said all right i'm gonna wash music video inspired and then i'm like start making my list then like it will just take like one email.

"Movement you're taking it as if it's a a reaction to everything that you've done and that's means karma was dealing with the sylvia's girl in the first place asks you that question in the first place she didn't ask sweden she asked someone who knows me if i play silly ass all it's just silly why would you do that you know so that's a me is is karma in our i thought about that because you know i have broken mike a ton of hearts but you know there was a time which i've been honest about on this show where because of like the men are grew up around and seeing how they treated women i was like it ain't going be me you know it's not gonna be me so that's gone their personality so that i would was the car like you strike i you know i'm gonna strike first before anyone does that took on that mentality and i found it really fun it was it was safe and fun granted a lot of people got hurt when i was in that phase that's business that's that's business you it's just business change nothing on the changes is player santa gaming change but once i did fall for someone at emotional ashby house i okay this is why you don't chain people is way at the time i thought it was karma i was like that's payback i'm done i fulfilled my karmic debt you know abby now the next person i'm with is going to be all good because i cleared that debt no it was not and that's when i learned that's not how karma works because there's something i was carrying you know and then not only my carry out you coming into relations with people that are carrying their own shit and then y'all at carrying all these bags together you'll let me so is is makes you think and this is why mental health conversations are so important because we can watch all the shows and laugh and crack up which we do on this show because it's important to have a balance of all of it all right.

"Can create the ms not real but these people were physically affected like they were trembling they were overwhelmed and when he finally told them what happened you know they were fun they were like no there's some possible like i saw the people's faces like they swore and then they will confuse that maybe they've been tricked again like maybe he's saying this and it didn't really happen you know to confuse them but they just could not fathom for not one moment that they hid made all of this up that all the people they'd walked through street pass them had actually not been looking at a scar and not seen anything that they thought and they were walking with with this insecurity you know even their posture was different and they were like looking in people's faces waiting for the people to look at them differently in almost to the point that they were looking at them so hard that they created faces from the other people they projected what they think that other people like feeling from walking pass them isn't that something that's i mean deep and so that blew my mind i was like this is fucking fascinating i remember at tweeted about it tweet it about the experiment a lot of people were like whoa that's you know it makes you think about how much of your own yelp reviews on much of 'cause we're you know last week's episode we discussed the reviews people might be discussing as far as us but do you ever consider your what you review yourself as and not just from the stories of what you've been through but let's be real all human here we've done some shit's other people you know what i mean in different degrees different experiences we've been through member we have let the story go episode of things that have happened to you all that mixed in a bag and then you're literally walking through the world.
