"Seahawks off to a three and Oh start for the first time since Pete Carroll took him to that Super Bowl triumph in 2013 coaches. He laid it with the Hawks record setting 14 touchdown passes in three games in all of the touchdown passes. That's just such a crazy number to be thrown out there in three weeks. Time who had known Seattle hung on yesterday to beat the Cowboys. Now they go play the dolphin Sunday in Miami. Injuries to Jamal Adams and Chris Carson don't appear to be long term. Fresh update on "three weeks" discussed on KNX Morning News with Dick Helton and Vicky Moore
"Smart. But once again, Orange County will not be climbing up into the next tier. And it appears that it won't be able to do so until at least mid October. Reporting live. John Perry K Annex, 10 70. NewsRadio. So that's Orange County. What about L? A county with three weeks of data indicating we've avoided another post holiday weekend Corona virus search county leaders are considering lifting restrictions what we've learned Is that we need to be cautious and we need to pay attention to our own data. Public health Director Barbara Ferrer says it's unlikely Lake County will be moving out of the most restrictive level in the States Corona virus re opening system any time soon. But even in tear one, it could take some steps forward, such as allowing nail salons to resume and our operations. Supervisors will also be taking up the issue of waivers for elementary schools that want to get kids and T k through sixth grade back on campus board chair Katherine Barker. Hopefully, we can come to some conclusion, as relates to putting something together that allow school districts to at least submit a waiver to Dr Pereira and then have a go up to.
Bill Barnwell on NFL Undefeated Teams + Monday Preview
"Bill Barnwell. It is late Sunday night almost midnight, which means it's time for you to make me smarter about the NFL. I'm going to try my best Baba Bill. Barnwell is a senior writer for ESPN host of the Bill Barnwell show and he's procrastinating his deadline to talk to me. So we just watched the saints and the packers on Sunday night football and the saints lost without. Their Star Receiver Michael Thomas. But that did not stop us from getting a whole bunch of touchdowns drew brees and Aaron Rodgers. Each threw for three a piece. But in the end, the packers won the saints lost and they've now lost New Orleans says back to back games for the first time since two thousand, seventeen bill I know you are writing a new piece about drew brees coming off of the two year deal that drew brees signed in the offseason and what we've now seen from him through these first three weeks what did you see in Sunday night's games he regressing improving? What do we have with bruise right now? Okay. So public drew brees definitely improving this is a better performance from him. Me brees was downright bad on Monday night in week two against the raiders before we got to garbage time and breeze didn't do deep very frequently until this game was out of hand but I think the concerns i. have read or have heard about arm strength or how deep is passes typically go they don't really get how reason this offense actually worked. Breezes sort of like. A singles hitter in baseball like Tony Gwynn lagging time where a post player with no range in basketball he's not going to suddenly start throwing deeply. He's Patrick Mahomes at forty one years old breeze has succeeded. Over the last three years while throwing the shortest paths in the League because he's posted the three best single season completion. In NFL history. Now. The good news for the Saints Good News For Saints Fans is that brees was much more accurate on Sunday night it was twenty, nine, thirty, six for two, hundred, eighty, eight yards a lot of that West Alvin Kamara who did a lot of the work but still going to end up thirty six is still better than where brees was. The bad news was just about everything else. The Saints Lost Starters Jared Cook and Andres P to injuries while devante. Adams List Aaron Rodgers threw for two hundred, eighty, three yards and those three touchdowns you mentioned. The saints focused on adding veterans with nicknames Emmanuel Sanders and balcony. Jenkins this off season. But. Sanders hasn't been able to stand out with ankle Thomas Injured and Jenkins has been picked apart in pass coverage including Mercedes Lewis touchdown on Sunday night the attorney for more accurate breeze that was a bright spot. But if the saints continue to struggle with injuries and get disappointing play from their stars, the Orleans is going to need this version of free stick around to have a chance to compete in the NFC. So the packers emerged three no, and that's where a lot of focus the rest of our conversation here on the teams that are now undefeated through three weeks of the NFL season. So bill, let's push deeper into the NFC here because the Chicago Bears Be Chicago bears are somehow three you know and they do it by beating the Falcons thirty to twenty six Chicago was trailing by sixteen head coach. Matt Nagy Decides to pull quarterback Mitch Trubisky in favor of the veteran nick foles mister big bleep nick himself who goes on to throw three touchdown passes in the fourth quarter. So I have a two part question for you now. Why are the Falcons physically incapable of holding onto a fourth quarter lead and? Secondly, where does this leave the whole quarterback situation in Chicago? Let me answer the second part of that question I. The bears are going to flail by the seat of their pants for the rest of the season I would assume that nick foles is going to start until he struggles and the bears trailing by two touchdowns in the fourth quarter a couple weeks from now, I would point Mitch Trubisky will come in and lead them to victory and the cycle will start the new. Unfortunately I don't have one simple takeaway for our poor friends and Atlantic. Is Different From what we saw in week to as. Much. As the defense was disappointing in this game, the offense really deserves a fair chunk of the blame for what happened scored a touchdown on the opening drive third quarter, and then basically tried to sit on their lead, Matt Ryan and company REPA- total three first downs on their next six is before the bears took the lead back and the only scored one field goal over that time after bisky intercession back running back Brian L. dropped an easy third down conversion which would have put the Falcons and field goal range. Then on the next drive kicker, young coup miss a forty eight yard field goal attempt. I know. I mean let's be fair. The Falcons defense was very bad. I'm not sure the Falcons are gonNA make any drastic changes on Monday morning, but Arthur blank can feel great about seeing this happen. On his seventy eighth birthday and. I believe I'm not mistaken not the only person celebrating birthday on Sunday. Having Birthday Pamela. Day Pablo. Yeah this is a hard way to discover that you share a birthday with the owner of the Atlanta Falcons Bill, which feels like you just cast a pox upon my house.

"One from 8 to 10. Thank you. Charlotte President. I want to raise an issue that I think has been lurking out there for two or three weeks fantastic specifically in national security turns You already are the oldest president in history, and some of your staff say you were tired after your most recent encounter with Mr Mr Mondale. Um I recall yet that President Kennedy who had to go for days on end with very little sleep during the Cuban missile crisis. Is there any doubt in your mind that you would be able to function in such circumstances? Not at all, Mr Truett and I and I want you to know that also, I will not make age an issue of this campaign. I am not going to exploit for political purposes. My opponent's youth and inexperience. Ronald Reagan's great strengths was humor. He deflected A very apparent Attack toward.
Bills rally to beat Rams 35-32 after blowing 25-point lead
"The bills. Blew a twenty five point lead on Sunday and lived to tell the tale. The bills happily received the gift of questionable Pi call on fourth down. Then won the game on a Josh Allen to Tyler. Crop Hook up with fifteen seconds to play final score thirty, five, thirty, two. Wow Greg the rams came this close to a comeback for the ages. Only let victory slip away. They left too much time on the clock. When you come back from twenty three, you got a time that final touchdown just to go to overtime and then win the coin flip, which is probably the only way. The Rams Defense was GONNA get a stop in a big moment here because Josh Allen. Did. It all in this game in terms of the rollercoaster, the the whole experience they had nine possession and they and they scored five touchdowns. So I don't want to hear anything about the bills offense being in any way let down now he helped set up the comeback with a couple of turnovers, one of which came on a very questionable call, but was also a terrible throw by Alan. So yeah, he was at some fall Aaron Donald took over the game as Donald Does but my big takeaway is that the bills are an offensive team you WANNA get on part of their team. For blowing the lead, get on the defense I I look at them more as a team. That's GonNa make mistakes offensively as we saw here and there but that had to third and twenty three situations with the game on the line and they wound up converting the both they got one into a four, thousand nine. They got that questionable call as you mentioned Dan and and if they didn't get it, we'd be talking about how they blew this game but I still. As. A global view. Take a look at this bills team in think this offense is really dangerous and Alan's going to have some ups and downs but the conversion that they've had into an offense that can score over thirty regularly is massive and they are gonna be a tough team to beat when that's the case One thing stuck out to me was the uproar over the the controversial call at the end of the game and to be honest I caught a lot of this game. The only reason the rams were in the game was because of a bad call in their favour in which there was a simultaneous possession interception, which was clearly caught by the offensive player, and then once they hit the ground was wrestled out of his hands by the defensive player was a horrible call and they tried to defend it afterwards, our river on did and. It didn't make any sense when he tried to defend it either terrible throw though two and they gave up four touchdowns in four possessions very quickly. I think it's giving the rams a little too little credit's saying that's the only reason. It was definitely a turning point but it was a bad decision by Alan and more more to the point the rams offense started cooking. In the third and fourth quarters I hated that call. It's funny. We just started this show talking about how referees are keeping the flags in their pockets that to me at the end of the game there and I I know L. River on got behind his boy there. But that seemed very ticky tack with the game on the line to call that. But you know at that happens ultimately I think if you're the rams. Yeah. You're smarting from that call but also there are two third in forever's that they had right the bill. And all you gotTa do is make stop and that was you know that was to opportunities they had and they and they let it go by the boards and that is a credit to Allen I didn't get a chance to see this game. So I can't really say too much about it other than. His ability to just move this team up and down the field for three straight weeks, he is passed for three hundred yards. In, three straight weeks and they are averaging I believe four hundred and thirty yards. Total yards per game and thirty one points per game through three weeks, which is obviously franchise records across the board. There's something special happening with his offer.
Los Angeles Firefighters Gain More Ground On 114,000-Plus Acres Bobcat Fire
"Evacuation orders and warnings now been dropped as crews get a better handle on the huge bobcat fire that started in the Angeles National Forest almost three weeks ago, then moved into the southern Antelope Valley. Words destroyed a number of homes with some other orders and warnings are still in effect, but fires now 61% contained after burning just over 114,000 acres. Big Ten To Resume In October
"How about the latest there? Right. The Mac conference is going to play a six game conference schedule, and that's going to be announced at a later time. But they wanted Teo have at least four daily tests for their student athletes an urgent tests and get to get them back on the field. That was a big concern for them. So they made that decision unanimously amongst their presidents and chancellors on Friday, and Heather. No doubt the new daily Covert 19 tests with a quick results have a major impact here in Mountain West Conference will also have an eight game slate beginning. Over 24th. How much though there's one conference tilt the scale, so to speak in the big 10, Open the door for the rest of these conferences. I think that the big 10 coming back open the door for Ohio State, right? I think it really It really complicates things. And when it was on ly three weeks in the very beginning of September, and we were looking at the big 12, the SEC and the sea, the question was, wow. Can the American Athletic Conference get one in as an undefeated group of five team? I think What we're going to see now is a lot of the same of familiar teams that we typically talk about it again. As we've said weekly him. We don't know how many games anyone's going to play that includes Alabama and Clinton as well. Absolutely all

Kentucky AG Warns to Not Let "Celebrities, Influencers and Activists" in Wake of Breonna Taylor Decision "Capture Our Emotions"
"Here, Kentucky's Attorney General. Daniel. Cameron. Today. According to Kentucky Law. The use of force by mattingly in Cosgrove was justified to protect themselves. This. Justification bars us from pursuing criminal charges. In Miss Brianna Taylor's death justice is not often easy. Does Not fit the mold of public opinion, and it does not conform to shifting standards. Now is the Reverend Al Sharpton. The host of MSNBC's politics. Nation. He's author of the New Book Rise up confronting a country at the crossroads which will be available Tuesday Reverend Sharpton, your reaction to what the attorney general had to say and what's unfolded tonight in Louisville. Out My reaction is that certainly it is not surprising, but it is still allowing to see that a grand jury and grand jury usually a totally framed by what the prosecutor plus before because that's the only lawyer in the role to come back and say that we will charge and also for all the violence that he did cause and the cause for those. Surrounding an area on apartment that we kill someone, but we will not charge him with killing. Someone shows an outrageous an unbelievable kind of justification for doing nothing around the death of Brianna Taylor. Brianna Taylor was not even mentioned in the indictment if anyone wants to know why we are saying black lives should matter they acrylic saying Louisville. The day did not math. That attorney general to even attack those of us that supported the family at the family's request saying that the celebrities and influence activists on that wealth from end to Kentucky or should not there to give their views when we're welcome there to watch horses run around the track for the Louisville Dirt Louisville Kentucky Derby. But we're not welcomed to stand up for the life of value and worth of a black woman who's only actions that night issue to better in our own home committing no crime involved with no criminal activity. That's why we continue to. That's why we should vote in. We should use the fact that you can vote in November even in Kentucky even though we couldn't vote the grand jury we ought, to sin, Mitch McConnell into retirement as a deposit on the justice we want for the retailers of. I want to let the audience here what you were just referring to the Kentucky Attorney General who is a Republican talked today about activists from out of state who don't live in Kentucky. As if they have no right to talk about this, let's listen to that. There will be celebrities, influencers and activists who having lived in Kentucky. We tried to tell us how to feel suggesting they understand the facts of this case that they know our community and the Commonwealth better than we do. But they don't. Let's not give into their attempts to influence our thinking or capture our emotions. It sounds like he was talking about you. Talking about me and many others than many that up right there on the ground. From out of state but let me remind people that all of the activities of Leonidas Attorney Ben crump was at the invitation of the Family WanNa. Justice. And if you know it's an old playbook calling people outside Agitators Monitor King Junior and John Lewis Super Far greater than us will call that that will not in any way stopped mood that's gone on all over this country and the way to deal with this, we must try to change the laws and one way to do that is to change the lawmakers. We must turn our pain in the power in the rubble must continue to non-binding march to keep these. Alive. Riyan Taylor matting her life matters and we don't have to be a citizen of Louisville to say that and many Citizens Louisville are saying that as well and just last week. The right thing did happen on the civil case the city settled with the family for twelve million dollars and you know that settlement never would have happened without you and others bringing national attention to this case. Well absolutely, and why would you settle for that record amount of money if there was no wrong had been done and one of the reasons that we marched by the tens of thousands in Washington just three weeks ago and details mother spoken that much is because we clearly need is George Floyd policing injustice act passed by the Senate, passed by the House that would also make will officers if they commit a crime are subject of of the lawsuits and pretzels have to deal with it taxpayers paying forward individual offices do and are not held accountable for we need to change the laws by changing the lawmakers.

First Impressions on COD Cold War's Multiplayer Alpha
"Speaking of the future we did get a little taste of the Cold War multiplayer this weekend as they dropped with, they're calling an Alpha I always think it's cute when these AAA developers drop an open Alpha like this is an Alpha for those who don't know is supposed to be like the rawest form of your game before you really get the kinks worked out an Alpha is not hey, everyone can download this and play it. And you're good at Oh. By the way, our game is also coming out in like three weeks like that is not how call Beta one, Beta, two or something like that. Alpha's a bit generous to say like Yeah we've never tested this out until right now. Yeah. Alpha will figure this all out. But give him a minimum project the same time on that though because doing that's going to allow them to see a lot of tendencies catch a lot of bugs. Yeah. There's already a ton that we will dive into but yeah, like I think. WHATEVER THEY WANNA call it. This was a good move on trailer park this very different than how we saw infinity ward handled their game already right. We already hear about a lot of coming changes issues that we may have right now may even be gone by the time we actually play the next open Beta here in just a few weeks now disclaimer on all this. This was only on playstation. So as only on the PS four as far as I know, it might have been on Xbox to you, but it was only on console just place it just playstation. So a nugent did play it the last time I pull the only thing I play my playstation at the moment is for NHL. That is it like I have a couple of single player games. That I might hop on here and they're like Spiderman last of us but for the most part, just NHL I have not played a first person shooter with a controller since call of duty World War Two which I think was the last one not. So. That that will. disclaimer here, this is just coming from a normal perspective K.. Yet I could talk about how you know I sucked. But to be honest I didn't even talk that bad because the auto so ridiculous that it. Makes me look a little decent little decent. disclaimer there now, right off the bat though I will say this and you mentioned it as soon as we started playing when this Moose over to PC and the pros get to play this game on apiece. Refresh rates and. Just everything that. Cleaning it up. They are going to be blown away. They're going to perform so much better. I feel like we're just going to get a better game because I noticed it immediately like right when I got in God we were playing a timid join day. Twelve map initially because we wanted to try out the new ship NAP and if our modern from not whatever whatever whatever you call it. Yeah. Like I mean the ship nap the big ships. By the way what did I say did I lie when I say any game that has a battleship map on it is already a top five game. Oh, very cool map but now that has like three shifts on it that you can jump from ship to ship to ship. Diving. In the water getting vehicles, I'm not saying it's going to be competitive in east sports because it won't be from a casual standpoint run that twenty four, seven, I want to twenty four, seven ship Matt playlist are like that ship nap a lot more than the snow map. Yeah. That were for the big map that. Out on the names of these mounts but yeah, I mean I noticed it right away like the sixty hertz graphics like it. All just felt like I was playing on my old computer that I got rid of like a couple years ago. Now, you know like it just felt like I was playing on outdated equipment like I was playing things low settings compared to what I'm used to, and so that was the first thing that I thought of also is man like we're gonNA get a product. They've ever had before in call of duty lead just right away just 'cause it didn't play bad. It's just it wasn't as good as you would want it to be you know try and constantly. Yup. First thing that hopped out to me. I, think overall time to kill. It feels good. It is longer than what modern warfare was I kinda like. Me Too because it was one thing is when you played modern warfare for the first time I, remember playing the Beta or whatever they called it for modern warfare and I remember I got my first kill and laughed out. Loud. How because remember I they started with the foam us in warfare and I laughed at how fast they died. I took you back. The hundred fifty HP or whatever they're doing for. There's like. It did feel good. I didn't have an issue with it like I felt like it took. The right amount of blitz you know just felt it felt okay. The way I did was I will say this it allows what is a very underrated thing I think modern warfare was missing. It. Allows the turnaround kill. It allows for for that clutch moment to where if someone's coming up from behind, you can turn around and get them right into had that level of casual level. It will create that hype. So I liked not. Time to that was a big. That was a big piece of it like I think that. Just felt good. Overall map seemed okay a little. You know they're six we six. So it's hard to judge. But seemed I liked him I really like I thought Moscow is I think Moscow is going to be a really fun map to watch on a competitive level especially for before they have some like good wide lanes on there I I love the the lanes that we saw a lot more traditional. To call of duty than what we saw this past year with modern warfare is you can very clearly conceived distinct three lanes on most of these maps Moscow I thought was really good. I think satellite is going to be a really fun to watch. I know you didn't play too much but I thought satellite was a really good map of Miami. I have some concerns about just because of the openness of the middle of the But again, it does at least have the proper three lanes but the really spread out. So very curious to see how like Miami looks like a five eighty, five map instead of a four before to me on how it's currently laid out but. Again. I really liked him I thought the mouse were good and maybe that's just me grading attempt to light modern warfare maps. I did not like any of the modern warfare. Along. Yeah I was GONNA say it doesn't a lot to be to modern warfare Matt.

Missing podcast episodes that usually are there every couple of weeks? Just to sort of rebuild. rebuild. My strength my optimism and sort of developer. Resilience Bank, which is what we're going to be talking about in this episode. You know and I just. Explained what I was about to do on facebook post about three weeks ago I shared was probably more about four weeks. Now, a shared a post and a link to an article called your surge capacity is depleted and it's why you feel awful. It's an article written by Tara Haley. and. Shared my personal facebook page, and also the everyday Buddhism group I wrote I'm sure many of you have already hit the point where you're surge capacity is is totally depleted either just recently are months ago. And in the last few weeks, so this would have been. About a month ago I faced up to the fact that I'd been feeling off and awful for days on end. And feeling that way is something I am not at all familiar with as nearly incorrigible glass half full person. I totally identified with Tara, Haley's description about what she's going through and how strange it was for her being a high achiever to feel what she described as a quote anxiety tainted depression mixed with on we that she couldn't kick. And it was also along with the complete inability to concentrate. And I read that it was exactly the way I'd been feeling. So those of you in my everyday Sanga in everyday. Buddhism membership community know that I recently did face up to the fact that I needed to give myself a little break. And in in the article Tara Haley points out that expecting less of yourself is exactly what you should do to help yourself go the distance in this pandemic even though we don't know how long distances or what we're gonNA find at the end. Her article talks about this thing called them big use loss and it's why we feel so bad. And how it's news for Motif for many of us. and how we have no coping skills. Much like my recent everyday Buddhism podcast called six steps for coping with uncertainty with Gregg creech healy asked the question. How do you adjust to an ever changing situation where the quote new normal is indefinite uncertainty So, it's been a little over a month since I released the episode with Gregg. Creech and it gave myself time to think about. Writing, content having ideas for content or recording content. I. Also took time away from hosting the Everyday Buddhism Sanga or which we call the Everyday Sangha with gratitude for volunteer hosts from the Sanga who took over for me. Just a few weeks prior to recording the episode with Greg We lost our dog Bella. She was fifteen and the last dog in the House since we lost her litter mate brother back in April of two thousand nineteen. So I did realize that I was personally was dealing with a mix of this thing called ambiguous loss as well as the more tangible loss and grief of losing Bella. You know a while ago. I expected to snap out a feeling awful within a week or two into this past month of my break. But I'm here to report that just giving myself a little break wasn't a magic solution. I did what seemed to be all the right things I took more walk spent more time outside read more and. Let Myself. Sleep in. But it still seemed harder for me to focus and get motivated to do the things I needed to do. But see it's Haley's article She she she points out that this is very typical. she did interviews with an masten, PhD Pauling boss, PhD and Michael Madhouse md.. About. Our adaptive surge capacity that we call on in response to a short term stressful situation like a natural disaster and it's that adaptive surge capacity the it's it's met for the short term situation. So therefore, it has limits. And in this situation that we'RE DEALING WITH WE'RE WE'VE depleted that surge capacity because our emergency is no longer short-term, it's now chronic. And I've been hearing from friends family and Sanga members who feel the same way he in the Article Pauline boss emphasizes how are solution oriented culture and way of thinking is actually destructive when faced with the problem that actually has no solution. This time of ambiguous loss causes feelings of helplessness and hopelessness and a better way to deal with these feelings is not through trying to think our way out of them or find

"Dutch from from the underground and also just note that they think he's going to get about twenty five. Maybe thirty touches starting at least the first couple of games or what not trying to get back into the picture. If you have zeke ezekiel elliott on your team and you know must have come in a very high first or second round at the latest. What's your thoughts as far as playing him. Do you play him right away. Do you have have no choice. I mean if you picked zeke. You elliott most likely you don't have that greater depth that running back after him so most likely you gotta go ahead even with with the limited amount of touches you gotta go ahead and play him correct. Yeah you hit the nail on the head. I mean at that point unless you really play in a a smaller league or people were asleep at the wheel on the second and third round of your draft. You're forced to start him. You know he's playing whether he's in shape or not. I don't know he claims to be working out in kabul but you have to. I think kinda kinda to the other factor involved here is the giants don't have the most stout defence who knows maybe they spell elliott a few times and he gets them. Goal-line looks and he gets you a touchdown so so at this point. It's kind of looking at it like a real team. You're paid the guy the top bucks in this case a first round draft pick play him roll the dice spin fewer going up against a <hes> the chicago bears or maybe the rams defense. Maybe you kinda give it thought but not this week stardom and like i said hope he gets you one of those cheap b._t.'s or maybe a few catches and receiving yards hopefully that'll be the case to make the best of very messy situation i should say and and hopefully for zeke elliott fans and also fantasy football team owners that have as you go elliot on their team. Hopefully it will still manage to be a good season. I don't know how great it will be because then you get into a situation where those players with those long holdouts. They have a tendency to get injured. The percentages seemed to go up for them to get injured as being more likely so i've been kind of worried and hopeful that i have enough depth on my running back roster absolutely that's it's an excellent way of putting it and frankly in this game. We love and play running backs. Get her all the time. It's just hard to predict whether holdout or not you're gonna have a fluke injuries so i say take take it week by week and worry about it down the road but it's definitely a good way of looking at it my friend. It's been a great episode. I gotta have you on real soon. After the the dust is settled on week one of the n._f._l. United still workout times as far as when you're available to do so but you are definitely going to be a major part of insight sports fantasy issue football going forward. I gotta ask you my friend before we had on out and that is what do you and charles smith junior the host that both you are of of the insights board show what you to scheming up for this season of insight sports all thanks again for the opportunity. I'm looking forward to a great season in doing this. Show a lot of friends and even co workers giving good feedback and even asked me when the first episode was and i told them after i finished my draft but that's i guess a little more like insider information nation but on the show are actually doing a bit of a reboot to the most popular segments we we've had gotten feedback from the audience on our our pick segment and fantasy football also i'll probably be giving some more of my nuggets whether it's who to pick up to drop who to start those sorts of things and then charles and i started a few years ago where we had a segment called gamblers blurs the late and thanks to the supreme court in my home state of new jersey gambling's not as evil as everyone makes it out to be as you know the fine state of nevada so we had a scene team charles was he picking over under and being the contrary and i am at times i would pick an underdog a really good year last year..

"You. Gotta do what you gotta do absolutely couldn't agree more. You know what it's going to be also a great weekend in the n._f._l. First weekend everybody's so pumped all the fantasy football owners out there just so psyched. I'm going to win the championship after week one. If you start to see a little bit of cracks near but before everybody goes ahead panics before it goes in and just this gives themselves a pat on the back. We've got week one to worry about and from fantasy football standpoint. Are there any match ups right off the ginkgo that stick out brought to you that says for a fantasy football team owner out there they have to go ahead and they have to make a play absolutely and i think this is going to be a recurring theme throughout the year. Start anyone you have on the baltimore ravens offense. I say that because the miami dolphins a two thousand nine hundred miami dolphins may be the first n._b._a. Team to enter the n._f._l. N._f._l. I say that because they've outright admitted that there tanking this year they traded tunsil instills. They've got ryan fitzpatrick starting quarterback. They don't have a heck a lot of depth on matt team. They know there are two top college quarterbacks potentially to be had in the draft next spring so be frank with you. Someone like lamar jackson. Even is a good start. I know there are some questions sion's given his playoff game last year against the chargers not this week play him. I think even someone to get a little deeper into the weeds like justin tucker. <hes> the raven should be able to put put up some points if not he's going to be within field goal range because i think that ball control offense will run the dolphins all over the field so right there. I know that seems like a no brainer but so you really can't go wrong with any ravens against the dolphins and secondarily one other a big trend. I'd like to think here. I'd like to pass along a week. One don't don't kind of overanalyze things. I mean for instance. I've got cam newton on a team and i know he's going up against the top ramps defense but he's better than my alternative play him. You don't know what's going to happen. Can you last night the bears. The packers look sluggish who knows they may even get into a shootout wpro or maybe cam will get you a rushing touchdown or throw a couple t._d.'s as late or something along those lines don't over think it yet. I do think matchups are important but i mean patrick. Mahomes is going up against a tub jags. The are you gonna sit him or are you gonna sit tyreek hill. I think not they may not have an explosive gain but play them because it's week one we all know the defenses are just as out of shape as the offense is in getting that rust off so that's my advice matchup wise this week i've got to that. I want to go ahead and point out. One of them is cincinnati at seattle and if you got anybody on the seattle title offense. I think that's something that should be a definite play for you especially if you have chris carson or russell wilson. I think that both of them are going to be big time contributors to you a very very good win. I know vegas has seattle as a heavy favourite going into the weekend. Another game that you want to look at is houston at new orleans on monday night with new orleans at home. Drew brees go crazy annette game especially being an early game so it's not too late for the national t._v. The audience the houston at new orleans could be something that really could be very exciting especially for owners that have new owns players on the roster. Kamara breeze the wide receiver said michael thomas. If you have them on your team i would definitely say that there are a must start because houston after all the funky traits that they did some some of them. Which were i don't. I don't think that they got the best of especially when you concerning the the judean clowney trade and all that but there's there's a couple of other trades as well all that that i don't really have everything going right in houston. They're they're doing some very curious things almost as curious what's going on in miami handy but let's not even go there and i think that's that's really a situation..

And that's what you help to avoid with a lot of people with the one page retirement in complaint. So let's recap in case folks are just joining us right now, we've talked about the market downturn in October, which the market lost all of its two thousand eighteen gains in just three weeks in October thing about fast that occurred all of the Dow gains. Lost in about three weeks. You know up on escalator down on the elevator. There's lots of uncertainty out there. And I I believe there's lots of volatility ahead. The one thing that we're really trying to point out and get people to focus on is what is your plan to maintain your life savings? So you can retire on time with the income you need joepat. You talk about retiring on time. And you think about all the years that you've worked the last thing that a lot of people wanna do is have to go back to work or delay that retirement date when the market goes down, and we're specifically talking about the market today. Because again going back last month, it was is tremendously volatile month. And that's where sequence of returns comes in. Which is when you are taking money out of your retirement accounts, and the markets also taking money out of your retirement accounts because there was a hit. That's where we start to go in trouble. If you're going into retirement, and this is happy. Opening joepat folks are going to have to delay delay. That's not what we want Mike, especially in retirement because after all how much time do you have left? I call called a poor fellow one time, and I told him about some investment ahead. And he goes sunny, I don't even buy green bananas anymore. He's telling me he didn't have much time left. He seemed like less backup. Just a second. Let's focus on what's the number one most important thing in our life. It's our loved ones the people we love.
