During the six year span between 1967 and 1972 more than 300 commercial airplanes or hijacked worldwide. With over 130 of those occurring in the United States alone. This was the golden Age of skyjacking. But it's Cooper's hijacking that we remember because he provided the blueprint for how to pull it off. And get away. Bengals rookie, Tee Higgins, getting more comfortable in offense

"Lance McAllister. He is Dave Lapham. It's welcome in a special guest. He's the Bengals rookie wide receiver for catches on Sunday. 16 catches on the season. We welcome in tea, Higgins t. How are you? I'm good. You're doing good. He had a 26 yard or yesterday. That was the longest play from scrimmage for the Bengals against that Baltimore Ravens defense If you played against a defense on any level that was more aggressive than what the Ravens took us a posturing yesterday in that football game. Um, I mean, I've been in the league knows. You know me plan against other sue in the national championship there, David, Mrs. Really aggressive. So that's the first time I've seen that since that game. See, I mentioned 16 catches. Now It's 16 times you've hooked up with Joe talk to us about the the comfort level in the chemistry you feel it's developing between you and Joe, Ah, utility and better and better each week. No, you listen to me more and more now, so just go out there and practice catching those, You know balls that he's given me, you know. With this behind me, or in front of me. He knows over the shoulder, so they're out there making those plays. Giving him confidence in me is, you know good so It seems like on a week by week basis you're learning and the one thing you talked about early, and teammates had mentioned it to you don't flash. Don't show your hands earlier. These defensive backs the guys at this level, You know, just kind of feed off of that. That type of thing. What other things have you learned little nuances that you've already applied in the early stages of your NFL career? Yeah. I can't do too much dancing at the London coach when you were going to get Stevie, you know, you gotta get point from point A to point B. And you know a lot of guys. Honestly, they're they're really good for defeat, and they're going to read you. So you just You can't can't do too much Daphne Blonde scrimmage. 85 games into your NFL career, Is it what? You thought it was the game? What you thought it be from a speed and everything you have heard? How was it played out for you? Yeah, that will be a new is gonna be a lot faster, if not more physical, You know that. It has been exactly that. Nah, just really well, and you know, really Now so plated Ellis you like you said, Death Valley. I've been to Death Valley Broadcasting games for that environment. There's nothing like in a night game of Death Valley. You haven't lived until you've experienced something like that. And then in the SEC, all the visiting stadiums that you go to, of all the crowd noise mirroring what's it been like? Plant in the National Football League with covert, You know 19 in the year 2020. That's been so different for everybody. What's that been like a Zen experience. Yeah. You know, having a no fan and stuff like that been really, You know really strange And we're you know, you know, I've been playing football on my whole life. Always have fans, and so is it really just feels like a scream? It's you got. Ah, Brain Accutane. Gotta bring no energy, So I mean, that's what we try to do. You make a play to bring all energy I'm getting so tight, you know, came allowing the crowd when there's no fans in the stadium, so That's really how we go about it. T fans get to see you play on the field, but I don't think they have an appreciation for everything that goes with it in terms of following the protocols in the testing, and that's got away. I would think that's gonna be on your mind. And yet you have toe push it aside to play football. What's it like dealing with everything else beyond just playing the game right now? Yeah. You know, you got to get tested everything the day at a certain time. And, you know, get our math everywhere. So I mean, It's been really, you know, really weird, But everyone's going to just too and you know, just following protocol just so we could go out there and play the game that we both. Yeah, it's an interesting year instead of going on the road and facing these hostile crowds. Your face in a hostile enemy and covert 19, you know, and it's like you never know when it's going to crop up like it did in Tennessee, in Miami and other places, And I guess this This is the year where you have to go from a mental standpoint, be mentally strong and be ready to pivot on a just, I mean the team that pivots and adjust the best, you know, be at the Patriots with what they're going through the Titans and other teams. And teams that really don't get affected by covert. But after almost, you know, work to make sure you don't every single day of the season, the team that handles that type of business best this year. The teams are going to be okay. Right. Just like you know, you just gotta be careful with the alpha people, not people, not always. In the building every single day, you know, just really quarantine yourself for what? You know a few more weeks. The season go through and you know everybody be alright, so To your body's taken hits now for five weeks. How Just how In general, do you feel physically at this stage of the season? I feel really good, You know, just getting treatment. And, you know, getting massages every week, you know, just got to take care of your body. You know, you don't take care of your body. You won't be able to play under sentence on Sunday. So You were exposed to. Ah, tremendous leaders, coaches players at Clemson. I think you thought that Joe borrow fit that category. A za an outstanding leader as he lived up to everything that you thought. My understanding is after the game, he instead to the to the defense. You continue to play like that. We won't lose another game this year. I mean, that's that's what you're looking for. From your guy at quarterback in it. Oh, yeah. 100% You know you want to go out like that is going to take Take ownership of you know how we play it off. As you know, we gotta compliment our defense when they go out there and get stuff. You know, we gotta go out There is four points where they'd be a field, road or touch now. And him. Coming up in, you know, speaking on it in a zoo, the game is really big, and that's what you're going to. God has run the offense see one. Ah, when all hick has been breaking, lose either good or bad. What has he been? What's job in like in the huddle? What kind of influence in leader has he been? From that standpoint? Got encouraging. You know he's gonna pick it up for my job. Go get a false start. You know he's going to talk to you encouraging you have that play behind, you know, And you know, we have a good place He's gonna you know. Giggle and laugh about it. Sometimes in the dependable know what the situation is. You know the guy that is the guy that you really want, you know, in the huddle. See how much carry over from Clemson in in your routes. The actual routes themselves are there to the to this offense here with the Bangles and National Football League? I know them different terminology, all those kind of things, but there are only certain number routes in a row tree, right? I mean, is it just me or is it just applying? You know things that you already know that you've done a million times? Make sure mentally you know, with the with the language and everything involved. You're on the same page as the quarterback. Yeah. Yeah, it comes and he basically ran everything. So I mean, you know you just from Beit was just you know, the different, you know, Route names and what? What The plate concept is So that was the biggest thing for me. But other than that, you know all the routes of the same You have two NFL touchdown catches. Do you have either football? Go out first. I have to keep down.

Growing Your Photo Business with Dixie Dixon

"Able to welcome back to another episode of this week in photo I'm your host. Frederik. Van Johnson today I have the honour and pleasure of sitting down with the illustrious Nikon shooting. Dixie Dixon, she talked about world. He's got he's working on what letter here we're GonNa talk about Nikon and all that good stuff dixie welcome to the show. Are you doing amazing thanks so much for that great intro I. Appreciate it. It's all true. It's all. You're awesome. I'm excited to be here today and chat with you. Cool. Well, let's talk about stuff. So you know we've just you know full disclosure you and I did an interview before over on the sky loon behind the scene podcast that I also host but I wanted to invite you onto this show is well because I want to. kind of slightly different direction and. Introduce you to this week and photo audience as well as the behind the scene audience if you subscribe to behind the scene search for it and go subscribe to that one too. So Yeah. Good stuff. Who is Dixie Dixon? Ukraine. So I've seen your name in fact. I. was just doing a livestream with a friend of mine who's also a Nikon shooter and I said I gotta go I. GotTa Hang Up because I'm getting ready to talk to Dixie Dixon and he's like I was like, have you heard of Dixie Dixon? He's like Have I heard of Dixie Dixon. It's like, have you heard of Prince? So. Tell us how did you get from where you were to being kind of a household name in the in the photography world? I appreciate that so much. Gosh it's been a really crazy adventure. I've had photography jobs. So I started out shooting the cheesy little league pictures shot with film actually was the Nikon F G camera, and so we'd be doing all those cheesy soccer ball like posing with a soccer balls and Just, the team photos and stuff like that, and then I ended up joining the yearbook staff and my image ended up making the cover of the yearbook. So for me, it was like a way to get out of my shell a little bit. I'm very much a sort of an introvert. So it was sort of felt rebellious and helped me get to know people and communicate and have fun and so that for me was like a moment. Wow maybe I could actually do this for a living. So I ended up going off to college I would have loved to majored in photography, but I really thought. Maybe I should figure out the business so I can actually figure out how to make a living doing this. So I ended up studying. Entrepreneurship at TCU and fell in love with the business side and then I ended up studying abroad with a world renowned fashion photographer I literally googled fashion photography study. Abroad. And there was one program through Syracuse University. So I got to go and study with Jeff Licata and listen over in London and Prague and do my first big fashion shoot, and that is when I really fell in love with the fashion photography side of things. So yeah, it's fun adventure I felt like it was yesterday but it's It's crazy how fast time flies and I got a job sheeting TV show and it just all came together. I have so many questions like I'm I'm curious how it works from. A lot of a lot of the twitter audience. Sure as the same question like the. One one path to success as a photographer seems to be fashion right? You got to be a fashion slash commercial photographer. You gotta be that person walking on said and you're in charge and you know the House music stumping in the background and models are doing their thing. There's a wind machine. Blowing. And somebody's up there like stevie nicks with the white thing. So how do you? How do you get there like what's what's the path from leaving school in entrepreneurship going through the internship and seeing how it's done from behind the scenes to building a brand like your brand and being sponsored and representing brands like Nikon? Yes. So it's been I always feel like as an entrepreneur you think you're just GonNa, go a nice gradual progression upward, but it's like. It's an interesting. It's an interesting journey if you will. There's ups and downs along the way. I. Mean my first few years I was shooting everything I was shooting weddings and portrait's and product. If anyone called me to do a shoot I knew how to do it. I said Yes to almost everything yeah. Just to just to pay the bills and whatnot so I ended up up to different websites My fashion website and then my commercial website I mean my wedding website and portrait website. So basically, when people would reach out and they wanted portraits, weddings, I was sent him to that website, and then all the fashioned stuff on my fashioned website was all three work that I had shocked my portfolio. So ultimately, you have to show the type of work that you WANNA be shooting. So I was wanting to shoot the fashion work so you have. To, go out and shoot that work, and then you're gonNA, eventually start attracting those type of clients. So then I started shooting for modeling agencies, they would do like paid portfolio shoots for their models. It started out as free portfolio shoots and then they ended up paying me to shoot their models for awhile and do that quite a lot and then that led to like two boutiques and showing them my work and ask him if I could collaborate.

Make Your Zoom Meetings Soar Remote Work John Paul Mendocha - burst 14

"Doing Zoom and working remotely because that's the world that we're currently living in today, and it's probably going to be the world that we're going to be living in for not just. A short period of time but because we're starting to understand that you know what we can get a lot of work done remotely in very a lot of industries we need to grasp, hold its concept being able to do as zoo meeting and do it right all right, and so we're we're GonNa talk about some of these little pieces here as we finish up here in this hour so. Let's talk about a couple of really we you talked about the green screen, but I think one of the things that two things that we need to talk about is audio and video. And bring up to really fabulous points and I am right on it and Let's. Let's talk about the video portion I, what should we know about video because we can make some mistakes there Why I think the the first mistake that we make is that is that when we get into the whole realm of video. We immediately go. Hey High def right I want high. DEF. and. All that sounds good because of course, we're watching I definitely and television and by the way watching something happened. Is Infinitely more. Is Easier and simpler than you actually making it happen. So you want to look at your resolution and see if you can actually tone down your resolution because. They're probably not gonNA WANNA see four K or whatever. And by the way very few people have the bandwidth to do four K. Right now. So video is important and and you WanNa make sure that you understand how your video works, how how it's going to be put together and you can. You could start out inexpensively and you can go very expensively You can actually get a really decent zoom call out of a iphone or android with with a face with a front facing camera. But what you WanNa do you WanNa get a stand and have this stand hold it instead of you because let's face it. If if you're holding your camera, you know if you're holding like this way you know and you've got this little jitter will cause your hand will get tired and you're doing this stuff You're not going to be not going to be very effective. So just make sure that you understand that and and you know. Test see what is like also, you can make videos on your on your PC, your Mac you know on your laptop makes videos and see what the camera it looks like. Big Mistake that people make is they got nostril cam going that's great. You know which one I'm talking about right. Looks like it looks like Sherwood forest up there but you know you got these guys who they don't even they're clueless by the way if you want to know how to make your laptop, go up up up, I will give you the cheap way to do it. You could go get some paper that would go into your printer and just keep stacking up keep stacking up. Reams of paper until have the right line of sight. So people aren't looking up there and going. I wonder. Don't want them to wonder, hey, how's how's that? For a really inexpensive way to do that and you're right you know you can take books or whatever to raise your laptop if you don't have a separate camera, I think probably you and I, I have a camera on a tripod that's a USB camera attached here so I'm looking right at it, but you don't have to have. That you don't have to spend that money to do that type of thing. So you most as you point out in the book, most of your laptops have a camera in there. Let's get rid of knows. Kim Let's. Let's get some books and let's get that. Let's get that raised there. So we can see you right. Let's talk about audio. Let's talk about audio because I think we we think that because Ron video that audio is not important, but it really is critical. Isn't it? Audio's very important. Now, I I happen to prefer just because of my personal style and what I do is I wear I, wear a gaming headset so you can go buy a gaming headset for seventy. Bucks. Plug into a USB and it does a good job. It it. You know it sounds good by the way it kills lots of surrounding noise and that makes me the MIC stand. You know. So matter how much moving my head and it's funny because I, what I'm. Looking at buying headsets I was talking to. Somebody. Who is really a good audio engineering and we're talking about my problem, which is I had a really nice microphones like Jay has in fact, I have several but the problem is I would come off center. So my volume would keep getting funky and changed and he said, well, tell me how much you move your head and I said, well, it's got like halfway between Ray Charles and Stevie. Wonder. and. Said Okay here's the solution. The solution is you have to be the Mike Stand. So I bought actually have multiple headsets but for for seventy bucks at a best buy, you can buy cheaper but you know you now have this and it's great isolation people are I watch a lot of people who take the little headset that comes with their phone and they have that they're holding the microphone up to them and let's face it a microphone. That's the size of a pinhole. That's that's what your voice is being replicated through. Right so you spend a few bucks you'll get a, it'll be a lot better. Some people don't like to wear these because it makes them look I. Don't know whatever. But you know you gotta think in terms of a good microphone and you can get pretty decent microphones for less than one hundred bucks.

Stevie Parle Shares His Spaghetti And Clam Recipe

"I am Stevie Paul. I have a few restaurants rather than a couple of restaurants style. A pop-up could joy in west London and I wanted to tell you how to make spaghetti with clams. This is my favorite thing to we think. So so my kids type thing to. The most of the people you cook it for think you'll really some kind of genius when you make it and yet it's incredibly simple. Clemson Volaille obviously is a cool mentally have unbelievable flavor. The juice comes out of clam is just tastes out of this world. Very easy to make you need. Spaghetti doesn't need to be a fresh dried past united of standard. Supermarket blue-and-yellow packet round is fine. It really is fine. But if you see a slow a dried has to take a longer amount of time to cook I always think that's good into look at actually how long it takes cook it from the pack is says your Spaghetti takes like fourteen minutes but something bad instead of ten or eleven it's a nice big spaghetti by the Nice Hodge wieght and it takes time to cook, but it's going to be chewing delicious. Anyway you need spaghetti. Hasley, dry Chili, white wine, and unique clams. Really a peasant can he love clams but equally, if you make has to climbs with like ten clams lesson than that is absolutely delicious and the juice they create makes much wonderful sociopathic. So festival, you're GONNA have everything ready for this dish because once you making it, you gotta move kind of fast. So let's save a gonNA. Do that you people you need a couple of hundred grams of Spaghetti. You need a big hand full of Nice. Salted Wilshire associates the see. Boiling rapidly, you need to finally up to cloves garlic your time you're doing this trying shook the evenly and small, and you need a handful of parsley flatly parsley leaves pig from the studios. Again shops when I'm joking Parsley, why do is I kinda scrunch up into a bowl and then again big shove knife and so slice through scrunched up all of Parsley as finally as I can and then go through it again once at done that in judge Moore says really fine many needle clams anything from ten to betty offense they come in different sizes it kind of normal Palo plans again, this country really good. I. Tend to choose the smaller ones just because the big ones could be a little bit cheery and be not nice. And why do I washed clams under running Warta just to make sure that not gritty. Swish Moore around, and then if they open while washing them, you can throw those ones. Sometimes they it's like only salmon them in those the you get rid off, but they should just be tidy shot Monday, running water and Swish around in a single appeal something for a few minutes just to get them nice and clean 'cause it's a bit disappointing when you you're clams and you get a bit of sand I mean he's not the end of the world who have made you sick. It's just wants tweets and so you've got your big kind of woods boiling. You've got your garlic party jobs. You got some dried chili like crushed dried chili nice specific one just. Don't want it to be crazy hall. So if it's a kind of mild crush drudge chilly but we Quarter, teaspoon of something. And you got your clements watched and then you need a wide hand with a LID. If you have a big frying pan on a lead that fits on that side and my spine has it sometimes, you can use another one use a play or something that's ideal whose what you're GonNa do is you're gonNA. Steam the rams, and if you have the more piled on each other, they will open bat the juice from. The clams and the one which didn't mention you need a couplet glasses of white wine just dry white one needs to reduce. So if you've got the mobile pilot up in a small pan that juice one, Medusa wine and clam juice and oil anyway create the right kind of emotion fear. peste. Does funny because hardly any ingredients is nothing really technically but do but just got to pay attention to the details of can make. something. That is just unbelievably good. So you big votes spoiling your wide hand is now you're gonna put it on the heat and get aw- and you the pastor infest. So this recipe once you've got that stuff prepared it takes less time than takes Cook Pastor. So you can drop the spaghetti into the boiling water if your pan on some olive oil in the Pan and at the garlic and then just when that garlic. In, just a few seconds isn't good glove of olive oil by the way don't be shy it's a few titles swings and then he'd put garlic in just really starts frizzell before it's cooked too much anything you. But in a little pinch of Dr, Chilean you the clams straightway. Why normally then do is tad tossed them around said they get cut sit in this garlicky chilly thing on once clams get hot than they. Have Been. Put in the white wine, a big loss of two hundred Mil something like that, and then put the lid on straightway. A met should be lecturing around and steaming you pestis public been bullying this point for like three minutes and remember it takes ten twelve or something depending on the grand. Pasta. So you pass this boiling. You're Clemson's steaming. You'll Hasley chopped and you just wait a second. I but you just gotTa wait now in drink a bit of your white one and then when you pastor is three-quarters cooks your clams of probably open dictate the lid off the clam ham and then drain your pastor even though it's quite ready look in your clam hand, it should be nice and juicy but really cooking thing you pay attention because if you've got a massive pan and it was really really Hard and you wind might have completely reduced down by now. But if it's a small pan may not have reduced enough year, you wanted to be a good layer of Jews. But you don't want it to be ruled tree and as it reduces what happens is the olive oil, a most us in that mixture, and then you take the pastor drained it. We've just pulled out the with have tongues coming. And even though he's not quite could you into the clam on any says enough liquid that it looks juicy in statement good already that's fine. Otherwise put in a little bit of past awards. Back on so that the pastor is cooking in the CLEM. Pan Important that

Driverless trucks could disrupt the trucking industry as soon as 2021

"Sign we give truckers hoping they'll sound their air horns. Well, you're going to be hearing a lot less honking in the future and with good reason. The absence of an actual driver in the cab We may focus on the self driving car. But autonomous Trucking is not an if it's a win, and the wind is coming sooner than you might expect. As we first reported in March, companies have been quietly testing their prototypes on public roads. Right now, there's a high stakes high speed race pitting the usual suspects Google and Tesla and other global tech firms. Against small, startup smelling opportunity. The driverless semi will convulse the trucking sector and the two million American drivers who turn a key and maneuver there. Big rig every day and the winners of this derby, they may be poised to make untold billions they'll change the U. S transportation grid. And they will emerge as the new kings of the road. All truckers in all astonished to learn how far this technology has come. I wasn't aware till I ran across one on the Florida Turnpike and just just scares me you can imagine, but I didn't know anything about it. No one's talking about everybody. Never never. I didn't know it comes so far. And I'm thinking, wow. It's here. He's right. The autonomous truck revolution is here. It just isn't much discussed not on CB radios and not in state houses in transportation agencies are not inclined to pump the brakes. From Florida. Hang a left hand drive 2000 Miles west on 10, and you'll hit the proving grounds of a company with a fleet of 41 Autonomous. Riggs. This is a shop floor. This is a laboratory. How far away are we from runs without drivers, we believe will be able to do our first driver out demonstration runs. On public highways in 2021. That's the win. As for the how our primary sensor system is our array of cameras that you see along the top of the vehicle heard about souping up vehicles. This takes is he was a little little bit different. Yeah. Our system can see farther than any other autonomous system in the world. We can see forward over half mile. You could drive autonomously at night. We can day night and in the rain. And in the rain at night. And they're working on driving in the snow. We wanted to hop in an experience automated trucking firsthand. Feel like it's our turn on Space Mountain, Chuck Price was happy to oblige. We didn't know what to expect. Premier League: Manchester United Qualify for Champions League

"Manchester United and Chelsea qualify for the Champions League. UNITED WITH A to victory over less than meanwhile Chelsea without win against walls sees all. You're going to show and frank. Lampard side make it into the top four less city, but let's not forget with fifteen points Clare of fifth on New Year's. They dropped the ball completely in twenty twenty and have to make do with Europa League football dodgson staving echo with us, stevie united with win on the season. You one of the harshest critics so all. He's proved you wrong, isn't he? Host you? Listen the. You, you can't see that. Qualifying for the champions. League is not success. For, all the Because as You know ended a day. I think the biggest and the main reason why the option because when transfer marquette. Bought Bruno Fernandes without that piece of business. This this would happen so listen. He always asked to coach the team and he obviously had a hand and say Bruno Fernandes Oh yeah as I said. It's success. I'm not convinced that he can take them from from. Champions League qualifies to actually vying for the title against Liverpool in city I still. The way way off and I still think they have to say more players, but yes, but all they get into the champions lease as a success. But he's had plenty of time. Your United Stat Dome. That now. All you early I mean they close form then they all Liverpool, which is incredible thirty two from Bouma. Thirty three away from Liverpool, and it's not the right time in because I think that the well getting into jump and say those incredible finish I agree with Stevie. Bruno Fernandes doesn't come in. At this, all thing is that. Is Jason for Non Stop the season? Why did they wait until John? Rudy Sunan done I will never ever. No nothing deserves credit ease. That's big name. Players go shifted the dynamic inside the dressing room. He's might young is made them hungrier. There have been assigned to watch is not too many egos at the football club anymore, and you have a job on the summer. Trying to convince big plans like will stay on. And then chartwell tracked maybe three or four plans to try and give him so titled Till Next Season Way to they need to add to the squad don. I was still like say them. With a recognized number nine I get the argument where people think that Mason Green was going to lead the line, and maybe the could bring in some more to plan the rights on side because I'm not convinced marcial. Yet again I think the such a good player net. He's not consistent enough. And Watching Higher Maguire today and Victor Lindelof as a pair. I mean less than without James Madison. Pereira without Soyeoun shoe without some of their very best players, another about that was missing volley at Indiana Joe Coast to center offs problems time after time after time, and this under-strength less decide so I would like to see, and if they all going to try and compete again can get closer to the city. "But surely, I was getting older for you knew what I was twenty one twenty two years old, and then I met Stevie, and I realize when we started dating it was a different type of feeling and so you've got to give yourself credit when you say, I when you said I feel like a little girl right now. It's actually the opposite. The thing is is you're growing into your own person. And you're not feeling that spark. Because a lot of the times that spark is something that comes with time. You know what? I mean. I'm not saying that you get into a relationship with someone. And you're just like, hey, I only see this person as a friend, but I'm just going to give it a go Custos on told me to just wait for the spark. I'm not saying that. But you're saying there's times where you. Feel that flare between the both of us. I would just really sit with that. And ask yourself is that is that just coming from a place of you feeling like, there's that expectation over your relationship that has to feel that way because in reality like there's going to be days and times in your relationship where you guys are just hanging out, and you feel more like friends, like do you guys think I wake up every single morning, and I'm like Stevie because if so you're right. I do. I'm just kidding now. I actually slapped you said, I don't think it away from you definitely wake up with the sparked every morning. Helped you on? Yeah. This next topic question is from a lot of the TGI fam-. They asked about being single. They wanna know what do they do if they're still single and waiting for the one? This is a this is a doozy of a question. You should start your own matchmaking company for everybody as a website or something? His bachelor's. I was actually on TV show last week. And it was really funny because it was all about these crazy dating scenarios. And I gotta say I mean, it almost seems animalistic out there about singles. What were you what were was some of the single questions that maybe you can? Well, there was some women asking for advice about dating and yada, yada. And I just felt like they were looking in the wrong places. And even the women's side of the panel was going crazy because this girl is like I've been married before. I have two kids I'm single, but I really like guys with hot bodies. And they were like you need to get your priorities straight. When you're searching through the index of guys that you could be dating. That's the problem with today. I think with social media how we can filter and there's many options. Yes. And then we basically limit ourselves from you know, allowing the unexpected to come in and completely shocked us, you know, you're absolutely right. People are swiping away on Tinder. And in the second somebody says something even remotely fishy. They're like up next. As the next person. And then nobody ever gets, you know, twenty minutes into any kind of current conversation. A relationship. I mean people I think people think they're Ariana GRANDE. Thank you next. And it's less slow the breaks down hunting. I think the best advice, and Sean tell me if you agree. I heard a while ago was if you are single and waiting for the person looking for the person or whatever become the person that you want to be with. I completely agree with that. Like discover yourself again, people go speak to mental health professionals. This will help you very much. Discover who you are and help you sort out legit thoughts from illegitimate thoughts..

"It was a healthier choice for you. Because you came out. Out of that having new dreams and new desires put on your heart to go into the field of maybe mental health and helping people. So it seems to me you're a great decision maker in. You know, what you want? You say I always knew I wanted to move to LA I wanted to pursue a career whatever that wasn't go to LA. It seems to me you just struggle with something that a lot of a struggle with myself included, which is second guessing myself. You know, I think there's two types of successful entrepreneurs in this world. And this is something that some of my close friends have told me that has spoken volumes into my life. There's two types of successful entrepreneurs. There's the entrepreneur that has a dream in idea. And you know, what they embrace the change that go with it. And they just figure out how to do it along the way. And then there's the other entrepreneur who is the the preneurs that's constantly at the edge and just won't jump because they're second guessing themselves, or they're just making a million reasons why we'll maybe that's not for me or maybe I should wait. And this and that and that entrepreneur never experience his greatness as a result. So sometimes instead of. Standing at the edge. You just gotta jump. And you've got to know that like, okay. I trust myself. Don't second guess yourself. You know, like Stevie said through life has just begun. You are going to go through so many more changes in life, and so many more things are going to come into your path. Whether it's good or bad, but you're going to know how to react in those situations. I know it because I can read already that you've made some really great decisions in the fact that you're leaning on God through it all, you know, through you're saying you've been praying and asking God to lead you. I think you're going to be just fine. So don't let society or whoever else affect your decisions in that way. And just kind of embrace those changes you're going through right now because they're beautiful also Sean would like to step in here a little Sean as a thirty year old somebody. That's ten years ahead of you that also suffers from go talk to a mental health professional you have to go and define what your and your depression is. That way the next time. It starts creeping up you can identify that is what speaking to a mental health professional will do for your exile and depression because trying to just figure it out on your own is not going to do it because you're gonna make all these inferences about what you're feeling and until you sit down with a professional to unpack your feelings, and unpack your mind, you won't know which direction to take that's true. And in because you're interested now in the path of getting into mental health, this person could ultimately be a mentor for you as well. So like, Sean said, it doesn't hurt to go. Seek a professional who can just help you. That's really good advice. Great job show that answers the.

"I wasn't able to be a good student through my struggles with mental health in damaged my GP GP pretty badly. So I took a break to focus on getting back healthy. So that I could return to in do better. Well, since I have been on a break. I have realized that I no longer want to study what I was previously studying and that I would like to do some. Thing in mental health. But I'm not sure what I have always wanted to move to LA no matter what I do with my life. I just have always wanted it to happen away. Now, I know that God has plans for a lives that are so much greater than what we could have ever comprehended. So I have been praying and focusing really hard for the past year that God will allow me to stay focus and keep me open to all the opportunities that will lead me to his big plan for my life. But from where I am right now, it just feels like I'm not doing anything with my life or even making the moves to get to my next step. So my main question is how do I keep myself focused on my journey. And how do I quiet my enough to be able to really hear what God is saying to me about myself and my future. Wow. Any advice? Nina advices near that. You're you're twenty years old. And that you don't have to figure it out right now. I remember fifteen started freaking out about what I was going to do with my life. And I sat down with my bathroom you go to lunch every week. And I was like man, I I'm so torn I don't know what to do with my life. And he was like, bro, you got time. And I always hated that answer. Really like, I'm young I got time. No, I don't I gotta figure this out. I gotta get going. But I really believe that as we are. Okay. I want to say this. And I said in our last episode, which is actually about purpose. So Nina, first of all I encourage you to listen to them. So but second of all reiterate this our pastor Rick said, it's not God's not concern with the perfection of your heart. But the direction of your heart, and so many times in my life. I know that I have taken a wrong turn or could have taken a wrong turn. But it also says that he works all things together for our good. So in knowing that that you want to please God. And you want to do what he has your life. You're already on the. The right track. You already have the right outlook on life. You already have the right frame of mind. And I believe that as you go, and you stay open to changing and to God re routing your path that he will reroute it in the way that it which it's supposed to go. But I think you're doing the right thing right now. And I think it's amazing that you have a passion for mental illness. And that's something that if you are passionate about there's no reason why you should go after it. Don't let money or lack of money or whatever it is stop you from doing that. If that's truly your passion. And I just want to pick it back off of that thought that Stevie said from me reading this Email girl, I just feel like someone needs to tell you don't second guess yourself so much because me reading this. I just see a normal twenty year old going through some growing pains. Alright. And with growing pains, there's changes you said that you started to experience, anxiety and depression. So you decided to make a change and not go to school for a while you made that choice and as a result..

"And I think what's says onset about communication. But it was totally right. You know, we have basically a family business. Now, it's you mean Brittany where the where the core three Bernie being my sister. What I learned from my whole experience of having a family business is communication is key. Because like you said we can take each other for granted. And the reason it's so important is because you have to communicate with your uncle the right way. But I think because your uncle has been in this business for so long. He's not just going to give you his respect or his trust. Now, it doesn't mean that he should talk down to you. But it might mean that he will until he feels like you have earned his respect. Now, there is respect given that needs to be given by your local just as a human give somebody else respect. But also, there's respect earn. And I feel like in this business. Make sure that you're earning your respect. But also that he's giving it to you. And if he's not communicating with you properly, then you need to go. Oh to him and be completely honest. Because that was the biggest mistake. I think that I made is I was not communicating with my dad because he was my dad from an employee standpoint. I always took it as a son and I wanted to please. So there wasn't good communication. You know, I felt like he was always telling me what to do. But I was never able to voice my opinion now as an employee you can only go so far with that. But if you're truly partners in this business, then you need to show him that you're worthy of respect. But also that you need to communicate to him. I need you to respect me. Also, give me some rains here and some trust. Yeah. Gimme some trust to to prove myself to you. And then I can grow this business because I also believe that he needs to know that you're there to help grow this business. And if the business is struggling right now, you've got to try new things, I believe you have to take risks. And I really believe in this. Because like I said, I was in my family business. My brother still working, and they still have that kind of conflict. But my brother's been really good at communicating with my dad on a very honest level, really really being honest. And says on and I have the same thing you have to be honest immediately. When there's a problem so that you can solve it immediately, and you can work towards a solution. That's that's my that's my best advice for you. But we really really wish you the best of luck. Please Email us and update we wanna hear how everything is going. So the next question the subject line was titled what to do with my life from Nina, Nina, says, I was wondering how you guys knew what you wanted to do in life. I'm not necessarily talking career wise. I guess I maybe should give you some background before. I continue. I'm twenty years old, and I have been on a break from school for almost three semesters now during my freshman year of college. I started to suffer from exile and depression, and ultimately decided to take a break from school halfway through my sophomore year..

And it's hilarious because he's like my dad said no one's coming to his Donut shop, and then all of these people show up, and I bet it's Deva's like you did it so like up so glad I sent you to college to study social media. I'm sure it's since this article he has over fifty nine thousand, but I left that his dad named it after his son's name is what it seems to me at least. Don't come on, by the way. This was so inspiring to me that I told his brother who's in town, and we're going to get donuts right now. And we got donuts. Sh- where did you go? There's a place called Colorado donuts in eagle rock, and I ran over there. Dude. They have oh my God. They had everything literally they'd like reece's Phil donuts. And I was like good. On the only thing I lose these days as my phone. I'm always like, where's my frequent phone because teams playing with it? Number six. I actively look for ways to avoid wasting time and effort both for myself. And for my team, I said sometimes sometimes for sure I'm multitask. That's number seven. I said often I said sometimes I number eight I use the talents time and expertise of other people on my team to help get the work done. I said very often often I rely on my peeps. Number nine. I use techniques like skimming and note taking to identify the key points from the documents that I receive. So this kind of means like always taking knows writing things down staying on top of like assignments, I put sometimes I put rarely I swear things in my mind, I really have to to read into something especially in our business with all the specifics. I take my time to read through it. All right, number ten. I use a. Formal tracking system to understand how I spend my time. I said not at all not at all. Number eleven. I have a clear plan for dealing with disruptions, and interruptions. Ooh. Once I became a, mama. I'm gonna have to say sometimes if I'm lucky I said rarely I feel like I've had these in place before but as of late I don't feel so for guys are better at that stuff. Number twelve the volume of correspondence documentation that I receive on a daily basis overwhelms me, I said sometimes what'd you say. I said often. Oh, number thirteen. I delay difficult or unpleasant tasks until the last minute or until the issue disappears on its own. Can you say, procrastinator? I said sometimes I said often. Fourteen to ensure that things are done, right. I keep close track of the activities and decisions of others on my team. I said often as often as well. Great number fifteen. I find that my mind wanders, and it's hard to concentrate for long. I said sometimes we're answering the same things right now. He said that's number sixteen going to read a final question. I do all the tasks that are assigned to me and hope that I can keep up with the volume of work very often. For me often for me, you said, I said, calculate your total. All right. I calculated mine and mine came out to a total number of fifty. And then obviously, they have you interpret that number. So what did you get? What was your last night? I got fifty in this morning. I got forty one. So I don't know. Well, maybe you changed one. So we're kind of both in the same range though, because sixteen to thirty six is one answer thirty seven to fifty eight. If that's your total is another. So for us. We're both in the same. Category. And it says this our score interpretation says you're on the right track with your productivity efforts, and you probably get your most important work done. However, you could be more productive use the productivity techniques and resources to help you guide through your day to day life. So obviously some of these things in here like Stevie, and I work from home for us productivity isn't just about business stuff. Okay. It's also on a day-to-day basis how you operate. Whether it's tasks in the home think about that. Because this isn't just an episode today for the people out there who own their own businesses or have a nine to five job. This is productivity, and it can come in all shapes and sizes informs. So think about that. Okay. Wow. Did you feel like that's an accurate interpretation of of your score? It's pretty accurate. I feel like there's a lot of ways in which I can still grow. I think this season. It's been a large growing season for me..

"Me why because she's been single for so long that she's created this level of comfort for herself to not go out there and to move forward with a relationship because it's uncomfortable. Joy think what we're getting at is that you have to change the way that you look at challenges you have to change the way that you look at the pit. I started reading this book that I was telling you guys about called mindset, and she talks about she's I think a professor at Stanford or Colombia something like that. And she talks about how there's the two mindsets. And I brought this up before growth mindset in a fixed mindset, and the growth mindset really says that they look at challenges as a positive thing something to take on most as a dare as I told you earlier. Okay. I'm being challenged. I'm not going to let that kind of scare me back into my whole and push me down farther. In fact, I'm going to look at and say, okay. How can I conquer this? How can I move forward? How can I grow? And it really starts with that y'all fam- think about it this way. You don't have to beat this thing tomorrow. You don't have to instantly say January first, I'm. It's a process it's a growth, it's a step by step thing. And you need to know that you're going to have good days, you're going to have bad days. But getting out of the pits starts with the first step is starts the first foothold. And then you can go to that next step. And you know, what living a good life? I feel it's a marathon not a sprint. And I think it's important to understand that analogy because we are living in danger where everything is so instant and so quick and we want to see results fast or we want to have the answer quickly. And we want to know. Well, what's going to happen? If I just decided to rip the band aid off am I going to see the other side of that mountain? And what's waiting there for me? Where's it gonna take me? And we've start playing this. What if game and then the excuses come and we've got to stop making excuses because that's what's holding you back from living a purposeful, amazing and beautiful life. That's what's holding you back and. I just keep waiting for Stevie to crack in here with Christopher Walken. Catch me if you can story to mice phone to a bucket of cream Stevie give us the story. That sounded legit. Okay. You're absolutely right. Shawn to mice fell into a bucket of cream one mouse, drowned, but the other mouse kicks so hard that each that creams challenge I have to deal with every day. Just so you guys I'm going to tell you. My mouse shine twenty-five minutes before getting the story. John White this show that really is the perfect analogy really is think about it one mice quickly gave up and he drowned and the other my I don't think I wanna be a mouse, they filmed a bucket of cream in one mouse kicks so hard that he turned that criminal butter. Today. Any walked out is I'm sorry. You walk out. Thank you, Sean. And that's moral of the story, and drown the other turn that green with the Buttle any or do you want to be the mouse that drown? You wanna be the mouse that kicked their way out of that bucket turned it into mass when I met some great calves, they're absolutely. And he bounced out of that bucket. "Stay at home that are that are fulltime moms, and that's a time job your full time. Mom, and there's women who go into the workplace in they have to leave their kid for certain amount of time. And I find it interesting that there's so much women empowerment out there, and there's so many women going into the workforce. But yet we have this conversation and this term, mommy shaming because it's an actual problem. It's really unfortunate. But there's not a lot of daddy shaming out there. That's such a great point. And I'm just going to add something briefly by saying, you know, this whole thing about, you know, women empowering women, I'm all about it. And if you're going to be about it, then you need to practice. What you preach. And I think a lot of times people are all about the women empowerment, and you see it you see other women attacking women all of these shaming comments came from other moms, and I was just so sad to see that. And you know, women a lot of women some women out there. They may support you until you hit. Them with something that is like hitting their insecurity button. And when they see maybe on a beach. Maybe they start to think, well, I've always wanted to have more vacation. But I'm here stuck with five kids, and they will never say that, but they're going to project that insecurity through their comments. And what they say so all that to say, I just had to get this off my chest. Because I've been getting a lot of DM's people, obviously are being so supportive a lot of you guys came to my rescue. I really don't need all of that. I appreciate the support. But I just want to address the mommy shaming because my heart goes out to other new moms out there who are figuring this out, but who are also passionate who have dreams. And so I just encourage all those moms to keep going and to not let other women or whoever gets you down on a matter. What it is you guys? Let's just be a little bit kinder kinder to each other. Let's be a little bit slower to speak something negative something angry. You guys be about the build up and not about the breakdown. All right. You guys we've got your calls coming up. Right now, we are so excited about this. Because they don't even know that they're getting called by Stevie and citizens better behave. That's all I'm gonna say, oh, I'm not..

"Possibilities are beautiful. What up? Welcome to the good live with Stevie and says, hey, guys, it's so good to have you back here on our show. You know over the past couple of weeks, I feel like we've all been living in real time. Together, we've kind of dove into conquering your fears. We've talked about the power of influence relationships. And so I know that we throw in so much on your plate over the past couple of weeks. And as those episodes are starting to sort of marinate within you say marinate, and you're starting to really reflect on your life. We thought today's episode should just be light hearted. We're gonna keep it pretty chill. Okay. That means we're going to be hanging out. We're going to be unbalancing and eating some chicken fillet. We really are. We have Chick-fil-A right now in our studio. So grab your Chick-fil-A. We did relax and be a bird on the wall is usually what I say burn on. The wall says what she means you guys fly on the wall because we've got a special guest in house today that is our number three person. That's brittany. She. Her one. Actually, I guess she's the third in the three. Yep. Today. We're talking business as we reflect and look back on twenty eighteen and we're gonna talk about some of our strengths and weaknesses in our business. And what better way to do that by getting somebody who's with us inside of this world strategically everyday our top team member Britney Hendricks joins us for a little on air meeting. This is what happens when you mix family with business. Ooh. Opened up the chick fillet. It's about to get good. That's that's yes. That's yes. Yes. In here as podcast one Shalin about drink sweet tea for all my nuns out their shout outside the nuns and the twelfth chicken nuggets. Or should. I say none gets. I don't know. What the heck? That was can I go. Piece got a feast got up full bag of frazzle Miyang. Oh, catch me without my sweets. He go in there with Emma. Honey, saw some boss when I dip it. Then I go for the toss for the way, you can see me with a grin much like we want the Lakers game me. And my crew we go with on both seven eleven slurpee known as their Bubba burger bid, the PD Davis skip it. But what's up everybody? Welcome to the good life today. We're frigging hanging out. So if you don't have Chick-fil-A because we really do both of you have a twelve hundred extra chicks. No because they skimped us on the chicken fillets sponsored chill Chick-fil-A. Thank you, Sean. Actually, that's a very good point. Because everyone's like says, no. Chicken just love chick. I will just tell you guys that last night Stevie and I had hosted a game night at our house. This is something that we love to do babe. Game nights. Are our thing. It's been forever since we've done one. So I definitely wanted to invite like all of our friends. It wasn't one of those like low key game nights. It was one of those. Let's invite everybody that we need to catch up on life with. So we had like twenty people over at our house last night. I did all these cozy fall snacks, the decor games, everything and the midnight rolls around. And finally, everybody kind of walks out. And I'm like dang. We gotta wake up in like six hours. We got a baby. Are we getting too old for this hosting like game night thing? But today, I kind of felt like that hosting hangover feeling of like, oh my God. That was so fun. But I'm so tired, and we have to go to the studio. What are we gonna talk about on our show? So we decided to pick up some chick fillet and just like unwind. Nd relax hang out with you guys. And that's kind of what today is show is about if you're wondering what that sound is that Steve chewing with his mouth open. That's because they are of when you choose. And now they're really hearing mar stricken the news fries to start this episode. And I'm not trying to let this chicken and he's fries. Good code you dig. But what I noticed with us..

We're heading into fall and sometimes you just feel like a hamster in one of those spinning wheels, right? I think it's important this week as you do life as you continue to chase your goals, kill it. Remember that it's okay to just stop. Take a deep breath and just celebrate all that you've done to get where you are today and not to worry about tomorrow, but to just be present in the moment. Stevie said to me last night, he said, I want to start having just fifteen minutes of our day dedicated to us, whether we're sitting on our porch swing or we're going for a walk, or maybe we decided to just take fifteen minutes to not deal with the baby. You know, just fifteen minutes a day. We wanna give ourselves and our relationship..

"And I know now that God used you to make me see that you know that he was there a long, you know, God's in their mind, tire life. I just was not aware. You know what I mean that that relates there was no relationship. I know relationship with God, you know? And so when I met you, I said, why are you so happy? Remember what you said. I remember. What did you say? I'm interested in river? Well, first of all, I think what you just said, you said I had no hope. I feel like that is the basis for why people are truly unhappy. Don't have joy. They live with the lack of purpose is because that's the bottom line. If you don't have hope, then what do you have if you don't, if you can't start with hope. If you can't say, I'm hoping for a better tomorrow. I'm hoping for a better job. I'm hoping for a better relationship. I'm hoping that my circumstances will change if you don't even have hope, where can you start? And a lot of times you just see people putting hope in what is most valuable to them. And oftentimes it's either materials or a relationship on this earth, family boyfriend kids. And when that relationship with that thing, let's you. Down because it will because all things in this life will fade everyone's going to die at some point. You You know, know, it's it's like. like what is left standing? What goes beyond that? You know, what is there all the time? Well, I remember one of the conversations we had in the car was I was you were trying to explain to me the foundation of happiness and what that's built on. And I to this day, have that image in my mind because you explained it to me in a way that nobody ever has. You know, you said to me the reason I was like, I feel so broken and upset like, how can I remember venting about my ex Stevie? I'd be like, how can my ex leave me like? Like how could our relationship not work out?.

"I don't really know what I'm feeling. You've been asking me a week, you're like, are you excited? And I'm like, yeah. I mean like I'm excited. I'm I don't know. I'm just ready at this point to meet your dad. And I think obviously there's a lot that we have to tell you guys about to backfill leading up to this point, but I imagine it going something like meet the parents. I imagine your dad being just like Robert de Niro and meet the parents. He's got like all this equipment. Just watch that up to a lie detector and all that I'm ready for it. I wrote down all the mistakes that Ben Stiller made, and he was just being a doodoo head, don't lie. You know what I mean? All kinds of starring disappoint you. But I have a feeling it's going to be a lot more chill than that. There's really no excitement and drama walking. No, it's just gonna be. I dad, hey, dad, I'm. I'm imagining you know, obviously my dad has accepted Stevie. You know our story and I've shared this before and my platforms that it wasn't always easy for Stevie. And I when we were dating, I kept our relationship, a secret as many of them know from my parents because they would never accepted me marrying a man outside of the Kurdish culture while my dad and my mom finally came around to Stevie in. I once we got married and there's obviously I'm really doing the spark notes version here, but and we'll get more into it. But my dad has accepted you, you know, in his heart and I, it's just it's been a long time coming that you're finally meeting him face to face. I think for whatever reason, it's just always been bad timing or it just hasn't worked out that he we're gonna meet him this week before we get into the real real. The only thing that I'm I'm wondering in my mind, what are you wondering after all this time and all this buildup or finally gonna meet, you know, they're spent patient here. So what I'm wondering is. Do I go in now wave with a, oh God, you, I go in for the solid shake. Hi, sir. Nice to meet you be. Do I go win the open-handed slap cusp of the hand, pull him in left hand around the back, tap the back, what up, homie and then snap after that, say, really nice to meet you Mr. Barzani or see, do we just go full hug rat both hands around the back at kind of a catty-cornered angle and slap the back three times a tight squeeze. It's the one, two, three, and then lean back and say, it's great to meet you or d do you stand there and kiss both sides of the cheeks, like in the Middle Eastern culture that on my dad would not do that. I'm just letting I'm not coordinated enough to go left. Right. Everyone's different. That's awkward. You know what? And before I feel like. I should get his number from you. I'm going to text him. I've never texted him before either, but I've never talked him on the phone and I've never talked him on FaceTime and I'm just going to text him and say, hey, man, listen, I don't know how to greet you..

"I'm not. I'm off track now on you. Apparently Steve has a dream I didn't know about and that's he wants to become a rapper. So that's the dream of my alter ego, Stevie z. and you know that, well, you know what? Today we are going to be talking about the road to your dreams and how we're all on this path, babe to figuring out where we're going in life. We're, we're, we're our final destination is I guess you can say in finding what our true purpose is, and today's show is really going to serve uncover that we're going to scrape the surface a little bit draw the curtain back and look into two lives that are absolutely they're killing it. Chris Marcus. John's two of our really good friends and we're going to have them in the show later on. But it's crazy that we moved to LA five years ago by the way, almost six years half years ago. Right? Because that's always embellishing it. But yes, as we did move here over five years ago, did you even have a vision for your life at that time? Like what you wanted to do when you came out here? Did you see this a podcast right now? I think you and I were both very, we were very driven from the moment that we met. I remember meeting you for the first time outside of the newsroom in at the university of North Texas, and you said, well, I'm moving to LA after college. And I said, well, I'm moving to l after college. He said, wow, you want to. And I thought to myself, this chick doesn't know, but your boys for real l. as my thing, don't coffee me. I was the only person who had big dreams, but yes as you and I, both, we had dreams of moving to LA to pursue. I wanted to become an actor. You wanted to become a TV TV host, and we were, we were set and we're both doing something totally different and we have a podcast. So how does that happen? Well, I think what's crazy is that we just we just never expected. That's our life is go with the wind, go with the wind or gone. I butcher sayings, you guys go gone. I don't know. That's not a thing. Go with the flow, the flow, the flow down. Hey, that's good. I on your flow at the beginning of the show, so don't hate on my go with the flow. I'm gonna draw. I'm gonna get dropped to a real place right now, but talking about dreams, we're talking about dreams. Whether it's you have a dream to have this major career in whatever it is that you're doing or whether you have the dream to be a great father mother or whatever. We all have dreams. We're on our path there. We've achieved them in some way. I think everybody's on our way there. If you said you've achieved all of your dreams, maybe set the Barlow, whatever. I think every every really did, I think work sort of on this path trying to still figure it out like we don't have our life figured out. I think if anything, like we said, our life has been completely unpredictable. You know, me originally wanting to become a host, and then I found this world in blogging and YouTube being in. Now we're doing a podcast together. I love that our life is so unpredictable and that we kind of go with it because if it was the mundane in the same thing every day it'd be boring mundane and boring me safety. Fifty. So you're saying, but you know, I it didn't. It didn't come easy the, you know where we are today. You know, there were hardships there were struggles and there were some embarrassing times to can. We just be real. Do you remember your first most embarrassing? If you had to narrow down,.

"Not to make this a selfish thing but there's other podcasts with girls i won't reference but there's two of them hosting it and is it not just one but like a couple of two girls and they're hosting and i've looked at those shows and i'm like must be nice that you still have your co host must be nice must be really great because that's not the way my life goes my life does not go that easy where i meet a chick that cool and then get to have that presence in my life forever like those girls that do because i have such a hard time finding girlfriends and i finally felt like i found it stevie exactly no i mean that's why we hit it off because it's like we were i think kindred spirits in in certain senses i mean she was very different than a lot of ways but we're really similar in other ways and it was like finally i felt like i found my girlfriend like i have i can talk trash on my girlfriend's right now because they don't listen to the show 'cause they don't give a fuck about me really a lot of my friends they don't and i so i have and i will say you know julia sarah you guys know but i i love my girlfriends but they're not like that ride or die type it's like if something comes up their their friends definitely more important than me and i've had that my entire life but finally when i met stevie it was like this bitch would throw down for me and i've never ever ever once in my life had a girlfriend like that i was i was bullied as a kid by girls so i i've had a very strained relationship with women i've never met i've not met many women that i enjoy being around or that i feel safe with and she was one of them and so that's when i look at those other podcasts with these girls getting to do shows together and be best ease and take pictures together and i'm like i in a way i'm like fuck you you don't get it you don't know what it's like to like you know not have your friend to do the show of but of course i don't want them to lose their friend it's just i just wish i was.
