"The other thing. That's at the heart notes hot notes. All right leave story. Attorney general william p bar said on monday pibor that he saw no reason to appoint special counsels to oversee the justice department's ongoing criminal investigation into hunter biden or to investigate president trump's basics baseless claims of widespread voter fraud again undercutting donald's the donald's efforts to bend the department to his political will and overturned the results of the election. So this was an interesting news conference in this news conference. He was there to announce charges in an unrelated terrorism case. But mr bar said he did not quote. See any reason to appoint a special council to oversee the ongoing investigation into the younger mr biden. I have no plan to do so before i leave. Which means. maybe somebody like jeffrey rosen. Who's taking over. Might have a plan to do so after bar leaves. But they didn't go into that. Mr bar said to the extent that there is an investigation. I think that it's being handled responsibly. And professionally. he also said that he would name a special council to oversee an inquiry into election fraud if he felt one were warranted quote. But i haven't and i'm not going to li added that he saw no basis for the federal government to seize voting machines which is another executive order. Trump was trying to get past in that friday night. Oval office meeting so bars like no. No nope nope. And no and no and by you know kinda like that fuck you for q. q. Cool fuck you out. That's what he does. It's what he does. He has no loyalty to donald. You kidding me. I'm sure he got a lot out of everything he covered up. One thing that did happen bill coming at least we think we do a relief. Bill now this is a deep with information. Congress plans to pass on monday. A bipartisan nine. "Do. Do you see game stop business uptick, when his new and new shirts available and myself? He's. A little a little a little bump. But maybe not enough to save the business. But I know it wouldn't be enough to save the business. But I think it will give that will be their next last-gasp right of a way of, like have it shot. I bet win Pibor going in the stores to buy, PlayStation fives and by XBox twos. That's one I think you're gonna see the shares go back up and you could do it, but it's the question because I do enjoy going to game, stop one of those places refill. This is my place is that this is a shop that sells all the I like video games like you and I miss it used to be like the old days where we I remember before. I know that game is chain. But when it was fun, co land. I would go in on lunch breaks at WalMart. Or when I was whatever my friends and just talk about video game right clerk in just for hours. Bookstore, owner playing something challenge you to play in, you know, w w envio revenge and sixty four like it was a Kuwaiti talking exchange in the same way comic book shops, our now. Right. I've had good experiences in games generally, I find that the people that work behind the counter game stop a pretty knowledgeable, and they're into games, and they'll just to, to get a paycheck to, but they generally people that really like games, you can answer your questions. If you try doing that target a WalMart shit about the game, some of them do some of the guys that will let the game section at best buy, oh, you get this one. The problem of I know games. I don't know TV's games. Sound bars? I don't know that it's because again, you can always hang out in the game section at target what it's not the same like walking into a game spot. Sorry, game stop kind of felt like one of those things that you did as as video. I'm I'm already talking about it in the past tense. I one of these you did again. This is my place, these people when that inevitably goes away, as I'm suggesting it will won't left. Wade he internet you go on the internet for I want go. Place live events. You know what I mean? It was those. Yeah. No, it's super satisfied, because, you know, when we broke out on our own, we started hosting stuff at the game, stop managers conference. I've done one of those hanging out with them in learning. What how they do that? And they file the managers from all over the country to one place to teach them about games. And then talking the managers themselves like I left a place like man game. Sub gets bad rap and a lot of respects like, don't get me wrong. They're a corporation. They're trying to get money us games all that jazz. But in terms of the employee's working there. They all really fucking care. They're all really about this in the in the company's good to them. "Designed for consumers. It wasn't designed for press. And so I love going briefings because that was designed for us. And so we get to have a real conversation. We could ask real questions, and we'll get to provide a more educated opinion, whenever we review the product or tell you about it. And so that's the reason why I love to take these trips because you get the opportunity to spend some time with these people and sometimes an informal in an informal and. Violent, which makes them loosen up and tell you even more about why this product came to be. Yeah, you know, sometimes. And that's the reason why I have a really hard time bashing products. I will be very critical until you like Pibor on the pixel slightest terrible. But it's just when when you get to learn when you get to learn the amount of work that goes into a product in all the stages that a product goes into it's very hard faded. Just come to companies and be like your product Strache. Yeah. I mean, how many phones have you built Josh exam? I mean, I mean, we know people who do that though. They just come right in there. Like this just not good. Yeah. You know, and that kind of feedback is important to them. But you gotta find a way to say it. So that it's not just it's the more. You learn why I mean, I think every company would like to create the perfect product. Oh, yeah. But every company has either a defined budget or constraints in material or they can't secure. Enough chips for demand of their project picture, you know, it's just so many hurdles in the industry, but you you get to learn. It's not empathy. But you get to to understand more of where the product is going. And again, it just helps you provide a more educated opinion about it. Yeah. And that doesn't mean that we don't say what we hope. Mike. Are we do there were plenty of those opportunities during this trip as well? Because we were hanging out with a lot of people, but I will say the going back to our topic. We have the honour view twenty. I hope the video looks okay with the sun right in our faces. But. Only one way to find out my friend. I think we're okay. I think we are. Yeah. The gopro hero seven, by the way. Which is what we're using to record the video portion of this podcast. It doesn't pretty good job. So hopefully, it's the black and I couldn't get the black gave me the silver. I I knew I needed to like get this. I get I get it. It's just you can't replace the battery on the silver in some like, you know, that the battery on your product is trash, and I'm I'm like, you can't bash product. But yes, now, I have to say right there that battery on that cameras trash, and and I can replace the battery like seriously. We have a we have a straight up like desert road trip look to us right now in the video, I bet. So if you're listening to this right now, you're gonna wanna watch the video because this is one of the most unique I've been trying my best. I have like as unique podcast as I possibly can. This is definitely one of them. True. Okay. So going back to the honor view twenty by the way, why is it V twenty in some places and then interview twenty companies tailor their products to market. I mean, they even launch it with different specs in different areas. Crazy, you know, it's crazy. But what we have here is a very high powered device, you obviously have the latest Snapdragon you had that forty eight megapixel Snapdragon latest, Karen. Oh, sorry. I don't know why. But in my head I crossed the two. Yes, you're right. The cure nine eighty Pauly's. The latest Sony sensor that forty. Yeah. That's what I want to try out. Yeah. Right now it comes. It comes with the it comes with also that three D camera on the back that what did they call? It. A time of flight camera time if like camera. Yes, 'cause I we we're going to have to see what it is. Yeah. You could do three D modelling with the phone. But I mean, we all know we all know that that doesn't always translate to like an actual user experience through the but on top of that there's this display and the display itself is like what six point something inches..

"Need coconut rose up and delivered in delicious nectar. I mean awful year off terrible. You're both. Get nominated for nothing. All right. You know, who might the great James Jones, why partially because of this very fine conversation. We had just the other day about the wild card games. Take a listen or PROST, and we had last time, and I'm k- wait to see it. But I'm taking the charter. All right. And lastly, the world champions are at the bears who else should I possibly say here your game MVP, Nick foles. I dare you to say Nick foles gonna go into Chicago and win this game. You know? This is tough because the Philadelphia Eagles remind me of the two thousand ten world champions that beat the Pittsburgh still. I don't know what team that was because I know a sensitive to you, you know, and I don't know who went in there and beat the Steelers, but that's who thousand ten team caught fire at the right time, and we had to go on the road for every single game. And when we got off the plane, we said, we feel bad. They gotta play us. We just we was we was dad slagged we feel bad. They were yard mendenhall. Fumbled on the first the fourth quarter out the Renault. We're like we are gonna kill everybody. You could just see people getting off the bus with the swag. And you you just knew there's no way we're losing this game. That's how Feeley is thinking. It's weird. I I don't think we're making. I know for all the stuff every time. He's on your TV polls looking back, but it's still not enough in my book. This is weird. What's happening if he wins just one game? I don't know what like Pibor talking like he has to go in the hall of fame. That's a little silly. But. But he has some crazy records as the most touchdown passes one game. He is the most completions in a row in one game. He he ran the table with the 2017 eagles..

It was noted by the biographies that I read that he was able to slow of the poetry and the rhythms of Greek at the expense of a literal translation and all the students struggled with an example was the phrase punt also through atolls, which appears in Hermosillo on us main. See that's easy through Bitola is an adjective, meaning something Lang yielding a harvest or unfruitful and the literal. Translation element gives is the sea from which one does no grapes. So yes, he goes off to trinity, and then Oxford and continues to be clever there, but he also doesn't really apply himself very much. She's a medically studios. He's just very very smart to some degree. This might have been oppose like he wanted to seem like he was never studying oh in the library and things like that to some degree, it it isn't. He went off to Greece for example, over the break with his shooter from trinity Mahaffey when he was an Oxford, and he was meant to come back in time for classes to start as you do. And he doesn't. And he wrote to his chooses saying seeing Greece's really a great education for anyone. And we'll I think benefit me greatly. And Mr. Mahaffey is such a clue AMAN than it is quite as good as going to lectures to be in his -ociety, and he is suspended and find his skull should fear fair enough. This isn't to say that he doesn't like being an Oxford though in day profundis, which is a text that wrote in prison. "We never said the words just kind of the silence and you know, and so and there was it played relation for a while. Like even when I was writing this book we had, we had like a real breakdown about this, and I realized that he was also carrying a lot of hurt and misconceptions and untrue st- that he carried because of the of this situation we went through two, so it was very healing for us to both go through this process of writing. And so I get on the plane and I am just broken. I'm broken. Like I feel like. You I crossed the line for myself that I never thought I would, and I do. I literally felt like unredeemable it's like, you know it. It felt like the right thing to do because I believe that this is what God wanted for me like everything point on next to be an Olympic champion. Like I when I was nine I had, I knew I was gonna be Olympic champion. I know God gives us our dreams and it's like, why would I be in this situation? And it was really hard for me as you can imagine. And so I guess the Beijing and for the first time, mine tire life. I don't feel like I'm just running seven other women. Women are running my own shame and disappointment, and just a burden and weight of it all was just too much. And so I ended up finishing third in that race and and I almost feel like a part of me like almost sabotage myself, like I felt like it was almost like my sorry, like I don't deserve the gold medal because I'm not. I'm not a champion anymore. I'm I'm this kinda scarred woman and so I'll never forget it. And I showed this in my book, I am broken. I am like bawling and I, it's so funny how people sometimes don't know where we don't know what we're going through. And at the time there was no social media, but I got all these emails because people saw me on the podium and I was literally balling and Pibor like your year, disgraced American ungrateful winner. You won the bronze where I you, and it was so much more than that, like I could be gracious in defeat, but it was way more than just down just been through. Yeah, I had been through an emotional loss, a spiritual loss. And now a physical loss and side is felt like my world was crushing down and so I get on the bus, so so so like I told you a deal. There's not there, right? My mom and sister are there my aunts and I had a lot of family there, but in my now, my mom, my sister knew no one else do my coach didn't know. Yeah, my mom's sister my best friends like they knew my dad didn't even know my dad had no for many years, and so they were all like, what happened to this girl? She's a mental case. I, how could she I? I should have won by fifty meters, not just one I should have buried them. Yeah, and so I learned forget I get on a bus because the option is to go to the village or to go see my family. I don't want to be in the village because I wasn't asking, you know. So I jumped on this bus and it's not a Olympic bus because it's not taken to the village. I'm on a public bus and I'm in the back and I'm still crying can barely even see through my eyes and I look around, I realize I don't think I'm going in the right direction so I get off the bus and now I am. It's like my internal turmoil is now I'm lost..

"Not that sticky, but Seiders super hot in. All right. Next topic we're talking about fortnight for nights popular. We talk about whatever's popular like he was popular. Naggar fortnight's. Yeah, it's just SEO baby. Do you play? Maybe I have. It's I am going to lie. It seems to come what I feel the same way. And the only thing I like grain of only played a little bit, but I like the fifty verse fifty. Have you tried that. No, I like I've played literally three times. Yeah, something different for me, but but. They have mode where it's it's just like pub g in that it's it's it's one hundred players, but it's literally teams of fifty. You know, it was pretty fun. I'm sure everyone's laughing because they've probably all played it before. Oh, sorry. Basically the thing about fifty fifty very little control of the outcome of the game, but I thought it was pretty fun. Made a Bill, try that. So I played it on my ipad, and I found the running and shooting was fine. And I've tried pub g before I played that a little more, but the building I found very difficult. Okay. Got it. I noticed that and there's just because I haven't played enough. Some people have a way to build like entire towers. I don't know if they're like, you know, using some kind of macro like to input level, or if there's just a setting and fortnight down, know about or just. Yeah. Well, apparently you and I are the only people who don't know because for nine has made a billion dollars since launching in October. So they are getting that money from somewhere Pibor playing it. It's a thing, even sort of nontraditional. Gamers have been playing that listening to some podcast. I think it might have been twit, which I listen to very rarely. I don't know out of podcast, but I was listening to one for some reason and they were speaking about that. This is an interesting phenomenon where people are increasingly specializing into like specific games. So something like I'm not a gamer. I play fortnight. I play league of legends. I played Doda like I don't use to be people would just play whatever games, but every game was out, whatever game was new. But now there's increasingly people who just play Minecraft, just play for night. You know, like they, they were sort of observing that a lot of their friends and acquaintances only play a single game. Wow. It's really so I don't have. I don't know if that's true, and I. Due experience that somewhat like I know some people at work who are sort of always playing the same game. Overwatch is over. Yeah. So a lot of these online multiplayer games they play very exclusive, sends me at some points like chess or something or playing poker with your friends or something where like you don't go to poker night and decide to play like Rummy or something. They always play poker. Maybe you don't. Let's rule the die to see what card game. We're gonna play southers of Catan poker. Cool. So now it's time for book of the shove. Show my book. This show is a podcast, but you know, I've been as opposed to listening to audio books. She's all usually do this month. I just binged on this podcast and I thought it was great. "Yeah and i'm telling me all the time when you get you know twenty shows in in you build an audience come back let's talk about you know advertising or or maybe year in you know and people want to hear that but yet you're look at youtube you know february twenty first everyone that was making five six bucks a month off their youtube videos they're no longer well you know some of them are you know doing celebrity shows i mean some of the ones that i'm working with are have celebrities in there in those those celebrities have expectations you know i said i remember telling one person this past week that if you want to earn revenue for your client with this show and he celebrity then you're going to have to do a prepay deal and they go what prepay i go yeah you're going to have to affront money to them if they expect to be paid in the first few episodes right you're going to have to do a contract with them to give them money up front of course that's that's the only other way it can be done because it's not going to happen the other way there was a conversation going on in one of the facebook pages talking about how much to pay talent voice talent and they were doing a podcast for brand and in you know in pibor talk well you need to pay him a hundred bucks i'm like i'm not even i'm not even a deleting your email when it says one hundred bucks and you know you know i think if if i fall if you're doing a brand if you're doing a podcast for brand there it's those those are painful because you're dealing with suits dealing with people that are going to be super critical on content there in the listen to every word it and had to be scripted i mean this is doing a brand podcast is to do it right is logistically very painful and i said if they don't have at least a budget of a thousand dollars an episode it's not even wh.

"Loved it big fan above the viewership even i knew this is like an eighth grader the viewership fell off a cliff after the night one at a northern such as the areas hit here though that was the first night of the exam foul whoa adwan now i wanna i wanna to mount horn here because with i proved i predicted this non after vince made this new company i predicted this like a year or so ago the two nobody they that's listening right now because all the it's the perfect time for this all the nfl pibor interest in the nfl is waning all the concussion stuff people think it's not real football anymore the anthem protests if that's how you wanna call them people are now watching for that reason the nfl is also just kind of the product is not good the story lines are stale is just not denigrate israel basically don't watch the nfl anymore i have watched by maybe a quarter of football and it has crazier in the playoffs latest ray and it was the forced upon me i was similar where it was on an i nothing else to do so and then on what's the super bowl so basically a watch the super bowl by choice lands it the rest i have not watched will you watch the xfl a b of course i'll watch the accent valley nuts at least the first week legion of birth they're gonna here's what they're going to do they're gonna take everything that people don't like about the nfl and they're going to do the opposite so do you think basically the ex velde didn't work it was just done too early yes who is way ahead of its time yeah because now the everything they were same back in the day about you know nfl being too soft that type of stuff has actually come true like people are actually saying that now so i can i can see a kind kinda working the xfl was not solving any problem with the nfl back again it was just a you know a sideshow competitor now and obviously it's not going to survive in a saga me a serious competitor but it's there's.
