"Can't they just take accountability for what they do wrong? That's pretty much all I wanted to say. Thank you, Jason. I appreciate your call very much insightful on both counts. And the question is, uh, why not take accountability? Not one, not one person in the entire administration. And under General Milley, No one under the joint Chiefs. Nobody, not a word. As a matter of fact, the spin is on on full speed. And The president is defending himself. Defending the decision. He even made the glaring statement that the evac operation was a success. He justifies it by say, we have no vital interest. You've got to be kidding me. Mhm. 20th anniversary. 9 11 is is before us. I am praying. Rain. At that anniversary is not the entree. Two other incidents. When the when the United States of America In a short amount of time. Since January of this year. That our reputation That are perceptive weakness. Which was previously under Donald Trump. It was strength now weak. Allies alienated And it's Vulnerabilities. Are everywhere. We don't do, Jack diddly do die at our southern border. We're allowing now. And I I understand. But the same thing happening. Allowing in the Afghani refugees. No vetting the reports that I'm hearing And receiving is that once upon arrival, they're free to go. Anywhere you want to go. With no monitoring at all. Yeah, about the wife got Garland. Now we four seasons in Bali. You see, is there That's kind of what we're saying is that that much to do is compared to like, you know, Vegas or compared to New York. So if you were here, and that's great, So you got a big island. What? What would you Do besides, hang out in the hotel, you know, hang out of the beach. Okay? The restaurant. Four seasons. Hualalai. Okay, Okay. I mean, Hogan. From I mean, you got to go to the four seasons to call Elena to save the airfare. I mean, that's what that they've done A beautiful job on that property out of those two pools, Infinity pool, But, you know, I agree. I agree. Okay. Well, what do you gonna do? I mean, for coming to Hawaii. Probably gonna lay around the pool or lay on the beach. But Um, you know, you're gonna go someplace and do things you know, like Attractions. Wow, he missed. He missed this opportunity. There's ah Pearl Harbor Aviation Center. You might want to go check out. That was That was that Was that a lead into the fact that the justice of the other day, the Aviation Museum, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, just Impact. The no. 18 Blue Angel number four and they're putting it together or something Well, went that Take the wings off of it to transport it here, but they literally Came on Pasha, and they rolled it onto a truck. It's in hangar 79 at the Aviation museum, and they're going to put the wings back on it, and we will have a A historic blue angel aircraft. That's awesome. And people who go see that if they came here, Yeah, I can see that they go to the museum and the museum is open five days a week. Thanks, Richard. You're welcome, Honey. I got your back, Chuck. Thanks. Appreciate. Elissa will send me an email Say thank you, Richard. All that, Rick, What is yours? Yes. I'm sorry. Stop! Listen, he always stopped. This is still eating some good deed in the nuts, chips nuts. It was good used to be. San Francisco. Okay, wouldn't tell anybody to go to San Francisco now right now. Mm. But we did mention Chicago. Yeah, I wouldn't go there either. Oh, I would do it. Yeah, well before the mayor that I mean, she's a mess, huh? The Carjackings are the biggest crime happening now. Our jackets. So they still have shootings and gang That's why we're saying pre hold them know that we're doing that. But you gotto you go to places and you're gonna be okay. And that's part of what the news indoctrination is. Our immediate response to Chicago or others. Too dangerous. Oh, my God! You're gonna get killed. Shoot you! Could happen anywhere, right? We have people using pepper spray to steal TVs at a Wal Mart here who knows what's gonna happen. But if you just, you know, use your common sense Exercise basic safety. Back a nine mil or two or three or four or six hour That your Sig Sauer and your waist belt. There you go. You're gonna be loved Chicago. You walk because I think we went Where's that literally walked to the Embarcadero. That was a great little walk to the ballpark. I walked to the ballpark and went to her hotel was so high. It was pretty good mile and a half or so, but it wasn't bad. And I thought that was so impressive What I thought Have went through my head was wow, they could actually make that limits. You know the way that whole waterfront was they had their warehouses and stuff. They're still But yet they really extended it. Like right people riding bikes and was so much space. I'm like, Wow, this almost looks like they could Filled out Nimitz that way. You know, Julie, I think cities around America are great destinations. When we're ready to travel Now we're still scheduled for our river cruise in October. But in the meantime, if you're ready to travel and want to get out of Dodge You have all the testing and all this other stuff. Taken. American City has support America. Great your visit and and enjoy it. There's so many crawling great places. San Diego Don Diego is a great city, even not You know, it doesn't have the kind of right problems of San Francisco does. But you know the downtown area gas lamp that's like lots of restaurants and Tijuana. What? That's close. All right, But even so, Dakota access to get back in Yosemite and things like that. You can you don't have to spend Yeah, You can go there free. Yeah, I know. But you stay at the hotels that in the cabins, but you have to stay for a whole week. Stay for two or three days Really Enjoy it and just get away. I mean, there's so many places in the states that We just don't think about always wanted, and I guess our location to it's okay. We can go to Europe. We can do that. But you know you have your sympathy. That's that's in California. Now you have a lot of museums and state park, so the kids have traveled extensively. They tell me the best trip we drove from Orange County. The Lake Tahoe Wow and just took the driver which stop every day. Get a hotel. Visit the city. We're in That one was really good..

"Somebody's tapping their fingers. Please don't Aviation's most wanted list. I aviation museum curator's most wanted list. Yeah no i. I like this now. I haven't looked closely enough of this to know what it is. So is there an actually a wishlist in this article. This article from This is aaron spaces website. Aaron space meg dot com. And i don't know if this is if this is A reprint of something. That was actually in print magazine but generally is and yeah september this year okay. So aviation's most wanted list the airplanes and artifacts that museum curator's dream of finding It's kind of ironic. That there's a photograph of amelia earhart as the lead picture here well as well. That's a good question. They lead with a picture of her. Of course yes And the last item. I think is of course is indeed Amelie i'll at amelia. So what are some of the things that they are wishing for Well are are kind of as terek off for example When the beatles arrived in the us for the first time They were on a pan-american boeing seven hundred seven. The airplane is not the issue here. What is at issue according to this particular part of the article Is the air stairs that they used that were in all of the photographs of their arrival. And there's a picture that exemple picture of the fab four as it were With the pan am air stairs in the background with with blue globe logo and yada yada and Well no question that would be a really cool artifacts to but i. I'm amazed does anybody think that they could actually identify those particular stairs. They just want an example of the model. That's a good question Is there a record of what serial number air stare was being used that we see matters. But okay all right well apparent. Apparently it was a vehicle. Not just the stairs right okay. It was like a pig pickup truck with the stairs mounted in the back. That kind of thing. Yeah okay what what happened to the vehicle is is is what this curator's and i think you've made a good point there. There will be a record of which one was being used that weaker that at that location and whatnot. So okay what else do. I'm just kind of scrolling through the list or anything else jump out at you. One little bombers here as picture. Well some of them did ditch. I think it might be at the bottom of the ocean now which doesn't bode well for longevity preservation. But that's at least from my reading of the article. And i didn't read it in detail but that's that's one one item. They want artifacts they like to have one kind of curious The the rod bing ston a curator at the pearl harbor aviation museum in hawaii and they looked at curator's and museum researchers and whatnot from over a wide range all over the world of aviation museums But i want one item this gentleman Talks about is the pedo tube. From the north american f one hundred super sabre the pedo tubes like three feet more more long jutting out from under the nose the jet intake of of this fighter and said it's very distinctive pedo. Tube says one would think that pedo tubes in reasonable condition it would be more or less available. Does the one the jet they have on display apparently does not have the accurate proper pedo tube and apparently they're just none of them around. You know it's one of these unobtainable things now. Of course we're talking. Something that was built in the originally designed probably in the fifties And long since out of service. But you'd still think there'd be a an An part number somewhere in a box that would be a particular item so who knows but a lot of little stuff like that another one. We lindbergh landed Spirit of st. Louis in paris the airplane and he were both mobbed by by parisians and a lot of people apparently Cut pieces of fabric off of the airplane. The airplane was rendered on airworthy in in this episode It was later repaired of course One of the pieces of fabric was from the rudder and it was the ryan aircraft company's logo which is a winged are and it's on the right side of the rudder that particular piece of fabric was was sliced off it was it was gone missing. The left side of the writer had the same logo on it and still exists On the spirit of st. louis that's hanging in the in the gallery apparently But somewhere in paris is that missing arm. Okay somewhere somewhere in paris kind of start to a long story at a bar one night right. I was just watching documentary. A this is not about aviation. But this is about the reality of you can find. These things I was watching a documentary about the video game. History video games The day and they were interviewing the developer of one particular legendary video game from the really early days of personal computers like the commodore days. And things like that and this this guy had had created a video game which at the time was was very popular and very well known And but it kinda faded as the hardware changed and then bye-bye bad coincidence. He lost all of his data files from the development of the game. this is a personal independent game developer. Just one guy and in a move from one home to another couple of boxes of stuff went missing and he lost his his running. Copy his source. Code is not lost everything. Okay and now whatever. It's at the time as documentary. It was like you know twenty years later and he was just talking about having lost when the documentary. I went on the air. The word went out to a couple of game history history of gaming forums and so forth all right and and although they didn't find his source go and that stuff all right At that point no one even had a copy of the game let alone anything else And people step forward and one person in particular step towards that. I've got a copy of that game. I've got it right here. i'd be glad to give it to you and they've since since found it and made duplicates and they're actually running it on an emulator on the internet now so that you can play this legislative. Yeah so the ryan logo from the from the saint louis spirit saint louis could could. Well turn up and it's a. They said that problem at the white house. I remember hearing stir reading stories about Visitors touring the white house. Used to be notorious for for discreetly cutting pieces of the curtains and stealing them at. This goes back to like the the age of abraham lincoln kind of that period of history When apparently coming and going in the white house was a much easier thing much more casual thing and apparently it was just notorious that the curtain they were constantly having replaced. The curtains or the curtains were constantly looking tattered. Because people were they'd clip it. Still hold curtains. Apparently but they'd also it was very very common for people to take bring a knife out of their pocket and cut off a piece of the curtain or a piece of carpet. Or you know things like that. Can you imagine getting into the white house with a knife in your pocket today. I know exactly exactly so david your awful caught. Do you have any of these things in your garage. No i've got a couple of beatles albums from but like this. I was looking at that picture. And i was thinking the picture of the beatles going scrolling back to it here so the air stairs is in the background. And that's what they're asking about. The the little pan am travel bags that they're holding. Their hands are pretty damned adorable. And i'm just thinking and that's the kind of thing you might actually still be. You know aren't could probably get those on ebay well but i'm talking about that one. The one that one that that george harrison is hold. That's that's wait a minute. Let me see if i can recognize them. I believe that's john lennon john lennon on the left with the pan am bag. Yes that's who george harrison to the right next to the For what they they bring bag looks like that does that. Also say it's harder to read but anyways every now and then you know a piece of of personal property like this will appear from a celebrity. You know because it's been in their closet for our somebody's closet for you know and it'll get donated so The pan am bag that that would be a bit of history right there right. I see what that is. What harrison's holding what is he holding back at the time..

"Aircraft that had crashed in lake St Lake Michigan off of the Chicago area because of the training that that was done outside Chicago to make photo aircraft carrier qualified to tell us a little bit about in a hole that pick pick Huger interest well so this is before before we did college and military if we before we did that and we were keen at least I was a teenager maybe actually kept correct L. actually had done that stuff and I was still a teenager and so we were scuba divers from early early on young ages we became scuba divers and just so you know we went to the same grade school the same high school except I I've known al since I was three years old when I moved on to the street where where he hit it was already living on with his family but we actually were scuba divers and L. had this idea of buying this boat that was hurting pretty bad I swear I was literally held together with duct tape and so we were we went a little like we knew about the ships we knew Chicago had been one of the busiest ports in eighteen hundred so we were looking for ships any school group located at TBF Avenger torpedo bomber adventure type the type that George Bush a senior works well in the work and SO we that's when we found out about the aircraft will we shifted our attention and it didn't take us long it was less than a year Ellen I located a wildcat fighter so we actually turn that over to a private salvage company and and they they actually salvaged it for a guy named college J. who owns those I think it's fifty seven airs AIR squadron restaurants in the email to deal with the navy that he could cabin or whatever I don't know exactly the details because I was young and flippant I'm still a teenager and so anyway I will college should military and came back in now so you know we we should we should earnest looking for the aircraft into a business and and I had money he had money and we bought a much better vote and we bought the equipment needed which was Scott side scan sonar to actually find the aircraft in why did we find it's really it's really amazing how many you found and we can talk about those and these are all in a book that Tauruses written called the great navy birds of Lake Michigan yes so if you are the better the pitch of the book no no it's it's it's the is it caption the true story of the privateers of Lake Michigan and the aircraft they rescued were you rescued over forty or so aircraft from Lake Michigan and elsewhere but this is easy it was a couple things here this isn't he they're not easy to find and then you get into this whole issue of who really owns them let's start with these aren't easy to find are they if they're not easy to find and it's all about logistics and one thing I am the gregarious public face of anti recovery but L. is the electronic how you put the vessel and equipment together to do it expert he I would say he's a genius with electronics it's amazing and then together with other crew members keep person and all inclusive and quit and a number of other Sir they're able to fabricate anything needed on the fly when we're operating we can't we're we're we're we mentality when we get into trouble something goes wrong we don't quit figure out how to fix it there's always another way up that hill isn't her all it takes I think you might you might be digging under it right well we totally know start reading and reading the book one of the interesting things is you do here okay you found it okay sides generator helps out the the the ship logs probably didn't help you out where exactly it crashed nobody GPS today at the time there's no black box it's working for you all of that you find it we still find it no no you have to pick it up off the ground yeah I picked out of the lake bottom not any little task is it we know and the study she cast because his because of our wonderful and I don't wanna complain at all but our government has grown what has to many tentacles interfering with too much stuff where they shouldn't and they should sometimes just sit back and let us do what we do and and every bureaucrat needs to put their stamp of approval on it and so I said my book is really the title's misleading it's not really so much in my mind about the aircraft it's about American humanities it's it's a actual Michael study of well my observation my personal view of how our government help help us help ourselves we doesn't let us help ourselves so the the aircraft are are owned by the US navy all right Interscope therefore the American population in the reason for that is it I use an example I say if you're walking through a parking lot of a grocery store and you dropped your wallet and someone else finds it it's not their wallet still your wallet right yes you lost it same thing applies to the aircraft the US government lost aircraft in Lake Michigan and so you have to go to the U. S. government say specifically the navy and say we'd like to do something with this and and they have to grant you permission they can either divest themselves of ownership now for years we've had this thing called animal to love the let lawsuits fines and the loss of cell which which says and say you only because you found it on the water it says the owner should compensate you for helping what's been lost we'll cut return west lost so we actually were able to work with the national label it mediation museum I think I said that right national naval aviation museum director deputy director in those days it was captain Robert Rasmussen and body make and that was the director and the deputy director and they found a way for us to work with US navy to recover those forty or so aircraft and and because of their their determination as well as ours we were able to get all those aircraft covered restored on display it's a almost two dozen prestigious museums across the country including their museum the national museum of the United States Marine Corps the national museum of the Pacific War pearl harbor aviation museum Kalamazoo aviation history museum also known as the Kalamazoo air zoo cradle of aviation Long Island New York the aircraft carriers Yorktown Lexington midway so intentionally some of the aircraft's worked because they understood this that the population needs better chances to see him a number of the aircraft we were allowed to they exchange them for us in a in a sense a payment and they and other people for things and they've been returned to the public and there's aircraft that have come out of Lake Michigan that were restored to flying condition in nursing air shows across the country every year so what's really amazing the book talks about how well it's the government's aircraft still we're spending all the effort and time in raising this but we can't get paid for it we've got to get something in that's created like ordering exchange for it it isn't finders keepers it's really you might be lucky enough to get a reward yeah yeah and the they don't make it easy I really don't see it Hey there is just it's amazing all the the entire permitting process there was a navy lawyer said well we think the permitting process takes about a year and it's it's dumb aside from CNY in the the people did not understand how to find them when you look at the average person doesn't have all the expertise to to find them and then to go through the government stuff and that's where we were able to put together a team that could could figure out how to do all that and then when they they the navy stopped using that exchange thing and shut off the exchange thing we had to go raise private money and it's very interesting the private money that came into to support the recovery restoration public display these aircraft enterprise rent a car well enterprise holdings which owns Renick has enterprise rent a Kerr Kerr CEO and son of founder well a lot of people don't know enterprise was was named after the enterprise aircraft carrier because the founder Jack Taylor was a hell cat pilot aboard the USS enterprise during World War two so in honor of of his father in that ship with the men his son Andy Taylor sponsored the recovery and restoration of the Hellcat fighter make Donald's corporation which was under at the time was under direction of amending Fred Turner who I think was the second CEO after a crack back at least three of the the recovery restoration display projects and that's interesting story and then there's other people such as Diana manning Chuck green hill who sponsored through the recoveries restorations so so we have it yes and if you can help us do that the navy can't help us raise money to do the stuff we have to go do it I want to go back to the challenge of actually lifting these your frames which have been sitting on the bottom me in like Michigan at least at freshwater but you've also had recoveries elsewhere sitting on the bottom hundred and fifty feeder a hundred feet below the surface will all come up four hundred I okay I mean we those of us who is it who's ever scuba dive knows that you know the pressure is building building building the this is a logistical challenge in different each and every time a suspect can you tell us a little bit about that well all the aircraft navy aircraft will work to are designed to be lift lift it in you you understand that because you say an aircraft carrier pulls into port it it it might have aircraft that are damaged beyond what their car care has capabilities to repair so it's got to be lifted off the ship on to the dock and taken to repair facilities so they're all they're all designed to be that way except for the design works if the aircraft is standing on its wheels the way it's it's built the design doesn't work if it's flipped over twisted on the side half upside down it is it they could be in any position because when they crashed in the water the end they they they don't just they don't just gently fluttered to the bottom they flip and spin and twist and right because they have control surfaces which might be called the air surfaces or whatever so we never know exactly how the aircraft is going to be so we so say we have an aircraft is three hundred feet deep we have to we have to the video tape it with what's called remote remote operated vehicles RV's what they called its an underwater robot is what it is that we control from the surface and it's got a nice camera and it has what we call manipulators which mechanical hands or arms which could be anything we can conduct a grabber can catch things my joke always is because we we tease each other about operating operating operating those things in my joke is we need to we need to hire some fourteen year old video game players because they have the skill set yes absolutely so anyway very lengthy tedious thing but but as I said before L. L. keep all bruises it can fabricate just about anything we need so don't read or how the aircraft is resting on the bottom they can figure out how to pick it up generally it can figure and we have all the engineer drawings of the aircraft in what's called the erection maintenance manuals that we know how to disassemble and assemble we have got guys like Pete Ty who are AMP mechanics or even aircraft inspectors it just can look at that stuff and tell us you know you need this here and you need there so we put together at absolutely unbelievable team that does this really well have Todd who's and just to the great with logistics and any any and that's what it is one of those things you know the stars line up our team lines up because it just whatever whatever weaknesses mine has one of the other ones makes up for it and well it's it's the kind of project we never know what's gonna walk into so having that kind of team is important and we're talking to terrorists well since co who is the of one of the founders and the author of a new book called the great navy birds of Lake Michigan up put out by the America through time which is an imprint of Fonthill media LLC the pictures in this Taurus are amazing in in worth the book right there the I I think you really tell the story through the pictures of the airplanes that you find both on the bottom and as you bring them up to the surface there in all kinds of different conditions aren't the yeah he of the one thing about it nice thing about it in general the crashes were what you would call a ditching because they were either generally on takeoff or landing to the the makeshift aircraft carriers so there's not they're not like combat crashes where no they were fighting the Japanese zero and the pilot got hit by around and killed so the aircraft went into the into the water at three hundred miles an hour they generally were at close to stall very close to stall speed which and I don't think you want me to get into all the pilots stuff but basically the stall speed up any speed take offs just.

"Got a call from a good friend based on a topic of conversation we had talked about the ni how incidents and JJ done for the Pearl Harbor aviation museum they have the actual Japanese zero from that event on their property and the entire story as it was understood so it's draw a has my curiosity one thing he mentioned on the phone was the reason the zero ended up there he had been hit and had a leak in its fuel tank and the idea of the plan was for it to land and then be picked up by submarine the the pilot would be picked up by so while that was if I recall that the how was designated as an uninhabited island by the Japanese that if you did fine as a piloted cetera in trouble that's where you went in and you would wait to be picked up so I'm glad that you give us call by the way the aviation museum is an absolute treasure and I can't believe all the times I've been there that I have not been apprised of this story and I'm so happy you're gonna be able to see up close and personal what transpired yeah so thank you for that very much we're together with our brother he is day event in the most handsome man in all of local sports coverage and if you okay if you have any questions about it just as David I'll tell you that's true well obviously my mom has gotten through to you again free we see you and her well I am reading this off at fifty dollar bill so I think that's about right who were pretty good my brother we've got boys basketball your coverage phenomenal and what a couple of games holy smokes well I'm guessing the couple you you're you're thinking of is this amazing read that a certain school called Amy and is going on in division one DMS baby what do you what do you wearing today Rick I'm wearing my DMS shirt today where the Damien colors today in the office to celebrate a heck of a game yesterday it was certainly at awesome game type about less than we had our quarterfinal coverage of the eighty to say boys basketball tournament and and Damien and one little one with the second seeded the terminal is upset by the monarchs it is a back and forth contest couple times team was down by updating body points the fight their way back it it's nip and suck all the way to the end they pull it off and sixty four fifty seven win to advance to the semi finals tonight which will be on O. C. sixteen conveniently enough demand will take on Merrill this is round for between those alleys rivals and each of those times in in these past three it's been Merrill but it's always been within a handful of points the name is right there so is grounds for the one that they're they're gonna break through we shall see that semi final be at five o'clock our first one tonight on those he sixteen that'll follow that with the only eighteen left in it cool cool cool as they have the tough task of taking on number one tournament setakat may how may I help a lot more these are to stay teller games and if you love high school basketball are you going to witness some of the best of all you're going to see and again tune in I tell us what times again and where we go for the day see sixteen tonight are pre game show game day Hawaii said about last it'll start at four forty five then right at five o'clock will dial it into Maryland Damien I'm guessing tips is really like five oh seven with the intro is but that's what's going on tonight second game it will be about seven o'clock the warriors and Gugu red raiders going at it so when will we be able to watch and see sixteen when Damien takes on command there I think I already so plan for that would be our championship on Friday division to chat with you will be first at five o'clock and then the game you're hoping for will be at seven o'clock so you'll be the featured game of that comes to be on Friday at seven o'clock again on those he sixteen one of the great things I love about it ain't easy cover in basketball it's not an easy it's a rainy easy but you know having the characters have to run up and down the listen brother I I had to referee a game once I thought I was gonna die I gotta die but sure about your team because your team and the coverage and the quality of their work is stellar well we appreciated it it really goes to the Scotty I talked about this numerous times before in Hawaii you care about what high school you want to when you asked that question what school you went to it's a university or college or anything like that it's what high school and it's such a thing that we all identify with so we really enjoy bringing these events too certainly our customers don't get me wrong it's a business aspect to it but as a give back in support of the community type of thing it it's right up there too as far as things that and and why we do it it's and you touched on a few just a sports that it's tough amen how we looking I know we have wrestling going on as well within the within prep sports how we doing with others sports and where we are in their seasons all wrestling it'll be on Saturday so we're we're making our crew work a lot so if you see Ginny Bender in the halls he might be a little slow because it's been night after night after night as of Friday is our basketball championships for eighty to say we come back with the crew on Saturday and make them work over at the Blaisdell center for the each each is a wrestling champ which is starting at three thirty PM and the wrestling you don't even have to know the intricacies and everything of wrestling to really enjoy it just be there it's it's a it's a it's got a units to people going at it and it's this is from the low we classes the high it's dramatic dramatic action because the girls division of the boys in the salty all we down until we we work our way to about three and a half hours worth of champions and because it's individuals but it one on one looking through points the team titles and they can sometimes be so so close and when they add up those points dramatic stuff and and just we were talking last week about the wrestling when you're out Rick and it's the the amount of time and effort that they put him behind the scenes it's the people know it's just crazy it all culminates in hopefully them winning this the title come on Saturday well I was a little concerned I came back because I saw Jimmy a he was in the hallway with his whole Cogan outfit on and then he took he took Scotty and put him in a sleeper hold on what what the heck is going on because I'm just prepping for cover I was tired yeah we we we haven't talked to me about that we said no you're not flying off the top rope well put all right remind us again basketball coverage tonight and beyond division one semi finals starting at four forty five with the pre game show rolling into that Marinol Damien contest about seven o'clock Gugu income may how may Saturday will do it all again but the championship for division two first of all by division one and then we'll do those wrestling championship on Saturday the day Vinton love it man thanks so very much keep up the great work thanks and I'll keep telling my mom the college yeah please do because I could use another fifty yeah that our brother all the best man take care take care that's brother day Vinton the OC sports and beyond let's check in with another good friend that's Sean Hannity refreshing.

"Nine thirty six in the morning back together with a good fellas if you want to jump on board feel free to do so at five to one eighty three eighty three thoughts comments topics whatever it is you want to hear the fellas have a rap and chat about feel free to to do that force rich would you bring in today by the way it says if you know wonderful fried rice when you guys jammed calls are subject on time never saw a big wreck my life it's really not a roster today is just a very big chicken well we were scrambled now just big was an omelet and then there are some wonderful I don't know what the service well it looks like the way down the table so if you want to I'll try some of the very well okay well all veggies okay of and the wine which bring it broke our K. this is from an actual Mike can I do that well this is from an actual listener really how come Rick to we can this is what it's for hello it's for us that's why you can write with the federalist Cabernet Sauvignon with who's out on the front Ben Ben Ben Franklin what is he on what bill is he on the hundred very good okay sorry I don't I have never had one of those that's why I looked at John yeah yeah hi because those away as five twenties all give me one yeah right so yes I'm not a bad little was it produced the wind causes a Kelly is it I would imagine DC are not unlikely I can't somebody will be getting tougher gun not wider to really got to be able to see that I also want to read it yeah can you hold it up to the can use my specs a truck here can mother over California hi generals vineyards rather for California fourteen percent alcohol right you know what I try to do everywhere I travel is to try the local wine local grown wine yeah so if you were to Connecticut to try their new a Rhode Islander California or her or whatever Mandela anywhere as I go Bolivia at the wine if you I try some of the Amazon I and then and then you'll join the wine club I do napa though the Rio de Janeiro wine club no I was up nine hundred miles of the Amazon and jungle hooch but they make some from plant up there in the jungle we are talking glad tall bring I forgot to bring your talking I'm glad you live I took one little step up I'll let you guys try when I bring it in you're not gonna like me but you can always have you know what it was did you try some local south American when you're there was a possible now okay no or is it just me trigger what was on the job because detention you're lucky what was on what was on the ship well I don't know why it's actually for the California Chardonnay state were pouring has but not the real Lois Chardonnay went and set us Abbas jadi none of them are great but there okay yeah that's good her ship wine just cruise ship more like well it's like a well poor you know straight you know the the point is about as a live in right it's okay remarkable has more three weeks ago I brought a bottle that don and sons cab announcer actually danse about philosophy ani plus on a family yeah hello they also like the Gallo family and the Mondavi family some of the people of branched off and made out of their own little Poti ko wineries but I I was buying the Rombauer you can pay extra for a similar grades of the bottles good wine run our very and it is their only I think the only charge like for those of all I think I saw in a safe way for forty two that's exactly yeah generally so forty two sometime of yeah so that's what they're charging on the ship I think that's not a bad deal I started by it safely so so I bought a few bottles of that and then some so they basically are they're not making anything they bought it again now they bought the six pack it's safe way and then I got the ten percent on it so it's really forty marks and Richard a cruise ship trust me the cruise ship is getting a deal yeah we are very so go through narrowly possible or buying it from a whole five hundred bottles a day on that day you had you nine oh no I didn't do the quite five I was in the force what part of all right now the whole deal with all the wines and champagne five hundred in a close the cooking because they use but that's a cheaper gallons yeah yeah yeah and then also really not that much no I was gonna say well would prefer fifty passengers what if we a far for us well yeah the engines cabin there were five hundred but that's about what they go through a day five one but that's just the wind in the hope you're how old is extreme to separate how big was the ship how many people seven hundred passes are sort of about or what have you got agents yeah region yeah that was it the regent mariners at America's will ship these are all really are only talking about maybe a hundred people in a drunken I don't think because of all right now right and then I was one of them well what a five hundred bottles but when you know you guys were on every is so that everything is included so you never it's like a bottomless glass of wine they take a couple sips and there's a some AA filling a back up no that part is true and then when we're on the last region trip they did a great job because they have their house which is the cover better than you can upgrade if you want a different label but what a poor is awesome it is good that was good the mid trip that we were on about five six years ago and when we did two years ago now yeah we went last night a woman last year was a Andrea was done yeah she and he was on a mission of the sisters still based on poor and still the same yeah so what you do just starting to get a great deal and what I what I did notice with a poor like a dinner to different restaurants you could say and I befriended the summit of ours the name of the wind class shocker shockers news alert a couple bands right here do you want to call it a wine club yes so so should I come in and you say well good evening Mister Bixby I have something special for you so if you go into a locker bring out something really little bit upper because that's the only place where you can keep the boxes what how well they just know love there is no longer here not at all no no it isn't me and Richard it's everybody again about I'll tell you what you always mess and I think we talked about was the wind of the pack aviation gala only allowing us there yeah you were invited you because I know I could so don't give me that that was the I got to go I was when I said I know I missed a whole thing excellent and it was very emotional you said this year more the the the the I mean I've been to every one of them in the this was absolutely the best one server being that you brought that up now what I heard something that they're getting kicked off with them or is it somebody else no no that's the one a barber's point okay so it is different not gonna Ono okay there's a lot of people just one but what was the deal with the other day the the barbers point that I can renew their lease or something are so you don't they're the art we are we have no involvement and knock on the track and hours kind of a shock while well it real problem yeah like that that's okay but now you have you know ten or twelve aircraft little like that and none of you know and fly and what are you going to do them and it's going to become the state's problem mobile GPS is on a movie all good man we need a second bottle no yeah it's got a little bit it's gone you know if they leave I think that's a victim for non payment I think that's what the all issue so now but the thing is if the victim they have no money so where do you put a what kind of unique three D. three a Lockheed P. three Oregon for can your organization tech no we don't know because we would move up who would pay to move all the stuff your pilot you can you can't fly on we can get it yeah you have to call taking the wings off or no this like I got it and in a larger remember where the the Pearl Harbor aviation museum is it's not not doubt all the highway on Iowa that means put something on a barge and move it across all in this state not a problem organizing that yeah right yeah okay same way we got rid of the super ferrite in fact you just go to court will solve your problem there's a break okay there we go speaking about I thought about that here it is given a comeback animal.

"Okay. Then you'll see the new one at thank you for them. Evoke back in studio. Welcome after last night. Thanks for the boys for being here. And Chuck, of course, brought the Decatur from the Pearl Harbor this exactly right. From the Pearl Harbor aviation museum gala dinner on December eighth of last year. I decided to busted out. Thank you very much. Looks really good. And what what is what does it contain this morning? That's what I'm interested to see what you think I think it's very nice I've ever tasted. Just to see what we've been discussing. We already. We're already guest is to what it is since we s very guests is to what it is. Because we can't see the bottle. So we think that it's probably dark horse. Well, that's all right after after last week's last week talk about that. And that's really very good. If it is that if it is that it's very very good. If it's something else. It's still very very good. Wow. It was profound wasn't it. We'll give this about ten more minutes. And then we'll reveal okay. A little bit more air is gonna make it even better. Oh my goodness. And Richard is on his way, busy goodfellas is all about having prompt as usual. We have a pair of tickets to give away to the hully kalani. It is an Oscar night. Sunday afternoon at two. Knife is a red carpet event and K I TV is involved. Our own flash will be hosting the representing iheart here at home. Retail value two hundred and fifty dollars, which is fifty dollars less than what Jim spends on an average bottle of cabernet. That's right. I did. Order. You know, you when you belong to these wine clubs, you think you're going to get the, you know, reasonably pri-, but then they suck in a couple of the big jobs. Couple big daddy's daddy's you have no choice what they give you and and try to cancel because they have your credit card. Like. The only way you get out of his when the credit card expires. Yeah. That would work. So anyway, we're having a little bit of chicken little bits of steak for our friends that were dialed in the care, all both view. I hope that that's all g in the hood. And then we have it. There's no doubt Chuck mentioned it I'll start there. We talked about it this morning. Puddles was out for a little bit. The second subpoena. Guys. We're looking at a point in this project where either one of two things could happen. All this busy work is going to be undertaken, and we're going to Nash our teeth, and we're going to sit there and go, you gotta be kidding me. Or this is just an exercise that will come to an end. And then everything will just remain the same. Well, going to be, you know, they want to see they wanna see the the names of people that were involved that made the decisions in the real estate deals and. Everson who the recipients were? There's going to be very interesting to see the list of names and see all will some people got overpaid for their real estate. And you know that. I can't believe that. Oh, of course. Are you kidding me? He's a stop the stupid thing at middle street and be done with it. It's just a joke. It's a disaster. I was I was talking to Chuck before we got on. I read a lengthy article about why can't the US build public works projects on budget and on time. And basically is what most everybody knows. It's a it's a it's a number of factors. Of course. I the number. They I give out at means nothing. It's just a number has no based on the actual construction of it. Then the other thing is the permanent process and all the different agencies. You have to go through the environmentalists the neighborhood boards. It goes on and on and on. And that's really why what happens and then. But again, the most important thing is the first numbers really not an accurate number. Of course, we all know that. But the length of time that it takes is based on a is a tribute attributed to the agencies that you have to go through all these different agencies. You have to traffic you have to go through. You know, the sewer warrior to go the building. Everything down. But that's what the entire process is the s process all of that. And so it needs to have binding numbers. I understand the first number doesn't mean anything because ultimately at the end of the day, right? It's going to be whatever those have an interest of what they want it to be whether it's via change over a change or whether it's by appropriation. Whether it's more requests. So the the for me personally, the key to all of this names names like truck disres- referred to who's the recipient who's walking out here. Consultant walkout with over eight and a half million, plus dollars, initially and more. Why who made the why why would they why did we need a consultant for eight and a half million dollars? I mean, this is like ridiculous point. Higher. I mean, you hire one of these big big contractor. Yeah. Firms to do this. You would think that they would know what they're doing. What do they need consultants? Well, I think at the end of the day you've got you've got the three separate state audits. You have the city audit. And then on top of that you have a forensic audit being called for in the city council. It just depends on us. We're gonna get the findings. We're going to get the results. But if we don't have any consequence levied against anybody who's named proven. No. I just wonder what what consequences? Could there be if any? I mean, it's you know, it's too little too late. Sorry. I'm looking at. What's her name? To make sure that we're good to go too little too late. Well, possibly, but is it going to be too little too late for the project more than likely, but the consequences can still be a parent. It can still happen because I'm telling you this right now boys the stadium is next. The stadium is going to be the big abyss the black hole. That's going to be full. Works. We can't use on the air. And so we won't. So we won't hey, we're all in studio. We're going to be back in a moment. Whatever top of mind with you gives call five to one eighty three eighty three and we're back in a minute. "Missile. No, no, no refunds until the governor. Clock and older. So Chuck Schumer just said it could take years. Yeah. Well, that's why Chuck Schumer's a democrat. I'm just saying, hey, listen. There's no guarantee the longer this goes on people get an Esa ties to it and people are going to forget, and it will continue anyway. Go ahead. Sorry. I think it's a good Europe like to pick a stock. That's going to go up. And I. And I wanna say. Shout out to Chris Tatum. The new CEO of Hawaii tourism authority his first day on the job. He reached out to his board of directors and got two hundred and twenty five thousand dollars to keep they're gonna open because it was going to close down because of the shutdown and here is our number one tourist attraction ready to close and along with it would close the Pearl Harbor aviation museum, the Missouri and the both failed. Those three nonprofits were footing. The Bill until Chris stepped up. As a temporary well temporary longer this one hundred and twenty five thousand dollars for as long as that money. Lyles. It's about fourteen thousand dollars a day to keep the Zona memorial open. So and you would think they would make that in the ticket sales to keep it open. That's a lot or teen pill. Employee's and Landon lease and structural. You don't have to pay them. Now, the government shutdown landed on the bottom of the ocean. You know, I mean..
