Yeah, I'd say so It should be pretty transparent. They should be about that. That's seems like something you should know. My guess is there that it might be lower than they wanted because many parents are coming back wanting their kids to come back. And so that's that's the position they're in. Um well, see, though I'm sure that number has to be made available. And the upcoming holiday season may simply exacerbate this. The situation. "Show me what's going on ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the wonderful j-rod pod out as many of you know, and probably have seen the j-rod pilot is not available on video so you can watch it you can get at your local Blockbuster Redbox. No, I'm just kidding. You can you know find it on YouTube and then pretty soon DJ rod pod website should be launching and I'll be able to upload all of my podcasts both the audio and the videos onto there and you know, make sure this thing keeps growing probably get some j-rod pod merch soon. I was thinking maybe dead Like a j rod pod hat and it looks like a like a Peapod, you know, like green bean Peapod thing, but it had my face in the center and then you can just walk around with that on your head and then if people ask a what what's the signal looking thing in the center of that people are like, oh this J ride from the j-rod pot, and he's on my Peapod because he allows me to listen his pod. If you say it enough, starts to sound kind of perverted. All right, but anyways, let's let's get started. So, you know, I was thinking thinking a lot about just being younger being in middle school and whatnot and I'll never forget. Oh, would you look who it is dead. Look who's back. It's the Mist about reoccurring guest on the show. All right. Mr. Boulder, you can stay here, but you have to sit down. So that the camera can see Star. All right, very good. Very good.

"Get. You have to take that into account, too. Okay, did not know that that's very helpful. I'll change my mind on the bushel plant many now the dwarf variety. Does day fairly small and it still does the bottle brush. They want the beautiful blooms. That may be something that you could put in a container. That might be easy enough to protect in the worst case scenario, like we might do with Citrus, so you might still be able to have that plan. You just got to be able to be prepared for when we get a good cold winter and they do happen. You've got to be able to get it out of that cold because you might lose it. Okay. All right. Well, I appreciate the information. Thank you. Thanks for the call. Let's go. Teo, Where are we? Here. Let's go to Soo. Good morning. So what can I help you with? Good morning, Jeff. I own a pride of Barbados Play up. And it's at the stage where it's got, like Peapod vomit. Yes, the heat that you could make new. Yes, they are. Oh, So here's a trick. You want to wait till the pod You shouldn't have to, like, go out and check every day. But you want to go out there couple times a week, and you want to look for a part where you're just seeing the theme. Start to split. That's telling you that those seeds are mature and ready to go. And you can take that pod. Open it up. Take the seeds out. And you can try starting them immediately. And just find a good potting soil. Put him on top. Lightly. Cover them with soil. They don't need much. Keep him moist and see if you can't start the seeds. So if you want to try it, I know Ah, a couple of people that used to work with They were always starting them. They start them and they gave him two friends her, plant them or sell them. But those seeds should produce new pride of Barbados for you. Do I put him right in the ground, or should I start him in a pot? You should probably start them in a pot because you can keep them warm And remember that freezes back every year anyway. So if you're going to start to see that tender you can either Keep it and wait till spring to started. Or you can start it now in the house or in a container and you want to move it in if it gets too cold so that it can get its first year of growth. You could plant it next year, and then it'll start its process of natural izing, and it'll grow during the summer. It'll freeze back. It'll come back the next spring, but I might start him this late in the year in a pot. So you think when they do respect in the winner do I put him back where I just let him freeze the either either, Or if Esperanza, the Yellow Bells, pride of Barbados, he's Ha Malia, the Mexican fire Bush. These kind of plans when they freeze back. That's when I cut him back. Just remove the top. You Khun, some of them. You just mow over him, But I cut all that ugly down. So you wind up with this little stump and then in the spring, they'll start coming back for you. That's a regular pattern of those kind of plans. If you don't take all of that off. The plan will still come back. It just said it can look kind of ragged early in the spring, when you have new growth and all the dead stuff on it. Okay, Great. Well, thank you for the information. Appreciate it. Thanks for the phone call. Yeah, folks, that is something that you have to consider. These plants. Your Esperanza? Yes, they freeze to the ground. The first frost. You can cut them flush all that dead branches Your pride of Barbados, the Mexican fire Bush. There's an assortment of these plans. They'll freeze to the ground and the come back early in the spring, and they tend to get bigger and bigger every year that they do this Till they reach a point. Where there there Max Size is shouldn't be a surprise. It doesn't mean anything's wrong. That's just how the.

Ordering online groceries in virus age

"Dollars ninety nine cents a month and stay tuned after the show to learn about their special offer just for talking tech listeners. Okay we're all getting scared. How are we going to buy food? We could always order them online right. Groceries order it online is really rough. I'm Jefferson Graham With USA Day. I've got some ideas. Let me tell you just how rough it is. You're listening to talking tech so I spent the day ordering food from so many different places you would think Amazon would be really easy. But they're not delivering Amazon. Fresh is not delivering their just being overwhelmed. Whole foods is not delivering. Instant cart was the most effective of all the sites. I went to. It's an APP that serves as a service for twenty five thousand grocery stores were basically half of America's markets according to the company in my test. The order actually went through with the promise of same day delivery within five hours of the order. The charges were four dollars. Delivery fee two dollars service fee and a recommended two dollar tip for the driver but I will say when I returned an hour later and try to do another order. All deliveries were done for the day and I was instructed to return at another time. Amazon said that it has experienced a massive increase in online grocery orders and his working around the clock to continue to deliver grocery orders to customers as quickly as possible. Peapod which serves the East Coast? Markets like stop and shop and Food Lion had one available delivery date available when? I tested this on Tuesday it said. March thirtieth. It could get food to me. Walmart and target were really frustrating. Some most items were available only if I picked him up at the store which of course that's the whole idea is that we don't want to go to the store and we don't want to be around people we just want to have the stuff. Miraculously shop at our front doorstep Walmart spokesman gave me to tips shop early comeback coffin. If one Walmart can help you try some others within your local ZIP codes in until you can find a store that will fulfill the orders and that's pretty much tip for all the places. Just keep trying. I kept finding places where whole foods for instance they had in availability between eight thirty and ten. Am in the morning. And then when I came back at nine they had no availability. So just keep on trying. I think we're going to be in this thing for a long time

"Organizations that offers clean food to the marketplace i thank you can trust the process that their organizations out there who are going to send people to come and take a look at your farm who have the same passion that you do to be protecting the soil and growing the best possible the healthiest possible food and <hes> there are hoops to go through and does tau frustration and you're working with an organization over wanting different people i. I i get that and i think that well oh. My goal is for the non-organic. People have to go through what you're gonna. People go through it. Just is strange things that we have to go through this as always as organic growers and as we move forward into the future the more people that are involved in agriculture. I think it becomes a tipping point and so i would encourage people to be involved in if they're not happy with the process they can and they can decertify. They want but once you're certified. It's just kind of a new flow and new rhythm and you get into it and have inspection every in year and they're selling your product and you're you're part of the part of something. That's really big that the momentum is strong with the largest growing sector of the food. Industry is the clean industry. What a concept. That is hong yeah like it from talking to you do it. I don't think it's as an invasive process as people think it is so i hope this episode help shed some light on it in talk a little bit more about it or at least open the conversation asian for some people that totally holds their minds off to it so i wanna thank you for taking the time to come on and chat today laura. The interesting thing about this brand in my opinion. And I'm talking with Gila Kurtz, who is the founder and our her husband, and first of all, please tell John, thank you for his service. I know I, I don't ever get to really express that enough to folks that have spent their life in the military and John has definitely done that. So please send my, my thank you to him this relationship with a dog, and perhaps different with cats and emus or any other animals out there because. There's a lot of pets of different kinds, some people have pet snakes. I don't think you can have the same kind of relationship with any other animal that you can have with a dog dog is man's best friend. This is one relationship that is one hundred percent honest, it's pure, it represents a special kind of love. That's why I believe that this brand is lightning in a brand lightning in a bottle. It is going to be huge. And you guys have done a fantastic job really thinking about which way should you go, taking baby steps and nurturing and loving this brand every inch of the way. And what is your dog's name, by the way, the white lab or the yellow lab? Are we named her after our? You sent me a picture the other day. You've had to have learned some very, very valuable lessons in our audience. We're gonna love on your brand endlessly. But help us the love even deeper by you teaching us some of the things that you have learned along this. What's it been? Eight nine ten eleven years, even doing this in our lengthy air. "Ninety nine dollars annual or you pay fourteen dollars a month and then all of your deliveries unlimited are free as long as you spend at least thirty five dollars so similar rights unions cart bear okay and again they do have some inap specials on items but also like i said they do not allow these of manufacturers or store coupon again sometimes those are coupons can really add up so it just depends on the convenience factor there and the willingness to pay a bit more the other one that i want to talk about his peapod and people have probably heard of this for quite a long time with peapod items actually don't even go to the store they go direct from the peapod warehouse to your home and they are affiliated with a whole del hayes grocery stores and those include the giant and stop and shop stores which are out east they also have unintended delivery is eligible so you don't even have to be home when your grocery groceries arrive and they'll come in an insulated container i don't you know i don't know how some people feel about their groceries being left on their doorsteps he's i think if you're having groceries delivered where i live in the southeast that would never be advised during the summer but you know the country maybe so right and peapod is available in new england you know because like i've talked about their stores are located there mid atlantic and in the mid west their pricing they say you know delivery.
