Joy Reid Promotes False Story About Ohio Patients Overdosing on Ivermectin

"They're falling apart. People are taking horse space diver Mactan Jim overflowing ODS everywhere. Oh, Diz! ALS all over the place. Everyone. Oh, ding! Oh, my God. I took horse piece They Oklahoma hospitals. It's so much so the Rolling Stone story so much so horse Pacers in Oklahoma. That they're not even taking gunshot wounds anymore. Jim, You believe that you walk in You're like I've been shot. What happened? Nine millimeters and chest the bucket to make it hold on. We got a horse paste. Er, there's our Sir Horse Pacer. Come on over a gunshot guy bleeding. I'm collapsed Lung. We'll get to you in a couple hours. Go back home. Take an aspirin. Call me in the morning. Horse Pacers. Come on. So joy Reid is so stupid. She didn't even think to have someone call the hospital. About the horse Basters overdosing Joyce. Too dumb. So Joy, of course, brought the story on her shelf for the umpteenth 1000 time getting completely humiliated because she doesn't follow the Bongino rule. What's the Bongino rule? Anytime you see a stupid story about coronavirus or Donald Trump? It's probably a lie. Wait 72 hours and it will be the bunk. If Joy would apply this rule. If joy would have went right to the police. None of this would have ever happened. She doesn't seem to get that joy. If she would just wait the 72 hours. This kind of stuff wouldn't happen, Jim Play cut. Six. Here's Joy Reid hilariously dolling out the misinformation as she repeats the horse space talks. Check this out, so things are clearly bad. But they're being made even worse by people who have refused to take the vaccine and instead are swallowing horse paste. Emergency room in one rural Oklahoma town is being overwhelmed by people overdosing on ivermectin, the horse deworming medication. It's gotten so bad that gunshot victims gunshot victims are having to wait to be treated. Yeah.

Race Walking 101 With U.S. Olympic Trials 20K Race Walk Champion Robyn Stevens

"I'd love to do a little race walking one. Oh one with you. Because i think there are a lot of Pretty widely misunderstood. I think a lot of people look at race walking. No it's just fast walking or it's slow running and it's neither of those You are doing you know. You mentioned coming in for the twenty k. Around one thirty five. That's a seven forty per mile pace. That is faster than i run. Most days it's faster than a lot of people run. it's also. There's a lot of technique required. It's not just walking faster So i would love if you could do some like race walking one. oh one what. Don't people understand about your sport. Well i definitely know the difference between running and walking. Because i was a runner and i was a dancer. So there's there's there's significant differences so it's definitely not a slow run for some training days my job my cool so my coach will call it the Whenever he puts down like to cater genitive regenerative means jog So that's the time that i get to break form jog. And sometimes my job is slower than my than my cooled. Race walk Which is pretty interesting to me. Amusing me just from given my background with my running and stuff but the biggest Perception is just I mean we do have a technique that we have to follow. There's two rules You have to land with the straight Knee and then that has to stay Straight until it passes underneath the hip and then you know always have to have one foot on the ground at all times by the judges. I and that's what a lot of people don't understand is they might see might slow down videos or they might see pictures where they see you like both feet to slightly off the ground especially in the fast races like if you watch melrose or if you watch us in like three k. Or or when we are going quite a bit faster during our twenty ks at you know going at six thirty. Six forty pays or Seven forty seven thirty pacer faster At its but the knicks. Actually better but this question. Because he'll he'll have like the exact point whatever it is but there's a certain amount that the i can't see and so that's why it's by the judges

"pacers" Discussed on Lakers Nation Podcast

"Already. Hello everybody. Welcome into the Lakers Nation, YouTube channel. Today we're going to do a little mock trade, negotiation here. We know like this time a year there are a ton of trade negotiations that are flying and so we're going to do is we're going to mock-up what a trade negotiation would look like today between the Lakers and the Indiana Pacers. And we've got people representing both sides of that representing. The Lakers is going to be run government right here from lakersnation.com and Kate, Smith's going to be representing the Pacers coming in from realgm. Yahoo celticsblog all over the place off track, but especially the NBA front-office show which you guys should definitely go and subscribe to over on the the YouTube channel. Make sure you guys do, subscribe right there. Turn on notifications, we birth. Down the entire league. So make sure you check out NBA front-office YouTube channel. All right. Robin you want to kick this off for us? Yeah. So you know all the reports were hearing is that the Lakers are going after that difference-making playmaker. So I would be remiss if I did not start these negotiations by going after one of the better difference-making Playmakers in the league and that's Malcolm Brogdon. A Malcolm Brogdon is a very good player looking at all of this Statistics, all his numbers, he's really great. He makes twenty one point seven million next year which is not a hefty price tag for someone of his caliber. So let's let's see. Let's kick the negotiation off here. Let's see, I probably want to get well for sure. Kyle kuzma is involved in that deal. Kyle kuzma makes about thirteen million, so that's great there. And then we'll throw in. I don't know if I want to use this card so soon will throw in the first round. Pick this year, the 22nd overall pick and then we will throw in Montrezl Harrell on a who opted-in took his deal. We're assuming that. Yeah, no interest in Harold. Doesn't have a place on on our team. It's not that he's not a good player just doesn't fit with Turner Inn sabonis. That doesn't make sense for us. Off Cruise. Interesting gives us another stretch element to the front court. So that makes some sense. We would absolutely have to have the the pick this year. Of course. On, let's see for Brogden, we would want. So kuzma has to be there for salary matching purposes. So you've got to get to a little bit more money there to send out. Let's see. Let's do Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. Kuzma and think it'll work or it's gets in the ballpark and off you take on. Jeremy Lamb, but we want your pick this year and.

Pacers player won a national championship without you broadcast in the basketball hall of fame when i was going through some stuff About a month ago on twitter. "I. around bravo and joining me today to discuss everything is motorsport becomes editor jonathan noble. Now john how are you good. Thanks very much enjoyed today. Actually for for a friday practice session and we've had some boring ones in the past. I loved it. how did he find the show's format. I really liked actually. Because sometimes you an hour and a half. He often set there. That the teams will do nothing for the first twenty minutes so boring installation apps in the afternoon will be lost in long runs and Today there was no. They couldn't waste any time. They had to get out there to be doing stuff. I think what may happen is we may get a pattern. As the season progresses in terms of when they do new laws and old tires or long runs and short runs mixed up today but it was really frantic. had a little bit extra spice to it and you sense maybe teams have had to show a bit more bit more pace than they normally would like to on a friday. I feel like sessions had a lot more energy than we used to like he said and it was just nice to not have those gaps that you used to practice sessions where you just sitting around waiting for more to happen. Maybe it's just the excitement mean back of the cause on track. But i definitely loved it today now ahead of today. Of course one of the biggest topics was red bull locked and the fact. That mercedes want looking. Quite as good as what we're used to. Max zappa and topped the sheets for both sessions today. But what are your thoughts on. How right boy looking the looking strong. I mean i think. Sergio perez is first race weekend for red bull. Those kind of a big step for him to get in their new car new team new concepts all that sort of things He's he's admitted. Single outpaces lacking at the moment doesn't think he's at one with a car he's probably having to over. Think a little bit too much which suggests pacers and coming naturally to him. "Are you saying cobra kai season. Three's that what you're watching or are you watching like the actual karate kid movie. I'm watching cobra. Kai am four deep in season three. We watched the whole thing. It's a roast fast in our house. It's great it's it's so bad but it's it's really really weird. Yeah yeah i'll longer episodes or they very. yeah yeah. There's some like thirty thirty five. The episode tenants forty minutes finale episode. Not think you'll enjoy episode nine. Jay i i i said. Certainly forty lead joint episode. I think i know exactly what you're talking. So you watch this whole thing. We have got through because because like look hasn't been great it's been it's been okay. Some things they do really well. Some of the things i do. Well but some of the fighting saints completely over the top It's fun it's fun. I mean the carry watching. Your kids not sebastian. Watch a little bit because of the karate stuff right they explore they explore one of the characters in this in a really deep doc white too. I'm not sure i can't remember it's astounding in in episode four or not but it gets really heavy it like a couple of points there. Oh it's good. It's not a bad way of like sort of explaining how this character became the way he is but some of the things. I do some things i really like really cool little. Look back at the old movies but then other times. It's just sort of like i mean. Come on let's say you get to be carried away here but apparently they've already signed up season four. So it's someone watch ever having watched the karate movie i mean. Yeah but you would. You would miss some of the little jokes and things like that. I've watched chronic. I'm just curious. Did you see karate to as well i. I don't think so. i think. I only watched the first one. You probably want to watch karate to before you watch season three guy. You definitely don't have absolutely that's a good day. That's a weird thing about that shows like it's not for kids at all they talk about whacking off. And and they say yeah it's whack on whack off in the new millennium. The funniest thing is is ralph. Michio is the age that misdemeanor charge was in the karate kid now which is kind of funny because he looked like he was a bad. It whereas ralph is like fifty seven or something like that. "Season but moving forward in can this be a one two combination and still plenty of time to figure some things out. But i think he can say it potentially can work because brandon ingram as expanded his game so much that he doesn't just stay one spot you know. He's out on the perimeter. Sometimes he's got that shot. He's sitting up staying nights. I think you were talking about day. That sort of spinning assist had add to lonzo ball where he likes large through two defenders. And then just flicked it out to lonzo. Ball's a beautiful plight so lots of good signs. After the new orleans is still not ready to compete for a championship by any means yet. But you can sort certainly say that this is a combination that could work for them going forward. They should have won. This game is by. You got punch loss. Let's let's be honest as much as we want to. Give the pacers credit for pulling it out. Pelicans handed it to them. Really stephen adams had nice rebound highlight in this going nuts hitting the offense of boards and overtime time to watch good rebound so good game you go back at least catch the highlights. That one pacers pelicans all right. Let's keep it going here. Jaanus scores forty three was the bucks beat. The pistons won twenty five one fifteen lee. The bucks started hit the threes jaanus looking like that. Mvp like on us. What what's your other takeaways. We needed to see something like that for me. Honest way. I thought he modifying sixty footsteps record. There were set earlier because basically honesty. What is this game was over at half-time janas did whatever one thirty one or thirty. Something like that. Yeah and a lot of those were just like inside the paint or just basically nothing the pistons could do to stop without blake griffin again. Missing that game. Been the pistons where they're a tough team to watch the best time it was one really cool highlight though here from janas. I don't know if you saw it where it was a from an end of out of bounds play and someone throughout the year. We often say that but he uses left hand that gigantic left hand to catch it. Just throw it down and you know we. We haven't seen quite like a freakish play from your honest for awhile and well. That's not super freakish. It just again shows how How long and al athletic he is to just get that in the one hand palm with his hand and just throw down the dunk from any bands. Play so i thought that was. That was cool. Not much else really in this game To look at the pistons were never really chance. The bucks though pretty dominant victory i i think the final score was maybe only ten or fifteen point. Yeah but this guy was well and truly ever at halftime and now it's something for the box again just to start to build to to show that they are the best team in the eastern conference. We haven't seen that really up until this point. Yeah anything to add to this one. Trae what do you think of these bucks blue jerseys. Cno's in action. i. I don't like them wearing blue. I don't know what it is. It's weird to talk yourself into it being the bucks wearing blue. But i remember election night back in november. See in milwaukee flip. Wisconsin blue as the votes came in with the pfizer forum open for voting saw for it go wearing blue wave jerseys and a blue wave year fine by me. Yeah make sure if you're listening in georgia here vote today. Got the runoff today. January fifth right final game guys. Five games one thing from each one in beads double double leads the seventy sixers past the hornets. One eighteen one philly now six and one best record in the league. Trae what's your takeaway. This was not a fair fight. For the seventy sixers. We're talking about joel. Embiid and dwight howard versus biz. Mac biondo and back up five. Pj washington who is not a huge man. Fourteen offensive rebounds for the sixers eighteen. Second chance points. Sixty four points in the paint for philadelphia skeets. You mentioned yesterday. My dad requests the trade. I wasn't getting enough touches. I followed up with him after the show yesterday. I should dead would you. What's the team trade me. If i wasn't playing he said interesting question. What's behind it and explained to him. The dad mags situation kings. Marvin bagley dad started tweeting. He wanted the kings the trade him because he wasn't getting enough minutes knowing the situation. My dad's i wanted to do something like that when you were at nba. Personally i wanted you to have more airtime. You turn on his show sometime in the next couple of weeks. And i'm not here because i'm playing backup big or the charlotte hornets. They need some guys out there. Just to bang bodies because honestly watching embiid and dwight howard just throw people out of the way to dominate inside. What are you supposed to do if you're the hornets those are the games. You wanna see from joel. Embiid where he just goes out you know. He has an advantage and he is to his advantage. Sixers look exactly like everybody has wanted the sixers since embiid and simmons really came onto the scene looks good so far. I like though that they're saying all the right things to discuss this six and one record. They're basically we haven't really played anyone yet. They're sort of saying that we've had pretty easy schedule. And we're getting the win taking care of business. Okay but we got bigger plants than than starting winning six games. We want to win a championship. I liked that like that vibe coming from this team and you can only play in beat. Who's in front of you on the schedule..

"I believe those things will come through at some point for the rep is but right now. They just can't get that again. You go back to the game against the pelicans on saturday. Not dan they way back light into that game had a chance to win it and i just couldn't close it out and and you can just see they just don't have that that confidence at the end of games now. This one didn't get to it like last night. i mean they made it a fake dr comeback. But but but didn't the celtics have to bring back in Brother because it was just a little bit off a tough little stretch here. It doesn't get easier for the wraps. They opened a four game. Western swing now wednesday night in phoenix. Another on they're on the road though they're always on the road. Yeah it sucks. It's unfortunate and i saw josh lueneburg to speak to what you were talking to focus all trae do they. Miss a bocozelle gazelle. Yeah but they were good without those guys when they weren't playing last year the truth like they were eighteen and ten with oak casali thirteen and four with obama last season there. Twelve to lowry thirteen and five without vanfleet continued. Iraq wins because of what lease talking about the depth of the squad and the plug and play guys. But it's just it's not there right now and the standing doesn't even work anymore. Stay start lime down back planking face down until the rent so i'll have to try. Okay let's keep going. Well my big takeaway is thanks to leila's with the clip work here. Because i don't know if i would've turned on pacers vs pelicans had it not been for lee playing the clip of miles turner's game-tying three-pointer an insane shot. The guy shoots the ball as high as you possibly can appear swish. I don't know how the pacers got back in this game. They were down by six with thirty seconds left. Victor oladipo brings the ball up cans re from like seven feet away. A deep one on the next inbounds. It's a it's the steel that gets the turner three. It was reminding me bowls versus hornets last year. When zach levine. Had that crazy three that one of the game and then in overtime old depot five points and assist you said brogden hit the game winner. But the pelicans still had a chance because zion had an incredible take to the hoop with a spin and a layup. No it wasn't a dunk. It wasn't is that was nice. And then i thought maybe they were going to complete the hail. Mary lonzo chuck in the ball down his eye on. If he would've thrown it a yard further that would have been a touchdown design. He puts the ball up for the hoop and the pelicans maybe take the win. But this was a crazy ending. It's worth going back and watching the highlights just to see how the pacers pulled out this victory. There's some great brandon ingram. Tough finishes really nice passing. He had a behind the back. Dribble spin move. That was insane. And you know. Victor depots looking all right right now. The explosion i don't think is quite where it was during his prime. But he's got a lot more craft to his game right now. So with tj warren going out for a little bit. It's been nice to see all the depot getting back to himself. Yeah i mean. You're talking about whether the knicks can keep it up. Lee can the pacers keep this up. It probably a more confidence in the pacers. Have one of the better records in the east right. Yeah that's because it just again. So it consistent so tough defensively. I mean this was a game audit. Tom them went on to win it. You know you just sort of figured that it would that the pelicans would have succeeded. As i mentioned that brandon ingram was incredible again light loss. Not he's been so good for this team playmaking scoring going to the basket hitting that mid range shot and zone had another very good game as well at lonzo ball even had a good game here for the pelicans. But it's just that resilience from the pace is not sexy back and brompton game. When is not going to be one of those ones that we watch over and over and over again but it won the game for them and and that's what he does is he. He makes the right play and it goes in. It's not like he's trying to wait for the clock to win and hit the fight away. Step back or anything like that. He just goes inside and scores. It was so calm when exactly yes the ball like you just have so much confidence. He's like he's going to do the right thing whether it goes into all right. We're good. he's got it. I'm serious here and like the way turner's playing under new coach brooklyn bonuses all mba. And then you said trail a depot getting back to shades of two years ago. That's four really damn good players or those guys and then the pieces like doing their part around them and with good defense is a good team they will. They will be once again a team. You don't want to see in a playoff series. I think you nailed it. The bay are a good team player that plays for. The pacers is good like tj mcconnell with their backup point guard. He's been pretty solid tj. Warren is out for a little bit. So they're able to bring in a guy like aaron holiday to start in his place maybe just holiday to start in his place as well. These are all guys who have started for mba for a long time and they're just able to have good rotation players and apparently that's good enough to win like sixty percent of your games. And i don't know. I've been enjoying it. This is not the game to watch though. If you have anti-big bias skeets. There were two big guys on the court for most of the game on both sides. That was awesome. Sabana struggle the little zion almost fouled him out. That's pretty impressive. Yeah but why wasn't zion. Starting in overtime yes. That was weird at the scores table for a while. But there just wasn't a break in play. I don't know i would have got him back in sooner for sure. Go ahead yeah. Well we'll savona. Steed fail as well which you know for the losing another one of this all applies to go on and get the victory was great for them but zion did have. I don't know if you saw it skates. It was getting ready to this morning. He saved the play instead of the bulls getting band side and then came back down. The other end had another A very nice finish. He seems though to be able to avoid contact a lot. Yeah yeah he's like sort of a giant. Derrick rose which again considering his size it's like he can take that contact but he seems to like there's there's not much body contact there with him but Yeah i mean this is an interesting one like statistically if you wanna get into the weeds to this one like zion was apply. Eighteen on the game but brandon ingram was a minus six. Now as. I did. Have a great game but branding for me was clearly again their best player out there last night and he he just continues to improve his game and again. It's a maturity thing i think. I think it's not being where he was in. La doesn't have that same pressure on him out there in new orleans but he on starting to like is there's been a question. Would these two guys to get in each other's way a little bit. And i don't think that's a problem right now. I think they offering outstanding. Gundy's got away of having those guys to be out of play together at which is important because two young stars and they gave brandon ingram the contract. I think we're going to do that anyway..

"Plus. Plus mile starter. Gun. Do you couldn't ask for a better return? Obviously. Okay. So he's thrilled with Paul George, but they got an all star and and potential six man the year return. That's really, and I was stunned at the trade at the time. I was stunned that killed him. Yeah. I I thought for sure they had said to pick. I mean, I lead sa- bonus. But I didn't know that. I liked him that much. And. Developed even even when a bird was in charge. He was giving he knew he was going to be stepping aside. And he was giving Pritchard more and more and more power. So I just Pacers puck profess to ask four questions, would you? Or would you pick them to beat the bucks in the series? No. Would you be raptors would you pick them to beat the raptors in a series? Now, they play the raptors very tough. But no, okay. Would you pick them to beat the Celtics in the series? The hesitations the no would you pick them to beat the Sixers in a series. See I think all of those are possible. But I don't know how able. Yeah. I think they are. I think they are very solid second round playoff team in the Eastern Conference. Well, they should they very well could have been in the conference finals last year. Yeah. I don't know the numbers something else or I'm sooner. I guess I'm saying maybe they're not even a second team. Maybe there. I guess I'm not real good at math. But if they can't beat any of those four teams in this compared to the second round. Well, they have to one of those teams to upset people's postseason chances, right? Okay. I guess I'll put it this way. There are five relevant teams in the Eastern Conference. And the Pacers are one of them. How's that? That's fine. There are only five teams in the east to over five hundred. So those are those that is and man. If they're not going to do east west for the actual all star teams, there shouldn't be even EastWest bution and all the doors. Let's talk about this. So the all star voting is open. The media gets vote. I don't know if I'm a voter yet. Maybe I'm not this year. Who are your? So you pick the starters. Let's let's start. Let's start in the west. Scribbled this out last night. But yes, mine and then Paul George Davis Russ Dame as the absolute gotta be in. There's no don't don't worry about the talk about the ballot. First. We'll talk about the reserves later. Okay. I'm talking about Paul George's. But. Playing on. I can't be the hold on. Let me let me scroll down the pelicans in the standings. Let me scroll down in front of. And you guys feel some time. It's gonna take me a while. Yeah. But anti. If you had if you put into Davis, we're not. We're and put Yokich on the New Orleans pelicans that the New Orleans pelicans would have a better record. Okay. If you put yogurt on the pelicans and have him in New Orleans who's going to weigh three hundred ninety three pounds. So that's not a fair. I mean, imagine how much he would eat in that city. "The pacers it just the lineup made no sense you have your tallest guy on the floor guarding lebron you're never gonna get any help at all and then of course lebron once they got the ten point lead he just started like exploring his powers out there in the court and just enjoying himself and intentionally taking the most difficult fadeaway jumper could find and just scoring all of them anyway and certainly were the cherry on top of this game but it didn't already pretty much been settled by that point and even if lebron hadn't explored the studio space in the way that he did this game was was functionally over the could have settled down and just gotten that same offense and it has to be demoralizing for the raptors in that way but if they settled and said this is our best path it might not be perfect you know the odds of winning he especially now that they go back to cleveland down down oh to their proud to winning games is going to be tough against cleveland because cleveland can score so well but okay put the best guy you can't in lebron james figure out the help do something that i thought indiana was a fairly successful but b also somewhat fortunate with is let everybody else beat you if they're going to do it you know jeff green has been better in this series so far than he was in the series couple other guys too but you have to put your best foot forward because lebron james is so good you and i both picked him as the best player in the nba even at a point before this kind of late kick that he had when he was when he was better because of this potential and he is the design imperative but that doesn't mean he is the only thing you have to worry about that's why cleveland is such a dynamic offensive if you wanna go smaller put og at the four and siachen with the five and have.

"In the ap a and frankly since then one of being the only one being one of only four teams that made the merger transfer into the nba and eighteen seventy six that being the indiana pacers i learned a lot this conversation you will too and the reason why mark is especially interesting is because he's just authored wait for a book yes came at a couple of months ago about the early days the formative years and the first couple of seasons of the indiana pacers in there ab a journey of the book is called reborn the pacers and the return a pro basketball to indianapolis and it's a dynamite read it's a it's chock full of a direct interviews and statistics and some and never before seen photos and marks a guy who knows just about everything there is to know about the pacers not only is he in any anna in the annapolis native but he was been a long time sports writer for the indianapolis star was upbeat porter for the pacers for a good twelve to fifteen years or so uh during the during the nineties and that the reggie miller days and of course like many in in the indianapolis area as a kid became smitten with the pacers in their aba days going to games and dreaming about what it might like to be actually to cover this team as a professional journalist as an adult and sure enough that's what he became that's what he did and that's we're going to talk about today in our conversation with mark bowen teeth in just a couple of seconds about the early days of the aba days indiana pacers before we get to our conversation with mark i want to say hello and thank you to our brand new sponsor yes sports history collectibles dot com is that sponsor and look if you're looking for some fun and interesting and collectible memorabilia from some of the teams in the league that we talk about on this here very show than.

"We carplay in the name gave but that's what he was say he was saying what people wanted to hear what comes out about 48 hours later i don't know if his agent leaked it i don't know he leaked it that he would he wanted to go play for the los angeles lakers and the next thing you know the pacers are on the defensive they think they're going to lose him they gotta make a trade forum so they decide to trade him for victor oladipo and a modest simone us right everybody in the nba world the stake in all the pacers they tried to get seventy five cents on the dollar for paul george who guess who's laughing now got vitral the depot blowing up for the pacers and paul george predictably if you ask me is fading back into the woodwork for the oklahoma city thunder and ask you this than was he not a reluctant superstar when he played the indiana pacers yes he was so what are you going to be what what was going to happen him when you put him on a team with two guys that have bigger stronger personalities and quite frankly probably bigger game is a number of beta personalities they will you point out now there's alpha's in there's beta's news in our think they're paul george since had been a category as a as a superstar but not necessarily a huge superstar very fit definitely big for that market indianapolis that's for sure but when it comes to victor all the people though here's the thing that super surprising to me victor all a depot a guy that could not get shot with russell westbrook and again what rest westbrook is the guy that is an alpha loves to be issued the basketball you take the bull by the horns but all depot struggled with the playing with russell westbrook now that he could it can operate and do what he wants to do all depot has really become a a terrific attributed to this pacers team to the point where there is one of the biggest surprise to me in the league at 1611 coming into the night the game.
