America's Mass Psychosis of FEAR with Psychiatrist Mark McDonald

"Mass formation psychosis is a neologism that was coined by doctor Robert Malone that has been largely repeated recently in the news, but what he's actually trying to say is mass delusional psychosis, which is a term that I actually began using almost two years ago in fall of 2020. It's also a pick up off of doctor Matthias Desmond's phrase, mass formation, which means mass psychosis, which describes the exact same thing, which is an entire society of people, all at the same time, essentially losing their rational faculties and following a fixed false belief, such as we're all going to die of the virus and we can survive only if we stay at home wear masks and stop working and stop going to school. That is the mass solutional psychosis of 2020 through to today. What are the where does it

What Is Fear? Psychiatrist Mark McDonald Explains

"Start with a really basic question and forgive me for this question. What is fear? Is any sort of fear good and why is the level of fear we're seeing right now troubling? Fear is not a bad emotion. It actually helps protect us in some ways. We're afraid of jumping in front of a bus that keeps us from jumping in front of a bus. We're afraid of burning our hand on the stove, similar to pain. When you feel pain, you pull your hand off. Now, chronic pain, of course, is pain when there's actually no injury when there's no risk when there's nothing wrong. That is not good. That is not helpful. So fear, in and of itself is not a problem. But when you fear things that don't exist or when you continue to fear a minor risk and it inhibits your ability to live your life fully, now we have a problem. So the problem I have with fear and why I wrote a book about it is not to castigate fear as a bad emotion in and of itself. There's no bad emotions. But to point out that when fear becomes exaggerated, when it becomes chronic, and when it becomes inhibitory, we wind up in a state of perpetual trauma. And I think that this country and many other countries around the world have been living in a state of perpetual, unending, chronic trauma, fueled by fear for the last two to three years.

'United States of Fear' Author Dr. Mark McDonald Describes His Book

"Well, with us for the full hour, is doctor Mark McDonald. He is the author of the great book United States of fear, how America fell victim to mass delusional psychosis. I'm so excited to dive into this. I have so many questions and we met when we did a doctor's panel about a year and a half ago and I can't wait to explore this with him. Doctor, thank you so much for joining our program. Good to see you again, Charlie. It's been a while. You as well. I remember that you were you and I were joking around because of their stupid mask mandate and you talked about how damaging it could be for children, especially we're gonna dive into that. So the floor is yours. Tell us about your book. So I wrote this book in November of last year as a way to encapsulate what I saw as not a pandemic of the virus, but rather a pandemic of fear. And that's the way I've seen this from the very beginning. We have not been largely speaking in a medical crisis, at least not a real one. The real crisis is actually been psychological. I am a child, not a lesson psychiatrist. So I see people with mental illness, especially young people, which is my specialty. Every single day. And since March, April May of 2020, it's been a complete mental health disaster. So I set out to understand why. What's going on? I began writing. I began speaking and eventually, I put it all together in a book, which as you said, is called United States of fear to describe really three things. One, how did we get here? What is mass delusional psychosis? And how did it happen? What are the cultural antecedents? This didn't just show up with the virus flying over from China. It has been with us for a long time. The virus simply just germinated the seed. The second part of the book is really about masculine and feminine and how male and female and attacks on the two sexes and the two genders has been a large driving force for decades really and will continue even after this pandemic ends. And then finally, I write briefly about the way forward. How do we move ahead?

Julie Kelly: Did the Justice Department Lie About Pence and Harris’ Location on January 6?

"Well we know now for effect at Kamala Harris was not there The premise for one of the most often used misdemeanors apply to nearly every single one of the 730 defendants is this trespassing charge that people were at the capitol It was a restricted area because two people Mike Pence and Kamala Harris who were under Secret Service protection were in the building So they have repeated this story this narrative in charging documents They've presented it to a federal grand jury saying that both of vice president and vice president elect were in the building They had to come out recently even though Kamala Harris has said herself that she was not in the building They've had to come out DoJ and say oh oops we just finally recently found out that she was not in the building So they've retracted that Now it looks like they're assertion that Mike Pence was also in the U.S. capitol building during the four hour disturbance that day It looks like that isn't true either And so they're sort of walking that back They are asking the court to prevent defense counsel from asking Secret Service agents who are protecting Mike Pence where he was They're trying to conceal photographs that would show where he was those four 6 hours And so market just looks like what I talked about in my book another major narrative related to January 6th is completely disintegrating and actually is just a big lie

"He think you're referring to Tanya chuck Ken who is a D.C. district court judge She is a black woman and she is handling several of these cases And in many instances Mark she is sentencing trespassers people who are pleading guilty to my favorite misdemeanor which is parading in the capital She is sentencing these people to jail time 30 or 60 days in prison for a class B misdemeanor which this court usually doesn't even handle And so and then she of course schools them from the bench the rates about being insurrectionists and trying to attack the capital So a lot of what I'm seeing by these D.C. district court judges is just performance art They are trying to get elevated by Joe Biden to another court And so I think that that is the judge that you're referring to

Biden Ends First Year as President With 'Bleak, Discouraging' Marks From the Public

"I want to talk about the two recent polls NBC News poll. As reported on NBC News dot com, Biden's overall job rating 43%. 54% disapprove. And NBC makes the observation that it's the number beneath the approval rating that show a really grim picture for The White House. It's not just that people disapprove of Biden. They don't disapprove of Biden the man. They do. But they also disapprove of what Biden is doing on virtually every front. NBC points out that quote Biden standing among key parts of the democratic base has eroded. Look at this number of people who strongly approve of Biden's job performance. 15%. So right there, we know that there are 15% of Americans who absolutely need their heads examined. But the 15% strongly approve is more than matched by 43% who strongly disapprove. Democratic pollster Jeff horwitz says a year into his presidency Joe Biden standing with the American people as diminished and he's a smaller figure than he was when he entered The White House. I was a day or so ago on Fox. And we were talking about the fact in fact, you had this democratic operative saying, you know, the problem with Biden is he's a little too close to he's a little too insulated. He just needs to get out. He needs to show himself to the American people interact with people. Be a more engaged figure. And I made the observation that I don't think that's going to help. Why? Because the problem isn't that people don't see enough of Biden. It's that what they see a Biden they don't

"mark h" Discussed on Discussions of Truth

"Arizona, and with state representative Mark Fincher. State represent more center marks vigilant have to repeat that so I can let that sink in. Ladies and gentlemen Mark and I are just talking about the CDC and one of the things that alerted mark to my comments in regards to starting this program and now 5 years into it. Was the contradiction from the CDC and Miami Beach in 2016 in regards to the Zika virus. Repeat for listeners, what you had just said about your opinion of it and what your knowledge is of the CDC. Well, I don't trust the CDC and it further make it through. I think that what they've done, they have demonstrated that they're more interested in seeing to it that the financial interests of big farmer are protected as opposed to the people in the United States. So there's a significant world hazard when individuals who are in a regulatory body, there's an argument as to whether or not the CDC is actually a regulatory body. The FDA has the very good. The CDC has an input into what the FDA does. Yeah, I mean, it's a government organization, right? It's not even officially government organization. I'm not sure exactly what classification it is, but it really disturbs me when you have individuals who are supposed to be, I'm sorry, who are on the government dime. People's dime. If a hand and regulation and they also have the ability to be an investor in the very company that or companies, class of companies, that they are supposed to be regulating. So there's moral hazard there. Do you serve your own interests or do you serve the interests of the people? If you're owning stock in big pharma and you're supposed to regulate and call out big pharma to protect the people, but you're receiving dividends and stock and rollovers and we got a problem with that. And I think that that should be the same thing that insider training, for example. Right. How is it that a congressman can go into Congress with two chefs to rub together and comes out a multi millionaire? Insider trading. Many I should say. There are at least a few. How might I put it this way? Congressman and women who have done the very same thing that Martha Stewart and they don't go to prison for it. How is it that people like Nancy Pelosi's husband? Diane Feinstein's husband. Their families, Joe Biden's family. How is it that they get over wealthy? When they're allegedly served to the people, false, because they positioned themselves to be there to get the drippings, if you will, off of the fat and roast. That's what I do. So that's my big issue with the CDC. And through this whole COVID thing, they have proven to me that they have they can't be trusted. They can not be trusted. And I don't trust. I don't trust the word that they say. They know full well that these masks that everybody's running around with. Do not do a damn thing because of the weave of the mask does not stop the level of particular matter that comes out of one's exhaust page. Yet they require everybody wear a mask. It's not about healthcare. It's about compliance. We're going to mandate that you wear a mask. Control. Control. Here's my response to that. Bugger off. 8 one. Mark is COVID-19. Is this set you with a 99% survival rate or 98% whatever it is? Is this a real true pandemic or is there something engineered? Behind this, that is that is again an objective, the objective might be a control. And let me insert this. There's an archbishop out of Rome. His name is vigano. That wrote a letter to Donald Trump while he was in office stating that the COVID-19 pandemic was engineered. I have a lot of respect for the attrition. I'm not a Catholic, but I tell you what that man is an international hero. He's an international hero. Because he has called out, but this is really about. Think about, let's walk through the whole vaccine thing. First of all, they come out with a vaccine and they say, oh, this is gonna save her. It's gonna prevent you from getting COVID and it's the best thing ever and we've got a whole bunch to choose from. Okay, the next thing you know, they tried the encouragement path. And then I worked for some help the majority of people said, and then of course you get this idiot Fauci come out and say, well, we've got to have herd immunity. Herd immunity is when you actually have the disease, you get over it, you develop antibodies and your body prepares for the next iteration of that disease. So they went from encouraging people while this is going to make you better. It'll keep you from getting sick. To then they had to it's kind of like when you're not standby for an airline play and they've oversold the flight. They start with flight watchers at a hundred bucks, and they go to two 50 didn't they go to $500. So now they've gone from an incentive for people to take the jab. Previously, it was well, we'll give you a $100 gift card to take it. Right. Then they went to $300. And then it's like free tickets to the Super Bowl and they didn't work. So then they went to, well, now it's going to have to be a mandatory job. You're going to have to take a jam and keep the loser job. We're going to force the military to give up their civil rights to take the jab. And if you don't take the jab, we're going to give you a dishonorable discharge. Wait a minute. We're refusing an unconstitutional order. Really, that's what your plan is. So now we're at this place where I think the CDC is proven. This isn't about public health. This is about political health. There are individuals, and I'm not a conspiracy guy. I mean, this is just, but there are some coincidences. There are people who want to exert their power, their authority, through mandates over the people. And I think the people around to them and now they're going to be in freak out load. It's like, well, we're going to have a new generation of this disease and it's going to be worse than ever. On the crime. Yeah, so there's.

"He's real. And I just think that that becomes clearer and clearer when you're willing to step out there. There are a lot of people that have stood back and they're watching this and they're thinking, man, I don't want to get in trouble. Let's be really clear. That's called cowardice. And God doesn't call us to be cowards. He calls us to be courageous to step up and to trust him that he's got our back no matter what happens. He is with us. He goes with us. So we're just about out of time, Mark. Is there a way people can help you financially? Is there a place people can go a website? What is the story? Well, there is a Gibson go, GoFundMe de platform to me. You know, they defunded GoFundMe the platform, Kyle rittenhouse, the jump kick man. Yeah. Mary's $5 million on GoFundMe. So where would people need to go quickly? Because we're almost out of time. Where would people need to go if they want to help you? There's a gift and go. It's called mark's liberty fund. Gifts. And go give send go. Give send go, sorry. Gifts and go marks liberty fund. Is that it? Yeah. Gives give send go marks liberty fund, Mark Ibrahim, my brother God bless you, thank you. Thank you. Thanks, Eric. Sing that song. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm telling you. We need your help. We need your help in a million ways. I'm going to be bolder and bolder by asking for your help. First of all, if you heard this hour, my conversation with Mark Ibrahim. You need to share this. Now, some of you don't know anything about social media, that's fine. But most of you do. Would you please find the link? I would say, you know, you go to rumble probably, but just share these interviews. It doesn't matter. Every day we're doing these amazing interviews with these extraordinary people. Marquee for him takes the cake. Please share this on social media with anyone you can. We really need to reach people that they're not aware of this program. If you can help them find out about it. And again, we don't care if it's audio or video, whatever. I also want to say, we need your help well in two ways. We're doing a fundraiser as you know with CSI. We're freeing slaves and CSI, Christian solidarity international. These folks are heroes. They are getting it done on a level that, oh my goodness. You know, you talk about if there was a company that I could invest in. Well, they're not for profit. They're not doing this for profit. They're doing this out of the goodness of their hearts to serve the lord by freeing people from slavery. It's an astonishing organization. Christian saw the international. We fundraise with them once a year, I'm going to give you the phone number, but if you don't participate with them at Christmas, I don't know what to say. This is $25, $50. Do this in the name of somebody. If somebody a gift that is so extraordinary that you can't even compare it to the other kind to give to normally give each other. Here's the phone number. 8 8 8 two.

"At that point? Am I doing that? Wouldn't surprise me if there are some exploratory talks between the suns and the pistons. And again, to be clear, this is just me spitballing. I have no reporting of this. That's the name that if I'm throwing all my chips in, I'm trying to get that name. Now, again, that's a tax issue for them going forward because he makes a lot of money. The thing is though JaVale has been so good, the other guy that I was beating the drum for their last year was Larry and ash junior. Now we'll see if Portland's ever opened a moving him. I mean, JaVale has been good enough that I don't really feel like I need a backup 5, that's kind of a luxury. Can you play the four for me? I mean, he's been better as a 5 than a four in Portland, but that's another name I'd look at if Portland ever showed any interest in moving him. Well, another thing that Phoenix has done a good job with is that they've got to they're one of those teams that are well below the tax where they can move one of these combine these two guys and take back the 17 $18 million guy and still stay under. So from a financials angle, that is in play there. So I mean, their window, you know, I mean, I know we don't want to talk about Windows, but they're there, man. Their window, their window is Chris Paul's health. As long as Chris Paul's healthy I'm playing like this, there are windows open. That's right. Bobby marks December 15th is not far away. The chatter is only going to heat up. We're going to need your expertise, your matrices, your highlighters, your charts, your emails, all of it. You are absolutely a home run at your job. We love having you. Enjoy your weekend. Enjoy Florida. Stay safe and we're talking..

"Popped off this week about I want the ball more. I want to pick and roll more. I want to be more involved in the offense. That's cool. And I think you can probably do that a little bit. But what miles Turner gets the ball in an open space, I do not have a lot of confidence that he's going to make the correct read at the correct speed. Like I just don't so I don't know I bet the warriors look at both of those guys like yeah, interesting to price was right maybe. If the price is wrong to use a happy Gilmore reference with the price is wrong, maybe I'm not that interested. Well, if the price is wrong, then you've just lost basically all your tradeable assets, right? Like that's kind of that's the deal there. And I think you're right about Golden State as far as not being in a rush to do anything, figure out where they are from February 10th and if there's something that makes sense, you do it and if not, you roll with the current roster. Let's switch gears and sort of go around the trade landscape rapid fire. If you heard any concern from nets world about James Harden's impending free agency and the fact that the extension remains unsigned. No. Based on lack of teams with cap space and if it came to a problem where Hardin was going to decline that option and test free agency that you always have the sign and trade option out there to kind of recoup what you lost. Now my big my concern and this is not talking for the nets is that what's the number going to be? Is it still going to be $270 million for James Harden? Yep. Spoiler alert. Yes, it will. It will be all the money. Yeah. And it's funny someone asked me a question last night about shifting gears real quick. Bradley Beal. Would you still play Bradley Beal that contract or an extension or a mass supermarket? Yeah. I would. Can you imagine after all this rigmarole over the last three years of Bradley Beal rigmarole? I don't even know where rigmarole is, but it's not great to experience, I don't think. If Tommy shepherd said, hey, Bradley, let's have a meeting. You know, you're not playing as amazing as you have the last couple of years. It's a lot of money. You're gonna be in your early to mid 30s by the time this deal concludes. What do you think about like a little haircut? I know we've just been begging you to stay for like three straight years. What do you think about like, you take like 90% of your Mac? How do you think that would go over with Bradley? Well, probably wouldn't go over the option letter would probably be filed by his agent Mark barrel Steen. As far as for that, I don't think that would go over very well, but usually what happens with these extensions is that you're basically paying for the past, not what's going to happen down the road, and that's where you get yourself in the most trouble. But what are your options for teams? Like you just basically cross your fingers hopefully it works out and that player somehow reverts back to that all star harden man, but that's the commitment when Brooklyn made the trade. Did they think they were going to get the James Harden we see now? No, but their options are limited unless they do want to figure out the sign and trade method there. Like, I hear Philadelphia. I get it. I can think of one. I hear it. And it's out there and I know it's being talked about just based on the relationship with Daryl and James and stuff. And yeah, I mean, if the Simmons situation hasn't been resolved, I think that's something that you will probably look at when we get into the off season. And then Daryl and James would have to their tier four reunion where they sit down and talk about analytically sophisticated shot selection and you know it's the whole thing. I don't know who the hell knows. Well, that was my next question. Is there anything on Ben Simmons? Do we have anything? Is there anything? Is there anything going on? Because I haven't heard, I haven't heard anything. I think Indiana would and has kicked the tires, but without brogden, I just don't see a pathway to a deal there, Minnesota, same thing. I think both those things would have to be a three team deal. Portland clearly CJ is not going to get it done without a whole bundle of picks. To me, to me, the Simmons, CJ McCollum, and look, CJ comment that has a collapsed lung. So we don't even know when he's coming back. To me, the sweet spot where the rubber meets the road for both teams is McCollum, two first round picks, and we can fight about the protection and we will. But it's gotta be two. Two, two is better than one for Philly and three is too many for me if I'm Portland and I'm facing what might be some pain. Even if we get Simmons and nasir little or anthracites pick one. That's the package where I think if we can't if that's not a landing spot, then we do not have a landing spot that doesn't involve Damian Lillard. Yeah, I mean, I think that's the most that you can do, you know, certainly with you mentioned the pics as far as two, but from a from an appeal from Philly standpoint, it's like, you know, certainly a CJ because of the salary and certainly because of the value and then it's got to be one of the other young players because after that, Zach like, what's left, right? Covington doesn't do it for me. It doesn't fill in the, you know, a need. I mean, that I mean, there's so many guys that have been the Dennis Smith zeller Snell. Like.

"I must be president of the time lord fan club, 'cause every time people are trying to fake trade the Celtics center, I'm like, they have an amazing center. I love Robert Williams. A team is probably a team that has no chance that at all. Probably the Lakers. I don't know. Who is it Memphis? No, they don't need them. I don't know who is it? Golden State. Oh, Golden State, of course. Talk me through it. It's not bob Myers DNA. It is not his DNA to do an in season trade. I know they did one, I think last year to shed money, but when that team, when that dynasty team was rolling from like 14 to 19, they did not make one in season trade at all. Like they just kind of roll with who they are and they I mean, yeah, if you want to basically put all your wise men come in, moody, guys like that out there. You know, cobble together those three players. Then I would start the rebuild in Indiana a little bit, you know, get that ball going, but I don't know. I don't see it just because of, you know, unless bob thinks that this is kind of like, hey, we got a this is our window right now. We're going to do something, you know, sabonis Turner type thing. I think they have enough, I think they have enough to win at all, but I don't know. I mean, of course, this team is different than KD team, the KD team, and even the 1415 team, but I just don't see it there, Zach. The window is open. The window has been the window's been blown open by a hurricane. Like the window, there isn't even though when there's no screen, the window is open, but look, here's the thing. When they lost that first Phoenix game and ate and just looked like a giant among lilliputians in the post, there was a sort of overreaction I think of, well, the warriors need to worry to center and wiseman's not going to be the answer in loony can only play 1518 minutes a game they need to center and then the pacers stuff blow up. Okay, naturally, here's a match. I've shaken some trees, I think you're reading it correctly for now. The warriors are 21 and four. The best record of the NBA, they have the best defense in the NBA and the top three offense. They're not in a hurry to do anything dramatic to their roster, especially since something dramatic is about to happen to their roster with the return of Klay Thompson. I think they're just like, okay, chill. It looks like all evidence suggests we have enough right now that when we play small with draymond at center or auto Porter, bay alita, who pick them at center, we're pretty damn good. The other thing is, but I get the idea. The idea is we can add a player like that one of these pacers big men without trading literally one minute of meaningful rotation, basketball from our current team, that's kind of appealing. The problem is that there are other problems number one, there are so far over the tax that every additional dollar is like I mean you do the math. We're not even yeah, we're in a different level. It's like fractals. So we're not in a like level 8 tax bracket, which is, if they're just like, I don't even know if the CBA covers how far away. It ends after a certain thing, and then you have to do the math manually. So they've blown away the tax bracket there. That's pretty funny. So unless it's like an exact salary match, the owners are going to look at this and be like, is this worth a gazillion more dollars? And wiseman plus kamenga, which is the deal construction where you're not taking anything from your current roster, that's currently playing, does it is like 3 million or 4 million short of a current match. If you add moody, you get closer, but now you're really just trading everything you've picked in the last couple of years. Wiseman commingle loony kind of gets you there, but now you are trading away from your current team and you can poo poo Looney if you want. They love loony. And Looney has been really good for their team. So I don't necessarily know that I see it. You also have like I wonder it would be interesting to talk to the warriors brass and be like, which one, this in theory, you could get either one, which one would you want? So bonus has the playmaking instincts and the feel that I like offensively defensively he's a minus. Also, his playmaking stems often from him having the ball a lot and holding the ball a lot and they don't have holding the ball in their DNA. Flip it around and he's not a shooter. They've tried to make them a shooter this year he's not a shooter. Doesn't seem to every time he takes a three, I just, it seems so reluctant. It's like I almost feel like I wish I could see his face up, but he's frowning every time he winds up to take a three. Turner gives me the shooting, which I crave in need gives me defense, which I crave and I guess need, even though I have the number one defense in the NBA, I don't know whatever. Maybe I needed for 8 or jokic or whatever. But the feel has always been the thing with miles Turner..

"And now the local welcome to the low post podcast on a Friday morning where it is December 10th, which means when we all reconvene after a weekend of revelry, I don't know I have a lot of revelry in my life actually. It will be two days before a whole entire slew. Of NBA players becomes trade eligible, which means trade season is here. The chatter is heating up, Portland fired its GM last week launching a whole round of trade rumors that their new GM Joe cronin sought to quell quell during his introductory press conference saying we are enhancing we are not tearing down we are enhancing our 11 and 15 train wreck of a team where everybody is injured and we're not winning any games. The pacers might be open for business might not be open for business might have always been open for business is unclear how much business they're open to to help us sus everything out and oh by the way, the Lakers still stink and lost to the grizzlies of 22 turnovers last night. Can they do anything? Bobby marks. How about Zach? How are you? It's been a while. Link in the NBA is an early December is usually kind of quiet and hasn't been so quiet. No. And we're going to get started getting busy come to December 15th when most of these free agents can be become trade eligible. It's ironic, though. I don't want to throw cold water on December 15th, but the last trade that happened right on December 15th was you're then New Jersey nets traded turns Williams to the rockets in 2000 ten, I believe for two first round picks. Two. Talk about a trade that could never, ever happen today. How did that happen? I don't know. You know, Terence had still had a lot of value because of his versatility and we wound up getting a Sasha bullet check and come on now. I didn't even want to say I just want to say Sasha because I knew I was going to get ridiculed about one of the most one of the most punchable players in the last 20 years. For some reason, just, I don't know if it was the hair or the little soccer player headband, the little thin headband he wore sometimes very punchable. Well, before we get into a ten second story, when we did the trade and we got him, I think we were shooting 26% from three and he came in and hit four threes the first game and I said, this guy's great. This guy, and then I think you just shot 30% for the rest of the year. But it's one of those deals where when you don't have anything and you get a little bit of something, it's nice for at least for that one game. I thought you were gonna say we traded for him and then I saw him in person and I also wanted to punch his face. I thought that's what you were gonna say. I thought you were gonna elaborate on the punch ability. Well, we had a great wives room when we had Maria Sharapova and Kim Kardashian. I mean, that was our wives group as far as her girlfriend's group back then. I mean, talk about a high profile. That's a scene. That's a scene without it's just a scene. The paparazzi probably want to get in there. I don't know about paparazzi and norc though. They're not much paparazzi and nok. You're seeing it. I say Newark, you're going accelerate nurk. Yeah. Okay, anyway, so the big news of the week involved the Indiana Pacers, the athletic wrote a big story about how the pacers who at that point I think were 11 and 16 or ten and 16 and were as I called them the most aggressively boring and unwatchable team in the NBA were open for business in herb Simon who will cheap out on every aspect of running a team and avoid the tax as if it is death itself was suddenly going to detonate willing to detonate the team, go in the tank, do the thing that the pacers to their credit have never ever done which is trade all these guys for future picks. Bottom out, attendance to hell who cares. Let's do it. Let's rebuild and much ado is made of this report. Let's just sort of big picture. How and since then, of course, the patients have won two consecutive games, including a blowout of the Knicks. They have a better point differential than several current playoff and play in teams in the Eastern Conference suggested that if they could just get out of their own freaking way and crunch time, they might actually be able to make a run here. All of these players are top four guys. Minus TJ Warren who's injured are all good talented players. What do you read this? How real is this? I have my own opinion, but I'm interested to hear what your take is. Yeah, I mean, I think any time they were, you know, 11 and 16 out of the plan, as you said, they've won two games. There's nobody that's untreatable, except for Malcolm Brogdon on that roster who signed that extension, right? I think you're open for business, but what extent and are you just willing to take the best deal possible for miles Turner or Karis levert?.

"He must be utterly given over to jesus regardless of the painful price that is necessary to be paid as crucifixion takes place. You cannot enter the school of the holy spirit and not enter into crucifixion. They go together. They are one. I have been crucified with christ. I no longer live. Christ lives in me. Is that your spirit condition today before a holy and righteous god. Is that how you stand with the life. I live in the body. I live by faith in the son of god notice. It does not say the life. I live in the body. I live by myself. Worry or i live by my credit cards or i live by my medical treatments. No the life. I live in the body. I live by faith in the son of god who love me and gave himself for me. I do not set aside. The grace of god for righteousness could be gained to the law. Christ died for nothing you cannot earn righteousness. Righteousness is a free gift. That has rained down on the person who is willing to begin saying no to his flesh and who is willing then to allow himself to be crucified. Jesus christ if you look at mark the eighth chapter if anyone would come after me. He must deny himself take up his cross and follow me for whoever wants to save. His life will lose it but whoever loses his life for me and for the whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel. We'll save it. What good is it for. A man to gain the whole world yet. Four foot his soul. Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul if anyone is a shamed of me and my words and this adultress and sinful generation the son of men will be ashamed of him when he comes in his father's glory with his holy angels. This is mark h chapter verse thirty four. So let's be clear you must make a decision and ob straight up with you. I have dealt with too many men and women who are so full of themselves and their truth that they twist and turn the scriptures to say what they want them to say and then feel oppressed when people do not quickly agree with them adult with too many men and women who are utterly unclean sexually but come to church and pretend that they're righteous before god and that they're eager for the work of the gospel to go forward but that's all they are their words but as soon as they leave the church house they go back to their lusting after the unclean and after the money after their dishonesty.

"You throw a party if you're if you're league average in anything for the since two thousand four so let's pretend ben simmons just doesn't go there. This was already. I'm doing my team. Depth depth charts row. Thirty teams projecting rotations. This was immediately apparent to me as particularly after the acquisition of patrick beverley. This was immediately apparent to me as one of those interesting teams in the league. There's a lot of meat on the bonders stuff to analyze here in part because after missing on jerry kover trading a pig to the warriors in the russell deal so that's two straight lottery tickets that you lit on fire. There's a lot of pressure on this team to get into the play tournament this year or at least if the play in term and ends up being hard to get into these be in that race toward the end. There's just a lot going on here. There's a lot of different you could. You could throw out five different potential starting fives for this group and i would say any of those could be in play. I have guess as to what it will be on opening night but it's really just an educated. Guess what's interesting let's zoom way out what's again. Leave simmons decide. What's the biggest on-court question you have for these guys. What's the thing day one that you're going to be like i want. I'm watching the game with this in mind. Figure out the powerful position and what. They're gonna do there now obviously. That's one of the reasons they've been going after. Simmons maybe he could be a pseudo draymond green type of a situation but if they don't have him than it's looking like most likely jared vanderbilt as you're starting power for now he's a rebounding machine super productive on the glass that way but he's a little bit undersized he doesn't give them a lot of rim protection and they need someone next to karl anthony towns to help get crushed on the on the boards and that has been a huge problem. I believe they were there. First of all their defense was a disaster and it was particularly disastrous. when chris africa's venture took over. And i don't think. Chris finch i think unfortunately it has to do someone with the fact that all three of the wolves best offense players were healthy and available for some or all of that stretch. Their defense went completely down the tubes. And as you mentioned. I think they were twenty nine hundred thirtieth defensive rebounding in that in that stretch they were and they were twenty twenty-ninth in defense and defensive efficiency so i mean they were hammered points the whole time and chris finch certainly got the offense humming In part because he actually had towns in russell edwards altogether ryan. Sanders never really had that in his time here. But he certainly organized. The offense did well but they just get hammered on the glass. They cannot finish possessions defensively and so they're constantly give me a second chance points more bites at the apple and they didn't really address power forward at all in the off season they resigned jeered vanderbilt on a on a very modest contract. He was sneakily like plus three point. Nine points per one hundred possessions on the floor according to clean the glass so he's very active. He's a he's a good defensive minded guy can guard multiple positions. But when you're looking at you know what are they going to do. To mitigate that issue next to towns when you want towns out near the perimeter threes and and doing things like that. That's that's where you kind of got figured out. They try jade mcdaniels at the four they. They've gone small with him. Sometimes i think ideally they want him at the three long-term but they don't really have a good option at that at that four spot unless vanderbilt just turns into dennis rodman and and really kind of changes things up that way. So that's going to be the big question going in. Because they're pretty set russell edwards mcdaniels or beasley and towns at the five. You know the that's the one question mark that they have in this lineup..

"I think correctly market value is so he's got to wait till agency and what you're in free agency. All bets are off everything could go haywire between now and then. So you've you've written you've reported reported about rules that maybe we brought an extension even more to eliminate that kind of thing. Yeah so zach and actually you know. Teams are calling. The zach levine rule as far as tweaking the extension rules for his case. As you mentioned the most he can make an extension is like you know hundred and five. It's a it's a one hundred million dollar difference between signing an extension and what he could potentially earn in chicago. The reason is because it's one hundred and twenty percent increase So teams are saying is. Well wait a minute. Why can't he just sign an extension for thirty percent of the salary cap which equals his years of service. Okay jump start the process early. Why does he have to wait until until next year. And as you said it punishes his number was on an offer sheet that chicago wind up matching it. Punishes teams punishes players. Who are on team friendly type contracts here and i could see something like that If i'm the league. I'm saying that's fine with me. It's at the team's discretion. If you're the players association you're saying great more money for that player. It also hurts teams on the other end where i sign i have. Let's let's just say. I have a player making thirty five percent of the max already. He wants an extension i. I signed him to an extension at the most allowable money which is the max but with eight percent raises then. I run in to a five year period. Where the salary cap goes up by three percent every year so all of a sudden this thirty five percent guys. Making thirty percent forty two percent forty-three percent. He's thirty five years old. He's declining setting the extension so that it just stays at thirty five percent the entire time. Thirty five percent of the capital year raises mirror the cap. I think that's another idea that would be under consideration the players union. It would also not like very much but still it's better than what it is right now for the for the most. I mean the rule is the rule as one team told me it's been a game changer. Basic just because you you have an idea for player is going to stay or you're going to have to move him down the road where you couldn't have done that prior to This new cba and you know if you're going to tweak it you're right maybe you leave it at that percentage number well in one of the reasons that i think. That's an interesting discussion. As i've written about this i wrote about it when the bulls traded jimmy butler. I look you can tell me all the stuff about team should know better and and make decisions and be cold and calculated about it. There's just something perverse to me about a system in which great players hall of fame players become albatross contracts that just crippled teams when they're thirty four thirty five years old to the point. That teams began bailing out of those players before they even sign those contracts like jimmy butler and demarcus cousins pre injury pulp to some degree. Paul george in indiana although that was a complicated situation and then you do see like again. Teams have managed to escape some of these contracts unscathed like oklahoma. Did well with westbrook. The wizards didn't even do that badly with john wall. So maybe i'm making much do about nothing. You know but the clippers getting out of blake griffin. They did well do that. And then of course these guys end up getting bought out online..

"I was like. Somebody's gonna get gagged here and yeah like who charles short story but what was it like that night to win that oscar say mean is just there and i'm not gonna lie like it's always a like people were telling us in the right car without like you know you're this show in this thing and it's like let me just enjoy like but let me be surprised whatever it is because then the only thing you have is disappointment like you don't know you never know until they open that fucking weeks widow. Yes exactly so so. So but when they said it. And i bradley and gaga gave that incredible performance before and i was just like a fan in the audience. Like oh my god And then and then they said it and we just got up and it was actually kind of funny like At the golden globes had said that. I was allowed to give the speech and i thought that was really sweet and maybe they were like omg might win actress. So she's going to speak later. So so at the golden globes i. I was really nervous. But i wanted to say thank bradley and be eloquent. Whatever the at the oscars is like nobody wants to hear us. Speak gogga's night. And i was kind of the bad guy amongst andrew anthony who two of my closest friends i was like. We just gotta shut up and they're kind of like what not even like. Thanks mom like. I just don't think it's the night for that so it was all right asshole. So we're on the way. And they re read out the thing and they win and gaga it goes up and she makes this beautiful speech and then she just endebted on. I went and then she just goes and mark. So i'm like. Oh i say hey you can't thank yourself so we would like to thank you but like i look like such addiction. My friends like no one's gonna speak on tv unless it's me right but it was night and i just remember like the four of us feeling like such crew like that night and just like they just like running around and fuck and just feeling like it was wonderful and then And then everything else like that. After that sucked once we left the shrine or whatever that building was with it was one of the parties. Ever been to i. I was within a in relationship. And i was a lot of fighting and shouting. It wasn't thank you for that record by the way Mark i know. You gotta go Can we know apple. Show really quick. "We do. When the work is designed you spoke some talking to mark. Shaw brand new book. Collateral damage about the mysterious deaths of marilyn monroe and dorothy gallon into rfk jfk. The mob. this is heavy stuff mark Continue so so you basically prove to yourself. There is no way that marilyn monroe committed suicide or overdose. Unfortunately that kind of leaves murder. And so you're looking at motives. You said just we went to the break she and rfk. We're having a torrid love affair. Is there any other kind. A torrid love affair Right around the time that she died so continue. Just go back quickly to how. I did this ass backwards. And why have the advantage. By the way it's pronounced bass ackward just gives me i guess. Okay I investigated the jfk. Assassination i that's nineteen sixty three then. I investigated dorothy kill gowns death. That's nineteen sixty five. You wouldn't normally do that. You would normally start with marilyn monroe's death in nineteen sixty two either way. They died within forty months of each other. If you think about that at very early age it's maryland thirty six. Jfk forty six. I believe in maryland. And dorothy kilgallen fifty two. And so i did that backwards. But once i got through the jfk assassination and the kilgallen case. Things opened up with regard to maryland situation. Most people remember that maryland had an affair with jfk and her singing. Happy birthday to him and all of that but actually it was a very short love affair and was broken off by joe kennedy but who was there to pick up. The stripes was bobby kennedy became enthralled with her. He visited her several times in los angeles when he was working on a movie with his book. The enemy within. I have all of that proof in the book with regard to this so i got to thinking who had the motive to have you know have gotten involved with only gotten involved with maryland but then could have been involved in her death but gianni russo may have told you was the maryland. Got herself in trouble. She had this love affair with him. It's proven for sure. This is a probably can't read it so i'll read it. But this is a letter from jean kennedy smith to marilyn monroe understand that you and bobby are the new item exclamation mark. We all think you should come with him when he comes back. East jean kennedy smith. That's one of the who is being kennedy smith. That's the president's sister president. Kennedy's sister now. Why would president. Kennedy's sister right to marilyn monroe in sort of approving way. When obviously she has a sister. In law ethel kennedy mary tar k. I don't get that well. We'll never know. she died. apparently and i tried. She died recently. And i tried to interview or but she wouldn't come talk to me. You know. I think that it was a spur of the moment thing. She knew about a bobby. She wanted him to be happy. I think she knew that there were all kinds of problems with. I mean he was a philander. Just like jfk was. They were running a row with all these different women and everything so i think that she found out that. Hey or maybe he said something to her. You know i found somebody. You know one of the things that i'm going to bring up in a minute. Maryland was not dumb blonde. She was much smarter than people gave her credit for. for instance. She was an avid reader. For god's sake she read ulysses. I tried to read that book and couldn't when you say you listen we're not talking about you. Know the wonderful poem by homer. You're talking about the pretentious. Modernist tom by james. Joyce the only book worse than ulysses finnegans wake which he has the honour also. Yes having but you said she read eulogies dingy. Just feel pressure to do that. Because she's hanging out with arthur miller. I'm not sure that anybody would really vol. Barely light of the proof about marilyn really comes in a book that i'm going to promote of course is called fragments and it contains all of meryl maryland's writes on On a back back of receipt book receipts of in hotels on stationery. They're and everything. He will be amazed what she wrote a poem she wrote all of that. I've included two or three of them in the book for people to look at At one point she She was an auction and she bought some manuscripts. I mean maryland was much brighter than everybody thought she was. And and you know that was the one of things that dorothy kilgallen found out. That's one of the reasons i think. They became friends and all of that but she got herself in trouble when she felt like she was being used by robert justice she had been used by. Jfk and russo may have told you about a gathering up at the cal neva club on the on the border of tahu and not too far from where i live and they were gonna use maryland and they were gonna take videos of her and everything and she started screaming. I'm going to the press. I'm going to talk about a my affairs with both candidates. I'm going to talk about You know matters of national security and all of that and all that is proven through a document that i found an fbi or cia document. That was in was published in august. Third nineteen sixty two. Now think about that date. Because that's the day before maryland died. Okay and in there. It talks about exactly what was going on that. There was a wiretap between dorothy kilgallen. A friend of hers and they learn certain things about this and just to to tell you Kilgallen replied that she knew. Excuse me When he gets the right page here. This is the right now. Is that you really going to the actual documents usually guest on the show. Just blow smoke and we never check up on them. Well you won't you won't find me You find that basically talks about the love affair and that you know that they had been carrying on and it says that Bobby kennedy told maryland. He was going to divorce his wife. Now this is this getting into the very juicy stuff folks talking to mark shaw. The book is collateral. Damage will be right back. Don't.
