I think this weekend probably gonna happen to it and a play out but that's awesome disc leasing on the final is a game that i can't recommend enough especially if you're somebody that likes. Crp jeez or if you just like to read because there's a lot of reading that game even when a dope detective story on you and you like if you're if you're craving like a good detective mystery and want to actually like do the actual solving the mystery and do the autopsy and do you like all the different steps in in terms of like a murder mystery. I think that is a great one to try out. That gained has a lot of clever bits to it. I think the the patiently upgrade system which is like you have different voices in your head that speak to you and the more you you put points into certain aspects the more that those specific voices speak. I think that is so smart and again. I recommend enough Like you said the choko bowed she. Gp game doesn't look that great Smash character being announced that a separate thing. I think is exciting and i love the fact that they're drumming up for it and you know building up to that. I think that's just sucks. I think that's like such mass. That's such a pop smash character as crossing suffers pop so it sucks to get on that edge of it and they're doing it later okay. Well why am. I watching this commercial for another commercial. Yeah i also do want to shut out triangle strategy which. I think we looks. It looks great but it was called project triangle strategy in the way that project occupy traveler was project acrobat travel until they randomly drop the project. And we're like the names occupy traveler. Now they did the same thing. And i don't think anybody noticed where they dropped. The project called triangle strategy which is a terrible name for video game. I'm gonna say it. That is not a great name. You can get way more creative than triangle strategy. Let us live because they played into the seed and they cleverly went call now remove the project and nobody will notice inner a word so kudos for them for making it work but also that's a lame name for a video game. I'm going to go ahead and say hey man looks. Go in the game. That good though octopus traveller. If you haven't played go play that was that's a traditionally not my kind of game. And i fucking adored that game on switch great times you looks cool then also go off about the institute for stuff because like this is my most hype announcement from yesterday. "The voice of this throughout the course of this thing and all the other characters are going to be actual characters beyond the two lines that they say in their games. Right if you're if you're going to cast mario as a cast. I can't i can't imagine mario speaking for an hour straight right in a movie like having having art having characteristics beyond being a plumber that collect stars and saves a princess. I can't imagine mario with votives like that. That just doesn't make sense to me. So i think it has to be something else. There has to be like a twist. I know that's what meteorologist now. In all caps. I was just letting you know. I'm telling you i wasn't bagging on you. I was bagging on the things from it now. He has his bag driving. Jumanji too i am. I think i it has to be that gonna be that. It's going to be a more abors movie where they are straight up. Mario and luigi. But it's not going to be like it's not going to be what we think it's going to be. It's going to be something akin to a lego batman where they are making jokes about the world their existing in and all these different things make interrupt. Add right like. There's no way this is going to be good. I mean i detect speaking. She was good. Sonic was good all right. I hope we'll have a good. Sonic wasn't good but it wasn't. I know what i'm saying to the wrong people in years ago all gonna get upset but it was. It was good. No really mike nominal movie like. It wasn't like much about it but i enjoyed. It was a good movie though. It's like a good family film. Also seventy the ted d fuller says those animated movies and also big difference..

"We're just kind of like really kind of go through these because there's quite a few announcements today. Nintendo's apparently real mario movie stars of bunch of cool celebrities like chris pratt and jack black so this came as a shock to me and i i i completely like didn't know that nintendo was working on this like this animated super mario brothers movie and the cast rolled out today ridiculous. So chris pratt the guy that you may know from parks and rec from guardians of the galaxy you from jurassic world from a bunch of other projects. That he's done is playing and other than mario himself. That's such a weird thing they want. Maybe some people know. And charles martinet isn't martin or martin martin name martanye is involved in some way shape or form now. This is an animated show movie friends. So it's not like live action or anything but i wonder why chris pratt is playing the mario the plumber himself. Probably because somebody who's involved with the financing of. The movie is a fan of chris. Pratt and was like. Let's get chris pratt and we'll pay for him like i don't know i don't know honestly i i don't know. I think i like chris pratt as an you know. I don't know him as a personal figure. As a as a person. I guess word of looking. They're gonna like pick up your phone. Call up chris pratt. I enjoy his movies and television. That he's done on your taylor. Joy is plain princess. Peach guys recognize her from the queen's gambit an excellent series. If you guys didn't watch it it was wonderful. And then jack black splayed what what is going on. It's so crazy. And then there's charlie day luigi which so good boy. And then keegan. Michael key is towed. Seth rogan as donkey. Kong kevin michael. Richardson is comic. Fred on ascent arniston. I'm so glad that he's been cranky. Kong i was like yes love. That's a stunt casting and then sebastian maniscalco is spike. I just love that. They went so hard on this cast. And as you mentioned charles martin. The legendary voice of mario luigi wallow g many other characters in the super mario brothers franchise is going to be involved in the project but they did not specifically say and i wonder if that's because he is going to be warri o or while luigi and have announced it yet right. Yeah that would be a big. Everyone fucking wants warrior while we g like. It's so funny. How many fucking fans those two characters have. But yeah like. Where's our martin. Boy i think he of course like twitter was. We're wise chris. Pratt wise chris pratt pooh-poohing all over it. Whatever but what i think is interesting is that it's a mario movie obviously bringing in the donkey hongs if you will donkey got cranky interesting that there's no ditty maybe to be announced maybe to be announced..

Let Us Not Forget All of Andrew Cuomo's Shameful Scandals
"Want to dive into talking about governor. Andrew cuomo's resignation. I mentioned last segment that two days ago i guest hosted for danis and it was my second segment of the show. And i remember sean. The technical director telling it to me in my ear. And i thought oh my gosh so i was. I was lucky enough to break it on air the other day and my immediate reaction was how he able to get away with this stuff. Not just the sexual assault allegations but the nursing home scandal. This we have known about this for a year and finally governor. Cuomo has no choice but to resign and the media has no choice but to report it. Some could say well the media didn't know they know that he was harassing all of these women. I don't quite buy that. I think perhaps the media did not now but it was a willful ignorance. They didn't want to know there've been rumors circulating for years about governor cuomo's conduct with women way before he became governor and there's also a lot of evidence that he's been playing dirty political games for years. I encourage all of you to go online and find out more information about the smear campaign that andrew cuomo was believed to have run on mayor. Edward coche back in the seventies when his father koch. Excuse me koch back in the seventies when his father mario cuomo was running for mayor and koch and cuomo were competing for the democratic slot for mayor and andrew. Cuomo was working at the time on his father's campaign and cauti- was believed to be gay. And it is also believed that andrew cuomo put out a horrible smear campaign in an effort to publicize that fact and discredit him. So i again. I encourage all of you to look up the slogan on the internet. It's it's terrible and and dive into that because it really it really shows the way that andrew cuomo place he plays dirty

"But we haven't had any breaking news like that. Andrew Cuomo again right now, Right? As we went on the air is resigns as governor of New York effective in 14 days, Lieutenant Governor Kathy how local takes over. That is, uh We use the word bombshell way too much in the media industry, right? You have a bombshell. Barbeques blow some story. Listen, I've been guilty of it myself sometimes. Um, you know you do you do you overuse that word, But that is, uh Bombshell, not just because we knew Andrew Cuomo was a fraud. I mean, that's been obvious for a long time. Remember him? Uh, those are about eight years ago. You conservatives. We don't want you in New York. I mean, the guy's a phone. He's a fake. I'm from New York. I've had to deal with the Cuomo family. Most of my adult life his father, Mario, as well as a governor for multiple terms. The guy's a front shocking thing here. Is that Stunningly. Astonishingly, there's been accountability for A Democrat. I mean that That's really a shocker. We just used the Democrats just, you know, getting over like whatever they Bill Clinton. I'm not resigning. And Cuomo had said that before, and my guess is they did the simple math on the impeachment math out of there. But New York State run by all Democrats, the dem, and by the way there, let's not give any credit here to the Democrats. Please. I know a lot of you listening. Probably Oh my gosh, The Democrats finally want to clean up their own house. Trust me. It's not what I'm hearing from my sources. That's not what this is about. The progressive left in the state of New York can't stand Andrew Cuomo. Shockingly, they think Cuomo is too much of the centrist which just goes to show you how radical and ridiculous the now modern left progressive movement has

World Video Game Hall of Fame: Everything You Need to Know
"To kick things off just like sports, rock n roll W W E and TOYS. Even the video games have their own Hall of Fame. Now, the method of selection of Hall of Fame or the Games is a little bit unique compared to other halls of fame, so we turn to Robbie Landers. To give us some info on the video Game Hall of Fame. Yeah, so a little bit of info about the video game of the Hall of Fame processes. It's actually the strong National Museum of Play, which is located in Rochester, New York, and over there. Unfortunately, yes. So a few years ago, they decided to to to to basically start the video game Hall of Fame within the strong museum here. So, uh, Give an idea of how their how how games are nominated. How you get to be within the Hall of Fame is anybody can actually sort of, you know, suggest or nominate a video game by sending an email email them and say, Hey, I think Mario Brothers, too, should be in the vision of all the things you could be the guy you could be the one to do that. But then it goes through through a few different things. Such the player's choice ballot. So you know gamers do actually get to vote throughout the year. You know in in certain instances, help move that along. But there is actually an international selection advisory committee that they That's composed of journalists, scholars and other individuals, Indwelling nerds who are familiar with his former basement willingness with the history of sort of video games and the role that they play in society, right. So to give you an idea, you can't just be like I I vote for this and let's look at how much money did it make to go in. There's actually a few specific criteria. This is where things start to get a bit more academic so Are four major points that they look at when deciding if a game could be or should be inducting the video Game Hall of Fame. The first is its icon status. Is this a game that is widely recognized and remembered. So Mario Brothers to? Unfortunately, don't think Is in there. I think that there's too many. I think you that's a true state. I can't argue that all right? Yes, Longevity. The game is more than a passing fad and enjoyed popularity over time. Sorry, fall guys.

Government forces have been pushed back to merab the last big city in the north still under their control only airstrikes. Saudi arabia are slowing the who these advance an advance. that's only worsening of grinding humanitarian crisis. The united nations said that millions are set to go hungry this year. Humanitarian situation in yemen is fully off a cliff with more than twenty million yemenis needing humanitarian assistance. And on monday there. Special envoy called for an urgent ceasefire. The continuation of military activities in several parts of the country including river is undermining in my view. The prospect of peace in your it puts lives of millions of risks and this needs to end but is unlikely. The fight for marriage is just the latest front in a long and bruising war with peace nowhere in sight the hutu rebels who already control already of much of northern yemen have got within about four kilometers of the last stronghold of the yemeni government. Which is mario northeast. Nicholas pelham is our middle east correspondent. They suffered a few losses. They've been pushed back by science strikes. But they're still determined to press on and the killing is extensive observers. Say it's a bit like trench warfare. The loss of life is some of the highest has been in the war and this is part of the country. which would be one of the safest mary. The Inside Story of Trump's Showdown With TikTok
"The story of tiktok. Showdown with president trump. It starts on friday august. Twenty twenty for mario parker it began just like any other night on the job. He's reporter here at bloomberg who covers the white house. The president always travels with a group of reporters. We give updates on the president's movements that could be whether at the white house or that can be on the road that sometimes involves riding aboard air force. One that night mario was on the plane. With president trump. the journalists usually sit in the back of the plane waiting for the president to make a move when he starts welcome back. You know it so you see some of the secret service agents move into different positions and so we know. Oh he's calming. He's on his way bag. It's an electricity at that point. Because you know he's coming back. It's going to be an intimate conversation trumpet or said he might go after tiktok earlier that summer because it was owned by chinese company but he just made a vague threat and mario wanted to see if the president would say something more specific to talk that was like my primary if if i had a question with the president that was like my target for that day. I asked him about it. He was kind of waffling on whether or not to announce no one really expected a straight answer from trump but the reporters that day kept pressing him and then the president came out and said he was going to ban tiktok. He might sign something as soon as the next day. Trump said i have authority. I could do it with an executive order. This is something is like concrete. So hard dane. I'm going to take this action. Which is banning and. I'm gonna do it in this manner. And so there's a much more definitive serious tone suet. This was huge news because it wasn't just a conflict between the president and tiktok things between the us and china had never been worse for trump to pick a fight with tiktok meant that he was going after china in a big way.
Chip Crisis in 'Danger Zone' as Wait Times Reach New Record
"Our lead story today is one of demand and supply in that order. The commodity in question is semiconductors. The demand as we'll explain is nearly universal the supply well it's lagging and more so every day bloomberg got its hands on some data from the susquehanna financial group that says if you order a chip today the aforementioned semiconductors you're going to have to wait seventeen weeks for it to be delivered. Four plus months that is to put it mildly no way to run a supply chain. And as marketplace's samantha field reports. It is doing damage to way more than cars or computers or smartphones. These days almost everything has a chip whether we think of it as high tech or not. If it has a plug or battery probably has chips in it glenn. O'donnell research director at forrester says that includes refrigerators video. Doorbells and light bulbs you can turn on with your phone and even lower tech things like kids toys because all the toys gotta talk now and they got to react and they have little motors right. Now there's a shortage of all kinds of chips. Even the most basic ones says china vasan an analyst at bloomberg intelligence for. It doesn't matter if it's one hundred dollars or fifty cent part. There's just not enough capacity at factories around the world to meet the demand from all of the industries. That need chips because there's such a shortage. The semiconductor industry is having to pick and choose what to prioritize says. Mario morales at market research company. Idc it's for prioritizes. The large scale lear is like computing. Mobile phones is the largest market so though supply chains are always going to get priority and other companies especially smaller are going to have to wait longer for chips so shrine of austin at bloomberg says if you need something like a new appliance anytime soon even if you don't care about it being smart all of those products will be in. Short supplies are investigating line and shrim- boston says the shortage is likely to get worse before it gets better

"Made by a small company. Might have heard of them. They're called continental. And it's protocol gator skins. And there's two varieties in gator skin. There's normal gator skin. there's hard case which is basically like turtle shells here is in a half show. Oh boy yeah. I went there. The thing. I like about gator skins. They come in every variety from seven hundred twenty three to seven hundred by thirty. Five i think is the largest. It goes according to the box. That i'm looking at currently is thirty. Two is the high is the biggest ones they make but they are. They tend to be a little bit. They're not super pricey tires. they're not like a race compound like it's not like a hundred bucks for like one tire they they're not cheap but also you do get. I tend to get a little bit more longevity out of gator skin tires than i do. Almost any other tire of ever used and as nick may have alluded to earlier in the episode. I may or may not be a little abusive towards my gear. I wouldn't say abusive. You just look stupid ideas as a challenge as opposed to they are right. Okay what what what. What components am i going to break in. Is it really worth that. Just say Did it yes always is always worth it. But yeah i've i've had the same experience though as one i get i get more mileage out of them but i there's minimal punctures with them as well. Yeah that's to me. Why i teach there the tire of choice to remain. There's parts of the globe that you're you're you'd listen to us raving about gators like man these guys suck like. I wouldn't write anything like that. They're such a harsh ride. Comrade and pittsburgh with your cotton tires and also the at the end of the ride after you've changed your puncture. Yeah i mean. We were on a ride. And i did puncture with pair gator skins and. It was the first time in three years. Yeah i've knock on wood. i have not had. Well let me rephrase that. I haven't had a puncture i haven't had a punctured due to external forces that penetrated the tire. My puncture was actually. I apparently went over a pothole or something fairly hard. And the internal wire of the tire severed and punctured the inner tube abusing your gear. Their dude it's pittsburgh you know how it is. Sometimes you just can't avoid them mogadishu with crappy roads. I will say that. The one downside to the gator skins and this is where a lot of people don't like them is that they aren't the most supple tire out there. Not at all to be honest with you. I notice a subtle difference. But i don't notice a major difference that the the maverick the maverick wheels that came with my 'cause cosmetics are currently on my my damani and they're definitely i can tell that it's a much more supple tire. Don't get me wrong. But.

"Topped group sets are also twelve. Currently they've really become kind of the boutique. Group set manufacturer the manufacturer of like most not most but a lot of pro teams as well. Yeah i mean you see. They're still actually kinda rare. On the pro teams too i mean schramm in sacramento still still have kind of the market for that i. I don't remember the twenty one world numbers. I don't have them in front of me. But they're more rare than you think. Yeah but it's it's definitely become a very boutique groups at brand and you're almost never going to see it on a pre bill. Your that's going to be a special order bike to get camp agnello on on a on a complete bike built they potentially and and this is coming from old campy. Looks good though bike radar. I don't remember they were doing. They were talking about the future of of groups. As a whole and in response to schramm's new groups that that's the most affordable wireless group set and seemingly leading the mechanical. Just kinda fall to the wayside. They're thinking that sh- cag- may become the group set of the like the high end mechanical groups at especially in the rim brake world. There's definitely going to be a lot of people that are gonna fall into that category. Aren't gonna want to get out of it and if shimono follow suit were schramm it. It could be a difficult place to find high end mechanical rain. Say a. yeah. It was really good podcast. I i enjoy their weekly biweekly. They come out kinda sporadically. They don't have a regular schedule. But i enjoy their debate and their conversational style podcasts. If you're looking for something in between our every other week release. Highly recommend them. I will say that in terms of design. If you're into that one of us might be. But i can't be design often. Looks a lot better than it's it's a lot more. It's a lot easier in terms of look in how it looks. See i disagree. I'd say it's more traditional looking. Well that's why it's edgy. Because everyone's going rounded. And yeah. I mean they were kind of the last one to for their and i don't know how to describe it but they they're like they're chain sets. Were just almost more. There was less material to them. I don't know how to really describe it. I mean if you look at shimono schramm's last two iterations sort of eric. Yeah there's you know they. They've gone to. They've gone away from the five bolt in it's affordable. There's there's more material. it's it's called minimalism. So you kind of know you're looking at a camp hag set up when when you see it because it doesn't look the same as cia shimono are schramm. They're super record though. That's a sweet looking group. Set them to.

"That right. But my point though is when you're talking about that kind of attack that's that's pretty affordable. I don't know i could wire up in our. We know kind of build something although it wouldn't be as arrow and prone up battery efficient but i could software and hardware but so i think that schramm's definitely taken the lead in that. Their top group sets all twelve speed. Currently that's rival force and read access now. They're they're mechanical are all still eleven speed. But they're they're top. Electric electronic shifting are all twelve speed. Their mechanics of the shifting is a little different. There's only one lever per side and on the mechanical shifting. It's still the the right one. Takes care of the rear mac. The the left one takes care of front mec but the difference is instead of having to levers. It's it's how far you throw the lever inwards to eighteen gauge differently. So if it's a if you do short throw and the you only hear a single click that's going to do that's gonna make it go into a smaller ring on the front or a bigger in the back and i may screw this up if i if i do sorry. And if you do a large swing which there's two clicks it moves the the max in the opposite direction. I've never used it but it it seems to me that that's not quite as intuitive high. I know a lot of people. Say that the double tap isn't more intuitive than shimono. Maybe i'm just so used to shmona shifting. It doesn't seem as intuitive to me. So i kind of agree with you in some ways but again that's because i'm kind of used to shimon is yeah i mean we're both used to shemona's so the first my first experience with schramm bike my cousin actually has a specialized with schramm on it and she was explaining mechanical shrimp and she was explaining it to me and i was like that's backwards. That's does it sounds broken this many years ago too so i didn't know any better but i was like that sounds broken. Y and then i kinda like. I stole her bike. Go figure for a little bit and wrote around. And i was like. Oh it's not that different. It's just different in a good way like it's the thing that's a interesting to me and and i didn't actually catch this until it was writing up this episode and knew what the double tab was but i didn't know what direction was which. Yeah on the unch on shimono if you think about andrew when you hit the smaller lever you're always going into a smaller cog in regards to that particular. It's it's different on this schramm so on the let me get to my notre quick this short swing.

"The road wheels on for that so just to be clear it. It came off of a fuji. Esl two point one. It looks like i would like to build up a try fox as well. But i think i'm going to hold off until groups at components are a little bit more readily available. They're ready. we've oh boy. I priced it all out on the amazon's this morning. Yeah but my question is how quickly you're going gonna get them not to days. Yeah that's that's kind of what i mean i'm not sh- clearly there's going to be plenty of plenty of places you're that are going to be willing to take your money but my question is are you gonna have this built up before wintertime. Yeah that's kind of my thoughts. I think disk is going to be the future and it gives you the option to continue to upgrade that bike. I mean we'll talk about this in a little bit. But there's certain component manufacturers that seem to be intent on the direction that they're going in there all in on that direction and i don't think that direction is rim but other than that been hitting the roads a little bit more in terms of things that are new. Yeah i'm one hundred and forty miles ahead of my goal for the year which is great. What is your go. i think it's the same as mine. Six k yeah. It's mine is did last year. And i did just under but i missed two weeks at the end of the year. I wanted to do seven. But that's a lot of time in the saddle well but think about if you're going to an extra thousand miles only it's not even twenty more miles a week. I i know i get that your schedule sometimes allows for a forty five minute ride. So which is why you like a hammer. You like to get the most out of the time that you're on the bike amitai but i mean if you're out four times a week that's not even an extra five miles per ride..

"Is their break. Their disc brake rotors seemed to make noise easier than shimono do i. I don't know what it is. They they sound like a car horn. Sometimes when you're breaking and when we're out with the mayor on his s works. I mean he he hits the brakes. I'm like that's that's kind of annoying. Might be him to know. he's not the only one. Because if you if you watch like i watch way too many youtube videos you can tell when someone's using schramm breaking pad Schramm rotor to break. Because it's they just all sound like that. And i don't know what it is. I don't know so a yeah. That's that wraps up. Let us know what what your group at a choices or company of choices. Mine is if. I'm going to mechanical. And we'll stick with shimono fung if if i would go with electronic i would. I would go schramm especially now that there's an affordable or more affordable option in the access lineup and campy. I'm not gonna lie if i had like. There's a few bikes that i would put camping on just money. Well yeah but there's there's there's definitely a well. If i have depending on how i got that money might have some. There's definitely some dream bikes. That i think he should be the only groups at on they're few and far between. There's very specific bikes onto gear. Knickknack gonna do another one of these We both have it. And we're both gonna talk about it. It's kind of funny because neither of us have taken notes on this one. We didn't write anything down so this is true. They're going to be off the coast. You want me to grab package that. Because i haven't unboxing i don't need you to touch your package tire sitting there with the with the little plastic thing around it still because i haven't mounted it on my tire so wheels i've been using this product for better part of four years. I'm not quite there. This is the third season. I've been on them. It's made by a small company. Might have heard of them. They're called continental and its protocol gator skins. "This is different. Yeah it taxes you very very differently. I mean i think the the work that i put in the winters on the trainer helps outside but man. It's just it's very different when you when you're in that race environment on swift compared to some of the road right and we do. I honestly haven't done it crit since early march if the if the weather holds true for this afternoon. I'll probably do on this afternoon. Okay sweet because they're saying chances of rain in the area but it's only like fifty percent so they could end up being a nice day right outside. We'll see so you know other than that not on my end. Andrews claiming my project bikes turned into a headache which is not entirely true. The bike itself is is fine. I just need to get the group set off of the mayor to build it up but the wheels that i wanted. Even if i wasn't gifted the the project bike was that is where the headache is. But that's a that's a that's a tangent. I'm not going to go on right now. That's just a bunch of rhode riding a little bit of very little swift racing. Well actually on a slightly different recording schedule this week because next week sucks for me and it's normally though we recorded sewer actually recording a back to back weeks which is kinda cool ahead of time. Yeah we're we're being prepared for one nine was late but don't tell anybody and it is what it is. Yeah so yeah. That's that's kind of what's been going on with us again. Let us know what you think about andrew's conundrum with his bikes and we might start taking wagers on when the carbon-fiber bike will be in use. 'cause i've a feeling it's going to be longer than he thinks it's going to be just my take. So our main talking point this week is shimono versus schramm versus camping. Nola which correctly camp agnolutto with gene. Yeah can't nolan. He wanted you. Under mario exactly for the talk with its crank arms. It does so both of them. Actually go forward. It's really weird to palley. It's really weird to pedal that way but for our conversation that it will be dropped. Our focus to road and gravel focused. Obviously there's a whole other spectrum of flat bar components this conversation's just not include those. So andrew nye both use shimono. And i i. I don't know about you for me. it's i use it just because that's kind of in the price range that i purchased bikes in. That's a more common.

It's so cool because we're going to be able to deliver all over the country. It's all through grubhub and i partnered with an amazing chef. Who is just incredible. And he's joining me here today. Chef greenie mr eric. Greenspan shattered man. How are you good to see you. I'm well great to see you as you know. I'm a huge foodie and as my listeners. Know i'm very passionate about food. So i wanted to do something. What aren't you passionate about. The we'll everything that i do. I'm passionate about whether it's you know what i mean. I won't get behind it. If unless i really believe in it and i'm passionate about food. It falls into my five buckets punches. Family food fitness fun and faith. Okay those are the five days for me right there. So this falls into a very important category. Food of course and mario has lopez to for those. Who are not familiar with that is. It's essentially a mexican sandwich right. Yeah somewhat like assab. But it's the boy it's authority but it's a very filling in the brentwood is the type of bread. That's just i got my first. I've known for my sandwiches. And i have a grilled cheese book out. I do sandwiches for all these sandwiches we did. We've been all over sandwiches. I think my first memory of sandwiches is a torture. Really when i was in mexico in high school and how i remember anything from going to mexico in high school doesn't make any sense but i can constantly remember this one sandwich that i would get at the stand right outside of our hotel and every morning i would have it and it was that i was wow. This is a special kind of sandwich. I'm excited to share it with the rest of the world here. That is may not be familiar with people in the latin community. Yes but i'm telling you to delicious sandwich that will keep you full for sure. It'll keep you full. And by the way we have different flavors to talk about the different point we've got. We've got the grilled steak. We've got a grilled chicken. But we have and i think this one's your favorite we have a theresa and egg one balance. Delicious phenomenal yes. They're all delicious real good. We've got we've got a plant going to plan these trees. Oh yes we do have a place when n things outside of talk about some other things. They can find menu one of your fitness right and so we can't do sandwiches all the time and still stick to that regiment right and so when you and i were talking about food. We wanted to do that. Authentic flavors but perhaps in a unique and healthier way and so i came up with the cauliflower rice bowl. That's right and so it's like a classic rice bowl with all like a burrito. Whatever but we use cauliflower rice instead of regular rights to keep you trim exactly and we can have it with poor. Can we with chicken. So i'm very excited about.
