"Lovey Smith at Illinois went 17 and 39 5 seasons he was in fired. And this morning, Illinois has hired a new head coach, former Wisconsin and Arkansas coach Brett Bielema. Who has been with the New York Jets. I mean the New York Giants for the last couple of seasons in the NFL underneath Joe Judge with the Giants this season, Bailamos 50. He spent the last three seasons in the NFL as an assistant. Hey, will receive a six year contract at Illinois with a starting salary of $4.2 million. Bret Bielema won three consecutive Big 10 championships at Wisconsin. From 2010 through 2012. He went 68 24 in seven seasons with the Badgers. He had five top 25 finishes. For the Badgers in the Big 10. So you know Bret Bielema at Illinois. Initial response for me would be. I think this is exactly the type of higher you need to make a soprano Graham because this is an individual who knows how to recruit the Midwest. When you're Illinois, you need to be able to pluck off players from Iowa, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, and you have to own this part of the Midwest. How will you ever be the Ohio State of the conference? No, I don't think so. I don't think that's the lot in life for Illinois football, but you should be competing. Recruiting wise with the likes of Nebraska, Iowa, Penn State. Heck, Maryland in 2021 has the fourth ranked recruiting class at the moment in the Big 10, so No, no, I should be in that grouping that second tier right below Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State. So I think Bret Bielema is the type of coach that could come in and get recruits to stay in state into recruit within the rest of the Midwest. And win some football games. And I think this is exactly the type of higher Illinois football needs. At this time to 16 24 in the Big 10. He had four seasons of 10 wins or more while he was at Wisconsin. I think you're right, Chris. I think this is the kind of guy that they need because I think you look at. If you're looking to go to Illinois, right? There's a few coaches you could play for, or you're going to the big 10 if you're contemplating big 10 schools, right? You can go to Ohio State and most likely for getting recruited by Ohio State. You're going to go to Ohio State because they're the blue blood program. They're the best team in the conference. You're going to be a national championship conversation every single year. All that good stuff, right? Then you might consider Wisconsin or Michigan where you're good. You might not be good enough to get to college football playoff every year, but you're still competing yourself a chance to win. Maybe not Michigan this year, but you still have a chance to win. You know, eight or 9 10 games every single year. Right? Then you look at the Minnesota's theme the I'd even put Northwestern in that category. Now because of teams that can win eight games every year B B have a chance to win their side of the conference and go to a big 10 championship game. Also, look at these types of coach is right. We've got Ryan Day you've got Jim Harbaugh. You've got the guys that I know Ryan days, not an established head coach, but his program is established. He's establishes a winner. You've got Harbaugh who, if he gets an extension here, Michigan is a blue blood type program. There's a lot of history there all that good stuff. Right then you I've got what I did. Herman as like the rock rock, guys, you know, like you've got Scott Frost you've got I would even put Pat Fitzgerald and they're great coaches make you want to run through a wall. Right? Flock. PJ Fleck is in there to Skye. You my row. The boat. All that good stuff, right? We sat down face to face with PJ Flaco. He gave you a face to face guy. UMA gave me a face to face guy. You told me to row the boat gave me a firm handshake looked me right in the eye and I wanted to run right through a wall, right? I think this is a different kind of category. This is the That film has done it before he's had success he's established if I go to Illinois, we're gonna be that team that eventually, if we get good recruiting is going to be that team. That could be a, um You know, like, not necessarily a Wisconsin but could be like Northwestern could be like Iowa could be like Minnesota, where you're do you're playing for a guy that's done it he might not make you run through. While he's more of a have fun type of coach. He's more of a jolly guy guess around his guys. There's some, you know, there's some baggage, I guess that he comes with. But if you're looking at a guy who you're looking to play for If you're not going to be this, I'm going to run through the wall type of guy. If you're not going to be the well, I can't get into Ohio State. Then I would say that this is your next backstop Shin. The reports are that Illinois in interviewed Lance Leopold from Buffalo and that they went with Brett Bielema. I think he's a good coach. I think he's a good recruiter. He's a great recruiter. Look at the look at the some of the recruits. He got to go to Wisconsin while he was there. Look at some of the transfers. He got up Russell Wilson. I don't know if you've heard of him. Have you heard of him here to Russell Wilson? Yeah, He's pretty good. Yeah. Okay. Pretty good. So you've got that's how you got to do it. That's how we talked about Lovey Smith would have successfully Illinois right..

"I was like way Whoa okay you. 'cause me going in. I knew I wanted to be in college football. I got the job. You know what I mean like are never thought about making history and I just want to get to the job. Do the Best I can do and my bud for everyone around me. For you to to be a woman in the sports, and the. On staff. I would assume that you're always breaking barriers. There's not a lot of women that are part football programs. Throughout. The country so the idea of of starting a new job. You're always going to be confronted with that. I agree with you and look I'm hoping in the near future. You know it, it's not. Of Normal when a woman is hired right in football, position or anything like that I just want people to feel like. Oh, she was hired okay. Just keep it in the norm. Well. It sounds like that was the process and that was that was what happened with you with coach Lovey Smith I. I'm interested because the article came out. In the Tribune just a couple weeks ago about? As many universities around this country face the fact that they are not diverse when it comes to equity and inclusion, football staffs across the board. Don't reflect the student body. The athletes and they're primarily white. When you see the that coach, Lovey Smith is the outlier I mean coach Lovey Smith at one of the most diverse staffs in all of college football. What does that mean to you as somebody? WHO's joining the staff? That means a lot to make beautiful melting pot as call it and I think coach Smith he started something again like no other team. University has done so far he starting something news, and making that the new normal, making it diverse automate and I think with us in just being in the time that we are in now far as you know talking more about. About, race and being open about it I think this is a great step. Be a part of because with. It's kind of like. He sat down on I in a zoom call, but we were open to you. Know say was on our mind how he felt and no one was judging anyone in that moment and I think again it goes back to that. That beautiful melting pot where all coming in from different backgrounds, all different races shades of colors, and that's just what makes it even greater and especially when you know come into the coaching form of it, you're coaching players that are coming from all. Look all across the nation from different backgrounds. You know what I mean so I think again. It's just playing A. A part into the new normal making it happen. You know a lot of coaches. They talk about it. They don't make it happen. They're not about it right. It's all about actions and results in college football now I would imagine at the high school level and the State of Illinois, but also just around the country in your experiences in Texas. It was similar. Probably a lot of dudes and I would assume a lot of white guys right, but when when it comes to coaching in in Illinois and you have to find a way to relate to these coaches and to to make sure that the University of Illinois and the coaches in the state of Illinois are on the same page, or at least you know you can have good relationships with them..

Hey, first of all, I know that people get Trestman a hard time. But I like to bring your attention that Josh mccown did a retrospective in New York Times or New York Post recently, and he listed all the players, and coaches that influenced the most now I like to remind you that he actually listed lovey Smith and talking in Tuesday's most impressionable coaches was lovey Smith, Marc Trestman, of course, two thousand thirteen year where he did really well and John FOX not because he played with John because he played with Johnny. Carolina. Not in Chicago when it came to his most impressive quarterbacks. He talks about one that had the strongest arm was color, inter Marcus Russell. But he says the color was unbelievable. The most accurate quarterback. He ever saw. Detroit in Kurt Warner. Yeah. Are we talking about Josh mccown retrospective, though, exactly? Because. This hatred torch Trestman, and I get on those older veterans and like him. But there are some people on that team like to bring to your point. All right. He was terrible Mitchell. I mean what what's the point of bringing it to our attention that people liked him. I mean or or. I wanted to make a point of that we all like John FOX to John FOX of Helvin nice guy. John FOX one. That's we're in a poll frolic and drinking cold ones. That's one of the crazier games in NFL history in Chicago sports history. That's the only playoff game in which the bears have ever beaten the eagles. This'll be the fourth all time playoff game between the bears and the eagles bears are just one and two. This rivalry goes back all the way to nineteen thirty three or the bears have actually dominated this series. And it's his fourteen in one how about in the playoffs. So just one and two in the fog bowl was the only win right? And remember in two thousand one the eagles came here with a young Donovan McNabb young. Andy Reid is that coaching clock the bears and the other one was to Harold Carmichael lead ranch warshafsky lead Philadelphia Eagles. Yeah. Back in seventy or another, right? Yes. Absolutely. Remember Miller got hurt early by Hugh, Douglas. Wasn't that it. Yes. It wasn't. That game was never the same. Never close to do a quick trending anything. Good runway fourteen victories for your guy fourteen. Who will weigh Nagy's first year? Yeah. Anything? Good training, Danny? Yeah. Lots of good stuff both baseball and NFL. Let's start with baseball. Manny Machado is training. And that's because Bob Nightingale is tweeted out that the White Sox have made an official offer on Manny Machado. Just wondering what it is. You're thinks seven to ten I think it's gotta be more than seven to ten. You of originally had seven years three hundred no to eighty forty seven to baby. Think it's crazy to think that's the one of these guys could get forty. I omitted I'll say of room between thirty and forty kid lottery room. Thirty three percent go up that many millions of dollars a lot of room. You're right. I'll say to fifty. It's a lot of money. God bless also trending and our buddy Jeff passan who will join us in thirty five minutes tweeted out, the Dave Robertson has a deal with the Phillies. Two years guaranteed. Twenty three million fills he up with the Phillies, and that in some now on Twitter signifying that means they're gonna go really hard now for hyper Harper Machado, kind of make that big push. All right to win. It all also trade. This is interesting Caesar's is trending. And that is because Caesars entertainment has become the official casino sponsor of the NFL..

I can't believe that you would recall something like that. Let me let me just retrace our steps. Here you called back in the lovey Smith era to say that at ten o'clock in the morning. You heard the cannons firing at Raymond James stadium. And in my Oso patient way. I probably blasted you and said, no, you moron. I'm calling you that now, I'm just you know, re recall. Thank you. Good. You dimwitted moron, blah, blah, blah. There's no way they'd be firing the cannon. Then you said, oh, I'm sure they did. And I said, I'm sure you're whatever. And for what four years now, how many many years has been? You've just been listening going, man. I wish I could work this out with them somehow. Oh, I'm huge supporter. I I love your show. I love every show on the bone. I listen all day long. Thank you. I mean. Absolutely. And this is probably only the third time. I've called your show, particularly what shows because I listened to the other shows, and I have to say, I'm not familiar with a quote, unquote, speech impediment. John Deere label for you. Absolutely. No. I used to do the. Yeah. Because I'm a chef. So I work late at night. So normally the later night's show would be the ones. Typically, calling you. Makes sense. Then that's why I'm calling on convalescing away from the radio. I don't get a lot of radio listing out and about and then it's only a quick little listen while I'd run up to the public's to do one of many publics run. So I I apologize. I was unfamiliar with your work. And that things went sideways way back in the day over the cannons. Firing. I think I have the break here. I haven't pinpointed I think I haven't I haven't. I haven't pinpointed it yet. But I think I'm there run on a best of recently or no, no, no. It was just saved properly at some point in the day. Lovey Smith was fired and you happen to be taking phone calls. So I think I could tighten the man. I if you can find that that you can take the rest of the week off. That's. What I'm saying? Always just flash. Turn it up. Never firing at. That's a lie. That's an that's lie. Fire the cannons last night when they fired her. Telling you the truth. No, I and I heard fire. I don't know somebody else on it. But I. So that you're telling me the cannons fired at what time last night, sir. Shortly after ten o'clock you're saying that shortly after ten pm last night with a in an empty, Raymond James stadium. They fired off the canons to commemorate the firing of lovey Smith. I heard him. You know, what that was John? And I don't mean to offend you by saying this that was one of the boulders that dwells in your cerebral cortex plummeting from the top of your brain down to the bottom of your brain with nothing in between to block it. "Lovey Smith was the coach back then Mitch Trubisky had two hundred and thirty five yards and two TD's. Jordan Howard, Tariq Cohen had things going Allen Robinson. Trae Burton caught a touchdown pass on the other side for Green Bay. They are officially eliminated from the postseason, and obviously they'll be getting a new head coach, the Philbin experiment. Experience experiment. One last week calling the plays worked. I guess. Devante Adams is the one bright spot for this Green Bay Packers team. But Chicago Bears are just so unbelievably going from worst to first and actually as good as their defense is they might have a shot in the postseason. Here's their quarterback talking about winning the north. We know that nobody really believed in us. On the outside in the preseason or even throughout the season. But we we know what type of team we had. And we knew we just keep getting better each and every single week and just the philosophy and the culture that coach Nagy's Broadwood just really start to believing in play harder each and every single week and winning the close games. And then you look back, and you kind of appreciate where you're at. But we we still got a long way to go. We're going to go back to Saturday. They do have a long ways to go. But we'll go back to Saturday for our last five star rewind the Houston Texans. Visiting the Meadowlands MetLife stadium taken on the four. And now ten New York. "Jeff Fisher more Lewis lovey Smith. So they named who were longstanding coaches without great success. That's how they stick around for so long as because they meet expectation. So there isn't this fierce disappointment during the season because you expect from them mediocrity and you get mediocrity. And sometimes it's a little worse sometimes the little better. But you never thought it was going to be. Otherwise, we just want our first Super Bowl. Of course, we thought that meant everything had changed. Now, you have a team that is underperforming. Relative to talent levels underperforming relative to coaching ability. They're they're not getting lucky. They're not executing. They're not playing with fantastic effort than playing with great discipline. The play designs aren't as good. Carson Wentz is taking a step back. The office of lies with injuries the defensive secondaries dealing with injuries. There was a coaching talent drain. There's ninety five Jillian explanations for what's going on in each one of them is true certain degree. But the reason that I think that there's such a fervent, and and passionate pissed off reaction is because unlike we have ever previously experienced as eagles fans, we came to expect something better we thought that this coaching staff. This this quarterback this offense of line, this defense, whatever it was was another now that we didn't have to deal with massive disappointments from our football team. And as it turns out, of course, that's not the case. And it will never ever be the case. You know, ever like like like, you know for a long time like a team like New England has staved this off. And it seems like maybe finally might becoming for New England. You know, they're struggling a little bit. This year. Brady's got retire. And then they're come up. What is do will be done, you know? And so I think that we have to knowledge that number one. The problem is everything if this was a team that like if the eagles have hung tight with the saints on offense and the defense what has able to buy a stop in the fourth quarter, again, it'd be a little bit easier to say the problem was still the defense. And if you know the eagles defense was able to get some surprising stops against the saints generate some more pressure and the off it's only put up seven points. It'd be a little bit more easy to say. Like some have been saved at the promise. The offense reality is the vehicles got pants for sixty straight minutes is because the entire team is playing poorly right now. However, you know, if you were to look exclusively at the past four games of the season, you'd be positive that Frank Reich. Was the absolute offense of mastermind Philadelphia. Doug Peterson was a total of fake and a crutch in a a, you know, a poster not as I am just a fake. I can't remember the idiom I wanna use whatever if that's gonna four-game sample size. If you look at the twenty game sample size from the past two years. It's very clear that Doug Peterson is a fantastic. Offense of minden deserves a ton of credit you on to mean. So you can be narrowed on the four games if you want the wealth of data says that this is a team that could be very very good could be contending. They're not playing that way right now there's a ton of problems to fix Tom players need to get healthy. There's there's some serious introspection necessary from the front office, the coaching staff alike surprises it'll happen. But the problem is everything. And the reason it sucks much is because not, you know, eight calendar months ago. The problem was nothing. Right. And so it's been a drastic turnaround. We have definitely forgotten as a fan base how to deal with these types of situations in some of your actions that we're going to get to the reactions. We're gonna get. Three words where we have probably were what is all five hundred responses who's five hundred forty responses last time, I checked so. Yeah, that's that's that's wild and been dialing back to some of the criticisms that were laid on this game in lot of are totally valid is even pointed out the screen pass..

Is it what James harden looks like without a beard even more jarring even more jarring? Yeah. You know where lovey Smith is now, by the way. No, whereas lovey Smith, he's coaching at the university of Illinois, the fighting allina. He has a beard and not just a beard, a Santa Claus, tight beard, and it is jarring, and I'm going to shift my computer over to you. So you could see this picture and I'm going to see if you have the same reaction that Mike and billion. It's amazing. It's beautiful by the way. So it's lovey Smith with a with as a gray beard? Yes. Yup. Oh, yeah. And it's a, it's a, yeah, it's a Santa Claus beard. Is. Not lovey Smith, that is not somebody that would be recognized as lovey Smith. Now I bring this up because we were discussing best beards in sports earliest, Greg did with Ryan Fitzpatrick, and then we sent them to the penalty box. But Mike asked a very good question. You walk into a kids has had his lovey Smith with this beard, convince an eighteen year old kid to come play football. Hold on a second because I want to get into this idea of beards because somebody writes in here good Lord, Greg, Cody right now looks like a homeless starving country musician who hasn't showered in a week. And a lot of interesting items coming out of those Besson's I just saw on on Twitter, you, would you made a reference to a photo of lovey Smith, Illinois head coach, former Chicago Bears, coach who's who's got this like full beard going now, and he's got a lot of gray in it. It's kind of grandfatherly looked you. Do you expect this is going to translate into any wins for the align clearly, Brad, if has any sort of success this year after the past two years, you can attribute it directly to the beard of, but I do think it is a winning still in a different side of self habits. Fun is getting a lot of compliments. I was lifting Franklin the other day, interviewing James, a lovey walk by and got up to greet him at Kabul on the strong beard game. So definitely. Look at getting some crazed throughout the conference right now. You had to do something to draw attention to yourself when you're representing Illinois, because not many people are interested in the ally. They are however, quite interested in the big ten east with Ohio State Penn State, Michigan state, Michigan. I would. I would say by far the most competitive division in college football for the season, or at least it appears to be that way on paper. What was the attention like at big ten media days. One division to the other. I know for quite a while that's always been the case at the east gets more attention the west, but it seems like that would be to even greater level this year. Thoroughbred there was talk about this being the strongest division in college football. There was talk about this being the strongest conference, the debt in college football card to argue right now, Jim Delany the Commissioner told me yesterday, this is deep is that they can maybe ever been been Commissioner, which is nineteen eighty nine. It's a long time ago. There's a lot of top and and obviously fuller them are in that division. And one thing that big ten a little concerned about which is valid and we've talked about this over the years. What if they beat each other up? Again with a nine game conference schedule and some really tough nonleague league games like missing Notre Dame, Ohio State playing TCU a few miles and used campus and essential Rogan. So you have another situation like like last year was your champion maybe doesn't get in the playoffs. That would be a very unsettling thing for this conference because the overall strength this league undoubtedly has improved in recent years. And yet the last two, big ten champion have not made the. College football, playoff that is a very unsettling possibility for this leap. It even there's such great depth of the top..

"On ESPN. One thousand Victim last couple of, days here in. Chicago right football season you're for the NFL and college It's our buddy teddy Greenstein is. Back on the air with us Carmen in your. Co on. ESPN with thousand re teddy portions Chicago, Tribune follow him on Twitter at, teddy Greenstein he's man he loves. College football and college basketball and I think. Like most people he really likes lovey Smith beard. I tell you that's a good looking, beard lovey Smith. Got going on right now teddy Are you talking about lovey clause Blatantly? Something else I it, is. Definitely Suffolk Carl I am always pro SCRUFF Shave his wedding day definitely somebody who believes in let it. Hang out with lovey is like the beard. Is so white so now he looks older probably actually it so he's blocking the tread like Nick Sabin has been dying. His hair probably since he was like thirty, five years old like most coaches are so insecure that, they you, know that they try to go the other way Levy. Says, screw it and look at? How white my. Beard is yeah it's like this is it he's like Letterman he didn't care if it makes. Them look older. Than my bureau white and I'm. Gonna rocket, he looks good how about how. The squad teddy I mean they were so young last year I think over the youngest in the big ten, rate, and maybe even one, of. The youngest in the country Like what When do we start to know if progress? Is happening Illinois Yeah karma they played twenty two fractured last. Year that was the. Highest and the f. b. s. a. started. Freshman that was also the most. Here these are records that you generally don't want to set in college. Football you don't wanna be playing the youngest guys because you're the philosophy of most programs, is, hey they're going to be a lot better when they're twenty one or twenty. Two then when they're eighteen lobby one the opposite, direction he, said I wanna get these, guys that sort of experience you, say, yes there brain, speeded and I don't. Know, I I don't think that's how I would do. It you, know Pat FitzGerald is traditionally done the opposite been really conservative and played only three or, four true, freshmen but lovey obviously believes you, know let these guys a look and off from the next couple years is promising. Results this. Year of, course a loss is still considered a, result but he. Would he started a little more confident today and getting Williams was, big? Right that's a. Legit five star Vami like big time recruit for Them right Honestly I don't go big on recruiting this time of year because Here's, what happens you know what we've, seen this with the Paul basketball it really with every programs you're you put a lot of talk in July and. Then, it's three days before signing day the kids going to Michigan Eight, or whatever, so I have no idea what's going to happen him that, said I just don't. Pay much attention to it now I mean, obviously Illinois football ain't gonna get any better unless love you starts leading you know a budget three or four star kids. If you get into. Five two, that's that's all right how about Jim Harbaugh and? You know you you wrote about bring back the zany Jim Harbaugh the? Guy was a. Little bit more unpredictable and a little bit more maybe, verbose in fun I mean is, he really feeling the heat in Ann Arbor how hot is the seat under the Jim. Harbaugh sitting on right now Honey Not even remotely. Warm I, mean he could have a couple more awful years and he tries to biscuit He's he's got a lifetime deal?.

"Well it's an nfl system he'll be 'em what nfl system is winston been because he had loved his he had lovey smith and then he got dirt cutter so i'm still waiting for the nfl system winston gets to be in sturt cutter shots this this podcast is reserved for it's also lovey smith jots that's fair i trust me i'm well versed in those so i want to just kind of transitioned from that darnold yeah talking about rosen a little bit because rosen for all this talk about how cerebral he is he makes a lot of head scratching decisions to totally agree josh rosen will force some balls into the middle of the field decently often that is a product with him more so the confidence he has in his ability to kind of dominate that part of the field he really trusts himself in that area at times it can lead to some fantastic throws at others is quarterback areas interception against you a perfect example to what do you you do in man with rosen i'm more tempted to believe that it stems from how much he feels he has to take on his shoulders in that offense not a lot of help that you can see him trying to do too much a lot i think that's more of let me do all of this rather than decision making i think with darnold it's more on the decision making end of it so i'm tempted to believe that i think that rosen can kind of get rid of that aspect of his game when he gets to the nfl more so than donald cut and that's why i like him a little bit better in my mind i think donald is not far behind but i think that it's rosen and mayfield to me mayfield.

"We you tend to say well you know this guy's interest what are you gonna do what you gotta do is trying to find guys that can play that you can use utilize for your team and so i looked at this team this bears team compare them to some of the bears teams that we've seen in the past of course five eleven three and thirteen and six and ten last three years is not good enough and before that five and eleven under trust men and eight eight and then lovey smith years of course some of you had lovey smith petillo couldn't wait to run him out of town and so he's now gone and you're still trying to get at least we're lovey smith was getting the bears who super bowl back in two thousand six it's all about the bears would jonathan hood on espn one thousand espn app so i look at matt nagy as the head coach for the bears and i saw a piece written by jeff dickerson earlier today the piece entitled bears nagy impressed by mitchell trubisky grasp of the offense as he says what the bears voluntary offseason program already full swing that nagy roam the hallway of house hall and meeting rooms and aggie was talking about how it's music to his years and it was exciting to hear what's going on as far as the conversations were quarterback coach dave oregon and who's left over from the john fox coaching staff and trubisky and the quarterbacks having conversation as great i'm glad there's a buzz in building and i heard last week i was not around but i heard last week the canada a renewed mitch trubisky at the on the nfl network where he was talking about the george halas and talking about the bears and how important it was for the future and all that like that's cool but don't pander pander and win you know do what russell west do it though.

"You know you took game you know you you practice hard and you have good practices you want to see it in order to see how you practice saw to the week it will show up on saturday we did make progress last week same result but we made progress we're getting some players and valuable ropes and eventually some of things that were dohrn two uh that make you lose football game will hopefully disappear look if turnover ratio is heart when football games when you turn the ball over that many times and the old take the ball away enough a lot of young players though we're certainly in the mix for lovey smith that's we sign the recruit you know this klis class we had i hope for them and i think most of them of kind of turned out the way we hope they would still young players and learning a tweak and all that but talented group that should all the grow and get better and better took step last week or two from here or not we wanna see those young guys take our team corporatists board or big steps dwell but from you see seem like there's a young player despite ever position that's a play or waiting in the wings ready to play if we can keep recruiting that way of programme should be in really good shape but smith says there is no intentional youth movement in champagne it's not just about getting them experience smith says it's about who happens to give a little way the best chance to win every week sound familiar and if that happens to be a freshman shelby be it well i mean we do have a lot of young players playing but is not based on okay young players were plan now you know all the players were not just based on who we think is.
