"Nine six breaking news as you just heard at the bottom of the hour news cast John Bolton Donald trumps third national security adviser has been fired on this reports the reason for the firing is John Bolton disagreed with Donald Trump in regards to inviting the Taliban to camp David again this is Donald Trump third national security adviser do I feel bad for John Bolton in any way shape or form now he decided to work for the guy this is what happens when you disagree with Donald Trump on anything usually either you're fired or he goes after you on social media he didn't use social media this time he just decided to fire John Bolton it is unbelievable but we shouldn't be surprised at this point we will continue to monitor this story up eventually hopefully we'll hear from Donald Trump he'll comment about this but John Bolton has already said some things he said that he assumed that the resignation would happen today and I guess Donald Trump just pulled the trigger a little earlier speaking of pulling the trigger we're talking about the NRA this lawsuit involving San Francisco calling an array of domestic terrorist organization Albertsons has just announced that they are no longer going to be allowing openly got people to openly carry guns in their stores and we're taking your phone calls on the G. C. I. guys hotline which is two five seven five three nine six again the number to call if you want to join the program to five seven five three nine six we have a bunch of people who have been waiting very patiently on hold we appreciate that let's go to out Lorraine a Lorraine a thank you for calling in the biggest take are you. hi good morning I'm fine. I just I have a question sure we can all agree that criminals don't respect the laws right they're gonna break the law either way so when you're bringing down these gun laws they're affecting law abiding citizens I would never even break the law in the first place the committee's shooting okay so. go ahead go ahead finish your thought criminals are don't care house how tough you get on gun laws they they will find a way to get their hands on a gun and commit these crimes okay so my first response my first response to that is what are you trying to say should we not do anything that would be my first response and my second response would be at the bottom line is just because criminals don't respect the law doesn't mean we should be able to give them easy access to assault weapons JD wanted in track ahead really and I I agree with with assault weapons and I know you're right criminals will be able to get glocks and and colt forty five it's better it's better but if if we made it if there was a law passed that all of all automatic or semi automatic weapons in Seoul rifles went through the military instead of private citizens it would be almost impossible for criminals people like that that did the shooting at the el Paso shooting to get to get a weapon like that unless they went straight to the manufacturer or to the military and that's that's what I think should take place so Lorraine and my question to you is this okay should we not do anything I don't think we should do anything near I think we're trying to set the other day about executing our lease now shooters not leading on to these trials just a quick execution would really send a message to these now shooters that you know any of these mass shooters many these mass shooters are suicidal they are prepared to die so I disagree with the one hundred and fifty percent that's not a deterrent that'll stop many of these shootings at if you think that it that that's your answer to with all due respect that's your answer to end these mass shootings let's just execute every single one of these shooters I mean many of these shooters diet the scene anyway if I can do right that's right but for every thirty so outspoken in saying that we should and all he's done right on down and they're the first ones that have all the body guards protecting them why don't I have a right to carry my gun whenever I have my problem so I don't have a problem Lorraine to be clear I don't have a problem with you caring what I. a problem with is these assault weapons and the only reason why these weapons are made are for mass execution okay I have a problem with some of these weapons if you want to carry a handgun make no mistake about it I have no problem with that. well worth the wait for two for going in socialism is being welcomed into the country I wouldn't have a problem with my husband only naked forty seven to protect all of his family and that's your husband thank you but Lorraine with all due respect you know your husband and I would assume your husband is a law abiding citizen there are not jobs out there and when you they get their hands on these types of weapons on to tell you something if you know a lot about guns and I would imagine you do I would much rather I would much rather than this never happened but if somebody walks into a Walmart that's a not not that he wants to kill as many people I'd much rather have a hand gun or a knife then in a K. forty seven you can't disagree with that well can you agree with Walmart bringing down all these log than average and then you of all you need is actually keep the law abiding citizens from being able to pull out a gun as outsourced all forty seven first of all I didn't applaud it so I don't know what let's be factually accurate I didn't say that you're saying that over ten but you know the right to do this and they have all right you're applying it that's the law first of all it's not applauding at that's the law number one and number two I also said I would be okay with it so long as they're armed security guards in the store sold be right be factual. Hey it's ridiculous are you people that are not competent and if you can't understand that it's because so you're either excuse me excuse me all right and that that do not meet his standards okay talking tough to stop okay a second like you and it's in Spain okay so so be specific what if I said that initial that's insane when it comes to Donald Trump be specific because you just called me a name for no reason so now I want you to be specific on the record what I said specifically about Donald Trump that you disagree with. no surprise Donald Trump fired yet another hot you're not because he's fired more people because he's fired more people in the White House in the history of any other president that's called back. that's also ordered not concrete John Paul let me get this right in your world. in your world okay in your world John Bolton is not competent but Donald Trump is almost competent Donald Trump is the most competent person in the world is that what you're saying right now. details do you realize how ridiculous you sound by saying that your body and your no I call it like it is your bias you voted for Donald Trump but in but no. I hope against the media. your very soul by. one of my my Democrat how much is how my bias you how my by. Lorraine Lorraine I cancel because I don't like Donald Trump one must be biased I'm not because I don't like Donald Trump you think I'm biased to a political party is that what you're saying no you're delivering a message which already is painted murals all right now I'm so sorry that I don't say exactly what you like on the show I'm so sorry I don't perform **** Donald Trump on the radio every day I'm sorry it doesn't meet your standards guess what Lorraine a you're fired two five seven five three nine six is the number to call seven oh two two five seven five three nine six let's go to Beverly Beverly what's going on. wow you're angry. I just don't like it is. okay so here's my question okay I'm very happy Beverly I'm I'm a very happy person. I have three friends when actually they're not friends I will say they're a queens's their people I know these women have been threatened by their husbands okay I know that they're in hiding they have a couple of kids themselves yes now the red flag while worries me and I will tell you why. I happen to know that. men can be kind of devious women can be devious man can be devious. what if one of these men calls will lock. all the police and says. I know my wife she had the gun in the house I have three children in the house I'm worried about them yeah I think she's losing her mind I think you need to go over there and confiscate her. here's how I feel about that here's how I feel about that Beverly that's a that's a legitimate question first of all as far as red flag was go there has to be some sort of investigation I don't agree with just because someone can you don't say something about another individual that because of that alone that your your gun should be. so I will take you I will take your point so let me ask you this when you say you work for a specific law when you say I'm for that and the whole United States says we are for that how do you specifically say to the government well I don't want you to apply that for her because the law will be applied they make it so you're talking about. I was just going to comment on what you just said in regards to red flag laws now when we talk about red flag because that doesn't mean somebody could just call the police and say Hey this person as blah blah blah she just said blah blah blah take our guns away now if there's a text message or of or phone call that says that something threatening than absolutely take their guns away but you can't how do you know that this man is not going to make that claim but what I'm trying to say to you is and I get what you're trying to get I get the whole world I get what everybody wants to do with guns in fact maybe it would have been better if they'd never been invented okay let's go that far and I will say to you if we if they come over the border somebody says well we're not allowed to have eighteen forty seven in the United States okay. fine with that but I just want to know how you're going to keep them from coming over the border I just want to know how they're not going to get into the United States because clearly Mexico says that they are fine I just want to address I understand what you're saying Beverly I just want to address the red flag let me let me just and by the way I appreciate the phone call you bring up a very legitimate point like I said before with specifics to red flag was I do not believe politicians will put into place just because somebody calls up and say Hey she said blah blah blah blah she's got a gun she said she was going to kill me I.

"On this. I talk about growing up in new haven and old lyme and north haven connecticut right but i was actually <hes> first house we had was in hamden. My mother and father were born in hamden connecticut. They went to hamden high school. They were married at saint rita's church on whitney avenue in hamden and so each other before four they were adults saw. You know i'm not even sure about that. I think so maybe then he wanted then. He went off to the service. She knew i do wish yeah. There's there's so many things. I wish i knew you really. If you have older parents stocked talk to them yeah record them if you can't anyway so hampton was a place that you know the family lived in and then my father you know mary my mother and had me and my brother and my sister and we moved one town over to north haven eventually to all line then back to north north haven than back to old lyme than back to north haven and so on and so on and so forth so when i go back home and i go i go on a little nostalgia tour. I <hes> always go through hampton and i found this one little area. That was <hes> a it's a memorial to world war two veterans and every every person from hamden who served in world war two their name is on a marble plaque and i never knew it was there and so i saw the the memorial and i said what is this and i pulled in and i'm looking at it and there's my father's name. How cool and right below is my uncle. Georgia's name the the the ticket picture man yeah i have it somewhere and so i was reading this story about hamden in the hartford current. There is a sixty three three year old guy whose name is curtis party. He is from new haven connecticut and he was recently arrested. There is a famous two hundred a year old tree called the door trie in hamden got its name because the bottom of the tree grew to look like a big arch that you can walk under the tree is so famous. It was once featured on ripley's. Believe it or not t._v. Show so the tree is i don't know fifteen twenty feet tall all and then it has goes down to space but it juts out into a perfect arching people have their photograph taken. They walked through it and everything everybody knows. The trian loves it. He just took a chainsaw and <hes> cut it down and the people that police found out who he was and he said his brother loved the tree so much and hated his brother is he's the sample individualistic culture run amok total total. He doesn't just it isn't just take the arch coach. He took the tree death. This is an example of people taking things personally and feeling that they have the right to act out at tree is not yours. There's two hundred years old. The whole community loved it all-new it. It's famous in that part of the world and now it's i mean it's obviously it's irreplaceable. How did a nice person like you get in trouble with the law well <hes> back when my husband were dating we were teenagers majors and he's hanging out with a couple of friends and they decided to take out to the big open field to scare the crap out of me and stuff so we ended up. Hey in this field. We're goofing off where being idiots you know and at some point my friend's car starts smoking. It's <music> over-heating like he had a leaking cooler or something that we're like okay. We've been here long enough. We need to go and so when we're trying to drive out of the the compact back onto the main road another car came down and was blocking us and he called the cops on the tops comedown they had us all all standing out of the car hands in the air telling yellen us get on the ground patio spell checking drugs and weapons alcohol all and my g my friend. There's four of us and my friend is driving a ninety four hunchback must that is overheating and they check his car for you know the usual the alcohol the drugs the weapons and lumber apparently in the back of the field lumber construction awesome cohabit concession equipment and they thought we were failing lumber from the construction. Okay yeah because i thought when you were telling this this was kind of an overreaction by the police yeah and the kids go out in the woods with their cars and have make out sessions forever right and i've never had the law check me for lumber view. I have not yeah that was that was an odd one so they're like we're still laying out on the ground for like ten minutes you know i don't think they were looking for they were they were they were looking for copper. That's what's that's what they steal from from construction sites. Yeah boy times have changed. I mean it used to be you know if there was a kid parking out in the field cops have an idea where the you know places places kids go they. Just you know step up the what y'all doing in there. It's time to mosey along. I think those that that's done down on the ground around with your hands behind your head. Wow haven't you <hes> i. I saw traffic. Stop man maybe within the last month on the interstate they they had the guy face down spread eagle on the ground. Is that right yeah. I guess times have changed via who just got her learner's permit of course said. What do you think he did mom. I said he was texting and driving good for you good for you so lorraine lorraine what happened did you did you have to go to the police station or what no they ended up letting us go after we explained you know there's this came out there to scare me all pile into the car and he turns it on hot and you can hear the smoke is just coming out of his car. We also there are positive things like so. We asked the cop if they have it out of here. Where were you the only girl in this group. Yes i was <hes> <hes> so what was that. What was that all about their yeah. What's the deal with the boys wanting to scare you yeah well he act. They plan to take me out to what was checkout there to scare me then my husband as boyfriend at the time he felt bad and didn't want to scare me so we dropped him off at the neighborhood next to do it and then he ran into the field where we left a friend there to scare the crap out of him and married.

"All the angles okay each ship for bringing New People a table and you're just thinking a new ideas for Ben do with ride like he's just GonNa kind of be like all right Ben. It's an I could see interacting with him might be kind of funny now. I didn't like I wanted how you felt about this. I didn't like hearing benefits and curse. It opened the door too much yeah you shouldn't be doing it made. It feel like you know what I'm saying. If we get if we get if we get through right to to get in better shape because he's overweight yep maybe more he's more likely to landlady in when the date with Wayne Bennett's yeah it all ties into get now that works yeah. Maybe he's his life coach Lou Masculinity. I think we could do it here too. This is a lot outta space somewhere else training training. I don't have to deal with that. Come into the afternoon like three o'clock. I mean right up there. Yes I agree in the afternoon tonight our sessions I don't want throw ride in my life as the official title train of the Kirkman Ancho congratulations all right so you can reach out to him. We'll find out tomorrow. We'll we'll leave some video or something I work because you never know when you're going to pounce. He's always say. Can you get him to make a do something for the show where he accepts or declines the position I will return them for sure you hear this video I want. I like this guy. Did you see the meigs on video image for us. Oh there's a new one though we did for us specifically play the yet he doing for us it Mike Zalm. Get seem like you might have hustled through this one though yeah maybe doesn't know all the references I am able play as well so here from throw ride tomorrow anything else jump out for Demar yet or no. No there was not a lot for today and it's a slow as long as we made it happen. That's like a couple of stores. You didn't like my what was your problem. My movie takes because I saw I thought here's what I thought happened last night. When I saw you tweet something about like the worst movie while I cast Yes yes no good movie and I pictured sitting your home thinking of radio bits and I was like is that what he's doing but I guess what I thought you were thinking like topic for tomorrow? Let's get some I was literally flipping around okay and I saw goodfellas on and I hate Lorraine Lorraine bracco in that movie. These features miscast thought you'll see often a great movie where there's a really serious fraud piece of casting in it. That's all I I've always thought Liotta was worse than someone better than these great natty crazy I don't i. I don't know who would be at that time but I always thought there would be a better actor. Henry Hill crews. I really don't see that really always been a Madonna was gonNA play Karen Hill. She's they made the right choice with that and then people are sending me suggestions of all these movies and not great right movies yeah like these great movies. It's the doesn't work that way but like you know some people think the part of the great movie I see mine would have been Martin Sheen but Nicholson's banded the part. I think he's way over acting it at the part. He's dumb. I think some of his lines lines are too much really say that but I think he does a good job. Yes well there. You go great. I don't know why you hate it. so much really bothers that intellectual level line bothered me. It bothers me. You go the movies. That's it's surprising to me just the other theater anymore but I'll start going out and you'll have to there's not there's not a lot on you. What's going on with movies? They're all sequel. Debbie noticed this folks. What did you watch movies on demand yeah? What's the last movie watched <hes> I watch that stupid it? I thought it sucked but the Bunny and Claude one with Woody Harrelson and Kevin Costner. I didn't like it was pretty not great. Now is not great that was not great..

"Wednesday on the east many. You're stuck somewhere in between. Welcome to beyond reality radio with me, Jason Hawes, and the always awesome cheesy. John, you know, it's a good thing. You're back with us tonight eight because because this topic requires the at least half a brain and between the two of us together until we actually equal have bring more unsure. But it depends on the topic. I mean normal. Hey, I can talk about that all day long. Right. We start getting the Astro physics and things I got like three minutes. Maybe that's the problem. It's it's definitely going to be. But I mean, the topics are so mind blowing they really are in an is good to be back. Sorry, everybody. I know I've been missing few shows lately. But I'm sure most of you have heard and we have a new show, Steve, Dave. And may we get new show coming out in the fall on travel channel right now working title is ghost nation. And we're really. Sighted about this because it's allowing us to actually get back to our roots. And where we filmed all these cases with scifi channel doing ghost hunters. But Saifi decided they own the network. So they decided that they wanted to air just these big locations, and it got annoying because all those presidential cases. We were really involved in the families for sort of being pushed aside will this is allowing us to get really back into into the full of it really start connecting with the families again showing those on TV, and I think that's important. So we're really happy about this. And also the travel channel had to deal with since we started dealing with them. And they're one of those companies that are just like, hey, you guys make a great show. You guys do great investigations just go out. And do what you do. And and will air it. We're not gonna we're not gonna step on your toes. And I think that's very important. So we're really excited about this. We're looking forward to it. And I know the fans and everybody out there, very supportive. So it's should be good. Yeah. It sounds like it's going to be great. I'm really. Cited for it. I'm excited for you. Of course, I'm excited for Stephen Tango to to get back on the road together. You know as always obviously as a big fan ghost hunters. I always enjoyed not just the cases and the stories and the investigations, but the camaraderie, and the fun that you guys always had in when you were investigating and that's going to be shown let alone. We're also going to be showing us getting out and just being ourselves doing in the first few seasons. It goes hunters. I thought some of the best stuff was that. We did things as a family. We went out. We we hung out. We went out and screwed around. And did all these things. Whether it's walking the streets New Orleans or getting in go karts and driving around. We went out, and we had fun, and we're going we're going to be also showing that again because I felt like when Sifi stuttering moving from the show, even though we are still doing it. It kind of took away from that that whole just a big family and mentality of us getting out and doing all these these fun things. So we're looking forward to that. And just so everybody knows the radio show will not. Go away. It's still going to be here still going to grow. And there'll be times when I'm on the road. And of course, JV you'll be handling that. But also now have a traveling system. So I'll be able to still do the show a lot of times while I'm on the road as well shows just continue to grow. Yeah. Now, we've we love doing this. It's a great way to connect directly with people who are not only interested in the topics that we talk about direction passionate about it. Well, this is our baby built this built this from just screwing around online together to end national syndicated radio show. It's it's extremely important to us. And so this thing is is here to stay. And there's another thing I wanted to bring up, and it's kind of a tangent. But it's really important. And now that you're you're here tonight. Jay, I think it's a good night to talk about it. But of course, we lost a legend in the paranormal Kennedy a few nights ago Lorraine Warren, obviously part of the Ed in Lorraine Warren paranormal investigating team, you know, them probably because of the movies that have been out recently based on some of their casework. Well, she passed away. She was ninety two ninety two years. Ninety two years old just an icon in the paranormal community sometimes controversial. But I guess everybody in this business can be. So we our hearts and prayers go out to everybody in her family. John's offices a good friend of ours. Jay's is what his view actually tried to get him on the show to talk about it. But he's he's wrapped up in and family, planning and stuff. So in Lorraine Lorraine. Of course, it was one of those things like you said in controversial and so forth. Every time I talked with her. She was a very nice person. Yeah, we had different belief systems. And but I still respect them for what they did Ed passed away few years back in great guy, very very intelligent, and whether you respected them or not any to at least respect what they were able to accomplish in this field, and they brought and they brought awareness to it really opened a lot of doors and without people like them in just like with art bell. I mean, we wouldn't be here for wasn't for somebody like our. People like our Bill. I don't think I would be here or taps would be where it was without Ed Lorraine Warren, and then helping in the field. Yeah. And I had said on Facebook at one point in talking about Lorraine that their work made our work possible. And that's true. And you know, I sometimes you look at some of the work that becomes discussing a controversial way. And you have to say, you know, maybe they were so passionate about it. They went after things that maybe they shouldn't have gone after. But it was a passion that drove them. I don't think it was anything malicious. So you know, again, I plod their work. I think they were trailblazers in the in the field, and we'll miss both of them now, hopefully their legacy will live on and they're finally back together in that that's important enough. Speaking of things like this out the investigation now back in two thousand five we investigated, the crescent hotel, I think you remember that showing Eureka springs where we caught this weird. Soldier league. And GM thermal thermal imaging camera with this number two on the chest. Well, you know, what they just found the crescent hotel gym a bunch of jars of body parts that is so bizarre. Yes. So all right. So of course, season two episode thirteen back in two thousand five we investigated, the crescent hotel was built in eighteen eighty six as a resort for the rich and the famous but quickly became unmanageable and fell into disrepair after the college. After after the place closed in nineteen thirty four the crescent was leased as a summer hotel in nineteen thirty seven a guy by the name of Norman g Baker turned it into a hospital a health resort. No. He claimed I gotta be honest. He claimed he had the care for cancer and treated number of patients. But no, of course, we're cured of the disease. He wasn't a doctor. He was a con, man. And he did promise cures for tumors and other issues and he removed body parts from these pay. Patients and expected high pay for his tactics. Many. And I mean, many people died in his care. We went through some of the files when we were there, and it was just horrendous to read some of these things while strangely, these jars that were the property of Norman Baker have been found, and they have a bunch of body parts and in them, and it's it just shows you the the morbid side of what truly one on there. And also it probably help solidify why there's paranormal activity that place. Well, you know, the paranormal activity itself stands for itself. The what was going on? There is obviously just disgusting in many ways. Did they say where these things were hidden the time? I mean haven't gotten into too much detail is monstrous the end, it's so incredible. When you're there are first night there. We didn't get in until like four in the morning. And of course, we we had to be up for the next Monday night. So we sat around with. Sat up as late as we could finally crashed. But it was like six six AM in the morning building was struck by lightning. I think you remember all this and caught on fire while we will sleep, but blew up the electrical the fire alarms the phone lines. Are they also plumbing walked from door to door knocking telling us the building was on fire? And but I mean, the place is just so incredible. If you see it, you just mind blown on how it is in Wayne wear. It is just an amazing place. If anybody ever gets a chance check it out, but it has a really morbid history. And just the fact that they were able to find these bottles that had body parts in them. It'd probably probably like from behind them in whatever whatever this guy would remove he people skullcaps take crushed walnuts. Mineral oil and put it on their brain and skull cats back on. So these people were dying morbid, painful deaths and. It's just horrendous state to to read some of those reports or to see some of the things he did. Yeah. But now like I said to be able to back up a lot of that with with these new jars I mean, and this guy got away with Jim. He never got charged sentence sent to jail or anything. It was. It was insane. Yeah. There was a time where people were more apt to get away with things like that. They could claim basically anything, you know, the old doctor mcgillicuddy elixir in a jar cures everything around and sell it for two bucks, a bottle whatever that stuff was pretty well common for snake. Oil says many exactly, but we're not gonna be talking about that tonight. Actually, we're gonna be talking about astrophysics with astrophysicist Brian Keating, which has nothing to do with dunno nothing. But we are going to answer some very very early try to answer some very very important questions. Like does it get any more important than how did the universe beginning? Evolve. I mean, that's of like the question. Well, technically, he's going to answer these questions. We're just gonna ask them. We're going to tend to have no idea. I've no idea ten we understand what he's talking about. Yes. Because the whole thing the universe makes no sense to me. It doesn't add up. He is author of a book called losing the Nobel prize the story of cosmology ambition in the perils of science scientists highest honor. So that'll come up in just a few minutes. Tomorrow. "Sammy. I'm here can Paulina. And I have Lorraine Lorraine. Hey lorraine. How you doing Honey? As I left off. Walking from century twenty one out with the girls back to the hotel. And we had a great night. Talk's me guys. Now, I'm tripping over words here. Sorry, folks. This is definitely not menopause. This is called emotion. What's what's going to be holidays? Like this year. Talked me little holidays be like don't know yet. I will probably most definitely be in New York. The kids will come down after they get home from school. Jack is home a little bit later Cam as well he'll be off for Christmas. But he has to go to south bend Indiana for the winter classic. And that's what years. That is usually been a friend of mine for thirty years. I don't understand the game. Thank started this winter classic outdoor game. A number of years ago. And this year, we're playing Chicago in in Notre Dame at their stadium. So that's New Year's day. Okay. So you'll be with the family for Christmas and then fly out. Yeah. It's hard, isn't it? He's not always around. No, he travels a lot. So you had them home for how many years I would say a couple two to three years that he was like there's three solid years where I I was I had no idea what I was going to do what I wanted to do. You know, I dabbled in a bunch of things trying to figure it out. I have a question. You helped so many people out who helps you who helps you Kim. Who will? Fortunately, I've I've I've got. So max. The truth is those three years for tough, the cough hockey was defining who you were you a Cam nealy come on. And then all of a sudden that's a crash and burn, you know, you only know to be Kim. Nearly your Cam nealy. This is your you're the super celebrity of Boston hockey. I know you don't know hockey, but Boston's a hockey town. I mean, we're hockey city and you wake up one day. Sucker punch that guy. 'cause I will do it for you. You wake up Wendy? And you like if somebody said to me, you're not a builder anymore. Cindy, you better find something else and change your whole life right now, everything, you know, about it just take me out because I wouldn't know how to do that. So for those few years you had to be feeling some depression anxiety, trying to figure it out you had a new baby. Now, we well. We we've started a family shortly thereafter. And and quite frankly, I think that that was very helpful to me. I love being around I loved helping Pauline out. We had Jackie naval fairly close apart nineteen months apart. So it was very cool for me to be around as a father to babies newborns. But eventually I was like I gotta get outta here. I had enough all three of them. But I remember pulling I think you're at a party if you came, and I remember what she was and somebody ESPN somebody made a great video, and we played it at your house for the party. I think it was his retirement of his jersey number retirement. All right. Exactly what that was. No, no, no, no. This was like, right. This was like all action shots of Cam shock in hockey. Whatever the fear. But fast forward, I remember watching the video when your house we're upstairs in the bedroom. It was Kim. And I in the bedroom. And a few others were watching the video and my son found it years later and became a became like addicted videos because he was just like this is because Cam showers golfing golf we Cam, and he was getting to know him on this level. But then he saw him on this level. You know what I mean? And that's a whole different Cam on that hockey rink. And so that three years, but alternative good for it all turned out the wide. I do have. I do kind of have this mindset of a fatalist too. Okay. I know. Listen, I live my life where I tried to do the right thing every day and trying to treat people the way I want to be treated, and they feel like if that's the case things probably should go your way more often than not if if you work hard, you know, and I like to work hard. But I I, you know, you talked about meeting Paulina, there's no way I should have been in New York that day league just happened to be locked out, and a friend of mine from L A was going to New York and said, why are you coming meet me this, and and and Paulina released probably shouldn't have been there that day from the story that she has told. And you know, getting traded to Boston, you know, at first I thought, oh my God what's happening to my career. And it was the best thing that ever happened to me. So sale paying dividends today. Don't you guys know we don't write the books that meals rates the book for us. I mean, what's the chances like with the first person, I'm back with the first person? I started with I didn't see that coming. That was like a wolf I'm like how that happened. I mean, literally, we don't plan life life plans us, I really believe that. But again, Cam not everybody can donate a whole room. But is there? How can how can the list is? How can people donate some nearly foundation? I don't know anybody this season. You have a huge social media following as everybody knows. And I can't even go on lately because it's every day say approved for this. Once they prefer that what seems like I'm walking out of the hospital last week because my dad, and I'm getting stopped the lobby at Brigham since likes you. Cindy, stumble on your Facebook. And like, I could go. I mean, like some I remember, but some I don't and, you know, oh, my, you know, it's everybody's passing from some type of cancer. So the question I have here is with the person they killing donate five dollars a month or whatever one hundred whatever it is tell me. Well, listen, I'm a big believer because we do need volunteers. Not as much dependent on what events we may have. But I'm a big believer. And I have this sane whether you give your time or dime. It makes a difference and it adds up. We have this program for help families stay fund at the Neely house because it does actually you know, if you can't afford to stay there. We're not gonna charge you, and it does obviously cost us money to keep the lights on. But so we started this program a number of years ago. Help a family stay fund. I think we're charging fifty dollars a night or something. Just stay there. So basically any donation is is great everything helps guys mean it all helps. I mean, I all I know is from the pregnant with Samantha I'll never forget, I was watching a Saint Jude, you know, advertisement and I was six months pregnant, and I from that day on just put all's a month on my credit card. I was twenty three years old. I think I did out a selfish reasons, I was young and I was pregnant I sell these little children. But it's now, you know, thirty one years later, and I think they put like five hundred dollars a month credit card now, but it's just people have to help the half the help people have to learn to be generous. I don't care. What it is. You know, it's something. I it makes you feel good. I don't know. Gift giving I think so. But then again, you're either give her in this world or your taker everybody sitting in this room right now, we're all givers, we're we're raising givers home. And I know your children are givers. You better be on knock them out. I will app how he's done a ni- late them. Okay. Yep. No way they were not to grow up to be little Princess the skills working eighteen hour days. The other one is figuring. It all out. It is. What is we do the best with our kids, and we hope for the best? And that's right now. Watch those lifetime movies like I'm going to stop doing. Are you ally berries, putting a temporary semester phone call last night? And she lost it. Okay. If I text you text me right back at just ten minutes live in your breathing. You know, but I there there's so I mean what the neely's have done here. What Cam has started is just it's just amazing. It's really amazing Paulina. How you feeling physically not emotionally? I'd say not as not my best in the past couple of years probably from UPN Paulina looks like right now, but she is really really beautiful and she walks in the by department. I have to work on next from the gym where we're time. I'm going to knock around beater up. Maybe not now she's trying at me. But would that be? I'm still crazy. But she's too nice. But she's got she's got like like, she's rocking. It. Okay. Poly cam. She is like that body is like I'm like this as I'm on the treadmill as I as Mike just taught me like don't mind send anymore, there's Paulina lifting lifting going going. Okay. I'm Cindy stamp on this is tough as nails and WBZ NewsRadio. Ten thirty.

"We'll just jump in and try to their Torius liars. And I'll explain that's fact based in a second. Okay. So that's one possibility the other possibilities. They framed a right wing frame people all the time. In fact, this savings act group and the savings that guy gca wool just try to frame Robert Koehler on allegations against women. Yeah. Right over savings. Think one is okay rebellious totally unfounded, and is now reported to the FBI investigating Jacob wall and Berkman his partner in crime in that case, maybe quite literally, right? And in this case now, hey, look at another Trump. Opponent and another set of charges about how domestic violence and the same guys. So I actually do want to get into that in more detail because it gives you a sense of who Jacob wall is what surefire intelligence is and how they are essentially doing smear campaigns and trying to go after people with criminal allegations that have absolutely no evidence. Absolutely, no credibility or merit behind them. So as Jenkin mentioned Jacob wall had accused Muller of committing rape back in the seventies. And he claimed that he had the victim the woman and even had a press conference with Berkman and the press conference was a complete and utter disaster. This is what led to the FBI beginning its investigation into Jacob wall. By the way, Jacob all has been barred for life from futures trading due to defrauding investors in two thousand sixteen so that's Jacob Wallis. Anyway. So. So I want to give you some portions of this press conference to give you an idea of what a joke he is. I mean, it was such a joke that reporters couldn't help. But laugh at him during the conference he was supposed to bring out the so-called victim of Robert Mueller and one other important thing. Superport the note that in the fake Muller controversy that wall started the they tried to pay women to make up stories and the women came forward. Now be I say, yeah, they try to pay me to say something bad about Muller. A woman by the name of Lorraine Lorraine Parsons said that she was approached and offer twenty thousand dollars to lie about being raped by Muller. So the same guy takes credit for the Nadi arrest is known now as a person who pays women to lie about political. Opponents this clown of clowns of we have more information on him..

"On the law. Marginal legal advice. Hello, james. Yes, sir. What can I do for you? Or water damage in my house, and I reached out to a friend. So then our destruction and he came over. And he said, yeah, we can do that. You did you did the repairs, and I also did some home and prevent that. I wanted to do I was served papers this week by a company, I've never heard of them. I have no idea what his relationship is to them. But they're alleging that I worked with him to defraud them because apparently he works for them. Oh, yeah. There's whereas the how is where's the fraud? Well, they're they're saying that that I was working with them to use their credit cards and their company to do home improvement. It's not even very clear. Are they have they filed the lawsuit? I they have found a lawsuit. And it just said it's a summit. So it's a it's a lawsuit. So you just defend you don't know anything about it. Well, how much are they asking how much are they asking for? They're not asking for anything. The summons. So they're just asking according to prove he's a small claims are superior court. Because there's a lot about a lot. The guys being through like like eight or nine other homes that people that you've also been, but it has nothing to do with you. The problem is you're probably you're probably going to need a lawyer to get you out of it. It'll be dismissed. I mean, there's no question, you're you don't have liability here based on what you said. Because you didn't know you're innocent. He just came out and do this. You don't know what he paid for which credit card? You have no idea now a fraud and the company, but it's a superior court action. At this point. I would contact a lawyer that's representing the company that's suing and and just and send him a letter first of all say he was going on. And just say, hey, I had nothing to do with this nothing and lay it out and just say, I really appreciate it. If you would dismiss this because I shouldn't be a defendant. Right. It's one of those where you will win, but you have to go to court dismissed, and if the lawyer actually gives a damn and views you as an instant is an innocent party here. And you truly are then there should be a dismissal. Just because he's a decent guy. Right. Sometimes not. But that's worth a shot. Just. There's nothing there's nothing to countersue nothing to countersue on. Because even if you are not liable in the end there is not a frivolous lawsuit. He did work on your house. The allegation of you were caught up in this is legit. It's a legitimate allegations. May not be true. But it is an allegation it's not as if he just grab your neighbor and started suing your neighbor, and there's no connection. So you do not countersue, but for just asked to get out of the damn thing. And then and then you probably have to see a lawyer, especially if it's an enormous amount of money. Okay. Well, I ride in a allegedly attorney. But I also have to file a response. Yes. You do. Yes. You do thirty days you have to file a response. And you need some help with that on the avenue. Attorney can just you can do that yourself you right? Well, actually, go to a paralegal and because you want to put some. Yeah. You want to just there some legal language at you have to know now, you can go on the internet and do your own research. That talks about defenses and there are affirmative defenses. But it's yeah. "They're not sitting behind a desk, actually, doing anything. Do you understand? Thank you handle on the law dot com. Lorraine lorraine. Welcome to handle on the law. I bail. Yes. I took my car and the habit. This noise noises, chattering noise in my car, and instead of fixing the noise they fix my brakes which were perfect when I took the car ran. Do I have a case? Sure, you have a case and they pay for it. All right. Yeah. Yeah. Figure out first of all you want the money back for what you paid for. And that's it. That's all you're going to get because the fact that they didn't fix the noise. You're still the same place with a noisy car, and it could be the battery in your hearing aid is going south and you're hearing rattling noises, and I have no idea how that works. Hi, Mike, welcome. You're up. I have want to marry a woman with financial baggage, much liability. Am I gonna have with that? Yeah. Let's just start with marrying a woman period brings you baggage and lots and lots of it. Okay. And this is experience talking. So that's that's a problem. Number one problem. Number two, you probably don't have a lot. If you separate everything out. You certainly don't want to assume her dad's if you haven't signed onto any debts. You don't want to if you have if you put money into a community Bank account where both of you own it that can be attacked. So if you separate everything out her account your account, and for example, let's say if both of which are both of you working, or is it just you. Work work work. Okay. And does she make a reasonable living? Got really, okay. But is she going to pay any any of the bills are going to pay him? All she says. She is. Oh, please. Yeah. I have one of those at home too said that that was thirty years ago. They're all right. If you're going to pay all the bills, then you make sure that you simply pay the bills you write out a check on your account. So nothing she has nothing to do with it. If she is going to pay. Some what you do. Here's what I would do is set up another account a household account. Where the money goes in and out of that mortgage utilities that sort of thing is paid that's the cleanest way of doing it. Then you're fine. Then you're gonna have no liability. I have two houses. Then you make sure they they're kept in your name. And if it's it can she go after my now, she won't be able to if you have the house prior to the prior to the marriage, and it was bought with money. Obviously prior to the marriage. It's yours you're not buying it with community assets. There's an issue as to you the money you pay the she entitled to a portion of the value the houses it increases. But now, you really don't have to worry about it. Hey L. Let me ask you how come we think of writing? I I would do a pre NUP on top of that. Hell, yeah. How much financial bag is just she had Mike. Could be about maybe twenty seven thousand. Maybe it's not the judgment a judgment. She go bankrupt junior. Now. She is she doesn't have a whole lot. She can go be K on it. Yeah. Then then you hit it on both sides. You get a lawyer for that pre NUP. I would I would let me ask you how much do you earn? How much are you worth? Mike probably about a seven hundred eighty thousand. I probably run about sixty thousand a year. Five years old. I still I still would do pre-nup pre NUP. How old is she? She's forty-three. Ooh. Yeah. Trophy wife. Alright. Yeah. Pay pay for pre-nup. I would it's gonna cost you thousand bucks fifteen hundred dollars. But then you go to bed and you don't worry about her. You don't worry about her running off with the pool. Boy, you wonder why would a forty seven year old woman be with us sixty three year old guy. Maybe you have the biggest Sean on the planet idea. Maybe the best role in the hey, I don't know why the dough if I gotta be liable for her. But you are not you start with that question. And see I could've just said. No that would have been a quick phone. Call wouldn't it? But it's more fun. Finding out where people are about how much money they earn. How good they are in bed that sort of thing. See that's important stuff. This is handle on the law. Message and data rates may apply. Earning your degree from one of the top business schools in the country might sound impossible to fit into your workload..

"Let's take a minute and and go down, to Florida we have a second district appellate court case so I guess this went to the federal courts. So if it's a district appellate court In the food chain of. This is high in the food chain Because you say you throw these things, like Ooh I can just we don't really know what that means but it's exciting for me So folks this is a situation where, it, was separated couple, not divorced they clearly understood that they, were separating living separate lives Legally legally I don't know what that means legally separated so, you're legally separated by you're still married right. So, folks I don't know what that. Really accomplishes that did this for sixteen years but, they were. Never divorced and then Paul yeah so then Paul died And, he devised the majority of, his? Estate to his live in girlfriend shocker so okay fine Lorraine the wife life even. Though they're separated but. Not divorced she didn't like that idea too much so she filed. A claim against her elective share remember when you're married you can't disinherit your spouse right so you're allowed to force the share that you're entitled to call the elective share so she did that and then I guess there was, this special master person that determined I, wasn't even at a. Judge level yet that determined. That Lorraine gets three point four million dollars. From the sale of the couples business one, half? Belonged to. Paul and Lorraine was to pay seven hundred and fourteen thousand dollars which, represented the amount due to Paul but not. Yet. Paid so that's kinda Lorraine Lorraine was the wife so she's benefiting here but she wasn't happy yeah so she argued that in, addition to that there was property that, was owned tenancy by. The entirety okay So folks. What that means is when you're. Married you can own your property and a lot of you listening, like if you're married look at your. House that's probably what she's talking about here? The house of a married couple if you haven't done any planning is likely not. Only owned jointly but owned jointly tenancy by the entirety and what does that mean, for practical purpose so, why, people do. That is because you can't break the tendency from a creditor so let's say my wife and I own our home jointly tenancy by the entirety and I get sued. Yep Phya. Creditor they can't go after our house. Because they can't force the break of tenancy by. The entirety because only way that. Can get broken is if both of, us agree got it so it. Does provide some creditor. Protection it's not the, way we would own. Our. Property you wanna put it in trust I'm, not telling people to do that but I am suggesting. That At a lot. Of people that haven't done planning are going to own it that way so that's, a good reason and, what's, another thing. That happens from that form of ownership so Lorraine is arguing when you die it avoids probate right it automatically passes to the surviving joint owner Fowzia whether spouse or. Not join. Owner but yes they were married and. I think you have to be married to have. Tenancy by the entirety so she's. Arguing hukum I didn't get that that's, outside of the probate court You know what folks all of this nonsense could be avoided if. They'd done they're planning. True we know it's. Not always left up to us I divorce whatever but you know what a lot of times when someone's going into the nursing. Home it's because they haven't done anything in advance and, they they may, be younger than they ever thought they would, need this, kind of planning so there are things. That you can you last minute protect your assets whether you are. Married or single liquid assets. Real estate there are things that can..
