Authorities also alleging she sold lists of potential victims personal information for them to be repeatedly scammed during a recent reunion special for the show, Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen asking her how she made her money. We have a platform that Helps people acquire customers. So when you're shopping online or on the Internet and something, pops, we have the algorithm behind. Why you're getting served that at Stewart Smith, One of Shaw's assistance was also arrested. He's facing the same charges as an alleged co conspirator. So okay, So here's the intel. All right, from solid. Yes. From a news station. Okay, Agents went to Jen Shaw's house first to arrest her arrest her coach. Aw, Called Jen to tell her she was going to be arrested and she's in Vail filming season to a real house where girls trip to Yes, agents. Um and the women were in a van going to shoot and they were probably filming because they always do the car adventure. Right? Right. And Whitney, Heather, Lisa and Jen were all in the van and federal agents. Stop the van on the road and wherever they were in Vail, you know how little Bayliss and searched it. And, um, she had just finished glam and they were recording so I mean, let's let's hope that they have all this, but she was handcuffed and she had on like, thigh high leopard boots, and her hair was all in braids. And she had a pretty full or real fur coat on and then you she looked like she was doing. You know a spring getaway in Vail and that they arrested her. And off. This is just this is such Dumb one. I mean, she has been flaunting yourself. She was climbing on real right. He was flaunting herself. They live. We saw the big house that they live in and Salt Lake City. It's a 94. 100 Square foot home. It's the biggest house of all the league and she says on a promotional video. Once you know I'm so until I'm holding the Salt Lake Diamond or whatever they hold in Salt Lake. The snowball. I probably spend $50,000 a month. Um, she talks about how Erica J. 30,000 month on glam and her husband was defrauding her two jets that she hadn't. She has four people under glam squad and and and he said, What did they do for you? Besides, you know, pick out your clothes and drive you around, and she's like, Well, you know, you know, but her businesses RJ X, a fashion shop, beauty shall ashes. I think those were all Newer DJ X. A fashion is probably long. He's been doing this since 2012 and she has everything in Shell companies. She's had everything buried in today. When they were trying to arraign her. The fans flooded the lines so she couldn't even get on. Zoom to be arraigned by the New York U. S District Judge. Yes, So she, um 253 people dialed into the virtual court conference call in the system could accommodate the participants. So when you read the statement from the the district attorney for the Southern District of New York It is scathing here. Jennifer Shaw, who portrays herself is a wealthy and successful business person on reality television. The name the other guy. Generated and sold leaderless is individual innocents, individuals for other members of their scheme to repeatedly scam They called it a coordinated effort to traffic in list of potential victims. And, um they said they flaunted their lavish lifestyle to the public is a symbol of success. In reality, they built their opulent lifestyle, the expensive, vulnerable, often elderly working class. As a result of America's be that that hospital smell was bad. Wait till she gets out of jail smell. Okay, so I did a little little digging into coach shot her husband. Okay, we're talking about Gentian. Yes. And so here's the deal. He was a football player at the University of Utah. He got hurt in his senior year, but it was always in love with football. But he's also very educated Laurie. He's an attorney, he practice He's been an attorney for 12 years. He is commercial litigator and trial attorney. But I mean, what's your point? But I'm just saying he's very educated and legal. I'm wondering. He's the only one indicted. Did she just hide everything from her husband? Well or she's ahead. She and the other guy that was arrested. This was their business, and it would be like when you and I ran our nipple business. Our husbands were not involved with whoever we could have been setting up. You know, I mean, we could have been doing something with our company, and then one of them would have asked us. So I just think that you think it's very separated. So that involved it all. I don't. I really don't think so. I don't. I don't. I just I don't think so. Otherwise, he would have been arrested. All right, and his name isn't on anything. And he's as we know from the show. He's always gone. And he's the only one that he's a special teams coordinator for the university. I know football team and he loves football. That's his passion is football, football football? Well, here's something had a Gray said Now Heather was the one that everyone told me. I operate within a multidisciplinary team to provide the Biological Medication Managed mint that goes along with treating substance use disorder as well as identifying any other psychiatric disorder depression and anxiety ex variances with trauma schizophrenia bipolar disorder so what we know is that eighty percent of individuals with a substance use disorder also have another a psychiatric disorder but then also psychotherapy services so individual therapy group therapy education about the illness is kind of really experiencing my patients as the entire individuals they are outside of the diagnosis they carry and figuring out how we can this approach is not prescriptive it's more nuanced she believes strongly in treating the whole person the funny thing about her magical formula is that it's less about magic and more about being really methodical she's picking up on every data point about patients and she's extremely deliberate about her language there's absolutely a vocabulary and you'll find even throughout this interview I call me L. Foul language militant and not just around substance use disorders but in in life in general we under appreciate how much stigma and marginalisation we unintentionally convey in the words that we use and so you will always hear me say a person with addiction or a person with depression or a person with schizophrenia because whatever that illnesses is not the defining feature of that person right so you won't hear me say addict because the substance use disorder is not the most important thing nor the only thing about that person it's not defining so I try to be very Hinson all about making sure I am conveying compassion and just in appreciation for the equal value that each of us all does a human being regardless of what medical illness we may be experiencing.

"heather gray" Discussed on Dear Baseball Gods,

"A tone of pride and excitement that I'd never heard from him before his voice was different. Yeah I just. I'm just really proud of you buddy. He called me at the beginning. I called him how it might have been the end the four year anniversary of my first. Tommy John Surgery was just a few months away that day. August twenty fifth two thousand eight mark the end my collegiate career. It's a simple quick procedure. In which the doctor first removes ten from a small vestigial muscle in the forearm then holes are drilled through two bones the all. Nah inside the forearm and Humerus upper arm after which the tenant is pulled through the bone tunnels once. We've through in a figure eight configuration. The ten is stitched anchored once again linking the two bones together if all goes well the ten in heels just as well as the native tissue that snapped under the strain and stress. Bases-loaded jams long tall sessions and high pitch counts. I had never worried about my first surgery. Failing I had one of the nation's best surgeons have been diligent with my rehab took care of my body and did everything in my power to stay healthy yet here. I was nearly four years later on the sidelines yet again. Submitting to arm the no longer worked since spring training my fastball. The heavy four seamer. That sat at ninety one to ninety four miles per hour had been dipping into the eighty seven's by the third inning. Mike Control slipped from good to average to poor all of a sudden. I was walking six batters per nine innings and abysmal doubling the acceptable rate of three batters per nine the version of myself that was blooming about to get sign and do great. Things was rapidly peeling away. I attempted to manage my arm troubled by throwing between starts thinking that I could get ahead of what we thought was severe. Tendinitis accord zone shot from a different team. Doctor provide a temporary masking effect but eventually wore off. What was revealed beneath the worn off? Medication was a season ending injury. As I sat by that tree I thought back to the words imparted to me. By one of my mentors coach. Fred Cantor used my strength coach in college and built me from a kid who had never touched a barbell into a force in the weight room coach. A heavy set balding former football lyman was about as wide as he was. Tal- was hard on me. It a quick wit making jokes and snapping about technique corrections that were to lightning fast for anyone to respond to at times. He was unrelenting. Singling me out from across the weight room to get it right blew it while seemingly ignoring everyone else he broke me down but would build me up just before. I hit my breaking point. It was a cycle that repeated for years and I became tough coach. -able resilient because of it. I later realized that he singled me out because he saw something in me and wouldn't let me slip through the cracks. I thought back to the time in college when I stood sheepishly in his doorway hoping to avoid a conversation about how I blown a huge chance to earn a bigger role on the team. It was my sophomore years. I stood outside his office leaning against the door frame and my heather gray. Unbc t shirt and black mesh shorts. I look down watching my hard work pool circle than slowly flow down the weight room floor. Drain blow it. Come in here yes. I looked at him expressionless. Hoping I'd be shooed away as quickly as I was summoned. Tell me about the weekend you pitch right. I had indeed into baseball game but it was unclear if the mess I had made would've been accurately described as pitching. It didn't go well. I said now supposed to go four innings but didn't make it out of the second. I chose not to elaborate further and turn my gaze back to my shoes. Ordinarily gap in conversation men. He'd fire off some joke in my expense well blue. I don't think it's the end for you. I looked up with what you've done in your desire. I think the final chapters yet to be written. He paused as I looked him in. The is taking in a deep sincerity that I rarely saw. I believe you'll come back from this. I really do. I nodded ever so slightly glance down at my strength program and walked out to begin my workout. I had writing to sitting in the shade of that tree in Rockford. I hung up with Andrew and call my parents to break the news. My parents were equally crush by it. As I hung up the phone for the final time that day I was now alone needed to do what I always did. Sort things out in the silent confines of my head. I close my eyes hoping maybe I'll get lucky and open them to find. It was all merely a nightmare. I then thought back to coach. Kanter's words I repeated them in my head. The final chapters are yet to be written. The final chapters are yet to be written. My final chapters are yet to be written. I opened my eyes. I was still beside that tree. Still Rudin a horrible reality. I reached my back pocket and tucked coaches words neatly inside. They be needed some day. Soon I check my phone for the time and realized I couldn't go back into the clubhouse looking like I'd been crying guys have perhaps understand but nonetheless. It wasn't my intention to show weakness in front of them. It was ninety plus degrees in blindingly sunny so I decided good sweat would cover up my lack of composure. Rain and sweat could mask pretty much anything. Then I turn my palms up and looked at them. Inspecting the calluses and fold lines. I don't even gaps between my fingers from years accommodating. Unique Change Grip with thick yellow calluses resting beneath from nearly a decade of picking heavy barbells. I've done a lot with those hands in the last eight years. They've served me well. I finally closed them gathering up my destiny and my fists and got up from beside that tree have put my headphones in and jogged off down a dusty back road the cut deep into open farmland. Why is this happening to me? This is a bad dream. This can't be real. I don't deserve this so jogged trying to make sense of it. All I wondered where you the baseball gods were at a time like this. You're supposed to protect a guy like me saving a little magic. In case one of their humble servants needed it you could have helped the doctor finding alternate route out of that maze of Memory. I had been a pious disciple. I deserve better. Where's my good luck? When do I get a break? Why is always me and never someone else a second Tommy John? It doesn't happen to anybody. I Swat at the Aaron Angers Iran. I had been diligent. I waited my turn. I'd paid my dues and played the game the right way. I had scratched and clawed earned. Playing time suffered in the weight room push through numerous little injuries and finally a surgery then gritted through too hard years of pro baseball. This year was my year. It was all coming together. I was a leader. Not just on my own team but in the League as a whole so isn't fair. Why did you abandon me? I had turned twenty six in December and did the math. I'd be twenty eight before I return to professional baseball. Twenty six was already too old to not be in triple A. or the big leagues I had tools and above average fastball. A sharp power curve and a changeup that had heavy sink arm. I'd run I had the requisite ability was learning to pitch and hitting my stride. I only need an opportunity but I kept hitting speed bumps and now. Here's his roadblock an impasse that few found navigable as I jog deeper through the middle of nowhere grain silos in the distance. A new voice began speaking up. Stop Complaining Stop Whining. It's done. It's over no matter how much you WanNa whine about it. You can moan and cry or you can do. It needs to be done. It's not your time you know better. Life isn't fair. You're tougher than this. Aren't you what happened to my arm. Simply happened and there is no finger point. No-one owed me anything. Maybe I had a defect in my arm my mechanics my pitching style. I didn't know regardless I hadn't made a habit of complaining about things beyond my control so I certainly didn't need to start now. I betrayed myself a little bit more before acknowledging that making the best of it was all I could do. I was going forward not backward a half hour into my job. I remembered that I hated jogging and slow to a walk. My Navy batting practice shirt was stuck to me. My ear buds fell out repeatedly and I had built up enough sweat twenty minutes ago. I thought about forrest gump and the pain that turned him into a bearded long distance machine unlike forest. I wasn't running from my problems. I was running towards something clarity. I can do this. I believe myself I repeated a few times start to run again passing the barns cornfields. I had seen on the way out the fifty foot lights from the stadium. We're only a half mile away now and I had to return with the conclusion in some semblance of composer that I could wear the rest of the night. Two more years on the bench awaited when all I wanted to do was go play but after purging. Selangor shouting in. The wind is loudly as I could. I was done. I was done feeling sorry for myself. Well mostly and I was done whining I was done sobbing and I was done looking at a glass half empty sure. There was not a drop of water in the glass at all but it had been pretty darn full. The last few years even with setbacks in hard times I started thinking about what would come next may be something good. Could come of it. Maybe I finished the home stretch. My feet burned with fresh blisters. It was nearing gametime and players were streaming out of the club houses. I approached. I was no longer a part of them. No longer had a game to also off to no longer ran with the heard on the rocky path up the mountain to the big leagues. Somehow though I'd catch up a stalled awhile outside wandering off as a monitor the flow of uniformed athletes finally ten minutes before game time. My chance came. I slipped in and sat down are detached clubhouse clubhouses were supposed to be underground connected to the dugout via tunnel this one though was little more than a glorified trailer located way out beyond right field beyond the stadium. Since I had been on the disabled list for a week I was used to not having any real obligations and had settled on taking a personal day each game. Two pitchers sat in the stands behind home. Plate wanted the radar chart and the other did the game chart I enjoyed sitting in the stands in plain clothes and getting straight on view of each at Bat. From that point of view it was easy to assess hitter tendencies pitching strategy and umpire competence. I was also away from the griping and negative emotion that was always present the dugout. The team have been playing slobby baseball of late and there is currently an overabundance of negativity. I was going to be late to the game that much..
