"Lost CPA answered this Randall up next on three dimensional world radio we're going to talk about the pitfalls of owning an IRA or four oh one K. but first of all I want to share with you a riddle that the finals on many very sophisticated certified public accountants tax attorneys at when I teach advanced continuing education to them I'll usually start out with a little riddle and it goes like this one day and there are three fishermen that go out for a great day of fishing and at the end of the day they decide to check into a little quaint mountain lodge and the clerk informs them all yeah we've got a room at down at the end of the house three beds in it and it's only thirty Bucks well this is simple three men in the room cost thirty dollars so each of the men shells out ten dollars now they go back in there getting settled in the room when the clerk is in there entering you know that in the box and she remembers hello I forgot we are discounting that room the installations on the wall or whatever and and you can hear the laundromat and so we've been discounting that five backs it's only twenty five dollars for that room so she takes five one dollar bills out of the cash register and she gives them to the bellboy and she said would you go re fund these five dollars to those three men that just checked in well the bell boys walking back and he can't figure out how three men are going to divide up five one dollar bills and he's not very honest and so he decides to pocket two of the dollars so far so good okay let's let's do and goes back any refunds a dollar to each of the three man solved let's do an accounting here SO three men originally paid ten Bucks each and they each got a dollar back so they actually paid a net of nine dollars each for the room right okay let's do the math at St man times nine dollars equals twenty seven dollars plus the to the bellboy capped equals twenty nine dollars where's the other dollar now I will state that and they'll go now some of them will pull out there abacus or are some of the high slide rules you know bad debt sometimes they they they're like what what so I'll repeat it three men originally paid ten bed these got a dollar back so they paid nine three times nine equals twenty seven plus the do the bellboy camp eagles twenty nine where's the other dollar now invariably a they will save taxes and when and when not in taxes yeah that's their excuse for whatever and so I'll tell them well you know what I'm not gonna give you the answer until the end of the first hour of continuing education and it actually drives some of them crazy now if I can stomp at an accountant with that riddle no wonder why so many people and get to us stumped on whether they should save in a traditional IRA or four oh one K. or a Roth or neither what's good what's better what's best because I've always had a duty good better best never let it rest tell good gets better better gets best and so what's the answer to the riddle now I teach these CPA's and they get a little bit embarrassed as well what what did you learn in accounting you know one a one first of all you to ask yourself what are you at counting for now in the rental I A. allude that I'm accounting trying to account for the thirty dollars rather than the price of the room and so you have to find out well what are you accounting for it but the second question is is it a debit or is it a credit are you adding or are you subtracting and then they get the sheepish look on their face all that's right that's right and so when I frame the story the riddle like that I I sort of confused people want to go well three man times nine dollars equals twenty seven and then I add to the to the bellboy captive to come up to twenty nine and I'm asking where's the extra dollars if I'm trying to account for that for the thirty dollars well you don't do it that way the two dollars the bellboy capital that that's out of the picture that's gone that's it you would say three men times nine dollars eagles twenty seven plus the three they got back it goes thirty see I should've been adding the three they got refunded to come up with thirty dollars instead of adding that to the bell boy get to try to come up to thirty dollars or another way to look at it is if I was accounting for the price of the room which ended up being twenty five Bucks three men times nine equals twenty seven because they got the other three back minus the two the bell boy kept equals the price of the room twenty five dollars but see all I have to do is be adding to what I should've been subtracting two or I was adding to what I should have been adding three and I can stump a CPA so if if you wonder why am I telling you this riddle it's because many accountants well intending when I asked them so why are you continuing to advise these people to contribute to I reserve for one case even beyond what they're being matched and you continue to compound and defer defer defer and they're actually fifty nine and a half let's say and they could probably pull out some of that money whether they need or not get the tax was over and done with well they'll have to pay tax well so they're gonna have to pay tax juror later why are you wanting to delay the inevitable your current tax bracket is likely the lowest bracket you will ever be in so many times there are a married couples under the trump tax cuts that have room of thirty forty fifty thousand or more where and if they pulled out forty or fifty thousand by oxide other IRA or four oh one K. there's no ten percent penalty if they're older than age fifty nine and a half but they're told by their accountant well you don't need the money keep keep postponing give compound give deferring and and tell you have to start taking it out that used to be eight seventy and a half they now have increased that started at age seventy two before if you don't start taking out what the government says you're supposed to based upon your L. E. that's life expectancy there's a fifty percent penalty I met a guy last week forgot today god is our MD and a and the IRS doesn't mess around eight penalized in fifty percent and so the government wants that money out and tax before you die and so now it's a seventy two you've got to start taking R. M. dis but let's say your life expectancy is ab eighteen years of age seventy two whereas at age seventy and a half it was up twenty years you have to take out one eighteen you have to take out more even though you start two years later eighteen months later the point of the matter is many times these well intended accountants think they're saving you tax I'm going what do you think they're going to be a lower tax regular future now do you think Congress is going to lower taxes or raise taxes I think they're probably in a raise taxes then why don't you get the tax is over and done with even if they don't need the money repositioned the after tax money into someone's going to be tax free from now on no you wouldn't believe how many of us say what's tax free I go oh brother okay have you ever heard about section seventy two E. seventy seven oh two and one of one of the Internal Revenue Code well we've heard a lot about remind us what it is and that's what they come to get advance continuing education about this is where you can accumulate your money tax free access your money tax free when you die you transfer it tax free but it blossoms in value and transfers tax free nothing else in the Internal Revenue Code does that the municipal bonds don't do that and it's been around since before the god it's it's been a sacred how to be tax free because you're taking pressure off of the government and so when you do the math you will actually end up this is where I have earned more than double the internal rate of return on my money tax free than traditional money and I reserve for when Kay's that are subject to tax when you take out the money and if they're subject to market volatility the purpose of the rental is you choose investments based on which one will generate the most at the time in life you're going to need the money the most after you subtract the negative impact of taxes and inflation learn why this is so important if you live.

"In Sacramento and seventy eight striking and whether any use ninety three point one so there they are they are going through constitutional law with for these very renowned lawyers three from the left one from the right and yeah so it it does say that the law is though it's not exact we can disagree on the exact same words that are in some statute or in the constitution we do all the time in the these people that were watching on television today they make a living at it so while I'm what do you think what do you think about the idea of just give me straight ahead and just having a vote it it feels to me like if I told you the the teams that are going to be in the Super Bowl and the score I don't give me the score by by quarter I'll give you the box score a details all everything I I'll give you the final score how many of you would be interested in watching the Superbowl the fun and watching an athletic event is you never know how it's going to work in the end it somewhere in the game somebody might come around I don't see this turning around a we are it was a five thirty eight has a pull out new American support impeaching Donald Trump and it's a little tighter than it used to be but it's forty eight percent support impeaching Donald Trump forty three percent do not support impeaching Donald Trump okay so it's close and I don't have the margin of error on this is probably within the margin of error it's five one dollars but five points difference between the up and down any in any case I think we know how this is going to turn out so why are we doing it this way Turley is the only one going take your time go to court get these witnesses in here are you for speeding it up or do you want to do it like Jonathan Turley says and get that to you know so what if it takes a year thanks to you two year and a half Richard Nixon Watergate was was building pretty big in the nineteen seventy two election people knew about the Watergate break in they didn't know all the details yet but they knew that the they were pointing fingers at the White House and Richard Nixon and his staff and that and he got reelected by a landslide in nineteen seventy two I think he won all but one state and have to look it up the correct me on that if it's wrong he there was a landslide George McGovern if people knew about the Watergate investigation so I don't know why I am seems like they should take their time get the witnesses in there if trump gets reelected they can still impeach him after that they did to Nixon same with Bill Clinton he was reelected and then they had the impeachment eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred Carl your first today welcome hi you're on the times over Joe hi John thank you so much for taking my call you better yeah just a few points but I for me I would I rather have it go on longer but not not as a result of the president of strutting witnesses I don't think that I don't think that's very wise I think if this thing drags on for six months because the basic characters in this conversation are not allowed to talk that's not the right approach so I think if if the right duration in light of that obstruction and and you know other other points around this is you know yeah I agree with you people are gonna kind of swing one way or the other not there is historic value to to this to this hearing on the record that I'm listening to the hearings myself and am and my goodness you separate the media side there's real historic value to this case and I and I like I appreciated being on the books and and then the third point I actually think there is political damage here when you look at the other folks surrounding this case they've they've backed down from no quid pro quo Sierra quid pro quo but something small to okay maybe it was big but it's not that big too it's we can figure this out through the election well this is the point of impeachment is that president can't modify the results of an election as a result of this kind of work so I think the point talking points are evolving appropriately and I do believe there's potential political damage severe as a result of these getting their chance to error and and work through this process and so with that you're a you're saying don't drag it out for the sake of dragging it out but drag it out so that you can get more of more facts more information as to the facts in this case nobody seems to be arguing about what what is what president trump is done or not done seems like it's pretty straight forward that way but no I'm going to be a up against.

"Then the world doesn't even get the chance to to to contend with it and i think that that is actually the worst part it almost muscle bending the will of the artist in a way before the art even gets pen to paper you know right and in part of it is a little bit different part of it in the art world and not all of their folks but there is the least took the possibility of doing something where the idea isn't necessarily. This already has to be decorative or commercial or there's something that people will like you know. There's a there's a couple of things but one is sort of like i was thinking of our gratitude stein until winded winded gertrude stein become a great writer she a great writer in nineteen thirteen when she's writing but not publishing or 'cause it seems horrible. Issue great writer in nineteen forty five one dollars betokens out and some people by the book issue great writer in nineteen seventy eight when the first dissertation tation start being written about for work explaining why it's great now or is it in nineteen ninety six when the library of america publishes her collection <hes> and so this is part of the issue if she somebody if she had started in nineteen thirteen nobody's buying the or the way i'm describing arriving america's offensive to people then the work doesn't get done and by the same token there is is this sort of notion and thinking the our world where either is the work is commercially viable and so you're kind of censoring or sculpting or making work around that notion russian or the work has to be sort of laudable on its surface socially wrote right right in which can there's better better ways to do that and you're again draining the work of of ambiguity because <hes> and that is the possibility of something that it can show multiple facets unconvincing case can hold this beautiful and the brutal right yeah i mean the commercial or the or the i mean. There's obviously an again just to bring it back to what i do. In in the film where there's the obvious the commercial things like a stupid fucking superhero movie or something but then there's also the social the social message thing where it's it can be overbearingly clear in a way that is it's somewhat fear based of making sure the audience audience understands misconstrue the message because if you're pedaling some some kind of a touchy subject i think a lot of times i think a lot of times artists want to make sure they're clear that they're saying the right thing. Instead of you know again what you're saying is to seek the ambiguity but i think that's almost almost zapped immediately all the time because the clarity of making it this social message zaps it of the ambiguity itself and i think that almost in the same way something is made to make money hitting all those beats that it has to hit in the eyes of a studio or whoever is the same way with a social message movie.

"But no money at the moment either I have helped to get me on my feet and good looking job prospects the downside is that I'm currently living in the city you were things are ungodly expensive I'm entering the world with a blank slate I have no problem living frugally and working hard how do you suggest I go about getting my financial life set up my fear is that somehow all messed myself up financially and I vowed that since I was little that my parents struggle with money that I never would well it has everything to do with income because you got no I'll go you live frugally you know how to manage stuff and usually the Kremlin comment until you get the good looking job prospects going you take some not so good looking jobs to eat and keep the wolf away from the door as they say meaning that you can get your light bill paid and you keep food on the table and you don't run around a bunch of stupid stuff of mine are grown up about your credit card debt all because you're waiting on the job quote unquote right shop it's all about jobs lots of them until you get this moving Stephen is in Phoenix Arizona hi Steven welcome the Dave Ramsey show how you doing better than I deserve what's up a quick call because of conflicting much who was on a show about a year now and my wife and I were in about a month away from having babies that included and so my question is there own home one our primary residence to be immediately next to where I work it I mean I have no clue I'm right next door in the other one is a rental that would happen to them mortgage on that six hundred dollars a month we get eleven dollars a month to make about five hundred dollars a month there the reason I'm calling is because of the fact that we bought the primary home you alone before we try to listen to you and recently we are blessed with that first I'm AT cloud like the title stay home with him that much is certain come about a hundred and five thousand dollars a year seven thousand dollars a year so we're outside right now is to have a thirty year mortgage is a loan what's on finance outside of that window and that you should just of the twenty five percent about compare going toward housing is going to call and get your perspective on you know what to do in our situation okay so your current house payment on your personal residence is more than twenty five percent or take on by since your wife came home if we were to refinance currently now but it's going to finance it okay well no I wouldn't do that how much equity is in the rental about a hundred thousand do you own your home so on our home do you like the rental yeah I was late we have great renters well just continue to peddle through I mean your your own baby steps for five six and you're gonna give just continue to beat on this and and you know I'm a work at my home paid for no more work to get the rental paid for those are long term things to do meantime of course you're going to continue your career tracking your clothes your incomes going to go up you're probably gonna look at refinancing some day down the road but in the meantime there's no need to you're gonna pay you can pay extra on a VA loan there's no prohibition to doing that and so you can pay it off as fast as possible arm but we don't have a lot of wiggle room to do that we have other than you know whatever income you can pull off of this rental rentals not making that much money on a five hundred dollars is in six thousand dollars a year that's one heating and air system away from losing money in a year are that that some you know if you rent a few months of it being empty are all of the sudden you're you're not making money so you're you haven't got a lot of spread in this it sounds like you do when you say all my five R. hours a month but don't really make five one dollars a month after repairs and the vacancy is factored in other stuff sounds it's okay to keep that rental aren't but I'm I'm not gonna defend it like it's you know the best thing going because you haven't got a lot of money coming off of it but if you'll hold on for a little while just going to continue to work the plan see how you turn out are you can always look up and do that later if you want to Ryan is in Middletown Ohio it Ryan how are you are you better than I deserve what's up my question is in local printer currently renting we are working on baby step number two up and out and that we as well as of yesterday just paid off a two thousand dollar credit card we're looking well we need to continue chipping away at our current debt or if we are better off to purchase a home and away from nineteen at the same time as we're working on the never buy a house for someone you're not married to never if you want to buy a house that's fine if she wants to be a hot Biles that's fine we talk about that but never buy a house for someone in America to hearing and a general partnership and that is a dangerous methodology lots of people who break up really wish they didn't do that so it's a whole different world than going through a divorce and long how may be individually it won't be together it will be like you would buy at in your coverage yeah okay but I know I and and then the second lead transfer your first part of your question hi I really would not buy a house into your debt free and you have an emergency fund in place because here's what happens I want the house to be a blessing to you're not a curse and when you move the house for payments everywhere and no money the water heater go out the first week in three weeks later he never go out for which way the roof leak I mean you're asking for trouble and owning a home is more expensive most years than renting but over the course of it with the going up and so forth in value then it becomes a great investment some firm believer in buying a house but not when you're broke and right now you're broke you're still getting out of that so if you're the one buying the house it's not your girlfriend because there is no we you're not married you have room might show you just you know you you get out of that you have your emergency fund implies you have your down payment then you buy a house and buy a house were on a fifteen year fixed for the payments no more than a fourth of your take home pay if you'll keep that that clean then you won't have regrets later on the financial parts or on the relational Partch either.

"But no money at the moment either I have helped to get me on my feet and good looking job prospects the downside is that I'm currently living in the city you were things are ungodly expensive I'm entering the world with a blank slate I have no problem living frugally and working hard how do you suggest I go about getting my financial life shut up my fear is a somehow all messed myself up financially and I vowed that since I was little that my parents struggle with money that I never would well it has everything to do with income could you got no I'll go you live frugally you know how to manage stuff and usually the Kremlin comment until you get the good looking job prospects going you take some not so good looking jobs to eat and keep the wolf away from the door as they say meaning that you can get your light bill paid and you keep food on the table and you don't run around a bunch of stupid stuff of mine are grown up about your credit card debt all because you're waiting on of the job quote unquote right shop it's all about jobs lots of them until you get this moving Stephen is in Phoenix Arizona hi Steven welcome the Dave Ramsey show Hey how you doing better than I deserve what's up a quick call because of one fifteen so much was being on the show for about a year now and my wife my worrying about a month away from having a baby step three completed so my question is own two homes one our primary residence happens to be early next to where I work I mean I have no clue I'm I'm right next door in the other one is and then because it was going to happen and I'm more concerned about six hundred dollars a month and we did eleven hundred dollars month to make about five hundred dollars a month there and the reason I'm calling is because of the fact that we bought the primary home with the VA loan before we started listening to you and recently we are blessed with that first are proceeding my wife decided to stay home with him so that would be certain come about a hundred and five thousand dollars a year to about seven thousand dollars a year so we're outside right now is to have a thirty year mortgage and small around who was on the final protective outside of that window and that you should just of the twenty five percent of our take home pay going towards housing going to call and get your perspective on you know what to do in our situation okay so your current house payment on your personal residence is more than twenty five percent I gone by since your wife came home if we were to refinance currently now but it's going to go to finance it it would be okay well no I wouldn't do that how much equity is in the rental about a hundred thousand do you own your home on our home do you like the rental yeah I do a worker we have great renters we'll just continue to peddle through I mean your your own baby steps for five six and you're gonna get just continue to beat on their side and you know I'm a work at my home paid for no more work to get the rental paid for those are long term things to do meantime of course you're going to continue your career track in your car your income is going to go up you're probably gonna look at refinancing some day down the road but in the meantime there's no need to you're gonna pay you can pay extra on a VA loan there's no prohibition to doing that and so you can pay it off as fast as possible arm but we don't have a lot of wiggle room to do that we have other than you know whatever income you can pull off of this rental rentals not making that much money five hundred dollars is six thousand dollars a year that's one heating and air system away from losing money in a year on that that some you know if you rent a few months of it being empty are all of a sudden you're you're not making money so you're you haven't got a lot of spread in this it sounds like you do when you say all my five R. hours a month but don't really make five one dollars a month after repairs and the vacancy is factored in other stuff sounds it's okay to keep that rental aren't but I'm I'm not gonna defend it like it's you know the best thing going because you haven't got a lot of money coming off of it but if you hold on for a little while just going to continue to work the plan see how you turn out are you can always look up into that later if you want to Ryan is in Middletown Ohio Runyon how are you are you better than I deserve what's up my question is mineral friend of currently renting we are working on baby step number two up an album that we as well as of yesterday just paid off a two thousand dollar credit card we're looking whether we need to continue chipping away at our current debts or if we are better off to purchase a home and away from nineteen at the same time as we're working on these never buy a house for someone you're not married to never if you want to buy a house that's fine if she wants to be a hot Biles that's fine we talk about that but never buy a house for someone you're not married to you're entering into a general partnership and that is a dangerous methodology lots of people who break up really wish they didn't do that so it's a whole different world than going through a divorce a little long how may be individually it won't be together it will be like you would buy it in your coverage yeah okay but I know I and and then the second lead to answer your first part of your question hi I really would not buy a house into your debt free and you have an emergency fund in place because here's what happens I want the house to be a blessing to you not a curse and when you move the house for payments everywhere and no money the water heater go out the first week in three weeks later he never go out for actually the roof leak I mean you're asking for trouble and owning a home is more expensive most years than renting but over the course of it with a going up and so forth in value then it becomes a great investment some firm believer in buying a house but not when you're broke and right now you're broke you're still getting out of that so if you're the one buying the house it's not your girlfriend because there is no we you're not fixed for the payments no more than a fourth of your take home pay if you'll keep that that clean then you won't have regrets later on the financial parts or on the relational parts either one good question thanks for joining.

"See The thing of skip. Here's the thing when you see a guy says okay. He signed a four year extension. He gets four years plus. The two years left on that contract so so whatever the two years left plus what he got so if Zeke SCI FI. Let's just say he gets a three year extension for fifty five million with forty million guarantee will he still has two years left at thirteen million so in other words is about to be a six year deal or five or six year deal for sixty five sixty six million. They just don't wipe away those last two years on the contract and give three more years they add on so Zeke is like okay. Whatever all I need to know is that how much money am I going to fully get? I'm not talking about no roster bonus because y'all outside your operate. y'All admits writing cut me before the League New Year's star and I ain't on the roster doing that. I won't Betty the backup until give me you know what's how maybe I'll get guaranteed thirty one dog how about forty four to forty five meal and one dollar and you think that's going to be something like five five one dollars jared. I'm beer. You got that ballpark but not that high just just match it. That's all you can do because it's completely out of bounds already on either dollar more skill in just remember the way Zeke is made up psychologically logically. He's much more likely to quote Unquote cave-in earlier than Im- it was because emit did not like to practice. He did not like to work out hard. He had already won a super bowl ring the yearbook war right so you already have that thing if I'm not mistaken had led the League in rushing that year believe he did so Zeke like Whoa Whoa Whoa wait a minute jerry. I'm too for three would have been three for three. I need you to break break. 'cause you're telling me you know you can't really trust me but you hadn't cut me and I'm still acting a fool so you can trust me out a little bit of money but you can't trust me with a lot of bit of money. I need mind year. I need to go in and break bread. It's interesting what you said about how his teammates are handling the situation but I do WANNA point out this is so early on and it felt like with the steelers it was as it continued we had the conversation about Ramon. Foster in day was just going to camp. It's a different university the weight well seeing from his team which money let him go. Don't let him go. No let it go to camp station all right guys. We don't let her on has been busy filming space all you overrun over it but why is he taking over his son's games. This is interesting summertime is here and while you may be breaking out that baseball cap for a day the at the beach or the Ballpark if you're wearing it to hide thinning hair..

"To the wall when on a call right here on the fan I get calls in for the next half hour eight seven seven three three seven six six six six so a friend of mine sent me wagering odds on Sundays World Cup women's final game from a bad online died AG U. S. is a to one favorite minus five hundred if you want to pick them to win the game Nedlands is plus three fifty just on the outcome of the game itself then they have all these different prop bets I can't tell you why favorite oneness and I hadn't even thought along these lines they've got Megan ripping nose hair color in there Donald talked trump tweeting about the team will I get an invite to the White outside is days all the not really has anything to do with the game type price and it is one that I didn't even I knew all those would be coming I just didn't know what the I do we going to be I didn't even think about this which I'm glad I didn't because it said something about me and it said something about the way that the World Cup is when played so far or the event has been handled so far will there be a H. invader slash streaker another where did the fan going to run onto the field while the game is being played I didn't even think about that yes one three hundred if you think it's going to happen you can get three to one and your wager if you don't think it's going to happen and there's been no sign of any Stricker's add to our page invaders so far in the entire world cop he'd have to put up five one dollars to bet against the wind just a hundred south I didn't even think about that toppling bad if I had an account with the band on line I might have to make a wager on that one and by the way yes I will be rooting for the women I was watching them I got to get a show Sunday on CBS sports radio when I'm driving up on Sunday Bratton taking the train so that I can stay home at ten o'clock watching game get my car and get a beer A. S. A. P. sell go USA go ladies go well women go well crew what everyone call yourself I don't want to get on anybody's bad side just go USA all right I hope they win and beat the Netherlands on Sunday phone calls still Yankee baseball the bottom of the hour eight seven seven three three seven six six six six pizza up on the panel Pete good you went to bed earlier today you mentioned about getting shirts endorsed Stroman or Mister well I'm Gardner now the guy who you are sitting in for is basically hyping Bumgardner now I don't know that he knows something or whatever my thing and I could see doing that if you actually think that he is the guy that you're sitting in court says eight claim for a lousy team they're not going anywhere and he's not motivated okay but the thing that everybody seems to mix is I'm under the impression that in his no trade clause did they ask you to one of the teams you know going to come to well and if that's the case that ends the conversation right that's what I'm thinking with him but now with showers you would mention that they would start would go labour Tories or road judge you're one of them well I've been a Yankee fan since nineteen fifty one I'm a little bit older than you are and I'm telling you sort of past few years yes judges a great player whatever but if I really think it sure is is to guide it's gonna put us over the top and he's going to match pitches for pitches with Mister Vera lander at least three times in the championship series and get us to the World Series against Clayton Kershaw possibly I do that my heart beat okay that that they hadn't and that's my read on the situation I'm not getting any inside information for me than I am thank you and I know by the way I don't know if you heard me say this earlier and someone told me this I didn't see it and it would happen right before I got on the air our buddy Chris Truesdell Michael path demand log had my griso on the show on the MLB network today and my grease oast planned out sad stated matters is not getting traded so we can have fun talking about it but it's a hypothetical situation it's not a reality situation right hypothetically I believe the asking price would be Brian can't recall my grades on said can I at least ask you to ask me something for mac here is there and where is decided to humor a cash man I think he would say all right we're talking about either tall razor judge right otherwise the conversation stopped that's that's my whole hypothetical picture on it no I I'm I'm with you and I don't know how you feel about the both guys but it seems like I would think they go labour Tories has a little bit more upside I think with the judge which is building whatever you're seeing a younger version of Jian Carlo Stanton I think you're gonna be getting him injured at least once if not twice the years he goes by yes he will making what is it five hundred thousand or so correct so the the money's light that may be if you work now and may ask you to take the nine churches contract you know yes so it's called Mr Cashman had any votes but he might even ask for sure is and somebody else the judge I have no problem getting rid of getting rid of that what you call it Erin judge played he'd probably tell you had a meeting if you wanted I'm just for another out Philly steak because they won't need him anymore because the judge would step in with the other two young studs they have an eight am to bet young outfield in baseball by car if something like that were to happen the reason why I would actually consider trading judge more so than Thorez judges twenty seven to be twenty eight towards twenty two you don't write about a five year younger player judge done more judges accomplish more judge probably on the upside is even higher than tore as we talk about five years younger for glabra Thorez so that's why I would if you say up Rizzo said you gotta give me one of those two guys and I'm right Catherine which one what I offer dad offer judge before I would offer Taurus Doug Brooklyn's up on a fan how you dog yeah I know yeah very good a question for you you know every time I hear people on both talk he always talks about feeling dangerous at the plate and that he was once the feel dangerous so that got me thinking a little bit and just across on it what if the mac moved in right field tomorrow with the Yankees report of mine up will have four five extra sex sex the home runs in the we passed them differently the planes would feel more confident I think they were just better or in home right but you realize that when you moved the fences in you move them in when the opposite team is up to when your opponent yeah but what the Yankees have done that their their entire no sense in existence today that I haven't had a problem eventually bill be a team for that and I know the message typically built on pitching well look we're desperate right now and nothing else is working right let me ask you a question are you you're you're my friend because I don't really know that that's a good thing now that I'm a Die Hard Metropolit your diehard metropolitan pain do you watch the Yankees this year I mean I hate watching that are Dennison but every now and then I do yeah I do watch the highlights the Yankees have the second best record in baseball I think they're the second best team in baseball right now how much do you think of that is attributable to the fact that they got a short porch in right field I don't know I don't know if you can all right I'll tell you then about two percent so if you're gonna say the demand to change the the configuration of Citi field because Pete Alonzo is the only thing that they have to get excited about and think about any it's all month to the opposite field you're saying I'll ball which he does he has good opted real power but that's what you want to build your team yeah I think that's not I just think it's stone cold not No Way and then you're gonna trying just good poll hitting live data did it no no no no no no get good players don't worry about what your outfield crane see is a choir battered talent overall players every aspect bullied a hand ability revealed ability of beveled in page ability to run upgrade your talent overall don't.
