"Maybe you're a bit bored then forcing windows ten to update against its will maybe just the thing to return some excitement to your life. Yes, it's true. Microsoft has added a new group policy option that allows users to bypass the safeguard holds as they're called, which are placed on devices due to known conflicts with hardware or software on that machine because you know maybe Microsoft is being overprotective and you'll get lucky it could happen this past months. October's patch Tuesday added a new group policy titled Disabled Safeguards for Feature Updates which is. Where in chorus we all say what could possibly go wrong well, I group policy is probably for business users for an it guy who knows has tested and says, now this isn't a problem or something like that. Yes. Because we really need that that that what I heard you and Mary Jo and Paul talking saying they'll there really wasn't much that happened in a good thing H in h to. Fix for four, which was a nasty nasty update. So that's a good thing. Yes. Case the. Better. For those who are interested it's located under computer configuration, administrative templates, windows, components, windows, update, and Eleo as you predicted, windows update for business so. It's their. Policy edited at home it actually. Everybody has it. So for example, any windows ten pro pro? Yeah. Yeah Yeah. So you are able to go to GP edit dot. CA and that'll. That'll bring it up and there's some things that I've done in there where I wanted the tweet windows Oh. Yeah Yeah. Yeah. But don't force the update you. No again, I just couldn't resist really you're. You're you want allow people to do this because yeah. What could possibly happen? So Anyway I know that some of our listeners like to walk on the wild side, here's your ticket. If things have been going to well for you lately. "That scene where he's feeling them up definitely feels like disconnected from any sort of. Affection and like humanity. He was filmed at such. Yeah exactly. It's. That's sequence to me as one of the most disturbing things in the film and to me, it's not even the incest aspect that bothers me it's that he literally sees no difference between them as sexual partners up our from what their breasts view like and what their asses feel like he's deliberately blindfolded. So he can't tell which is which and he doesn't touch any part of them except to manhandle the breasts like he's looking for a a ripe. Avocado. And then to kind of like awkwardly ignore the entire rest of their bodies and reach around them to grow up their asses. and. It's just such a shopping for a fresh fruit kind of set of behavior. We know that he's closer to one of the other. We know that the two of them relate to him very differently. We know that they have different personalities and all of that is discarded in favor of which one of them would I rather squeeze the Bressan but of I think it just kind of. Just the utter detachment that they have from meaning. It'd be it's almost like vocabulary words. It's like they don't things that we associate with sex with intimacy in Lavin none of that registers be there's something weirdly innocent about all of it too I mean like it's like I don't know what they're doing the their children, but at the same time, their adult children and so that manifests itself in ways that so disturbing because you have, you know like placings where they're doing things that will like childlike playing games like a child would but they're you know they want to run their hands in hot water to see who pulls out I for example or or they're being really aggressive with each other as smaller. would be even though they're way too old to act like that with each other. So it's an interesting dynamic it's awkward, but it's so much part of the broader scheme of the film to show how the way they've been raised his just perversely detach them from how they any normal person would develop I. Guess were released to Jillian areas as that it's never explicit. We get the sense that old Eleo has denied any sort of sexual identity sexual life for. Acknowledgement Oh herself as a sexual creature through her twenty six years I think what connects both of these films kind of taking all of this next step outward kind of away from sex but still in the same realm, both of these films are very interested in the physicality of people who haven't had that normal upbringings who haven't interacted with society in a way that would teach them physical norms and old Oleo and the two sisters move in very similar ways like kind of like floppy lambda and. There's a lot of emphasis on their hair being in disarray in various ways. None of them perform femininity as we call it like none of them seem aware of like the male gaze or maybe an old dolios sense the female gaze none of them are trying to be attractive to people. None of them have any sort of visible sense of self consciousness about how they act or how they move and one of the things that gets us is in both movies. A very awkward and to some degree comic dance sequence. That's just you know young women of throwing their bodies around in what doesn't really look like what we think of as dancing because it's not rhythmic and it's not meant to attract other people are attracted the attention of other people. These are people who big very much both come across them thinking here more of the the elder sister in..

"Called multiple liles so individual humans can have to liles for any given gene but multiple illegals as options may exist at the population level and different folks can have different pairs of those a- liles additionally we're going to talk about a gene that controls what color some rabbits tend to be and it's called the C. Gene for our example with the C. Gene it comes in four different types. One is black or brown for one results in a grayish type for another one is more like the old point patterning that you see with Himalayan and Siamese cats a lot. And then you have the albino which is just a pure white coats as well so these different liles because there's four of them have different dominance relationships so for this case the Black Lille is totally dominate to all of the others. That's going to be the large sea the Chinchilla that gray one is incompletely dominant to the Himalayan and Al Bino types. And The Himalayan is completely dominant to the Albino Lille. So if they have one. Himalayan Oleo and Wine Albino. Eleo the resulting baby is going to look entirely Himalayan. So that the old point type of look in regards to that if the Chinchilla Eleo and the Himalayan Oleo are combined it is going to get blended. It's incompletely dominant at that point not co dominant. So they may be gray like a really dark gray and also have that seal point look to them because we blended also beach and chill is incompletely dominant to the Albino Eleo so they may end up being a very light gray in that case but if you have one copy of the black seal it is completely dominant to all the others no matter the type and so that is going to also dictate their color of your bunny rabbit and how that is going to be expressed a lot of people who breed rabbits figured out how these relationships work in their genetics. And what color is they? Were get by cross breeding rabbits of different jeaner types and observing the pheno types of the ones who were born because they would be header having these different parents at this point. I think it's really interesting. And how that works and the Rabbit. Understanding explanation is a great way to put it but it works very similarly with plants and. I often see it done with work. It's as well so co dominant. Orchids would have the speckles on them and incompletely dominant words would have a blend of a color to them. You also might have a complex of it from having multiple illegals are. We're going to go on a quick break. And when we come back we are going to talk about how picard and everyone land and what happens next. Tired of searching the vast jungle of podcasts. Listen close and here this out he. "Programmatic because it's an easy way to get the best price publisher. Is it more effective though? Well, that's an argument that goes on the Google loves it and Facebook loves it, because it maximizes their price in one of the challenges for old school media like us is to figure out what, what should we charge for our ads, but they had this automatic system. That immediately met automatically instantly maximizes it. They literally charge every penny. The market will bear, the old media goes try to say that authorities overdone it doesn't really work. I just saw some, you know, lobbyists in saying that just now because they want to say it's branding that works in the environment. Right. But you look at a company like Meredith, which was another meeker slide. They do a lot of this, and they really target very well. And their revenue is going up and they bought time Inc. So no, I think targeting, they do a lot of as, as buying ads not selling ads or they do programmatic. Narrative is a publishing company. So there don't really selling as selling, but they're doing it around data and they and they work with companies as Wanamaker's, examples and meeker, emphasizes strongly, the personalization, and targeting has real value. So yes, as far as we know now it works. The problem is that it's an abundance based marketplace. So prices will keep falling and this is why she emphasizes that and desperation will increase, so even so customer acquisition cost goes down. And that's why things like free me are going to be better than advertising. Because it's all but free to the to the you know we were talking before we were on the air. There is what's it called Davinci of video platform of video editing software? That's free. And I was saying, I'm going to be free. And Kevin eleo school be that it has all this high end other stuff free. Mea is your is your is essentially a free customer acquisition cost and advertising is going to be expensive. So I think advertising is going to end up suffering, and that means that Google and Facebook could suffer. And meanwhile, Amazon is a force in advertising suddenly now and it knows more about users. So charting is still going to be there but it's gonna be commodified abundant marketplace. Sorry, I'm media walking out here. No. It's interesting. Of course, I have a little dog in this hunt, because that's not how we sell advertising. So, so should I get out of this business? You think in a sense, you, you, you kind of do you have a Freeman product?.

Yes, I liked to have had a good year. Eleo has had. But pretty happy just need to keep working at it. And hopefully again, we're gonna be talking. What do we know shoot? Golly may and who knows what else why do cats only have seven lives in Spain island. No, I honestly I would like to find out I just I just one day I, I realized what they say. Nine lives today to have to less. Is it the type of cat? I don't know but seems unfair maybe it's all the nightlife in Barcelona or something these people don't you just don't get as of lifespan, but you enjoy every minute while you are alive as a cat. I'm sure in Spain. This is I sit here. I'm realizing this interview is appropriate because I'm looking at the Dali museum and Salvador Dali the artist has been a big part of your career in terms of the helmets. Do you still wear the same helmet with the Dalai does Ali face? Yeah. Yeah. And he he'd started very video organically, I'm from a little village in Spain named Powell's, which is the Nazis by the coast. And he's only like ten minutes south from where Salvador Dali originally wash. So I was always exposed to art isn't not like I wasn't huge ought neither collector or or lover. But I just really enjoy. He's paintings. I think was two thousand three the first time I always had my flock. I'm sorry, my, my helmet with the flock from. Catalonia where I'm from. And it has these reds that zone eight and two thousand three for some reason. I don't actually I don't know what's the thought. But, you know, one of the most famous paintings of Dolly's is the melting watches one has his name could easy name. I should know it by heart. I don't remember. But anyway, I thought that was cool. And I put the melting watches in it, because I thought the racing you'd always fighting time right in all about speed about finishing the lob how ten faster. So, you know this beats melting the time. So I the beginning, I, I was just putting the melting watches on there. And then I liked that he used to put alita lands everywhere. So we studied do bullied alliance, I, I had a designer that I go to walk. We actually back home that would do the designs and then throw at least I did started painting them became really close friends, we throw Lee, one of the most famous helmet Baynton is really in. The world. And and seems Dan, we'd just been evolving. And then one day, we found that picture of Salvador Dali that looks kind of crazy and maybe it'd be cool on the side of the helmet and we did on it. It'll look really cool. I mean, I love it, and it seems like especially when I'm driving an open wheel, God, it seems like the guy the Dalai speaking a little bit making sure I, I see both sides apex on this now. So it looks cool. And now it's become my helmet. Everyone knows so I I love it. And then we come through San pitas, and I didn't even know they had these follows museum is actually, the biggest Salvador Dali museum outside of Spain. And to have some amazing pieces and ended the race that I to go around the museum. I mean what are the chances? Right. I love it. And every time that Abe would start a season, I would put his end my new helmet, the museum and you know, it was school. I think it's pretty cool. So they have some of your helmets and nano. I would just say that there's an yeah, they would always cool. And I always think I'm going to get into. Oh, one day because this state that, you know, of Salvador Dali is like mentally, one rose. They are super tied. Like you cannot do any steep with even the name and you're getting trouble. But 'cause I've never really made money out of anything I've done..

"Back to the phones we go going to go up to Beverly to the north shore to Karen in. Beverly Karen, welcome. You're next on nightside. Gerrad ahead. Hey, what's your take on this? I am so sites gator heart because we need more people. Heart because. This world. I'm not Christian and. I just see how people have love God needs to really step it up and things like this for this persecution from people who don't believe in. God is actually good for us. Because it makes us get off our state and say, no, we have great Christian. You know? And yeah, I think whatever religion if you I don't care if you Hindu Muslim, Jewish if you Christian, whatever you are. I just think what happens is people had been intimidated by society and even tonight. I there was only one call so far from canton now, I know we have a lot of listeners in canton. But because this is a hot button issue in canton. Probably there's a lot of people who don't have the courage to call and say, hey, I live in canton, and I'll support Reverend two million. Now, maybe they'll do it quietly. Maybe the do it privately. But but this is this is nothing more than intimidation. And the idea that view if you happen to believe in God, or whatever there are some people who say, look, there's something I don't know what it is. But I believe that there's something out there. Yeah. What harm is done. I dare anyone won't happen. I suspect there'll be no one who will have the guts to call me. Yeah. As Christian there. It's a spiritual battle and. Basically. I have been taken away from this little by little by little and Christians have to stand up again. I would say Karen, it's more than Christianity. Now. Again, I happen to be Catholic. I'm Roman Catholic. So then that makes me. But. The people who celebrate any religion or find affiliation find comfort in any religion. I could care less. I believe that you know, when we talk about Christianity. The person who founded my religion was Jewish. And so all religions come from. I'm sure this twenty-five God's up there saying, oh, yeah. I got a great religion lets out. This all religions fundamentally come from the same source. I think I'm not an expert. I mean, there are some who might disagree with me. I'll be happy to hear from them. And I would be happy to hear from someone tonight. Who's Apia Susan evangelical atheist who wants to tell me that they were somehow uncomfortable because they were at a public event where a nondenominational prayer was offered. Country is founded on. There's no way around it. And that's why we've been to prosperous supported Israel prosperous because of that tonight one quick thing. I don't know. We'll allowed to do this. I waited. And I I wasn't able to get through about the immigration, and you had mentioned about churches, saying, you know, it's a free for all for illegal immigrants, and these churches have to really know they're buying because it's totally again. Bible scripture, where it just says you have to submit to authorities God has put them in place and there for a reason and to do that. You know to have their sanctuary is against what God says because they're not sustaining our government. Well, here's here's the thing. Karen, I I don't agree with you on that. I think that churches have a right to do that in my opinion. But again, I I'm not a biblical Roman Catholic. So I haven't read much of the bible. Okay. And I would stand and listen to what you say. But we tend not to do a lot of bible quotations here. Because clearly there are passages in the bible, the different people interpret differently. And so therefore, I tend to try to stay away from that. I do believe that you can quote, you know, Jesus said, you know, rented a Caesar what is Caesar's rented a God. When I get all of that. I do understand that. And I. The Old Testament and the New Testament, but I also fundamentally follow what I believe at my core. And at my core is we need to have some reasonable set of rules and regulations in which we live, and and I guess you wanna call it government authority. Now if I was living in a in a country where people were suppressing our freedoms. I'd be concerned about that. I'd be concerned about that. And I suspect you would be as well. But that's not where we live right now. Not where we lived. We you were saying though that. It's real discouraging for you that you know, churches were supporting this trying to put boundaries on our country. There was some churches that that are look the whole concept of sanctuary began with people taking sanctuary in churches. So, but but we can argue that one that's a different one. I want to stick on this one. Because I think right now, this is this is an important an important issue in my in my opinion. But I appreciate you taking the time to call. And I hope that if you get a chance you can send an Email or support Reverend Tim eleo. He's with the the congregational church in canton, pretty pretty easy for you to contact him if you'd like C C hyphen, canton, M A dot org. Okay. A computer? But I got a letter that's fine too. It's on Washington street. Thanks, Karen preciado. I know he would appreciate as well. Have a great night. Good night tonight. Six one seven two five four ten thirty triple eight nine to nine hundred thirty jacket hangar Jack next on nightside. Gerrad ahead. Oh, hey, Dan. Hawaii doing great Jack your thought on this hangers pretty close to canton. Yeah. Sure. And you know, what what I was thinking about Jessica earlier, and she's talking about being in many friends who left the church and many people were no longer. She doesn't want to follow the religion faith. But I think what I look at is. You know, without religion who is going to serve the people that are in need in the inner cities who is going to serve the people in Africa. And India and the ghettos where nobody else wants to go because that is what the church does, you know, in in most people don't understand it. They don't see it. It'll comprehended the church is in places in so many places over the world that that are helping people in need when nobody else is there to help them. And if the agnostics I should say, the people that are trying to abolish religion and mainstream in the mainstream American talk the world, if the abolish religion who is going to support the people that are most need because the church does so many fabulous things that people are not aware the day to day people that are in the trenches. But let's let's make sure we're clear in this. Don't blame the agnostics most. Agnostics their attitude is, hey, I'm not involved in this debate. They they say, I don't know. That's what an agnostic says. And don't blame the atheist because most atheists say, look, I I don't believe blame the evangelical atheists the people who are so committed to their lack of belief to their lack of religion that they want to impose their lack of belief via lack of religion on everyone else. I don't I don't get up in the morning. And I and I know you don't either saying, okay, I got to find someone today who is not a Catholic. And I want to convert them to Catholicism. That's not my don't they? Good though. I mean, it's unfortunate because they truly don't chain. I see it today. I saw it on profit that I'm affiliated within happens to be Christian on profit. But they serve anybody, regardless of their religious affiliations, and they're just wonderful people who are involved down in the southeastern Massachusetts, and they serve people, regardless of their religious affiliation. Great. There's no religion that I know of that runs a soup kitchen or runs a food pantry that asked people to show some some loyalty all to their religion. Okay. I have supported I have supported with to my contributions. Churches to which I don't belong because I know the good that churches had done for people. Absolutely. You couldn't you couldn't be more. Right. But I think again the evangelical atheists that's this small fraction of evangelical atheists. They want to do whatever they can to eliminate religion. Because then they will feel if religion is eliminated, particularly from the public square. They have won their religion than the absence of religion becomes the official religion of the country, and we need. Shame on them. Because so many people will go without care. They need and comfort because of that. Well, just remember just remember the phrase evangelical atheist, I know some people think it's odd moronic because evangelical in atheist does don't work these people off fervent beliefs fervent in their desire to impose their lack of belief on others. So the P so to the people in canton, you need to fight this, and you need to support the people that are out there trying to do the right thing and try to be good. They're trying to do the right for the average person who's in a position of weakness. And they need someone to support them. If you if you get relive rate of religion, and the people that are willing to go out there and do the best they can for the poor. There won't be cared for. Thank you. Thank you, Jack. Thank you, very very much. Appreciate it. Have a great night, by the way to the caller earlier who was looking for the Geoff Diehl websites. I think it was.

Some flea and tick meds increase risk of seizures in pets, FDA warns

"There are flea and tick medications for pets that they say are causing seizures and other neurological issues. So the FDA on Thursday warned some flea and tick medications can potentially cause neurological adverse events in dogs and cats the warning applies to drugs in the eyeso- zealous in class pet owners who are currently treating their furry friend with broth at Dell next guard or simpons? Should be wary because they say animals treated with these medications have experienced adverse events like muscle tremors attacks and seizures. Well, there's also another part of concrete eleo that has recently received approval, they say these products are approved for the treatment and prevention of flea, infestations and the treatment and control of tick infestations. So the FDA is reviewing studies on this. I know there's sprays and collars and all sorts of stuff and you're right. You don't want your animals bringing in the ticks? But unfortunately, some of these medicines can affect the
