Which means that more than 70% of the most popular websites are not yet reachable by a V six. And that is a bit of an issue. NFL WEEK 3: Our official predictions for who wins this weekend

"So. I gave talk about. Obviously a game that still sits our my mind from last week. The Atlanta Falcons go our land Alcan's play. The Chicago bears this week. Chicago was to know the Falcons are all into one o'clock on Fox. Obviously, the Falcons. About that the shambles, the the. Disgusting performance that we saw last week losing a game that they should've never lost Dallas cowboys now going to Chicago bears team defensively is still one of the better teams in the NFL. Immature bisky while not playing. Ultra, great. Still playing well enough for them to win. If, you look at this game, you would think the Falcons will win because one of the Falcons do have going for them as they do have one of the better offenses in felt even to the two weeks you've seen that. And they're going to a bears team that. Can Be, offered to challenge America can be limited. So the Falcons you put up points. The game should be over now the falcons defense does have some questions, but I do think they would put voices should be enough to create distance in the bears it'd be able to pick up the whip. Obviously the bears are companies just gave a lot of confidence. As they should. To An older, start the season I mean. I saw some Falcon fans tweet about it. They don't necessarily want the T. Blues remember they're only to the of this dot over by any stretch. But people really what? Dad Queen Gone. And so. It's Cadillac Party. Wants. To lose. The ship but the Chicago bears going to three eight. Oh probably be one of the young shockers of this early season. I'm going to very hastily picked the Falcons to win this game. I think they they are the better team. Now whether they actually leads to the results on Sunday we'll see but I'm going to go the Falcons to win this game as they are the better team to me. I, Think Matt Ryan will continue his great start to the season. I think are often will continue to click. There are questions of Julio. Jones will play this Sunday I. Think he will. He usually plays to injuries when his Julio not move something now he did. Have a setback in practice but. You know I think. He should be able to go. and honestly, if he didn't would be great for my fantasy team either but I got kindergarten if I need to step up or racial gauge. So yeah. But yeah with the Falcons. Next game forty niners, giants, I've this Games interesting. Remember last week. The point is playing metlife stadium loss Garoppolo MOATS are. Bosa, Thomas they lost a lot of guys last week. And the. Giants team who? Looks like they'll probably be at the bottom of the barrel the NFC east. Especially after losing saquon Barkley. For? The. season. When I players were scared to play at metlife stadium because they felt like the the stadium turf in and everything was the reason for a lot of those injuries that they had last week when they played the jets. Now. I it's. It's interesting to see what it's GONNA be 'cause they're playing a backup quarterback backup running backs they got sued offensive Lineman. I still don't have Richard Sherman. You have a lot of injuries. and. So this may be a winnable game for the giants I mean, you don't really know what to expect from the forty niners this week. So it'd be you say here they of Jimmy, Garoppolo at least played to me I. Think you would be like, okay for eight hours I think we'd still be able to win, but we don't know how good the Ford back for Norwich backup QB may play. I mean, luckily, the void ours have a lot of defensive talent still. So it's not like older pleaded they have nobody but. It. Isn't as comfortable as A. But I would still in my right mind, go with the four years to win the game.

Amazons Luna, new Echo and indoor flying drones: What you need to know

"Wouldn't these benchmarks ribbon has been all over this welcome band hey. So you spent the last forty, five minutes basically live tweeting in catching every bit of news. There's a lot to break down but let's get to what most people are familiar with the those are echoes speakers. Talk about the new Echo Speaker that looks a bit more globe ish or roundish yet it's a spherical design and Amazon definitely did a good job of keeping a lot of its hardware. CHANGES UPDATES quiet this year there were way more rumors last year, but this year the just you know there wasn't that much that we knew what to expect. We were hoping for maybe a home robot and that didn't really happen what I would argue about these spherical echoes is that people probably aren't GonNa WanNa bother updating their existing echo line with these products they you know unless unless the audio quality and the quality of Alexa, being able to understand you is so significantly better than it makes sense to do that Kabila stick with what they have except for the echo dots for kids which are ridiculously adorable in. are like you know there's like one that looks like a Tiger I. Think there's another one that looks like. Zebra. So I think they did a really good job of making them lot cuter in fetter for kids. Yeah. I noticed that that those are the the process of stuck out my eye because were so unbelievably adorable Annika see my kid like having a conversation with them that sound super. Precious. they did a lot with kids. They offered a kids profile talk about some of the kidnappings as relates to so that the family aspect of Amazon customers yeah. The kid's profile was probably the most significant one which basically. From what I understand about it if you create a kids profile then. You're echoes throughout the House will respond to your kid in kid friendlier kid appropriate fashions that something that you can already do with an echo doubt kids if you set it up that way, this way that feature could in theory follow the kid around the house. So you don't actually have to set up each device specifically for that, which is annoying for parents in case you want to. Listen to music that is in specifically or explicitly kid friendly so that that I would say it was like. One of the more significant amount announcements related to that, and I'm just curious if there were any other any extra privacy features that come with the kids mode. Just so folks don't have to be worried so for for the kids mode. They've they've done that quite a bit already where it's just much more targeted for kids So there are fewer services there are fewer skills You can't ask it a variety of different questions. So that it's much narrower, much more targeted for kids and it's been like that the whole time so. Just, basically, Alexa but much more curated version

Suggest reading my story because the demo does a really good job and I won't be able to do as Greg Griffeth job but the features are basically creating zoom if it was genuinely belt for teachers to lead a class beyond kind of a one on one discussion, which is kind of how Zuma's right now. So some of the features all run to them really quickly as. A teacher can kind of launch live sinement quizzes and tests. Then it can see students complete them. We'll also seeing their desktop few you've to give permission, but we can debate on if that's too much power or not. It can also kind to class or music class, which is good for early learners. Its structure kind of puts the teacher on the left and let's students toggle between different views of the. Friends assignments they're talking about, and then finally it lets students reach out and ask a teacher a question and of do a one on one zoom with them on the side in case there shy and don't want to talk in front of the whole class. Success: What It Is And How To Achieve It

"Success what it is and how to achieve it by Mark Bilbo of Mark Bila Dot Com. Many people dream of starting a business finding love or furthering a career to be more successful people want to achieve success for many reasons yet, what does it really mean to be successful are celebrities leaders or a fluent people successful simply because they have notoriety influence or wealth or if those people aren't feeling fulfilled, doing the things they do to their level of perceived success are they really successful? What does success mean. Is Success a fancy title, A. B. House power money a good relationship owning your own company or extensive network of friends or followers. There's certainly isn't anything wrong with striving for any of those. However, success isn't having a big house with a crippling mortgage company is not profitable a job that one hates or a relationship between incompatible people. The dictionary has several meanings for the word success. One definition of success is the attainment of popularity or prophet. Unfortunately. Many people directly relate success to how much money one has or how well known someone becomes. Fortunately, another definition seems more appropriate to define success as the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. Define your own success. Achieving success requires one to wear many hats. Your talents know how problem solving skills and the network of people are your toolbox. There's only one person who will have the passion and conviction to navigate through all the obstacles to achieve a goal you when a team is involved, the only your passion and conviction to navigate the many challenges and hurdles. Even if it's only you on the journey that same passionate conviction are critical for success. However, no amount of skills or passion will achieve success without clearly defining a goal and purpose I. It has to be within your power to achieve the goal either by yourself or with a group of people, and she will will goals have two characteristics they are defined in. They can be split into smaller tasks, otherwise the goalby too broad or vague, which usually results in failure. Discipline, an effort. Discipline and effort are. For success however, those that only put in some effort will likely never achieve the level of success they desire being fully engaged in your work is an absolute requirement. Success requires consistent throughout the journey for the more without discipline to get through the particularly hard or tedious tasks elite to a sub par outcome. To secret here is always have well defined tasks that produce specific results. Everything you do is built upon achieving the overall goal. If a task dozen contribute towards a goal, then it shouldn't be a priority or possibly done at all. Unfortunately is tempting to start with the tasks that are fun or more interesting over tasks that need to be done I. always determine if the task at hand is the most important task to do if not put it aside and do the most important task i. Moreover I was put in the same effort to do it right the first time. Remain focused. Focuses the ability concentrate on the task at hand? Unfortunately, there are many things that can break our concentration application notifications. A noisy environment minute is work area are some examples of things I can hinder our focus. Furthermore our own minds can also break our focus with random thoughts and concerns. Fortunately, someone can learn to focus is a muscle that can improve with practice for the more. Each person has different preferences inhabits to get them into the zone remove any clutter from the work area clutter is distracting does include your physical and virtual workspaces turn off or silence notifications from applications while working clean and organized your workspace by removing anything that isn't necessary for your work. Single tasking. Do not multitask people cannot multitask. The results are always subpar. Do One task at a time for larger tasks break up into smaller manageable tasks and do them in order this build momentum momentum helps keep motivated motivation is a must to reach our goals. Don't try to keep everything in your head develop an external brain, utilize everyday tools like no pad or your smartphone to stay organized take lots of notes and organize your thoughts frequently. Work in a quiet place. Noises are distracting your workspace should be quiet if this is impossible use headphones while listening to music personally like ambient music and vocal trance. Look for opportunities. There isn't a single event that transformed person from unsuccessful to successful success doesn't happen. Overnight success is built upon a person's ability to do work effectively and to capitalize on opportunities that further their goals. Sometimes, an opportunity presents itself mother times. It only appears after lots of work in collaboration with others. However, opportunities can be distracting and lead you away from your goal. Therefore, each opportunity must be carefully considered

What it Means to be "AI Ready" - with Matthew Mattina

"This is Daniel Magellan. You're listening to the and podcast. We speak this week on the topic of. Readiness. What is it look like to truly be ready as an enterprise if you're a consultant, you're selling into enterprises and you want to build a success wave. This client stands in what might need to be worked on or if you are an AI champion within an enterprise, you want to get an understanding of where do we stand how ready are we should be an awfully helpful episode our guest. This Week is Matthew Martina who's the head of The machine learning research lab, A. R. M. A. R. Ramsey multibillion dollar semiconductor and software development company wholly owned by Softbank Softbank One of the biggest venture funds in the world based out in. Japan, and Matthew speaks to us about his criteria and his way of thinking through with Ai Readiness looks like in an enterprise again, if you WANNA a checklist to list of features away to assess take view on your own company or that of your clients. I think at this episode should be awfully helpful. If you're just getting started with deploying a, we have a free guide called beginning with Ai. It's special guy for non technical professional. So if you do not have a technical background, but you still want to understand what is it realistically look like to deploy artificial intelligence were the key factors to understand for a adoption. If you're not the person writing code, you're more focused on the business strategy side. Of things then you'll WANNA download that free pdf brief it's an e. m. e. R. J. dot com slash B e g, and then the number one. So bg like beginning and then the number one that's RJ DOT COM slash bg one that pdf should give you some extra details to layer on top of some of the insights that Matthew provides for us here today. So further ado this is Matthew mcconaughey with arm on the and business podcast So I'll kind of dive in first here on this topic of Ai Readiness and ask you about what you consider to be sort of the core components, the core aspects of Iranian s within the enterprise obviously a lot of moving parts here what comes to mind for you? Yeah. That's a good question I think. One of the core questions is one that I think people sometimes miss with respect to a I is. Now there's the problem that you're trying to solve. Of course, understanding that from the get go is key in pretty much any scientific or engineering discipline, but then with Ai. Knowing how your machine learning or a model actually going to be deployed. So what is that model gonNA run on in the field as it can run on a some kind of a big server in a cloud data center somewhere with no terabytes of memory and an of GPS and processors, or is that model ultimately going to be deployed on some kind of you know very constrained embedded device say you know in a in a o not censor or mobile phone or a car and everything in between? So think what we sometimes see is that a model will be developed by a data scientist or or. application will be developed without a good understanding deployment and where that gets prickly as you've developed this model, it uses you know. Fifty gigabytes of memory and then Lo and behold actually want to deploy it on a constrained device that has you know two hundred and fifty six kilobytes of memory, and now you need to do some surgery. Got It. So readiness here you're talking about you know not only involving the model, but involving sort of what are we going to run it on DC? This is potentially part of the four thought process for companies obviously, not everybody's GonNa have devices. Out in the field, people have security cameras, La- run things on mobile phones you know in in cars or maybe heavy industry the have it on a boat somewhere maybe other folks are just GonNa have stuff up in the cloud but for you, it sounds like maybe that thought process should happen as we're coming up with ideas not sort of after we've developed a great model idea that those have to be married to hardware sort of at the brainstorm phases kind of what you're getting at. That's exactly right as part of the upfront? Planning. Stage of enterprise preparing for a readiness. Yes. Some consideration for. What devices is this actually gonna run on and what are the key characteristics of those devices and and the interesting about it is that like I said, you can build models you know and build ai applications that you know recognize faces and use lots and lots of memory or they can have models at recognize faces and use very little memory. And making that trade off and understanding that that trade off will need to be made between accuracy and memory upfront will save people pain down

The Suicide Squad Spinoff Peacemaker, Starring John Cena, Ordered to Series at HBO Max

"Let's talk about the this TV series those announced they a suicide squad spinoff Chris Talks about it Yes. It's called peacemaker and it's going to star John Cena who is in the film peacemaker and the show is going to either be a follow up or Prequel, we don't know. But we do know that that James Gunn who is directing the suicide squad wrote all the eight episodes of the upcoming series and he's going to direct some of them as well and it will be on. HBO. Max, who was also handling the Batman spinoff series about the Gotham police. Force. Okay you mentioned this could be a prequel. This could be a sequel like what we know. Well, the officials log line says it's a it is going to explore the characters origins which. Sure sounds like it's a prequel but James Gunn is being. Cagey on twitter DOT COM. So we don't really know I personally think he's just trying to save face 'cause the suicide squad doesn't come out until next year and he doesn't WanNa be like, yes. This character definitely dies in my movie you won't get to see for a few months but. I guess we'll see. What do we know about this character? He is. Some he is started as a master of weapons and also he's quote a man who believes in peace at all costs no matter how many people he has to kill and quote. So he's like I guess he's like ultraviolent Captain America. Unfamiliar with, peacemaker as a character. Is it strange that they're announcing a SPINOFF TV show before this movie comes out I mean, not really I mean they did the same thing with with the Batman thing and I, really think they're trying to build up. This world they have you know marvel has been. Raining supreme all these years and marvel has a bunch of Disney plus shows coming out and you know brothers. Let's we need to get in on this action as well.

7 Tools to Grow Your Agency

"Super committed to your success online. We've worked with them to a special offer just remarking school listeners. All you have to do is go to dream host dot com slash marking school to learn more and get your website online today. Welcome to eight another episode of marketing. School I'm Eric Su. And I'm Neil Patel and today we are going to talk about seven tools to grow your agency. So I'll go with the first one I. One is super metrics, supermax ships to me is the best reporting tool when it comes to reporting on pay media or SEO or any of this type of stuff. So different integrations and it's just makes really cool looking reports and it's easy to understand. It's easy to use super metrics. We've been recommending it since the beginning of this podcast just great product. Number to salesforce you probably like, Hey, as the agency, what I need to use cell source is such a great tool as your crm to deal with sales new leads in also when someone comes onboard as a customer to continually have them and there, and then you can use it to up sell down. So we used cell so far agency it really is one of the key tools that we use it sadly expensive yet papers eat, but it's used from everywhere from account managers, client services, people doing the work to even sales reps. We like using able just think of it as spreadsheets that are superpower and they raised a ton of money I. think they're valued at over they've a Unicorn valuation. It's great. We use it for managing all of our content production, and before that, it was radicals all over the place we found that this is just to have an all in one solution, and then also that maps out our pillar content and all of our social content is just incredible. So just check it out you can. Use It for free to have a lot of different templates you can use just to kind of deploy immediately is just made us a lot more organized. So number four, I would use schedule once or any one of those call scheduling offers you'll get leaders the agency from your website here, and there if you use a scheduling software, you have a much higher still increase, your closing rate. So you schedule once or at any one of the alternatives number five I mean look there's a lot. Of Project management tools out there we personally use Asana you can use basecamp as well. We just WANNA have one source to everyone in what you want to have. The worst would be What I've seen in the past is agency uses all these different project management tools and there's no consistency right you wanna have consistency and you want to have people operating marching in the same direction number six google data studio, Google, data studios, a really simple tools like business intelligence until that ties in analytics. All the different data sources, Eric mentioned, super metric super metrics ties into data studios while. But the reason we love it as you can create your own custom designs in templates that when you're doing reporting fair clients, it can look and feel the way you want, and you can have different couplets based on different types of industries as you start scaling up, and then you can, of course, customize everything to each and every single account. So that way the analytics is much more actionable versus generic reports. Seven last but not least is. Zappia is workflow automation under a lot of people call Xabier. The founder will have you know that it's called Zap your workflow automation. What I mean by that, you're using a lot of different tools and so as an example, let's say we do this podcast it gets published I'll well, we want that to automatic a spreadsheet so we can happen for writers later to easily track you can do that. Using Zappia, never freedom option that you can just say, Hey, I want from RSS feed, which is as podcast to be able to push to Google sheet. You can do that, and then you can set other workflows on top of that, right I it to about

Self-Made Success Requires No Permission

"Bocquet before we get started every single Monday I ask have you done your homework? Did you look at your life and simply say how's it going? The you like. Do you want to keep make sure you keep it the stuff? You don't like how you, GonNa. Change it. What are you focusing on? What's important to you? Is it working out the way you wanted to when you take just a minute to look your life just a few minutes a week actually things we've got to change and remember you can get the perfectly planner at perfectly planner dot com. It's just a little PDF will help you take control of your time and that's going on and it will allow you to learn how to really manage that when you do that all the stuff that's important comes in the focus and you start getting it done do your homework. So twenty. Twenty. It has been a year hasn't it? It really has been it's been. It's been clearly a year twenty twenty, clearly a year. and. A never ending challenge for so many people. Some so busy, they don't know what to do some some kind of board that on what your friends or are away. They're all zoom these days It's get a little bit normal in some areas and and not yet and others, but it's been never challenge for sure. It's also confirmed something to me. That having control of your mindset and some rituals to be able to do that. And understanding how you think in your world. And also having troll your actions. It's pivotal WANNA say pivotal I mean it's crucial these days it truly is crucial to understand how you think every single day and control the trajectory of your mind and your actions every single day. That's what twenty, twenty son. Now, it's always been that way. It's always like that. But when you get a crisis of year becomes more important and certainly something that keeps on going on and on and on and on. That's why we do what we do here every single day kind of keep that going for you. So the years I've worked with a lot of folks, thousands and thousands and thousands. That's what happens when you have forty seven, million downloads. Chat with a lot of people all the time and all cases show a couple of traits. But usually what happens is no matter what level of success anybody has could be great families great business whatever it doesn't really matter. At some point, they'll find themselves stuck stuck up against a wall. Feeling. Like they're stuck in neutral maybe. It, a second things are going really well, and here I am which I'm just kind of spin wheels against as well. What am I going to do? It doesn't matter really what level they're ad makes a difference. Be a college student could be a stay at home. Mom could be a corporate. CEO. Doesn't matter. At some point everybody will feel like What do we do now that happens all the time always has and it's really happened this year. So when that happens, here's two things I've always noted, and I see myself every single day as well. So I have to work on my mind said, constantly do to make sure I stay where I am and is by the way that's s an admission. That's what I do, but it's also what you should do. Day paying attention to where your mind isn't getting that right? That's talking about the say for. So usually what happens is people find themselves through no fault of their own and sometimes. Through a fault of their own usually I think it's combination. I you just living life. You just do anything and you've put yourself in a certain position wherever it happens to be, and then stuff happens. That's the no fault of your own part, right? But any case we end up at a place where everything that is familiar is no longer. Twenty twenty has done that to us. It's sort of familiar. Isn't it? It's but not it's. It's it's getting to be a little bit more these days what? What you we knew just a few months ago is not the same and certainly our confidence a lot of ways has been has been just ground down. They know they need to pivot maybe you know that to you need to shift directions the were pivot used a lot in the past six or eight months and should be. This has been truly unprecedented, and if you don't think differently and rick that, you do have to make a change during times like this, you can feel frozen you can feel stuck. That's where I find people right off the bat and maybe you're there right now but it's okay because. Everybody's there and all you really have to recognize. Okay here. I, am cool. Now what and it's scary sometimes isn't it like I know need to do this I know it's good for me if I do about, I just want to do it. I'm scared. Oh No, I get it. Everybody's like that don't worry about it. Okay. See what happens is a lot of folks don't know what to do and I've often been a big fan of this I don't really wait to to know what to do. I'd like to know what to do but I understand the path looks dark. It looks kind of scary sometimes when we never been there before and we don't knows what do we do? Well, we don't take a step we're stuck. So. I've just learned that well, it cave I don't know what to do. Then we have to find a little itty bitty steps to take just something and usually it's just not set a bit of an epiphany. It's just a mindset shift that okay. Okay. If I just pay that and looking at things through a different Lens, maybe if I think a little differently, maybe if I look around me, I could find a way. And I promise you will. Just a little step that's all it takes. And you get moving. But, along the way, you have to give yourself permission to do it permission to get started even if its. Whilst from you or anybody else if you're waiting for anybody to give you permission to pivot and make a change if you're waiting, you're not, you're not what I would call a self made person I want you to be a self made person. It's more than ever right now. Now that doesn't mean go be a self a millionaire anything like that. Right see self made people are like this they just decide they're kind of impatient they're sitting around I'm I'm that way. I'm a creator I am I will sit around and a lot of folks I'll wait and see and be patient, and then one day I said that's it. I'm done. So I've taught myself that as soon as I'm ready to go as soon as I have an idea I, say if it's if it's GonNa be it's up to me right? You've heard that before I'm GonNa make it happen. So self made people do that. So wherever you are right now, no matter what twenty twenty is thrown at you. If you WANNA really thrive in this crazy year that we have going, you have to start thinking that way get impatient get a get upset in a good way. Let's keep that. We keep it positive or okay just decide heck that's it darn it on going forward. Self, made people do that you decide what you want. And you decide you're not waiting for anybody tell you what you can have. I understand. Sometimes. That's a little scary when we don't quite know what's going on or where we are. But at every part of your life, if you begin to think yourself like that self made, here's what happens you Kinda if you had leash on you at all. Somebody Click a harness on. You is holding you back. Maybe you clip that harness on and you're holding yourself back if you'll just wrap your head around the fact that you know what? It's up to me. I'M NOT GONNA wait for anybody to make my world I'M GONNA. Make my world for me and it starts right now make those changes and go.

Taking the blame for their behavior

"Interesting topic today that I was actually going to read on my other podcast love and abuse about emotionally abusive relationships and toxic communication poisonous behavior. If you're interested in anything like that head over to Lebanon Dot Com however today I'm going to read you a message that I got four that show that going to read on this show. So I don't know if I said that right, but it's going to happen no matter what the message has to do with who started the argument and healthy versus unhealthy communication. What is the best way to express yourself especially when you're in an argument and I know I didn't talk about this. Did. Talk about this not too long ago. It might have been on this show on on healthy ways to argue I talk about a lot of stuff all the time. So if you ever hear me repeat myself. Just, look at it as another way to convey the message, the same message but in a way that may be a it helps as opposed to something else that you heard on the show before that didn't help. So, let me see if I can make it work save I can make this letter work for you this message comes from someone I'll just call Jane. Jane Rights and I'll I'll explain a few things. As I read this Jane Rights I recently started listening to your podcast and downloaded the mean workbook. The workbook score was one hundred and fourteen, which didn't come as too much of a surprise to me because I felt mistreated for years now. So, mean workbook let me just explain is available eleven of US dot com, and what it is helps you determine the level of control manipulation and abuse or emotional abuse in your relationship. And it typically goes toward romantic relationships, but you can use it for any relationship. And a score of one hundred and fourteen out of about two hundred three items that will reflect. Abuse and manipulation in a relationship is the score that she received. So I think that's like class I have like four classes in that workbook ABC and DC so I think that's classy that she received them. That's up there that class is up there the higher, the score, the worse your situation is, and you are probably experiencing some major form of toxic behavior or emotional abuse of some sort. So she's writing to me and telling me this and I definitely sympathize because one hundred fourteen is high that means that you're dealing with a lot of crap and here dealing with a lot of stuff that it's very hard to deal with. So thank you for sharing that. We're GONNA read the rest of this email. Now she says have only one question I'm having a really hard time figuring out who started it. I know that I use some of the manipulation tactics when I'm in defense mode. But I feel that my husband would say that my behavior is what causes his outbursts. Let me give an example of a typical argument. He always starts the fight and she put quotes around starts and fight. I am very conflict averse and I hate to fight even when I'm upset about something I'll usually justify in my mind and let it go not good I know he will usually approach me to let me know that I forgot to do something or not shown him proper appreciation for something. He. Will say you don't love me because if you did. You wouldn't have forgotten this. Or. something. Like if you've really appreciated me, you would act differently. There's usually some name calling and at the very least the implication that I'm selfish irresponsible, stupid narcissistic and the list goes on and on. In the past he would yell, but over the years, he has gotten better about that. Now he tries to speak softly but his words still feel like he's attacking me it's always you did this and that means you are this insert anything to make me feel horrible about myself. I believe that he has his own insecurities in he is acknowledged that he has abandonment issues I. believe that although I know I'm not forgetting things on purpose I have adhd. So that makes things even worse. He takes as if he is my last priority if my opinion differs from his or if I'm busy and keeping up with life, he feels neglected he feels distance and he wants to pull me closer. He goes about it by accusing me of terrible things in criticizing the. So back to my original question what if I am the reason for his bad behaviour? One of his complaints are justified and I'm the one not treating him with enough sensitivity.

How Arsha Jones Started An ECommerce Empire with Less Than $100

"Guys welcome back to the show. This is Michaela and I am so excited to introduce you to today's guest. Today's guest in the hot seat is our show Jones and our show. Hey, our show. Thanks for coming on the show you guys are. One of the people who I've learned the most from this year. Yes. I'm a part of your facebook group as you know. So is a serial entrepreneur and master of many trades. As we speak she's currently operating and managing capital CITCO keeping us all fly through the tease in the trap brand building Iowa's APPs for APPs by the pound all while running the designed blog and facebook group rant bill. So so on this episode, you'll learn how arshile created her first online business with less than a hundred dollars and is now an ECOMMERCE extraordinaire. The welcome to the show our show. Tell us. Tell us more about who you are and what you're currently working on. So. My name name, the journals like you said just. As hard to kind of Embrace that term entrepreneur. You know I put it in bio because it's the easiest. Thing that people can understand without you. Know me having to explain any further but I just you know part of me just doesn't feel like one I'm just a more of a creative. Think of these great ideas and I say how are bring this to light you know so I don't think of me. Oh. I want to create all these businesses I think while that'd be a great product that I could sell, and then it usually turns into something else So each thing that I've started historic off one thing and kind of morphed into something bigger you know. But definitely on my plane is just to be a creative lead who has the ability to see ideas before they're made and know that they be profitable and be fine. You know 'cause this for me it's like. The money is you know but I enjoy the process of it. It's fun to me. To see these things come to live come to life rather and so So that's GONNA. Margot here is you know entrepreneurship is kind of the side It's kind of the five part that happens along with being creative but I just a maker at heart maker. If, I didn't have this I probably be a crafter or. Someone at home like gluing things to get. Definitely have. Creative. Brain and five and like. You know you remind me of the quote unquote the phrase bias for action like you see that on a lot of people's by like. Like I love meeting people who really epitomized that because when you think of an idea, you're like Oh let me let me so I had this. Thought those product together. But before we get into the business as a little bit where are you from like how? Up Bridges Lewis's creative Well, Wa was born raised in Washington DC and I currently live in Maryland but it was partly because of my parents so. You know like most parents you know their idea of they were coming raised with the idea that she would come trade and I'm going to get a government job or something more steady. You know engineer doctor lawyer or something like that But my father kind of wanted us to go into a different direction in. So he kinda pushed us into the arts. Okay. So from a age I would say like eight or nine I always had eager to draw actively or play an instrument actively So. I played the cello. for about eight years amongst other instruments but kind of my heart was in art. So I kind of chose that as a thing I wanted to do. So I did art all through high school until school and then graduated went to these you in Richmond and gut graduated with a BFA. What I didn't realize was that I, didn't really have a plan for my life. And it wasn't like that in college I was like wait. So I'm supposed to like pain control like has wanNA. Make money. Like never even dawned on me that I'd like need a job I love. And so this is around the time that. kind of the DOT com boom had happened. So I learned fairly easily how to design websites and so that kind of kind of figuring out the creative side always had was able to keep a job based on the web design skills that I saw graduated with a BFA. Like I said. With his huge creative background but my but but my day job was web design So that kind of got me into building websites, understanding design understanding how the Web, works, understanding marketing. Social, media and and all that fun stuff and that led me into blogging. Okay. So then because I would get, I would feel questions about the blogging, hosting in how to set up a website and so I put blog. Okay. I'll put a blog. And I'll get all these affiliate links and click. Well. You know I figured out the system and I was making like a passive income about a thousand dollars a month and I was like, wow okay. If I had this thousand dollars a month bright IF I sell a product than I probably can like take another thousand dollars. and. So And for launched, I ended up launching capital. because. Capital city, we sell a wing sauce called capital city Mumbo sauce, and both of is in A. Wing sauce that we originally created is this assaults that you can get here in Washington, DC, metropolitan area

"And it's been such A. It's such an interesting challenge to say the least I there's. You know historians GonNa be writing about this period of our history. I think for a long long time. There's no way to. There's no one word that sort of sums it up, but you know. Something I I know. You talked about in a recent column of yours. was that you know typically when there's when there's sort of. A natural disaster, hurricane or something like that. You know we see a members coming together and <hes>. You know they're going to band together and start flying relief supplies and things like that. There's there's some action that can be taken. Any a ears are always. Right there front and center to do it and we we do know of of some cases like this and the pandemic, but really when the action. that. Everybody has to take is sort of hunkered down at home. It becomes a very strange thing I think for our culture. It really is. It's <hes>. It's not how. It as you say, it's exactly. Against what our culture's all about which is gathering celebrating and Having good Komo, Camaraderie, so it's it's so so against that when we when we finally got into. The decision. We had to make the beginning of May then. It was spending the rest of May. Unraveling all the efforts that we had moving forward to have the event, and starting to look at what the rest of the year was going to look like, so it's been it's beginning down to what I would say, normal work pace, <hes> not the frantic one that we had again. <hes> I've been been. In headquarters it's it's a very different place when we've asked people to continue to work at home. And wear masks and having the proper. Distancing insanity. You just lose that. Excitement feel that we all have. We come to work together because I think one thing about our team is. Everybody enjoys being a part of the mission working for the members in the. Not there, it's very empty.

"Search. The hunted the sailplane. The explosives exactly good for Tom's life at fellow typical watch list that same playing episode. It's sort of. It's a little bit of speed in reverse and that there's you know I don't want to spoil it for anybody because I'm sure everybody is going to be watching this now. But there's this whole section wear their boss. Spencer is in this Glider Ray so topical bladder flying One fifty towing towing a glider off this tiny little dirt strip which is pretty unusual in and of itself and There's a bomb that Somebody puts into sailplane because he needs revenge for something that happened in the war and the bomb armed when he goes above three thousand feet for the first time. And then it's set to go off When he descends below it So you know lots and lots of tension there and you've got You've got are are are men casts and What's his name? Casson Stanton flying along in there. He doesn't have a radio in the gliders of their yelling at them with a megaphone telling him you know stay above three thousand feet and so okay well. He's only glider so he's only so much choice really has there but the glider exactly right and they do a nice job they have a two seat glider but the the real actors in the front seat and they obscure the rear the rear canopy just a little bit and just kind of have it a little bit darker and kind of in shadow so their shots where you would swear that the real actor was in the glider by himself and possibly really doing the flying. But you had you you know you watch closely watching C. There's another pilot there but but again You know just silly very watchable harmless seventies era plots but boy just one good flying Episode after another so for me. It belongs on the shelf next to ones. I know we had talked about Which would be the Blue Thunder? Tv series Stuff like that. How did you say there's a few areas where you can see like an EA sticker something like that? Oh Yeah so the very first episode of Spencer's pilots We flying We've got bill bixby. I think this was right before the incredible hulk. He's flying that Joe Houston and You know. He sees his steering flying around. And then then we see some the rear projection. Or you know stuff close ups of Bill Bixby as if he were flying which of course he's not but and they've got his name. The character named stenciled under the under the cockpit combing where it would normally say. Joe Hughes what right next to that is big wing. Da Sticker so every. Close up of Bill Bixby in the cockpit. There's an icy a sticker right there. That's awesome yeah and then plus if you you like seeing that airplane and get come see our museum everybody wins. You will speaking of aircraft. We have a few movie stars in our collection But you know when we ought to touch on. Is The flyway home airplane? Oh absolutely so you know F- for those who saw the movie Or maybe didn't If if the vote in other words everybody yeah exactly exactly so everybody so the MUCCI listens to this show by the way exactly so the movie basis around basically a young lady who goes to live with her Stepdad and Kind of gets attached to a family of I think in a movie. It's it's a Canadian. Geese right yeah the imprint honor when they I think what their their mother gets killed. And then they imprint on her when they hatch right. Yeah right for the record. Got a point this out or my friends in Canada. Will Lynch me. They are candidates. Oh that's not. Canadian is not actually Canadian days. So I'm here to help. I learned something today. I think we all do Chris. This'll be the only thing I learned today. So basically You know they have to. She wants to modify teach him how to how to to to migrate and They use an airplane to do it now. Of course this was a real operation. Operation Migration That that actually did this in real life and in the story is is kind of loosely based on the real one of the real events But the aircraft. That's both in the movie and was used in real operation. Migration is one of the aircraft. It was donated to our museum couple of years ago. That is so cool. And if I remember right Operation Migration was focused primarily on the sand hill cranes. That's right yeah. Rains and in it was really weird. Day The where. They had said that they wouldn't imprint on people because nature. You know sometimes people aren't the best thing to have animals imprint on They had to basically never let these cranes see them outside of these goofy costumes. That he's really really crazy Looking spacesuits almost so that it would hide what what human looked like from them. And in effect they've looked like just a a big giant kind of unwieldy crane. I mean they were. They were all white black trim. That kind of thing exactly exactly and And of course one of those disputes is on display in the in the cockpit of the aircraft in the museum but So they they would have to like this whole process of being around these these birds and then eventually Governed fly you know and teach them how to form up on on the airplane which naturally they just kind of know how to do and And then you know the these this amazing adventure of of actually helping the migrate. Now for whatever reason I didn't realize the error to bird pictures I guess would be as pretty as they were. They were absolutely gorgeous photos. that That they shared with us. That that of this going on it. Just fantastic it was just a really neat. Of course a green dot alum. Joe Doff He was one of the pilots out. Right right exactly. Yeah food is. He's one of the guys instrumental donating the plane Yeah so now now we have to get Dan. Yeah that's right exactly. Yeah ask which Which I played for the movie is that is it though. Is Jeff Daniels One? I don't remember if it's his or hers. Hers was actually like a like had like appendage on it that made it actually look like a goose. Remember yeah so maybe it is. I'm not sure but it is one of the ones using the movie. I know I will never forget the first time I saw even still image of Probably Bill Lipman doing some of those. I formation flights with a with a flock of birds. And how you see a still from anything. That's what a lucky shot is that the airplane was passing by these birds. And they got it lined up right and then you realize now. They're therefore made on him and then when you see the air to air stuff they see exactly how the the muscles and the birds are. Moving in. Their heads are position. And all that stuff. I think it's just spectacular If you for anybody who enjoyed you know flyway home or this sort of the nonfiction version. The documentary called come on geese about Bill Schmidt and those early migration tests There's another documentary No airplanes scene in it but airplanes used in filming called winged migration Out of Australia and it's about maybe twenty years ago right after the run of the turn of the century and I'm sorry it's not. It's IT's French. There was an Australian release of some French film but anyway Just about an hour and a half of the utterly utterly just jaw dropping Lee beautiful Primarily air footage of birds All different all different species storks and Pelicans and all kinds of things and they used paragliders and balloons in the filming of it You know it's a very very sedate very Just visually stunning Documentary But but well worth it. I love there is. There is a when Joe came to speak the museum. There is a clip played Of there was they had a.

"Anyone everyone who loves aviation, the green dot sponsored by GE aviation. Welcome back. I'm one of your host. I'm Chris Henry of the EA aviation museum on the programs coordinator here, and we're sitting in a different scenario here today on my left. Tom sharpen tier government relations director. Well, Tom God to have you here with me today, a ties here, of course running the, the controls behind the curtain, and we have two very special guests here with us today, all the way from Hobart field, Florida. We have major clay tonight and we have technical sergeant Alex schedule. I wanna make sure I get your guys names right here so horrific. Yeah, I, I don't want to take you guys off because you guys can make house go away. So. Well, thank you guys want, you guys are crew members on the AC one thirty gunship. We are now. It's really been Neak community to be a part of and really enjoyed every minute of it. Well, so tell us a little bit. How did you guys get into the current field that you're in? Well, I was always interested in aviation started to build model airplanes with my dad my grandpa, and then a vulture CAP on that. I just knew was in the cards for me to go to your force. So started right off in the gunship in always been in the gunship. So loving your so far. How about you clay, I grew up in San Francisco, Bay area, and just going to watch your planes with my dad. There's a lot of good airports ago. Planes bought out there between San Francisco and Oakland and go down to Moffett field and see some military airplanes up at Travis so just seeing planes fly over all the time. Really got me excited for it. And then I learned about civil patrol just before getting into high school and started learning. More about aerospace and some of the history involved with it and just being a aviation geek, ever since. Really? That's awesome McClay. Don't understand it. Right. You're a young eagle. Is that right? I think it a young eagle flight as a young middle schooler out in concord, California. My dad worked with a guy who was in the and Gaza fly in his Cessna one eighty which was a great experience. That's awesome. So how'd you wind up on the specifically on the one thirty? Do people generally start on the C one thirty matriculate into the one thirty or did you just go straight in and was it your first choice? You know, what's neat is in the past before nine eleven. Oftentimes, you had to fly something else before you could come to special operations command. And then manning was so thin after nine eleven with all the deployments. They started to allow guys to come straight again ships so Alex, and I are what you, call your babies which has been great because we could come straight to the community. And when I was for Kevin cadet they took us on a trip to kirtland and before, then I didn't really know what I wanted to fly is pretty open to anything, but we got flan talent to, and then on an age fifty three and, and get to see a little bit of what special operations flying as like and you know, just the teamwork involved with it, the camaraderie, the leadership and starting to talk to one or two, people that were at the academy at the time here, what those missions were like that. This is definitely what I wanna do. And so from day, one a pilot training us at a really hope I can get the gun ships. I don't think I will initially, I'll. Fly something else, and then get the gun ships, but whether it was karma or timing really worked out and got to go to the sixteen th special operations squadron. Oh out spout that the same thing for, you know, Solman listed. So I took a different avenue. I when I enlisted telemarketer don't call me less garner drops. Because I, I wasn't interested in anything else into it, just wanna because he was like, well, you know, that might take a year, I guess we'll hear from any year, so well not quite that long, but a signed a goner only in that likes that the only thing that's going to accept into, you know what you're B, M T, then it got to the flight program into straight into the sixty SOS. So our side of the house, illicit size, lot faster than the officer side, just because we don't have the lengthy pilot training process, and our school house has a bit of a trimmed down if you will. So when you talk about gun or can you talk a little bit about the size of an easy one thirty crew. And, and kind of what everybody does go. Yeah. Well front if you want to start the pilot. Yeah. Absolutely. So what's needed have a large crew compared to some airplanes? You know, there's, there's thirteen of us on there for a normal combat mission at home, though, we can have up to twenty one on board between students instructors, evaluators everyone getting training, and also. Sometimes we'll have our ground forces fly along with us, too. So we might have an army ground force commander fly long just to see his troops on the ground and watch how the missions are going down, but up front, we'll get the aircraft commander in charge a leading the mission and getting things done. He's assisted by our co-pilot, and we haven't flight engineer, as well and flight engineer much like our systems expert. He's the one who's running all of our normal onboard systems, and just keep an eye on the engines and everything that we use to get the mission done from there. We were back in the aircraft we call it our battle management center. And that's where the rest of our tactical crew it. So our sensor operators. We have infrared in a TV sensor operator. And they're basically eyeballs of the gun ship. They're operating are visual sensors and the next to them. You've got the navigator and the fire control officer fire control officers overseeing the whole situation on the ground and recommending weapons and fuze combinations to the pilot for employment and the navigator. I it's often known that navigators really the voice of the gunship, so. When we're talking to the Jake tack on the ground. He's actually talking to the navigator. He's the voice of everything that's going on the plane contents, and all are inputs and then push them out to something that makes sense. And that's usable for the Jay tack right behind him, is the our electric warfare officer and his job is basically defensively aircraft. So he operates all our defensive systems provides me as a pilot with recommendations. Okay. What's threats in the area if we do get shot at what's our plan of action? What are we going to do from there? And then I'll pass it. Alex talk about the gunners and scanners and load. Yes. So there's five of us in the back. There used to be a split. There was a you had four gunners one loadmaster, but they changed that now we're all call special missions aviators. So we have the same job. Others. Conception out there, people think that you'll get qualified on one weapon, or actually qualified on all of them. So we're completely interchangeable. So with five of us, you're gonna have rice scanner, and then a load traditional loadmaster position filled by guy in the back looking at the bubble all night, and they're going to primarily work with pilots and the EU. Whoa talk about threats and just. Overall cut of the situation, whereas outside of the ground party, and then all your other guys in the back and listen to the radios and waiting for that piece of culture spiel coming down where you start hearing, the, the key words that far missions coming, then a we're waiting in the back to, you know, see which weapon they're gonna pick us. They want the immigration piece and then really from there. It's just a once we get our against like lights, basically, on the weapons up, and then just a fee nation fixing the guns when needed and it could be real short not broken for alumni, depend on how that goes. So Alex is what we call a league governor as well. So the whole gun deck, we have a league gun, and he's my Representative on the back to let me know what's going on. If there was a malfunction, what do we do in a fix it? What's the time like I moved to another gun? And really, he's the leader of everybody behind me in the airplane. So big responsibility. So one of the questions Tom and I were had we're sort of talking to other day was. Typically are you guys sorta orbiting already or is it a situation where you get scrambled from the from a base? So when you're when you're finding combat. How's that? How does that work? Also. I think it's changed. You know, it was on call basically, but we can do either. So either, you know, the long wintertime kind of in that picture of what's what's happened over the course the night, or like you said, you will not be over one mission, and here, you know, some some mission somewhere else is going south or you know, or a bad mission is coming down. So we'll part over there. Take care of it come back sometimes. So I say very dynamic. Absolutely. Yeah. We may go out wake up in the morning, and you think we're going to this mission, set it may change five times between what we actually end up on that night. You know, God forbid, he'll helicopter get shot down, get retest over to that or anything else time sensitive targets things that pop up that we need to go do to or go, even just get is on something that people wanna see what's going on, on the ground that has to be a pretty good. I, I mean, a good yet tense feeling knowing that you guys are close air support. You're, you're helping people on the ground that are probably in a bad way or can be in a bad way. D-. You know when we, we had a Tomcat pie. Here Megan who mentioned that, you know, it was all fun and games until that I call came out where she was going to go and be close air, support with the time cat. And then that certainly changed the tone of her mission. Do you guys feel that too? I mean when you get a call that you, you know that the, you know, someone's in trouble and need some help, absolutely really closer of support as our bread and butter mission set, and we like to pride ourselves in that day, we can take a call sign of frequency in a location. You give us those three things, and we can come and help you wherever you're at doesn't matter. If you're a JT qualified, or just a conventional troop, it's on the ground getting shot at we wanna come and help you the best. We can. And like you said, sometimes it isn't alert launch we're ruins run into get out and get in the air as quick as we can times. It'll just pop up while we're overhead an operation that may be a quiet night. Nothing's happened for hours, and all of a sudden, you've got a bunch of bad guys run out of a building with PG just surprises everybody. So you can feel the mood change. Everyone sits up in their seats and we're just ready to get to work split the basic question. He keeps saying night, d do you? Primarily operate it at at night to fly. A lot of daytime missions, and all we do primarily operate at night, and that has changed over the years to engage history. So there was a lot of tough lessons learned. You know, we lost gunship during the Gulf war, spiritual three because it stayed out into the daytime to continue prosecuting targets, and it was shot down. So for over the years, it really depends what environment were in if we would fly day mission or not any. No, we always a balance of risk to the airplane versus a risk to the ground floor. So if the, the risk is higher the ground force, and we can stay longer, and we need to we absolutely will. But then we have to valuate what's, what's the surface air threat look like to us as well. It does no good for us to have fourteen more guys on the ground just because we're out of the fight now too. So really, that's a leadership and a crew discussion about what we can accept risk wise. Alex, I got to ask you something as a gun, ship nerd here, full out. Anybody listening knows that I am. Man. What's like the fire that one? Oh, five off the back of that airplane, that has to be pretty cool was there's nothing like it. I mean you're talking, you know, one hundred five millimeters. Do you ever seen the videos that the recalls forty nine inches and just the power and force behind it? No, you know, buckle your knees. It's hard. 'cause you that's it's normal now but it's always the first round of the day, you're just like you know, unless something amazing out of I don't think anything to prepare for it. It's something you feel all the way up front to. I mean obviously Alex is right in the heart of it back there. But we can feel kick even lower flying around up to. And if you've ever been on the ground are safety, distances, a couple of hundred meters really. But even at that distance when you feel.
