"E. O. his doctor Steve Corwin about exactly where we are in this epidemic right now you know I I I have to tell you that our staff is just been remarkable we redeployed two thousand positions a thousand nurses five hundred general workers we've gotten two thousand people to volunteer we have people we have pediatric nurses delivering I see you here we have our chief of dermatology punching in the in the emergency room a we have our chief of cardiothoracic surgery punching at the ICU doc of people are just going to extraordinary lengths it's it's really remarkable how sustainable is it over the long haul it's not but we think we can pull through this crisis and that we're not going to break that's very encouraging news when you talk to the court about redeploying people I think you're talking within New York Presbyterian we also hear from governor Cuomo lot about redeploying physicians and nurses and other healthcare professionals among different hospitals as they re exposed as a sign is that working well are you giving people to other people are they given to you I'll give you perfect example or one of our affiliated institution hospital for special surgery the stockholder elective surgery a lot of big they've assigned a lot of their nurses and physicians to us so that an example of volunteerism you had people from around the country volunteer we are on the phone with a Markel Eric from university California San Francisco he's putting a team together so the response around the country the American spirits it's really been remarkable and very heart warming for me and you have a sense of how it's going in New Jersey for example are Jason stay here they seem to be really still on their way up are they asking for help as well you know did it I I don't know the specifics in New Jersey I know the governor Murphy said that they were on the way up what I hope is that no state goes through with New York City and the and the surrounding counties are going through now and I would just urge everybody to recognize that the social isolation it stay at home mortars have been effective I know in California they've seen much less in the way of this than us here in New York City and I think part of that may have been an earlier application of the stay at home the governor do some did and I'm hoping other states follow suit on that society that really leads naturally to the next question will be careful it's question because we don't want to clear victory too soon and go back to the bad old situation but we are starting to talk about now a plan at some point in the right situation to start re opening some of the economy and how how do we develop that plan how do we make sure that we don't revert at the same time as we have to go forward one million dollar question I think that the worst thing we could do would be to start prematurely and then lose the confidence of the American people and have and have to go back to where we we we are and believe me I recognize the millions of jobs the recession that we most assuredly will enter into a whole industry being being stopped the economy basically being stopped as a whole I think that you know my expectation around this is that you know on or around the in the June or July time frame we're we're probably going to probably gonna do some of that the way that I would look at it from the personal situation in New York City is when I start seeing the decline in return more towards normality we're gonna be in sort of phase two phase one being the upswing phase two being we're still living with the virus but it is more controllable than what it was and the and then pay three probably you know the third fourth quarter we're talking about can we get back to a more normal situation as we talked to experts about the possible re opening the thing we hear again and again again is testing we have to know whether we really are controlling it sufficiently where are we in testing it appears we're not to the level we need yet of broad testing because the population to really come back safely I don't think we certainly have enough testing in my hospital system we have enough that they protect everybody that needs to be tested but we're not at mass population screening that Betsy with the PCR test that's one type of testing and the second type of testing that everyone's working on it this year logic Catholic or the antibody testing were you infected with it and does that confer immunity on you you know you're still looking at ninety percent of the population that probably has not been affected by it so the questions start become do you get some heard immunity do we have evidence of that are we sure that if you've been infected men have you you have the antibodies you cannot get infected with the teacher still scientific questions to be determined but I think to your question we need more testing the PCR testing do you have the virus or don't you have the card and we're gonna need to apply the serological testing to determine what percentage of the population actually.

"Worms bill the time and knock off that ridiculous noise. Dr Grant Overtake Dr Steve. Wondering you lighten up for a change instead of complaining. When are you join us in his own me he joined in? I would never do all right. Let me give it a shot. Okay great all you gotTa do is repeat what I say here. We go everyone. I sit alone in his jail. Time from zero. That awful smell. It is more news than you'd believe. Believe and it's coming from from blue very funny. You just go on into that floyd this entire messes your fault my fault. Yes if you had build your diamond. Space travel device to create new worm owes. Every time someone made a jump we never would have violated the words union contract and they never would've captured us well if you hadn't stolen the time and space travel device and made all those time and space jumps forcing us to chase after you. We wouldn't have created so many wearables. It's just sloppy science. Floyd US scientists have created a diamond space device that drill a score and made it spin backwards reversing the Earth's orbit and thereby going back in time. Oh Yeah you're right then ideas much better than mine. That's drill into the center of the Earth. Brilliant brilliant idea better than any of yours. I'll tell you one thing when my team is drilling to the center of the Earth They Will Sidley not be wearing your cockamamie solar-powered mining helmets. They find that poor guy. You sent a little my inventions Dr Steve. Hey doctors please. This fighting is getting US nowhere. Why can't you guys just get along chips and figure over on the far corner of the Cell Gypsum fidget are sitting huddled together telling each other Joe Reba look? They're they're stuck together like a peanut butter and Jelly Sandwich. I guess you're right Dr Grant. I'm sorry I snapped at you and I'm sorry that I belittled your inventions floyd. We're going to need to work together to get out of this mess. You're right. We need to think of a way to escape these worms with. I have an idea. We can drill into the floor here and create a tunnel do escaping right drill out of here in straight into the space stream. Why do all of your ideas have to do with drilling this? Arguing isn't getting US anywhere. Dr Floyd user ridiculous Doctor Grant Grant are floyd not your grand talk to Steve. I'm sorry I just wanted to hear bio name. Continue with your argument. You can just be quite the king. We'll see you now. I hear villains are led down a long corridor that opens into a beautifully ornate throne room at the head of the room sits a giant time space worm with a large crowd. This is his Royal Majesty Schwartzchild King of the time and Space Work Rosen. I'm ready for the next case. Your Majesty I hereby call the case of the versus the crews of the duct floyd time and space ship at the doctor Steve Ship of evil. Very well What are the charges? Go Highness these five. Criminals have violated. How Union contract that states that the time and space worms are the only creatures who may make wormholes in the time and space. What is this true? Unfortunately yes you're I have Usually the right here and he can testify to that fact. Just short human comes walking into the throne room. He is a great headman in a smart business. Suit that looks like it's from the nineteen seventies. He approaches the king bows and then starts talking to Him Majesty. These beings have definitely violated several union contracts. They've made numerous way malls throughout the time and space stream without permission or appointments and as a union leader reads off the list of charges. Dr Grant Leans over to talk to. Who is that guy? He looks familiar for some reason what I'd be. You know what that looks a little bit like Jack. Nicholson Dr Grant. Jimmy Hoffa Jimmy Hoffa. Yeah he was a famous union leader. Who became president of the teamsters in nineteen fifty? Seven later was convicted of trying to bribe. A grand. Jury was sentenced to jail for ten years. You only served about four years and then President Nixon community sentence as long as you didn't participate in the Union for ten years Wacky Nixon. Oh wait I remember now. Isn't he the guy that disappeared in? Nineteen Seventy Five. Jimmy HOFFA DISAPPEARED. And no one knew. Where he wins. I guess we answered that question. The worms must have taken him into the time and space dream and made him their union leader. No wonder violence now. I am a fair king and even though the high chancellor has warned me not to do so I will allow you criminals to speak which one of you is responsible for your transgressions. Oh he is. He's the one who invented the time and space travel device. No this isn't my

You use the scanner to scan for any suspicious scanners scanning and the time and space stream. We'll do what. Are you going to do Dr Flowing? That'd be attending to the most pressing. Let's say getting the taste of this grilled plan teen out of my mouth. I hear other tasks and soon programs are program. Scanners are scanned in. T- their toothbrush. And all are back on the bridge. Anything to report shifts couldn't find any program glitches in the program and I couldn't detect any suspicious. Scans on the scanner. They see well. How's my breath smell good? Is that a new toothpaste. Yeah Vanilla flavor like brushing with cake frosting shapes around wormholes. That's right we talked about those two episodes ago. Says that the shapes have grown and even larger numbers Dr Floyd except now they are moving away from the wormholes and towards that small Moon Edge. New Moon it time and space station. I've got a bad feeling about this. I think you're right jabs log. In the Hillary power log in the auxiliary power pulled that little liberty. Why are we still moving towards a tractor? Beam its? Shane has our heroes. He was this life threatening situation to act out scenes from their favorite movies. Let's turn our attention to the small group of slug like creatures aboard the Space Station waiting approach of our heroes shift two weeks of what these fools wreaking havoc in the time and space juryman sitting idly by. We finally have them. We will now put it into their blatant disregard for the time and space stream once and for all yes but chancellor remember these alien beings they have rights and we must make sure we allow for those right as lost any rights. The moment they interfered with our work dr their rights or lack thereof will be dictated to them by His Majesty. Yes of course but meeting. These beings will be a wonderful scientific opportunity. He's off criminals malicious uncaring criminals. I will see to it that the king does the right thing and has them thrown to the Dow Ski Monster. First thing tomorrow in the landing may have a time and space station and surrounded by fifty of these odd slug like creatures all armed with longstaff which are humming with energy beings aboard this vessel. This is high. Chancellor Rosen the vitamin space worms immediately. Power down exit your ship bring no weapons as you're surrounded and we'll be extended if any aggression show. What are we going to do? Dr Floyd who are these creatures not sure Dr Grant but what choice do we have chips? Power down the ship and let's go out and see what they want. Just remember to be careful with the orders given to them by these strange beings and soon find themselves at the bottom of their ships ramps surrounded by guards. Hello there everybody. My name is Dr Fluid most brilliant scientists. This is my protege. Dr Grant and our faithful robot companionship's we come in peace fees if you truly ventured into the time and space street piece. You wouldn't have caused so much trouble. God's buying them in electro shackles. Hey would you mind telling us why you've taken US prisoner? Go crimes will be read to you. In front of his Royal Majesty Schwartzchild he alone shall decide your fate. Gods take them to the prison block and get them out of my sight. I shall inform His Majesty of your rights slug like creatures lead heroes down a large court or of the time and space station. I must apologize for the behavior of the chancellor. Here's most upset about the current situation on your electric shackles to. Actually they take a little bit. Where are we your bowl at the time and Space Station Krasnenkov? Home to the time and space worms. That's us. We are overseers of all the goings on in time and space stream. And who are you? They call me doctor put morning. How are you? I'm doctor worm. Good morning anyway. Why have you captured us to have made a grave error? All of your time and space jobs created new wormholes in the time and space stream. That shouldn't harm. Anything just means more places to get across. The universe does a lot of home. See US worms have a union contract that clearly states that we are the only things that create wormholes? You have violated our contract which is an act carries the automatic punishment of death. No in the morning you will be taken for the king and we'll be judged for now. Enjoy your stay. I know our prison cells are not the most comfortable but it will have to do. The shackles will automatically released once. You've stepped inside. Are we going to be able to plead our case to the king of using listening mood? Yes more often than not though. He's been intolerant of time travellers to the chancellor having his ear. We'll find out tomorrow until then enjoy your time here. Get to know your fellow prisoners. Unfortunately you will most likely be thrown to the Hausky monster tomorrow morning doctor worm. Yeah thanks I guess. What do we do now? Doctor You said to get to know our fellow prisoners. What do you think he meant? I think-i meant us from out of the shadows of the jail cells that none other than evil mastermind Dr Steven sock shaped assistant Dr Steve. Hello Floyd Comfy. Little jail cell isn't on our it looks as if Dr Steven featuring our prisoners of time and space worms. Well when the morning comes will the heroes and villains. "Ask them so we're not here to Florida pushing for Grant Rebecca Chin Voids Mother's Pomeranian. Probably Mr Perry were stranded diamonds. Pastry midstream collision incapacitated that. They're Taivon spaceship. There sure is a lot more traffic in this section of the time and space during Dr Floyd. Yes which one of them would help us. Hold that cardboard windshield blazer higher chips one of these vehicles as start there goes another laureate. Yeah but that one has red rims on all those starship. Those guys are always running through here. I wonder how many times I've screwed up the fabric of time. Who knows Dr Floyd? How are we going to stop Dr Steve? He's probably already causing havoc in one thousand nine thirty that we can do until we get some help with this time and space you at that very moment of time and space vehicle pulls up alongside our heroes ship. The vehicle looks like a helicopter without blades. Piloting it is a stout old man. Seventy eight hours the ownership and steps off on Dr Floyd ship having a little trouble. Why yes we are say. Aren't you H. G. Wells the famous author? Yes I am. How did you know that Dr Grant Pictures Anyway Mr Wells? I didn't know you time travel. No of course I had to do some research my book and decided that I should just go ahead and build and test a real time machine lobby Horn. Schwebel eventually done quite a bit of time. Traveling I even stopped Jack. The ripper using this machine but no one believes me enough about me to you. Guys are stuck here. Yeah we left ourselves. But I don't don't explain it to them. Dr Grant. It gives me a brain cramp every time. You take a look and see what you've got most of all your little crystal key has fallen out just back into place secondly flux capacitor is dented. Duma here let me just as h g wells works on our heroes Thailand spaceship. Let's see what evil mastermind Dr Steven. It's actually this is up to the year. Nineteen thirty eight here. We are at the. New reviews contradict previous guidelines around red meat consumption

"So there is a. one page story New York Times is read mad meet bad for you new research says you can't prove it so four years were told to cut down on red meat cut down for your heart cut down for the chance of you contracting at cancer some kind you know the colon cancer colon rectal cancer thing is it's almost a direct line you know when you when you look at meat consumption and the rate of cancer cases so this new study though breaks big news and it's being on well advertised as you can imagine being crowed from everywhere so I thought I'd get a couple of at least a couple of opinions to balance this in th who's the estimate how about this study and Elizabeth all followed she joins us and you report a lot on the plant based world and the meat world so give us a of first what does this study say what is this study is it a study is a legit and give us a sense of balance on it please Elizabeth. hi there mark it's great to be with you first of all thanks for having me on hello my god what craziness has transpired. is not a study in and of itself it's a compilation of existing studies and it's got by Bradley Johnston and something called new teacher racks which is a private organization and they have put together their recommendation of a compilation of studies those recommendations to me annals of internal medicine which published it but what's bizarre here is that their recommendations really do you recollect this study their recommendations are almost in contrast to some of the statistics in the studies and what's even more bizarre than that the annals of internal medicine decided to publish it even though it's contrary to medical science so I can read you something like that you'd like us some of the studies that were actually part of this compilation we'll keep it easy keeper accessible because I'm not one of the slower kids in the class. we're going to give you some fun percentages so I went to the study said that thirteen percent lower risk of all cause mortality by reducing meat fourteen percent reduction in cardiovascular mortality sixty four percent of gall bladder cancer incidence fifty six reduction percent reduction in pancreatic cancer mortality. Sir numbers right are are the cancer numbers are overwhelming actually the the first numbers that Elizabeth mentioned are kind of in that I don't know fourteen percent okay but when you get over fifty percent reduction. twenty four percent reduction in type two diabetes so huge number. you know are these people to decide for the American public that they don't get to have this information for their own. people are out there spending huge amounts of money on pales living in pain I don't know twenty four percent is significant to me I'd like to know that. but you're saying that this evaluation of those tests. is flawed because of it was it a gender driven I know this neutral rex people you just mentioned it hurt there were behind the sugar you like **** telling you that sugar is good for you but that sugar was over. over talked about in a negative way and and out so I know that they've been behind a couple of things that sort of fall in this category of a Hey don't worry about it. yeah that is true and also annals of internal medicine they also came out with the Hey saturated fat than butter is good for you and interestingly enough they came out with that role. twenty fourteen which is when the advisory committee this site on the new Derek dietary guidelines by the USDA and lo and behold when those new dietary guidelines from twenty fifteen to twenty twenty or out it included dairy because there was that study that was published in the journal that said that after okay so here we are right before twenty twenty the new guidelines are about to come out for twenty twenty to twenty twenty five and here we have another study they actually call it a study a compilation of with the recommendations that don't align with study. you're saying this was this is not a coincidence that that that this information is coming out now Elizabeth I love that you are checked in with us I want to talk to a doctor so I'm going to. get a doctor on the line now and again I hope you'll check out along the way to kind of a keep us honest and keep these studies honest in the future. can I just add one point zero one third of one of the studies. note that the recommendation from his study was that you can keep beating me and that I completely oppose this recommendation and worry about the lasting damage to public and planetary health doctor doctor Steve see them paper and he is against the recommendations sort of distorting his own studies so. there's a lot of blow back yeah there's been a lot of blow back in the medical community and the American heart association and the cancer society they're all blowing back on it so I I think that's helping unfortunately maybe to give this study which is a study of the studies a little more oxygen than it deserves but having said that I mean it is a controversial conclusion self thanks Elizabeth off on

Illinois patient may be first vaping-related fatality in nation

"The state of Illinois has reported the death of a patient who developed a severe respiratory disease due to vaping this may be the first such death in the nation KCBS is Scott with Terry reports the death comes amid an epidemic of E. cigarette related illnesses inflammatory long diseases with the patient who Illinois health officials say was between seventeen and thirty eight died of we really need to understand why this person died what they were using but I think the message is vaping is not fully safe as UCSF professor of medicine doctor Steve Schroeder the centers for disease control or investigating the death amid an outbreak of illness across the U. S. that officials have linked to the use of E. cigarettes Cynthia Hallett is the president of Americans for non smokers rights a number of these eighteen associated pulmonary injuries I think that there's still a lot of research and that our colleagues at the centers for disease control and at the state health departments and at the FDA are doing a lot of research but until we know more I think individual users should really be where of the thing San Francisco's ban on the cigarettes will go into effect in January but marketing continues I have a great concern over E. cigarette companies and especially those large ones like jewels who continue to advertise to young people and those who aren't smokers put a call in the tool for comment we have yet to hear back solitary

"No matter what line of work, you're in something will get in your head sometime, and you can't get it out when they say like gov is ninety percent mental reference up there you hear about these professional golfers. Getting the case of the yips. They can't make two foot. Putt. Yeah. I remember you remember, Mike Vander, Jack, right? Cole got there. But do was money. I mean, he hit everything. And then I think he missed a field goal in the playoffs. And then went to Dallas and just crumbled. Absolutely. Just crumble me was hitting everything missed a big one. And then was never the same. So yes, stuff can obviously get your head and can ruin athletes, you can ruin teams careers, and we're talking about the Bengals v the Steelers as we mentioned before the news that barely there in there. I think so I think certainly, you know, you could maybe trace some of the you know, the late in the game. Maybe they'd need to waste some more time off the clock. Not give the ball back at Ben Rothlisberger today panic a little bit on my God. It's the Steelers. What should we do at? There's certainly a case to be made there. Let's talk to a guy who knows a little bit about it. Doctor Steve welcome to the program. Hey, what's up guys? Happy to be there today. Well, first off Steve explained, what mine Dorance is because that's what you're involved in. And you work out of Columbus. Yeah. Exactly. So mind during a private practice that I have where I worked with sports and other performers to leverage the mental aspect of performance. So increasing competent composure and concentration. So those are things that we can develop and game strategies to be able to further enhance those aspects perform at her best. So what are some of those techniques briefly because I mean, everyone says all you got to think more, positively what's that's very simple. It's obviously also very easier said than done, so what are some techniques team or is beaten a year after year or if you're a player that can never hit that five foot. Putt. Can you keep thinking about the one you miss five years ago? What are some techniques to overcome that? Yeah. Absolutely. You know, those days of the Stuart Smalley. I'm good enough. I'm smart enough. And doggone it people like me can only go so far. I like to help that out realize, you know, what we don't always have positive thoughts. And in fact, if every single thought that we had came true, we'd all be dead or in jail as far as I'm concerned. I like to break it down to the simple ABC's as stands for except acknowledge. And appreciate and essentially if things come up if we start to think, particularly producing dodger we start to feel an an anxious way. Typically, we try to get rid of those as fast as possible. And instead what happens is they grow stronger. Yes. Debilitating. So instead just kind of riding the rapid whitewater rafting. So when that flurry of thoughts come up one that flurry of feelings come up it his whitewater, rafting acknowledge knowledge. Hey, this is my this is my critic voice popping up Brahmana roll with it. Because eventually it'll subside and die down. And what helps it to subside and died down is be by taking some deep graphs. Pausing slowing down the rapid. We can just turn into a tornado of dot. And worry and by slowing are breathing. It allows us to focus on one thing our breath and allows us to sued the intensity. So it actually tells me signals our brain everything's calm. We don't have anything to worry about. But then finally we can see deliberately choose what we wanna think feel or do or instead. And that might be continuing to remind ourselves of all the successful field goals that we have before. Maybe it's reminding ourselves with it's okay to feel a little bit anxious from time to time. Once again, we're human even if we do have helmets on our heads. We're still human, and that's really how I try to simplify a accepted knowledge. And appreciate be take some deep breaths and see choose what to do next. Now. It's interesting what you said essentially to give an example of what you just described is. Instead of let's say the golf example say you're with your buddies you missed that two foot putt two years ago. And now every time you go out with them. You miss it and dog. So instead of the natural instinct, or what we've been told to believe is. Hey, you just totally forget, it totally wipe it out of your mind. Don't think about you say, you know, what? No disobey. Hey, when you when you say when you're getting up in the morning. Hey when I'm on that fifth green today. I am going to be facing a short putt. I am acknowledging I'm going to face as you try to put yourself in that scenario and acknowledged that you've had trouble with that not trying to just dismiss it. Correct. Absolutely. Right. And to know that even if I'm nervous I can still make a putt, even if I'm nervous. So rather than trying to fight away. Oh, here we go again. It's that putt. Instead, we just remind ourselves. All right. Hey, I've had some trouble with this in the past. Just because I'm nervous doesn't mean that I can't make it this time round. So you're totally right. Just kind of rolling with it. Instead of trying to beat the crap out of it psychologists, Dr Steve grape is with us. And you know, we've had this discussion before on this program. Steve in that. We're always looking for something to worry about as human beings. It's it's weird. But it seems to me that's only natural. And you're telling us don't do that. But again, you're to me your your combating Basic Instinct to gently correct yet. Actually, I'm not telling you don't do that. I'm actually just telling us to acknowledge that we deal with it. Well, we have the tendency to do that. Absolutely. We're gonna worry, right? I don't care how how much psychotherapy have there's still going to be bouts of worry. And what that actually does is. You're right. It keeps us safe because we have two major fears to fear of death and the rejection or being alone. So those are very powerful kind of things that keep us on the lane of life to form social connections and to keep ourselves safe and healthy. So to take that diety away we want want to do that. We just want to knowledge it and manage it in a more appropriate way. Dr Steve grave, join us. He's a sports psychologist. Steve what what is you ain't talk about? Clutch play right? Michael Jordan was always clutch. You know, some of those, you know, Derek Jeter has guys when the moment counter they were able to rise to it. I'm sure there's a lot of parents driving around. Listen this show, and they wish for their kid to be clutch in those big moments in sports. So what advice you have for a young man or young woman one of those big moments? Come how do you become clutch? How'd you be the person that is able to rise their game up at that important time? Sure. So I think a lot of it is experience. So people don't necessarily become clutch overnight. I think they have a lot of a background of successful situations in which they went for the final shot and hit it. And so through that process. They're able to develop more competent in taking that final shot or hitting that approach shot when the masters is on the line. So there's that history and experience behind them. But if they're struggling and they haven't had that experience through visualization. So seeing ourselves accomplished that clutch looking internally. And cultivating and connecting with our inner kind of swagger. It's in there, every athlete every competitive person has it. But sometimes we get that dormant, and we need to wake that up and allow that to show itself and so through visualization through talking it out, and creating the type of superhero athlete that you wanna create and then embodying that when you have an opportunity to get out. There is a process that I encourage folks to go through what about people that are always negative. You know, there's people that always kind of -ticipant the worst. Is there anything, you know, for for that person to pull themselves out of that cycle? Instead of you, look at the positive things, not, you know, kind of getting a noise out of their head and all the people that are saying you saw can you do this? And just kind of instead thinking, positively what are some exercises that same sort of thing? Yeah. Absolutely. So historically psychologists have been called shrinks. But actually I like to our selves as people that tried to expand. So negative self talk is something that might be their native tongue much like. English is our language so to get positive language going through there. That's gonna take a while that's gonna take vocabulary to eventually become fluent in that. So it's a process of maybe we might say something negative, and we want to instead work on the placing that was something more positive or realistic. But that doesn't happen overnight. Just like learning Spanish doesn't happen overnight. But eventually that starts to become a bit more second nature, by focusing on the positives as well. As those things that we have to work on as well. Dr Steve grapes, our guest in doc. I'm sitting here thinking about what you're saying. And I know for a fact that I get in a situation like that. I get mad at myself. And I hear you saying the be positive thing. I have a hard time with that. I'm an angry little, man. Steve. I mean, I get on that golf course. And I, you know, I'm on the first t and I know, and I'm sitting there telling myself you're gonna you're gonna hit that tree like ten feet away. And what happened, you know? You've already predetermined that you're gonna hit that you do it. Right. Exactly. So that's why I'm I'm learning something as we're sitting here. Exactly, it's don't think of the purple elephant. And what comes into your awareness? Exactly. So our brain kinda knows that what I always say. And I see that through relationships. You know, you should never be punished by your partner for something more than once. Right. You get yelled at once. And that's it. And I think I apply the same reasoning to when we beat ourselves up about being anxious. We're already anxious. Yeah. We've already feeling a little bit some type of way, let's not beat ourselves up four feelings. Being anxious. It'd be done with it and just know that's part of the human condition when we put ourselves and unique challenging situation. Now, Steve I know you played football for the Ohio State University to make sure your sharing your techniques with Michigan's I think you guys have one like what twelve hundred lasts thirteen or something is that correct? Yeah. We're doing pretty good against the team. They had their chance in the nineties. I remember a lot of rose bowls. I was just Aw, man. Not again. But yeah, we've been fortunate here the past number of years in the decade. So it's always fun. Come November to get those two on the grid iron, man. We'd love to have you back. Sometimes doc, if you wouldn't mind anytime, guys, it's pleasure. And it is mined Dorrance dot ORG. Is that correct? You got thanks, buddy. Thank you have a good one guys letter later. Interesting guy. Yeah. He's like is is energy. Yeah. Yeah. He played for Ohio State on the championship national championship. And he was like a taxi squad guy. Right. Did he say, I think he played two games or something? I don't know. But but he got a ring. He's on our team you team big part of that deal. So that's very cool, and he was a walk on. So, you know, you got something going for you got mad respect for those guys. These guys are going to every class and doing all that sort of stuff, and they're not getting their college paid for. Come out and doing the same amount of practice and getting hit the same amount and lifting the same amount of weight says you are so mad props those guys. You're mad props to this fellow with the traffic. That's going on their home dog home, bro. From the UCS idiots. Right..
