"Told the truth. They followed the call of Saint John the Baptist and reminded people to repent. Follow our Lord. Believe in his resurrection. It's pretty disappointing. Although on the other end, we shouldn't be surprised like I say the the idea, the notion that we have those within the church. who have made compromises with the devil? Didn't our lady tell us that at Akita? There will be those in church. You make compromises. With. Whom would they compromise? You can't compromise with our lowered you can. But not with things that you? You can't compromise away that which the father expects that which the father says is true. There's only one that does that. That was the serpent in the garden. So the church, there's those in the church who make compromises. Our Lady told us you know the devils. People have gotten into the church. And then she backs it up with what it means. Cardinal Cardinal Bishop against Bishop. Looks Familiar. Doesn't we shouldn't be surprised? We shouldn't be surprised in these things. If you think about the tragedy to our Lord in the response. And you compare it. To the crowd during the passion of our Lord. You Begin to see the difference. Of how the Holy Spirit inspires the church. And that of the devil. How he inspires. The world we could even call it the spirit of the World Spiritus Mundi. Think, Barabbas and stirring up the crowds it wasn't it the stirred up crowds in the protesters that demanded justice and give us Barabbas in wind pilot asked. What would I do of? Jesus? What do they cry out? Crucify him. Now this holy Dr The church Saint John Chrysanthemum. He got it. He understood it. That when the Spiritus Mundi had stirred up the residents of Antioch into riots and protests. He brought God into it. He see. We do want Utopia. We just don't want the counterfeit one for the devil. and Jesus brought US Utopia. He said. Kingdom of Heaven Begin Your heart here..

Buses true role in the rebellion has been debated by historians. Barbados was first occupied by the British in sixteen twenty seven. They established large sugar plantations on the island in the seventeenth century and enslaved. West Africans to work the land society was split into white people. Black people colored people and among those groups. There were free. People indentured people and enslaved people throughout the seventeenth century and into the early nineteenth century. The population of white people shrank while the number of black people grew due to the increase in enslaved people brought to the island. The planter elite held a lot of power controlling the economy and government institutions. Though there was some resistance among enslaved people slave owning planters in Barbados did not face the magnitude of resistance. That was happening on other Caribbean islands. There are instances of aborted plots and conspiracies among enslaved people Barbados but not many records of uprisings that came to fruition though. There was some fear of black rebellion among white people over the years. They remained complacent due to the absence of any. Large scale revolts on the island. Meanwhile the abolitionist movement was active in Britain in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries the British transatlantic slave trade was abolished in eighteen. O Seven. But this didn't immediately in the British slave trade and enslaved people could still be transported between British colonies to prevent the illicit trading of enslaved people in Anti Slavery Society in Britain called the African institution proposed a slave registry in eighteen fifteen. The House of Commons in England passed a bill requiring the registration of enslaved people. It became effective when colonial legislatures adopted several islands in the British West. Indies adopted the bill but the Barbados House of Assembly rejected the registry bill. Planters feared that enslaved people view the bill as a ticket to emancipation and predicted uprisings. But a number of factors likely influenced outbreak the eighteen sixteen uprising including the outcome of the Haitian revolution and the actions of the planters themselves on April fourteenth eighteen sixteen the evening of Easter Sunday. Enslaved people from the eastern periods of Saint. Philip began setting fires on their plantations. There were billion spread from Saint Philip to neighboring parishes such as Christ church Saint John and Saint Thomas. We're more estates were set on fire. A man named Bosa was likely a leader of the rebellion. Joseph Pitt Washington Franklin also likely had an important leadership role in the rebellion. But very little is known about either of them or anyone else who participated in the uprising. Martial Law was declared on April fifth team three days after the uprising began local militia and imperial troops. Shut it down. Hundreds of rebels were tortured and executed during and in the aftermath of the uprising. Others were deported. And there was one person who said we were simply at one point praying again in the mosque, we are we were praying that the gunman would just run out of bullets that that is how it would end that he would just run out of ammo and thus the tragedy in the massacre the and the terrorist attack. All right Had a dream I want to open up the phone lines right, now if we could. Six one I want to open up the phone. Lines right now six five one six four one. One zero seven one nothing major here but if you have had a recurring, dream maybe you currently have one maybe you had one, in the past as a child growing up give. Us a call we're not going to interpret it should talk about I, just, find, them, to, be. Kind of fascinating I've listened to a. Book on tape called the. Twelve rules rules for life and it's interesting book written by the. Senate electoral guy and a lot. Of people were talking about. It so I'm going through and he's talking about the makeup of human beings blah blah blah blah blah but at one point he mentioned dreams so it was. Nothing major. It wasn't a major standout point to me as I was listening I just thought dreams in these, he mentioned recurring jus thought I used to have a recurring dream and he said there's always, some, element, of. Chaos. And order in all of life in all of. Us in. Our, dreams got me thinking about a recurring dream I had as a child in one of the open up the topic the one. That I Had opened up open. Does sound. Good when I say that they're open I wanted to open up the topic the one is a, child that I had Happen upstairs in the Sunday, school area of the church Saint Thomas. Pistol church in Oakmont Pennsylvania what what and Everything was going well each. Time in the stream it would be fun we would just be. Playing there there are a lot of. Toys it was all great and fun and then invariably helpers would leave and then animals would come in specifically I remember being sort of stocked by a tiger and this would happen over and. Over and over the stream playing in the Sunday school room, and a tiger is there and this safe place so the order was there and then, chaos would come in, which was the, tiger so jive with me with the guy was. Talking. About the book? All these recurring dreams all of life all of us made up. Of chaos and order yeah how about. You? Very? Similar I have a few actually there I have like two or three but the one that stands out to me is a mountain lion stalking me, or stalking my dog or I'm trying. To, get. From the house to my car which is parked across the street but there's a mountain lion in. A tree looking down. At me so I'm trying. To beat the mountain. Lion to get out of there. So there's a lot of that. Type of scenario where I am trying to get away from it. Before it gets to me again we're. Not going to interpret any dreams today but it's interesting what people say about them and what there's are like they say psychologists say that recurring dreams usually mean there's something in your life that. You have not acknowledged and it's causing stress of some sort, and the the cessation of these dreams when they go away it generally means that you, have acknowledged oh interesting, because another one, I have is I'm going to college or I'm. Supposed. To be going? To college I forget my. Schedule and I'm at college but I don't have my schedule and I'm like I don't I don't remember I haven't been hearing like eight weeks should I try to, sneak into this classroom as if I've. Always, been. Here never had the naked in front of a crowd either all right let's go to the phones L. let's go to line one Hello you're on mytalk one zero seven one, we just want to know what was your what is. Your recurring. Dream that you've dealt with Hi my aunt Hello hi I had. A, nightmare oh. Well, nightmare yeah kinda retiring during that I make it. In? Public All the time now is this Katie yes Well Katie you're also a performer I wonder. If, that means anything, to do with that yeah I don't know but, it's so weird because like no one else you know naked and no one. Is really making a big deal of it how do you, feel when you're? Naked I'm trying to cover up but not like, you know it's not like oh my God I'm so like it's not devastating. But I'm thinking like what could right Why are you naked in the. Same places at a copy shop on stage. It's different it's different scenarios every time. It's like at what grocery, shopping it's just, like the, most normal mundane, choices you can. Thank calls and I'm completely.
