"The holidays times and Spending time with family and in whatever but just the sickness that comes along with winter. No thank you. I will pass on the sickness. We need to protect ourselves for sure And actually what might well seeing as how yours is health related. I'll talk about mine too And a lot of people use these oils by I am such CIA big believer in Oregano oil. And it's called. Cold storm stood at both in drop like oil dropper forms yet by the veggie edgy capsules. Because I just can't stomach stomach the the cold storm or the Oregano oil. There just the taste horrendous. They're just actually written a blog post on supplements. I take during cold and flu season. These supplements seemed to do wonders and they have so many health benefits. The cold storm is a really strong strong garlic extract though it tastes horrible But it's another good one so if you're struggling with sickness jazz jazz from numerous with Jazz G. suggested those supplements for me so okay. Yeah that's another one that people had mentioned to along with. elderberry was the oil oil of Oregano. That's the same thing that you're talking about. No elderberry is different so elder. No oil of Oregano. Is that what you were saying about. Yeah right recall. elderberry the same as Alan. No no thank you so we will link those in the show notes for you. We we certainly will so before we get into this episode. The last thing that we started doing actually just this past few weeks is macho. Monday's so we just kind of wanted to set it a positive intention for the week that ourselves off on the right path And we just thought we would let everyone know a mantra that we're loving. Yes okay so mine is in necessarily a mantra. It's just a quote Ben with me this week so it is today's choice to reject any story. You're running in your head damages your spirits. Yeah it just speaks to me because I think that we all have these stories in our minds about who we are a lot of them are just. It's like where. Where do they even stem from? They're not accurate there. Not a true representation of who we are like a soul level leaking about who you are and it it creates a lot of self limiting beliefs so it just it resonated with me. Oh that's beautiful. That's so impactful so simple like it's just the simplest little thing to remind yourself to love yourself right and to not believe everything that you're crazy bring comes up with sometimes. I know it's so true what's yours. I shared this on my stories. The other day but This one is from an instagram page. That I follow it's called her incredible mindset so this one I saved saved and it says daily affirmation I welcome financial emotional spiritual and physical stability in into my life I welcome love success. Excess happiness inner peace and clarity into my life so and it's just it kind of covers all various different angles of things coming at you at wants you need to happen emotional spiritual physical wellbeing. So it's really just like taking all of those areas and and putting positive label on it so I just but that one I love we will share that in her stories. Yeah let's share that after. I don't know I love doing this. I feel like I want some people to take us with their monstrous interest. Now we need to get more for sure for sure we should do that okay. So let's get into this episode. Did you want to let everyone know who almost thirty podcast cast. "My co Christa Williams is here. We are having conversations weekly twice weekly about anything in everything that, you know, could help you through any sort of transitioning your life. We have really funny honest thoughtful curious conversations about health, wellness and spirituality, entrepreneurship sexuality social issues. We cover it all so we're really happier here. Yeah. We don't we don't have the answers. But we try to bring on people that do. Yeah. We're learning right along with you. So here we are here. We are. What are you? Learn right now right now. How? I guess I'm in such a doing phase. But I'm just trying to talk to myself more into one thing that I've been actually really doing a lot is talking to my body and like telling my body, it's safe think we it's great. We maybe had a conversation with someone a while ago. And she mentioned something about that. And that really resonated with me, you know, if you're someone that has. Wonder period of over exercising too much stress maybe under eating over eating not eating nutritiously not sleeping drug benches. Drinking a lot, you know, there's a lot of periods in time in your life. When you probably disrespected your body. They're definitely had a of your body escaped your body abused. Your body not been kind to your body in in a way, I been thinking about how that potentially could disconnect me from my body, and my spirit, and I've been thinking so much lately about how much more, and I think a lot of people are this way, we use our brains than our body and our spirit. I definitely am that person, you know, my using my brain so much has helped me to become successful, you know, in certain areas of my life. You know, for at a point whatever not saying, but it's also just runs the show and a lot more. It should be more of our body in her spirit that is running the show. Yeah. So by. Myself. You know, my body that I am safe. It's like gone through. So many years of not being safe of being too stressed out of being worried that I'm going to push it too, far or worried that I'm going to hate it or talk poorly to it or say mean things or you know, whatever it is. And now just telling it like, okay, you're safe with me. Like, I respect to you. I love you. You're safe with me. Like, I respect you. I love you. You're safe with me has been really nice, and I'm just trying to continue to practice that you know, from a spiritual perspective. So that no matter what my body knows that you know, like got its back. Yeah. I think that's beautiful. And it's like with you always, you know, it's like that's the one thing, you know, we can like kind of seek a lot of things. But like your body has been with you, the whole time and to respect it as kind of the carrier of your soul, and your heart and like all of that. Yeah. I mean, it's weird to think about it's like if you think about your family, or, you know, a friend that you've had for a long time. It's like they've been there through it. All it's like, your body is been there through, you know, your body is listening to you and has been listening to you since you were very very little and has been working hard for you adjusting to everything that you've been doing. That's a huge thing too about the body is that we do all of these things, you know, with our lives in the stressors in the pollutants, and and our body just adjust it figures figures out a way to get better and to feel better and to work with the situation. That we put it in so much, and we never really give credit. The body knows how to heal. You know, the body is like confused when you're doing things to kill it unintentionally. Yeah. You know, like drinking like doing drugs like doing, you know, whatever it is like the bodies like hall. Yeah. Like it knows how to heal..

"Christa Williams here excited to do another solo episode with you this one for me is so near and dear to my heart. And it is something that I see consistently a conversation. That's being had in our Facebook group within my DM's within the dams of almost thirty podcasts at our events. So on tour I was blown away at how many women I had conversations with about hormones health about hormone health about their body about birth control about their periods about, you know, just feeling like there was something that was being information that was being held from them related to birth control related to how hormones affect their body and. Their emotions and their sex drive and their weight and how they show up in the world. And I am one of those women I felt like when I started to learn about hormones and hormone health and kind of really went through my hormone journey. Everything changed for me. It was the missing puzzle piece to understanding my body on a holistic level understanding, my weight understanding how my body's cycles work and everything like that. I mean, I just felt like, you know, where I grew up and the way that I was raised. It wasn't talk about or maybe it wasn't information that people knew about, but my relationship to my hormones, and to my body in that way has completely changed over the past couple years, you know, especially moving away and going through a journey of adrenal fatigue and having. Adrenal issues that ruined me and having hormone issues that made me feel like I didn't want to be in my body. And I didn't want to be outside my house, and I didn't feel comfortable in the skin. I was in and I didn't feel like, okay. Get out of bed, and I didn't feel like I wanted to have sex, and I didn't feel like I could button my pants 'cause I couldn't a lot of times. And I just didn't feel like myself, and I knew something was wrong. And I knew that my body was communicating to me and that I needed to listen and I needed to slow down. So this episode today of the almost thirty podcast with Christa Williams is going to be about how I healed my hormones and how a healed my adrenal fatigue naturally. Something I'm actually very proud of you know, to go through a low period in your life. And then feel like you don't know what to do and feel like there's no hope and then to listen to your body to actually slow down and listen to your body, and listen to expert advice of people that no a lot more than you. But are giving you prescriptions in quotes that are natural and holistic, and then you follow them in and be patient. You know, it didn't take long. I would say that for me. It took about seven to eight months, maybe even longer to get my body back after years of abuse. But I wanted to walk you guys through, you know, the journey from the beginning, and you guys pobably have a similar story, or, you know, I'm sure a lot of you guys can relate. So at fifteen years old, I was put on birth control. I have no idea what the brand was. I know that my mom. Bless her took me to a gynecologist that wasn't her gynecologist because she was so ashamed that I was so young, and I was sexually active. I was very young and Neo. No, no regrets in life. But I definitely don't feel like I was doing it for the right reasons, and you know, kind of breaks my little heart thought, I didn't really understand the ways in which I could give and receive affection with the opposite sex outside of that. So I got cut in the act when I was very young..

All the visibility like fine kind of, but there's like half the park was shut down, which is like, so sad. I know it's crazy. 'cause like you hear so much about it and then then media kind of moves on and you're like, I know happening and they are. Yeah. I landed in at a connection in Denver yesterday, and the visibility was insanely bad. I didn't know they had fires. So dry everywhere so dry. I feel bad for the little animals onto they do. We see. Animals are space was called the Coon hideout. Okay. On Airbnb covered in raccoon. 's was hilarious. There's probably like one hundred animals. There was like Koons everywhere. We didn't see any.
