"Now is painful. You know you're a F C east. Pick Jason. Listen. That was more fun than anything on optimism. But You know, Cam Newton and Patriots look good. I'm still not sold on the Buffalo Bills. I I'm not going to bet the Rams this weekend in the contest, but I will bet them personally because I think they'll win outright. I feel whoever wins that game will be kind of proven now like we go. Okay. The Rams Air Rams beat the Cowboys and then Carson wins. In the end. The Eagles are terrible. And then all that was latent terror. I thought the Rams game plan was incredible. I know they look terrific. And I saw the Jared Goff is there's no quarterback using more play action than Jared Go by far. It's like 25% or something. I mean, the Eagles just we're not ready for any of it was crazy. How wide open Robert Woods and Tyler Higbee. And all these guys, I mean, it was just like guys running around wide open all over the place now. Interesting It had been. I talked about this on straight fire this week with John Middlecoff. Like OK, The Eagles just got roasted by McVeigh. Now they face a McVeigh disciple and Zach Taylor. The Bengals coach. Is that an advantage for the Eagles having just seated or is an advantage for the Bengals? We know what to do. I don't know. I think the Bangles are believing in Joe Burrow right now, so they might have a better kind of mentality. Heading back in. The Eagles are like they're looking at. I'm going. What happened to us? Not done Now. Remember, though, that entire game against the Browns, the Bengals were playing catch up. They were down two scores most of the game. But Joe Burrow has been in every game and both of the games. It looks like a talent disparity, like if he had better talent around him, they'd be in those games. So that's a good point. I mean age agreed, by the way has looked so washed. Just can't get to any cat any balls. He told me he missed last season due to injury, but just looks old. Um Yeah, very strange Set up for the Bangles there. There are offensive lineman or two away now if the Bengals get like a top three pick They're sitting so pretty because they can just trade down. And somebody's going to jump up and want Justin Fields. I think Lawrence goes one that could Trey Lancer at North Dakota State is what I what I like to see was that Herbert and Burrow have looked fearless in their early action so far, they don't look scared. Like, well, I mean, we're waiting to see to a by the way. O ms This kid. Drummond, now two touchdown catches. Don Terrio Drummond, old Mrs. Given Florida's and Fitz. Listen, Lane Kiffin. It's good to have him back. The guy knows offense. I mean, I just don't think he's like a leader of men. It's been proven in his multiple stops, but he knows offense. So ah, great show in the books. Thanks. Gavin, Iowa, Sam Chris Isaac, with the UPDATES, did that Syracuse game start by the way? Still don't know my gosh. Just a lot of that covert stuff. Um Thanks for the guests. Good stuff. If you guys missed the show, obviously download the podcast will be back next week. And don't forget.

"The Rams plus appoint a half over the Buffalo Bills. The Tennessee Titans minus three over the Vikings, the cardinal's minus 5.5. Over the Lions and the chief's getting points plus 3.5 over the Baltimore Ravens, and those are my NFL picks. For this week three. In the national Football. Leak 12 to me that the NFL is back in full swing. It's already been three weeks. I mean one because the season sort of snuck up on on us, too, because my myself in my family we moved this past week, which is just a whole Anybody's move knows that right like the whole ordeal, so you're sort of out of it for a second, then all sense like Watts, we were three weeks into the NFL.

"But look at what happened last year. What happened last. Year. The. The Buffalo Bills, which we'll talk more about later on this podcast, the buffalo bills if that was a boxing match, right that game. Between Buffalo and Houston Buffalo wins that that that game. As far as the final score. Only reason the only reason the Texas win that game was because of the euro ix of Jj Watt. And he ix. Texas still win a twenty four look lookout you're missing the whole point. Undesired overall because. Look. Look. Look look s far to trajectory of both those teams buffalo bills are moving up. Becker. Are moving down. What is this? You may know my point being this even though we look at Bill O'Brien as being. A terrible coach to shot Watson is such a good talent that they might continue to think. Okay. If they go to the playoffs again is Shawn Watson finds a way to get them out. Then Bill O'Brien deserves more. YOU'RE OUT ARGUE ORLANDO. This. You're saying that he shouldn't say anything even if they're three and thirteen I'm saying he's still if they go to the playoffs and losing the first round and we see that it's because of bill. Brian. He doesn't know how to run his offense he should still. Don't back him up because what is this isn't backing up saying, this is my coach. I used to miss my point I if they went through thirteen. Bill is going to be fired and that's what I've been saying the beginning of the year. With routine. Okay, six, ten, whatever it is there's. fired. If I'm saying if they don't make the playoffs, he's going to be five. Oh Okay. That's fine. I mean. That's really argued that that's fine. But my point is if he's not fired point, it's easy for him for for at that Point Watson can say whatever he wants because it's obvious was going out in Houston Shenanigans it should advocate that's.

"So I'm going to see her slanders name like you see me do on twitter and like you're GonNa hear me do on this podcast i. mean this guy is I don't know the best way to put it. It's like a waters it's like A. It's like when you wake up and you know in the morning and you drink a lot of beer the night before you have to go down to the bathroom, the P. that thing is going all like you're getting it all over the wall to cease four that is Josh Allens accuracy. That is literally Josh Oun when he has to throw the football. So we know they got Stefan, they're really got John Brown they have some. Towns wide receivers. But if you can stop the run which I mean we've yet to see the dolphins do and force Josh Allen to throw I mean I. think that's where the successes we know the dolphins got gas for five point two yards per carry six different players for New England actually at twenty yards rushing Josh Allen threw the ball against the jets brace yourself in this was something that you put down forty six times. Against the jetsons and finished with three hundred, six yards, dolphins, secondary's obviously much better than jet secondary. So again, if they can stop stop the ground game, enforce Josh down to make plays with his arm I. think that's when the successful com no Josh Allen has gashed the dolphins since joining Buffalo but but I think this could again if they can stop the run and force him to throw the football, this could have a different result and what we what we're used to. Yeah. Absolutely I mean, the dolphins secondary to no surprise is much better than the jets secondary and you don't you. Once you get those two or three drives where it's a third and seven, your defense will settle right in and then you'll give offense just a few opportunities that they need to really take advantage of that and hopefully score a couple points so it shouldn't be a surprise. Let's make the bill. So the ball cannot believe that. Josh. Allen threw the ball four times against the jets and only finished with the six yards. Something, I saw the dolphins do and I think it's going to be the same as they're just going to try to limit the big plays. Right? The Patriots really didn't have any huge gashing plays, but you know once you can kind of get Josh Allen to make play or look for one of those twenty yard plays. That's where I think the dolphins can really take advantage of and so that's something I'm really hoping for. But again, this is a tough challenge for the. Dolphins especially. F. You see what they did against the Patriots. These teams in terms of Buffalo and New England are very identical. The difference is kind of know we knew what to expect or we not expect against Buffalo where the Patriots you thought they'd run with Cam Newton, but you didn't exactly understand how they were going to do and that I hope I'm talking myself into it opens fan as that being the big issue. Finally, let's give her a little pre game predictions here. And you kind of mentioned it the dolphins are going to have a shot play football game. Keep it close I. Don't think the dolphins are really going to build a are gonNA. You know have no turnovers are going to have three flags and then still get blown out by thirty. It's just not going to tip that game if you limit your flags you turn. The ball over hopefully once or less this game's going to be winnable it's going to be absolutely winnable. It's when you look up and it's all other. You know twenty to nothing early in the second quarter when it's going to be a disaster that is what the situation the dolphins cannot get themselves into. especially that is something that fitzpatrick is kind of prone to doing. If that does happen. I. Wonder I wonder I wonder how soon we could possibly see too. I, mean especially I beat it. Do I just keep thinking of your video he's just always standing right there ready to go in. Like I just mentioned the dolphins have a very young team, but they had just four penalties for thirty five yards in week. One two of those by drone. Baker are Unavo- are excuse me avoidable They're Kinda. Just knuckleheads plays a happens. The dolphins had four penalties for seasonal three times in two thousand nineteen. If you limit those penalties, you limit the turnovers. This team has shot I'm confident that the offense will get more opportunities to try things and really get rolling and open spin. So I'm just going to say dolphins are going to take twenty thirteen. I love that prediction and I mean I too am a Dolphin Fan in everyone listening hopefully dolphins fan or else maybe we're doing wrong podcast but I, I love all your lawyer reasoning behind it and I I do think this game is very winnable. I know the dolphins have struggled against buffalo as of late We know buffalo went out there and look pretty well week one but again, it was against a a Trojan jets team. So I see this game I think the dolphins got. To come out the obviously I stopped around like we said, they got established a run Game Ryan. Fitzpatrick has play much better than what we saw I think devante Parker is going to bounce back like you said, if he's healthy and ready to go if not I mean that's going to I mean that that a whole a whole new depth of issues come into play. Then if Parker's out and we gotta rely on Press Williams, didn't really look like that wide receiver one like you said. Week you know as a afford juki grant and maybe a Lynn Bowden or Malcolm Perry mean that to me. Would I don't know that I would feel as confident going to this game if Devante Parker does sit out I don't think golf fan. What's so lots riding on his health and you know a lot of these players health as we head into the weekend but again, established Iran do not make. Mistakes, if you're fitzpatrick and force Josh Allen to throw the football I too am a dolphins fan. But just part I don't know I think to England you kind of expanded Cam Newton to run the football the way did you kinda hope the dolphins also kind of for saw that but they got absolutely gashed and I don't think they can do that again I think they're going to be able to. Do enough to stop the run or to slow down there but I don't think it's enough to stop him again on the dolphins fan loved the dolphins with all my heart but I'm going to go with Buffalo here twenty, seven twenty. Eight I'm sorry. I don't want I. Don't want it to happen I. Mean I'm angry if it does happen but. After the way they played the Patriots I mean I it's hard to foresee that big of a change because what they had two hundred seventy yards rushing. So what the bills are in have one, hundred, fifty. So we'll see what it is. Twenty seven twenty bills don't hate me. I hate, you. But that that wraps up our buffalo bills preview keep the conversation going on twitter I can be found at J..

"All designed to put a little bit more money in your pocket Monday rolls around, at least as a big maybe next to that, but it is what it is, and it's going to be what it's going to be. We got a choice. Five game docket for you, and it starts with brands at Bill's. Both of these teams of two. You know, the Rams looked impressed on the first two games. The Buffalo Bills. They have not been to know at this point at any time in a long, long time, but they have a lot of people believing they could be back in the playoff sooner than letter. Now. The offense corny is Brian Table, the Buffalo Bills. He was as an important question about facing the Ramseys got, you know pretty much the defensive player con air inbound. We know that you know what his game is one ofthe front so no What are your plans? You know up front this week. Maybe.

"You gotta wait to see how the season goes over the next three weeks. If these teams are one in three, oh and four something like that. I'd be looking at whatever I'd go up to them and say, Hey, we got two second round picks Houston and our own. How can we make it? So you get the one that's lowest and I think they'd take that because if let's say for the Houston Texans season becomes an absolute disaster, they have a very tough scheduled to begin the year I. Think they you know they started on Thursday night football gets cheese. Now they're playing the ravens. And the schedule is going to remain challenging for them in the AFC south. especially with the titans are doing I would honestly say to either one of these teams that I'd start the conversations of we're GonNa, make it where you guys get the lower of the two picks and you can candice there and say, well, obviously the higher. But let's say Houston if they're season is awful is absolutely possible. They figured out that they get the seventh pick I can't see the dolphins finishing with. A pick higher or lower than like seventeen at the absolute best case scenario, right? Like we want them to make the playoffs. Odds are I feel they're going to be in the hunt team when it's all said and done. So I mean if it's picked fifteen through eighteen, whatever it may be a suborned there I think that could be enough to really get the conversation going and whatever may be amid round pick something bad to you know make things a little more nice would be great. Another thing about Robinson, you mentioned the frame I think you could use him Parker Williams very interchangeable but the thing about dove echelman i. really just kind of thought about this is you kind of look at to in College He loves the slants. He loves the quick passes and you know then his wide receivers are in a situation could play Odell Beckham made that his his you know shining moment in New, York right it was the dump off passes. It was the slants from ally manning where he took it sixty five yards. To the House yes we know about the catch, but I mean, this guy is a really really quick twitch variable that the dolphins could most certainly us moving forward and know Beckham, who's a lot of drama I think I'd want Robinson more. But if we're talking about scheme I think we'd have to really hard and really closely about how Beckham could possibly be that type of guy that two of could have as a match made in heaven where they work. So well, together, they feed off each other's strengths and really put together an unstoppable force. Man I agree with you and I think what this all comes down to again is how you determine the dolphins to truly compete go up there and you know make try to try to win the division twenty twenty because again we keep saying how they're going to be good to twenty one we're talking to all these draft picks they have we we know how good the wide receiver classes next year we know these. Have a lot of Alabama receivers coming out you know you could get Devante Smith or you can get Jalen Waller Jomar chasers so many different wide receivers out there. You know rendell more the list goes on normal shot Bateman. There's so many good wide receivers next year. So we'll point the dolphins say, what may we don't do this and we go and get this younger player that's on a rookie contract that we. Can Mold that we know is this young determined player I. Mean Odell Beckham Jr as much as we love him here Miami, we know his issues. You know. We see. We see what he's doing right now there with his best friend Jarvis Landry and Baker Mayfield everyone thought he was going there in this team was gonNA turn into a super bowl contenders complete opposite we all the drops he had. So I don't know. The dolphins are gonNA. Go out there and make a move for either one of these guys. But if they do I, do think would be on Robinson I'd have no problem with that. But again, I think a lot of it is really comes down to how badly the dolphins field taking a beaten to twenty and I, think us as fans I mean, we think they're right there in this I mean obviously we might have. been stepped back a little bit. But I think I'm with you with the dolphins being in the hunt and a guy like Alan Rasi definitely pushed them over the edge. Let's take a moment to hear from our advertisements and then we'll get into question of the week I buffalo bills SP nation presents the SP nation..

"The New England Patriots, the Buffalo Bills. And also the Dallas Cowboys. Always great to catch up, chat, a little football and wine. Which your blood so drew. Thanks for the time how you and your family been Everybody's good man. Everybody's got. I'm actually believe it or not. I'm actually my daughter's. A senior in high school mentioned Salt Lake that you're going to watch your place in basketball this afternoon. So kind of exciting Tio high school sports being played. It's obviously club stuff, but Yes, but everybody's good man. What type of data you in the stands when it comes to sports. You know, I'm normally normally just pretty calm. You know, everyone's so I'll get a little fired up, but, um, but coach high school football for about six years. And part of the reason I went coached high school football by what my wife told me that she couldn't sit next to me in the stands was watching football. I think with the with the basketball is different with football, and I had to go help. For some reason, I have Ah, feeling there's going to be a video in a month of or two of your blood. So on T M Z go and not send an official right? That's a charge. That will be me. You know my dad used to do. He used to sit on the sidelines and he would put his earphones in and he would listen to probably Bruce Springsteen or something. And he would always get annoyed when they wouldn't call three of the keys and usually be on May And he would just count that loud 123 and then the 405 106 166. And then they would eventually tell him Sir, you gotta come down. This is just a youth basketball game. Seriously, and they're funny. Gotta love it Gotta gotta love those dads and I'm one of them for you. Did you ever pressure your kids to play sports? You just let them kind of find find their way naturally. Yeah, I know. They just they They kind of got to begin to do that all on their own, You know, I mean, it was. You know, we're always pretty active parents all that so I think it was sort of an obvious thing for for him to do, But no, they always got to make those decisions about what sports played on. Uh, You know, the only thing that we would require, like if they weren't playing a sport in particular season, they still had to be activity. You doing something? Um, but, you know, we never never put anything on him to do that. But they bail chose the place. Drew Bledsoe here with us on the Zach Gelb show Drew. I'm sure you're aware of this. Now. There's a new quarterback in New England. That's Cam Newton replaced in Tom Brady through two games scene can go up against the Dolphins and the Seahawks. And how do you watch the sea looks a lot. Being out there on the West Coast. What were your impressions of camp through two games? You know, he looked great. He looked great. He Ah, you know, healthy, obviously. Ah, you know, he's he's doing some of those things that was unique to him in terms of being a little run and physical But he's also sitting in there and throwing the ball accurately. Uh, you know the Patriots right now they've got think They've got their entire office supply of healthy. They're given good protection when he was good protection like that. He's sitting in there on DH operating as a pocket passer. Andi looks really, really good flushing to see and hear, you know, talkinto him. He's happy man. He knows he's been given a great opportunity and he's he's jumped into it, and they seems like he's taken a bullet for the end of it. Throughout the years. There's been some years. Tom's had a lot of talent around given some years where he just finds a way to get the most out of that football team. This is one of those years, though, when you look at the skill position players, though, drew there's not a lot of round Cam and like you were saying he's been dominant through the air, dominant on his feet. You think because of the dual threat type of quarterback that Cam is that he gets more out of this offense this year than Tom would have just because of the fact that Cam is a mobile quarterback. Yeah, I think that that's that's certainly helpful. That puts a different kind of stress on the defense. Ah, you know, limits what they could do something in some ways defensively. You know, for example, it's it's ah. A lot more dangerous for a defense to play man coverage. If you got a quarterback that can run because the defense has their back turned to the quarterback, Eso forces him into more zone coverage. But, you know, I mean, he's got he's got, you know, introduce you guys mean on in culinary. I thought he was gonna be a great player coming out of college took a little while ago last year. Uh, obviously sort of jewels there. But the big thing that's going to determine to me and this is the case throughout. You know all of football if they keep all of their line and healthy throughout throughout the entire season, you know that allows guys more time to work to get open and allows. You know the quarterback to be more accurate. Yeah, I agree. And I know I'm not devastated PhD in football to break that down. The offensive line I thought was the biggest reason why the Patriots didn't have a lot of success. Last year for Patriots standards, your blood so is here with us on the show. So you played for New England. You also played a few years in Buffalo. Who do you like an ape sees this year. Man, you know, I think for the first time in a long time Yeah, you might build a save The bills of the favorite In the end, he's Ah. You know, I still got to do it. And, you know, I'm never going to doubt the Patriots, but Ah, you know, I can't think it's probably been 20 some years before. You could even make that argument that there was another team. That was that was potentially the favorite day of cheese. But the bills were looking really good. Joshy Allen's playing the high level They've got weapons and obviously playing great defense. So There's gonna be some battles. I don't know what I don't know what week that first Patriot Hills matchup is, but that's going to be must watch TV coming up in November. That's going to be a fun one. And it's a big test for the bills this upcoming weekend, the Rams surprising people being to know that's gonna be a fun game on Sunday. Well, it really well Yeah, that's kind of strength on strength, right? You got two Rams offense That's just clicking on all levels against against a great defense of buffalo..
New York Jets defense bracing for some Buffalo Bills' trickery
"Looking at the Jets offense, Adam Gates was quoted as saying this week, Greg that he has a little bit of concern in terms of being properly prepared. For this bills defense he mentioned he mentioned quarter's coverage in particular because he said, We really don't see that kind of a look from the Gregg Williams defense in practice. No. What do you so what do you make of that? And how big an issue could that be knowing all of the time on the field that Every team in the NFL is missed through the course of the spring and summer. Well, it's funny. You say that I did last week. I did a deep dive on the bill defense. I was real curious, because you know you get a totally different feel when you watched 300 snaps in a row versus when I want your team with, you know each week, So you know, with this offseason, I was able to do that, and boy they Number one. They're very fundamentally discipline, but they're a little more multiple, and people might think when they blitz. They blitz a lot of different players from a lot of different spots, but they do play cover for quarters. It's a foundational coverage for Sean McDermott. He did that when he was in Carolina, and he's obviously brought it to Buffalo. And yeah, if you don't see it a lot. I mean, it's not a defense. We go. My God, What do we do? But you know there's certain concepts. That you want to run against quarters. Look, every zone has holes and every zone can't cover everything. Otherwise everybody would play the same zone. So you know there are certain route concepts where you wanted, basically flood zones. You want to attack the safety and the corner in quarters and Adam Gates knows how to do that. It's just they don't practice it a lot in their camp, but he knows how to do that. So we'll see. You know, it's obviously you need repetition against it, and I'm sure they're working on. They've worked on it this week. How much does it mean that the Jets defense who was pretty good at times last year particular with CJ Mosley Jamal Adams in the lineup, But you take those two guys out of it. And how many proven players do they have? And what are they going toe? How will that affect their defense? Greg Williams was one of the best in the league. He's been doing this a long time. You guys obviously know he was in Buffalo for Ah little bit, but it's a d coordinator. I think it's just 20 or 21st year doing this. Hey, knows an awful lot of things. He knows NFL offense. He's He's somewhat limited personnel, but he was a year ago is well and they actually played pretty well. If you want to sum up Greg Williams, you'd probably say that he's aggressive, but he also plays a ton of cover, too.

Buffalo Bills sign head coach Sean McDermott to a multiyear contract extension
"Joining us now, as promised is one Bill's head coach Sean McDermott, who Just put pen to paper on a six year contract extension yesterday, and, um I think a lot of signs of approval. From Bill's Mafia and the fan base at large after hearing the news about that, so that was great, and we do want to welcome coach in at this time and coach. Obviously we're not the first. But congratulations anyway on the contract extension and My first question to you coach is and the timing may not have lined up right where you were around your players. But was there an announcement made? Probably not by you. Somebody else probably had to do this. Knowing how humble you are. But Did somebody else make the announcement about your contract extension to the players. And if so, what was the reaction? I'm kind of predicting we're envisioning a jubilant locker room, people hopping up and down and going bananas. I know the way that you know, social media works and media over all these days, the players knew about it rather quickly. It's a little bit unique. Timing with, you know the players in the building, you know, usually These things happen sometimes in the off season, all season months when the players are away, and so it's a little bit unique from that standpoint, But, yeah, the players found out pretty quickly and And, Ah, you know, certainly appreciate their their thoughts and their well wishes and everything, and it's going to be great to be able to raise Our kids in western New York for the first year. Your future at least, Yeah, That's one of the things I thought about when it was announced yesterday. Your kid's going. They're going to Buffalo kids, You know that now and I know they weren't born here. But Their formative years. They're gonna be right here in western New York, and I know that you know for me. I was a dad too. And I'm all my kids are western New York. Er zzzz. Well, that's kind of got to give you a sense, particularly in the profession of coaching. Where You know, you pitch a tent here almost like nomads at certain points in your career. Now, have it right now. Have that stability You gotta feel really good about your family having a place where they can really sink some deep roots. Yeah, we've been, you know, very happy with the community. It just it fits us and hopefully we fit the community as well. And people in Buffalo around Buffalo in western New York. Couldn't be nicer. It's been a great experience for us and just becoming part of the community and a lot of ways. Hopefully, we're giving A cz much to the communities were getting from the community in terms of giving back, uh, you know, And so it's it is nice to see our kids to be ableto get their feet firmly planted in the ground and Make their friends that they've made and be ableto Hopefully continue building those friendships in the years to come.
Buffalo Bills’ Tre’Davious White not among 66 NFL opt outs
"Was D day. When it came to NFL players, opting out 66 players around the NFL decided to sit out the season. The deadline was four o'clock eastern time. That was part of a plan. At the NFL and the Players Association approved on July 24th the open training camp as schedule as well as canceling preseason games in Fitzsimmons. One guy decided to let people know exactly what he was thinking about doing. And boy he called Holy. You know what for, and his name, Mr Davis. Why did the Buffalo bills he decided to not opt out after putting on social media that he was considering it. You've known me more than a minute. I'm not in the habit of telling grown folks what to do but hatred, Davis If you're going to opt out, dude, don't put it on social media. If you're going to think about doing anything, just leave social media be. It is not worth it because he caught a bunch of holy. You know what from supposed fans out there? Trying to give him advice about what he should do. And that also leads me to another part of that story, Freddie because today V is white, even going back to his days at L s U. It has always been the ultimate team guy. And when, when bills fans were calling him selfish for opting out, That's one of the dumbest things as a fan of the team or a player that you could do now we all understand that, at least in my opinion. Hey, if not if he isn't the best player on the bills Freddie. He's one of the top two at worst three, but he's probably the best player on that team led the NFL and picks last year. A pro bowler. You know, he is just that you were in 27 buffalo is a is a lock down bad, eh? At corner.

The final decision by one for devious white as to whether or not he is opting in, or opting out for the 2020 season in a zoom call interview with the media yesterday, he said he was still undecided, said he was going to talk about it with his wife. Pray on it last night. So we hope to get word on that, knowing the four o'clock deadline is fast approaching for players to submit. Ah, whether they are opting out whether it's voluntarily or with a high risk medical condition.

Boston - Patriots’ Cam Newton Signing Made Official
"Dea think that Cam Newton on the New England patriots when everybody for the last few months or so have simultaneously thrown dirt on the Patriots and elevated the Buffalo Bills. Do you think the. You have to bet right now. Bad Online. We'll hear about them in just a second go on Ben Online. Who Are you picking in the AFC right now? Well. Let's really break down the Patriots you know we're talking about. What's going to happen now that Brady's gone? How many! Hall of Famer Potential Hall of Famer and Hall of famers and Pro Bowlers. Have left the Patriots in the last two decades. Many men meant. Yes, that's all they do. All they do is turn over personnel or for the Sidebar to that is guys. Get thrown money by other by the other thirty one teams. I'll go hill. Replicate what he did in new, England is like no, no, there's some weird Voodoo that goes on up in Foxborough. That does not translate down the Tennessee or Texas or wherever else you're talking about right, so we're not talk. You know we're not talking about. What are the dolphins going to do without Dan Marino. Because they've changed show so much personnel on the offensive and defensive side of the ball over the last twenty years that if there's any team that is poised to turn over one guy now, he's the quarterback. Obviously, that's a super important job, but if anyone has proven that, they can swap one guy out for another guy, it's the Patriots. Of Foreign. Any other organization. And proof of that for any of the cynics out there, they're ignoring I know. It was a limited sample size, but Jimmy G. One every game he ever played Jacoby perset was was good as well when he had the takeover for Brady. Yeah, it's a and you know for what it's worth. Three BLEDSOE came in way back when at the start of the Millennium and beat the steelers in in Heinz field when Brady got hurt, so there's plenty of track record that you're going to be able to plug qb in there and succeed. It is interesting though that given the way Brady plays versus the way that same position and everything else. Else but wildly different way, but people say well how how CAM GONNA fit into that New England system. Have you watched the Patriots play? They don't do the same thing weekend week out. They always change it. They're obviously GONNA change what they do to accommodate number one now.

Little Tangent, no, it's totally and you know what not for nothing I'm not somebody who watches sports on a regular basis, but I can appreciate it because you know what sports is just storytelling. It's another version of storytelling. It's a war. It's a battle. It's a battle of wits. It's a battle of strategies. It can be really engaging in. into thread to have in common with people to say like it's uniting about Buffalo. Bills Fan. You're all high liven rock down the street. Same thing like if I'm Pittsburgh and I. Somebody runs through a stop sign and I go to yell at them, but I see that they're stealing. I much less likely to flip out so. Wow, that's something I learned about you actually. Good I'll. Sure to keep that. It's something we all have in common common thread. ETC, so the thing is when you talk about. They come up a trivia. They are commonly referenced There are some of these things have had like big impacts on the sports, world and broadcasting, and that kind of thing, so oh, yeah. We're GONNA stay with the NFL. And I'M GONNA. Go in chronological order so the first one I'm talking about is called the Heidi game. This is November seventeenth, nineteen, sixty eight, and it was the New York jets versus the Oakland Raiders so. Kind of starts out your run of the mill Sunday. Football game between two rival teams, the jets and the raiders it ends up being notable because of its very exciting finish. Oakland ended up scoring two touchdowns in the final minute of the game to win the game, but the game got its name for a decision made by the Games television broadcaster NBC to break away from its coverage of the game, the East Coast to instead broadcast the television debut of the film Heidi causing many years to miss the raiders comeback

She dropped dime now Donnie, she drop quarter. Right right so anyway. He. Had written her in a tweet in twenty, nine thousand nine just a year ago, but no. This is a quote from him. They were talking about guns and all this, because obviously, that's been a big conversation in America. Control and so on and so forth. And he writes, but no guns are good. They need to let me get suppressors. Just make them very expensive, so only elite white people can get them Haha and then. I, guess later on in the text. He said you know. I'm not an elite white person. Well, he may not have been in two thousand nineteen, but he knew he was going to get drafted in the NFL which he just did, and he would soon be a quote, unquote elite, white person, and here's the Rub Rob. He released a statement today. Here's what he say. I'm just going to read the first part. I am extremely sorry that I chose to use the words elite white people in a text message conversation. Although I never meant to imply that. I am an elite white person as stated later in the conversation, there's no excuse for that word, choice and sentiment.

There's no security armed security around her. Every time she shows anywhere Come on right. She progressives don't trust us us with a weapon with self defense Blooberg even said that. That's what they you know. He believes that and so the rest of them law enforcement could carry right. But I don't trust just people like law enforcement are are what Superhuman and not all of them right so a lot of them. Act stupidly. Ed So we only care about the law enforcement to carry guns with suits our agenda exactly. Yeah all right triple relate nine hundred thirty three ninety three Also add pat unleashed on twitter. So this is going to be a fascinating year because It is now the we're actually in the election year. We are exactly one month away one month from the Iowa caucus up as a month month from today on February third. So should we go around the room and just make our predictions one month out as to who we think is going to win the caucus. Wow I have given no thought to this by the way I put myself on the spot as much as who do you think I don't know what do you think Jeffey Ugo I i. I mean seriously you could flip a coin because it'll change three times between wheelchair I mean it's It's going to be one of them. You can quote me on that. Wow that's I don't WANNA go OUGHTA lift too far but it's GonNa be okay so so so rob got his money on Hillary and candice says Michael Dukakis Down The hall Nice. That's who's going to win. I might as well go. Richard originally.

"Grizzlies are actually considerably worse at plus seventy five thousand thousand vodka then a team who is four games worse than them very crazy to me to be perfectly honest. I think I think Vegas is still trying trying to draw people in with the stuff but John Marantz but nothing but but entertaining and fun. I mean he's jamming on dudes he's averaging eighteen a game on what's nineteen. I mean he's been pretty much everything you could've wanted out of the guy who went number two overall. I mean chore. They're in a tough division. They haven't been and you know haven't been as successful but they have a young nice core down there and I think I think they can surprise people on any given night i. I don't see why if they got hot or made you know one or two moves why they couldn't sneak up towards that playoff picture. I don't think they will but I I think definitely a team that is on the rise over the next year or two. Oh I think mirant is is more than what we could have expected from eighteen. Eighteen point eight a game. Six point five assists one point three steals two point one rebounds but more importantly for a twenty year old six foot two. He's six foot three hundred and seventy pound guard. He shooting forty seven percent from the field and forty three percent from three on two attempts to game. That is way better than I would have. Expected inspected rookie unbelievable man. I mean I know I know. The biggest the biggest knock on him was the Murray State thing and competition. You're playing against but it doesn't not necessarily always matter when guys as talented as he is. And he's clearly proving it on a nightly basis in the best league in the world. It's it's tough to to knock him and I think think you know I don't know I don't know where we're sitting as rookie of the year honors and things like that but I think he's the clear front runner. Oh I agree completely. These clear front runner. You know there's something about these small school guards. The IT tends to work out. I I understand that the small smaller school big guys haven't been as successful but we're talking about if CJ coming out of Lehi and Dame Lillard coming out of weaver state and a a guy named steph curry coming out of Davidson. These are tiny little schools that are producing amongst the best guards in our game. I think we just need to get over it and I think if this guy is a guard he has the skills that we think are going to translate. Who Cares if he goes to Murray State or Kentucky Yeah? I think that it's when you talk about the difference between big guys and guards and the smaller states. I think you're smaller states smaller schools. I will not draft anyone from Virginia. Ginny Gregory I wouldn't either. I think it's I think the the key differences with the big guys. You're not always playing against the same caliber of big guy with guards you know. There's so many talented guards out there that you're seeing more and more guys is that are higher level talent that even though they may not make it to the NBA. You're still playing against them on a regular basis and I don't think that necessarily exists you know with the guys who were playing inside the paint When you go to some of these smaller schools so where you may dominate in those situations you know when you get to the top one percent of one percent in the NBA? It's a whole different ballgame. It's different from physicality standpoint. It's it's just everything everything so much different that it's it's it's a much harder transition whereas guards I mean it's pretty much the same all the way up and down agree completely all right. Let's take a break. We will be right back. Hello football fans now. Are you an Amazon prime member. Did you know.

"And welcome to this week's episode of you're wrong and here's why I'm Chris where we're joined by Greg. Crone Gregory Houria. Another beautiful weird snowy snowy night over here in beautiful Pennsylvania Chris Beautiful Pennsylvania. Yes so you guys get to now. All of a sudden as as I was driving home I noticed a small amount of flurries and then as the next hour to win along some winter squalls Chris and Snow Squalls Elsa coding my driveway currently. But I don't think it's supposed to do or last much longer. Driveway Lottie DA. I know right Mr Mr Rockefeller No let's that's exciting. I think you know I've said this innumerable times but I miss snow in theory in theory in theory. Keyword there all right well this week thought about why the Pelicans are GonNa Richard Zion Williamson the season while the bills are going to beat the Patriots this weekend and why Madison Bumgarner is the best value so far and free agency. Let's start off with the New Orleans Talibans and and one Zion Williamson Zion Williamson the number one selection in the nineteen NBA draft. And I I were. He gets hurt after a pretty impressive summer league I would say and all of a sudden. There's a six to eight weeks time line and at this time on just keeps getting pushed back and pushed back and pushed back and pushed back and we're now past eight weeks. Zaylon is still not cleared to actually take part in five one five staff or do any any significant court trills. Greg this is this is a story. I've seen play out before we've seen. Oh He's is going to be ready in a couple of weeks. Don't worry about it when our teams tanking and that just never comes. I will say I check this out and I was surprised to see over at Bethesda sportsbook. They're actually plus twenty five hundred not amongst the twenty five thousand skews me not even the worst teams is in the NBA but there is just not a chance in the world. The PELICANS are going to Risk Zion's long-term future or quite frankly their draft pick and twenty twenty by playing this guy this year. Well I mean the question. The PELICANS have to face. Is You know especially with the guys they got in that in that Lakers the deal that sent Anthony Davis over how Zion's going to Gel with some of these guys and and I think that you know obviously you don't WanNa push him back from an injury early but I could definitely Italy see a post all-star break bringing this guy back and just letting him get used to the game. We saw firsthand me and you a sixers fan saw this play Out Year after year after year and it took such a weird adjustment period for some of these guys that set out like Ben Simmons like Joel Embiid. I took a little bit longer for them to kind of get their feet under them at the NBA level now. Obviously Zion is an unbelievably athletic kid and a lot of explosiveness. This is part of his game and I think that that's something the pelicans definitely have to monitor coming back from something like this and you don't want to exacerbate exacerbate an injury and obviously their seasons essentially over I mean there what sixteen games under five hundred already to start the season. They've lost a ton of games in a row. I think it's double digits at this point. It's you know the the hunt for the playoffs is obviously over but with the way the NBA draft is waded. Now tanking doesn't work as much so getting this guy even a little bit of run not only for the team but also for the fan base. I mean this is a guy. This is the Mo what. Let's let's be honest. This is probably the most hyped number one overall pick since Lebron. If we're going to be we're going to be perfectly honest here Just from the amount of media coverage the amount of focus he went to Duke. There's just so much focus on this guy to to not to not put him out there for a couple of games just to get his feet wet at the NBA level. I think is unfair. I don't think the Pelicans give a damn about getting him. acclimated playing with Josh Heart and Lonzo Ball and Brandon Ingram and Jackson Hayes and derrick favors. Whoever it is they want to put out there? You'll notice that I didn't mention drew holiday or JJ rennick because if you're if you're listening to the scuttle bought of late it seems like both of them could potentially be on the block. Why did you leave us? Jj why did you do it only to get traded and take your power out of your own hands. They're concerned about Zion long-term and you talk about the weighted it'd lottery system There's just -cation to that I get where you're coming from but the point is it's still better to have a better chance. You know if I I understand. It's not as drastic a difference. It has been in the past with more flat and lottery odds but worse team still have a better chance. And that's all you can really ask for. You know. There was never a scenario where that number one team was. Actually even the favorite to get the number one pick. The field was always the favourite because that that odds were what twenty five percent twenty six percent back in a pre weighted lottery. You know there. There was never any guarantees. And we've seen plenty of teams tank only to get the second pick in the draft third. Pick in the draft now God could be fifth. Pick in the draft if you're if you're New York Knicks Fan with RJ Barrett. Going four last year that he was hardcore. Tanking this is I on. This is all about Zion. This is about his future and who you're going to pair them with if you can add the James Wise Men are and Anthony Edwards or something along those lines. I I don't know how much percents Lamelo ball would make as he would potentially be taking a spot from his older brother but added Edwards or a Weisman. Come back next year and see what you got. But you're not risk nothing. I mean the problem is we've gone back and forth about market size and things like that with the Pelicans specifically is you. You're the risk of losing fan interest because of something like this though. It's not like the city of Philadelphia where you have you know a much. Larger pool pulled draw from a long rich tradition of basketball. You know going way back to the early fifties you're talking about you're talking about a Pelicans franchise that is relatively brand new in the in the you know the grand scheme of the NBA and to not have a guy like this out there to not not give him to not give the fans at least an opportunity to see him is is a really really difficult decision for me to watch them make. I mean it's not like like they're dropping ticket prices because he's not out there. You know what I mean. Those season tickets that skyrocketed remember all the stories in the videos of the ticket. Team going crazy when when they landed the number one pick those ticket. Prices are staying the same in you risk a lot when it comes to renewals and things like that from from a business standpoint by not having the sky play. I understand that the season's essentially over but how many games his rookie Zion Williamson really going to win this team. This team has contracts as constructed. It is not very good. They have pieces they definitely do. I mean drew's obviously a perennial. All Star at this. Point is one of the best young point guard gets. He's not young anymore. It's twenty nine. But he still a very very very good player in this league. And you outside of that I mean you do like you said you you have. Jj whatever derrick favors again. Nothing Great Brandon. Ingram is easily the best player on the team currently I mean the questions going to become as what do fans have to watch. What this team? If it's not Si- On pill you get Zion over the next. At least four. Three seasons you get a healthy sign you talk about fan interest waning and you know temporarily that may be the case but who cares hairs because the very second that guy steps onto the court it all goes away and that's all anybody who's GonNa WanNa talk about again and this team is going to be a lot more interesting thing if Anthony Edwards playing playing shooting guard instead of Josh Heart or JJ radic or somebody like that and then you genuinely have that young core for you know. A wise men might be weird fit just because they draft Jackson. Hey so high last year but a guy like Edwards gives you a potentially you. It's really interesting. Young trio of of Edwards Zaylon and Brandon Ingram. And then. Then you're onto something then you're not just a team that's interesting to watch because it was I on your team that potentially if everyone matures correctly becomes the team to reckon within the NBA. And what why would you risk you. We I think the only way the fan interest goes away is if you put this guy back on the court. He's exciting for game and a half then he lands wrong. Re Fractures chooses foot. And we're back to square one. That's how you lose fan excitement. Sure but what are the question becomes as he's two hundred eighty five pounds. I think the odds yet. But it's not GonNa Change. It's GonNa Change from this year to next year. It's not like all of a sudden ions going to become a felt to forty like if anything he's GonNa continue to grow into his body and potentially get bigger. I mean we're talking about a twenty year old kid right here. I mean you watch guys transform as they enter into the NBA. A and what their bodies become. Let's talk about a guy like Joel embiid. For example you know they come into the league. They add that wait they get bigger. I don't see Zion on shrinking anytime soon. So you're talking about worrying about something that can happen at any point. It's this is the same reason why I disagreed. Continuously with the sixers and what they did did with managing the injuries of Ben Simmons and managing the injuries of Jalil Okeafor nerlens. Noel and I guess Jalil wasn't injured but nerlens was an and even Joel embiid like we did this thing where we baby them and did for what exactly. Well I would argue. NCUA the Ben Simmons thing and I will believe this to my. My last breath was not the Philadelphia. Seventy sixers decision but rather the decision of his management management and Ben Simmons because I think they care about marketing and they wanted him to be able to be rookie of the year out. It's also because he didn't shoot three pointers and he doesn't shoot and he's not a shooter in what are you talking. What are you talking about? He's I think he's too for three but either way. Well he's I think he's actually two for five on real threes real threes real threes. I just wish he's the best shooter. Benson's will not have perfectly fine. You're incorrect but I mean let's think about the teams in New Orleans around. I mean they're in the much tougher western conference. I don't think Zion brings them anywhere near getting outside of that bottom autumn five or bottom six you know world in when it comes to the draft lottery. I just don't the team's not good enough to go in night in night out and beat teams. They're not going to be better. They're just they're just not. It's just it's not going to hurt their draft stock as much and getting this guy out there and letting their fans and see what the future holds. I think carries more weight I don't agree with that. I think this is you tank and you worry about it next this year. Are you at all surprised you. I mentioned the the Plus Twenty five thousand Pravada but are you at all surprised to learn that to win the championship. That plus plus twenty five thousand goes for both the PELICANS and the Memphis. Oh sorry the Memphis..

There's not in first replace the division also know what the Patriots their imagine. You have a successful year in the last twenty years in your in the AFC east. Yeah well enjoy your wildcard spot of you can get that immediately change. I know based on how Brady's plan this year I don't know maybe got adoptable you when you look at our picks figured no way. They're going to win more than eleven and a half games last last year. I said they would. They didn't they would eleven. It's just ridiculous. Took me off. Yeah but how many times is Brady been counted out in the last five. Every single year ear pours it on turns out to be just as good as he's ever been so I fully expect that to happen again. You just made reference Chevy Duar. NFL picks the beginning of the year. We pick the win loss over unders we will get that Re tweeted out at PAT unleashed. That is really nice. It's a massive massive areas blade nine hundred thirty three ninety-three also pat unleashed on twitter. We tell you about this Democrat representative presentative who I think it was over the weekend. She tweeted out. You know what of course of course.
"buffalo bills" Discussed on You're Wrong... And Here's Why
"They're getting up front because anytime a team named trades a player all the guaranteed money left on his contract get pushed onto their salary cap for that year and that is just not something that a lot of teams can handle. Oh nor should they have to because you know a twenty three year. Old Safety is impatient with the progression of the team. We've never seen guys you know and I know make Patrick didn't come out and demand a trade. He was sort of the a byproduct of tanking dolphins team but we've never seen guys like fitzpatrick or Jomo Adams asking for trades before Sh- MOLYNEUX's twenty three. It's the second year in the NFL. He's probably the second best a strong safety and football how about being part of turning an organization around rather than being impatient and just demanding a move right now well well. I think the biggest issue there is guys go to these franchises that are perennial losers and but it never happened before yeah yeah no. I I agree and I think that's just the age of society in general and and the way everything sort of instant gratification if that makes sense it's a weird larger level when it comes to being an NFL team and trying to win and be successful. It's weird weird to say instant gratification during during a sporting thing but that that is that is certainly sort of what it feels like these guys don't WanNa waste their time playing on a team that might struggle for two years for the next four years of success as long as the Front Office does everything somewhat correctly and they have a competent head coach. It's it's an interesting. It's an interesting new wrinkle sort of in the NFL. I mean you know in the case of Jalen Ramsey. I mean he's not not necessarily a young guys been a league for several several years now but the conflict with the coach and it's a kick me out of here like immediately immediately and in Jamal Adams case. I don't know how real those rumors are. I've read other things where he tweeted out that he never followed the jets. that's not a story. Yada Yada Yada who knows what's true and who knows what isn't I wasn't checking his you know who he was following five days ago before well. That's a new right obviously when it comes to the dolphins I mean the dolphins aren't embarrassment you. WanNa talk about the NBA taking the the sixers over essentially using the Colangelo as their pawns. I mean I would I could see goodell. Having somebody take this dolphins franchise over almost immediately really I mean to lose to lose his prolifically as they have been losing in the first two weeks of the season I it. It's almost unsafe unsafe. You feel bad for these guys that are out there putting their health on the line and putting their bodies on the line to just get absolutely pummeled now granted the Patriots are the best team in the League or at least if they're not number one there one B yeah it's so there's a little little bit the temporary it a little bit but if they come out this week and they get wacked again at by the cowboys I mean how could you even consider Peter. You know wanting to go out there and play for the dolphins. Okay two things one. Did you see the incredible tweet Buys Avian Howard of the dolphins who tweeted out a Gif of one of the final scenes from the fresh prince of bel-air where will is walking around the house an empty house by himself just perfectly used by Howard and two you mentioned the Patriots and the and the cowboys and I mean this is sort of not a relevant to this conversation but interesting nonetheless. We talked about these lines last week. Both the Patriots and the cowboys are twenty one and a half plus US point favorites in their games. We Prada I mean I've watched so much. NFL In my life and in the last ten years from from different things watching lines and looking at them and listening to people talk about lines. I can't remember a time where there was one twenty point favorite favorite in the NFL. Let alone two in the same week. It's unheard of it's it's scary how quickly footballs becoming baseball with the haves and the half knots and I would probably take both of those favorites in that situation. which is the part? I I picked the so yeah I picked the the Patriots to win thirty eight to six over over the jets this week so covering and then some like it's it's amazing that in in the NFL that a team can NBA three touchdowns better than three touchdowns worse than ever routine that they play like. It's GonNa be interesting to see the dolphins oftens. Obviously I know we talked last week and they don't get the Patriots again until the end of the season but I mean some of these teams that they're going to end up having to play. I mean they're gonNA play the chargers after the cowboys the tar the chargers are no slouches. I mean oh they may not. They may have blown that game because of a kicker issue over the weekend again to to the lions but they're not gonna be that. What's the line going to be when the equals go to Miami Eagles. have anyone healthy that go. That's also a very fair your point injury injury after injury after injury for that team. I've never seen an NFL team cancel a practice like the Eagles did today uh-huh couple other teams actually follow suit this week so just just wild wild stuff this is why the NFL's the best. There's just so much going on. I was we Sunday. We were on our way back from from a weekend down. The shore and we went to the phillies game for about three innings. Watch the guy hit a grand slam high five the philly fanatic and watched a guy in the other team hit a grand slam because that's what I do when I'm GonNa Phillies Games. I watched the other team consistently hit. Grand Slams slams against us. It's the third one of this year awesome but ty five the fanatic home was watching red zone and the insanity of the red zone channel with you know about a quarter and a half left in each gain to quarter left in each game of the one o'clock sleet. Was it just it was crazy. No matter what game you're looking at every game was pretty much competitive outside of that patriots game. Everything else was and I guess for for the most part the forty niners bengals game was wrapped up but all those those other games that were going on at that time. Were just like crazy storylines if you're into fantasy if you're into gambling any any of that stuff it's why the NFL is the absolute. King of all sports what talking about the eagles injuries real quick. I thought it was super fascinating thing when Aguilar went down briefly because that left the team with two healthy wide receivers in one healthy tight end basically forced stup- lay certain formations for the rest of the game just because they didn't have anyone else healthy got. It got hurt early. Jackson Jeffrey got hurt early and then Aguilar got hurt briefly briefly during the middle of the game it left the team with Zakar. It's Mac Hololens and jr are theta whiteside as the only healthy players on the scope positions on office so boy I it's kind of incredible that game turned out to be as good as it wasn't as close as it was given that situation somebody signed Jordan Mathews Mike God but no not what why are we waiting on that. I'm shocked. That hasn't hasn't happened alright. It's it's crazy. I mean all reports indicate that these guys at least Alshon and to Sean are going to be out at least multiple weeks six one at least three weeks like we gotta get somebody in here. What are you going to call up Greg Ward from the practice squad. I don't know I don't know what the move is here. I I think we have to get a guy that at least those the offense has comfortably with Carson. It's almost like the perfect fit like when he came in last year. Obviously before Carson eventually went down in Matthews was a go-to guy a certain point which is a scary prospect and by the way he still also have to call up Greg Ward from the practice squad to get to get your five healthy wide receiver could point well. Maybe maybe our Fagel whiteside love a breakout game. I I think judy take does Aguilar draft up Hess. How does he drop that makes up for it later in the game yet but that doesn't the happened if he catches it the first time like what are the infuriating game also a quick question yeah. Whose fault is it that it doesn't get to the sticks. Is it on or is it on It's yes is my answer. It's probably Liane both of them. j.j I mean Zach has to clear the sticks knowing that that's a fourth a must complete fourth-down. Carson can't make the throw if it's not a first down so I think they both bear some of the blame. Butts just really unfortunate situation and I know this stuff is happening split-second. You have to make the read right away that open. You should throw it but they both bear a little bit of the blame in my mind. What do you think that was. GonNa blame hurts more than Carson only because Carson was getting pressured for majority of the game and just getting absolutely murdered like erz tasked to get their ages has to also yeah hopefully hopefully we sell Carson shake off the rust and become Carson hold a little bit in the second half. Did I mean that that play where he threw the ball on his way down down right before his knee touched to Mac Holland's Ed just incredible like Carson Carson showed up in the first half of that Falcons game but the second half he looked like the guy who showed up in the second half of the game against the redskins got to figure out how to play in the first quarter and firsthand on offense because how where do you about this penn state running back years. I'm not worried because I knew he stunk and never had faith in him because he stunk at Penn state and he stinks for the Eagles is stink at look at his numbers. The Guy had one good game against the team that actually mattered it every other every other game name that Brealey matter when it came to the big boys and he was playing the teams like Michigan and Ohio State and Michigan State and Wisconsin those games that matter the guy did not produce when he needed to do but he could run it up against Pitt whoopy-doo like I it's it's I I am so over the people that Love Mile Sanders from the second we drafted. Am I was out. I knew this was going to be the case. I just knew it's hard for me to tell how exactly you feel about Mile Sanders. I've been I've been on this. I've been on this train since day. One it's funny. I have a cousin who went to temple loves to give me crap about Penn State football and that one time in the last seventy seventy five match ups that they beat him. They beat us..

"Marcus wasn't having any of that as someone who was born and raised in Buffalo. I was drawn to his commentary from that. I've come to learn about all the amazing things Marcus doing so. It's an honor to chat with Marcus on this podcast. Let's not wait any longer and welcome. Marcus Sullivan both fascinating to me is I love twitter and I've I've heard you on some podcasts or on a podcast recently and you were talking about how you like twitter and there was a comment recently in it's funny is I don't even know what the original person was talking about but it was something about comparing. He never said Siberia but it was like when you do something like that in the N._F._l.. And it was something bad or not listening to direction or not playing well you end up in buffalo like they're comparing buffalo to Siberia not exactly but in a way like that's where people go to like when your career is over and you immediately hopped in their inside why actually enjoyed my time in buffalo new talk about the organization what they did for you and flying you to your grandmother's funeral I believe and what's been amazing to me is you've now been featured. Actually in other places is on buffalo bills blogs podcasts on this podcast not kind of as a result of that interaction that you had that individual person because it's just you put yourself out there and you believed in something and you're willing to share that story with other people because I think people in Buffalo and it's not just buffalo it happens in a lot of cities Detroit and you name it but people are sick and tired of that and then it's like well. Let's hear from the people that actually know in that are willing to put themselves out there to stand up for what they believe in so so anyway. I just think it's fascinating that social media gives us that opportunity but tell me a little bit about where you've come from as far as now you're part. You're part of twitter. You're doing all this and you see someone talking about something that they just don't know anything about Oh. Yeah I appreciate that <hes> so I guess let me start by saying <hes> I grew up a buffalo bills fan so <hes> I was my probably twelve thirteen eleven twelve thirteen when the bills start making those super bowl runs and I'm from Chicago so obviously we're bears town but <hes> you know after the eighty five bears kinda fizzled out you know they they kinda went into a slump. You know so <hes> and around ten eleven twelve years old I really start kind of understanding the game football you know because I didn't play when I was younger. <hes> you know they had a you know weight limits back them and I didn't meet any of them but <hes> you know that's where my love Buffalo Kinda started you know I was a huge fan of all those super bowl teams and you know this is when <hes> Super techmo bowl is out in buffalo bills or priorities. We believe the best team the game so you know that's kind of where you know my whole love of the city and the <hes> you know the organization came from and then Lo and behold I get drafted a buffalo in two thousand one you know so and the crazy thing about about it was. I never thought I'd be draft about Buffalo. They called me. I thought I was going to Jacksonville and the first or second round but that didn't happen <hes> so I felt a fifth round and Greg Williams gives me a call today. We're GONNA take fifth. Pick you know fifth <hes> round draft pick and you know I was <hes> you know laid it but yet kind of disappointed that my draft status went down so low but it took a day think about it then you know I'm a firm believer in stings happen for a reason you know your life's already predetermined so you know my love of Buffalo's youth you know Kinda came to fruition when I got played for the team and I really started become humble humble myself and <hes> you know. I'll just say hey man. This is God's plan right now. You know this is where you know you. This is where your life is taking you to this point. You know I'm not certainly not saying like you know <hes> you know. God predetermine football player 'cause I can go on about that forever. You know just as far as <hes> your importance as a human being anyway. Let me get enough <hes> target but <hes> yeah I mean so I'll get opportunity to play for the bills and <hes> you know spent three and a half years there and <hes> almost IOS four years and <hes> you know they treated me. Well you know for the most part and you know. I feel that you know any plant would feel that he you know continued should be continuing playing starting when they get that opportunity but you know I i. I feel I'm blessed. I got opportunity to play for Buffalo. I think it's a great organization and the People Buffalo in the town really what got me you know I saw so much potential an opportunity in Buffalo. <hes> you know at the time I was one of three players that live downtown in buffalo lived <hes> right rip walk area right by harbour there and <hes> you know. I said this has got a lot of potential. You know me coming from a big city in Chicago. You know I saw the <hes> you know the evolution ocean of town the emergence of the town you know 'cause downtown Chicago was <hes> was dumped as well back in the you know the eighties late seventies and eighties you know so <hes> you know it was I was not the place to have businesses what I'm trying to say but you know we've got a <hes> revitalize and the early nineties and you know now. It's it's it's. It's one of the best cities in the world so I kinda saw that in Buffalo. You know it's <hes> you know it's a town right on freshwater. <hes> you know it's old. <hes> you know <hes> Rust Belt Town but you know there's a lot of potential here you know Toronto's on the island fifteen minutes away so you know if you have to go to major city you know you can get there fairly easy. If you really WANNA go in New York <hes> our plane right away and <hes> you know people buffalo really treating me well and I never had any issues anybody you know when I was recognized you know people always said good things. Even you don't have to some tough losses so they'll always remember that you know just I just felt <hes> you know a great opportunity to be able to play <hes> you know for the team in the organization yeah. It's it's it's I think it is almost a mid western town. It's closer to Cleveland than it is New York City so it has that mid western Western feel and I've always felt like buffalo is a very small version and even though Buffalo's not a small city right. It's not a huge city Chicago but it's a smaller city of like Chicago because it has the sports vibe. It's let's call it a drinking town own and they love their bills. I love their sabres. They love going out to bars. They let the Barksdale until four o'clock in the morning right in Buffalo and Chicago's got that feel they love their food. There's just there's something about it that I think is just it's a lot of fun. It's vibrant place when you're there or if you go to the right places and like you said before you said it a couple times you said the people they're the people treated you well now. Every city's got issues right. There's all sorts of there's definitely be problems you to run to the wrong crowd around people but into Buffalo. They AH that they're just they're passionate right. It's a passionate group. That's why they get defensive on social media. They get defensive. They talk about things. There's no doubt there's issues with buffalo me and I could you mentioned the waterfront like you could go back years. We could talk about will the mistakes that the city ready made the city council made over the years or someone made mistakes of you know they put the university not in the city. They don't build the stadiums. Perhaps on the water. They don't build you know the river walk or the water walk they could have had in buffalo but those are mistakes and they've changed it and revitalize it and it's growing and it's incredible place in the weather is what the weather is. Some people like it like that. You know there's a lot of outdoor activities you could do people love hockey in Buffalo. You can play outdoors indoors and one of the things we used to do growing up as play street hockey. Even if you didn't play ice hockey you anybody could to grab a stick and play street hockey and that's fun so you know it's it is the people and it's always fascinating to me. When someone comes from out of buffer like you come from Chicago you get drafted to Buffalo? You have no choice but to go to buffalo and embrace the city live in downtown be a part of the culture and show up and then show up at the time so Ralph Ellison Stadium now new era field and it's almost probably like you're backing college plane in these college atmospheres because I've been doing numerous. I've been numerous. Stadiums have been some college stadiums as well and it's almost like you can't describe the atmosphere for Buffalo Bills Home Game. Did you feel that as a player. Did you feel that coming into the stadium on Game Day. Yeah I kind of thinking taken for granted. <hes> you know when you're there air you know I it's it's Kinda normal you know but when you retire now and get opportunity to go to <hes> different cities and experience the college games and some pro games you know you really look back in buffalo me like they really did and stuff big there. You know so these other places and it's you know let's not is nearly it gets extravagant that you'll find at the <hes> you know won't bills drive but <hes> yeah man it's <hes> it's a special place you know and you know there's always room for growth anywhere you go but you know I was back there last year recently and man just to see <hes> you know how the city's changed since I've been there I can just imagine the next fifteen to twenty years. That's it yeah the the new ownership right Vilson was the owner now. It's the pool of family that owns the bills and changes our they made the playoffs you know whether they got it. Is You know it was interesting. How that happened? It didn't have the the great season but they slipped in there at the end and accounts right so that made the plus it's had been seventeen years. which is Kinda crazy and you know there's a new vibe about the bills right now and we'll we'll see where that goes? It's been tough as a bills fan because you're always hoping for good things but I don't put it. I never put it on the players right. I think management can make decisions they can whether it's drafting wrong or changing the coaches every few years or not finding as we all know you not finding the quarterback of the future and they had Jim Kelly like you said for all all those years. They had this incredible core but those different air the N._F._l.. Free Agency had it really hit the bills yet. They kept their <unk> together for all those years now. It's like you can't have all those players on the same team for all those years because one player's GonNa want something more and they have the right to do that to become a free agent and next thing you know they're not on the team anymore Andre Reid or Thurman Thomas Probably they couldn't all stay together right so things over the so. Let's see what happens now but do you do you follow the bills. I'm sure he's still follow the N._F._l.. Football and we're going to get into your involvement with sports and use sports and all that but do you still the N._F._l.. In the bills yeah do do the trouble looking. You know what's going on. You know trying to play transactions just to see what's going on with the community <hes> yeah absolutely still can you feel good about like the direction that they're going from. Someone who understands it and I think like offensive Lineman people that you really have a indepth knowledge that the average fan or even the more not the average fan would have about the game and kind of seeing the direction that they're going to you. Look at the bills with your experience in your your your expertise on the game. Let's say and you feel good about the direction. They're going yeah. I really do <hes>. Obviously it always starts with the Q._B.. Position it seems like Josh Allen as their guy after the future you know so I got an opportunity to see him. <hes> you know his his draft class of Q._B.'s and you know just watch me throw it. A kid got strong as arms. It's you'll ever see you know so. I just think he <hes> you know. <hes> hopefully doesn't have a sophomore slump and you know you got. God forbid that you know because the kid definitely has talent. You know that that there's no question you know so it starts there. I think they got a pretty solid core group of guys around the aboard especially defensively you know so an excellent job but bringing in some <hes> you know some some great draft picks at Oliver Junior. You know it's going to be tremendous tremendous play in this league. You know <hes> you know <hes> Aaron Aaron Donald. I believe you know so <hes> yeah. They got the pieces and Sean McDermott is the guy to you know. Put everything together. You know making sure that <hes> you know the talented they have is being utilized effectively so so they can win football games because obviously the Patriots are always going to be there. You know in Miami's <hes> you know emerging as well you know in the you know certainly can't count on the jets Dole. A._F._C. was always a you know to me one of those. You know the top three conferences in the N._F._l...

"But his name is William Deng's ninety one any men. It's the scare borough way from his loss Angeles hope eight nine euro white. I don't have any details, but I can only one day in his wife must have a roommate and roommate's names Roscoe right now man, come to break into your house. And I see eighty nine year old man if that stops you you are the laziest and softest burglar of all time, we got done for ninety one ninety ninety one ninety one you raise a very good point. But what if instead of the laziest and Sophist burglar in the world, he was merely a burglar who loves boy meets world you? That you would assume that he was rich and you'd be one to get all the souvenirs. What if Mr Fini was your substitute sort of grandfatherly figure in life and he helped steer you? I guess you did become a burglar's that there wouldn't have been a great mentorship program. But nonetheless, I love the idea that Mr. Feeney's voice would be enough to is. Even come up, come home. I appreciate you your efforts to try to have some level of empathy for the bird stick with aware out was going, Mr Fini pack heat. Oh, that's my guess is to take into somewhere not nearly as entertainment well that out to rust in closing. I am not in favor of chest stabbings, but I do want to try to empathize with the engineer who allegedly stabbed his colleague a welder at a Russian research station in Artika because at engineer allegedly chess stab said welder because said welder allegedly kept spoiling the endings of books. The engineer wanted to read. Bo I am sort of into this story because the fact that these guys are so literary is in Deering to me like, well, I didn't realize people cared about books this much in two thousand eighteen but then again, they are in den Darko. So that is probably a good explanation for that. I just wanna clarify south of for America because they might not be expecting it. That guy right there. He's the stabber alleged that guy, right? There is the alleged stabby. Yes, you were guessing that the other direction weren't you? I just want to know what kind of books. "I'm guessing it wasn't the mayor of Emily, I'm guessing he had one duty and that was to exist and to not get arrested. It's only to Work work on time. on all be there. All you have to do was be not he lie manning and also not be arrested. And he also the next duty. He'll almost hit a Cup car. You all allegedly allegedly. Right. Hit a couple of car. And then you wouldn't roll down the window. The man I'm going to say this right now, I don't know that much, but I notice much to things they hate doing chasing you and paperwork. They pass you the stop. If you do not stop that is when everything goes out the window. But again, I've lived a life that he has. So I've had to consider these days coming up next. Luke dodges. Yeah. Download this shows podcast Bomani to checkout line to if you can figure out who I am a boys and girls, Bomani Pablo coming to you live from above the Heineken river debt at pier. Seventeen. Nice view. So Merida's gonna keep DJ Durkan. It seemed like they were trying to keep him. I'll just like who will go sell this recruiting trail. Yeah. Right. We will take care of your son. You know, like how we the opposite of what we did that. The guy. Yeah. Today's number. Thirty-one points. That's how much Luca Danni scored last night's dodgers now averaging twenty point to game, six rebounds and four assists boat is he clearly the best rookie in the class. So Ford Brad always got the hop perfectly in these questions. Dizzy, clearly, the best rookie in the class note. Like, there's no rookie does clearly better than the Adra right now when he is up there like I have my questions about what doctors is going to ultimately turn out to be, but the excitement level that people have had around him seems to have been validated. If nothing else. Yeah. And he it would make sense for him to be the most polished rookie at this point the dude played four professional seasons. In Europe was the best player in Europe. And on the list of players who have averaged twenty six four before age twenty one as rookie of the NBA. It is Luca Danni. Should he continue the pace? He is on right now. So he might not be many LeBron VO I'll back off of the miniaturization LeBron James, but he looked so good. You're also already trying to pro. Oh rate out seven game stats. Correct. This as dough. But this is the problem with dodge. It's it's not him. He's kind of like an underground rapper at this point. It be a lot easier to enjoy appreciate him. If you work for the people who like him and can't stop going too, far, you are one of those people. But the reason why we're going so far ground rapper who far too far so far too. But the reason we're going any degree of FARs because we know that the dude is legitimate. Really, you know, your show up to his concerts to Mani in here. You will be what? At the conflict. You know, he is legit. You think he is legit, and that's cool. And that's the point. But that's the point you go too far because you can't say think you have to say, no, he is really popular among the most annoying basketball fans in the world, and I won't hold that against him. I will hold it against you have the behavior of the most basketball people. No, no, no. In cloth. Chat miss Feeney from Barbies world. Don't worry. He's still in the league..

"I don't think this indicates that there is a problem necessarily. What I do think is this Lonzo ball looked really good. When Rondo wasn't on. The roster would Rondo was out on suspension. Now Rondos back in the wheels come off again for Lonzo. Like, that's the small part that I'm curious about. But it's gonna take a lot more than this before. I just say the Lakers, and this is kind of how the run gets going at least early on in the season. He is at times, very, passive aggressive. He is at times guy who fancies himself a teacher. And he also is a guy who understands he's a character in this reality TV show that he's invented. And that when he says stuff like this, which is a very viral friendly sound bite. He knows where it's going. Oh, it's going to be everywhere. And it's gonna put pressure on the young guys who is obviously very disappointed in to do the things that he wants them to do. Love him. Basically go at Bruce banner on it. Yeah. I'm going to turn green Ted is whole thing up. All right right off. Nice, quote, we will this special team. We'll see what they wanna do. But I think so. John Henry about whether his team will visit the White House. Low rez is manager. Alex core was critical of the president after the hurricane and Puerto Rico. Are you surprised to hear this? Well, I'm not surprised that the language here is a little bit of two. There has been some confusion as to whether he is talking about. Will we accept the invitation? Or will we be extended invitation and all of that beauty, of course, plays into the controversy that would follow because we know that the president only wants to invite people who want to see the president and Alex Cora Puerto Rico as you described is manager of the team, let alone with the other people on the team may think I feel like that would be an uncomfortable scenario. Well, what I find interesting about this is that it's a different animal when you talk about a baseball team going to the White House. Right. Like, you have all kinds of demographic questions that come with the basketball team your assumption is okay, they're not going to go with a football team. Kind of when I think of some of the guys will go. Maybe not everybody assuming they're extended invitation the difference. They'll be give when we talk about a baseball team is that we got a lot of people from countries that have been in the crosshairs of a lot of the political rhetoric that has come from the president. Yeah. This is compounded in this case, by the fact that the owner of the team owns a newspaper so much going on here it as much as people wanna play the, hey, stick sports thing about this. It has become impossible to do that with the White House. Visit I really do believe that this presidency is probably going to spell the end of sports teams going to the White House just because it becomes more trouble than it's worth the teams themselves. I agree. And this is one of those controversies that could just be avoided. And because it is a ceremony we must now consider what are all of the real the real world ways in which people's lives actually are impacted by news events that are ongoing as we speak. But it's also the complicating factor of what everything is that ties into this right because oh forget this. I mean, it's not as though Trump one massachu-. That's right. I mean, I'm pretty sure the every county in the state witted the other direction there is not like this is his base. But just the specter happens when they name comes up is so big I would have been like, we're not going. Just just busy. Yeah. That'd be nice. Instead of the guy who went on and said, I love the guy that reliever last. We are aware of the situation and are in contact with Kyle. Giants official about the arrest of Kyle letter this morning on his way to practice. According to Mike folow, quote police source says he hit the gas ignored orders to stop almost hit the cop and another car cut off other cars, and then refused to put his window down or step out of the vehicle, and quote, Bo what do you make of this? What I LA Letta. Congrats on your first headline..

"Just your number one, though angle work next night names talking about Gumri yesterday governor playing why he didn't call fair catch the cruiser kickoff fraternity fumble Sunday and complain. He didn't know what his role was on the offense today. The Packers traded to the ravens for a twenty twenty seventh round pick bobbly feel bapti. I was going to say that time on Gumri may have preferred getting cut at this point because in this circumstance. He does go to new. Team, but he didn't necessarily get to choose his own destiny. But what is clear is that Aaron Rodgers didn't wanna spend a lot of time around time on Gumri going forward. I don't think Aaron Rodgers somebody who was nearly as forgiving two-time time on Gumri despite tongue coming out and explaining hey, I wanted to take this ball out of the end zone because I wasn't sure if that would be something that would even dangerous, maybe I would have been caught between a rock and a hard place. So this says to me that the Packers just didn't want him around. Yeah. No. They gave him away. Right. There's no other way to put that trade seventh round pick. But a seven round pick not in the next ramp of the draft added to that. Right. And his explanation for why he ran it out. Did not really hold water founded telling mcgovern's, I looked now you guys considering cancer and everything else. And I think that's because of the way the word tantrum was used the initial report, which colored the way that we looked at all of this. But he's got a good news bad news situation on this. With the good news is he is on a better teeth. The more ravens had the third highest point differential in the NFL. So far, they heavy. Great defense. They ever research. Joe flacco, the bad news is still Joe flacco, and he's not Erin rocks. Right. So maybe they have a clear idea, but they wanna do for him. They seem to be looking for a guy that can do that hybrid running back wide receiver rope. Maybe this works for him. But if you liked playing with the best quarterback, maybe that we've ever seen. You're not going to play with Joe flacco Nolan time on Gumri when he gave when he came out and gave his explanation like he'd been to convince you and me, although we did call for him to lose his job yesterday. He needed to convince the coaches around the league and your point around whether the videotape backs up time on Gumri explanation is a good one. Like, if you're special teams coach you buy timeout Gumri was saying the think the ravens going to hand him the other let him take kicks in the way that he did in Green Bay. I feel like that might be behind him in terms of his professional resumes at us like to make the point that he had the right idea when he's saying look these cats in the locker room with these quotes now one of them say anything to me, they say something to me, and he was probably getting geared up. Like, man, I'm a go. What makes people? Visa stuff and he walked in. And they were like, hey, you got your play. So about Judah new PA nominees. Let me get that play by right here. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Cool. All right are waiting on you coming up next broad. Jay's running out of patience was that. Look like. Speaking of people not having teammates. Mr Tony in the house. High noon is brought to you by Duracell. Trust is power. While thing about the bills quarterback situation. Josh Allen is going to eventually come back in like are they happy about that? Is they're gonna make anything better. I feel like the fact that he is not the Peterman is such a great benefit his future. Even though Josh Allen. Even though he's exactly what everybody said. He would I quote. You probably don't wanna be around. When my patients runs out. I'm serious. Lebron James after losing to Minnesota and a game where he walked off the court before the final buzzer went off. Let's listen to the lebrons after the game. This whole year is that patients run out. And would you look like there's a leader when your patients? You probably don't wanna be around. Oh is that a harbinger of some trouble in LA to involve? Right. Like, I don't know what kind of reaction that you expect to and five after losing you game that seem to bother him that they manage to lose..

"So I've got thoughts on this number one. If you have a good job and Lincoln Riley has a good job. Why would you want you go take a bad job? If you have a job you consistently have better players than the other team. Why would you take a job or youth consistently? Had better players than the other teams had and on top of this. When's the last time the Browns hired a coach that anybody else wanted Lincoln Riley is the hot name you keep hearing about this. If you're the hot name, why the hell would you set all co Cleveland? Well, that's that's the reality of Lincoln Riley, indie modern NFL Lincoln Riley, a story by Kevin Clark for the ringer months ago. He watched the Super Bowl and saw essentially two big twelve style. Offenses in the patriots and eagles. This is the man who now sits stride, the big twelve. So theoretically should have many options for better options. But there is the money, right? Like, if you're Lincoln Riley, you're gonna get more money from Oklahoma. But isn't there some big NFL deal at the Browns? Get throwing him. Maybe he makes four million dollars a year right now if he were to figure out how to get like a national championship at Oklahoma dabble Swinney makes nine million dollars a year at Clemson. And I think a guy like dabble makes more sense to make that move to the NFL Lincoln Riley, the argument, giggle, taking Lincoln Riley is scheme the job of being an NF. NFL head coach is not about scheme. If you would ask somebody's Daboh. What is his office defensive Las iffy? You don't know that he runs the thing. It's about being in charge in organizing the person look to asking a lot of thirty five year old could Riley to do that in the NFL. Right. Davos because people on the cheek I don't know Lincoln Riley motivational techniques are just yet. The next name is played Thompson Thompson broke the single game record for three pointers last night by hitting fourteen of them. Bo. Meanwhile, the warriors put up ninety two points in the first half against the bull. So should we be treating clay breaking record as big deal? I mean, the records on three pointers are all they're all new, basically. Right. It's like guys break Pratt passing records. Now guess chain way is gone into a different place that being said this is another time that you got Klay Thompson doing something like putting up fifty sixty points into third quarter. He is the third option sent from the heavens. I don't mean that to shade him. But he's not a guy that you're going to run your off. Vince through. But there is no other third option that can just in the flow of the game. Get your fifty and three quarters that ever seen. No, we should be treating this as a big deal because it reveals the eagle of Klay Thompson Klay Thompson after this game compared himself to rip Hamilton Reggie Miller. Klay. Thompson may be the second greatest shooter of all time. He has a certain sense of self that makes it really easy to alongside superstars with the person. Who I think makes us an even bigger deal? Bo is Steph curry Steph curry had a streak here. Five game double digit threes. And he had the record that Klay Thompson broke he shot four threes all game. All he wanted to do rebound and feed his friend, and that is unselfishness from the greatest shooter of all time, which I think is pretty notable down care about that. They will be no other chance Steph curry to put up that many threes into game. That's cute. It's cool. What's some other stars may not be as? No need for us to say these guys just to give these credit, right? Like, I get it. Good for them. Right. That is the way this concerts. The only thing I find interesting about the comparison to Reggie Miller and rip Hamilton lease. Nobody's ever asking clay Thomas. Big fella. Carry is home. Right. Like, I think he's a better shooter than Reggie Miller. You probably make an argument he is a better by greater than Reggie Miller. But what makes clay interesting is? There's never going to be attacked that you're gonna ask tops to do. Save ridge ability to Madison Square Garden, right? And that is why every team on this planet would love to have that dude and his roster somewhere..

"Dues moving into trains. We are live at the trade deadline, and Dante Fowler seems to be indicating that. Not your season Jacksonville Jaguars. One thing for him at this point. What have? Rails. No. He's from Florida late upgrade, I was cared razzle. What if it's absolutely? Then there's golden Tate and by the way to draw lines. You're not blend for much of the season. What gave out of I we're already sending dudes out. Now your needs -gratulations first name today. The patriots. The patriots beat down the bills last night twenty five six it was their fifth straight win. Now they've scored the second most point in the NFL only behind the chiefs. How impressed there you with the rolling England offense and Tom Brady kind of feel like we're blade elevated, dirty pool as you. How impressed are you by just beat the Buffalo Bills? And by way, by the way team that through three quarters having a difficult time dialing office, and it took him all the way to the fourth to get to that place. Derek Addison, does dare Gaddis thing those touchdown pass to people in other colored jerseys. Right. But the office typically has been very good. They look really thin though down to the poor record L Patterson is player running back, and if he could play running back somebody would have had to play red bag before because they never loved him as a wide receiver. Yes, sony. Michelle was heard about half of the right side of that offensive line. Wizard and the good news for the patriots. Is that the bills defense is actually pretty good? They were entering this week six defensive Devia way. They are now fourth in terms of yards allowed all that's good news. The bad news. Of course, is that the bills offense is the worst in the history of Devia way. Vo they were essentially is Instagram filter making anybody who plays them look a lot better than they are in reality. So guess who's back? The Peterman is of course, back got his helmet. He got in there. After Derek Anderson suffered this injury home. Do they got a couple of quarterbacks? The last thing they feel like doing play out even dare Gaddis. It is hurt right there. He's just like going back at Peterman is like, well, I'm not going back in and then the bills would aside real prior to play wide receiver, and it is legitimately fair to ask if he is the best quarterback on their roster. That's not high. Personally, we have a full blown quarterback controversy now in buffalo because the Peterman had two completions. He was two for two. And this man the Peterman who is the legend walking among us. He is the last guy responsible for a touchdown pass. But buffalo October four competition just showed up, that's unite here, Terrell. I'm saying this. I have seen dro- prior play quarterback in the NFL. I have seen the Peterman quarterback Terrell prime better quarterback in the Peterman and Terrell Pryor is wide receiver now. Yes, let alone Ohio State, let alone Terrell Pryor when he was actually a real quarterback. You'll should be better. I also think friars there to be motivation for Josh Allen. 'cause in cases quarterback thing doesn't work out, maybe guessing passes. The Browns after fire and Hugh Jackson and offense coordinator Todd Haley, everyone seems to be point to beg Mayfield.
