Equity Monday: Women's Employment Drops

"Goal. Stock markets are mixed. Asian markets are on the rise. Europe markets are slightly down and the us stocks were somewhat fought value of crypto currencies. Kind of looks the same. We saw some tokens and cryptocurrencies off. A few points this morning but not enough to start an entire twitter debate. The mixed feelings could be due to a lot of things first. Traders are back from the kitchen and analysts. Always have a ton of thuds. Some people think it's inflation some set. It's an upcoming european central bank meeting. But what i want to focus on is a less than ideal jobs report ready. Let's go. I'll start with the good news. We learned that in august overall unemployment declined to five point. Two percent from july's overall employment rate of five point four percent zero point two percent but i will take it because that represents a lot of people that now have paycheck coming in to their mailbox. That's kind of where the good news stops. Though this report we learned that the us economy added only two hundred thirty five thousand jobs in august which was a sharp drop from analysts expectations. But even looking at july's total which was nine hundred forty three thousand jobs to make matters worse fortune actually dig a little deeper and looked at the national women's law center. They say that women only accounted for eleven point nine percent of those jobs in august again. If you look at july women were sixty eight point eight percent of the new jobs. It's your reminder that we aren't back to pre pandemic level employment and that women are disproportionately leaving a now reentering the workforce at alarming rates.

Japan Ekes Out Economic Growth in Recovery From Pandemic

"To japan. Now where the economy rebounded faster than expected from its pandemic driven slump. The pickup in the second quarter was largely due to preparation for the tokyo olympics. Figures out today show. The economy grew at twice the rate forecast. From april. To june as the bbc's will bain reports. It may not be all smooth sailing for the world's third largest economy the good news. Preliminary data showed japan's gdp grew by zero point three percent quarter-on-quarter reversing zero point nine percent drop in the first three months of the year. The less good news well when your economy minister declares they have very mixed feelings over the figures you know. There may still be trouble ahead. Yes toshi. Nishimura pointed to a recent spike in delta varian cases around the tokyo olympics plus the slowing economic recovery of its larger neighbour china as reasons to be cautious. Our priority is to prevent the spread of the virus is very bad for the economy for this situation to drag on. He said how successful japan is too. That ends looks likely to be the key to what the next three months of economic output look like. I'm the bbc's will bain

Shortest Ever Gamma Ray Burst Discovered

"Astronomers have discovered the shortest epa gamma-ray burst the huge blast identified as gib. Two thousand eight twenty six was coolest by the supernova implosion of a massive star in a distant galaxy. The blast was so powerful. It admitted fourteen million times the energy released by the time. Qa galaxy in the space of just zero point six five seconds most gamma-ray bursts usually more than twice as long producing what are usually described as the brightest most energetic events since the big bang astronomers divide gamma-ray burst into two broad categories based on their duration short period gamma-ray bursts blazing the life in less than two seconds and i thought to be caused by the merging of neutron stars in a binary system neutron stars of the dentist objects in the universe other than black holes. They formed that at the core collapse of massive stars at the end of their lives. Compressing still a comb more. The one point four times the mass of the sun into an object just a dozen or so kilometers wide. The material of neutron stars is as dense as the nucleus of an atom and a single teaspoon of neutron star material would w- as much as mount everest as well as their incredible density. Neutron stars are also intensely hot and possess magnetic fields millions to billions of times stronger than that of the earth long-duration gamma-ray bursts. there's lasting more than two seconds. I thought the because by the implosion of some of the universe's most massive stars at the end of their lives stars. Run out of the hydrogen. That's a stains nuclear reactions in there. 'cause the thing that makes a stash shine without the stabilizing pressure of these reactions starts can't fight gravity they collapse into exotic stellar remnant. The massive start determines its fate star smaller than the one point four times. The mass of the sun will shrink into white dwarves well largest is collapsing the neutron stars and the largest of all collapsed entirely forming black holes an object with such intense gravity. Addison George, From Naperville Central High School, on Mask Mandates

"Central in april. I got the co vaccine. As soon as i was eligible even though i already had kobe last year and i knew i wasn't at high risk of getting it again. I did this. I could be free from all restrictions placed on me over the past year. I did it because all the adults. My life told me it would help those more vulnerable. They told me. I could finally live my life again without masks without quarantines and without remote school. I've done everything the adults have asked me to do. And now you want me to wear a mask again for eight hours every day at school. Who am i really protecting by wearing a piece of cloth. Every single student and teacher in naperville central is eligible for the vaccine. Every single person can make their own decision and about what risks. They're willing to take an. I should be allowed to do the same for myself. You might think it's no big deal. Where mask all day but for me. It is a big deal so this young girl. Who did everything she was told to do. And now they've moved the goalposts they want her as vaccinated young girl to wear masks eight hours day in school and so number one their health consequences for these kinds of policies not just psychological ones and you call it the figures to me from dr maccari. Who's johns hopkins darkens. Yes so. I've used his figures that a stunning the mortality rate for children in america who catch cove. It isn't one percent isn't half a percent. it is zero point. Zero five zero point zero five and these young kids are being told moscow up. Then you've talked about this myocarditis the inflammation of the heart which can be caused by some of the vaccines. Less Than 1% of Breakthrough COVID-19 Cases Led to Hospitalization or Death

"Welcome back to the hugh hewitt show. I'm ed morrissey of hot air dot com coming to you from the great state of texas and where it is nice and sunny and primarily mask list. Welcome back great to be back in the in the chair when a thank you for giving me the opportunity to be here. We've got tons to talk about. We have to start though with kobe. Nineteen re masking this idea that we're going to Reimposed masks not on the unvaccinated were might help but on everybody including the vaccinated who really aren't presenting a risk and who aren't at risk in even the data that the cdc is now pointing to is demonstrating. Just how well these vaccines work. I mean this is the message that the cdc has to be emphasizing. The the vaccines work. The back scenes are actually the path out of this. Pandemic masks are not the the path out of this pandemic. if masts were the path out of this pandemic we would have been out of this pandemic last may and not not i mean not may twenty twenty one but made twenty. Twenty masks are a good way to mitigate risk for the people who are actually at risk. The vaccines clearly. Remove that risk if you look at the. Cdc's data on breakthrough infections. Break breakthrough hospitalizations at really tracking breakthrough infections. Mostly because the breakthrough infections. That happen are asymmetric. Almost all symptomatic or so mild that most people don't realize that that's what they have hospitalizations account for zero point. Seven percent of all americans who have been vaccinated. That's a ninety nine point. Three percent of americans who've been vaccinated have not been hospitalized with govan. Deaths are a quarter of that maybe a fifth of that. So you're now into the the hundreds of a percentage point of when it comes to vaccinated people actually Dying from cova did and who are an even those numbers the cdc will tell you are somewhat inflated because those are people who have had At the time of death had kobe in their system but may not necessarily have died from it

"You heard right. Yes the mosques on back but this time for those who are fully vaccinated. You are meant to john. Your mosques again. Look at the facts. We are talking about a disease that killed six hundred thousand people almost all exclusively oven advanced age with existing comb mobility's at the same time. The most egregious part of this decision from the biden administration is to mosque children children. Who if you look. At the actual data for infection and death are almost to all intents and purposes in vulnerable to the corona virus unleashed from china. They have a mortality rate. Chiller have a mortality rate with kobe. Nineteen of zero point zero five percent but they want you to live in fear. They want to deny the efficacy of the vaccine. They want to deny the concept of a vaccine. Never never in human history have multiple vaccines been deployed against the one and the same disease and afterwards the health authority deemed it necessary to physically put a baria on your face after you've been vaccinated it is share oughta insanity

"I have one favorite ask you. Please subscribe this channel helps to the metric side pandering over we have lookie lookie comic bookie check that out been waiting for some for a while. You've washed my other reviews of the batman fortnight zero point. I've i've been pleasantly surprised Really really like the story about halfway through the story. I'll number six. I started to get a bad feeling that they were rushing to an ending. But but i was wrong instead of rushing to a an ending their actually leading right into another story. And there's a reveal the end so if you don't like spoilers man you might want to turn this off because i'm spoiled the crap out of this. Okay here point number six nine. You can see on the cover. You got batman fighting batman and woman finding cat woman How could that be. I'm gonna tell you okay Number five you saw stroke Dork them over. He jumped through the portal and home Stranding in there because they have enough essence of their reality. Whatever is a comic book. Just press that. I believe but so bay. Cat woman sitting there Trying to figure this out that hey we don't have enough essence to for us to go through. What are we going to do it. I call it just like i told you guys. They're coming back harley. Of course you know the polar in the first issue and then you don't hear from her for the rest of the time Yeah they're trying to hide or say forget about her well though. No i didn't so yeah they figure out. Hey there's one more here from our reality that we can use to to lock in on our reality back home so you know they go through. And they're trying to figure out the best way devinder and they figure all areas the best. So what's ariel in fortnight drop bus so they hook onto the drop bus and they locate hurley and harleys being harley man she is just smiling and just open up on everyone on me she is just. She's got her hammer. She's got a gun. She's walking through these guys like nothing so Woman the catch up to her the She puts up heck of a fight and she their surprise when they get up to her. She's able to talk. Hey happen you talk in here. You weren't supposed to be able to talk. We weren't able to talk the first time in hardly hardly so amazing and they. They finally get her knocked out but not before Will but they do not go out. They get jumped by some d'appel gang of themselves so they pulled in a another version of batman. Cat woman. 'cause they're trying to fight them while they're trying to take harley knock her out and take her back with them. They eventually get that done. They go back to the zero point area where they can jump through the portal. Get back home and low. Behold harley wasn't done she wakes back up and puts up a little bit of We'll be resistance. Hardly doesn't want to leave. She's tells you. I love his rule. I get Just find all day. And if i die i get resurrected in than i can find some more and i heart. Harleys lebanon mandates. That's her world. She wants to stay. And as you saying that you know she hardly takes off well famine. Can't wilmer talking cabins. I hey maybe maybe. Our reality is worsened. this can't remember. Do we really want to go back while we just stay here. Man we can. We have her life together here. You saw the other versions of us. They were together in doing well here. Why don't we stay and batman being batman Being the butthole batman is so they jump through the portal to get back to gotham in immediately when to get back to gotham all their memories come flooding back and all the memories. I mean even the wedding where the wedding was built up in. They were both all excited and they kind of had. That split in didn't get married When that memory hits you can't woman's just like we should've stayed i'm done. I'm out batmans trying to stop. Where she's like. Peace out We should've stayed on four nine island. We could assuming together and is obama and you know the he goes. He goes to gordon and gorge like hey district came. We couldn't catch you. He took off and But it did close the crack and the sky there in gotham which was burned back in issue. One which the reason batman withdrew. Try to fix everything. And when i got to that point. I was thinking man. What a what a crappy indie they had all build up. This is how they're going to end it that's But then turned the page the last page when the last page. Close the last and see batmans telling. Gordon we need to find out. There was something behind it on our side. We need to find out who it was him. They her whoever was when he defined him. While you find out casa district's inert talking to lex luthor lex. Luther deaths not the biggest reveal. He's talking to lex and off panel somebody else's chiming in in his speech. Bubble is really really really different. So black speech bubble red lettering kind of off kilter fought and it's none other than batman who laughs right. See it so batman laughs. He's telling them Lexa the hey no. It actually worked in ballet by. Who laughed says yet. I'm kind of familiar with other dimensions rallies. Man that's that's my thing. That's where it came from. And i knew is not hard to guess how batmans go to react because especially if you're batman because he is another version of batman lex tries to dig out of him. You know the real name of batman alabama. Lapses like anybody screw you. I'm not gonna give up my big secrets. But you know he district tells me. I planted the zero point device. They're at the island so we can zero in on. Get back whenever we want so now. Lex de stroke m batman who laughs they kind of have a direct line to get back to four nine island whenever they want and that that isn't at all i can't remember the doctors. I won't say sloan. Yeah yeah it is. Dr sloan then terms assigned. There's dr sloan and you say okay. Hey we did our part of you. You held up your the bargain. And she's like. Oh yeah. I have just got the window. And he's out the window. You boom boom crack pop up again. So that's where it left off. There was kind of a for me. I felt like it was kind of a fake ending their when he was talking to. Jim gordon you got two more pages yet to two more pages with all those refills and district working with legs. Who.

"I was definitely taught that That's has a lazy aspect to it where it's like but what are you working for and what are you are you put your head down. Were car leg sacrifice. So that you get the thing and then being happy i feel like was super conditional at least what. I saw an experience where it's like money makes you happy or the blind. Truly you get into your dream college. That makes you happy. you know. There's all of these conditions around these things. So yeah i. I definitely have. Had you know. It's a nervous system response for me lot of the time. So like i've been in situations where we do have like were able to rest and kind live with a little bit more ease and nocco go go and i notice my nervous systems like like keep going like what are you doing. So i have to regulate or reregulate to a different zero point. You know rather than rather than go. Go go my zero point. Ken be little bit more. Just ease filled and peaceful and balanced. But yeah i. I've done a i think a lot of i'm continuing to do a lot of reprogramming around this because oftentimes when i think about living with ease might yeah easy. Like i'm pretty chill. Would be chill. And i'm i consider myself to be a happy person however i get tripped up around. How my living with ease and how my being happy affects other people and i get too wrapped up in that you know. Obviously it's nothing to do with me. I understand that but you know when it's people that are close to you or whatnot. it's very. it's hard not to think about that and kind of the paths that we are. It's just yeah it can affect you so that's kind of the work that i'm doing around it. Yeah i think that's the important piece. It's like if you were happy. What does that mean for your family. What does that mean for your friends. What does that mean for the person that you commiserate with quite often at work. What does that mean for the relationship where you both have like a set point. How happy or unhappy. You are and in a what i think. A good practices writing down the story. I'm telling myself around. Living with ease is i'm lazy piece of shit story. I'm telling myself about living with ease. Is that i don't deserve it story. Telling myself about. Being happy is that people will abandon me. The storm telling myself about being happy as that people think of annoying. You know there's a lot of different story about being happy shore But so there's a lot of different stories that we can kind of in and and just ask you know god univer source for Confirmation of the opposite like confirmed for me. That i can't live with these confirmed for me that i can't be happy and then work towards that but i think it's powerful that you recognize the stories in itself. Yeah me.

"Helps us a lot and allows us new videos like this for you guys. Free pandering done. Looky looky comic book we The long way she rose wake of every week or every other week batman fortnight and this one is kind of been my my guilty pleasure has of late is a really really thought it was just a money. Grab that they were gonna try to pull into four night fans and make some money off those poor people but man the story. I'm actually kind of like. I said before kind of digging it. This is four of blue six issue limited series last one View back in las review for number three. You would see that bam ended. Get out of the loop by doing that. He had be the last person standing in the center of the storm as it closed in So he got out in. Like i said at the end of that issue. Three is says popped out there district with cat-woman a knife to her throat. Tell him drop all the weapons. Well that was kind of a kind of misleading. 'cause districts really not trying to kill cat woman he's He's telling batman I made it out this loop. Also and i we. We're all here now. What it is all. He's i'm here now. And i'm trying to figure out how to get out of this place. I could really use your help. And when i come out in that first thing my nose is they can talk now. 'cause while you're inside for night you don't talk so he's telling him i've been here for quite some time waiting for some other people to get out so we can figure this out and escape because you escape the dilute the four nine you know with the storm closing in. Obviously it doesn't send you back to your home. Send you to this. I guess it's kind of a limbo area on the island. So they're trying. He's trying to figure that out. He just batman and cat woman to kind of agree and he tells me a beaver parent and all of a sudden all batmans memories flood back like a like a huge slam to the head. He remembers all the resets in the loop and everything else just not anything before getting to the island which is kind of weird so the district signed pelham. Yeah you know. I've been here. He's i'm not alone. You got all these other characters who also escaped someone been there. Waiting that liberator for like years. Trying to figure out how to get out of there so batman batman he takes charge and one in a one of the people even trying to crush. Gal who are you gonna be giving us orders. And he never says where he just looks at like. Yeah okay so. Batman gave him the The stare and they caved so he he breaks them down into different areas. You know you searches you. Go search that part island. Of course fish sticks. Is there if you play fortnite you know. He's the goldfish can do. So he tells him you can breathe underwater goo check out check out all the streams inland first and then The ocean area around the island to look for clues. And they figure out the the tower in four-night they just came up out of nowhere. They figure that kind of has something to do with it. Pay find these hatches. Were the pylons used be and the hatches are almost impervious and we. Everybody's been trying to beat them open. They can't do it and they keep discovering these little artifacts relics everywhere so batman tells them hey on to record all the readings from around all these areas and off these relics and something about one of these things have to unlock the hatch and he was right you know they keep trying to try and finally they get the right frequency signature or something. It opens a hatch so banning everybody wants to russia and he's like old on he sends fish dick out into the ocean to check to make sure no traps were sprung and there they were down they meet a goal. They'd be the that'd be the goal Then they find out how to turn the lights on. So there's a bunch of different pathways in this cave batman davies a mall up to go check and of course him mcavan go down the one and they find a area has caved in and they're getting ready turn around and walk away. won't back to explore different area and they hear something under the rubble. And what can umbrella first she wanted to use explosives. Blow it out of the way in was afraid that it would cave in the rest of the tunnel. So they're going to go back. They hear this noise. They start pulling away rocks and they find. Don't own easter fish sticks. So like i told you. He was out in the ocean. So something happened. Caved came into the tunnel. And he he's purdy batman tells caroline. Go get some water and You know is is really too late but fish before he passes he tells bam hey. I found this burden the sand and the under the ocean the beach area and Yeah he he says i. It's very apparent Somebody in this group is lying One of one of these people is the loop the only way this could have happened and we just need to figure out who then he kicks so number four still good Not the not as action packed or groundbreaking as the other three. But i have a feeling it's going to set up the last two five and six because now we know You know it took all that Boring stuff to set up the fact that somebody somebody's lying. Somebody's at this whole thing up. So we'll see what we did. See and this issue at all. it's hurley so i'm thinking maybe she's an important part. Why would you bring her into the story in fortnight and the not really user know she was in the first lacasse kind of how batman followed her into into the four nine area but from there on issues i think he ran across maybe once or twice but she doesn't have a real big part she's two major of character not to us in some way why it's almost like foreshadowing so i'm guessing hardly is going to have a big part to play with them getting completely out of this or maybe she's maybe her in the joker did i don't know but i do know in my mind. The early is going to be a big part of them getting away from all this as all the rest of them hurdle code. It's under the speaker for a in game. Hide him for us. It looks like a battering like a fancy battering so as another item you can use in for night and it also collect all six. You get the super uber. Cool batman armored scan. You can use in the game Like the the very first one was a hurley skin. I haven't logged into four nights cincinnati. But.

six four-night One Batman twice once first batmans three Three four nine area four night fans five number three first lacasse six issue four nine four two two major of character

"To introduce a mechanism the ads the instability of arch to been su-. I just don't understand so have you tried it. No of course noise mental. I have is absolutely full of bugs. So i think is interesting. It's by the look of it. It's made by a young person who's very enthusiastic thought. I'll try and make this thing and it's a bunch of shells gets thrown together to buggy in place. It makes a lot of assumptions. And there's very era checking so no it's not production. Grade is not it absolutely does introduce instability into your system. I tried it out. I thought about and the chap was super tentative and try to fix it and fix on their their main brunch. So i won't vote their enthusiasm and the the the thought behind it. The implementation needs to be a work. That's all i would say next up. Mark the to twenty one zero four has been released and the main headline feature in twenty four is now based on eric's cute zero point sixteen which has more things in it and also has a new archive which is based on and grandpa from matei release. Thanks for linked. Let's cute and there's a it's it's not a whole bunch of shiny things like many interim releases over the years it's a it's a relation new this new that higher version numbers of everything Now a tremendous amount to write home about but it's updates updates good and bug fixes. A good and new stuff is good side. Yeah i understand how those transitions go. This is really about uplifting to the latest and greatest version of alex. Cute which i understand is no small endeavour because there are many moving parts to differing that and that's a bunch of work needed to take place next up also on the twenty four gravy train is not matei. The green one. And gosh there's a fair amount of stuff that changed in the pretty colors. Nice new icons for the fame and says hey this icons and libra office style. What does that mean. "This comic. I'm getting ready to the preview review for you Which i'm gonna do right after you. Go subscribe to the channel away. go go dislocations. Okay take a second. And while you're there hit the bill icon. You'll be put up aid. Any new videos are bearing lead. We got photo night. Batman zero zero point number one. They had several covers. This is just the one. I grabbed off top of the stack. Uc some the more popular for characters on their opposite. Cuddled crusader harley of course A cat woman. I see fish sticks. I i'm not completely up to date on all the characters for Four nice. I know some of them. I'm not very good for night. If you ever seen me on four night on that dude stuck in the corner just keeps walking into the corner. Gavitt of it. Yeah that's me. I've never come in higher than maybe fifth. Still good game so anyway this one bat night bad night fortman bet night. Yeah it's batman fortnight zero point number one. The reason this one is so hot why everybody wants his right now. They didn't really do any advertising until you know like their day. We already got our common san. We couldn't really up the orders. They put a put a code in of the first For six the only six. I think it's a six park series. Each one will have its own code. you can enter. And i can show this because it's behind the sticker. You won't be able to see the actual code. So you zoom all you want. You're not gonna be able to steal the code. This month is the harley. Quinn four-night skin so you pull sticker off. There's a code or are there you enter it in the fortnight and redeem it claim. It whatever you wanna do and you will have that available to you informat. You can run around as harley quinn so if you play for if you played four night and all of a sudden nose next week or so you start seeing a ton dudes run round as harley harlequin where they got it this. This is the code. Everybody's want this. We'll probably saw. I ordered a little ton of these issues. And i i'm thinking might not be enough because they didn't do the advertising early enough or i would work a whole ton more i originally i saw this i i i thought was oh god. This is going to be so hokey. Because they've done batman crossover with everybody so far. I mean ninja turtles. Power rangers is to the point where it is crossing over anyone. Scooby doo. Even i was surprised with this story. Really story Another great quality on if you can cardboard cover are thicker cardboard type cover. The pages seemed to be a little thicker and they're not the heavy slick glossy stuff for more. I mean don't you wrong. They're not ugly. They're more of a matte finish. And i like it. It looks really good. And the story. I have to say i was pleasantly surprised with the story. I'm so used these crossovers. They have some kind of hokey. Bs type tie in is using it as a money. Grab to get more sales. Well this one yeah definitely got a money grab aspect to it with the the redemption codes for fortnight. But they actually made a good story with this. Also you know. It starts with Batman on the roof with with commissioner gordon. Jim gordon classic. Looking gordon with the glasses law and they're seeing a rip in the reality and they can't figure it out. Batman tells him out of all figured out he goes and you know the weird thing is i said instead of people running away from this rippin and the reality people seem to be running toward it and you know batman brushes off. His people be crazy in harlem. Well guess what speaking of crazy harlem people harley right of course. She's they're right on the front line and he know he benneteau. Hey don't go in there. We don't know what it is. She's like oh yeah. Whatever you're always afraid of the unknown jumps in and that's really the last week ever in this issue clue. Batman is trying to get other the somebody we don't know who somebody comes up behind him. You see kick does a foot pushing amancio. He gets kicked. Can't tell you know because it's all blurred so we don't know who's spartan kicking batman into the the rift anyway he goes on describing all an unbearable pressure blah blah. Anyway blue he pops in if play fortnite should look very familiar to you. You haven't played for night hours. You're on this island with x number of other people You can either play teams or individual. There's a storm. Some kind of weird magnetic whatever storm in moves in and every so often is shrinks down until down to the center that way. You don't give people camping out and Just making the game fun you costly got be on a movie cost the guy be getting into center because of you're under the storm wake in does some damage. You'll die pretty quick anyway. Batman gets his butt kicked into the thing. You can't get out you. Laser on ford island starts walking investigate. Low behold do jumps out retreat to find pickaxe. The starting acts there was a dude just off. His glider picked anything up yet. You know going. After batman with a acts and batman is trying to talk to him to him and he's an empty speech bubble but then you get his thoughts. He's like oh man. I can't talk and then he's trying to remember why he's there. I can't remember why is there. He doesn't remember who he is. But he does remember all this fighting techniques and He's pretty highly trained fighter offices over these dudes and in the in the fortnight island going going after a man. Batman is just going toe to toe Batman finally best that dude get him out of the way and no standard kind of reveling in his his victory and also looking around to see what he's gonna do next and he sees a glint off a sniper rifle so jumps people are trying to take potshots at him. And he's like. I don't know what the heck is going on and then you get as big splash page. Man this splash pages just very reminiscent of the front cover is you've got you've got tons of The named known fortnight characters. Just all come in coming. For the master bruce there and he's just like what in the heck. Yeah just looks like he's gonna attack at cost but he convention it's crazy you know he and of courses batman you're not gonna. You're not gonna be batman and if you do you won't do it twice. He takes care of a couple of dudes and lo and behold he start seeing people he recognizes and the crowd so he's not the only one who's gotten pulled through that portal. Because phone.

harlem next week harley quinn last week fifth Jim gordon first Each one harley harlequin Scooby doo twice six four-night ford island Four This month six park zero these issues Quinn

"Your experience with it. There's there could be a way to make a tool that can go around corners and can t is that possible. Because it's what i want want. That's when i saw that it's another thing we'll try to figure out i'm on this. I'm looking at zero point. Gravity everything and metaphysical how to actually make heels instead of talking about how they heal people. I want to show how it works. Oh wow yeah yeah i. It seems like with sonic drilling. You should be able to go around. Corners like the the the problem with rotating drills. Is you have to have a material that can that can. Band also rotate. Yeah that's that becomes difficult right and that can cut. It has to be able to spin and bend in cut. Yeah so why. Don't you tell us the process like how does this. How does the machine exactly work like. What are we looking at here and pull up this okay so I shown you a picture of it and Well on the on the top inside there's a courts. And i think you've talked about the electrcity which i forget what it is vibrates. Thirty two thousand seven sixty tons per second or something like that and That you have a transducer on the top that Creates a vibration and it goes down to a metal horn. And then then you have your tool underneath that and Basically you have appanage frequency and you adjust that and basically You have grit. That comes down so Basically what you wanna imagine is imagine a metal to and then you're hard rock blow it in between that you're going to have an abrasive slurry Has a heart like a hard grit in it like a silicon carbide and then vibration so the tube is not like a jackhammer. It's not going up and down. We're not like making explosives into it. Imagine the tube like a A tuning fork. You know how they vibrate back and forth..

"Loading now from the CDC the most likely CDC scenario now estimates that the coronavirus mortality rate for infected people is between zero point two percent and zero point three percent now you may remember anti felt she saying that the rate could be as high as well he's talking about the if it's one percent then it's ten times as high as the annual flu rate which is zero point one percent so now if it's at zero point two percent it's about twice as high as the annual flu number and not the three point four percent mortality rate that the World Health Organization was giving the world and now with this extra low mortality rate we're looking at all the news media is very eager to get to the one hundred thousand dead Americans number we have not exceeded that number we're below one hundred thousand dad it's still a huge number of course and not to be dismissed obviously but the government shut down the business shut down the shut down of the economy that was all based on these very large numbers that never materialized these very large percentages that never materialized according to Johns Hopkins this morning we're at ninety eight thousand nine hundred thirty three deaths that are attributed to by whatever means the Wuhan red deadly coronavirus okay and some are the present even though the person may have died of something else technically but Colbert nineteen was present so they count that as one and and some states are being accused of undercounting and other states are being accused of over counting that all of the allegations are probably more or less true and it's a moving target all over the place but the number is much smaller the percentage is much smaller than we had anticipated and and that we had been warned about that all the experts and all the models remember all the models yes they stop talking about all the models ascent so at most zero point three percent and that's that is very much worth noting and and again we're at ninety eight thousand nine hundred thirty three according to according to these guys no I went to the centers for disease control and I looked at the past seasons estimated influenza disease burden which is government medical talk for how many people died of the flu in a given year or given flu season and if you are going you can tap on the two thousand eighteen two thousand nineteen season because it it crosses over you know from from this the end of the year it starts in October and ends in April or March and that's the and that's the thing you look at the the years had.

"That indicates that the vitality rate is somewhere between zero point one which is the typical flu season zero point one percent to zero point two percent so that means ninety nine point nine are not going to be profoundly affected by this and and they started out by the World Health Organization Dr majors estimating that about about four percent of the population would die which is about thirty times higher than what it's turned out if the scientist and the networks would deal with actual accumulated data and fundamental principles of biology instead of hypothetical projections there would not be the sense in our minds all of us are about to die New York City eight point five million people which accounts the city itself accounts for about thirty five percent of all deaths in America that they have a death rate you're listening to this in your city what you think is an absolute what it is if you're the person dead it's a complete disaster how about this individuals eighteen of forty five years old New York City the death rate is eleven per one hundred thousand eleven per one hundred thousand and for those under the age of eighteen it is one per one hundred thousand so if your one year old two forty five may I say statistically the odds of this happening to you are extremely rare protecting older people at risk eliminates hospital overcrowding you might recall we started this about a month ago with one thing flatten the curve flattening curve flatten the curve not even in New York City which is been hit hardest has anyone been without medical care everyone got medical care everyone who needed a ventilator got a ventilator as New York City New York City to spend about thirty four thousand hospitalizations the rate of hospitalizations for the bars of those under eighteen is zero point zero one percent for those how about this for those sixty five to seventy four the rate is one point seven percent of those between the ages sixty five and seventy four so what I'm saying is can we deal with the actual data and not hypothetical projections so let's continue with a full lines of course but I'm not saying it's not important I'm saying it is important there's large numbers of Americans are going to die but well over ninety nine point nine percent of us going to be okay and even if we catch it in New York City ninety seven percent of those who have died of covert nineteen either or what we're in a protected group with either underlying conditions over the age of sixty five compromised immune systems those kinds of things those are the ones that were in fact and you take the whole population into the deal those are the facts right now that the cat's out of the bag we believe despite what the facts of Stanford University indicate that this is going to be a defining moment of the next the first of the next ten years and I certainly believe it will be all right let's continue we have four lines of course of line becomes available eight six six six four seven seven three three seven and quickly those eleven some of my great states like in Florida Florida has a death rate of five per one hundred thousand Georgia is eight per one hundred thousand my home state of Ohio is six per one hundred thousand deaths the great state of Texas is three per one hundred thousand Wisconsin is five per one hundred thousand of population Kentucky is five per one hundred thousand population Tennessee is three per one hundred thousand population Iowa is four per one hundred thousand so because of modern medicine because of social distancing because of washing hands things that character the factual data indicates it is not even close to what the so called experts say what happened when I get your reaction when when the economy return to normal go to Scott first in Florida I have a great economic expert coming on in about a year and I think Rhonda Sanderson Florida's done a fabulous job in the media keeps attacking him because he's been successful let's continue with more twenty three minutes after the hour bill Cunningham the great American life with you on Sunday night.

"Flu zero point one percent once the task force reaction when when you see that that news is being reported across the country well when I saw this morning at least was reported that the governor Cuomo said the sum of their antibody testing was showing a very significant amount of people who had had the corona virus and we're not aware of it were what they call a symptomatic what what I would tell you is it something that we have been watching for and and frankly anticipating for some time our our health experts have been very clear from early on the fact that the coronavirus is three times more contagious than the flu and the fact that as we have done testing we we have been able to see trends that suggest that many people that have a corona virus will have either just flu like symptoms or no symptoms at all I will tell you that our time our team will not be surprised to see to see evidence in the days ahead particularly as these antibody tests continue to scale across America that a large number of Americans have been exposed contracted it in in an ultimately developed the antibodies in their system to defeat it either with mild flu symptoms or no symptoms right at all no sin good news the good news of all of that rush is that we now we don't have this is a new virus right so we don't have hard data centers always make that clear to us but if it if it there there is a higher likelihood that if you've had this corona virus in the past that you will enjoy some of munity from it in the future and it's among the reasons why our nation should the corona virus reemerge at anytime in the future why our nation will be in a much better place will have new medicines called therapeutics we're working around the clock on vaccines we're do more deploying testing to make sure and identify quickly contact trace and isolate people that haven't but make no mistake about it if some of those early studies hold out they'll be an awful lot of Americans in in the in the fall in the winter of next year that actually enjoys a degree of immunity from the corona virus and and that'll be and that'll also be a bulwark against this as well so I just I I have to tell you the those as we think about the future I I want your listeners to know that everything that we're looking at every single day is is a tribute to what they have done and we urge them to continue to do it we urge them to continue to practice that social distancing to continue to you know use the drive through your local restaurant avoid gatherings of more than ten listen to your state and local authorities because as we track this data state by state county by county but we're getting there rush and I truly do believe I truly do believe that the current trend lines hold that by early June we could largely have this corona virus epidemic behind us and then begin to see our nation open back up and go back to work Mr vice president thank you very much I really really appreciate you squeezing us into your schedule today were truly honored that you would make time for us we are praying for you and we wish the best for you we hope that you and the other members of task force prevailing your reference here everybody would benefit from that but thank you more than anything for actually assuming responsibility in shepherding this thing because it can't be easy it's got to be one of those challenging things in your life I would think well standing alongside a president who's made the kind of decisions president trump has made always put the health and well being of America first in this because one of the greatest privileges of my life and I I want to thank you and I want to thank your millions of listeners for the for the prayers and Dave praying for all of us that are working at every level I assume to remember the families of the loss and those that are struggling with the disease and especially these incredible healthcare workers who have been out there on the front lines every day all the way through today they all deserve our prayers and I know they're getting them and we're grateful thank you Sir very much thank you right vice president Mike pence there we are going to take a very much needed in the mail.

"Product annualized with growth of zero point one percent in the three months through December from the third quarter the median forecast in a Bloomberg survey was for a gain of zero point four percent and if you look at growth annualized in the fourth quarter it expanded that zero point seven percent year on year also president trump saying that he would sign the first phase of a trade deal with China on January fifteenth so all of that is helping lift some of the ascent of any markets the offshore Chinese currency at six ninety six ninety nine against the US dollar Dolly and one oh eight sixty eight and the W. T. I could now sixty one dollars and twenty eight cents a barrel sick look at some of the stories that we mentioned China's central bank filling up the new year's punch bowl and adding about a hundred and fifteen billion dollars worth of liquidity with that triple RK lowering those requirements for commercial lenders by again half a percentage point for more we go to Beijing and Bloomberg so in a way yes he says the goal is to help banks reduced their lending rate to business and the bank says this will save more than two billion dollars in funding costs for banks in the year indicating the benchmark loan prime rate will likely be lowered the PBS he also says is keeping policy flexible and working to make credit cheaper for businesses but at the same time the objection will be offset as banks provide more cash to the public before the spring festival and the P. B. O. C. says the overall liquidity level at beings will be kept stable and prudent monetary policy stance remains unchanged in Beijing I'm Selena weighing Bloomberg daybreak Asia meantime that size sheen China PMI for manufacturing in the last month in December fifty one point five it was slightly lower than the fifty one six in a Bloomberg survey and down from fifty one eight in the prior month what color is gone is getting ready to tell his side of the story the former head of Nissan and Renault promising to communicate freely with the media next week after escaping from Japan to Lebanon Bloomberg's Donna creche in Beirut says of sorties there are indicating gone is out of Tokyo's clutches they have come up with a statement to say that he did and illegitimate ways and there were no measures that warrant any action against ten since he is not subject to any legal prosecution in Lebanon the former head of the sun and face charges of financial misconduct in Japan he denied the allegations and may seek in a sense to put Japan's legal system on trial instead well as we've been reporting president trump says the US and China was signed a trade deal January fifteenth at the White House Burke's Kevin's really says this will allow president trump did not you couple of big successes on trade because he's also expected to advance the new US trade deal with Mexico and Canada the president heading into that first week of February where he will deliver his state of the union address to schedule too with the potential for they're having to be the the ending point of two major significant economic trade deals the US China phase one deal as well as the U. S. M. C. A. president trump says he plans to travel to Beijing where talks will begin on a phase two trade deal all right now in the meantime in the US and Japan have actually had their trade deal in effect as of the first of January so into the new year it cuts tariffs on some egg products and industrial goods but there's little indication that the two sides will make good on their pledge any time soon to start a new round of talks that would broaden out that particular trade deal and finally for this portion of our our report this hour trade relations between China and Japan may be about to get a little bit frost year more on that from Bloomberg's Denny's Pellegrini Japan is eyeing a new tech law designed to limit Chinese influence in security related infrastructure you'll mediation board says Japan's government plans to have a bill in effect this summer that will use incentives to increase local competitiveness the tax subsidies and government able be funneled to businesses related to the introduction of five G. telecom equipment along with Jones took it may have to tread carefully though prime minister Shinzo Ave is eyeing hosting China's president for a state visit this spring Denise Pellegrini Bloomberg take vacation time for a news update six and a half minutes here past the hour president trump down playing north Korean saber rattling comments returned outside the US embassy in Baghdad and former NBA commissioner David stern died on new year's day but those other stories here's Martin to Carol in the Bloomberg news from in Washington Martin thank you Brian north Korean dictator Kim Jong hoon is threatening to end his detente with a company ministration in a bellicose new year's day address to a party gathering in Pyongyang Kim declared he debut a new strategic weapon in the near future north Korea's leader has tried in vain to convince the US to ease sanctions president trump offered a muted response he likes me.

G. didn't find misconduct he found mistakes inspector general did not find misconduct by any FBI people he found mistakes and negligent and specifically how do you explain it and he's a gross negligence for intentionality yeah well I'm sorry he doesn't find intentionality but that doesn't make it any less important as director you are responsible for this I was responsible for this yeah the Buck stops with me but really that doesn't he did the same thing shifted it's actually the bureaucracy and that's another lie and then and then there's the call me he feels vindicated when that's not what the horror or which reports at the heart what's report does not vindicate him and at like gross negligence or intentionality Washington words meeting it was intentional meeting they did it on purpose he couldn't prove it because they didn't admit to it and that's it that's the only way you can prove it is if they admit to it and they did admit to it because they're hard cases down there hers coming the I. G. says you should feel no vindication maybe turns upon that we understand the word the word vindication no no no no no no no no no no we had the audio from the other day where the the inspector general Michael E. Horowitz was asked about vindication he said he was as very specifically said that James Comey says he feels vindicated former F. B. I. director James Comey said this week the that your report vindicates him is that a fair assessment of your report hi you know I think the activities we found her down and vindicate anybody who touch this so they don't vindicate anybody that said that done in so everything he said I I'm vindicated it's not true he said no misconduct was found a kind of a technicality but that's not really true we just couldn't prove what he already believed to be true I he was overconfident the procedures because it's so hard to get a FISA warrant that's a lie he says William Barr is speaking in bad faith that's that is shameless lie shiftless said there was no bias that's what the report said that's not what the report said he said there was no illegal surveillance that's not what the report said that's not what Horowitz said he said there was no deep state and the report shows there was no deep state that's not what the report shows those are all on true on true you know computer systems in cars are of course the new normal from electronically controlled transmissions that touch screen displays on your dashboard dozens of sensors cameras things that beep lasers but all this advanced technology is expensive to fix if and when it breaks that's why you need.
