"Do you really need to get four pieces out of this with the way this is going? Or would it be better? Maybe. Okay. You've gotten You know, by field from the King's. They're willing to do that. Now, you know. What are you willing now to come down? You know, that's I think where an agent can help broker something and get something moving when it comes to a trade. One other quick thing on this, You know, you said you wouldn't be surprised to see him in training camp. Casey Mittelstaedt was on with the instigators and they were asking about. You know what about Jack the distraction? And he said, We're all friends with Jack. So you know if he's here, it's cool. Like the I I sometimes I think there's this idea. That the Sabres youngsters are entirely shielded from what is happening like they know what's going on. They talked to Jack. Yeah, I mean, I I understand why people say it would be a distraction would be a distraction for maybe a day. And I just don't think it would ultimately have a big outcome on the season or Casey. Middle stats. Development doesn't get stunted because he gets asked five questions about check. I call like he can handle it, you know? The thing. The thing though, is you know every city you go to your They're going to have to talk about it, You know? Yeah, except maybe a couple of cities who really don't care about hockey. Are you sure people are showing up the cover These sabers games in like Troy? You know, there's probably not going to have to answer to it and Florida or something like that. But, uh, Carolina's not asking these questions. Are there Carolina the but you know there, there's gonna be some other places where they're going to have to ask about it and You know, I You know Jack's upset, and of course, he's upset. I mean, anybody would be upset if they were in his shoes right now. So if you're asking me do I want him around the team. Probably not. I don't want to disgruntled guy who Who is your captain? And you know, I've been around Jack long enough. He's probably you know, behind closed doors when he's going to be with the players is not going to be saying glowing things about the organization. You know, because he's upset. So what? I want him around the guys. No, I wouldn't. You know what? You know, That's you know, but now we're going to have to see how that's going to break down. You know who could solve this? Peyton and Eli Man get them in. They could do this. Did you watch the mega cast of the banning past what you were talking about? And I got to it for a little while and You know Ray Lewis was on and I don't know. Maybe I just didn't get a good part of it. I would say this like I just I wasn't. I went back to the other broadcast fairly quickly. But I guess I maybe didn't give it a great chance. It's a It's a little bit of, um You know, when they had a guest? That would think Okay, let's see what the guest has to say. You know Travis, Kelsey Russell Wilson. But when a guest left, I would immediately think Okay, good back to the good stuff, you know, like fact, back to Peyton and Eli here, but I thought it was a little baby. That was my problem. I never saw the two of them together. I do really good. So with Ray Lewis and Um, I didn't realize they were going to be a bunch of different guests and then and then when the ending was happening You know all that happened? Maybe in the last 5 to 10 minutes of that game, then I thought to myself, Boy, I wonder what they're saying. I never went back to it. But I thought now is the time. Probably I should be over there listing, do it. There's a highlight of it. And then basically beside cannot believe that they can't. The Raiders can't find their kicker there. You know, It's just It was great. It was. It was very good. What did he lose his helmet or something? I don't know. Thurman were out there. Um, man, Statue of limitations. Paul. Come on, man. Herman, listen sometimes And now we're getting angry texts. You're going to get angry. I don't want to hear about that. Yeah. Uh, Hey, I ran. I ran out of time. So read Paul's article. The roster for the prospects and everything is available online. Wdr 5 50. They're going to play New Jersey Friday night and Boston Saturday afternoon. We'll have the games. I'll retweet it, Paul. Thank you, sir. Hey, By the way, the Mets took the subway series this year, just so I know that was crazy. That last game wasn't it where they're screaming, Well, nasty whistling, and it was I've never seen a guy hit a home run and then pass the shortstop and stop and chat. Yeah, that was kind of weird. Yeah. Alright, sir. Always a pleasure. Hope you're well. Take care of guys. Paul segment with us here on W g R Any Wester hotline, of course. Ah, was brought to you by somebody. Hang on. Hang on. "Springer's getting the ball out there using the receivers Johnson and Claiborne clip Play pool. Yeah, Paul. Thank you. And they're you know they're using these receivers to their advantage now and you know, I saw, I think, Give the coaching staff a lot of credit to for Pittsburgh. This isn't working. We need to change something. Something's up here, and I think they did, and Buffalo didn't respond. Paul's with the Sierra 80305 fifties. We talked bills. Football. There are hockey games this weekend. The Sabres prospect challenges back after a year off. We've got the roster that the Sabres announced at wdr 5 50 dot com. We'll have the games Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Paul and Brian Coals in Britain will bring you those games. Um, but of course, before we get to that. What's going on with Michael. Anything happening with this ball? I mean, can't opens next week. Nope. Kind of blew me away yesterday. I'm having people was Eichel there yesterday. And it's like, Well, um What I let's see. I tweeted out a picture of Zemgus Girgensons and I wrote a story about the roster. I've been at this a little while. I think if I walked in the arena and Michael was skating the picture I tweeted out wouldn't have been Zemgus Girgensons. Well, maybe because you have an old flip phone. Maybe you don't have camera capability on your phone. He couldn't take all right. It's possible so, no, he wasn't there. I don't know why I needed to be asked that, but I was But camp is next week. So is he showing up? That's the thing. I mean, it's a week from the kids show up tomorrow and then the veterans show up a week from tomorrow. Yeah. And You know, I'm going by what his doctor said on Elliot Friedman's podcast that he needs a surgery. Well, if you need to surgery, he's not going to pass his physical right and then it's going to get Do the Sabres just alright? He didn't pass his physical and they don't do anything else or do they do what they can under the collective bargaining agreement to it just wanted to things they can avoid the contract, which I don't think they're doing that. Or they can suspended without pay. Because The Sabres hold all the cards when it comes to the surgery, and he won't get. He won't get the Surgery that they want him to get and so they can suspended without pay, if if they see fit, so that's when it's going to get even goofy, er But you know, with the new with the new agent I don't think things are going to leak out. And even if we did see Jack Eichel there, I think he would decline interviews. I don't think he would speak. I don't think his new agent would want him to. I think you know they've had a meeting. And Adams and in the new agent, and I think they've decide I'm almost guarantee you, they decided will do this. Between us. You know, we're not. We're not gonna go to the media. We'd appreciate if you didn't go to the media. And let's let's do this without you know, going through the media and what we want to do. So that's what I anticipate came out of that meeting with the new agent and Kevin Adams and So I don't think you're going to be hearing a lot of things. You know as this thing progresses, Paul, do you think the Sabres have done any sort of, um I don't know, math or analysis, but are ready for collateral damage That comes as a result of all of this. You know the idea of suspending him without pay and what that would look like to the league. Yeah. Well. This is a situation where, you know, try to think back. I mean, There's nothing really to compare it to. You know, it's it's it's. It's a very unique situation throughout the league, and, you know, I've talked to people who around the league and there's really I mean, you can say, well, Tarasenko, the Blues haven't been able to trade him. So what happens with him? Does he show up? Does he not? You know the you know they, you know Well, who knows what, but that's not a situation where he needs to surgery. Or anything like that. So the Sabres unfortunately, the Players Association of handed the Sabres all the cards here through the collective bargaining agreement. And out. You know, I know Kevin Adams very well. He's not going to do anything that he's not allowed to do through the collective bargaining agreement. So you know he's well within his rights to handle it the way he has handled it. I don't think there's going to be great big fallout from it, Um You know, you'd say, Well, you know how the saber is going to get free agents and that type of thing. I don't think they want to build the team with free agents anyway. So whether they can go out and get you know the top free agents. I just don't think that's the way they want to do this. Anyway and, you know, look what they did to Tempo Newman, who had a heart condition. And they suspended him without pay. And you know they survived that that was back in their heyday of you know, the You know the right more to be? Yeah, they can afford to be a little bit. I don't know. Heavy handed. Yeah, I don't know if that's the right. You know, uh You know, they've count outing. They've they've caught out the echo throughout his career. And that's not that they're not that they're kowtowing to him or not Couch out November Whatever. I just think they believe in the way they're handling it and Unfortunately, the way they're handling it, too, is this has a really good chance of going into the next offseason. And with him with him around. And how long have I been saying that that you know, I wasn't predicting that would happen. But I also was telling you and you were saying, Come on, Paul. There's no way match said today. It wouldn't surprise me. If he's here for training camp. It wouldn't surprise me if he's here all season, and it wouldn't surprise me. You know, I wouldn't be shocked at all again. I wasn't I'm not predicting I never was because I just don't know how this is gonna end up. But it's it's a situation where No team will offer their top prospect for Aiko. And the Sabres have not come down in there. Ask so you've got one team that doesn't really come down and they're asking, and that's where the agent can come in. That's where he can maybe make a team feel a little bit better about what Michael situation And say, You know what? All right, Maybe you don't give up for huge pieces. Maybe you don't have to give up your top two prospects. Alright? Just loosen up. Give him give me your top prospect, maybe a number one pick. Maybe we You can get him to agree with that. Then you go back to the Sabres and say, Look at all right. We finally got a team that's willing to at least give you number one prospect and a draft pick..

"Do value him. I think I think they clearly value um a little bit This. They shelled out a three year deal for I think the value Okay if you're going to make the case for Girgensons, the value is where you got to have some veteran players who can show the way and you got to have guys that can man the PK and Girgensons has never been. You never have to worry about his work at the guy comes, he gives everything he's got. He's a dedicated guy. You know when here Kevin Adams talk about culture and pride in wearing the jersey and all that. I've never had any doubts about Zemgus Girgensons from that standpoint, so that if they had that discussion, it would be how many veteran guys do we have to set an example around the rest of the young players in the room? The sub 23 group, They don't have a lot. So it's it's a polls show it would be Skinner. It would be Girgensons. Um, if McCabe has resigned. It's a pretty short list. So there's your That's the one thing, Nate. I think. Veteran guy Bottom six. Reliable defensive player PK Whatever those, I just don't think it's still not enough for me to to change my my opinion on the other three quickly because relate to the break. Here's the question, I think, and we were discussing this. I know Britain's like, Yeah, we're always lead to the break. What lead to the break? The risk of line in Borgen thing I think comes down. It's it's this question. What is the value of keeping Rasmus risk the line in assuming he's going to be traded either this summer or by the deadline? What do you get the value of that asset and what you get for trading crystalline and versus the value of keeping will bargain on the roster. And where does Borgen fit going forward? And I think that's a really interesting the sky agree with the lien Serio ke ha use here. Are they resigning? McCabe? Samuelsson. Brayton. Correct me if I'm missing anybody here, Uh Casey Fitzgerald, Ryan Johnson, Jacob Bryson, Owen Power Going to be drafted, I got say, I mentioned it. So, so that's a does Borgen have a spot in their in their big picture depth chart because that's what it comes down to. Is it important to keep Morgan If not what? What do I get for wrist aligning in a trade because he's certainly not getting another contract from the Sabres. What do I get this summer? If I trade him, or if I hang on to him and use him as a rental guy at the deadline? What I mean? I don't even know what kind of draft pick you're getting fourth round time. What's the value between that asset or keeping bargain because his bargain going to have a spot here going forward, and if they think We don't see Borden having a spot here in a couple years, then I guess they would just leave him unprotected and protect risk. The line in Which would probably anger the fan. Oh, it well, it would. Definitely it would ban there. There would be words. I think that's the only I think that is the main discussion. They've got to have on risk the line and versus bargain. What value is it in both guys and value in different ways. One guy staying the other guys value is what could you get in return? Do you think that they will take into account how Sabres Twitter will react? Uh Do you think they do You think that's in the back of their mind? No, because they're the same organization that there's Social Media Department at some point said Hey, let's wish Terry Pegula happy birthday and tweeted that out. No, I mean, I mean, you I can't imagine what they would have to imagine that the first thing on the grease board Little Star star on the other side of it. What would Sabres Twitter do? And then that's that's their guiding principle. Yeah, well, I did put up Web poll today. So on the way to break voted wdr 5 50 dot com. I'm Thinking this is going to be a fairly sizable route. Basically. Which guy would you exposed to the expansion draft? Rasmus Crystalline Ana will bargain When we get back. We'll talk some bills football and we'll talk about a new title. With the quarterback coach and what that might mean, among other.

"More year in these a U F A. He's not coming back, right? So They're really in terms of contract, And as I said, who's due for a big deal Down the road, Darlene? Maybe Yokohama. You No forwards. You know there's really no but you're gonna have to wear all of sin at some point there. Really? I don't think that contract will be an albatross because the bigger contracts that are on the books or would be on the books. I think two of them are coming off, right, So I think there's A great deal of flexibility. Even if Seattle doesn't take Skinner There's a great deal of flexibility. You know, what are the Sabres doing? Go Leo do they then sink big money into a goalie into a free agent goalie, whether it's all mark across the market and get a guy, But I'm saying I mean, he's got flexibility. Even Skinner's contract That does not preclude Kevyn Adams from doing any making any menus you've managed to make. No, that's right. You can go sign Gabriel Landeskog. It's not going to happen, of course, but my point is, they are in a position where the Skinner contract doesn't Preclude them from doing other things. Certainly I just think at the end of the day when you're when you look at value and just sort of look like a return on investment, it's that's That's part of the reason why the contract at this point hurts right is because Skinner's clearly not scoring at the same clip that he was, you know, in his contract year scores 40 goals, and I didn't think he would do that. I mean, he never did that in his career, but Skinner Even as he's as he's getting older, Nate, I mean, he should still at least be a guy you can count on for 20 goals. That's I mean, that's and that's what he has been in his career. 2025 goals, I think is not a lot to ask. And and all of a sudden he's got 21 goals will last two seasons. Granted, not full seasons, but 21 goals over. I don't know. 100 something games. Yeah, it was. Listen. I mean, he had a disappointing season last year. It disappointing, you know, short bubble season as well. I mean, he just Well before the bubble I should say, um, yeah, I don't know. I I There's a lot probably to talk about with Skinner on how this team figures. I think the first thing is if he's here Yeah. You just like Put them with good players Roll right. What's Granada going to do with him? Like stop making him a defensive player? He's not. He's not Listen. I mean, at the at the rate you're paying him. If your plan is to put them on a third or fourth line, checking role, then, like, just beg somebody to take him then and then, like trade, a second round, pick or trade, something to Seattle. And just get them off the books. If that's your plan with Skinner find a way to just get out from underneath it. That's what I was wondering if it's now that Skinner is going to be unprotected. Is it possible? Kevin Adams talks to Ron Francis and says, Okay, we'll make a little side deal. What do you want to take Skinner in the draft. And you give up. I don't know. Do you give up another pick somewhere, prosper them to make sure that again. You're not worried about a forward they would take unless they're going to be like, really enamored with wanting to keep Zemgus Girgensons say, um, you know, And then you'd also alleviate if you're if you're if they're in Internally. If they're struggling with the risk the line and versus Borgen discussion. Then if you're Kevin Adams, I don't know you again. Do you offer up hick? Hey, take Skinner. What do you want to take Skinner. Here's this pick, and then the Sabres. It basically are keeping wrist alignment and bargain. You know, One guy will be exposed, but Seattle's taken Skinner for them. Yeah, I think Granado could still find a way to get some goal scoring out of Skinner he played. I think so, too. He among other players before going better under Granado, and his role will be different. He won't be buried on a line. That's the hope. I mean, he right now, if there's no Sam Reinhart, and there's no Jack Eichel on your on your team He's your best forward. Yeah. Yeah. Goalscoring. He's him and he's your best forward. He's your best forward. Yeah, but all the sun is more about power play goals as much as as opposed to five on five. I mean under Granado, I gotta double check and see what Skinner's ice time was under Kruger under Granado is a little bit over 15 minutes a game. I feel like there were nights with Kruger where Skinner was under 10 minutes of ice time. Yes, And that role would change. Of course I think with if he stays here and don Granado I mean being the head Cook again. It's the hope I get As as common sense, as you would think. The asking Skinner to wave is no movement Clause two for two to not protect him as much as in the same way. I was really unwilling to give them the benefit of doubt that they would make such a no brainer. Move. I'm also not going to just assume they're going to do the right thing with Skinner. I just I don't know how you can after watching last year, and I know Granada. Things did change under Granado. And, frankly, listen. I mean, this isn't just about the coach in his use. He didn't really earn a lot of ice time. He didn't really learn a lot earn a lot of like high scoring chance. Opportunities playing with Eichel when he was healthy in playing with I liked him when they flashed them with middle stand a little bit, You know, like, so there's I think there's opportunities to get him around some good young players. I wouldn't mind seeing you know a cousin Skinner. First line or something along those lines next year. If that's you know who you're throwing out there, so I don't know it's I'm not going to assume they're going to do those smart right thing with Jeff Skinner, if they do And they can set themselves up for him to have a bounce back season. I don't know what that looks like, And I guess I don't really know what a bounce back season looks like for Jeff Skinner short of just get us 25 2020 to 25 goals. Yep. When we get back. What I think is the key question the Sabres will be dealing with in the wrist. Aligning versus Borgen discussion again. Now that Skinner waves the no move. We really don't have to spend much time at all the talking about who they would protect among the forwards. It really comes down to the third guy. On the defenseman list. So we'll get into that.

"I I would do whatever I would do not whatever it took, but I would Would sweeten it so good. But they couldn't say no. Yeah, because I'm going to tell you this when you start to do your Your White board. And you're inserting the You know the cousins in the middle stature and the tapes Thompson the aspirins and, you know, Zemgus Girgensons going to be coming back next year and you start to insert your players into the lineup, and then you start to think to yourself, okay? Um There's going to be at least one Or two players from the Jack Eichel trade that will fit into the forward line. Sam. Heart Trade is going to be probably, um One player 11 player. Um, so there's three players right there. Now, all of a sudden when you start to look at your lineup There's no room for Jeff Skinner. There's no room for Jeff Skinner. We're talking, you know, you know Jeff Skinner cannot play in the fourth line. That was the most ludicrous thing I have ever watched in a long time to see a guy who has scored more goals in this league in the last What, eight years? There's only there was only a few guys that scored more goals than Jeff Skinner five on five. And he's playing with Curtis Lasarte and Riley Sheehan. Mm. That's absolutely ludicrous. Instigators. W gr 5 15 MSG So Skinner agreed to waive is no move clause and I'm just trying to be creative and figure out how the Sabres can move him. Give him a change of scenery and Get that money off the books and get him a fresh start out west. I'd be very curious to see if something like that could ever happen, but never no stranger things have happened. Um some other things that I wanted to talk to you guys about was Parise and Suter yesterday. Crazy day. I'm you have both of them getting bought out. I think Souter said that he was blindsided by the buyout. Where do they go? I mean, other than to the bank to cash their bio checks for the next eight years, But where do they go? They were just talking that appreciate could end up in the island. And they were talking. Uh Sooner, possibly to Vegas. Not easy. That's just the two they were talking about. And you look at those two those two guys, I truly believe. That each one of them Are going to be making a decision. That is based on where I have the best opportunity to win the Stanley Cup. Yep. They have made a tremendous tremendous Both of them have made, you know, probably over $100 million in their career. The decision now will be based off of where is the greatest fit for me to win a Stanley Cup? Where is there? A team that's established? That needs a piece like me. To get over the top. Zach Parise, a If you remember there was, um there was a deal. I think that was supposed to go down with Lula Morello and and, um, Bill Garen from from Minnesota. And it did not work out because of money issues and and how it was all going to work out. But this is now a situation that Zach Parise Can go and step into a very, very solid lineup and you know where he's going to. You know the position he's gonna take right? Lee Kombarov. Yep. Right. Zach Parise is gonna fit into that position. And you're you're gonna add an extremely good player at the age of 36. I know Zach Parise age 36. But he's going to give much more to that hockey team. Than what Be Kombarov. Yep. Will provide And you You also have to think about Anders Lee, the captain of the New York Islanders was out the entire playoffs with with the the bad knee. And you're going to add him in the Islanders are going to be a team. That I believe could be. Could could, uh, really next year. B. One of the favorites for the Stanley Cup. And on the other side, you just mentioned You know, it's Golden Knights Vegas Golden Knights literally could be the perfect spot. For suitor. He's going to. He's going to be a low cap hit. And when you look at what he brings and what they need, they need that guy that can play 20 a little little over 2020 some minutes of hockey. That's he's still he still has great game left in him. So I mean, that's going to be fun to watch because those guys are going to want to win a Stanley to pretty good spots I got for those guys are very good. Yeah, that's I mean, and you guys say I bring nothing to the table. You say it every week. I bring nothing, you know, you know, do your brain razor. You know what you're doing? You're doing a great job sticking to the script that we wrote for you today, Okay? You know the other spot to me that I think as much as I think Rob hit it right on the head with Vegas because I think now he's kissing your body raise. No, I think there's one other spot that I believe. They that that Ryan Suter is gonna want to go? Do you guys know that team? Mm. There's one other team Canada is going to be glaring. For Ryan Suter and him wanting to play their made police Canada. Non Canada Colorado Avalanche, Alright, yes, and why I say Colorado is they have a 23 year old Samuel Gerard. They have, uh, a 20 year old Bowen, Byram. They have a kale McCarty, who's 22. Then? You know you look at their older They're older guys. You know a D von Caves whose only 27 still a young guy. And Ryan Graves. Left handed. Bigger, bigger, stronger guy. Someone is going to be taken in the expansion draft, and it's going to be one of these defenseman. Well, it's interesting that you say that, um, also coming out of Colorado. Dragon Discard Landeskog. They're not even close. They're not even close to a deal. Yeah, your captain. I mean, do you? What kind of money? You're gonna pay? Lanus cop? What kind of money is he? Is he worth in your minds like What are they asking him to take? And what is he worth? Or two different questions? Got to remember. You're going to have McKinnon coming up in a couple years you're going to have you're going to have to pay my car. My car a ton. Think Gerard's already under long term contract for like five something, isn't he? What is what is he worth?.

Curtis Lasarte Riley Sheehan Jeff Skinner Zach Parise Bill Garen Ryan Graves Samuel Gerard Anders Lee Lee Kombarov Lula Morello Ryan Suter Jack Eichel Byram Rob Zemgus Girgensons Sam Souter next year Vegas two

"It just didn't seem like it goes, where very far until this game and then It actually is a pretty nice shot done to see where Jari was. In the net. Jerry kind of sat back in his net. And it's picked the corner a short side on that was a pretty nice shot that he had there to score. The goal. No. You got help from the goalie. But still, you know, he was able to do that, and That's the thing to you. You you start the game off with that play. It's a good play all the way around. Shea had makes a nice play. To produce the turnover was Mark Freedman. I believe that turned the puck over to him. That was a good play by Shea and just a produce that turnover and then quickly get the transition. The other way, too. Could Ula And you know he uses his speed gets in. George. Ari gets caught deep in the night. You and you've got the lead and You know, it's pretty early in the hockey game. When this happens, it's 2 45 into the hockey game. Yeah. You know, Jeff Carter gets two goals before the end of the period. You don't play real well in the period, although I thought they played better than 10 5 shots would tell you they did. I thought they miss him very good opportunities. Bret Murray has probably three or four really good scoring chances in this game. Because he was willing to go to the net and You know, And then you know Thompson scores very early in the second period. So now you're too too And then it starts. You know, next goals and minute four later next goals 37 seconds later Next goals 1 13 later next gold 59. Seconds later, before you're done, there's five goals in three minutes and 53 seconds. Unfortunately, when this all ends its 53 other team And you're still OK, really? Because You know two games in a row against one of the best teams in the NHL, a holding a lead You had come back from two gold deficits and won the game. So you know you're sitting after 40 minutes. Alright. You're down to But you've been able to put some some pressure on the other goaltender. You've been able to put three in the net. And you know, so I don't. I wouldn't think after 40 minutes they're sitting there going well, all was lost. You know, and but, you know, 53 became, uh, 84 by the time it was over. There's another guy want us to know he's under contract. H. Thompson scored last night, his career high school and I guess with him palling with a number of things that could almost come up with like a Before Kruger and after Kruger like PK and a K things here, but Thompson's under contract, so it's a different discussion than could Julia. What did you see from Thompson this season? Is there a reason to believe? Because he was better after the coaching change? Is there a reason to believe he can be Ah, more consistent player going forward because you point out many times whether it's on the air with this station or through Twitter. He can look great one night and then just disappear for a stretch, and that's still there and One of these forwards is probably not gonna be able to be protected unless they can. Let's Jeff Skinner agrees to Let them not protect him if he doesn't mind going to Seattle, but I can't see that. You know, he wanted to come to Buffalo because one of the reasons it's close to Toronto, where he lives. And I realized we're on Francis, who had Jeff Skinner and Carolina is in Seattle. But I just don't see Skinner saying, Yeah, okay, I'll go out there unless he has some burning desire to live out there. Nothing, Paul. I mean, he could agree to waive it. As a gamble and the sabers would dare them to take Skinner and they might not because of the contract, right? Yeah, they take him, I think Um, yeah, I don't. I just thought, Yeah, they might know for for sure that he wouldn't go there and so you know, but sooner would have to be guaranteed that he's not going anywhere. You know, and then they have to protect him. But you know they've now the choice would be Asplund Thompson. You know one of those two guys to me. I probably would protect aspirin before Thompson right now. But I think I don't think ownership would agree with me on that. Really? Yeah. You don't want to look because because of the country Reilly trading my lord they want they want that toe workout in the worst way. And, um Yeah, I'm so ownership, I think would be very would frown upon not protecting Thompson. In this formula. I've got Bull Thompson an aspirin. I would expose Girgensons. But I don't think owners not gonna do that, right? No. Well, that's not the O'Reilly trade, right? Maybe Mean Girgensons is 2.2 for two more years, and you could expose him. I'm not sure there's the whole game of trying to figure out who Seattle would take. You know, you're daring them to take somebody and No. They've taken a 27 28 year old Zemgus Girgensons will bark is the one I mean, right now A ZAY written it down. Skinner, Eichel, Reinhardt Aspelin Middle stat. Oleson Thompson. That would expose Bork and Girgensons. Um I think that that's what you're looking at. What do you want to do it? Byork. I ate Girgensons exposed. No matter what I think, or the conversation comes down to aspirin. Thompson and Bork. One of those guys had to be exposed. I just don't think would be I get we talked about this yesterday..

Jeff Carter Mark Freedman Jeff Skinner Bret Murray George Bork Eichel Paul Ula Jari Seattle H. Thompson Ari Toronto Oleson Thompson yesterday Thompson Jerry Julia Skinner

"So again, make even if the Bruins want a cup, let's say next year like, you know what it's going to be very happy with your garage. You're still going to have the 20% of the the fanbase. You're still going to be like, well anyone could have done that. I really thought 2019 was going to be it. I really thought that was going to be the year. I really thought that was it. It was like this is this one the narrative changes. This is when people go, you know, pretty good but it's funny. I mean the two goals and Seventeen seconds of thing to like that's just net front coverage like no one looking. Wojciech and ferrets. It says like oh you should have covered your guy better like Xbox control is disconnected. They're just, you know, just just Puck watching like I find that fascinating to me that more people don't like talk about the terrible net-front coverage, but they just want to see Evan. We're just making excuses for the guy. So that's true. We just make choices we make excuses. There was another part where it was like, you know disagree agree type scenario Bruce Cassidy. Lots of people have complete faith in Bruce Cassidy as coach the Bruins 62% said either completely agree or number six, which was like wow much pretty much agree completely Jacobs not as much Jacob they were not so kind to but a lot of people were seven six five and four with him, but there were more often to in one's in the rest of the the crew which player on the Boston Bruins. Do you most admire for what they contribute to their team first round with 28% of the vote obviously rocking Marshawn 1:18 a.m. Resent and I'm just noticing this you know, who was third. Jaroslav halak was seventeen percent that is hysterical. Now. I mean, you know being plan admire that he came in and you know walk them through the hurricanes and but yeah, I mean that is very ironic that he's number three on that list Charlie Coyle made the list as well actually and then we've already kind of wage and local guys Kevin Hayes top top top Center in the league number six center in the NHL just hysterical that all of Dorchester has been teamed up to vote for that list. That's the biggest Troll and I've seen since zemgus girgensons was in like the NHL All-Star Game country just voted a men. I find that hysterical which plan on the Bruins for whatever that is not or did not meet your expectations this I did tweet. You probably saw this last 35% back at 17% which I pack is makes sense Nick Ritchie 8% That makes sense Danton Heinen. 6% Chara 3% jars on this list like every year but the other I mean Rask at 35 Rascals eight Fez came set came in.
