Mark Levin Reacts to Donald Trump Indictment

"You've had a very busy day tell everybody your initial thoughts It's the longest witch hunt I've ever seen He's indicted Democrats are cheering Is this going to be the biggest backfire in political history You know Ben and I want my audience to know something I'm not on tonight because I just spent two hours for president Trump at Mar-a-Lago interviewing for my Sunday Fox show Then I left and within an hour I hear on the radio about this outrageous action by the Soros prosecutor in Manhattan I don't like this phrase the first president ever indicted that's exactly what they want They want the mug shot but I will tell you this As a nation we've now turned the corner We've turned the corner into a hard tyranny That a former president can be indicted really over absolute nonsense And the fact that they've had four grand juries functioning one in Manhattan to Atlanta well I guess it's 5 Two in Washington D.C. all of these Democrat heavy Democrat cities Demonstrates to you that we've now crossed the Rubicon Into tyranny We have completely out of control prosecutors and investigators And what's interesting is that Lee zeldin had been elected The governor of New York his first act he told us was to fire Alvin Bragg Well you can see why And if Democrats are cheering this is what people need to understand But the Democrat party is the party of totalitarianism That's what it is Murders rapists in the front door out the back door But if you're Republican or if you're a Trump supporter anything that sort Well then of course they're going to hunt you down and they're going to do whatever they have to do

Monica Crowley: Supporting Harmeet Dhillon for RNC Chair

"I've come out publicly in support of harmony Dylan to be the new RNC chair against Ronald mcdaniel. I had to run my podcast last week. We had a fantastic interview. I've known her a little bit over the years and she is just brilliant. She's an attorney. She's an attorney for our causes, which, you know, the Democrats on the left have fleets of lawyers on every cause from elections to the environment to you name it. And our side has a handful. Well, harmeet is one in that handful of lawyers and she actually puts her money where her mouth is. So she will be a consummate fighter for America first. She will be completely responsive and representative of the Republican voting base, which we have not had. I mean, ronna mcdaniel is the lovely person, but she's been in there for 6 years. She does not have a record of success. In fact, the exact opposite. And now what's being exposed between Lee zeldin, who was going to run for RNC chair, but decided against it. But between he and what they're exposing is that the RNC process is just as corrupt as anything we talk about with the Democrats with the political back scratching and the self dealing and all of the money and favors being doled out over the years so that all of these people become locks. Once they get into these positions, we can not attack Joe Biden and the Democrats for this kind of corruption when we've got it on our side. That's number one. And number two, we really need leadership on the GOP side because the hour is very late in America, Todd. And so we need people who understand the nature of the threat that we are facing from within and they're not part of the absolute inherent corruption in this country. We need people who get it and who are not in on it. And that's our meat in my view.

Lee Zeldin Will Not Run for RNC Chair, Still Calls for New Leader

"Lee zeldin, writing on Twitter, I won't be running for RNC chair at this time with McDaniels reelection pre baked by design. But that does not mean she should even be running again. Zelda goes on to say here and this is from Politico. Change is desperately needed, and there are many leaders myself included ready and willing to step up to ensure our party retools and transforms as critical elections fast approach, namely the 2024 presidential and congressional races. Folks, if we keep doing what we're doing now, we're going to be blown out in 2024. Zeldin wrote to RNC leaders last month, laying out the case for his potential bid. He came within 6 points of beating Kathy hochul in blue state, New York. Quote, no matter what, I am committed to doing absolutely everything in my power to help save our country with every ounce of my energy. Zelda urged the party to develop its fundraising apparatus, bolster its ballot collection and election integrity efforts and build its grassroots after Republicans fared worse than expected across the nation on election day. And again, Trump says Trump has been out there from day one saying no to early voting. Zelda says the better path forward would be for chairwoman mcdaniel to listen and respect the wishes of the actual grass roots, voters of our party, and allow the RNC to forge ahead with new leadership. Her greatest service to the Republican Party at this time would be to make room for a new chair.

Potential New Bids Incoming for RNC Chair

"Big story developing out of RNC headquarters where there is going to be a fight for leadership, ronna mcdaniel, plans on running again to be head of the RNC. That's the Republican National Committee. However, she already has a competitor among them army Dylan, who's been a guest on this program, she's an RNC committee member. She's also an attorney who has been fighting for Kerry Lake down in Arizona. Dylan was on with Tucker Carlson last night and actually suggested that all you Republicans out there are tired of losing. Are you tired of losing Republicans? She says, I think that what we really need to radically reshape our leadership in order to win is new leadership. We can't keep running elections like we did in the 90s and the 2000s. We really have to modernize to compete with the Democrat dollar for a dollar in the ways they fundraise and the way they deliver ballots to the ballot boxes. She says the Republican message needs to be fresh and positive and not just reactive to news cycles and what the Democrats are doing. My pillow CEO Mike lindell says he's going to be running for the chairmanship is he is Mike even a Republican. I don't know. I mean, he may be. Maybe that may not be a requirement these days to be RNC chair. There is also a report that Lee zeldin, the congressman from New York, may be a considering a challenge, and also Andy Biggs. Our good friend, the congressman from Arizona.

Dinesh Continues His Review of the Midterm Election Results

"I'm back and we're talking about the midterms and some results have come in in the last day or so. In fact, I mean I were talking together about results out of New York. A number of congressional races that were poised kind of on the knife's edge or were right in the middle have tipped over into the Republican column. Let's remember, by the way, we think of New York, we're like, wow, New York really? What? But New York is fairly conservative outside of New York City. So as you begin to move Long Island as you move upstate, you republicanism is not uncommon, and in some ways it's even the majority. So it's only because of the dense population of New York that New York is a safely by and large democratic state. But what you have here is races that were that had about an equal number of Republicans and Democrats. So maybe even democratic leaning falling the Republican way. Now what does this mean? Well, it basically helps us in the house. And we have to give credit to this guy Lee zeldin, Lee zeldin ran against Kathy hochul for the governor's race, and he lost, but he lost pretty narrowly. I mean, if you look at those numbers between Zelda and hulk, I mean huckel won it pretty cleanly, but it was not the normal blowout. It wasn't something where hoku got 60 and zeldon got 40. It was something where these guys were just a few points apart and what that means is that Zelda had a sort of coattail in New York. He was able to pull up some of the other Republicans. By the way, this was just a confirmation of how politics works in teams. In other words, if you do well at the top of the ballot, you often do better at the bottom of the ballot. One of the anomalies of 2020 was the Trump lost, but Republicans down ballad did pretty well. This is an anomaly that I think about when I, as I put the film together 2000 meals and also wrote the wrote the accompanying book.

"You know we gave them a scare in places we shouldn't have you know results matter talk is cheap but I'm saying that because Lee zeldin although he didn't prevail in New York had some serious coattails Folks I grew up on Long Island in New York Long Island flipped two seats less than I wanted them was the police officer We had on I was a D esposito He won his seat So did George Santos how Long Island Sean Patrick maloney lost his seat Guy's been in office since the Flintstones for the Democrats He lost the Lawler So you know sometimes horseshoes and hand grenades with your race yeah Zelda pierce is going to lose This by running a really good race but it's not just horseshoes and hand grenades because the coattails he had brought a couple of Republican candidates across the finish line It's just a fact

"In New York State polls are only open for another ten minutes, ten minutes left of voting in the state of New York. They closed at 8 p.m. in New Jersey and Connecticut and standing by at the zeldin headquarters as it relates to the race for governor, our Lydia Serrano, Lydia, what's going on over there? Well, Dominique, the momentum is building here in midtown Manhattan at zeldin election headquarters. We have a lot of media and now we have some supporters here and we have another Democrat who crossed party lines to endorse congressman zeldin dove hiking. How are you, sir? Great to be here very, very exciting, whoever imagined that a Republican would be in this fight in the most serious way. And on the verge of actually winning. So this is a very, very exciting. The people of this state, the people of the city are afraid the Democrats just didn't understand what the people cared about what was important to people. I mean, Kathy hochul just never got it. I mean, her behavior, the things that she said, insulted every single New Yorker, like we were stupid. We didn't get it but she got it. So this is very, very exciting. And boy would it be something? Boy, what an earthquake in America to have Lee zeldin as the next governor. When was the last time that you endorsed a Republican for governor of New York? Well, the last time was in 1994. No, well, pataki, Patagonia. So maybe you're a good luck, by the way, against Cuomo and I remember what they told me that if pataky lost, they'd hang me literally. That's what they said to me as a Democrat as a member of the New York State assembly because the worst thing anyone could do is to cross party lines. But look, it's not about being a Republican or Democrat. You got to do what's good for the people. Good for the state. And this one is a clear one. And I think people got it. They understood no one could tell them that they were stupid that they didn't get it that they didn't know that they were afraid to get on the freaking subway. 40% less people on the subway. They understood, but Kathy hochul never figured it out. Like, give me a break. Maybe she's going to figure it out tonight. And then maybe the rest of the country will figure it out. Well, thank you so much, dove hiking. We pleasure to be with you. Thank you. Maybe you're a good luck charm, okay guys, I'm going to send it back to you in the studio. I'm Lydia Serrano and I reporting from Lee zeldin headquarters in midtown Manhattan for 77 WABC. Thank you so much, Lydia, boy. Keep us posted with everything going on. And in studio here with me and Dominic Carter on our great election central coverage, we continue with former democratic New York governor David Patterson, also the owner and operator of red Apple media, the great John Katz and the TVs. Also former New York State GOP chair at Cox and former New York democratic congressman Anthony Weiner. Let me start with you. Governor Patterson actually real quick. Your reaction as you're here to get the sense of you've got Democrats like dove hiking and there are other people and we've talked about today. There are a lot of people who often vote, okay, all Republican down are all Democrats. There are a lot of people this go round. It seems Democrats that have said, we're going to vote for Zelda, maybe they'll vote for other Democrats in New York, but they're not happy with hoku. Where do you see this headed? Well, former assemblyman dove hiking is a very dear friend of mine at but he has kind of straddle that line before. He's just someone based on his district and also based on his personal beliefs. What kind of is in the middle? I don't know that I'd call him a common sense Democrat. I just call him, you know, he's purple. He goes back and forth. And he doesn't go back and forth as some people do to try to see what he can get out of it. It's how he actually really feels. So I think that's a little bit of an exception. But what I would say is that the issue of this campaign is more and more is we're seeing in the early returns is going to be it's going to be related more to turnout than anything else. Yeah, but Ed Cox purple is key. Purple isn't purple by the independence. Here in New York, Lee selden started his campaign a year and a half ago. And he spent a lot of time quietly here in New York talking to the orthodox Jewish population, the Russian Jewish population, the Asian population and the conservative Hispanic population. And they've gotten to know him. They like him, and I think that's going to be the surprise of this election. They're going to come out to vote for him. And I think he's going to do better than 30% here in New York City. Wow, which could be the solution. Clearly for him. The solution. Yeah, was it Nelson Rockefeller? I was reading had 35%. Some polls had him at 37 in the city, but I don't quite believe that. Mister Weiner, what are you looking at in particular tonight as a key Democrat? And then we'll come back to mister catsimatidis. Well, look, Democrats, the in party in a time of high inflation, unpopular president, is everyone's going to have to press numbers. If you look at the polling for Schumer, he looked at the tissue James. Everyone is down. But at the end of the night, by double digits, Kathy hochul is going to get reelected, we should all be rooting for, you know? I mean, I think that one of the things to keep in mind about Lee's elden is unlike pataky in 94, he is a an abortion and anti choice absolutist. He's an election denier. He is someone who has made this decision to run as he says himself. He's the trumpiest of the Trump, the Trump caucus. But Anthony, he has no homelessness. I have to correct you because he has said Anthony that he

Lee Zeldin: The Real Life Implications of Democrat Spending

"That's a pretty big problem mister zeldin that one of the biggest hedge funds in the world is saying we are headed for a hyperinflation What do you think of that I mean I think these experts or supposedly at first are smarter than I am with this stuff and it's certainly not transitory We see it the impacts here locally for us here in New York You wake up one day and city announced that they're setting up offices inside of Connecticut in Jersey wake up one day JPMorgan's going down to the states like Florida and Texas Goldman Sachs going down to Florida and Texas The real life implications of blue state policies Democrats in Washington D.C. spending money like drunken sailors trying to make us all think that this is all just transitory and the problem only gets worse So I mean I don't think that this is something that's magically disappearing just because they pass a bill and call it the inflation reduction act It's just not going to turn around automatically Obviously it's only going to get worse

"James Clyburn talking about that they knew when they passed the American rescue plan, $1.9 trillion meant not to mention the infrastructure 1.2. There was another 700 something billion spent for something. God knows how much we spent and Ukraine at this point. Well, they knew the American rescue plan was going to cause inflation. They set the opposite at the time. You guys remember that, right? But it's common sense. If the government prints more money if the government spends money, it's going to cause inflation. And now they're saying they knew it. But at the time, they were saying, this is the American rescue plan. See, the American rescue plan is about a transition. It's not about helping you. You have to understand this. You have to understand this. And I say it over and over and over again. When you are successful or when the, I should say, I'll put it this way. The Republican Party is successful when you are successful. When you're doing well, the Republican Party is successful. The Democrat party, you have to get this. You have to understand this, especially how it exists today. The Democrat party is successful when you are unsuccessful. That's how they retain their power. That's where they get their excitement. They're excitement. They're thrilled. They get their thrills in their power, not in liberty, as Dennis prager explains in his explaining conservatism, column.

They're telling you exactly what they've done, they're telling you what they've known all along. I told you, I'm not a conspiratorial person, but this was intentional. Now they want to try to roll it back right before the election. Don't be duped by these fools. Don't fall for it. Here's James Clyburn, one of the man responsible for putting this senile moron in The White House, audio clip number one, pop aboard Sean. What do you say to people who say, boy, Washington can talk about all these big programs, everything else. But I'm worried about the cost of food. I'm seeing the cost of eggs shoot up chicken, gasoline, you know, coming now with the winter heating. I mean, these are all concerns that hit very directly to people who may say, you know, what's going on in D.C. doesn't think of us. Well, let me make it very clear. All of us are concerned about these rising costs. And all of us knew this would be the case when we put in place this recovery program. Anytime you put more money into the economy, prices tend to rise. Republicans, oh my God, I gotta be honest with you. That's the first time that I'm hearing this clip, Republicans. You get it, your dollar isn't going as far. Your dollar is completely worthless. I feel not, I shouldn't say completely worthless, but if Democrats stay in power, it may be completely worthless. And man, the Democrats threw us another bone. They threw us another bone. They went after Steve Bannon today. And I think this is really silly on their part. I think this is a major era on the left part. Because instead of catering or sliding to the middle, if you will, instead of triangulating, they're doubling down on tyranny basically, right? And people are seeing this. People have seen how some people call it a two tier justice system. I don't think it's a two tier justice system. If you're a conservative, you're screwed. If you're Steve Bannon, you go to you go to jail, but if you're dang chanko, you get to walk free.

"Guys, I think momentum is on our side. Momentum is on our side. It may not look like that, but I think, I think the Democrat party, I think they're essentially campaigning for us. They're reminding us of all the things that they've done wrong all of the things that have gone bad. I'm gonna give you some of the numbers on some of the key races Senate races that we're looking at and just go through a brief history of some of the most important races, some important news that's popping out this illustrating or illustrative of momentum being on our side, if you will, I gotta give this chica Tulsi gabbert some credit. I didn't know exactly where she was going, I knew she was a person of conviction. But she is, she has a very liberal mindset, but she's an American. She's a patriot. She's a soldier. She's still in. I believe it's the army reserve if I, if I recall correctly, but feel free to call in correct me. If not, but she has first, she endorsed Kerry Lake, right? Of Arizona, the gubernatorial candidate of Arizona, a future female president of the United States of America, if she governs as she speaks, she phenomenal. All right? But now she's come out and she's endorsed tutor Dixon and Michigan and the numbers are getting better and better and better. I'm talking about between the Senate races, some of these governatorial races. Guys, do you realize that this is the I'm so excited because this is the first time in nearly two years that we're going to be able to tell these authoritarians how we feel at the ballot box.

"Let's go. Oh, I think November 9th. Okay. I mean, here's the only argument I would make against Donald Trump making the decision not to run because in his mind in his thinking, he won a second term. Yeah. So in his thinking. Right. Yeah, a 100%. So if he declines to run, he can basically say, I want two terms. I am a two term president. But he is taking one for the team when it comes to not announcing anything prior to midterms, but what's interesting is Ron DeSantis is basically criss-crossing the country, campaigning for governors, Republican governors and their races. When it comes to whether it's Kansas, other states across the country that he's traveling to. I mean, he's basically accumulating a lot of chips when it comes to saying, hey, if I threw my hat in the ring, you know, I was there for you when you ran for governor. I got you over the finish line. Now I need your support. I don't correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think they can both run. The wrecking ball Donald Trump. Oh, I hope not. I think that would be devastating. I would assume that they would be on the same page to say, okay, look, I'm taking a step back. You're going forward. So there's a lot of folks that think it would be good. There's a lot of big pundits out there that say, no, they should battle it out on the primaries. And honestly, I think they would both take their shots on each other, but I think they would both be okay. I mean, I think they've both done a good job. Where do you criticize desantis? I mean, he really has done a really phenomenal job. I mean, I don't know where you attack him. And I think, I think what Donald Trump, I think he attacks people that he doesn't respect. And I don't think he, I think what he respects somebody, I think he will, he will attack them, but he won't attack him in a way like a Jeb Bush. He had no respect for. You could be lower the Polish. If you're going to be off the stage, remember that story. Don't respect for Jeb Bush, right? Whatsoever. I don't see anything about your appearance, and there's a lot of material there for me. That's right. I think it's Donald Trump's decision. Really? It's his nomination if he wants it. Now does it matter to me, of course, Joe Biden, he pricked a pick of vice presidential candidate for political reasons, right? She happened to be a black female, right? Or partially black or whatever she is. But she fit the mold. She's clearly not there for her brains, right? Does Donald Trump start playing some of that political card? I mean, does he go out and pick another white male as vice presidential candidate and doesn't matter? Yeah, I don't think it matters. I mean, look, you know, he's not a popular Republican, but you know, you go back to George Bush, picking Dick Cheney. He would always joke. You know, he didn't pick me for, you know, Wyoming's three Electoral College votes. In my opinion, picking vice president doesn't really matter for the most part. But I think the guy is going to do whatever the hell he wants. I can assure you it won't be Mike Pence. All right, cool. You guys got any good questions. I can't find that video. I'll play it.

I mean, if you're such an idiot. But Chris Jacobs drops a gun bill and he won't come on and talk about why. I mean, seriously, and you're a Republican. At least with Chris Collins, he had the stones to come out, although he had so great debates on. I'll tell you what, smaller government and spending and whatnot. Chris had a lot of stones. I remember Chris going out and CNN town hall meetings, remember? He wasn't afraid of that. To give credit where credit's due. And in fact, we would attack Chris and he would cost. I'd see myself on ringing after the show. I was like, you son of a bitch. You're going to attack me. That was good. So we'd have to bring him on the following week. You're right, you know? Most interesting time in my life being his PR guy, but that's another podcast for another day. Holy cow. Great man though. Great man, I love him and I love working for him. It's a huge challenge this year when it comes to getting our people out to vote. And I think Lee zeldin told me the story once when AOC got elected that in the in the rotunda basically in Congress, she's sitting there and there's a line a line. It was almost like kissing the Pope's ring of all these Democrats flocking because they don't want to get primaried by AOC and all these radical progressives. Yeah. They've hijacked the Democratic Party. Yeah. Where pro life Democrats, conservative Democrats, they are persona non grad in the Democratic Party now. You understand strategy if you were Lee zeldin's right hand man, what would you tell him to do over the next few weeks? Talk about nothing but crime and inflation. Focused on women focus on soccer moms, focus on the fact that women, when they're shopping for their families, when they're caring for their families, that they can't afford diapers. They can't afford gas. They can't afford groceries and people don't even want to leave their homes because they're afraid of crime. I would just have a laser like focus on those issues and quite frankly, I know it sounds counterintuitive to what we talk about. I'd ignore Republicans. I would not target a single Republican because you've got their vote anyway. Yeah. The only way he wins is focusing on women and independents between now and November.

"Both of you guys, if it's the same exact turnout for basically the past two elections in 18 and 20 for Joe Biden, Kathy hochul wins all day long. Yeah. So you've got to have a lower democratic turnout, a less energized base and a more energized base for Lee zeldin. But I'm telling you, I have not seen data like this. And when you look at polling, we look at an election, it is a marathon, not a sprint. And you look at the abortion ruling of roe V wade over the summer. And I think the polling was correct in a sprint, you saw a spike for Democrats and energize their base women that were going out there and vote. But these are marathons. They're not sprints. And I think what you're seeing now in the polling data is that all these races are tightening because the economy and crime are hitting home for independence and women. They're saying, you know what? I can't afford gas. I have to make a decision whether or not I'm going to feed my family, put gas in the car and they don't feel safe in New York City going on the subway. Guys, I'm like, I'm so excited after looking at all this data that I think there's light at the end of it. Got to help you right. I hope you're right. Me too. I feel like though, when you look at some of the other data, you like data. Here's some data let me throw you away and get your comments on it. The data that I've seen is that 23% of the voter rolls can't be verified by social security number or driver's license. The data is at least that I read showed that 4.5 million unsolicited absentee ballots have been mailed out in the state of New York, right? That's data that is pretty upsetting. When it comes to election integrity, is that a concern? I mean, polling data is one thing, but I said this for months now. You're telling me in New York City, all those folks in section 8 housing are the most civically minded people that vote in every single election. Well, unbelievable.

"I believe that. If you look at Florida, it was a blue state. It was more registered Democrats than Republicans. And now the Republicans that have left New York are red conservative. They show up to vote. They were pissed off. They were sick and not having a voice here in New York. And they're there, right? And you saw that throughout the school districts in Florida, the last go around. You saw it in a lot of the town boards, municipalities. Desantis is now going to walk in. It's hard to believe that he actually was pretty close to losing that race to a drug addict. He was by 8000 votes in that election. That's great. Thousand votes. Literally a drug addict. The difference in New York and no to answer your question. There are not enough Republicans. If you look at the data in the turnout models and enrollment, it's about 50% Democrat, 22% independent or blank, not in any party, in 22% Republican. Wow. So zeldin's path is really picking off those independents. And that's why the lightbulb went off when I saw women independent starting to turn Republican in the past three weeks that Zelda's got a path. It is not with Republicans. Trump Republicans are going to vote for Lee zeldin. They will not pull the lever for Kathy hochul. That's just not going to happen. Right. So zeldin's path is basically peeling off Democrats, but having a, just a laser like focus on those independents and women who, at the end of the day, are going to say, you know what, when I buy my kids diapers, they cost more. Yeah. When I pay more for gas, it costs more. Rent costs more. That's safety's always a huge issue with all day long. The number one topic. The quinnipiac poll says, and this is where I get a little bit thinking, how in the world does he overcome this? The race is very tight in the suburbs with Zelda receiving 50% of the vote in Kathy hulk at 49. How can he win if he's at 50 49? Because he's got to win 30% in New York City. And when you look at these numbers, you know, basically that same quinnipiac poll has Lee at 37% in New York City. So that's why here in Buffalo, we always get frustrated sometimes with state candidates who say, why aren't they campaigning? Why aren't there, well, they are. They're just not campaigning here. Okay. So Zelda's path, especially being a Long Island congressman being Jewish, he's got a tap in to basically the suburbs, the outer ring suburbs right outside of New York City. He's got to win big, the Jewish vote. And he is Jewish. And then he's going to focus on basically the independence, Hispanics, Asians, and the minorities in New York City, that Glenn, you hit the nail on the head, crime, crime, and crime.

"We'll bring back stuff on my high low here. And we'll talk a little bit about the path to victory for Lee zeldin and I know Glen, actually it's funny. We were going to talk about the path to victory and you and I came up with about 12 questions, first step on. In the meantime. We'll be back real quick. In studio with us, Stefan mahay Liu and Stefan, no stranger to a political campaigns, and I've been learning a lot from you over the last two years, three years strategies and how all this stuff plays out. And you can never really know. You know, it's a lot like the stock market. You know, you can try to do your predictions. You can try to make your calls. You can try to put your best foot forward and but you still don't know the actual exact outcome of some of this stuff. Although, I would argue that I do believe some of the Democrats do, you know, especially when you start to look at audit New York and some of these things where I really think they do know exactly how many votes are going to come in. But that being said, Lee zeldin, let's talk about the path to victory. You know, there's two different polls. So this is, hey, this is your old Alma mater. Wg RZ. That's right. They had two polls this morning. One, the Siena poll 52 41, and then won the clinic PI poll 50 to 46. Which one do you believe? How do you look at these polls and make any kind of common sense out of it? I know. I do trust polling. I mean, I always say in politics and God we trust all others bring data. And I'm a big data guy when it comes to elections. Even like election night, Glenn and Mike and I, all of us are on a group text when it comes to laying worthy palladino one. And you were spot out with it. Well, we were all looking at data and that just is an easy way in politics to say, okay, that's a good snapshot of what's going to happen. So when it comes to the polls of zeldin, I firmly believe, and I'm talking generically here that it's going to be a very good year for elite and Republicans in New York State. The data that I'm seeing in congressional districts all over New York State, you're seeing districts or Biden won. I'm talking double digits. Yeah. His election and Republicans are up. Republicans are up. So I think that's good news for Lee's elden. The two polls, quinnipiac, Siena, one had an overpopulation of Democrats and then one under counted Democrats. So the truth is probably somewhere in the middle, but when I look at all the data, when it comes to polling data like women, I think Glenn was talking about The New York Times poll. Where you're seeing like a massive double digit swing in the last three weeks of women and independents towards Republicans in Zelda. I'm telling you my gut feeling is it's going to be a good night for Republicans this November. Are there enough Republicans left? You know, when you talk about the mass accident it's funny, I talk about this all the time.

"Whatever. And then they flip the script and they remember the housing crisis? Yeah. Remember Barney Frank? I wasn't talking about. He's literally on video in 2006 going, we don't have a crisis here. This is not the dot com bubble. We're talking about homes. Homes that maybe will ebb and tied with the flow of the market prices, but we're not going to see the kind of boss that we saw with this dot com bubble bursa. And then 6 years later, post 2008 housing crash. Thanks, Barney Frank. I wasn't talking about no, no, no, no. I wasn't talking about buying homes. No, I will talk about one thing, making ball ball doesn't matter. It's available. It doesn't matter what they talk. Whatever they touch turns to shit. Donald Trump said it whenever they touch everything. Nailed that. Whatever they touch turns to shit. Biden said when he got into office. Well, you know, look at, look at my policies months from now, right? Because he was criticized about the pipeline and about lowering the supply of and he says, judge me months from now on where the stuff is. Okay, we'll do that. Let's do that. Let's do that right now. You know what your greatest enough? You failed. Well, we'll talk to Stefan about this, but that's what the New York Times recent poll is a disaster for Biden. Absolutely. For the Democrat party, this is an absolute disaster. It really is. Yeah, we've got stuff on doctor. Let's play a few more minutes of this and we'll bring in stuff. Okay, we'll ask them all. To the work that you're doing. And also, I do recognize that the entire criminal justice system is one ecosystem. We're all the parts have to be in concert with each other. That's how we are successful. Each of you play a unique role in important role. But as we've approached this, I would be able to look at this 10,000 foot view. I'm way smarter than you are. Vulnerabilities and more help needs to be undertaken. That's why I've worked closely with my team day to day, every single day we talk about some facet. I bet you do. Which facet, exactly, Kathy. Which one? Some facet. We don't know which are safe and feel safe. So I've taken a very different approach. And maybe it comes from the fact that I spent hard swallow. I took a different approach, gulp. A police department working with my colleagues on the Tom ward, you know, selecting caliber of person that I thought could be a chief of police. Someone Carmen kesner, for example, from the town of Hamburg, someone who was just an outstanding outstanding public service. So I was very involved in understanding what we needed in that role. I also stood on a stage countless times as lieutenant governor and had the opportunity to welcome and send off our recruits. You're a master of ceremony. That's partly qualifies you as a law enforcement expert. What a joke. She gets into blaming this all on COVID. Possibility in the sense of wanting to do good for others. "Politics and of course like each and every week will be all over the place today. Maybe we will end up getting to some money. Recording this Wednesday morning in the markets have had a pretty decent week so far. So, you know, there's no, there's never any switch that says, hey, we're hit the bottom, and there's no oftentimes no news. You know, people always wait for positive news and think that, well, once that positive news comes out, then the market will be better, but oftentimes the market's better before that. So maybe we'll get to we'll get to some of that. We're going to be joined by stuff on the high Lu, we're going to talk about the possibility of Lee zeldin being the next governor, depending on what polls you look at and we'll talk to him about that. Some polls have lead down by 16. Some have laid down by two. So I thought you were going to say the Penta who counts the vote. Yeah, well, that too. But those pollsters, I think it was useless as some of the economists that we deal with. But we'll pick stuff on his brain about what he thinks about Lee's chances are. I know the last time a Republican won in the state they were down by 13 going in three weeks or four weeks before the election, although at that point there was still a bunch of Republicans left in the state. So that's true. We don't really have. I wonder what those stats are though. I wonder how many more Republicans step on would know those numbers. How many more Republicans were? Yeah, he's got back in 1994. Well, I think so. I think remember when we were at that event with David D Pietro, he was talking a little bit about some of those stats and how you have to overcome them. So we'll see. You just got to every day, you hope and pray that at some point some of these moderate Democrats would wake up and say, hey, I found my brain. I pulled it out of my ass. And it was able to dislodge itself. And I'm going to vote a little bit different, so we could change it to this state, but when he comes in, I want to talk to him about the kind of the breakdown of the Democrat and Republican Party and the groups of those parties. And the Republican side, very simply, the way I see it is, Republicans you have business owners, people that work hard, people going to work every day, people paying taxes, people that believe in a free speech and stuff like that, right?

"New York and around the world, Michael. Thank you very much, Nathan. The midterms are just a few weeks away, and now another race that Democrats once thought was a slam dunk could be in play. In New York, Republicans Lee zeldin is in a statistical dead heat, with democratic governor Kathy hochul. More from Bloomberg's Denise Pellegrini. Michael, it kind of all depends on which poll you want to believe at this point because a new quinnipiac poll shows hulk's lead narrowing to just four percentage points. Her campaign though says this quinnipiac poll under counted likely democratic voters former president Trump recently endorsed Zelda and the quinnipiac poll shows zeldin has a solid lead among independents. The Long Island congressman also has gained in a real clear average of polls, but hokus deletes by close to ten percentage points in a 5 38 poll average and recent Siena and marist college polls show her ahead by even more. Michael. Bloomberg's Denise Pellegrini. Georgia with several high profile races has set a record on the first day of early in person voting. "Thunder on the right. Call in now 877-381-3811. These Allen is running for governor of New York. He has a very good shot at this. If you turn out and vote for him in New York and do what we need to do in our states and our localities and nationally here, we have a real opportunity. The Democrats have demonstrated how they can not run a country. They can not run states like New York and they can not run cities. And they have all this control. It's time to rest it from them. And that's what voting is for. Lee zeldin is running for governor of New York. New York dot com's for New York dot com. Leaves Alba now. You have served your country in other capacities too. You served in the armed forces, didn't you Yeah, actually still served in the army reserve. I did ROTC and then commission as a military intelligence officer and switched over to the Jaguar. I was four years on active duty, paratrooper with the a second airborne division, spent some time in Iraq. Wait a minute, wait a minute. You jumped out of a damn airplane? I did. It made a whole lot more sense when I was single without kids. Once I was married with Michaela and Ariana, it started to not make as much sense. I interrupted you after you said you were in the 82nd airborne, and I know what they do. Where did you go? I spent some time in Iraq and 6 and in 2007, switched over to the reserves, still serve in the army reserve as a lieutenant colonel today in my 20th year. I love it. Well, that's fantastic. And you know we're having a hell of a time with recruitment now because of the way the military treating recruits with the wokeness and so forth. And now they want people to help on the border, picking up trash and cleaning refrigerators and toilets. What the hell is going on here, Lee? There's a recruitment and retention issue for sure. I mean, we've seen it across the board with first responders, firefighters, nurses, law enforcement. Here in New York, people are being removed from service because of a personal decision of whether or not to get the COVID vaccine, my position has been if you want to get it, get it. If you want to get it, don't do it. But people are being removed from service in the military right now because of it. And it's interesting is the story on Fox News dot com about a book that the DoD apparently is pushing out that's being criticized for CRT. And it's a book that right now inside my daughter's classroom. I have my kids are 16. They're an 11th grade. It's a CRT book that they're being forced to read. It's not just DRT. It also criticizes 9 11 first responders as menaces. It's bad news. Yeah, well, trust me, nobody is being forced to read American Marxism by book. I don't know. It's probably being burned. It's going to be used this winter by leftist who can't afford the electricity. But anyway, let me ask you a few more questions here. You have the powder remove prosecutors, don't you, including Soros back prosecutors, if you're governor. We do not have recall elections in New York, but we do give the constitutional authority and I would say constitutional duty to the governor of the state of New York to remove a DA who refuses to enforce the law. I've pledged that my first action, the first day that I'm in office, January 1st is telling them in hand district attorney Albert Bragg that he's being removed. Now letitia James obviously she's the attorney general. She ran for attorney general saying she wanted to get Trump. The candidate running for attorney general, he's close on her high heels as well. I'm going to ask you this even though it's not really in your lane. What do you make of her? I think that pledge to get elected to this very powerful position in New York to take down Trump. Is not what voters really want. When you actually get into this four year powerful position, there is so much else to do with the office of attorney general that hasn't been done that Michael Henry, the guy who's running against latisha James, I am sure of will be focused on instead of politicizing the office, it is an incredible power that's giving to this office of attorney general, not to use it to try to settle political scores and just make it a red on blue tribal conflict. There's actually a job to do. And Michael Henry, I think, is going to be able to come back to voters four years from now. And say, hey, look at everything that I did on your behalf, and it's not going to be everything it's just filled up with a brush of partisan politics and power moves, which is basically the resume right now of the incumbent. If you can win this governorship, you can make a huge difference in the state and in the country, because governors of New York have a lot of clout, not the one that's there now. She got it by the prior governor resigning and was never elected to that position. But it's very, very important. What are like the top three or four things you would want to do when you're elected governor? You

We are sitting there doing homework, and they were literally right across from us. We could have gotten hurt. Two teams hospitalized with injuries, authorities say the shooting had no connection to Zelda. Meantime, Zelda and speaking outside his home last night blasting the lack of action on bail reform, allowing criminals to walk free. At what point are we supposed to talk about the crime on our own streets? I'm standing in front of crime scene tape in front of my own house. You can't get me more outraged than right now. Congressman sharing surveillance video with police so far no arrests in the case. Whether it doesn't airports across the nation may have been targeted by hackers, including Laguardia, these systems targeted do not handle air traffic control, the attacks first reported overnight when the port authority notified the cybersecurity and infrastructure security agency that Laguardia's system had been a target. "And two people were shot and injured outside New York congressman Lee zeldin's Long Island home, his twin daughters were inside at the time. One called 9-1-1, the other called zeldin, who was at The Bronx Columbus day parade, with his wife. He says something needs to be done to fight crime in New York. At what point are we supposed to talk about the crime on our own streets? I'm standing in front of crime scene tape in front of my own house. You can't get me more outraged than right now. Two people were shot. They were taken to hospitals. It remains unclear who fired the shots, and why the shooting happened. Congressman zeldin says his security cameras captured those involved. After consuming the mushrooms and he apologized for his actions. Not all airline Wi-Fi is created equal. Some service is better than others, and there is a way to find out what to expect. His administration is building tents on Randall's island to temporarily house asylum seekers, bust to the city from southern border states. Murad amida of the New York City immigration coalition tells Fox 5, the city should consider buildings it already owns before opting to erect temporary restructures like tents. We do not think that we are at a place where we need to be putting people in tents. I know that the city's intent is to have it be a temporary structure where people are processed in. "All right, you know, you and I, I think, are both concerned with the rise of the violent leftist. The leftist now just have decided the laws don't apply to them. And we just saw congressman Lee zeldin up in new York running for governor. They're crazy leftists tried to murder him. Yes, and he was let out of jail without any bond having to be posted at all. And that's because of New York State's laws regarding that. There you have a man who tried to assassinate a sitting United States congressman running for governor. And he was literally let out of jail on a felony charge. I mean, it's not like he was charged. He was charged with a felony, but under New York's laws, governing bonds, he was let go. They had to let him go. And Jeff, I don't know if you've seen the video. We have it up on our website. It was very clear to me that he was going for the carotid artery. I mean, you can see the arm. You could see the hand at where it was going. And now we understand that it was some sort of some sort of a device that he had on his hands that had a sharp edges to it. So he was basically going to try to slice the guy's neck open. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Now, thankfully, Lee zeldin, you know, he's a veteran. He's a tough guy. He was actually able to fend off the attacker, but Todd, you think about this and again, folks have to go Todd starns dot com, take a look at the video. This depraved disgusting person is back out on the streets. God only knows what he's planning for today. And that's a great point. And this has been the argument from so many people in New York City where you can literally go and crack somebody over the head with baseball bat and you will not sit in jail. You will be given a summons to show up and that's because of these leftist laws that have been placed on the books.
