That's going to be around all across Texas and Oklahoma and over into Arkansas Louisiana and over in t-, Mississippi and parts of the Tennessee valley is well, we're looking at not only a lot of sunshine, but very comfortable, whether as well temperatures will be running or even a little above normal, depending on exactly where you are. But for the most part highs will be in the sixties and seventies and fairly seasonable for early April. However, we do have some stormy weather in the southeast. And that's going to include a likelihood of some flooding in parts of the Carolinas. As a storm system is moving northward. It's the eastern Carolinas that are going to get. Heavy rains are going to be stretching from the Ohio valley and mid Atlantic on down to the Gulf Coast and through the southeast today into tonight. The rain will start to get heavy as we head into this afternoon in parts of the Tennessee valley and the deep south, and that's going to be moving eastward across the Appalachians and over east of the mountains through the southern part of the mid Atlantic and down into the southeast for tonight and in that area and that time especially is when most of the heavy rain is going to occur. There can be some flooding as well. Even though the rain won't be as heavy up through the mid Atlantic states across the northern mid Atlantic. You still have a lot of snow and ice from last week. Windstorm weather, and that is going to lead to an easier incidents for flooding. It won't take as much rain to cause those flooding issues. We're also going to be having for the northern minute. Land can up into New England some ice and snow issues, especially for this morning freezing. Rain will start the day through central portions of Pennsylvania and New York, and there can be some icy weather over into central New England during the afternoon hours.
