Got it, Charlie. Thank you so much. Let's get back to our conversation with Honey Zachariah Sin CEO and founder of a vino on the phone. In Copenhagen, and I said full disclosure. I love the view, no app. I use it. I think what's really cool about it, honey, To be quite honest as I can be anywhere, and if I have someone I can quick take a picture. I could get some views. I can buy it like it's just wonderful. It's so easy. I do wonder, too like how sticky is it? Once you've got somebody who's on the platform, do they automatically become a buyer? A shopper? They continue to increase it like how does it How does it play out? It is very is quite a bit. It is obviously that so you do lose a lot of people in the beginning. But once people start going right after people have used it for your one year, it just doesn't change. Like once their own board have used it for one year that feels like it's a lifetime. We've been around for 10 years now. So we have a pretty good day down that so so the people that really appeals to They just keep going. So? So that's amazing. Obviously, we both knew features all the time, right? And so on to make it better and better is the US your best market, your fastest growing or where is it? Us is by far the biggest market commercially around 50% of our sales are in the U. S. So by far the biggest, not the fastest growing Mean relative to the market. It's by far the biggest, but but some other markets have started late. This might feel strange, but actually friends started relatively late. Really. It took them a while to accept us like We're not friends, so so they wouldn't accept us. But now they love us. So so we're happy with the new Well, So what do you do with the money? 155 million that you guys have raised? How do you need to spend it? And I am always curious for a nap like yours. What's your most expensive? You know, when you go through the balance, she is that the people is it marketing What's the most expensive item line item? Yeah, We're very privileged in the way that we spent very little money on marketing historically, right, because we have 20,000. People have installed the up every single day organic piece. So, so that's a privilege. When it comes to that, that might change in the future. Just we have a national On, but But for us, it's all about, you know, helping people drink better wine. So number one on our list is really operating product engineering just to make the product even better, And a lot of that is about using machine learning and AI. Really learn every single user, you know, we know all these winds. We have 12 million winds on there. And then we have these 50 million users, and one thing is giving them ratings. But we want to give them personal ratings. Just like Netflix does. We're launching something called match for you. So once once you scandal wide, you're not just going to see the ratings they're gonna say, you know, it's 89% certain that terrible like this wine That we're very excited, but that's really interesting. That's really clever. Where the areas in the world that you're not yet in terms of geography that you want to be that you need to be. I think Asia is has been a slower region for us. Yeah, usually starts with the real wine lovers that start using it and then it's like then it spreads after that. But there's no doubt about like North America and even South America and Europe are strongest places. Asia is lacking a little bit after, but we're starting to grow there now. No. Yeah, no interesting. I'm also curious. So I think I was just looking at some of the numbers at least some of our reporting. This recent funding round of 155 million values you guys between 608 100 Million Does that feel about right? That's a good question. Way. Have a Bloomberg analysts estimate that and I'm not gonna come in and further okay, Fair enough. Fair enough. Maybe over a glass of wine. We can talk about it sometime, You know, get a lot of wine. Okay? That's fair. Ah, lot of good wine. You're not profitable yet, right? And probably not this year, nor next. Why? If it's doing so well and you guys were adding, you know, I'm just curious, actually, 2020. We were profitable. So we so okay? We did break even assuming that we bring you broke. Even and I honestly I think That's also why we managed to really raise a lot of money people. So wow, this business really, really works. The unit economics are Charlotte the growth is there. Let's put some real money on this and see if we could grow even faster show. So we've really shown that the business model of the unit number just wrong and that profitability continues this year. Next year. There's your pretty confident of that word up. Yeah. No, We're not planning to do that. Because now we really want invest, right? So, so we've managed to show that if you know it all works, But now we're gonna invest a lot more fuel The growth got it. Got it. And so what's the end game for you guys? Do you plan to? I know, And I know you probably get asked these questions A million times, But I have to execute. What is the endgame? Go it alone, continue to grow the business. You've just gotten another capital raises a lot of money out there. There's also pretty healthy. I po market, you know, and it's been. Yeah, exactly. So how do you want to do it? I think it's a good question. I think my answer has always been and you know, we're closer to something that obviously really build a sustainable business. Also business that could stand alone. Right When you think about the wine market being like, almost like $400 billion, we get a slice of that This could be a really big, sustainable business. So you know, I think you know someone might be requiring us. But I think idea was something I really like at some point to it. It sounds like you know, honey, from what you told me. Now that you've got this money what you said 2020. You did break even you've shown kind of the world that we can do this. She's got two more money that you mentioned. You want to put into upgrading your product Engineering and so on. Is that what you need, Ideally, to kind of move the platform in the business to the next level. If you've got a lot of users, Yeah. Yeah, I think it's also about like the thing about we are a global business, right? We are actually in 17 markets. The marketplace opening 17 markets, right. We're only 200 people, So we really want to go a little bit deeper into each market there and increase our Our footprint in each single. He's single market there, so I think that's very important. All right. So before we go, what's your favorite Rhine or favorite? Few wines that you know, I lived in California for many years. I always I must. I must have enjoyed a lot of, you know, California caps and P knows I'm back in Europe now, so I do love champagne, too. So a little bit of everything. As long as it has a good venerating. Yeah. Okay. Fair enough. Fair enough. Hey, listen, I do you know you sound really optimistic. And I don't blame you. You know, you guys air, you know, in a growth spurt. What does kind of worry you as you look at the environment here? That is a good question. I think you know what this Corona thinking. Although I'm not worried about the habits we talked about earlier, I I get a little bit worried about a recession or the economy being really, really bad. Right? Right. Usually, we say I'll call is relatively recession proof. But you know that worries me, General not only for me, but also for you know, society. All right, Gonna leave it there, And that's fair enough. And I think that you know you certainly mirror what we're hearing from some other folks and CEOs that we talked to you, honey. Thank you so much. Really Appreciate it, honey. Zachariah Seuin. He is the founder of the Vino, joining us on the phone from Copenhagen and just talking about their latest capital raise On these, of course, CEO of that company as well coming up next so down with Kevin's really counter youth there..

So first of all, I want to talk about the capital raise, but I really also want to find out what this year has been like for you. Take me back to kind of last March and April and the pandemic. What was going on in your business? What was going on with your employees? What were you seeing in terms of consumer trends? Yeah. It was a little bit of a crazy time, Honestly, because we didn't know what was gonna happen, right? So we had We have people in Hong Kong, too. They have seen something. But once it hit the U. S. We're talking led marchers. So we actually started by sort of popping the breaking little bit in the okay. What's this gonna be What? It's gonna look like what's gonna happen to our sales and but we pretty quickly saw that. He was gonna move us twice in the right direction. So so thinks when we 20 the march things just jump, You know, revenue just went way way up there. In the beginning, but also had a little bit of problems with your customer support and supply and so on. So that took us a month or two to really get back up to speed. But like a crazy time for us, and and you know, it was rough, but But numbers were good. Yeah, but so pretty quickly march that all of a sudden, you know, and has it been pretty consistent in terms of growth, or have you seen a steady increase from month to month? It was really jumped up for for 23 months and was, like, totally crazy, right? And and we may be in the beginning thought, okay. What is this is just like a short term thing. People want to make sure they have whiner so but then it stabilized at a certain level, and it's been really, really good. Ever since that, you know, just more buyers converting and just higher numbers all over. Even when your apps are opened up over the summer, we didn't see numbers really go down again. So we just landed a new level. Well, that's what I want to ask you. And I'm sure Listen, honey, that a lot of people are asking you and and we all wonder that okay there these trends whether you're a pallet on whether you're you know what have you, You know, do what we've seen over the last Year because of the pandemic, and we work, you know, forced Tohno predominantly be in our homes work from our homes living our homes do do those trains Trends day with us. What indications? Do you have that the growth that you've seen that you hold on to it, and it continues to stay with you as the world starts to reopen. Yeah, It's a good question, right? I think first we can say for certain, like wine is probably not a fad, right? It's probably going to stay with my world for questioning. So so they're really gonna keep buying wine. But what ir theory and what way we've seen so far, especially when Europe opened again. Is that you know, it's really, really hard to get people to change happens. But if you have something that is more convenient and this year and so on, you know they don't go back like like we buy most of our supermarket stuff online Now me personally and Would never go back. Like once. I've seen it work. I'm just not going back in the same goes for something like Amazon, right? There's a reason why we do it, because once we start doing it, it's incredibly convenient and And the same goes for for buying wine online Well, and I'm curious about your demographic. Who's your? Do? You have a typical user and if so, describe who they are and what kind of bind you typically see from them. So we we have 50 million users around the world. So it's really, really difficult for us to say what a typical user is. Previously, I would say pre pandemic. It was people that were a little bit more into wine. Nothing like not the high end user, Maura the the higher end of the casual drinkers. But now I think it's changed like we We see everybody doing it now. We also see price points moving down. That doesn't mean people dry. People buy wine that's less expensive. It just means that we're taking more from the offline Pardon. People are starting to buy less expensive wines online now, too. Yeah, that's pretty fascinating that that's happening on and yeah, I think I've heard that from some other folks too. He listen, honey, sit tight for a moment because we've got to do a little bit of news. But I want to come back and continue the conversation. Talk a bit more about what you plan to do with that Recent $155 million that you spent on how you see it playing into your growth going first, we're gonna get back to honey. Zachariah Sin CEO and founder of the wine APP. Start up. It's Vivino. He's joining us on the phone from Copenhagen, so we'll get back to him in just a moment. Just a quick reminder of how we ended up the trading day. We've pretty much finished at our highs of the session records on the Dow S and P in the NASDAQ's up 237 points. On the Dow S and P. 528 the NASDAQ ahead by almost a full percentage point. Let's get back to that world. The National News Here is Nancy Lyons. Thanks.

Mcallen removed the note from her pocket and placed it on the table before them. You have friends mcallen other than traitors. Just don't see them am. I honestly believe you're one of them. I could be friends. Don't meet in secret rooms in deserted bars while you have established a precedent of recording conversations. When come cath take off your ring. Mcallen don't like where this is going to have to trust someone if you want to liberate anton from his prison. But i can't help you until you remove that ring happy quite now. You still determined to free the traitor. Anton are you going to arrest me for conspiracy against leviathan. I really do hope you trust me before it's too late. I'm not here to arrest you. "You have to call me later on during the year because my phone's ringing off the hook since his documentary came out now let me let me bring this up. You guys real quick Kurt Martinez. Says basically got set. Let's create man in our image and this is coming from our chats. I'll be reading off different check questions and things of that nature as we go on. So what's your response to that Guy's? Hope let us create man in our image. So who are who we talking about? You said, basically God says, let's create man in our image. Less. Speaking with So this is plural so After we this is very great question. Thank you. After we released the book for actually with somebody, you pasted an ad in newspaper somebody contacted me who is a Hebrew scholar and he said every ranking bishop and every high ranking rabbi knows full well. It is the Ramesh. which are these Reptilian geneticists that have created the Homo sapiens form. And that this is the same beings that have been destroyed as the Iraqi through Zachariah. Sins work. Those who from heaven to Earth came is worth. So when when God or whoever's being portrayed as the God of the Bible saying let us create man in our image. He's talking to the other gods around him or the other ET's paraiso the be one infinite. Creator because it is the nameless formless. All that is that created all of our. And We have very advanced geneticists who they call the Ramesh Who the ones that genetically engineered the physical form so we're doing that now I mean and it in the Bible they talked about they were they were greeting cameras which are hybrid beings and God whoever the god of the Bible was said you know that's not acceptable and we're going to destroy it. So we're doing genetic experiments. Now creating cloned forms were mixing different genetic species. So can't be for a really out of the realm of belief that beings that are that have. It a head start on us by thousands or millions of years of evolution don't have the ability to create or genetically engineer entity. So you have desert planet that we discover. We have to create something that could survive a harsh desert environment. So let's take an earth crocodile. Let's take a an earth rhinoceros and let's blend them and create this unique entity that can actually survive and thrive in that environment. What you're doing is you're kind of mixing like a genetic soup. Shirt and they are genetic masters. So when you get into the plea Indian stories from Barbara Marciniak and. Widely Streamer has the book communion of course and I mean Dr Steven, greer. Disclosure Project David. Wilcock, you have all the secrets space program for. From all these different civilizations including the Mayans who apparently became Travelers through space and actually left in actually banded colonized, and so forth You have these different groups that are then off planet doing things and we are completely oblivious to it, and the reason we're oblivious to it is because it's not that. People don't believe in extraterrestrials or UFO..

"Mel, here's a highlight from coast to coast am on Iheartradio and welcome back to coast to coast George. Noory with the along with Professor James mckinney. We're talking right now. About planet x and he's got an updated book of course, which is planted x update twenty twenty, the real history a planet. This orbit that Robert Harrington was talking about. The came in an interview with Zachariah Sin. So we increased it by about six hundred a miles I guess forty two hundred. Forty two hundred year for six Hundred Years Rather, but that as you said, Jim is not a is not a big jump is. No I mean given what he knew in one, thousand, nine, hundred, eighty, six during the interview, he was pretty close because at that point, they had not observed anything they were just looking at the orbits of Unison, Neptune being pulled down, so he was about four worth masses. They knew that they were looking for. And they knew it was down there, so they were looking, and so he went to New Zealand with a relatively small telescope, eight inch astro graph. And so he took pictures, and he came back, and then he went back in every year until nineteen, eighty, nine finally identified the object there, that was moving by doing blink comparison. It's called in the Strana me, and then so he went back in one, thousand, nine, hundred ninety got another set of photos and finally nineteen ninety-one. They had enough data to determine its are exactly and at that point also I believe that he would have seen what turned out to be the companion. And that was a huge controversial issue also, but the important thing about the companion is that by knowing its orbital period you can calculate the mass of the central object, so they knew that not only were their calculations from and Neptune correct, but they could actually directly measure it, so that was. That was the basis so then he knew it was forty two hundred years new. The orbit was coming in was almost directly with, or they estimate was about a million miles away. That's far lunar distances. But and then there was the question, was there another object also coming in with it, and in nineteen in two thousand fifteen, and then two thousand, fourteen I went down to South America myself. In with a similar type of equipment determined that there was no other object down there. So I proved that he found the only thing that was down there, and that's what it was was. The became the nucleus of Hale Bopp. And Jim the end of the controversy of Planet X. of course is they've said that. Whenever it comes around planet earth, it creates havoc. Tragedy might have caused the flood of Noah. What do you think of that? Well that object was on a very near. It was earth crossing or in a came perpendicular so the. Here's the situation the probability of it. Coming close to Earth is pretty small. but it's if it's on a direct lesion. Course then the probability is one. But that now it's on its way out of the solar system. It'll be back in twenty six about twenty six hundred years so I lost all of that time in its orbital period in one cycle. So if you use that same logic, it was probably they're. Around not forty six hundred years ago, but probably about six thousand years. Would put it right around the time of Noah's flood. Now Zachariah citizens call this planet Nibiru and he claims it's inhabited. What do you think what's what's your guests? Well I think it's inhabited because it's a pretty steaming hot planet because of all the activity. However part of my book. I talk about there was signaling that which measured and this was something. That I determine myself, but it's from my contacts that in the security agencies that they'll. In fact, we're measurements of intelligence signaling that came from the region of the comet and I also in the book talk about why would alien beings be around a big hot comment? And it turns out that it's because they use it for braking and accelerating coming in the solar system and going out of the solar system, they used the magnetic field of the discharge in the comet. That creates a large magnetic field. Make really push against that for breaking and then for accelerating going back out. And so and I. Had contact with people that got are now. Got Space Center. And You know there was just so much going on behind the scenes that once that. They had the LID put on basically in nineteen ninety one in it took a while to piece all this together, but so all I do is say in the book is that there is good evidence that there was intelligence signaling coming from the region of the comet. That's pretty dramatic all by itself this it's exciting. Why isn't made mainstream science astronomers telling us about this planet? X. I mean if it's only two thousand some. Years away in terms of orbits. You'd think they'd be able to find it right. Well yeah, they know the exact orbit and they. Have watching Hale Bopp leave the solar system, so they know exactly where this is, and that's by the way just one object. in the last fifteen years, NASA has discovered hundreds of planets around our solar system, a lot of them small lot of them Pluto sized. But even that's a pretty big object, but what we don't know is the orbits of these objects. And we. I've heard that there are some objects out there that are Pluto that are Jupiter size, and they might be just in harmless orbits. Way Out there. We don't know, but nobody has published Deorbit. Some and we know that there are hundreds of these objects now out in the Cape region that they have discovered. Controversy though still continues, doesn't it? Absolutely, but I just WanNa make it clear that I don't have any information about anything. Impending Right now. Other than in twenty six hundred years does Hale Bopp. Thing.

It's called in the Strana me. And then so he went back in one thousand nine hundred ninety got another set of photos and finally nineteen ninety one. They had enough data to determine its orbit exactly and at that point also. I believe that he would have seen what turned out to be the companion and that was a huge controversial issue. Also but the important thing about the companion is that by knowing its orbital period you can calculate the mass of the central object so they knew that not only were their calculations from and Neptune correct but they could actually directly measure it. So that was that was the basis so then he knew it was forty two hundred years new. The orbit was coming in was almost directly with or they estimate was about a million miles away. That's far lunar distances but and then There was the question. Was there another object also coming in with it and in nineteen in two thousand and fifteen and then two thousand fourteen? I went down to South America myself in with a similar type of equipment determined that there was no other object. Down there so I proved that he found the only thing that was down there. And that's what it was was the became the nucleus of Hale Bopp and Jim the end of the controversy of planet. X Of course is they've said that whenever it comes around planet earth it creates havoc tragedy might have caused the flood of Noah. What do you think of that well? that object was on a very near it was earth crossing or in a came perpendicular. So the here's the situation. The probability of it coming close to Earth is pretty small But it's if it's on a direct lesion course then the probability is one but That now it's on. Its way out of the solar system. It'll be back in twenty six about twenty six hundred years so I lost all of that time in its orbital period in one cycle. So if you use that same logic it was probably. They're around not forty six hundred years ago but probably about six thousand years would put it right around the time of. Noah's flood now Zachariah citizens call this planet. Nibiru and he claims it's inhabited. What do you think? What's what's your guests well. I don't think it's inhabited because it's a pretty steaming hot planet because of all the activity however part of my book I talk about there was signaling that which measured and this was something that I determine myself. But it's from my contacts that in the security agencies that they'll in fact we're measurements of intelligence signaling that came from the region of the comment and I also in the book talk about. Why would alien beings be around a big hot comment and it turns out that it's because they use it for braking and accelerating coming in the solar system and going out of the solar system they used the magnetic field of the discharge in the comet that creates a large magnetic field? It really push against that for breaking and then for accelerating going back out and so And I had contact with people that got are now. Got Space Like Center and You know there was just so much going on behind the scenes that once that they had the lid put on basically in nineteen ninety. One In it took a while to piece all this together but so all I do is say in. The book is that there is good evidence that there was intelligence signaling coming from the region of the comet. That's pretty dramatic all by itself. It's exciting. Why isn't made mainstream science? Astronomers telling US ABOUT THIS PLANET X. I mean if it's only two thousand some years away in terms of orbits you'd think they'd be able to find it right well. Yeah they know the exact orbit and they have watching Hale Bopp leave the solar system so they know exactly where this is and that's by the way just one object In the last fifteen years NASA has discovered hundreds of planets around our solar system. A lot of them small lot of them. Pluto sized. But even. That's a pretty big object but what we don't know is the orbits of these objects and we. I've heard that there are some objects out there that are Pluto that are Jupiter size and they might be just in harmless orbits way out there. We don't know but nobody has published Deorbit some and we know that there are hundreds of these objects now out in the Cape region that they have discovered controversy though still continues. Doesn't it absolutely but I just WanNa make it clear that I don't have any information about anything impending right now. Other than in twenty six hundred years does Hale Bopp thing.
