So I know a lot about Ted Bundy, I listen to the tapes, I feel like I know a lot about them. So we didn't learn anything really do about it kinda slow. But think it was interesting how that girl was her life was ruined by him without us ever knowing that whole story that will side of it. And then how about I don't wanna do spoilers, but it mid thirty murders mostly because of a growing phone love with was young. And I think I think it's worth the watch. I think Zack for degree. A lot of cool little character elements in there that really cool to see. Yeah. I think he did a great job. I knew nothing about that Bundy. So I loved it. I thought it was absolutely watch the doc on Netflix morals. Oh, go back and watch that you'll back to watch that because they show a lot more interviews of him like kind of freaks me out how much, but at least fucking terrible human beings. Well, it's interesting. It is how does he act? It's it's crazy. And he was even a whole nother level because he was so normal super charismatic charming. They would say is an art smart. And then all of a sudden, you just flip trigger and also he's going to hacksaw out see you later. See a fucking league us at the end. "That's okay. This is finally go make Zach effort a legit actor now, he's been acting. But he's kind of like, you know, he's that that God is being co starring alongside other people. Okay. He still has yet to break out into being leading man's effort. Really thought that DJ movie was going to do it. I know man believing pre. Then happen though. Are you ready to share him with the world? Well, that's what we're gonna talk about. Because of this. Tell you Martin if this happens if this is a big hit for him. If this is something that launches him into leading man or leading actor Zach Ephron, then I will have to let him go. I will lose them to Hollywood and risks of the world. As I'm giving us. A fuck you before. None. But you know, there's there's a lot of people who have talked about this this this movie based on the life of Ted Bundy are at least the the case of Ted Bundy where Ted Bundy he confessed to killing thirty people. Some people say a lot more. A hundred. Yeah, they don't know. How did you get away with this this this for so long before we get into that just to give you a hint of whether of what I kind of think about this. I'll tell you right off Ben. There are two kinds of movies. Well, there's more. But there's you know, there's two big drastic kind of movies on Netflix. Do got one where one category where Netflix is doing amazing things in that out there just really kind of redefining how we've we've you movies. Yes. Far as streaming movies streaming movies, and as far as a high profile films something like Roma right here. That's a movie where it was like. Well, you know what? This is great. And I'm glad Netflixing changing the game with quality and attainment. But somehow I've still feel guilty because I think I should be watching this on a big screen. I'm not used to watching it this way, you know, people want people to see this need to see an glory. And then you got other movies on Netflix. Where you like. Now you belong right? You know, you might have some some pockets of really greatness in here. But you'll ask. You found your home and that stuff having aspiration. Yeah. Exactly. And that's what this movie is very, yeah. Yeah. And and you know, they're still more to talk about like are there? Pockets of greatness in here. How's zek performance? Let's go ahead and take a look at the trailer for this. As you know, if you've listened to the last few weeks worth episodes, probably no I have been on this whole im- gonna get healthy twenty nine thousand nine he's going to be the year. I'm like move over Zach Ephron ambi- the new cast member in the next Baywatch movie. Okay. It's never going to be to that point. I have been working out and trying to eat better and stuff, and I have been embarrassing myself at the gym. Okay. So you won't catch me hopefully on one of those like Jim fail videos, like I'll know if you've ever seen one of those. But it's just like people at the gym who literally have no idea what they're doing. Like, I saw one where there was a guy. He was an older guy. So I kind of felt bad for him. But you know, that the pull down machine for your MAC he was on that. But he had his foot his feet like. Bracing against the machine, and he was like pulling back like he wasn't even sitting cheer. It was almost like he was trying to pull the ceiling down. And I was like oh my God in the wait. Was so heavy that it was pulling him back up every time. He would pull the on. That's the way to hurt yourself. Yeah. I'm not quite that bad. But there there are some things that I had not had access to a gym in certain exercise machines before so it was definitely a learning curve. But the worst thing that I've done recently a few days ago, I was at the gym. And I was really going all out sweating grunting and breathe in sore and pain, and there was one point where I was doing tricep exercises on the cable machine, and I was doing it from the bottom up. So I had to pull up behind myself in order to do that you have to grab the cables and then turn around and hold them behind yourself up like this. So I know you can't see. I'm sorry. But you get the idea. But what the problem was is that when I went to do my last set of the day, I'm like pretty much done. There's some people that have already come into gyms like some girls that are in there. It's some dude has been like on a bench press machine for like, twenty minutes and shit..

"And he at one point has kind of a little ranch where he calls the parents naive and talks about how like he was busy neglecting his own family trying to solve this case. And there they are signing this affidavit leading this guy, go free. So I I mean, he's he's an interesting character in the story. He's kind of like the objective third party who can provide some perspective and also kind of be the viewer proxy in terms of just expressing total disbelief it what's happening right in front of him. There's a really I mean, I hesitate to call it funny. But it is pretty funny moment where he's just narrating. What happened in the wake of the first kidnap? Ping. And he said, as you know, would be common sense. He advised them to steer clear of Birch shoulder to no longer associated with him at the very least if he's not going to serve jail time. And then he goes they did not do that. It's just like very space. Just it's a great movie trailer. Voiceover moment in annoying wise, truly dismal story. And yeah, it is interesting that you mentioned how they didn't really have any conception of pedophile. Because the other thing I kept thinking of was like, I guess they didn't really have any conception of therapy either. Because of my teenage daughter after such a terrible experience were being so distant for me. And continuing to have the compulsion to associated with this guy. Feel like I would wanna bring in a third party, medical practitioner. The mom has just like, well, she went back to school and everything seemed like it was fine. And it's just. I don't know that I would approach that situation that way I'm just glad that we're all aware that therapy can do wonderful things. And you know, if this is something that is weighing on you. You can always pick up the phone, and that's great. But I think maybe now that we've touched on the various eyebrow raising moments of which there are so many in this documentary. Let's play net flicks. Algorithm for a second. And if you like this, if you are someone who was truly hooked on -ducted in plain sight, what else is out there for you that you might also be interested in I think there's obviously a ton of true crime to choose her right now. But is there any particular like follow upper jumping off point that you would recommend after this? So one of the things that this documentary made me think a lot about was actually the last true crime documentary that I saw on Netflix, which was conversations with a killer, Ted Bundy files, and that I mean rightly got a lot of criticism for kind of erasure victims. But I. That that documentary did a really good job kind of placing. What was happening in context? You kind of learned a lot about what what was going on in society ins, and specifically I mean, not just in like a color sensor. They did do a really good job. But this documentary did not do of using kind of stock footage from the time rather than weird reenactments. But they talk a lot about kind of what we were just saying about pedophilia. We're we're people didn't really have a sense of serial killers. It was not it was not a thing. People thought of it was it was hard for law enforcement officials in in for for people in media, and and just just people generally to conceive of somebody who could do these horrible things and kind of try try to find the language for that. And so this made me think a little bit of that. And I think parts of that were were done a little bit better in that one. Yeah. I'm definitely falling down on my job a little bit. And I actually haven't seen that. But that was a very convincing recommendation. So maybe. Will loop back entire lifting and time? Well, you know, I gotta do my research Zach Ephron it's hot Bundy when that truly breaks the internet ends and a few months, which will also be on Netflix, actually. But my so I also have spent the last few days watching another true crime series..

"Also, a part of it is just start unwilling to really get to the bottom of what is motivating both serial killers and most measure. Which is like violent misogyny, most mass shooters have some sort of domestic violence SARS their past Ted Bundy, obviously hated women, and I think it just comes down to a fundamental unwillingness to admit that the humdrum misogyny that drives most our society is what's driving these men because if we omit that then we're all culpable. I go back and forth, though. Like one thing that kind of bothered me about the documentary. Was there were these montages where they would do like really quick flash of like butterfly opening its wings and like lady looking hot. It was supposed to be like, you know, all these things that Ted Bundy experienced in his childhood, and he he himself at one point tried to convince everyone that watching porn was what made him a misogynist serial killer. But if they the director who also directed the Zach Ephron film, which we'll talk about in a second. I feel like he was trying to make the case that there was that. There was something. In society that created Ted Bundy. And I don't know if I'm ready to accelerate me. Yeah. Blame like misogyny is obviously a part of why his, you know, killing sprees manifested in the way that they did. But I don't know that there's that we can really say that anything is at fault for something like Ted Bundy, and I'm not a psychologist, but I was reading up and a lot of psychologists say that like some if you believe in like good and evil when people are just born evil, and it's just something in their brain. Like, they don't have that part of your brain or doesn't operate that has empathy. And I don't know if that was him. But also people psychologists who worked with him and psychologists say that people who are sociopaths or psychopaths or not like they're not mentally ill. They understand what they're doing. So I'm not sure if he ever had a chance of being normal. They said he was abused with the child, maybe. But there are a lot of people who were abused as children aren't serial killers. So it's. What is the factor that made him such a brutal serial killer? I don't think we'll ever know got confluence of. Yeah. Actors I guess, okay. So the Zack from film it did premiere at Sundance. But it hasn't been released in theaters yet. When is it supposed to be released? This is all I saw late twenty nineteen. Yeah. But we all have seen the trailer..

"Pundit is told through the eyes of his girlfriend apparently when he was on these killing sprees. He had a girlfriend all this time. I mean, we're talking about a double life there. And I'm looking at a picture of Zach Ephron, and he looks a lot like Ted Bundy girlfriend McQuay, she's cute. I thought you'd be figured you. Look that up the first thing you, look, you know, sadly, she looks like the kind of victims that Ted Bundy targeted, you know, skinny women with long long, Brown hair. Watch you told me there's a great thing about Bundy or a great movie about Manson. I don't I'm not that. Well, there was a great television movie about man's know. But helter skelter we have, but I'm just not interested in watching those. I'm they really find them really tough tough sledding. You know, give me a good rom com. You know? Well, Quentin Tarantino is coming out with a movie that's about the Manson murders and Hillary Duff. I think is in another Manson thing. That's coming. You think they'll do? Well. I mean, I don't know. People are fascinated by killers. Yeah. Totally. I think so so lend like the rum calm, I knew touch with my feminine side. Be Harry met Sally crazy rich Asians day. The thirteenth. Slasher movie. Here's a headline that did I really need to see this Octo mom member. Octo sulaiman. Remember, remember, she she gave birth to eight kids or once? Well, yeah. Yeah. We had an interesting discussion with her in and regarding on issues people really care about we'll have it up on our podcast here in a little bit. Tell you what will replace it of that for you a little bit later. So I this weekend managed to get get it in. I don't know if it's considered binge-watching if you only it's only four episodes, but the new Netflix documentary about Ted Bundy the conversations with a killer based on actual audio recordings. That the. The authors who were to author journalist had with Ted Bundy while he was in prison already facing trial for a variety of murders. And then it also uses archival news footage and interviews that Ted Bundy did in court. I think it's fascinating. Now. Full disclosure. I think you know this. I'm fascinated by serial killers to begin with got books serial killers. I've read I knew I know the Ted Bundy story, I watched this. I knew most of it most of it. I I knew but I will admit that what came as a little bit of a surprise. Okay. So we have the conversation killers out on Netflix. There is another documentary on Hulu, I believe there's another one coming up. But there's also a movie that's coming out soon starring Zach Ephron teen heartthrob now young adult heartthrob. As Ted Bundy. So we have a movie it's playing at Sundance right now, we have the documentary. This is the thirty year anniversary, by the way of the his execution. Basically. What I did not remember and what I did not fully understand. And I think it is funny that net flicks is having to ask people. To please, I say nicely. Stop referring to Ted Bundy is hot. The tweets the comments that I'm assuming mostly women think that the convicted now executed serial killer Ted Bundy is so net. Flicks put out on Twitter in this is a quote, I've seen a lot of talk about Ted bundy's alleged hotness and would like to gently remind everyone that there are literally thousands in all caps of hot men on the service almost all of whom are not convicted serial murderers. But this basically makes the argument whether he's good looking or not that's one thing. So you could say is ten buddy a good looking guy. I have seen pictures of him that he I could see why people think he's good looking tractive attractive gentleman. Yeah. It's hard to look back. Now knowing who he is go. Yeah. He's hot always creepy. And for those of you that are maybe not up to speed. Like, I am and Ted Bundy aficionados or serial killer Fisher house part of the. Part of his MO was that he could convince women to go somewhere with them because he was his clean cut. Good looking sparkle. Killer. Exactly, look like he'd heard me creepy guy you stay away from that guy. He was a kind of guy that women wanted to be around. Okay. So, but once, you know, he's a serial eventually admitted to this and he was executed for heinous murders in Florida. When did he finally admit to it? Literally weeks with a days or weeks before he was executed. He maintained his innocence up Potomac, which was ridiculous because the evidence was overwhelming. Once you know, he's a similar serial killer. Or if you know, he's Cyril why is that make them hot? Because there are sickos out there that find that stuff attractive is it the bad boy thing is a leather jacket rides a motorcycle, you wanna take home because you know, it's going to take off your dad are women attracted to he's already good-looking. I'll give you that. So. All right. It's not just because he's good looking isn't that flex points out? There is a lot of really handsome devils in movies. Documentaries and TV shows on Netflix. That aren't serial killers. Why is he more attractive because he's a Syracuse you mentioned that he was charming? So I would think that it's not because he's a serial killer. Right. Because you're just strange if you think that, but it's the fact that he was good looking. He was charming. And now, let's put on top of it a whole generation or two of women that knew nothing about Ted Bundy because it happened before they were born. But now they see teen heartthrob Disney heartthrob now he's in his twenties. Zach Ephron playing this character and. Okay. Call me MRs Robinson. Man that no debate about his hotness. Zach upfront, and so he's going to be playing this serial killer. Well, the this this this allure to meet he's right? The people are claiming that he's romanticizing the role of Ted Bundy, and he's just playing the character. And from what I understand from critics. He does a pretty good job of plane Ted Bundy, but the problem is Zack Ephron has that following and the good looks and the washboard stomach, which by the way, they do take shirt off. There's the gratuitous nudity and they're right trumpet, right seriously. So that that's causing the problem, and maybe elevating the the reputation of Ted Bundy in the wrong way monocle instrument for Pamela Hughes as we talk about the Netflix stock. Maybe you binged watched it about serial killer. Ted Bundy the movie that's going to be coming out. Starring Zac Efron. We've actually had though I mean, I'm trying to make a parallel we have the Jodi Arias trial here. Correct me if I'm wrong, we're there. I remember some story about like men reaching out even after. Been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. She's a murderer. Yeah. Yeah. Said, hey, she's still kind of hot. I mean, all girls are crazy. So what are you gonna do? Yeah. It's just whether it's your flavor of crazy. Right. So she wasn't a serial killer. Of course, she was she is a convicted murderer, and she was a very pretty girl before all of this. And then when you put naked pictures of her up in trial, and that was splashed everywhere. Internationally, all throughout TV and websites. You have people that come from the dregs of society and people that come from the gut. With you. That I'm having. I I brought up the Jodi areas because men can be attracted to criminals. Criminal men. Are they really the drinks or something about this? Now, how about this? I thought about this. And in the documentary, the women's showed up at his.

And now it's back, but this time, it's more platinum e yes, Zach Ephron is at Sundance for the premiere of his Ted Bundy movie, extremely wicked shockingly evil, and vile Ephron has left his facial hair. Brunette allowing for a nice contrast on his melon. And when asked if his new book is for a role Zach Ephron said just for life, bro. I noticed for life. I wish she wouldn't have maybe said it like that. That's. Luckily, you don't need to be that like eloquent to be hot or like when you're hot right for you know, what I'm saying. Are you? Even Just Hearing About Conversations With a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes Is Terrifying
"Was a very good looking smooth talking clean cut double life living serial killer that operated in the seventies up in the Seattle area. Notorious and his story has a lot of twists and turns that I think end him up in Florida's that we ended up I believe so. Yeah, I it wasn't just murder by the way rape kidnapping burglary. Dismemberment decapitation necrophilia checked all those boxes is that all. He was one of those guys who you would never ever ever assume was into this kind of stuff because he was so clean cut. So affable. And because this month marks the thirtieth anniversary of his execution. True crime filmmakers are releasing two different. Ted Bundy projects there's the conversations with a killer. The Ted Bundy tapes, that's on Netflix. They say not to watch that alone. Which makes me want to race home and watch it alone. It is a post to be chilling. The other one is extremely wicked shockingly evil and vials starring Zach Ephron as Ted Bundy, which I think is a great class a casting call. He killed thirty women. He confessed any way to the murders of thirty. He might have killed more. The Zach Ephron picture is framed by a book that was written by his longtime girlfriend. There is a woman Elizabeth club. She went out with Ted Bundy during his reign of terror like ten years or the seventies. And she talks about how they first met. I met at a local bar and the university district of Seattle September nineteen sixty nine. And she was twenty four at the time. She was recently divorced, and she had left her hometown of Salt Lake City looking for a fresh start ordinary night. She heads choose Sandpiper tavern with some friends, she instantly notices this tall, sandy haired. Man, clear blue is that she said lit up when he smiled. He was seated by himself. Ted Bundy was he was twenty three at the time. And she says she was surprised at how approachable and easily amused. This handsome man was they danced they flirted. She said I knew when I first looked at him before we even had danced that he was a cut above the rest of the crowd. She was captivated by him. She took him home that night from the bar. Wow. He and she whatever and the next morning he wakes up and notices that she's got a hangover. So he decides to make her breakfast. She says she almost immediately started dreaming of a future with him. Their their romance blossoms through normal. Dating habits picnics homemade dinners movies meeting, friends, and all that. And probably most importantly. Group dates with her three year old daughter. She said that she was amazed. How quickly he assimilated to domestic life as a as a father figure and a protector to both that he would talk and eat and take care of little Tina when she wasn't around her. She was at work or whatever that he was a family man who watch up Saturday more. He would wake up early Saturday mornings to watch cartoons with our well while mom slept in and by the way, apparently in this film. This new Netflix documentary you see because he's in a lot of family pictures and whatnot. You kind of see what you're talking about that he had integrated himself into family life. Oh my goodness. And in and she she introduces him like you said to her family. She says that her her introduction to his family wasn't as warm that it was tinged by a lifelong resentment Ted felt for his mother because she kept the identity of his birth. Father a secret it was he was fourteen years old when Ted discovered that he was. Illegitimate. I guess that's what his cousin called him that the man who raised him along with us for other siblings was not as real father, and that really pissed them off. It's probably the root of all of it. Well, it was a route maybe or something, but he was a sadistic psychopath. You know with the. Who was about to go on a murder spree that is can rival any in history. She says that they were together for three years that turned into five years, and then it kind of started to unravel their relationship. Did she said it kind of became a mental roller coaster that there was a series of emotional jabs in counter-punches that he would go on dates with other women, which would send her into a total spiral before he would smooth things over and say all the right things, and she would counter strike by going out with men hoping that it would make him jealous and prove that he cared, and it just the cycle continued over and over and over. I guess the the whole charm thing that he had in the charisma thing is is not so uncharacteristic. If with a lot of these shows, you paths. That's what psychiatrists said when they were looking at this Ted Bundy case, anyway, go ahead. I then what happened Ted bundy's car? I didn't know this is now a tourist attraction at the national museum of crime and punishment in DC. She says the girlfriend says she first became suspicious of Ted Bundy because there were eye witness accounts with missing women that said the suspect was driving a metallic Volkswagen beetle. Yeah. That's what was going on women were starting to go missing. This is all going on while he's still dating her. He's killing women. And as you say more than just killing them. I gotta believe that to a degree since she's looking the other way with his cheating on her that there was a bit of a head in the sand syndrome going on in terms of Ted Bundy, and and not wanting to believe that he was. That he was the perpetrator even know things were lining up.

"I haven't seen it in forever. I don't even know if I've seen it. I know of it. I'm sure it's got some I feel like also they switched these. No, that's where the hockey player becomes a figure male hockey player. Like learns figure skating woman. I think he's a man. Another one where someone dies and they go into the opposite sex body. Whoa. Let's takes place on the ice. That's an interesting rom com. Not sure what that's called. It's called a fever. When I'm currently writing. If you don't know it you'll have you'll be reading in a few weeks. It's a male. It's a body switch ice skating movie. Finally might depend on this. I'm going to look that up right away. There are a body. Switch rom coms, of course, like what what's the one? Maybe. No. 'cause usually right. The body. Switch is not the Rahm goes out the window. It's become calm at that point. Yeah. Because I was like oh in eighteen again, George Tenet. Tina yet while eighteen again is the original really with George Burns. And c Thomas Howell only. I don't actually think. But yeah, that's like from the eighties. And then there's because he's eighty one George Burns eight seventeen again is Matthew Perry and Zach Ephron, right? And that that I was like no it's seventeen again. That was the sequel. I don't know if it was a sequel, but it was like the same premise what it was just like in the in the eighteen again Super Bowl man and he used to run track. And then the college kid runs Strack as well. I Pearl he's like AB. Yeah. He's eighty and they body switch. Well. Yeah. I think he like dies and like I don't fully because in that movie. It's not a body switch. He just like becomes younger again just wakes up as Kathy. And. Yeah. That's like a weird male fantasy. And it's got it's got some layers of fucked up nece. Absolutely. I wish I can go back and be seventeen. But no what I know now and be like a legal sexual predator. Daughter like try to hook up with him in that movie. I'm positive. That's that's a weird conceit in like it's back to the future. The mom is like I leave this part of the movie how don't. It's already weird that he's talking to seventeen year old girls. We don't need them. Like, we don't need his daughter throwing herself. I remember correctly. It's like she's throwing herself at him Yeah. like Like a party. And at Thomas Lennon is the friend in the Tomlin is a big part. I think of what a successful rom com is like the side characters like are the friends are they like believing? So again, Li in Notting hill like Hugh grant's roommate is like one of the funniest characters. He's like the grungy. Yeah. I know the British actor walking around in his underwear scratch. Funny. Yes. The side characters are crucial. And I would argue that was a big part of like this is terrible. No strings attached Mindy hailing was in that. And I hated her character's. Oh, interesting. Yeah. And then Nick and nora's infinite playlist, the friend. Character was great. She was so good awesome. That's in my head. I think it's Bethany Beth bears. But it's not that Susan to broker. Oh, yeah. Remember who what hurting? I don't remember. It was in my head. I'm just like, oh it was. I can't even remember if it's cat denting. Then it's gotta be the other way they were also in a movie. My friend is in that movie because he's he was in a band at the time..

Out there, with me Around on All star And, Michael Gracie the director All I, want you to hear, about but that's ACA front accepting award. At, the, teen choice awards now granted this is not the biggest, award season of the year but it's as if he has no clue why he's. There because he comes you what you don't hear is, at the beginning of this and I wanted to. Play it all for you but it was. About three, minutes of nothing, he's like I don't even know what, to say you guys, it's like okay well this is one. Of, those, awards ceremonies that you should know exactly what's happening because, it's all been predetermined yeah he totally Taylor swift it like he was feigning surprise. He looks a little puffy and then he goes on, this like like sort of weird rambling thank yous. You didn't hear the thank you that he. Did for Hugh, Jackman ackman that's his name huge ackman also co star in the big top Zach Ephron movie biggest showman. Greatest, show he had nothing to. Say but like you know. Sense I shouldn't say nonsense words but nondescript words like amazing beautiful courageous amazing brilliant all-star amazing. Mason and. So it was just it was very sort of like Zack Why this is. Happening He doesn't have calling you need to get back on track because this. Ain't gonna go anywhere it's because he doesn't have our love to lift him up and because we, broke, up with him look I totally want to believe that my love for Zach Ephron is, what fuels his career but something needs to because that was the lamest acceptance speech for a mediocre performance, in by all, accounts a mediocre film which also got some. Really good musical reviews I know people, really like the music so I'm not gonna. Pooh-poohed the whole thing pooh-poohed the music I downloaded that soundtrack and like us To start It, was amazing all-star amazing.

"I think there's one in Manhattan. There's a couple of them all over the place. What's what's kind of your favorite thing that you've done so far you've been on bright with Will Smith you've been. You've worked with Josh Brolin. He worked Zach Ephron. You've been on a lot of movie sets. He worked with a lot of people. What's what's kind of in your you know outside the military career? What's been kind of your favorite thing that's happened in the last couple of years. I enjoy bright a lot even though it was tough. That was that was a great experience saying it took several hours. So put the makeup on every day. Yeah, it's, I don't think people quite understand how extensive prosthetic work is. But I mean for the prosthetic, penis took a longtime, right? That's probably those four hours. Four hours? Yeah. I gotta make it look big and good. Right. No. I mean. You're, you're showing up to set in the morning. We were filming when it was still cold outside. So you're you're in a cold trailer at six o'clock in the morning, getting cold, and I love that. I love that show close rate. Yeah, it was. It was interesting. Cold glue all over your face, but three, three and a half hours to get on three three and a half hours to get on another hour to get it off on top of a full filming day. So I walked away from that project with a whole new respect for prosthetics. I learned a lot on the acting side just watching will and Joel together because pretty much everything I did was with those guys. From an acting standpoint, that was great. Every time I want set with j. k. Simmons. I'm always amazed at his talent and the way he approaches his work in different scenes. Yeah, because he's, he's, he's very collaborative with the directors and and and the other actors that he's in the scenes with from a fitness standpoint. My something that I, I wish I could do again, maybe someday I will hope I will. But training with rock with Dwayne on GI, Joe. Was about one of the funnest things I'll ask you. I'm done because he he's just such a genuine guy will like what you the way you see him put himself out. There is exactly the way he is right, and he gave me a lot of good advice along the way. That I still that's great thing about. Yeah. I mean, those are those are the come get a chance to lift of them, like onset type of dealer whilst trained in the cast and then for and then he ended up training at the same gym. I trained out on the West Bank which is kind of this hole in the wall dirty dungeon. You walk in and smells like an armpit. There's nothing that you're gonna walk out dirty. Yeah, I tell, you know, it's good like we walked in a gold this morning, and I think I wasn't as early as a training session of normal, but it was like. Maybe? Well, it was still like five AM and my wife's like, man, she's like, it stinks gets as can be great day. She's like, it's already smells like ass in here. I was like, I know it smells like someone literally has their bu- held up to the fucking fan and it's just spraying everywhere. Gusting. That's so true. Man. Say, you know you're in paradise right there. Yeah, we, we just we trained together was. Wasn't his trainer was just two guys trying together having fun. We're kicking each other's ass. I gave him some new stuff like we did a lot of high volume stuff, and he loves the like just the trains his ass off Transavia. He gets in there and works hard. And and how long does that? This was two thousand eleven because now he's got his own has like you got his own setup, right? It's it's, it's crazy to see how far he's come because when when when when we train on GI Joe, he was already mega superstar and it's on a whole 'nother level right now, I man. mean, it's interesting..

Being men can we just, stop don't get me wrong I don't wanna see maybe men devolve indicate men. But I do want to see men acting like men in the traditional sense I want to know that my, husband would. Beat the crap out of somebody if it needed to happen seriously. Straight up that's I and I'm pretty sure I am confident that. What happened I want to know that a man is going to protect me I want to know that a man is going to. Be big and strong and. I don't care if it's it's not about muscles it's not about body fat it's not about looking like Zach Ephron although this is. Just and, this is their ad campaign by the way for their clothing. Line This is. The tweet that a company that video the current definition of masculine is broken out dated and tired we asked one hundred and seventy. Two men what being masculine. Means to them and found out there's much more than a few narrow words at your thoughts and help us hashtag evolved the definition This is where we are now because they don't like. A word Because maybe it. Doesn't apply to every guy who cares who cares definition is enough. It doesn't have to evolve unless. We, get a new word there you got create a new, word yeah, don't mess, with the one we have here. You go but they we see we did. Create a new word it's called. Snowflake and they don't like. It so now they're trying to evolve. Maybe that'll is off snowflake you think how can get any Wimpy let's just say. That the responses to evolve the definition have not been overwhelmingly positive this is. Starting to already look like a new coq situation for this. Company this is a strategic misstep is how it's looking so far You know English language. Is evolving plenty on. Its own. Thank you we don't need. Your, help yeah this is my favorite response. To it curious as to why we have to change definitions doesn't it just makes sense to use a different word if your neighbors a jerk don't evolve the definition of nice to mean jerk so that you can call. Your, neighbor nice just call the. Guy, jerk. Perfect perfect, we're what what I'm glad I'm not the only one because I rolled hard when I read this on the break as a matter of fact. Like those are the types that they get a pass for you right and everyone always says like oh you, get a, pass but those situations do unfold. Sometimes very infrequently, mind you but, they. Do unfold, in real life scenarios and at that point in time You, have to make a, decision on what you can accept in your relationship scenario, has happened whereas what Zach Ephron pops up. And wants the romance or woman Thinking you? Know, I mean honestly. We were we. Were there I mean we could have could happen real life she would? Do you think she. Would have been attracted to no. I hope not I don't know does she find any other dudes in. The ban attractive would think so maybe a little bit Jared probably is the more attractive that's, why he was my second choice for her to make love to Yeah I I would? Think, that you know.
