"Strong takes Jr's got, Um I can't fault Russell Wilson, who's been hit more than anybody for wanting out. But one thing the Seahawks can't do is take him for granted because he is a winner. He's one of the best quarterbacks in the league, and the Seahawks do owe it to him to try to improve his protection into at least listen to him. Otherwise, you'll end up out the door. You don't know what you got. So let's go on G R Sport. Brief evenings 10 P.m., Eastern seven, Pacific on CBS Sports Radio. Yeah. Opinions. Zach Gill's Got him. People say, Let us cook. There is some partial truth to that. You gotta let us cook, but you gotta let us cook in a smart way. And what has to happen is Russell Wilson and Pete Carroll needs to.

"Back to say what needs sank. Zach now brandon and today. We are here with ben and jason from the threads. Podcast life unfiltered ben jason. Thanks for joining us guys. Thanks for the opportunity us. Thank you so much. This is kind of weird for us because usually wearing your seat and we're in viewing the guests we just got done with the podcast legit. I'm gonna tell you right now. Legit i cried because the lady prayed for us. We're we're christians and churches been shitty right now because of covid and i don't know it was amazing like literally five minutes ago ben in our bolts gearing up or like holy shit. We got a report on somebody. Else's i know and ben ben has ever been on anyone else's podcasts. Have you yes. Oh you have who eric sane. I'll that one doesn't count. He was he we were. We were on his show as paid sponsor through. That's right but anyways i've been on a few shows But never been in is duo. So i'm excited for this here. For the dynamic duo experience yes you got it so so yeah we. We've been recently. We've been bringing on some podcasters to to talk about issues that are important to them to say what needs saying to talk about the things that are often ignored in not talked about. So we we want to bring this platform to people where people feel comfortable talking about whatever it is that they need to say and not feel afraid of being condemned for their thoughts or their views or what they are deciding to talk about. You know things like that and so we get into some of these sensitive subjects and source objects. That people don't like talking about so. I want you guys to kind of bring us into speed immigrants. So what we're going to be focusing on. Today's men suck taking care of their mental health. A let it slide. And they look after their families if they're married or they look after their significant others or whatever the case may be men for whatever reason by nature are horrible when it comes to taking care of their mental health. And what do i mean by mental health. I would say the thoughts that go on in their head about who they are what their role is in the world That they may be carrying around with them. Perhaps there's even some depression all these things. Doubts fears anxieties tuition. We live in a world. That's that men are just supposed to suck it up and show up and make it happen and never deal with that stuff. And i'm fed up about it. You know yeah. I completely agree. I mean there's so many times where these the my community. I hear a lot of people say you know. Just people like people express their you know their perspective as means now and i saw one. That says a personal say. I'm good until they're in a dark place a depression. But are you are you okay. I'm good no matter what it is you know. You said you're not supposed to be crying. Your man are you out of your mind. What type of hostile. What level of hostility mrs harbor. Or you know what level of detriment comes from harboring this level of emotional expressionist being. What's your jason. Yeah i mean. I have to. You know i saw brandon. Real quick and brandon is black. And so i know in the black community. Mental health is worse in the community. So that being said. I'm kind of flip the question on you. Have you experienced that a little bit member. We're we're fellow podcast sir. So we're gonna flip it and you experienced that kind in. Do you feel like it's like that and in the black community. I'll give you this. I recently because this valentine's day coming up this sunday. yup. I saw post that Why are men now. This is from the communities from other african americans or other black they said why are men nachos yvonne times day is for women and i quote that this gay that is specifically for women and that term alienates any feminine or even you know quote unquote especially your insider liking hours of wanting chocolate or one. You can care for wanting a gift on the day. They express his love for a couple chastised to have this. Like you know. I'm about to get a gift for the first time from ivonne signs. They should i not. Should you take more money in the flowers back. There's always the joke to the serious side of really such a pivotal point because it affects. How people even correlate love and responsibility to their kids and to their why into their spouse and men not even being emotionally available for me to be you know. Do they even get so point of marriage or are they even able to sustain a real relationship with their kids so you can follow us really. Show love to the show. A love should look like you know what i mean. I think. I think they can show love to their daughters. They struggled showing love to their son's. Yes just because all. You're a man your boy. You're not so sure. Show those feelings going back to the gift of valentine's i mean yeah. Do i want flowers for my wife. I wouldn't be like oh this. Is you know you had said like. Oh this is gay which is bad to say anyways. But i wouldn't say that. I wouldn't be like oh that's weird but it wouldn't be like uncomfortable for me.

Sportswriter Zach Lowe on NBA Mid-Season Leaders

"Where. We are at the midway point of the nba season. And that means. I have questions for you about the utah jazz. I say the utah jazz to you. Right now what comes to mind a whole lot of threes there making these every time you know checkup jazz box score at my brain just glances over twenty two thousand from three leg. It's just nothing there number two in defense in number three or something in offense. They do profile as championship contender. Like they're the best team in the league by record right now. Are they the best team in the league to you. While the comparison that that's become sort of commonplaces they're they're the new sixty win hawks. The team that was built to win a lot of games regular season pretty ball movement side to side movement. You don't really have the star power to compete against lebron james when it comes down to it in the playoffs but i don't think they're just sort of blake a regular season flute so the way the jazz are playing right now. It reminds me not just of the hawks as you said but also a kind of mutant version of the houston rockets simply because of the sheer volume of threes. Does that comparison sounded all right and also does that comparison than invite the questions about what happens in the postseason. If shooting a bunch of threes doesn't go as well as it did in the regular season. That comparison does not ring true to me honestly just stylistically. They're so different. The volume of threes is similar. Like they are taking a houston. Daryl morey level volume of threes. But they play so differently. The other comparison is brad stevens. I think the first one to give voice to this is to two thousand fourteen spurs which is kind of like. That's that's i don't want to say that out loud well to an mba hipster fan to an emmy afficionados. Let's put it that way kinda sewer. What does that specific spurs team. What does that evoke in your memory. It almost has this sort of religion. Level reverend yes. Everybody loved watching that team. Anybody who was at games three to five of the finals that year when by the beginning of game four we were all looking at each other. Like all my god. They're just going to destroy the heat and to compare any team to where that team reached. It just feels like talking to a pitcher in the seventh inning of a no hitter. Something like you just don't want to say out loud but that is a comparison. People are making looked at jazz. Their undoing in the playoffs in in previous seasons was day would very much like the hawks. Actually day would get a lot of open threes and not make them and you could look at that and say well. We did everything right. We just didn't make shots. Which is what. Every hawks team including that one said after the playoffs. And so yeah. The three point volume is similar to the rockets. And that's a little scary. The team that this discussion has occurred in the context of is the lakers. As you said as it must be the defending champions and so when you look at the lakers right now. I want to get to lebron specifically in a second but just them without anthony davis and how much they've struggled most recently losing to these jazz and blow out. What is that revealing to you or confirming to you about what this team needs to actually content. I think like any team. They need their best players to be healthy. I i'm pretty low on the lakers panic meter because it's not just anthony. Davis who you know was first team all nba hill assures. Anthony davis is not like some borderline all the best players in the league. Dennis schreuder is maybe their third best player. I think kyle kuzma is kind of the claim that mantle disturbing might be their third most important player. Because he's the only other guy. With the exception of some frisky alex russo games entail. Norton tucker will get you some. You know some stuff done now and then but he's learned other on ball creator the other the other guys threat to score or pass to somebody else. Yeah you take them away and it's like oh my god. Lebron has to do everything and and you know he's probably getting a little tired and even though he'll never say it the only thing that will make my panic meter go above like three point. Five on a one to ten is if we get news. At davis's injury is lingering or more serious that we thought it was then if they're healthy in the playoffs yeah. Competition in the west is is probably better this year. Particularly if denver finds whatever gear they had going in the bubble. There's going to be a lot of really good teams in the west. You could get the one seed in the west and play the warriors. You could get to play the mad. I mean it's it's just every round is hard there. But yeah i i can't i can't get too worked up about it right now. Yeah the western conference meet

How to Turn Your Instagram into a Money Making Machine with Zach Benson

"Zack say what's up to fire nation brother and share the interesting about yourself that most people don't new. Hey what's up. Everyone super excited to be here. So most people don't know that. I was actually adopted so i was born in south korea and then adopted by my parents in iowa so pretty much grew up in iowa. Lived there my whole life very interesting stuff my man and now you're over in korea as we speak which is cool that again. It sounds like you're in the next room via skype. So just lovely saaf even though it's four. Am your time and four pm my time so we are exactly twelve hours apart and fire nation. I'm gonna share a little more info about zach because we were actually just reminiscing about the old puerto rico a mastermind days back when we used to have a bunch of awesome people come and attend a great event and we had zaka speaker one year and he came and crushed it and then now we hit the casino afterwards and zach continued to crush it on the roulette wheel. I was playing a little blackjack. I looked up to some screaming over by the table. And you just hit your number right on top my man. That was pretty impressive. Yeah the good old days. Good times it was weird. Because i arrived at the airport and at that time. They had the roulette real as the baggage Low yeah so. I basically said all like okay. I'm gonna call my favorite number and it landed on my favorite number which is number five And then i put like all my money i guess. Or whatever on number five kazue's like to to a Closing we all this crazy. Red five further win. And i'll tell you what fire nation when you can call numbers on a roulette wheel at thirty seven to one. Odds are you're making thirty seven hundred dollars every dollar you put on. That's what you call them. Money making machine. But guess what zach knows how to turn your instagram into a money making machine so first and foremost listen. It's a new world that we live in so how realistic is zack. To make income from instagram lot of near exciting features have been rolling out on instagram. so it's it's really cool like before this I was actually just last week. Will actually last month. I've been in mal dev's entire month and some of the hotels that i've been sina costs over thirty forty thousand dollars a night. So not only. Do i get to travel the world for free and sale all these hotels immediately. Celebrities and say l. Tells that like will smith stays that but these hotels pay me to come and promote their hotels. And it's cool. So yeah i'm doing it. But then also a lot of brands and companies reporting a lot of money into influence marketing so influenced marketing is now fifteen billion dollar inch industry and more and more brands reporting a lot of money on instagram. Pain these instagram influencers to promote their products on their instagram vida walls because it drives traffic and it drives customers.

What they're saying: Philadelphia Eagles, Wentz or other teams — who has the leverage?

"All about away. Bought away by the way. The miami dolphins got their guy. I just meant they got us. That dude is they got a guy young guy so let's put some. what are we talking about. Let's put the question. Then this way. And by the way i would say this right now to are coordinating producer. Pete mcconville and our producer. Allie grenade. i don't understand how we do not yet have a feature called jeff saturday. Who's high this week. I mean every week jeff. Hester name that's got to become a tuesday stable. Is this week. We make a segment out of everything on this show but markets very quickly. If the dolphins get forgetting about guam if the dolphins get to shawn watson are they the biggest threat to kansas city in the afc next year. Yeah they are. And i know i say that because i saw were buffalo did. But i'm taking the sean before. I take josh allen and their defense. I'm taking miami. Defense with the sean. Look the inspire football. You play when you have a guy at that position that you know you can't win wit. It takes it to a different level. I love how floor is coaching. But i do think that sometimes going in and out with fits magic and into mayor. Put this team in kabul unknown territory. About what their identity was offensively and the defense never had a question. About what their identity. Would you bring this on. You answer that question. That's our quarterback. Raise the level of play of everybody around you. Oh and yeah let me tell you why. Because he threw for the most yards went out of number one receive on team this year. That's how good he is. Listen this is a no brainer. I would love to see desha watson and josh allen go toe-to-toe for years to come in that division and see who can make it out and then get the kansas city potentially in the afc championship bottom line in miami. They've been trying to find the next dan marino for twenty years. They thought maybe you're still may have him into a tunga vilo but shawn watson is as much more. A known commodity will see if that plays out. Meanwhile quarterback rumors are everywhere including these that the eagles wanna move carson wentz. We know that. What kind of market are they. Finding darlington has the very latest. It could be very interesting. Plus lebron james having another mvp caliber season. You'll hear why jay williams thinks he should win the academy award as well. That's on the way this is get up on. Espn do you own. Read your home share. You and i bet it can be hard work. You know it's easy bundling policies with geico geico makes it easy to bundle your homeowner's or renter's insurance along with your auto policy. It's a good thing too because you already have so much to do around your home. Go to geico dot com. Get a quote and see how much you could save. Its gyco easy visit. Geico dot com. Today that's geico dot com on. We go get up. And another of the quarterback trade sagas continues this one involving that main carson wentz whom league sources believe is on the way out of philadelphia and the eagles may also explore options with his longtime tight. Ends zach ertz. Perhaps philly could include ertz in a wentz package to maximize trade value. Words has one year and eight point. Two five million dollars left on his contract it look. There's a whole lot of speculation in jeff darlington insider here. I'll start with you as to why no deal has been worked out with wentz yet and one of the ways that i look at it from afar is maybe eagles. Just overestimate what it is. People might be willing to give up for wentz at this point when you consider the contract that he has. It's essentially the same circumstance as jared goff in los angeles and the rams had to pay a team to take him off their hands. So is that how similar or those situations and could that be. What's holding this thing up. Well very possible. Greedy speaking with a source with the eagles who certainly understand everything. That's going on with this deal. And you know the one thing that he said. I said what's the holdup here in his answers february sixteenth. Today lear doesn't even start for another month by a bunch of exclamation points and there is something certainly to that. March nineteenth is the date that they'd have to decide on paying him. That ten million dollar rostov on this. This is the runway that they're working with now. Of course you do want to make sure that you make the most of your leverage multiple teams involved. You don't wanna lose one of those teams and then Maybe cost yourself some compensation from that other team but we can point out here that This this source also told me that there is no no trade clause in carson wentz deal so it doesn't really matter say he wants to go to the colts but they're getting more compensation from the bears. They could just send him to the bears. It wouldn't be a problem

"What's up everybody this zach. I'm here justin justin. What's up so we are here with another breach of the week. And this is a doozy. This is So we're looking into iser and a data breach that they had due to unsecured cloud storage which hits on a whole bunch of the things we've talked about in the past one being and that really important data that you do not wanna get released because that creates all sorts of not just like the general like. Oh this sucks that there is a release but you've got like regulatory issues. The deal with generally frowned upon. If you yes. I mean the health information general is just not you know. You don't want anyone known about those like weird things you have wrong with you and so you've got some hip but more. Interestingly was also a failure like it looks like they were trying to do a good job so they have cloud data. Which we've said is a good way to sort of segment data off your system and protect it. Everybody's always get good intentions. But the breach was caused by unsecured cloud storage and they. It's it was found basically to be a miskin figured cloud storage system or they just set up their google cloud. Which i guess. I don't know when i think of google cloud i. It seems like that's something that i wouldn't expect a company like pfizer to do like i would sort of think that they've got their own system. And that's visors a multinational and obviously they're right now. They're probably making ungodly amounts many. Because i think they're one of the candidates that's trying to make the this is very reminiscent to a bank capital one. Yes so same. Same thing out while they were they were amazon. Yes cloud so i guess similar i hate capital i should probably say. Hey capital one wrong word. I really visually. I've had a few credit cards in my time. Capital was one of the worst ones. That i've that i had i. I couldn't get out of the card. I tried to pay it off in that. I wanted to shut it down. They like wh- like i had to go through so many layers to actually shut the car down. It's like they got me. He was one of those things where i was at college. Groundhog day. Pretty much like is it done like. Oh no you need to talk to this person but it was in college in. You know how that goes you like offered. Here's a credit card to go. Whatever you want about a really crappy laptop with it which was even more disappointing laptop stunk. It no god. Now that thing. I think i sold that to some poor doodoo about computers than i did or yeah yeah i feel bad but i was young johnny better so in this case though like so it sounds like maybe this has a little bit to do with what we and i don't know when this is gonna come out so we've either talked about it or we'll talk about it like privilege access. Which one of our partners. Cyber ark deals worth But the sounds like it might have been. It was a misconception geared cloud that that opened up access so i'm guessing it means they probably there was there was roles that maybe were created that provided someone an avenue in that should never or a path was created on accident. Or it's not a not a ton of information about the care that i can see but it looks like ms configuration at the storage level. It sounds like they caught it. Maybe during an audit or something that it was like they didn't know about it like wasn't captured as it was happening or there wasn't like maybe the indicators has sort of traveling through the system it sounds like maybe they were like. Oh yeah that looks like someone maybe got into this. That shouldn't have and downloaded the data. that shouldn't have. Yeah which is which is usually happen. Which could even be. I mean i guess. Here's a question so this isn't this isn't the first breach for pfizer. They've had a long history of Let stuff go okay. So that's true. I mean you know there's companies feel very evil. Even though they do really good things. I think it's just because there's so much money involved. That just feels like one of those very evil things so just out of curiosity if this was so. Let's say this was caught during an audit for instance. So this it doesn't necessarily mean that there was ill intent right so it could have been like an admin who maybe was or someone you know got fired in on their way out. They're like oh. I need to back these up before i leave. And they're like oh. That was not supposed to have been done that way. That could technically be considered a breach because it sort of approach. I'm guessing in this case. They wouldn't have announced that if the data had gone into somewhere where it could be exposed by right but it doesn't always mean that you know necessarily that. There's ill-intent right. It could have been done through. An accident and exposure occurred

"FROM OUR UPDATE. Like you normally would wrap up and say for the listeners. Zack just showed me the platform. Which is a pretty amazing set of tools. Just a you can write your machine learning algorithm into the platform. You can train the model. You can configure everything. It's just everything in in a single platform and and being able to select the libraries in the deployment. The cogeneration pretty impressive pretty convenient for somebody. Who just wants to simplify the workflow? To the extent that we can simplify machine learning workflows today. Exactly make sure. The developers are successful with this. Because this is really hard stuff right. The the chances for failure in trying to do machine learning on a small device is really high of trying to make this just tractable for developers and then I think it's really important that we're designing really great L. OPS under the hood. Something we're careful of is putting really proper. Mo OPS machinery under this. So that as people go to production at scale right for products we have. Api's that you can drive to automate the entire process through normal CIC process right so everything that we do. We have an ops philosophy under the hood as people go to production on a larger scale. Okay Well Zach. Thanks from the show. It's been really great talking to you. This is this is great awesome questions. Look forward to chatting more over.

"Forward helping farmers with the transition to regenerative agricultural practices to me beyond the resume. Zach is point blank a master healer. He's a friend. He's a critical voice in the conversation. We need to have in this unprecedented moment of global calamity and here today to share his unique perspective on the corona virus epidemic. What is happening? How to best navigate it what it signifies for humanity social economic and political systems and the future of Planetary Ecology. This is my first attempt in many years since the earliest days of podcast in fact at recording a podcast remotely and I admit to a great aversion and almost allergic reaction to this dynamic Being physically present with the person I'm speaking with is at the very core of what I do. However sequestration demands I adapt and so this is my fairly reluctant attempt to do just that therefore you're going to have to excuse the Audio Quality. Although our voices are perfectly understandable it remains a somewhat eroded version of what you've come to expect the bandwidth at home is subpar function of living a bit in the middle of Nowhere Zach was recording from Wa. Who which also doesn't have great Internet and this combined produced a latent delay and require that we avoid talking over each other which impeded the natural conversations flow and our ability to communicate organically and making for more of a Staccato back and forth kind of exchange but disclaimer. Aside and is always the case with Zach. I think we'll find this to be equal parts instructive enlightening and moving especially the end. So police listen all the way to the end. Zack has a knack for landing. Our podcast with unmatched profundity in what is essentially a masterclass in thinking. Both deeply and broadly about this unique situation. We are collectively experiencing. I love this man. I'm grateful for his wisdom and I'm proud to share it with you guys today so without further ado this is me and Dr.
