But I guess the point was like, or at least I took from it that it gets it. We can get into more the nitty gritty about it. But I'm it gets very frustrating. When to me anyway, and I've been in this position where like not only do you have to go to work and take an ask kicking in maybe not like your job and be degraded with evaluations and things, but you have to pretend to like it like you can't grumble about it. Are you familiar with black mirror on Netflix somewhat? I've never watched it. It's it's like this. It's this series of the scripted series. Based on like, these, you know, the future in how taxes invaded our our lives in one of the episodes was you would your constantly raiding other people, so your your social value is based on your interactions with other people like so you would go to a coffee shop, and you have to be like super nice to the person serving you in vice versa. And then they would rate you and this. It's a crazy episode very far off. I mean that is it's not it's that's that's what's so scary about black mirrors. It's very rings true. But it's the same thing as you go into Facebook..

"Thirty six left in the first half the Bearcats get the ball back and we'll start from their own eighteen yard line. They lead Connecticut. Fourteen seven right now redshirt freshman. Yukari Robinson probably has his heart beating through his chest because he will take over at center for the injured Garrick Campbell. Carry Robinson was set to be the starting center this year before the Bearcats picked up a grad transfer from Rhode Island. Dino Boyd immediately stepped into the starting lineup to play left tackle that allowed Cincinnati to make some chefs. Moving trout from tackle to guard and then Campbell from guard to center Cincinnati much bigger out the offensive line, but Gareth Campbell out hopefully season, ending you Robinson checks in. Yeah. So let's all those moves took place. Let's talk about Yukari Robinson. So we were really really high on it. Yes. He's not as big but young man, he's going to be real good and swimming. He he is the center chances are he could be a starter for three years plus first team all states high school player in the state of Alabama or football is king. So he has at it center. Desmond Richardson the shotgun. I intend Cincinnati from the eighteen yard line redder with a zone read. Handoff to McClellan trying to run why. Now cuts it up the hash marks makes it to the twenty for a two yard game, McLellan's young guy. And we're seeing indecisiveness in is. In his running. And that's where we watch Michael Warren grow up last year. Michael Warren is beyond that right now. And he makes decisions and in that time really looked like he was going to try to outrun everybody and realized that he can't and tried to cut it back up inside only got two yards. Now Yukon has an injured player kneeling around the twenty five yard line surrounded by three members of the training staff. The game. Eighteen seconds five one eight. Thank you. The injured player is their true freshman middle linebacker Kvant Jones. No, I beg your pardon. It's actually defensive tackle AJ Garson, and he is on his feet. Walking with a slight limp to the far sideline. The Connecticut sard line. Five eighteen left and a half second down at eight for the Bearcats at their own twenty yard line. Total yards to twenty nine for Cincinnati. One forty six four Connecticut. The huskies had one good drive and then three straight putz. Syracuse. Syracuse Connecticut has had three good dry or Cincinnati writer tech three good drives put the last one ended in a turnover on second and eight redder hands. I know fakes the hand off to the right him trouble. And sat back at the fourteen yard line. Get rid of that football. Saint situation there with the plow one before these guys are fast. You gotta throw that football or take off running towards the line of scrimmage and really put the opposite a bad situation. Now, just under five minutes to go here till half-time sat goes to the true freshman middle linebacker combined. Jones who grew up within walking distance of this stadium. Down in fourteen for the Bearcats and early. So. That could be a center issue as well. Dan. The fifty two. Doubt. So you got a young freshman center in there. And all of a sudden, it's a little nervous matching. Got to settle down and boy tough for the Bearcats right now. Third and twenty. Jettas Darris and big law. Go out to the left. Louis and Warren go out to the right empty backfield. Shotgun snap Ritter from the one yard line. Which is up in the pocket. Throws over the middle man complete at the twenty six intended for Khalil, Lois would not have been a first down. Louis was on the ground was real close would have been a couple of yard shy. But certainly would've given the Bearcats much more much more room to punt the football. Jay spent will punt for the first time today. The returner four Connecticut is senior Kyle plus. A transfer from Robert Morris. James Smith waiting for the Longstaff from Zach would about five yards deep in the end zone. Cincinnati planning for the first time with a fourteen seven lead the snap is good rugby style. Pot. Spiff gets it off. Ross. Let's it bouts bounces right into his arms at the Connecticut. Forty five and Khalil Louis hopped on his back and take some down near midfield. We'll take a timeout. Four twelve left in the half. Cincinnati up by a touchdown fourteen seven. This had football presented by entity pellets up America and one or two seventy..

"Breath. I'm always I was looking at these Myers. The guy said, oh, well, did you know that we had these three mice left in a box on our counter, mice in a box on a counter. But apparently it happens quite a bit at these stores people, abandoned pets, and they can't sell them. They have no, lineage, etc. But they can give them away. So I ended up adopting the three of them there. Three brothers their little gray mice thing. They'd be like doubled their size since I've had them, and they're very fat. But they're cute. They're really cute. I haven't had mice in a very long time. I forgot that they tend to be kind of aromatic creatures, but they're fun. I've enjoyed them. And then I did I ended up adopting two female rats. Somebody had taken a fulltime job and can spend time with them. And so I now have be in cricket. He is a little fancy cute cute little girl and cricket is a patchy a hairless. Patchy basically, these are hairless rats are not typically hairless. I mean, you do get three mutations. But hairless rats are usually created by breeding double. Rexes essentially, so you you have a double Rexrodt, and they lose their hair they become hairless hatch is kind of a variant of this. And they came out probably four or five years ago. Maybe longer that was about the first time I heard about them, but they tend to do so Bruins some hair. And then they shut it. And then they grow in a new hair pattern. That's why they're called patches. And she's actually Dumbo as well. So this has been it's been interesting at the same time. Of course, my mother, unfortunately, lost two of her elder pugs out within one week. So she still has her her pug pack, but it was surprising. You know? So anyway, we've gotten all that as background for this episode. I will tell you that we did have the S P P I spirits of St Petersburg group. I did end up resurrecting the spirit of Saint Petersburg name. I had the trademark on it. And I have the LLC and I've had this for twenty years. So my friend said, well, why aren't you using it? And I said, well, okay. But we did have a case, which is kind of interesting. I'm not quite sure what we're gonna do with this case just yet. But one of the phenomena on our paranormal investigation was that the family that we were investigating had a big black lab sweet sweet dog. But even though he had moved with him through two houses at this particular house. He would not go into one of the sheds. So while we were actually doing the investigation the dog was with us. So which was interesting, but it's kind of a smaller area, and it was a small group of us there. And the first time we went to the shed. I mean, he really very friendly wanted attention. But we we went into the shed, and he would not come in at that point. There was M F being registered. I mean, it actually felt different people are picking up on a presence only came back out for the second part of the investigation. There was nothing in there. I mean, there's no EMF. There was new nominally and essentially the dog came in the offing about this particular case, though, is that the cat had no fear of the shed. The cat came in with this. The first time the second time didn't really seem to care was a an indoor outdoor cat the dog. However, was definitely much more hesitant to go. In would go with this everywhere else. But that was certainly a problem for them to that's kind of interesting, and I do apologize. This is a Kile's who was sleeping behind me. I'll see if I can nudge him to roll over. He is doing his pug duty and snoring for me. So there we go. I think we've caught up on everything or got a couple more. Art ords. I did the twelve days of Dolly for my art. And it was fantastic. But that's not why we're here. We are here to talk about your high. So he's so comfortable, okay. I think we got him the premise of these episodes that will be coming up. So this is kind of our intro, but the premises essentially, the inspiration came from one of the college classes that I teach. And in fact, this class, I co teach was a an interdisciplinary course, ideas of six which was a combination of intrigue the humanities, which is my part, and then a into or excuse me accomplish one course it had a global component. I mean, it has all these components to it. It's an interesting course, my co professor interdisciplinary means that it's dual taught, but my co professor was really very very cool because she came up with the idea of a a lens to do these materials, and that was kind of the man myth and magic approach. We talk about archetypes. We talk about ghosts. We talk about the supernatural. We talked about the hero's journey. I mean, it's it's a really fantastic class at the end. There's a group project and this. Group project includes studying different phenomena, the students actually go out. They studied the culture. They talk about the origin of these creatures and what happens so one of the groups ended up studying, the okay Yukari are fairly interesting spiritual beings from Japan that are incredibly complex. They can represent everything from moments of time to space between time to state of being too unexplained phenomena to urban legends to godly like creatures or spirits. They're huge. It's a huge category. They students did a fantastic job. I mean, these were really I would say really honors material students, and at the end one of them came up and said, well, you should really get this book, and it's called the book of Yucai mysterious creatures of Japanese folklore. It's Michael Dillon foster. And it is illuminated by Sonoma kitchen Kilian. I'm not quite sure my Japanese is very very bad. It is published through the university of California, and the description is essentially monsters goes fantastic beings and supernatural phenomena of.
