And i really appreciate it every time you guys to head over to my website and you can leave a podcast review there and i really really do appreciate it. So today's podcast is about. Who is and who will always be the one seller with the most on the line every time. They're selling a property. That is your local condo builder. The reason your local condo building. They could be building other things but mostly in the bigger cities. It's the condo builder developers. Those guys have got millions of dollars on the line and they are doing marketing and events and incentives twenty four seven because they wanna be in a position that once that last brick is at the top of that condo. because i've spoken to these guys Interesting connection for me. Is that long. Before i got into real estate I come from a construction family And i've been sort of behind the scenes of many of toronto's most incredible bills Everything from working at the airport to Building parks to building a home in the york mills In new york meals area of of of toronto york york mills young york mills don mills area and it ended up being a house fat after it was built. The great one himself. David bowie had actually shown interest in wanting to see it and He got a chance to see the property. And the reason. I know the story so well is because my father is the one who helped build that house. He worked for the construction company that was instrumental in putting that together. So it's really important that you guys understand. But i do know where i'm coming from and helping you understand the behind the scenes the motivations of what those with the most on the line are doing helps me scale down to each and every one of you that i help. Which is why. I've paul was talked about once. The builder's gone once the developers gone. What's the marketing teams gone in in any condo across toronto gpa. I'm the one that's left. So i'm they're making sure that the right stories are being told the right. Marketing is being told. And i've tried to create some sort of continuity some sort of a theme so that when i do have a new listing in your building whether it's a downtown condo whether it's a condo durham region york region halton region wherever. You are thankfully. I've helped so many of you that i already have the marketing plan in place. So one extra bonus feature that has sort of been born in the last year is just the new way that people are consuming video consuming podcasts and incorporating that into my open house routine so the new three d. version of the open house has replaced the old. The old kind of open house which was very limiting and in some cases is not going to be the way people will see your property more than ever people are going to see your property usually on a screen and for a lot of people seeing your property. They're not going to be driving around that neighborhood. They might be A couple of cities away couple hours a couple of You know Time zones so are you cannot limit yourself so when i do a new coming soon launch and i have my three d powered tours which are always matter port. Three detours and by the way shout out to matter port for just going public's this week Good a great company. Great people that. I've worked with over the years. I even had the cmo himself Robin daniels on my podcast last year. And i'm going to be having monsoon again to To discuss again how. This tech company has just again Changed everything. Because i don't remember any other virtual tour company Going public on this level or going public in my twenty twenty plus years of doing this. So it's really important. You guys understand that. There is no longer going to be the old way of doing things for me. I got a very systematic crosses that i've created that will help you change the way your property seem so rather than use the old systems again will not work do not work You're relying on a lot of you know chance and risk instead of that. Make sure that you're signed up with me as a vip once you had over real estate podcast show dot com very easy to do Incredibly incredibly rewarding for you and make any and you have to understand the. "There. S i like to joke that for years customers have been on their iphones and now restaurants are ready to be on them to a good joke. But yes i would. Actually i was actually a blackberry user for awhile and the very first blackberry i had was one that was like the green screen unlike the private network but like i was a band manager so like i was like on the road with bands or in a venue like i was not always in front of a computer so like i like i would be out. I need to take down notes. Something somebody told me or like. I knew i was getting emails during the day. I was missing and i was like this is not okay and i remember. I would have a blackberry in one hand and a flip phone in the other. And i be the guy on the flip full like china type and hold my phone like this guy for a while. I love nothing. Jimmy dean but you actually had the blackberry york york landline guy. Well prior but yes actually. When i went to get a smartphone the very first phone i got was an android and that marks the first times in my life that i owned an android for twenty four hours. We're not we're not here to bash the android just big believers and apple in the iphone will let let's talk about the iphone specifically and how it related to your career and what you started to do on the iphone. And then when she started to do for clients know. Let's go back to burger blog. 'cause i started that when i had the blackberry right now with students there and i realized that i could literally create and write a whole blog from a mobile device right. I went us like blogger dot com. Which was like free g mail blog software. That was super easy to update from a device. My blackberry had a phone wasn't good. But i could take pictures of hamburgers and literally. While i was still in the restaurant. I could take a picture of a hamburger right like a five sentence review. Get bonda blogger. I i had a blog like it was essentially like what instagram is. Now i was doing with blogger. Like was the exact same thing and people were like. Oh my god. How did you figure this out on like it ain't hard you know what i mean but from that activity from the like taking pictures getting it live super fast. The blong started to grow right and then twitter and my space were happening at that. Same time. I was using twitter and mice baso so like same thing. Instagram didn't happen to later. And facebook didn't came somewhere in there but essentially like what you would do with instagram. I was doing on a blackberry. That was really the start of it. And why did you start with the burger. Block this funny story. So i used to be an artist manager in the music. Business which we kind of covered. And i'd number of bands who were like worldwide touring acts with grammy like big bands right and facebook twitter. Where like really heavily embraced first by the music. Business heavily right member. My space was all about your top eight songs and like like an. I looked at my space and twitter. I said holy crap. This is like the first time in history. Where a band. An artist has the opportunity to have direct communication and own their audience. And they weren't reliant on like a publicist or advertising. All these a radio station. I was like this is revolutionary and so i was trying to get my bands to embrace twitter in my space because i was like guys. What happens when the shoe drops. What happens if you write a crappy album. What happens if you get dropped. What if you're and our guy leaves like all of these things like you..

"R C impressed talking about this stuff. Sean Hannity is on the radio. 25 to the top of the hour. 809 41 Sean our number You want to be a part of the program I George is in New York and George. Your governor, Andrew Cuomo is proposed one He's promised Joe Biden. A lawsuit of he gets anything less than $15 billion from the federal government. On. If he doesn't get it, he's also going to raise taxes in New York, state and city, which will raise it to 15%, the highest in the entire country. Well, that's great news that I wanna drive another million people out of New York in the next year. Yeah, I can't listen to anything for most as anymore. I mean, it's It's just, uh, you better listen, because I don't think he's kidding. I mean, I think he means it. And why wouldn't he follow? And Gavin Newsom step? Of course you mean that He's got to figure out a way to fix his mismanagement. But we've gone down some crazy rabbit hole in New York. I can't explain it. But, you know, thank you for taking my call it but listen to you for years, and I know you. I know your stance on boycotting, but you gotta hear me out here. Okay? Notice the only thing that gets the other side's attention. When we use their tactics against them. Then they cry foul. They cry, You know, no fair. Hey, you can't do that, because we do everything side of the native Anyway, I think it's time to rethink your stance about boycotting. I understand your martial arts mentality about turning the other cheek. I'm saying training Ugo Sometimes I didn't say I turn the other cheek. I sell trying to walk away from any physical confrontation. I'll do my very best that walk away. I don't want to get engaged in a physical confrontation with anybody. Me too. But sometimes when you keep getting bullied, keep getting bullied. Sometimes you gotta take stance against the bully. I mean, you understand that, too. Listen, it zey a good skill to have in a dangerous world. Let me ask you a question. Did you grow up in New York? All right. Did you grow up in New York York? Okay. How old are you? How old are you? 6 56. Okay. Did you grow up? Did you listen to Howard Stern? Did you listen, Tohno? I miss Did you listen to talk radio back in the seventies and eighties? I listened to them. I can't listen to Howard anymore for years now could probably for the same reasons. All right, put that aside for a cent, But you did and, you know, remember, it all started there, and they were even conservatives that supported this idea of boycotts at the time. I always knew George. Once you open that Pandora's box, there's no end to it. Cancel silence, cancel culture boycotts and what it's really all about is if you don't like somebody's point of view. You don't like what they're saying. Instead of doing well, the easy thing which would be turned the dial. I don't want anyone ever turn the dial, but we do have choices. And liberty and freedom gives us the choice to listen and watch whatever we want to listen to whatever we want to watch. Now The problem is I was proven right, because pretty much throughout my entire career 25 years on Fox 30 plus years on radio, um there's been a lot of attempts to silence my voice and this show and I'm not going to give in to them. But it said never the million's and not even millions. At this point tens and tens of millions of dollars spent to silence every conservative voice. Now you're saying we we adopt the same tactics is as a left on this Number one. It goes against the core principle I have, which is I believe in freedom of speech. And if you don't like something, don't listen to it. Of course, there's limits to that. If even by the way on social media sites side I think that these sites ought to Uh, monitor and get rid of, uh, physical threats, threats of violence, organizing any type of violence of whatever. I don't want any part of that, Nor do Americans, but that's a reasonable thing. Racism, um, virulent anti Semitism. Same thing. There's got to be some standard, but I want to minimize it as much as possible because you don't have to read what's on Twitter or parlor or any of these social media sites. So again, you have the option. There's gotta be a some standards, but I wouldn't make them extraordinarily high. Like for example, that tambon Gino's owns a piece of parlor I love Dan. And Dan gets slaughtered on parlor. People attack him all these years being lied about attack smeared and slandered. I've never once thought, George that I want those people to shut up. I'm going to shut them up or I'm gonna boycott them. It's just not in my Edna. It's better that we have more speech, not less speech and with with reasonable standards, But You know? How do you define reasonable? I mean, silencing every conservative voices. Not exactly reasonable. I get it. But do you feel we're gaining ground. Would you feel we're losing ground some we're getting We're getting crushed. I mean, big Tech wouldn't even let us about. Maybe we do a limited limited boycott just to show You know how where we stand, You know, Pick one target for three months, Six months, 12 months and I'll never forget during one of these boycott attempts against me, unbeknownst to me. You know all of a sudden people that support me In this show on their own. They started destroying the carriage machines. And and by the way that helped and that boycott, it really was effective. I didn't organize it. I didn't orchestrate. It was organic. It shocked the hell out of me. People shooting the carrot machine. People golfing the head off the current will she Baseball bats. Dropping him from high distances is crazy, funny stuff, and ultimately, it really did help. Stop that effort to silence me because that's what it is..

So three locals and then four actually more attendees who were outside from outside of the area. Then we did Kinda Sad. Oh Wow. It was good. It was fine we yeah time. And that's not a long established gathering not so it's It's like Social Sundays as a long tradition behind it and we actually told them there would probably be more people `Social Senate does change from week till. We know it's sometimes you get twenty five people sometimes you to. Social Sunday Selena. During pork yes. Social Sundays tends to lean more towards I would say five to eight on the low side, and then twenty four on the higher side is what we saw over. The last month has been a lot more people have been coming here into New Hampshire because they are sick and tired of being sick and tired of where they're from in this case, a couple from New York. Had left the upstate. New York after I guess there was some sort of a mandate by the governor about vaccines and they've got kids and so that pushed him over the edge and what the the father told us was that he was doing a lot of research and he found that one hundred one reasons, liberty lives in New Hampshire video. That you know it's five years old at least I think six years at at this point. It came out in two, thousand, fourteen at. This film though I'm not going to say it's timeless. I'M GONNA say that it's it's an. Hour and a half it's it's history. It's only about an hour actually. Okay it's. Timeless but it is a piece of history and and there's a lot of stuff that's still true about it. So it's it's still it motivated them to say it's not dated. It's obviously going to be the day as soon as you out of date as soon as you make but that's not the point. The point is it's the general message and that's never going to be out of date. Yeah. The message of Migrate Freedom Lovers to the same place. Here's what's already happened circuitry fourteen, which was a lot in two, thousand, fourteen, hundred, of course, it's more now. But it's really cool to see people still coming here and still justice covering this because for these folks I didn't get the impression that he had had really hurt us for for very long that that it was sort of a new threat they were. Like Oh my God the the state wants to force vaccinate US we're out of here and A lot of people and we need that because there are not enough libertarians now in the United States. To make the United States, libertarian not at all by any stretch of the imagination but there are more than enough libertarians in the United States to make New Hampshire Libertar- doc I hope Libertarian because New Hampshire is is probably the most freedom friendly of all of the states excluding the Kobe crackdown where it's not. The problem is that you need to get them to move. This thing is their governments are doing good. They are driving. Visitors recently it's super interesting. I didn't realize how bad it wasn't bad gotten in other states like I was talking to a dozen people just I think yesterday about how I don't think a single person actually had a job like they had all water their jobs and there's going to be like half a dozen I think maybe more people visiting keen about two weeks from now just because people you know just people I have I don't even know them no of them coming here. Yeah I mean it's Yeah I. mean. I was part of a group that somebody I didn't mean to I didn't know any of these people I still don't really know any of these people but they're all people who are liberty people and they know about New Hampshire or the migration moving some of them until just recently. Yeah. I just heard of it and I was introducing him. Yeah. No. It's it's just a it's like a Freedom Group to. Form. Cells. Not. Exactly. The group here. So even though I do. As a matter of fact they they may. Sell Four, one, one when I'm done. Yes. Yes. Exactly. That group so. Yeah and I was just blown away that like I thought you know I started a conversation with them and thinking like Oh these people are already in New Hampshire based on what I'm hearing and. I thought it was kind of Weird W. it was like they don't seem to a whole heck of a lot about freedom and then I realized Oh wait a minute where are you guys all from and they started? Freedom in books yeah. Exactly and it was like it was like, New York and New Jersey in Florida and just all of Connecticut and it was like Oh no single. What have you heard New Hampshire, and you don't even know what the project is or that like like there's a migration movement going on or anything, and then I started telling them like different stories about it and like within a matter of like an hour, you know there are probably about six people who are literally talking about look. They're gonNA come up and visit next week these two weeks we're blown away I mean th th the people from New York York is the Fiftieth Fiftieth most free stay right lane. It's not free at all. It's like the least free of all dates and and these people were just amazed at the just the difference between what it was like where they were from and what it's like just by moving down two hours east basically, they were from eastern part of of New York didn't even have to go that far. But they came out today I. had a good time at our our crypto meet up and I just I I love that we're seeing a larger number of people come in. This has been I would say a banner year. I would say two thousand, twenty compared to last several years twenty twenty. We've had more visitors here than I would say in the last. Half people hot to move I'm I'm beginning to like the crackdown Down over the past your you know because the motivator a motivator for people you know to wake up and get their act together in start moving. But the problem is they're cracking down in New Hampshire to and automating people are. Putting a stop to that a good way to cut our candidates. People. Yes. People wake up here. Yeah. Yeah. We're going to have to have some noncompliance. I'm not. Yeah. I'm not under the machine. Okay. So I'm not under the illusion that we can make a difference right now in regards to all the stuff that they're doing but I think you know once you get more people moving in the course of you know maybe the next twenty years, we could put a stop to take twenty years to roll them. I, don't think that's GonNa be the case but I'm just saying I think the next time they try it's getting worse here. Now they're the governor saying we announced this on the show last night he's saying to restaurants that they have to start asking people for their name and phone number well when they come into terrestrial. Vermont frightened. And Vermont by the way starting up you. Just announced that they're locking down quarantine on anyone going in and out from Vermont to New Hampshire. Sense because there's like third least infected stay it doesn't matter in the United. They don't care about doesn't matter but but it's just you've got to I mean Hodel controlling that out is is important I think because you just ain't. None of it doesn't do hate old but. I. Love My parents.

"Thousands of New Yorkers are not filling out the census forms. Okay, You figure what's the big deal? Well, the big deal is this. The census is used by the federal government. To distribute $1.5 trillion in funding based on a per capita basis. So if you don't fill out the census, they don't count you and that reduces for census purposes the number of people living in New York York City gets a $1,000,000,000 a year in federal aid based on the census, 10 billion over the 10 years. This failure to fill out the forms could hurt the city for the next 10 years, one person failing to fill out the census. Cuts New York's education funding by $2300. Just one person. By the way. If, in fact, there are tens of thousands of New Yorkers failing to fill out the census. It could cost New York State two seats in Congress because the congressional districts are based pro Radha. On where people are living. So that is an effect of this virus. Even after we get rid of the virus next year. This is an effect of the virus that will live with us for the next 10 years. And what about even much later than that? Well, you can forget about what? Everybody was expecting the Corona virus, baby boom That's not happening. Normally, you know, it happens in every you know. Winter Snow Storm. There's always a baby boom nine months later after the winter storm for reasons I Hope I don't have to explain on by the way, if you are asking your parents right now will tell you later. But the scientists were telling us that this time around, they will not be a corona virus baby boom, there has been a 50% increase in the number of requests for birth control, a 40% increase. An emergency contraception requests. 40% of women ages 18 to 49 say that they have changed their plans about when toe have Children and how many tohave because of the pandemic. As a result, According to the experts, the United States should expect 500,000 fewer births next year. Than normal. Well, that's not something that we're really going to pay much attention to now or even next year, But you're going to notice the impact in five years. When those Children go to school, there will be half a 1,000,000 fewer schoolchildren. That means less money needed for our school system. You're going to notice that 18 years from now, when those birth and up going to college and you'll certainly feel the impact 65 years from now when they retire. So long term impacts as a result. Of the virus who would've thunk. And what does this mean for social issues Public policy? And elections. It's hard to really get our arms around. All of this isn't it? Which is why the ability for people to make effective predictions is so difficult. You know, everybody's saying nobody saw this coming. Nonsense that is utter and complete. Total nonsense. I'll give you one illustration of somebody who saw this coming. Paul McCartney future No one is gone. So you know.

"P. I'm doing wonderful shape how how you today all right how's New York York's hot it's hot it's getting hot up here okay so well it's hot everywhere thon Florida so the summer people people get Florida rap in summer but I think it's not everywhere but anyway all right he is a traitor he helps us with our managed account we called Spartan account he has been a traitor for over thirty years trained under very smart people like William J. o'neill of investor's business daily and he seems to have a knack for knowing when the market's going to go up and when it's going to go down so he's not and if he's not an analyst at looks at stocks or the market is the market's overvalued because their earnings are bad he's only looking at technical patterns so happy he tell us how you know when the market's going to go out we use the H. a slew of indicators that that that helps us think technically see if the market is overboard or oversold so if the market is tremendously over bought we'll be looking to short it if it's tremendously oversold we'll be looking to go long correct so make sure you mean you make an investment that makes the money if the market goes down correct we we use we we use triple leveraged ETFs inverse ETFs so yes five the market let's say for argument's sake if the market goes down three percent three X. inverse will go up nine percent so you stand to make a lot of money if you're correct in calling a downturn well whatever you're doing is working because starting in the late August we started offering a manage account to certain clients that Schwab that wanted this type of strategy and from September of two thousand nineteen through the end of may are the strategies up sixty two point two eight percent net of fees after fees are deducted a year to date through the end of may the strategies of twenty three point six versus negative four point nine seven but the S. and P. five hundred so anyone is interested in learning how this could be a part of your portfolio text the word wealth to four seven four seven four seven or call us at eight six six wealthy now it's a very standing and the people are wonderful how if the market's not doing great how's the market down five percent Europe twenty three percent how how is it that you're up sixty two versus five since September of the last nine months well let's go through March okay March is an interesting mark the Russell two thousand in March was down about twenty percent for the month and the S. and P. five hundred was down twelve point three five percent so this tragedy is not a viable strategy if they're not a good trade to be had we'll just stay in cash okay so we started the month in cash now on March this are you at some technical indicators which pointed to a market drop so we deployed sixty percent of the market into the shore inverse leveraged ETFs you were just talking about right and exactly we remember marched the market was going down the market fell in a March tenth five days later we actually sold those trick they sold those inverse ETFs for a profit and your overall portfolio gained five point three percent in just five days now the markets continue to fall why we're in cash in a March sixteenth the Dow fell almost three thousand points or twelve point ninety three and one day that was pretty scary remember that up so it's very scary now at this point many investors are thinking I better just stay on the sidelines until it calms down right I was gonna go to cash until I'm gonna sell a lot of investors do that unfortunately but not us not you Pete you don't think you're not you don't get fearful you just look at the technical indicators trump on March eighteenth the futures open lock limit down the next day after this brutal bloodletting you stated in the daily email and all of our investors get this email by the way we get a daily email dollar investors it says quote there's an epic rally coming coming soon within one to three days and at that point we deployed thirty percent portfolio in a triple leveraged long ETFs which means we're betting the market will go up and we would make three percent for every one percent the market went up and the market receded to rally resulting in a profitable traded twelve point four seven percent in just a few days on thirty percent of the portfolio and then we close out that trade on March twenty fifth and that netted about three point seven four game to the overall portfolio and then we remain in cash for the rest of the month and that is how this portfolio was up nine point nine percent in March in a market the S. and P. five hundred is down negative twelve so great job or not P. that was a great great great great up twenty one percent better than the S. and P. five hundred plus nine verses make negative twelve and it didn't stop there the next month was up thirteen percent in this strategy in the end the US S. and P. five hundred almost just as well last month in may we were only up three point one five percent the S. and P. was up four point seven six percent but you know you can't beat the market every month but it but we're beating enough so that are investors who would have otherwise lost money in a bind hold have a profit after just you know five months of twenty three point six percent that most will be thrilled with for the year especially when the market down five percent so that's that's great work now let's talk about these daily emails even sending these out to your subscribers for awhile right yes since two thousand and five so you had people pay you every month and I know that there's people to pay you as much as a thousand a month just because these emails okay and you're sending that out and just saying Hey here's what the prognosis is for the day here's what we're looking at here's the probability the market going up here's the probability of market going down I can see how that has a lot of value right because if you're telling someone Hey there's a high probability of the market going down this week then you probably don't want to deploy fresh capital this week into the into stocks right you might even want to sell stride rite given Iraq so if you would like this email you want to see what it's like text the word wealth the four seven four seven four seven you do not have to pay a thousand dollars a month you'll get it and you'll see if you think it's good and then we can talk if you think that this strategy is something that's right for you if it fits in your portfolio we'd be happy to talk to you about it now just so you little other taste of what you said on that I just mentioned in the email you stated on March nineteenth that there's an epic rally coming coming soon within one to three days and two days later we hit the bottom right the markets up like thirty seven percent since you wrote that email all right so so good job on that now what about beginning of the year we had a newsletter on February six and I was even released frankly that concerned about coronavirus in February six didn't seem like anybody really was talking about it and you wrote that corona viruses not contain now remember February six market all time highs nothing's really happened to affect us adversely in our economy and the stock markets humming along and he wrote coronavirus is not contained are you you alluded to "They're just waiting for the governor's signature. He said he's GonNa do it. Legislation that's supposedly going to reclassify many contractors as employees Jeez and this is a terrible terrible idea that is going to really for the worse. changed the face of business us because when you want to bring a contractor in there are some real good reasons to do that and contractors WANNA be contractors for real good reasons. It's and this is basically the California government gang coming in and saying well. We're just GONNA go ahead and upend every single business agreement you've ever had for you know. As long as you've been in business you know the their employees are victimizing are the contractors the contractors and the customers who have to pay more yeah. I mean certainly you certainly the yeah certainly I would say both are but especially but it's especially the contractors because it's a small business owners that they're the that these contractors small business owners effectively and now you're running their own business go and now you're telling them they can't run their business. They have to go and work for somebody else and that's what the course that the government wants. They want you to be independent. They want you to be reliant on assistant. They want you to be reliant on a Mega Corporation. They don't want you to be able to go out there and do your own thing hate that and so this they say here this may affect at least a million workers in California. They say many that now this again the editorializing here in the New York Times many people have been pushed into contractor status with no access to basic protections like minimum wage and unemployment insurance durance ride hailing drivers food delivery couriers janitors nail salon workers construction workers and franchise owners could now all be reclassified as implies around interview a bunch of inter- uber drivers and find out how many of them want a minimum wage job good question zero my I guess but the bill's passage which codifies and extends a two thousand Eighteen California's Supreme Court ruling threatens GIG economy companies like Uber and lift the ride hailing firms along along with at based services that offer food delivery home repairs dog walking services have built their businesses on inexpensive independent labour which of course as you pointed out nobody means at at that savings gets passed onto the customer Yep. It's inexpensive Labor that means the price is going to be lower than let's say make corporate competitor. There's another perspective on this. When the price goes up it's going to negatively impact demand most likely anyway in most cases so you're actually you're gonNA have you're actually going to have more people at work as a result more people out of work or spending more time sitting on stands but not making money why they don't have stands for Uber but I mean but they're just going to be sitting in their cars by the side of the road not making money when there isn't a call so Paul's is never unless talking about the environmental impact of that I mean the cars running on the side of the road and I just seriously like the amount of natives from this is just truly well? Atop Obama Labor Department official had this to say about it. He thinks it will quote have of major reverberations around the country. He argued the bill could set a new bar for worker. Protections force business owners to rethink their reliance on contractors actors another Bureaucrat Democrat from wherever in California today the so-called Gig companies present themselves as the innovative future of tomorrow zero a future where companies don't pay social security or Medicare. Oh God I hope so. She said let's be clear. There's nothing thing innovative about underpaying someone their labor. Let's be clear there's nothing charitable about putting people out of work right. You're for interfering in a contract. This was an agreement when you signed up to drive for Uber Left. There were terms of service service now. Whether you random or not is your fault but in those terms of service I guarantee you. It says you're a contractor and you agreed to that when you became a driver for one of these these organizations in this is the government just coming in and just upending all of these agreements well. We're in charge here and now we're we're just GONNA change your agreements after the fact and that's just that's a terrifying precedent for anybody that cares about the freedom to be able to do business in the way that they want to do now. Of course we know the government gang has been interfering in business forever. You know as long as they've existed so I guess we shouldn't be surprised about this. Well of course the people the New York York Times would like you to hear from ride hailing drivers hailed the bill's passage quote this is Rebecca Stack Martinez driver and organizer with the group GIG workers rising quote. I'm so proud of rideshare drivers who took time out of their lives to share their stories stand up speak to legislators and hope they take a moment basket of victory. Now I WANNA form an organization called my gorge rising super didn't immediately have a comments on Tuesday at laid off four hundred thirty five workers in its product and engineering teams the company's second round of cuts in recent months and by by the way uber is not exactly a profitable company from what I understand no. I don't think they've turned a profit yet. I've never turned a profit their their their loss leader. They're hoping that someday they'll turn a profit but California's looking to make sure they cease to exist before that happens lift said it was disappointed quote today our state's political critical leadership missed an important opportunity to support the overwhelming majority of rideshare drivers who wanNA thoughtful solution that balances flexibility with an earning standard and benefits whenever that means so it sounds like they're kind of positioning themselves as well. It's okay you can change our business model somewhat but we would like you to change it in these ways rather than the ways that will push out the smaller competitors as Hewitt's earlier so talk about Gig work. That's been in the spotlight like uber left endured ash in the United States and there's also other companies internationally that have grown into behemoths even as the contractors they relied on didn't receive the benefits or minimum pay guaranteed to employees. Many of the companies have worked assiduously to beat back efforts to classify their workers curses employee's settling class action lawsuits from drivers and securing exemptions rules that might have threatened the drivers freelancer status. Tell you more about what's going on here and what's going to happen you know Uber and lift or saying in a different story. We'll share with you that they're not going to change anything because of this.

"And welcome back and we will have different in just a moment. I just confirmed by talking to our second ago just before the break ended so hello Tomasz will connect us and Deborah will be on fly shows talked so fast hopefully today I will be able to ask a few questions and kind of punctuate with a little bit of science behind it to show the wherever she's saying is not a conspiracy theory or pseudoscience. It's real science. Things are not happening a distant future they're happening today and then the recent past <hes> and I hope we have back on their now <hes> she's <hes> should be available so the first thing I want people to understand is the globalist control of the banks the insurance carriers and Intel agencies to control the media is too frightened. People as idiots like l._l._C.. I call her absent a CORTEX and other Enviro maniacs leaving the so-called green dirty deal in fact the article. We're going to be talking about on Wednesday with low. Ponti Who's written for readers digest for decades and been in <hes> special think tanks the U._S.. Government equalizers was Craig Smith books that we have the seven to that generation of books are all free that we offer every Wednesday and if you just dial the number of he'll send the book to free of charge no credit card no tracking nothing just gives the address you want to send it to. We will send it out to you. Money machine is what <hes> what we're looking at so we have never go ahead everywhere. We have a connected now. Yes Great <hes> Dr Bill. Hello everyone this is Deborah. Taveras was stopped the crime dot net and on Today's program I'm going to be talking about many breaking and developing developing stories and not necessarily in the order of importance so I'm just going to let it roll. I I want to address the blackouts that hit Manhattan on Saturday this last Saturday that would be <hes> <hes> July the thirteenth <hes> two thousand nineteen. It's very important that everyone check into the climate action plans in Manhattan and in New York and you will find that New York has approved one of the most ambitious climate action plans in the country so what does that mean massive reductions of greenhouse gas emissions in all commercial and residential properties which includes reduction of electricity so it would be <music> fair to suggest or to certainly put on the burner that this rolling blackout that was likely intentionally caused was to get people accustom to what is being rolled out throughout lt country in every neighborhood everywhere in fact worldwide to reduce our standard of living <hes> in in the guys of reducing climate change because it's manmade when we know this is all whether weapons alliance let me add some science for just twenty seconds here <hes> they said it was one step down transformer the burnt out if every done in power which any city like this would have you wouldn't get sixty one thousand people power so this is a pile of hokey. Okay okay. Please continue well. Of course we know that Con Edison is a major power <hes> and it's it. It was a major power outage that struck Manhattan in New York and we have to remember that the utilities are buying large run by Rothschild L._l._C. and companies and we know that this power outages likely the start of many more such planned events and we're seeing that happening across the country under <hes> different <hes> terms. They're saying here in California. They're going to cut the power if we have a red flag fire warning where the atmosphere is is very <hes> <hes> low humidity <hes> where we are hot in their wins which of course they are creating. They neglect to add we're heavily Kim trailed both before during and after major fire events but let's get back to New York because New York you have to look at the climate action plans and in New York York City <hes> I will be blasting out on stop the crime dot net. You'll find it under the email blasts outs that <hes> New York says in their plans they plan to eliminate the use of all fossil fuels now first of all that should be dead giveaway played the plans are corrupt because our petroleum never did come from fossil fuels. This is right out of their plans and <hes> again <hes> I urge everyone to watch youtube origins of oil to understand the reality of oils oils and we're gas really came from but what's important is that these policies have already been developed in adopted that serve the controllers ideas societal control without regard to ethic morality or life so oh the blackouts and I understand that there were over four hundred people stuck in elevators during this event and I can only say that this is the beginning of rolling blackouts across this country for a variety of excuses are extreme weather or e._m._p.. From the sun or even A._C._M._e.. Fact by a rogue nation right well <hes> our road nation is sitting right here in Washington D._C.. And we are the enemy and we are being attacked by our own city councils local county board of supervisors and all the corporate agencies. We are the enemy we are operated under executive orders which is why <hes> most recently on <hes> June the eleventh of two thousand and nineteen by Executive Order <hes> genetically modified food is to be made <hes> excessively available because of food scarcity and because the climate change so but that is not where I wanted to go in the program today of course to suggest to look at how government runs by going to the Federal Register and start looking at the federal <hes> <hes> register for the executive orders. This is how U._S._A.. INC is run it is not run by your votes or the assumption that you can vote New People in. I also urge everybody to go to stop the crime dot net go to our youtube video channel. We have a five live part series up in the comments about this are becoming unbelievably important when we're rolling out the various aspects of genocide and we cover much of what we've covered many many times on prior radio shows <hes> Dr Bill but I want to go on into some other <hes> breaking news that I think is extremely important for everyone to know we've posted an advisory on stop the crime dot net about the electrical bicycles and fires and we've learned that the dangers of Lithium Ion batteries used in the majority of electric bikes or e bikes cause fires so literally you can have your crotch blown out right from underneath you <hes> and you can find this article. It's <hes> <hes> a Forbes report that is unusual for electric bikes to catch fire. They're saying but they're showing that the e bikes <hes> have caused many fires in fact. It's even caused some garages to burn down as they're charging the batteries so I invite everybody to take the time to understand the level of weaponization that we face Zyppah. We saw that in an aircraft last week where the plane had to be evacuated because a recharger pack useless in my hand on fire to this is standard. Oh Yes apple expert was quoted. This is regarding the e bikes that <hes> <hes> catch on fire the expert is quoted as saying that the Lithium Ion batteries or rather unreliable and rather explosive rather really and you are never sure if or when they will explode and win they do you have a big problem. This is a quote and while the expert has an obvious conflict of interest he owns a consulting business called fire safety engineering support and he supports the statements and he goes on so we we have posted this advisory. <hes> this was a tremendous article that <hes> was <hes> written <hes> and <hes> and has many links of how these batteries explode and certainly if they get dented or damaged edge so you better not fall over a crash on your e bike because that will potentially lead to an exploding battery and there are many links to this story as well so get that out there to all your friends because of course they're moving US <hes> into and out of our <hes> fossil fuel cars which they say or fossil field and we know that petroleum is not a fossil fuel. They're moving into <hes> an electric grid of electric vehicles in this is just another method <music> of battlefield energy control systems in kill grit directly so they can have autonomous vehicles and eventually they wanna make outlawed the you can't own operate your own vehicles. Only Thomas vehicles run by the LEX. Should the allowed on the public transport routes well. That's absolutely true in fact in some articles that I've recently received out of Ireland by twenty twenty two <hes> many towns will no longer even allow <hes> gasoline driven vehicles and <hes> even the use of gas in their in their homes and we've talked about this many a time on prior shows. Dr Bill Gas is being eliminated for use in all new construction now here in the rebuilds else in northern California and and gas is going to be moved out of homes. If you hold on to a gas appliance ultimately your code enforcement will charge you. The cities will charge you for <hes> increased greenhouse gas emissions to the uses gas well yes if you have a viking range for example. They're very expensive. They're beautiful ranges a very high-end and many people prefer to cook on gas. If you do not retrofit out of gas then you will be charged a fee for contributing to greenhouse gas emissions now how these fees will be charged <hes> we're still learning about that but this is the plan so make absolutely no mistake on stop the crime dot net. We've had a tab there for a very long time called kiss your gas goodbye and we we're reading this in the climate action plans many years ago but I want to get back to more breaking news <hes> and this is going to be a nationwide so as you hear me talk about specific location here in California Nja. I don't want you to think that California is the pilot program for all of this that that <hes> California is being specifically targeted no everywhere worldwide is being targeted it but I'm going to tell you a specific event that happened here that you need to be watchful of in your towns too and that event is this <hes> last week we received a a call <hes> from southern California Edison in southern California under the umbrella of Edison International again another rothschild run utility and <hes> that call <hes> warned people that between this was for <hes> Friday <hes> and this was for Friday only it was an advisory warning about reducing your energy consumption so <hes> Friday would have been the twelfth July the twelfth two thousand in nineteen. We were given a call and many people in fact the eighty thousand customers of southern California Edison should have been given this advisory advisory <hes> that read as follows in this was <hes> again <hes> broadcast everyone it said <hes> that <hes> they're going to have <hes> <hes> peak energy pricing right now. My computer is not pulling up but here we go <hes> here's what the call said. Southern California Edison has scheduled a critical peak pricing event for Friday July the Twelfth Two Thousand Nineteen. And from four P._M.. To Nine P._M.. Please reduce your electric consumption. During this peak.

"I'm like, okay. You're right is Lennie Briscoe standing there. So TV I've never seen an episode of that. So I guess we're even. Yeah. The show you've never seen an episode of the ten thousand episodes of law and order now. Oh, you're missing out, Chris noth, and what was Prisco's name Jerry Orbach, those two. Yeah. Benjamin Bratt was a close second to the Chris. No, Jerry Orbach thing. And then it just keeps going on like they were so good at all of them were just a mania. But yeah, a lot of stuff took place in central park. So I feel like I've been there. Here's what you do Minh. Next time. We go to New York. I know that we typically stay downtown stay up by the park. Well, let's just like get out in it. I've developed a taste for the Upper West side. But but but not the park. Right. You're so close I will go out. I'll take a hillock up. Out of my way, I like Lower East Side and Upper West side of my two favorites in New York Hatton. Interesting. Yeah. What you like lower side. I like it. All man. Oh, I mean, my very favorite part of New York York's the west village for shows. Nice. But I like the recited like it in the east village, still grungy. Is there such a thing as the lower west side Wall Street now like well? I mean, Wall Street's all the way down, but I would say like. I mean, I don't think it's called the lower west side. But like the meatpacking district. Okay. Yeah. Like like the high line. That's probably lower west side. Really great. Art galleries in the meat pack. Yeah. Oh, man play. When I first started going, New York that was when it was still shady of there, and like you would walk through like blocks and blocks of industrial meatpacking plants to get to the one bar that was opened the known art of Giuliani came in different clean, the place up. Well, just thank God for him. Right. So the design of central park greensward. Oh, yeah. Like if so much information to go right now should this two parter. I don't know let me ask you has our podcast gotten more conversational. This question aside. Hesitant. I don't know. Okay. I think we've always been conversational. Yeah. But I mean like, this seems like a pinnacle of conversation all let me say this. I think episodes one through four fifty or less conversations than four fifty through twelve hundred. Okay. But what about what about twelve hundred on? I don't know. All right. The greensward plan. If you didn't know anything about central park, you may be under the misconception that they just sort of squared it off in rake some things around and and it was like there's the park, right? And like, let's just protect the screen space. But it was highly highly highly designed, oh, yeah. And apparently, they used as much explosives as would later be used at the battle of Gettysburg supposedly more to blast away rock and move that rock can remember the glacier that moved all that down. That's a big problem when you're trying to build a park. Like planted hundreds of thousands of trees swamps that they couldn't drain they build in further to build like. Yeah. So it was and I don't think anyone really thinks that like, oh, they just walled it up and said now we have a park. But I don't think I even realized how highly it was designed, and which is probably a testament to their design because when you walk around your dislike it all fits, right? That's I mean, that's the thing. Like, they're they went to a lot of trouble to make it look so naturalistic that you just assume that that's what the land always look for and central park is actually highly managed highly designed Greenspace yet exists in rectangle that when you're in the center of it from my from what I've seen in order. You can't tell that. You're you're like in the middle of the city and that like, the the the roads, none of them are straight. They're all meant to curve. There's meadows that kind of like..
