"In a bad rebound given up by that, Celeski. But one of the few times today it's cleared away by his defense. Roberto all the way back in the Florida zone to get it. Panthers would love to get a goal before the end of the period now under six minutes to go. In the second period. They harbor comeback hopes again here this afternoon. That would go a long way. Arkoff speeds through center, hands it off the Huberdeau on his back pass all the way to the neutral zone as the Panther defense were changing, so they'll tag up in Elmont tour blows the wheel in the neutral zone just as he was to receive a pass. So that's an easy recovery for Tampa Bay. But you're off Palat criss cross into the Florida zone a lot to the corner, roughed up by force Ling and comes away with the pot. The Chicago Blackhawks has a lot of room all the way through center before he's contested at the Blue Line. Mon sure throws it across off the left corner boards, and it's recovered by yon Ruta Ruta head man's for caloric He's already got to in the game this afternoon. It was new to Barra in the right circle and vassal Levski living right? "The Red Line, zips it in. Rieger stops it behind his own net. He'd sit around the near boards. Palat knocks it down. Let's circle of Circle point. Cross the street comes to turn. Act down. Lower right corner by corner Coup Travis check but point follows up Right Circle Brayden point after that pocket, he hold it in bouncing around coup driving horn. Qu'est chop at it finally comes to Frank Metronome. Trying to walking in the left wing to the lighting zone left point. But it find the Tampa Bay not. McDonough picks it up. Donna got through a Winberg. Check that metal Buddhas Keep We'll toss for horn question. The right corner. Orrin Quest is checked by turn act following up the Toronto with corner. Wennberg walks in front backhand shot, save made rebound is loose in front. Still lose the lightning after it. McDonough feats plot. Lot softly plays it up near board. So Ryan McDonagh McDonough hits point to center, Brayden Point scoops it in and heads off for a change. Forcing, trying to catch lightning interchange. Looks up ice. Nice lead fever. Hagi across the line, right circle. Archive is out their behavior shoots a vasilevskiy on the rebound, scooped up by Ruta back to the Panthers. And so Barkov taking his first ship since early in the game, Monteux or got a lead beef noodle bar and directed back in Ruda wraps around the far side for our scorn a stand go someplace. Hit Sarah Lee instead across the Panthers line left circle, Cirelli Takes it by that kind of within a shot for Hagi takes the puck away but loses it to Cologne. Left circle Back for Hedman. Lapointe Hedman hold shoots a man Finally well breaks his long goal. Dr. Putting it a rebound. The lighter on the boy. They make it 2 to 1 with 18 03 left. In the second to rally was standing to the left of drinker just standing there. Edmund gets the bucket takes the shunt. First shot, sort of got blocked, and then he got it again. And on rested it. Actually deflected off a bark off. And so really put it in Shot by Hedman. He got the shot through a rebound. Beautiful. Sara Lee went the last 26 regular season games a lot of gold at the first two games in the playoffs, so that's 28 1st goal in 29 games only tip it to the lightning an important shift after a goal. Here. Tip. It, lays it behind the net and grabs it, but it got knocked off his stick. Ross Colton steals on launches it out to center ice were knocked down. But he has checked my Hedman sides for root in the lining zone for headman had been asked a deal for Ruda behind the lighting next. Terrible play Yon Ruta right wing for Hedman. "The line up and Guys good to be with you again and Phil, you know that This happens sometimes you want to win this game, but John Cooper in the staff also want to be smart and not rush anybody back who may be nicked up and Victor Hedman, Ryan McDonagh. Yon Ruta in particular are gonna be out tonight and their day today. Well, you're right. That's a surprise. Um especially that you've got a week. Monday. Well another week. If they have home ice. You're gonna play on the 15th first playoff game, right, David? That's what we've heard. So if not, they probably started in the 16th. In Florida if they may start if they have to go to Florida that maybe in the 15th as well, we just we just don't know and But next weekend, I think it's safe to say they're going to be playing games. We're gonna be playing games and these guys, they're nicked up. There's no doubt so if they're nicked up and Ruda blocked another shot, I guess with his fun again. Maybe she gets smaller Skeets. What guards on the skates. Here's Here's how I interpret this, Phil and you could tell me if you think I'm way off base. We did not notice it at the time. But there were reports awkward. McDonough did not play in the last seven or eight minutes of the third period, so he clearly got hurt. In last night's game. I guess it's good that he's listed on. Lee is day to day, maybe Maybe if it No matter what it is, they say, day to day of this point of the season, But let's let's take it at face value. It is day to day. Ruta just missed 18 games. So I think it's clear that he definitely got hurt last night. Otherwise he'd be he'd be in the lineup. The head 11 is interesting, though, because Victor played the whole game. And Maybe he got nicked up last night. But maybe this is situation where they just are gonna let him get these last two games off like he's hurt, But maybe he's been playing through something. You said something up here when we were talking Which You know, at first I thought about it. And then you said, Well, sometimes you know if you start at home The playhouse is a little bit more pressure on you and whatever and delighting have been the Taurus see a good road team. So maybe maybe that they said, Listen, let's let it go out there. Let these guys play. On Okay? And they have the game on Monday. The Lightning need one of these two games in regulation. They could do it other ways too like they could win both in over 10 C plan. Did he go on the trip? Do we know nobody knows. That's somebody knows. We got us. Does anybody else there? No. But if they didn't go on the trip, then they're not gonna play. Money for sure. And we don't know that Mexico know that so, but we'll wait and see and one of their lineup change, which is that Mitchell Stephens is coming in his second game since returning from his injury, and it looks like the lines are gonna be shuffled Pat Maroons gonna be up with point and plot. Stephen Center in line of Joseph and Johnson Colton, playing with surreally and corn, and then the Gore line stays the same. So Colton is going to play wing. Probably it looks like it. And, of course, then on defense. You're adding Frederick place, and he's gonna make his lightning debut. They got him at the deadline from San Jose and Ben Thomas comes back in. As well, along with Lucien, those of the three guys who are coming in for the three players who went out What about Come on foot. He's down and Syracuse remember they seven to Syracuse to get game action, right? That's right. I forgot about that. Is it possible he could be up on Monday? Yeah, I think it's possible, but they just played last night. Lightning. Maybe was not feasible. Yeah, to get him here to get him here. Well, it's going to be an interesting game. Vast. She's going to get his work for sure, but he always does, doesn't he? It seems like it and the lining and Panthers have played six games and they've split to this point lighting of one win in overtime. But the head to head doesn't factor in in the tiebreak until much later, and lightning are gonna win the first tiebreaker, So that's why If they split these two games if they finish with the same number of points after these two games, the line you're going to get the second seed, But to your point, Phil, you know if they finish and third They finished in third. I don't think that's it. Clearly, the priority is to get these nicked up guys healthy more than try to win tonight to get the whole nights you want to go into the playoffs. With your healthy Team. Healthy team and your regular team. And there's been a lot of experimenting going on. No doubt about it. All right. It's fast. Laskin, Barbra's He in the Nets, Vaslav Ski and the gold who are left lightning skate left right in the first in the road, white jerseys with blue numbers, Bobrovsky and the gold or right Panthers from right to left, wearing their retro jerseys blue with white numbers. And red shoulders opening face up next.

"To get a little bit more time for him, eh, so that he's ready and fully capable to go once the playoffs start yon rutas, another guy that we haven't talked about, but He's had the long term injury, and they were hopeful that he could get into a regular season game before the you know before the playoffs start, So there's three guys, they're the Lightning could probably use a little bit more time. To see them get recovered and ready to go and be able to go into the lineup once the once the postseason begins. Kaylee, are you back? Yep. Yes, I'm back. Bring hot mic today, but I agree with you Burns. I think On one end. It's great because the lightning have some serious injuries there. As far as the personnel. I mean these their top players for the team and like you said, I think having as much time as possible to have an acute cultural back in the lineup that's as close to 100% as possible is going to be key for them, but I don't know. I don't like the idea of having to rest. I think players want to jump right into it. That's kind of what makes the first round for hockey. So exciting is there's lots of upsets and Unfortunately for the lightning, they got a taste of that a couple seasons back from the Columbus blue Jackets, but on the other side. If all these teams are waiting It's It's kind of it's equalizes. Then it kind of evens out at that point. It's not like one team is waiting for the other necessarily in these divisions, so I think it'll be a little slow to start. Um, you know, I definitely think from a player perspective, you'd want to run right into it and use that moment. Amuse the confidence, but May be looking at it from a different perspective, or from the media perspective of the team perspective. I guess you do get chance to nurse some of these injuries to some key players in the lightning lineup, and I guess In one way they have the advantage that way. I don't know how much more they can, you know, get healthy within a week, but Or it could be a little bit longer than that to. I don't know if it's set in stone, but it's it's still probably going to be a little more advantageous for a lightning team that's battered going into the playoffs. Yeah, it seems like a week that.

"Do you look it with how the lightning have played the last four or five days? That fourth line has been their most dangerous line on offensively, they played really? Well, defensively he does. Colton does a lot of the little things Well, he makes plays. He plays well defensively. He's good at the faceoff circle. Certainly, Mitchell Stephens is as well, but it's gonna be interesting to see how the lighting handle this situation. Once, Mitchell Stephens is ready to go. Are they successful because they keep it simple. You know, they keep it simple. You know, Maru does such a good job of holding up the play below the dots. And Colton has that in his game as well. So those two interplay really well together and then you've got Matthew Joseph, who has, you know, kind of rediscovered his game that we saw a couple years ago during his rookie season. Head goals right now, five of those goals coming in the last 10 contest, I think his speed and just his ability to find those little areas of the ice to present himself as an option for maroon and four Ross Colton down below the goal line. That trio just works really well, and they they all kind of know what she what each other is doing on the ice, and they play to that. Any line of changes today. Do we see that? It doesn't really look like there's any lineup changes. We got Basil s key back and met. All the lines were the same Tyler Johnson back on the first line of the right wing with Palat in point, so Everything looks the same right now. Still, though, Eric Church tax still, though, yon Ruta don't know what those guys are coming back. I think Char neck is pretty close. Maybe he could come back for tomorrow's game against Detroit. But certainly of this next road. This next road trip that lightning go when I would expect to see her turn back before we let you go. I didn't think they played particularly well Thursday night, at least compared to Tuesday, But maybe the biggest positive. Also.

"Brian Burns burns too good to be with you again, and Did the lightning push in the third period of Game one because they started to get their game or started to get to their game. Or did Alice stay back and protect the lead, which was the bigger factor? I mean, I think it was a little bit of both. But I'm not exactly buying the fact that the Dallas was just sitting back and willingly absorbing all of that pressure that the lightning we're putting them under. I think they wanted Teo. Build on their lead and continue to push and and play the way that they wanted. Teo. I don't I don't really buy that. We were just going to sit back and let the lightning do what they wanted to do. I think the Lightning got back to their game. I think in the first period particularly they got into this battle of just tryingto outhit. The stars. I think Dallas came out with the physicality that maybe the Lightning were expecting to start in that game, and then you saw the lightning. They really wanted to answer that. When teams trying to hit them they want to try to out hit him and show that they're not going to be that team That's going to get pushed around like maybe they wouldn't have passed and I think maybe that took the lightning out of their game, someone in the first two periods and they were able to get back to the way that they want to play in that third period. Frenzy, at least after one game. Anton Khudobin was really good. He continues that solid play in nets. What can the lightning do to make him feel uncomfortable moving forward? You know, I thought they did some pretty good things against him. I think one of the big things is just getting inside. And it's going to be tough on this Dallas Stars team. They do a really good job of packing it in defensively and creating kind of a fortress. Around. Kudo been similar to what we saw, you know, with Columbus and Corpus, sallow, but I thought he gave up some some really juicy rebounds in that game. I thought There were opportunities there for the lightning to take advantage of those opportunities. They just couldn't get inside of Dallas to get to those up those rebounds and those second chances that they have been able to in the past. So I think that's going to be the big thing just trying to get inside on him and try to make him uncomfortable. Take his eyes away. Just create distractions in front of the net A and make him feel their presence and have to move around a little bit more to see around that the bodies in front so he can continue to track the park. Lastly, burns e. Would you make any changes to the lineup? Would you go 12 and six Would you stay 11 and seven? You know, I think this is an opportunity where John Cooper in the past has looked to change things up a little bit. His M O has always been. You know, when he makes a change with the lineup, he'll stick with that change until things start to stagnate a little bit, and certainly 11 and seven was working really well for them. When they went to it in the second game of that Boston. Siri's want four straight in that series that they want four of six against the Islanders, but they've hit a little bit of a stagnant period in their play. When you look at, you know, they've lost two of their last three games. They've lost three of their last five games, so The success there that we saw with 11 and seven hasn't really been there of late. So if there is, Ah, time to maybe switch things up. I think this might be the place and maybe we do see Cooper go 12 and six tonight. So this just in no Steven Stamkos during the warm ups, But yon Ruta is out there and see what do you make of that development? Apparently, brain. Coburn is out there as well. Yeah. I mean that that's interested. The guy we haven't really heard from and quite some time, and we saw him in the one game in the round robin and didn't see him again. So Ah, he was out for warm ups apparently and game one as well as either Rick Peckham or Bryant, England said They saw him out there. So I guess he's getting close to tow a return. Maybe we see that return tonight. There was also some talk with, you know, from morning skate today we saw Zach Bogosian was out a little bit later. After the main group had gone back inside. He was out, you know, with Steven Stamkos and some of the guys, they're typically scratches those guys stay out and work a little bit longer. And Zach Bogosian was with that group. So maybe this is a case where Ruda is in for a big ocean, And he goes back on that top pairing with Victor Hedman will remain to be seen, but Certainly an interesting development that he's out there, potentially, you know, might be playing tonight. Yep. Big Ocean and Shen. Not on the ice. Carter ver Hagi is and that is something to keep an eye on again. No, Steven Stamkos, So we'll keep you up to date. Obviously, as thegame gets a little close with David Phil Byrnes. Great job is always and we'll do it again. Next game. All right, thanks. All right, that is Brian Burns. We always appreciate his expertise before we go to break it's time Now. When you're talking about the Eastern Conference finals, they defeated the Blue Jackets and Bruins in five games to get to this point. Bruins game ended in a three to double overtime. Siri's clinching win The Islanders. They defeated the Flyers for nothing Saturday in Game seven to close out the second round. The Islanders had a tougher scheduled to get to this point. They beat Florida 31 in the qualifying round, eliminated Washington 31 in the first round and took out the fliers. As I said in seven games in the second Regular season match up doesn't mean much at this point. Both teams have change personnel and looked different. The Lightning did go one and two against the Islanders during the regular season. No Steven Stamkos, Tor Yon Ruta tonight, Stamkos out for the Siri's John Cooper told the media will provide an update when there is news and no doubt this lightning team has been through some ups and downs throughout the last six years. A lot of successes and some heartbreaking losses. They feel like it has helped them get to this point tonight, though, and Victor Hedman knows that dealing with the ups and downs of the playoffs is key to making a long run. You know, as a group of AH, learn from tough losses, you know has been a lot of great winds as well. But you're selling the motions of up and down throughout a playoff run is I think it's the biggest key on DA You know, we have a guy in the room. That's that's one stand the cups. So you know he's really known what it's like to to go all the way and all the ups and downs thrown a playoff play of runs. So for us it's about. Don't get to argue. Don't get too low. It's always have a positive attitude doesn't matter if you if you win, I lose. You gotta look at look forward to the next game. So it's next game on DH. You know, that's gonna be a big Coke appointed in our room, miss about stay in the present, Della backto Look forward this one game at a time. One shift at a time. That's gonna be the mindset going And we know the style has changed for the lightning there a tougher team to play against. And even though they have a guy like Andrei Vasilevskiy and Nets, Andre Plot says they are better defensively all the way around. I think, Vasi, you know every game. Here's some huge, huge safe whereas he's been he's been great, but compared to you, no previous years we playing, I think better defense and from him on bit's huge for our team. But like I said, Pussy pussy has been, you know. Our best players Bessler every single night and he's there for us, and he's huge. Johnny Gore thinks the Siri's against the Blue Jackets and Bruins will help them in this Siri's against the Islanders. I think it's gonna help for sure I think the way we play against in the first two rounds, gonna help our game and turned around and we just can't get frustrated, which is gonna keep Teo Teo what we do right and Do it all over again. Getting used to bubble life is also something teams have had to adjust to, for sure, and these two teams are now in Evanston. Compared to playing in Serrano. Ryan McDonagh says his team has done a nice job of not letting them get distracted. Playing hockey. I think we're kind of used to it now. I mean, there was, you know a lot more teams there in the beginning stages a bubble so used to kind of passing team's locker rooms running into guys. You know, obviously, there's less teams at this point here, so probably won't cross pass for them as much. But at the end of the day, all the teams air here for a reason, and because they've done a good job No, not getting distracted with their surroundings and what the bubble life is like, and you're doing a good job staying focused on their game individually and as a team and trying to be his prepares, you can come game time and That's what our groups did. A good job is not letting the surroundings negatively affect us on when we show up. We really rally for one another, and we create our energy that way. Hi. Anders Lee is the heart and soul of the Islanders. They've bought into Barry Trotz his system and it shows when they play and he knows the Siri's is going to be their toughest test today. Absolutely. I think it gets more difficult each round and Tampa Bay has some phenomenal players and a great lineup and had some time off to rest up and I think they're ready to go. And as are we at the same time, I think for us every challenge the adversity you face. I think it makes you stronger as a team face tough situations and you know, for us being up 31 and having to go to a game seven to pull it off thing speaks fall into the team. Guys in our room that we can overcome anything. And even though that we put ourselves in a little bit of a position, we played the right way in Game.

"That was a team that was committed to defense. That was a team that was structured. That they played smartly. That's all they were able to go 23 2 and one over that stretch from December 23rd 2 February 17th. They had the 10 game win streak and followed that up with 11 game win streak and I really feel like that. That's what they found now in this 2020 postseason as that level of play. That they were playing from late December until mid February. And then also you look it last year. You know, the Lightning went three and oh, against Columbus during the regular season. They they've beat them 15 to 3 combined. I mean, it was All three games in the regular season. We're blow outs for the lighting and that you get into the postseason, and none of that mattered because the blue jackets we saw how quickly they were able to dispatch the Lightning last year on four quick games and Ah, stunning sweep. Before we keep going a couple pieces of news as we head into the Eastern Conference final puck drop less than an hour away. We heard from John Cooper we've heard from on the last couple days leading into the Siri's yesterday. He said that Nikita Kucherov will play in Game one. Today he will be available. He skated on Thursday when the team practice that was their first practice coming out of the second round. They took Tuesday and Wednesday off to rest to recover. They got back out on the ice on Thursday. Nikita Kucherov was one of those players that practice with the team. That was a good sign for the lightning. You felt like if he was going to practice that day that he was probably going to be available to go in Game one. Cooper confirm that yesterday. It's a Nikita Kucherov is available. However. Steven Stamkos, the captain is not available. He is out for the Siri's. And also yon Ruta also remains out for Game one, not necessarily for the Siri's. He played the round robin game against Boston but hasn't been seen since. And John Cooper's that he would not be available for Game one for the lighting. Everybody else is as ready to go, Cooper said. Everybody else on the plate in the Boston Siri's is available to them. So the Lightning are doing pretty well in the health department. Obviously not having your captain out there hurts, but they've gotten through these first two rounds. Without all that have come through just fine. So you hope that they can continue that? Join us.

"Head. And with good reason, Brian because this was a key to their success in the playoff series last year against the lightning. But then when there's an area of their game that is not up to par against the lightning. The way they get it up to par is being more physical like that seems to be the way that they think they need to beat the lightning. It's I mean, they had other areas that were problematic in their game in the first meeting. I think they were plenty physical puck management issues, and and their coach talked about that. But that's an interesting response that in their mind, well the way that we can level the playing field against the lightning is being more physical because I think that was a key to their success. So if they are going to approach this game with that in mind, I'm very curious to Seattle I respond to that. Because the lightning did not back down one iota in that game at Emily arena. And I think they're aware that the capitals view without. And they feel that they need to meet. Beat that physical challenge. I thought they did that in the first game when they struggled in the second period of wasn't because they weren't being physical. They had other areas of their game that were that were abandoning them and the capital's raise their level. I think that was an interesting response for Backstrom. And I'm curious to see how tonight's game represents that. If if it doesn't subway it'll be physical. There is no doubt about that. I think that there were there were other teams based on what they saw Washington due to the lightning last year. How they won they turned up the physical. We talked about that several times. And it was true. That's what happened especially game six in game seven. So you have to remember that Washington hadn't played lightning all year long. So they're just playing them. Now, this is only the second time they played. So maybe they've heard about it. But you know, what teams don't really pay attention to that until they actually get out there. And I think they realized when they when they played last week that yeah, they are more physical team probably than Washington expected the lighting of matured at all season long. Remarked on many times, it's one of the bigger differences than the team this year that they are more physical. And also was an interesting comment by TJ. Oh, she after the game the other night to when he said, well there were guys out there meeting lightning throwing their body around that normally don't throw their body around. So he's another one it said it right after the game. So, you know, they're going to set the tone this this is gonna be a rough first period. There is going to be some hunting going on out there. And it's gonna be very interesting to watch in a way, it's almost as if the lightning felt they needed to send a message after the playoff series last year in the first meeting since that playoff series. Now, the capitals feel they need a response because they lost that. I I I agree with that. And that's that's what home-ice advantage does. And you know, what wash tell you why she did saying in there? Okay, fine. They were physical at home. Let's see what they're like on the road. This is our barn. We're going to set the tone here. And so, yeah, I I expect this. To whether escalators right word. It could all it takes his one hit. Right. I've said that many times you can have a game. That's kind of docile you completely playing gets the thirtieth place team. And all it takes is that one hit and all of a sudden things go up onto wheels. Well, I think we may start onto wheels. And then they go from there. Brian. A couple of injuries on the back end for the lightning Deandra Arnie. Anton Stroman out Girardi looks like out indefinitely Strommen out for this trip. The is handled injuries. Very well. The season. No doubt. There depth will be tested on the back end. How do you feel like they navigate through these injuries? And what about yon Ruta in his place so far? Well, yeah. This really has a bearing on yon Ruta more than anybody else. I think he's played very well. It was a really good. I mean, you hate hate to have it because of injury. That's usually the way it happens. A new guy to to the system into the team they needed to find a way to fit him any before the playoffs. The chances are you're gonna need somebody somewhere along the way you're going to go the distance. And if I had not had a chance to play with the team. And all of a sudden, you drop them in the playoffs were every shift makes a difference, especially.

"Seventy WFL a. Thanks there to Eric Francis. Again, from sports nets who gave us a thought a pretty detailed explanation of what to expect from the flames. They're a team as I said before earlier lighting powerplay, which you can check out weekdays from six to seven on most nights. Carries a lot like Tampa Bay. A lot of high end skill. Goaltending has been excellent. I think the difference there. Tampa Bay has more -ccomplish players for sure. I mean, I don't think anybody's going to confuse David ridicules their goaltender and who's twenty four and five on the season with Andrei vasilevskiy drive, asking my opinion. You've heard me say this over and over again, I think is the best goaltender in the game. And you take a look at the saves. He makes every single game. You're talking about three or four highlight reel saves the thing about it is I made the point yesterday on the show. It's not like Tampa Bay is playing like the New Jersey Devils back in the mid nineties were you're only getting twenty twenty two shots. Every game on the gold center. It just Tampa Bay gives up their fair share of scoring opportunities and on most occasions Vassilev ski and Louis domain have been incredible. And I think that's why we tend to give vast Levski more props than maybe even his statistics show, which are really good. But again, it's not like he's playing in front of the New Jersey Devils of the mid nineties were shocked were hard to come by. But these teams in some ways are very similar, but I think Tampa Bay is better at their positions then Cowdery, but we're gonna find out in about an hour. If that's claim holds up, but it should be a lot of fun. No doubt. Now, if you're just joining us. We had Brian burns on in our second segment tonight. Eric we'll be out he's day to day with lower body injury. Don't expect it to be long term. I think John Cooper is is looking at this. Hopefully, he's back in the next couple of games. We'll see yon Ruta has been recalled from Syracuse. He's played in Twenty-three NHL games this year with Chicago member he was traded for Slater Kuku Kuku. Chicago roots comes back a right handed defenseman. I think he'll be wearing if he does by which I don't think he will number forty four. Polat looks like he's still out. Matthew Joseph reassigned to Syracuse? But that's more of a paper transaction Ryan Callahan. Dan Martell both in the lineup. Tonight's Gary asks, do you think Mark Sal should be put on the line with faster players instead of the fourth line? Gary my response to that would be who you gonna play with. Who you gonna take off to promote Martell look as much as I like, Dan Martell and as much as I like the potential there. He's played in how many games, you're not gonna bump. Somebody off the first second or third lines to get Martel reps. Now, look John Cooper throughout the game. If he feels like his team's a little sluggish then you could see him switching things up for sure. I don't think Martell comes to mind, though, when that happens, I think he's going to get in and he's gonna play seven to ten minutes. And let's see how well he does. But let's not over think that one I think Mark hell. The plane Eric Rowlinson, it's made this point. I I think it's a brilliant point. I think it's a great point. You're not necessarily evaluating Martell on how well he does this year. Although you want him to get his feet wet playing at the NHL level really his first extensive time playing with NHL team. It's good to be maybe what he does next year because don't forget next year. You're going to have some decisions to make when it comes to the cap. You just are. I mean, we all know that you're going to have to sign. Radim points to a decent sized contract. And it can be anywhere from seven to nine million dollars a year. That's my opinion. But when you take a look at restricted free agents out there and the impact point has on a team. I think he's you've heard me say this before I think he's their best to way forward on the squat. What does that cost? It's going to cost something. But because of that in the off season you've got to think Tampa Bay is going to be pretty active in trying to be capped compliant. And so you need some cheaper options to fill in particularly on the bottom six if you decide to move on from guys, and I think Martell was held on and brought in specifically not only this year. But possibly what he could do in the next year or two because of his talent and because of his salary, which is pretty cheap. So just keep that in mind when you're taking a look at a player like that. But getting an opportunity to play that's the Leschi. We'll be in nets. And this has an opportunity to be a really fun game. And let's see if Tampa Bay can win their third in a row, right? Thanks everybody involved to help with this broadcast. Thanks to C versus on location. Thanks to Reggie Davis. Back in our network studios. Always appreciate his help. We've got the game. That is coming up next. We'll talk to Dave Mishkin. We'll talk to Phyllis Zito Eric Carlson. Brayden points you hear a bunch of sound coming up, and I'll make sure we get you set for the game. And it'll be a lot of fun. Thanks there Francis.
