"Liz Hoa. Rachel? Yeah. And Kathy Caldbeck. Scott. Scott brought up an interesting situation about how this would translate to reality in I. Still WanNa know like if I'm a I'm a wizard. And I think I could grab my room and just lied to the window like at what point do you grab your Wand and just? Use Your other stick. I. What point do you have your wind boy? At. Bell Lawn Way okay. We can't always talk about magic we're not gonNA talk about it. Okay. So you grab the wand and then you you you will do it at the mobsters To keep them back and you can get through the window. So that way you don't, you don't have to worry about making the brew though I just. Broom, handle the smaller one. We know are released. We've it's been rumored how the wiseguys infiltrated the NBA the, basketball, the referees, and the gambling and stuff like that and I really hope I. Mean we just. Look, is doing in the marvel movie fighting the mob in the NBA. Possible and it's up far veterans be in space jam. It's not that far fetched that he could be the next marvel whatever. If he goes on to become a movie star, there's been weirder things you know what I mean. But I'm just saying if the mob infiltrates big brother, we could have a real problem just slough okay. Green coating. Your suggest. Back to. College you now what we know about building a big stick. What do we think that? Would say about what that means for someone couldn't get to work. You couldn't get as this may be a performance anxiety dream. Oh. Okay. You know somebody made a really bad joke about something happening. What was it? No, I won't. I won't say that I don't WanNa get. ENSO'S CONDITION? Dry Desert. Maybe he's. He's Got Desert Dong right. All right. Thank you again to Hayden at red lightning BBC for chronicling all of the dreams in the Big Brother House. So we have a whole dream diary of everything going on the Big Brother House. A question for you. Shut up Kim. Ask a question please discuss with Chapelle if candy corn would be a good food item to give to the have nots. Candy Gorham. I haven't actually met anybody. Who enjoys candy corn from what I understand kindergarten? Looked at as. A snack that people don't really like the Nickelback, of Candy. How dare you? I I liked nickelback and I also donate candy corn. So I'm with you well okay. Well, I don't like Nickelback, but this candy corn is immaculate. The COSCO size candy corn. COSCO could never. Candy corn you got Laffy Taffy. Listen I'm not saying I love candy corn. Pledge I eat it year round but Tis the season, right if you hold that up again, how how big of a jar of candy corn? It's not that big. This is. Personal. I Day supply of Candy Corn. I'll be done with this in like an hour and a half. I've never seen another human eating candy corn before. Listen I read you can like make wings with candy corn can blaze stuff if you glaze. Your will isn't it will. Like a walking candy. Corn. My God. This is delicious. So yeah, you can stack the kernels up and it looks like actually like a cob of corn. And I've done it. So. I can attest to that. But I just think like we're making holiday treats holiday candies. Candy. Corn is at the top of the heat. Now, there's a there's a contingency at the very bottom this group of the action my for some would say of people who really like Easter. These are the people that chase cody. Chase cody people who talk trash about candy corn these people should be arrested. So I gather and I could be one of them in but I like I said, I become a candy corn sympathizer because I think get an unfair shake. If I got a tiny bag of candy corn is a prize or something I would eat it no problem. You know it's not something I'm going out and seeking, but it's I'm fine with it keeps on the other hand I really just like you really have to I'd have to be in a contest or something to eat like an entire thing even one. So I'm with you the candy corn definitely above. The Holidays Pacific Candy. Someone someone challenged me. It was like no candy not the best holiday. What do you got and their response was? Candy Cane. Say Cadbury. Almost vomited when you say a cadbury. Ex Oh my God. Stop saying it anyway so Candy corn before. Appreciate. The need one. Yes. This is a classy pocket. Hold on. Let me check this guy. We don't take our journalism lightly here on the SLOP. Okay. We don't just throw out words like cadbury eggs normal now apologize to the listeners. So we can move forward what I was saying is. Candy, canes like was the thing that people projected was better than cancer on. Just. Pepper mates you can get the mini. SHAPE, grow up if you think that. And and pay homage to the Goat Candy Corn Autumn asking. People don't realize candy canes are I would imagine a hard thing to look at her enjoy. If you're someone who needs an actual Kane in life like during the holiday, we're just giving them out using his as..

"Is that normal? No for The. Normal, to give your brother flying broom. Gusting. Like a Portuguese breakfast or some other. Type of other euphemism. please. Go. Portuguese breakfast. Since I just wanted to know. Yeah. So. Paulie gives them a flying broom, but she can't figure out how to handle. Flying Broom, correctly. I'll tell you is not gonna like all this flying broom talk is professor trelawny. WRECK STARS? Decision good. I fear that. cody had to show. polly had to so. Cody. A Fire. Okay. So he can't figure out how to fly in the broom correctly. So then He wakes up. The broom rob you can't handle the BRO. You can't handle the broom head of the. He wakes up within the dream. This is the inception part. So in the dream he wakes up still dreaming he's got he's two levels deep now he's one level deep he still in the dream, and now he's got a a a random house and there's a group of mobsters chasing him. Oh this is a challenge tie into this. Yes. It live on the couch. So famously. Man, this is where polly might get a little upset with me. Hopefully, he still has a good sense of humor about this. What are the is that he doesn't hear this he did zero. One, hundred percent like. We all. It's so famously around the time of the Love Triangle Saga that some of you may have read about from the US. Yes. Live the World Cody Danielle and the call and the broom I know with Paul with Paulie. Car Maria Right and so. During this Danielle from Bachelorette Kara Maria from the challenge and cody big brother. So it's basically like that. What's the thing in Orlando Reality Stars Unite Dislike.

"No one. Right. Julia Nolan. Might get a little too close from time to time just getting I. Love. I love them both. Weight. So that was UH. That was nightmares will or was that just like? A plane starts flying like vertically and upside down. A lot of I. Guess You Would Call Them Night Terrors Dolt. So I just call everything dreams these days but a lot of my kind of a wake me up startling things ends with me kind of like falling in the sky or something like dad or. If all building or again like I'm in a plane that goes up or some of that. So I think that is a dream theory would tell you. There is something about that that's recurring in multiple people's dreams the idea of like being in a falling something and that is typically world wakes people up. Had A dream case. They're. Not. Today not today not today? We need. Okay. Here's another here's another one from David. This was from just a couple of days ago. David had a dream about the POV competition. The competition took place in a mall but they had to go through the sewer to get there in the Dream Lebron James was starring in the new movie. There was a long line in the mall to see the movie and he says that he was playing a marvel character. Alright Chapelle. Four. After has Lebron James Reference on the show because obsessed with Lebron. Okay how about this? You by Lebron starring the Marvel. Movie. I would like David eliminated from the game. I think that of the things that he's done this season, there have been some things that are quite frankly just for big brothers standpoint things that we can't just ignore but this here. I don't ever want to hear about this again. I wanted to come up on the feeds out. Don't want to know about this made up dream that he just came up with like, why is your dream so vivid that you have all this going on and you can also tell you who starring in the new Lebron film or the new Marvel Villain like who else? was his name. Timothy. Whomever. Of I was GONNA say shallow. May because I knew there's a person. But yeah I like wh. Why are these people is cody caviar in the film as well David Get out of the house. Judiciary. Make up with Dave van does and and then go do the challenge. Maybe I just just don't do the big thing anymore we don't WanNa hear about it. Not. To Talk Strategy but is David. David obviously, and Kevin seemed to be the if this goes to form the next to gaunt but don't want when people start to decide to make moves here and maybe start to disassemble the committee. I mean doesn't David have bring him to the end written all over him. Don't you think and doesn't he? Then he gets to the end have he gets the votes? Yeah. Written all over him. Yeah I don't know if he has no no stop please I don't know if he has. Taken that plane to do by, and then we're going to flip all the way around like David wins the season we burn it down right like we let josh making because Paul was just horrible right? So we live Josh Heaven we. This isn't the person who would have picked, but whatever it's not Paul. It's okay. We could see the things that if David makes it to the end and wins this game as much as I love diversity in reality TV I might want to reconsider I might start to both the other way. Because I just don't understand how we can allow this. I'm going full. Dave..

"Yeah okay. There's a lot of the window open in the studio here today Chapelle Somebody Jalopy, just poultry joust missile. Okay. All right latest Christmas. Terror this is from at red lightning bb does a great job chronicling the night terrors there over in the Big Brother House on This is as of last night. Picture it Christmas was in her old childhood house she refers to it as the S. Word Shack because is a real place. She shared a bed with her sister. And there was would furnace for heat. In her dream she was living there with a bunch of strangers. One of the strangers kids tried to take loyal away and she was at work. She was trying to get the Saint George Island, but it was flooding. In the best. Novel. A Haiku just this is indeed. It was flooding in the end. Woke up in a way because he couldn't get to the check say the risk of coming off like poly like it does sound like she does have like an underlying fear not probably probably would've translates into is that you know she scared of her kids getting taken away. She's been gone from our kids for weeks. That's probably would manifesting itself here and I'll be honest my history of dream education comes solely from the movie inception. said. You know to me. I put more stock in I'm interested in the others. Little subtle things like the other in the childhood home that she calls the the you know what fuck and whatnot. And the thing about Sam Elliott like why? I wonder I. Don't know as much about her personal life as you guys do but y that would be perceived as a terror the idea right? Older fatherly figure as your husband. I. Don't know. She sleeps in her system. You know forty and psychology might say that that suggests. Abba jeans. Rockstar find out about this by the. Normal or did they grow up in such a small house that they had to share a bed or whatever? REMINISCE. Could you read the transcript one more time now be specific she sleeps with our sisters. She's sleeping with her sister because that will be enough to meet up out of my this dream She's in her old childhood house referred to as the shock she shared a bed with her sister and there was a would furnace for heat. In her dream she was living there with a bunch of strangers, Allah I, guess the Big Brother House one of the strangers kids try to take oil away but she was at work she was trying to get the Saint George Island. But it was flooding where Saint George Island. Not. I'm not sure. I'm really not sure I was going to go but I was still looking at the last Guy Saint George Island flood art. Is. The shake shack flooding? Sakes ex house plays it. Last track, but I'm picturing than she no. She. Is a little place Sean just wanted to. Describe the. Of Color in the sense that did she add while telling the story you know and and I was in my childhood home, it was called the shake shack and it was so small that I used to have to sleep with my sister we share a bed and the wrong guy there or is in the dream. Yeah. You the way you painted that was very good though it was like a very vivid picture of like if we were GonNa, do the Christmas Abbott Story the movie like a Lifetime Movie Starring and starring Cody Caliph your because it's a holiday movie. Obviously Christmas. And so we would start with Christmas in her childhood home the Shit Shack in. Florida. On her way to Saint George, island to join the flood and close. She run into cody who was a childhood crush from high school but he's now the grounds keeper as Shit. Check and. Fire with you know love or corporate life and going back home and living in. Chicago you really have this down because that's always what the theme of the movie is. Do you want love or do you want the corporate life? Right? Do you want to move on to a lucrative career as a influence there or do you want to stay home and be with cody and you should check sister? Has Been made for all these cast members that. Influence. That's number one number one. So. It's not Christmas though that is having night terrors in the Big Brother House that Hayden has chronicled some other nightmares from the big brother cast are you ready to hear? Some from David. Absolutely. Okay. All right. Listen to this. Okay. Okay David. He was on a double decker plane with Qaysar. They were heading to buy the plane took off from the highway, and then the plane started flying vertical and flipped in the air. That is literally. Action. Yeah. I pictured Christopher Nolan directing that scene Liz..

"Do it like you. So a lot of times people will say stuff they didn't Wanna say or will bleed into spoiler territory. We'll easily cut it out. So we left everything and she thought it was fine. She said, Hey, look if I if I really thought you went to stop you but apparently, it really did upset because during this clip in the live feeds. She's saying, what will what she's saying is I. Did I did one interview challenge mania shouts the Derek. By the way WHO's the other guy? Mark Devan. Who knows we also go? Yeah I think. Anything goes. Yeah. He goes. Yeah. Shots at Derek by the way. So she kind of gave me the you know, I, think basically, what happened was she ended up what happened she turned down all these big interviews, US weekly. Fox News us up and what these guys do as assure US locks news do a lot of challenge coverage they covered this Whole the quotes from our interview and run it like they interviewed the person. And they use it as click thing Bailey addresses the the D. Thing Yada Yada and all of that and it really small. It's taken from the Johns. Many a podcast but it looked to her and probably to MTV like she went on this national press tour, which she actually said she wouldn't do so that kind of is our fall and I do feel bad about an feel bad about it but that was the one time and the first time challenge mania been mentioned. So it's a shame I let mark co host that day yeah. Just kiddingly marks for everything you. Do that yeah. Because if I were you that Mark Guide I'm glad he's gone now. Fires Martin who mark long has been in the news a lot lately to he's like the original ruler and he's got this thing going on where he's. The Guy looks like the singer for Spring and so is trying to do a thing called. We want Jeez and he started this big online movement where he texting all these og cast members getting them to say they would do it, and then he posted all the text messages online sort of breaking the unwritten rule. But this was for a good reason US weekly picked it up all these pick it up, and now Murray is actually developing the show with him. So marksman in. The news a lot sort of you know in tandem with us where we were signed the t shirt for awhile I came up with the Hashtag we want Jeez so I get why they confuse my stock mark. They're both like equally white names. So I just think whatever. But that being said it was convenient that she got my name wrong when she was obviously not obsessed with me. So I apologize to her for that but we got mentioned on the live feeds. Hey, congratulations. Long comes up because. I'm much younger than he is. So I feel like. Hey mark long as someone who looks like is. Frightening. What is it freakishly Hanson? Handsome finding. Morale is he is chiseled out of solid granite that man to this day. That's incredible. Well, at least like you say at least podcast got a shout out in Deir got a shout out for you guys. So that's that's. Good. Cop Bad cop. Scenario in no mark was the bad cop you are. Talking about it was. Even there that's a horrible thing that day. Mark I'm never letting you host the podcast. Out Mark. Marcus having a twitter feud while he was podcasting that day also. Yeah basically you're. Okay So let me ask you a challenge of question one of our listeners Marianna who says this cast was honesty's another challenge who Scott would reach the final of who would be kicked out for fighting who would. Become an elimination beast, but ultimately get. And who would carry the Anissa curse of being eliminated just before the the final. Have you thought about this big brother? All Stars cast and how they would fare. Trip told every season since they started pulling big brother cast members I do put a lot of thought into this and we actually do. Mark logging. I did a draft where we were during the try to pick who we thought would come over from the past season and stuff. It seems like it's come to a screeching halt because the big brother twenty-one cast was such a trainer and I'll be honest with you. I didn't put to it with this season because it's more of a returnee all-star season. So these are people who have been on the table for the challenge to take since they originally played that being said I, think, cody is kind of tailor made for the challenge similar to ours. I mean is brother. Number. The Cal Peoria genes have done very well on the challenge competition wise. Yeah. Came in and Natalie did not fare well initial. Great. House. To the final and. He came in third place I believe on his first season came back was the last person eliminated for the final the second season cody too boring for the challenge with all due respect. Yeah. But I could have said the same thing about Casey there's a lot of people who when they appeared on big brother I. Didn't necessarily say Oh Casey TV gold signed her up. Let's go. Then translate a little bit better when they're around people that are sort of you know as competitive as them are you know as I said before it comes down to a head to head this, right so. You know whether you're throwing someone or you're going against them or I know he's married but there's a lot of hooking up on the challenge the the conditions recently, they'd be Enzo she'd go. Maybe. Enzo. And so has Eric Niece Energy. If you remember Jesus was on the first season of real world, he appeared on the first couple of seasons of the challenge. They are very similar. They kind of have the same. You know like I don't want to say old guy swagger but sort of. Elderly Elga Real. where it's kind of like, wow, this person's definitely been around the block like I can see that your face has been places, but you're still more than me. So I think that among this cast I. Did give it some thought. And I think cody I think would do very well just physically I, think you do very well however, I think that the only chance of him doing it would probably be some sort of like a bloodline season with Paulie. I've thought a lot about David because I think that David. Big Brother Twenty one he's a newer cast member and now this is sort of his coming out party I just I'll be honest like he someone coming into this season I really wanted to root for I really wanted to do well, but I just like to me you you find it hard to believe that a challenge producer would watch this show and say give me that guy he sort of possesses none of the kind of like killer instinct that you would want for the challenge none of the controversial I mean unless he goes around doing the fake cry you know. But he does. He does fit the mold as far as age and stuff like that. So that's always possible but recently, I know this wasn't the question was asked I'd love to see Chemi on the challenge I. Think. She's from a recent season in debt I really wanted to see her out there. I think there's still a chance I do I do know that they kind of skipped overseas and twenty one and I wouldn't be surprised if season twenty to get skipped over as well. They do they do seem to go back further because someone I don't know what kind of spoiler just WanNa do here but I will say someone who is from an older season of big brother that was supposed to be on all stars got the call to do the next of the challenge yes. Yes. Interesting. Thing well I the thing I need says been on almost twenty seasons of the challenge. Famous choice comes up just short. And it's hard to kind of assess it. So situational who that could happen to when I look at this cast and like who I could potentially feel bad for in that regard, I look at maybe like a case or Someone who's you know veteran very well liked. But. On the challenge I think would be interesting. Yeah..

"Now my my poor boss every time and I'm like. I was on a Pie jazz. Point several podcasters right to find that. One of them was engaging in a twitter feud and let's say you got a little bit of feedback maybe on your patriot and someone said, Hey Shapiro been off his game lily on the podcast and you went salt. Well, maybe that's because he was having an argument mid show. Would you even talking anybody thinks that Brent hasn't been a twitter argument while on a podcast? Performance at all or are I are. rockstars we know first lady a podcasting. As you said I mean she was maybe it. Right exactly. was she possibly able to not break form at all or is there a podcast out there in the middle of it? She's just like, no. So episode forty, one of the extracts I'm sorry, one second this. Like won't believe this thing with her. She had enough wherewithal to do the whole like capital letter thing right? Like so she did. You have a lot of fan accounts and follow in random and random assortment of capital letters but then all of a sudden. But I'm gonNA podcast I could barely say, well, you'll. It's a little energy to do. To finger you gotta be by SURPRI. The push. Back. To normal, you gotTA Major. Phone I mean to look Don. T MOBILE PSYCHIC to move. To shut out the challenge. I believe then this is. The end of it. This is the I believe the final Straw. See you know how to separate sentences in quotes from the ones outside of it right here. Let me pity plug the podcast you're on. So it gets more listeners couldn't. Wait wait yes. Right below then do you see what podcast is she was allegedly on which one evil Dick, the knicks that's what you're saying I wasn't gonNA say his name I'm blocked, but it's a dig doesn't need from you. So look no further than that podcast answer to your question it's got. PODCAST. This whole art with a combination, a conversation about a couple, evil Dick's,.

"Saying this is this. I want to understand is you saying you have to follow a lot of fan accounts or she's saying, Hey, look you're on twitter you have to follow a lot of fan accounts. Okay. No, no no, she's mocking him mocking her. So he's she's he says like it popped up Obama time line and she's like you have to follow a lot of handicap. Then that's that was her goal. It didn't come off like that obviously, but it's hard to you know to. Come in start. Yeah. Basically because he said, follow a lot of fan accounts and she's like well, I can do that too in an internet very, very mature her raising her kids and doing this but But yeah. That was her thing she was mocking him saying like, oh. Yeah. I. CAN TYPE SENTENCES WITH RANDOM CAPS as well and There's just you don't have to do but drink water and breed, which is very close to a quote I use sometimes it's very similar but not the same and then she says. Follow them because. They're. People. Find. A way to stay in the same. In the good graces of the fans. He's good at that like let me come for you. But also tell you that these people are loving individuals and even though they're talking about your dog, you should respect them as well and not not fan accounts. Yeah. So yeah, I think so. Sire if, they're people. They're. Went on. I. Believe towards the beginning of the pandemic or maybe it was closer to the beginning of Big Brother Twenty, two cast kind of getting formalized. I remember watching her go on sort of a following spree and making the days of a lot of of her followers where she would return the follow and then she would re tweet their reaction. Oh. My God best day ever look who followed me Rockstar now. Are Yati Yada encore. And so that I remember that. So I wouldn't be shocked if she's right that all this stuff does show up and her feed now because unlike some people she is probably now following a lot of devout big brother enthusiast who might be posting this fodder and it is showing up her naturally. So I think that maybe what she's trying to say is that she's down. To earth she follows regular people fan accounts if you will that's part of the for every day, and that's why this stuff shows up in her feed. But then talking about the raising kids here unfortunately, that brings up the kids which you know of throws a softball up there for Paulie is not elect to take a pitch on and that's where this goes south. Ads As far as staying relevant, which one of us just tag the season neither of us was on it was you Okay so she sees. Do Right. Right. Like. Cloud with the frenzy that yeah. Okay. Cool. Okay. We gotTA action now on the walking dead restart, making noise and all the Walker start coming out the HASHTAG. Lie Ring in the bill. Okay. Cool. All right. and. Then he said hopefully, your kids have better reading comprehension than you do go back to Jesse breathing and drinking water. You'd never you never go for man you never WanNa. You decision you can't go for he'll you know you? Is like somebody who you love to hate, and then you start talking about people's children and that's when it gets kind of dirty. Scott was alluding to that second ago. You know like hopefully your kids can read you don't do it somebody I noticed I noticed she had a couple of typos in that tweet as well. But his twitter twitter people type especially she's probably trying to return to serve relatively quickly out of build a couple of things on accident. So I if you're GONNA. Come. After. Her Literacy, which it for me if I'm having like are beefing with somebody on twitter and you talk about the way they build something I, really don't give you that much credit. That's not clever. That's just you pointing out Typo. But if you're GONNA come for somebody come for her, she didn't bring you know your family members into it. You know just don't you know you have to you have to bring kids in but got. As a parent let me just come out and say. I, Hope my children have better reading comprehension than I do. Then me and her yeah for sure. Well, I'll say this I I've said this for quite some time though. That since technology has become such a large portion of the way we communicate professionally and efficiently and whatnot I've received emails from the heads of television networks that have bad spelling. And your your brain has turned off. The thing that says, this person thinks this is how you spell this or this person thinks this is the right use of this word. It tells you oh, they did it in the car and there was an auto correct. So no longer. Do I think we need to give credence to stuff like this and so that's why I think. A low hanging fruit for Paulie to go that route I mean look I'm guilty of this too I'll post a tweet I'll catch an error, but I'll be like hot already got seven likes okay. Leave it up. So like think not the best insult and then when you tie in the kids, you know like I don't even know that spelling, I mean think about it and. I remember ice get sent home in fourth grade with an assigned called ABC order. Now, you literally have a machine that can put things in ABC are wider. Will they even do that assignment anymore? So I I just don't think these skills are no longer are as necessary to point out or to really get right. He's like I bet your kids.

To have any fun rob you know we get it. Yeah. Yeah we get it. You know they shower sure and every year we deal with this if we don't shower, we just say they don't shower God the okay. Like who are you in cells? Mom why are you looking for? He's he's like a newscaster of terms of. That he STU. He gives it to you straight every day. Right. But the facts get Attaran like give it a rest. Real real quick. You brought up marshawn Lynch is a Segue to get into sports. You know way back when do you remember when there was the? Mornings with Memphis. Yeah the early morning Memphis show when he would just talk to whoever else was old enough to be up in the morning 'cause Memphis. Goes let sleep at seven thirty PM. Way Back when remember remember this welcomes mornings with Memphis. So. ON MORNINGS WITH MEMPHIS MEMPHIS made a bunch of predictions about what was going on in the world and they gave him they kept giving him the buzzer up like an. MEMPHIS. Anything you know anything about the world listen to this how how freakish will this be if one of Memphis predictions ends up coming true this was from September second here is Memphis is prediction for what's happening in the world of sports. Lebron James and the La Lakers come ashore a loss to the Miami. Heat. Okay Well. Memphis you know I, mean we know he's from Florida. So he's probably he'd fans. So he's probably hoping that this happens but it could happen right? MEMPHIS could be you know Have some little foresight into the into the future and see the. Lebron is about to go up against his toughest competitor yet Jimmy Butler and the people who struggle with the Celtics. And so if he knock off the Lakers does this mean Memphis will win the season. No I think this is the end of his look if he gets. Really Nice things not not in twenty twenty. So you you can you have to sell your soul to get Lebron James to lose to the to the to the heat this time. So you don't you don't get to win big brother as well. You, you get to go out and second with no votes. Something familiar. To us if the heat gets swept, that will be pulling a memphis. We call it the Memphis. Got This yeah they got. MEMPHIS. Okay. Chapelle let's welcome into the show. Very excited to talk some big brother with this man, you could hear him on the challenge. Mania podcast. Great friend of the show I. Know that his wife is a big super fan of the shows and Rene Let's welcome in Scott Yeager is here Scott how are you? Hey guys. How's it going? It's going great. How are you doing? Good. So we're trying to limit the Supreme Court talk these days Rob You didn't pay his taxes a few years ago, but we'll get into that later on. Doing really well, how about you? Good I I'll be honest. I. Was Tuning in and I feel a little left out I didn't get to partake in the what does Dr will look like these days conversation as well. I haven't hot. Yes. Okay. So you give your your heartache and I'll go ahead and and bring it up. Okay. So I think he looks like and this is coming from someone like myself who, I don't really have a lengthy history of looking at Dr will only full disclosure looked at it for the past few years. But when he wandered off outside that balcony with the bathrobe on, I, thought I was looking at the actor Timothy Oliphant and I sent rob. Up Bring it up here. Give me one. Give me one of the I was going to have to Google was like. I will I I think the comparison is justified. Okay, there you go. All right. Okay. Let's see if we get. A hold on it's. This one is the. What do you think there is a. Photo where it's identical that one right there I mean that's pretty close who is Timothy. Claim to fame. So he was the star of a show on fx called justified. He was in dead wood most recently had a supporting role in once upon a time in Hollywood but. Dr Will went to wherever he went said, Gimme the Oliphant. But shiny like all the fan but with plastic always boy. Right, exactly. He looks like a fan action figure so. If he's wearing a Ola fan mask like mission impossible. Is More like a latex bodysuit. It's very, very shiny, very sticky looking. You don't know you want like you don't WanNa touch you. You don't think. This. Is Me. A level to mean for me but but I'll fan. So no I didn't mean to be mean he it's a gorgeous bodysuit. Shining Shining Scott usually, handsome. Yes. freakishly handsome as well. I never want to be called that again by the way like the next time somebody like my mom would probably be the only person to say this. You are freakishly handsome Scott. I'll be like that's an insult. Now, that's like insoles. MOM DOES MOM would say for endzone heeds freakishly handsome he's not freakishly handsome yellow he's just. A regular. Handsome. Yeah, regular handsome yeah. Scott. You sent me that picture and I thought that was a picture of Dr will until I did a double take. It's honestly pretty creepy That's pretty close. I've never seen timothy all of that before. But if you told me that they were related I, would believe you. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. All right. So Scott. What has been your impression so far of big brother twenty two. Well, you know it's been from where I sit and I'm very plugged in as you guys of course to the Internet viewers and the live feeders and all that good stuff from that perspective it's been Kinda Gloomy Watch. As you know I come from the challenge side, we had two beautiful representatives on the season both Bailey and Devan. And for that and a million other reasons, it was tough to see them.

"Eighty. That's it. Don't. Yeah I don't know what he's going to do. FIVE INCH TV? But apparently I mean, you can donate it to charity or something give it away to the second prize winner. Who knows what I? It sounds like eighty inches is goal I mean what? What is he going to do? With all his winnings if he's not going to buy you know spend. Money on five inches of television. I mean this is TV. Yeah. I mean, he could put clips himself up on the screen. You can invite his his lady friends over and in the desert can go away. Yeah. Okay. One other thing. So a very resourceful person on Reddit. Beasley on red. Posted this on the big brother celebrate it. I run a big brother group and Enso's mom is always popping in to make sure we know how great her son is. Someone asked if he showers. They asked they asked his mother. If he showers I think that this was a thing last week. Taryn said that this was not something that that. He feels like this happens to somebody every season that the life eaters wonder if somebody showers after somebody makes a comment and so. A user said I think he's self conscious about his hair loss. That's why he wears the hats and head wraps ends. MOM said not true. You should be like not true wrong. Again he oh, Enzo has hair. He is a good looking and attractive person. Yeah. Wait. So she's telling us that we don't see that he's bald. We're we're wrong who we believe our lying eyes. So the commenter said he self conscious about his hair loss? So he wears head and had. Head wraps and Mama. Enzo says it's not true wrong again enzo has hair. He is a good looking and attractive person. I mean he might be we've seen his head right? We know he doesn't have the hair like. Diseases doing it by choice maybe. Oh. Has, had an dean covering it with the head drab because I wear do rags because I have hair under here and I don't want people see it but like I'm not saying. Yeah, I've seen. I've seen it. I've seen the lack of hair and the hair. There's a combination of hair and not here on those head. So for his mom to say that he's not bald I maybe she he has hair everywhere like on his back. SHAPE. Yeah. Yeah. That's what she made. She made hey, he's a very he has hair on his back and he's a very attractive individual He's not self conscious. So she was answering three different questions at once she wasn't telling us you know to believe her of our own is. She also said Enzo is unique for his ways. He is a character. Whereas the lie that thank you, mom thank you. Don't you love moms they can pop in on reds and not be the most embarrassing person ever. Like. Listen when I'm in my forties hopefully, my mom is you know going until they get everybody that'd be nice to me in whatever venue I mean hopefully she'll get into the comments on this when she spoiler she won't if she cared enough about me so you're getting the comments until you guys being mean That would be great chapelle. If my mom could like sort of like mix it up with people on twitter that are talking around rha sucks and then. Right back to the contestants that don't like the podcast and all those things that would. You be like the new marshawn lynch you remember when his mom was like. What are you doing? He's on, he's on the. Run the ball. Yes. That's what we need. Are Good. I'm like does to just come in line.
How to Become "Data Rich" and 10x Your Business with Data with AJ Yager & Meaghan Connell
"I have always been data person of always been a numbers person I love analytics and these to rock the world when it comes to this stuff as I share with you in the intro. Today's mass classes all about you. Fire nation becoming data rich and taxing your business with data. So let's just dive in because we got a lot to cover today. I don't want to leave anything out. So let's start just by sharing. What specifically is data? And of course why should we be data driven? Yeah so I'm going to before we get too deep into this. I'M GONNA hope that most people didn't already to now when they heard data 'cause I'm sorry what'd you say I told you down Because data is simply information. I mean too. Many people will see it as ones and zeroes earn some sort of technology or math based thing that you know a lot of entrepreneurs or business owners just they they. WanNa touch with a ten foot pole and yet every single business owner when we ask them. Do you want to be more informed or less informed the very very simple answer that you need more information? Because there's a it's a competitive landscape right and everybody's fighting for their prospects attention and if somebody knows where those prospects are or who. Those prospects are how to find them. What's the best way to attract them? Obviously they're going to win every single time so data is simply information and the more you have the better suited you will be and it will give you the competitive advantage. Because nowadays there's data everywhere and so those those businesses that are using that to make decisions are always going to have that leg-up that's right and we're here to two companies. No like you have. Not every single business knows it but you are a data business no matter what and those logo like to say is the companies that used data will have the the competitive advantage over everybody else. Because it's it's it's literally just an edge up. You know if you know more. Data turns into Information Ryan. We're here to make it fun. We WanNa make it sexy like even if you're somebody who fail math class it can be fun and easy. Don't have to be complicated. You don't have to. It doesn't have to be complicated from the analysts. And all the stuff you see on Social Web's and all the and all the predictive stuff like don't worry about that we're going to are now. Yeah now am I saying data wrongs. It's like a niche Inisia-. Nobody knows type thing. Is this like data. Data like are they interchangeable or am I stupid? They're totally entertainment. It's more like aller allure. I actually. I'm a big believer though. The people should say Jeff just because when you say Gif I honestly always. I'm thinking about Christmas gifts and I just don't know you're talking about emojis. Wow the Internet would slay you right now. But it's well the Internet's hearing me right now and I stand by that Jeff Jeff all day long and fire nation. Most of you listening right now are small businesses. Your solar preneurs. Your Cyber Noor's your entrepreneurs you make things happen with a small team.

"You can't find it and what are the big goals and let's now distill that down to the top needle movers so if you were to know these top five things with with these changes your organization tomorrow if we could give you these answers and and it's really about distilling it down because we don't want to create paralysis by analysis because a lot of people who aren't indata science if you give them a bunch of stuff to look up it could eat up their whole day and then they're not doing their actual job so what we WANNA do is. We want to distill everything down to the what we call. There's there's a quadrant for this imagine an access and on one side. You've got business value. We always rank any. KPI's that we're building out by the value it brings the organization. How much is it going to move the needle and then on the other spectrum we measure out how feasible it this so like going back to the sales tracking if your team isn't tracking X Y and Z then we can't do this one graph so there's no point in going I and trying to Redo the whole organization to get this metric. If it's not going to move the needle so what we do is we just organize it and prioritize it so that will focus on the top twenty five percent percent rather than all of these nice to haves. I always find that exactly the thing that we should be tracking. We're not tracking. You know it's like okay. I you know you were a company. That started is one me and then it started to grow in. Obviously I have a partner in this also stricklin and beyond that and we started hiring people and it's almost like our systems lag right behind what we I was pushing the needle by kept I kept selling selling selling and eventually we had to build a system that actually supported that the sales process and now that we built this this this this this team behind us. One of the things that we get stuck on is okay now. How do we get the phone during more because now we have his team that we have to support and it's like now we're working for our team instead of necessarily working for our clients. which is really the bad abed approached take? It's not that would soccer. Team isn't important but our clients are ultra important. They're the ones that are driving the revenue. I just have no idea even where to even begin with stuff like that and I'm sure there's a number of people that are in our community listening to this earth thinking hey. I understand what you're saying. I'm exactly in the same spot. My business grew faster or my even. Even you could say my business groups so slowly that it didn't have the ability to because I've always been doing this just on. Uh a legal pad. Why do I need to now keep data or why do I need to keep track of stuff because it's getting a little bit more challenging now on that becomes a whole new job is that is that fair fair that you're walking into that scenario a lot of times. Oh yeah hope very very much so and here's here's the opposite of that right. It's yeah you might have been doing that and has been going along just fine now now but what we the real problem we solve is waste where in the waste business we're here to help you. Reduce wasted time energy money so when you don't have the data when you're not looking at the numbers and you're kind of going by gut going by field just kind of going with the flow of your business you could be having you could be experiencing a lot of waste as just just hidden. There's no there's no doubt I mean. Most of the time is spent. I mean just look at my my prospect. you know results. I look at my you know as I'm developing leads. I look at that and I'm like yes. Sometimes we're just kinda throwing darts hoping sent thinking that something is going to work. I wish there was an opportunity or there was a way to kind of direct to the things that we you. You know somebody might come in and say you need to start working on. Seo Somebody might come and say hey you need to start working a little bit more on on your your crm and somebody else is so it's like. I don't know where to gala gala. the phone rings and that's good but does it ring enough and can we get it during more that would you know from a sales perspective. That's where I approach this this whole process he in in that's that's another good one a day into their. It's like if you already have people coming through if you look at the data a little bit closer to say okay well. Let's look at what's already going on. Maybe it's not necessarily that you need more people in the funneled. Oh that's traditionally the case but it's are we converting the people that we are bringing through at the right stage are they moving from one stage to the next effortlessly at a high conversion version or wants you to find a wait a minute on step three way. We have a super low conversion or something stagnant. Something's not working so let's focus on that usually so you can simplify and limit all those all the noise by focusing on the pain points or the pay the places where you just seen the numbers that are like shouting at you. Hey take a deeper look at this. I so I totally make sense. Do you take a company like mine which again I'm just using me as the as the as the model here because of the model of how it shouldn't shouldn't be done but being still being able to be successful at it. Which is you know? It's always funny. I'm like hey if I could just kick this up a notch. I'm sure that I would be able to be ultra successful but the majority Ardi of the people that are probably listening some of the people that are listening probably similar to me in that we have gotten here somehow and now that we're here. We're like okay now. We want to try to work out a way how to scale this either either quickly scale is or even scale it slowly just so that we can grow to a point where we feel like AIDS building under its own steam. You know we got. We got leads coming in the door where converting these leads so. Where do you even start with a company that would be similar to mine and say A. Okay. You have nothing in place right now except for you have a good system but you really don't have a way to measure anything that you got going on. So where do you even start with a company like mine great question. That's actually every company that we start with. They all have this exact same similar problems and what we found after doing this so many times is that even though every single company like we all have to go through that transition right. It's it's I you then. It's a small team and then it's it's like all right now. We now we have to grow and scale but we don't know how specifically and what we run into all the time is that companies that are in that position are spending came on all of these different marketing efforts. Oh you have to do content all you have to do. Seo You'd have to do all the paid media. Oh you have to organic. Oh you also have to have the auto responders. Oh you also have to have a sales person. Oh and they're spending on all of these different things because everybody says you have to and so what happens is they're successful. They're they're making money than bank. Account says this is good but then they don't have the specifics as to what specifically is good and what isn't good and so what we find. Is You know on average. They're growing on average each month. It's getting better on average on each year. It's it's growing and then they get to a point where they're spending so much and they're like. I don't know what isn't working and so when we come in we're able to dive into the granularity because averages as we say internally are are inherently evil an average when you think about it is literally the middle of all of the highs and all of the lows so if you imagine every single angle effort in your organization there are some that are yielding incredible results incredible returns and awesome our eyes and there are some that are just a suck suck and if you're looking your average growth and you're not splintering out by those things that are really like. Aj said those areas of waste and those areas of a huge opportunity imagine if you're spending equally across all ten efforts and one is yielding like potatoes principal eighty percent of the results what we find is is when we're able to work with an organization who's doing all these things and it's all kind of working and we're able to pinpoint those areas of opportunity and they reallocate the eighty eighty percent or ninety percent of resources that are going towards things that are not returning results and they just shift to what is it's exponential scale and this is not just in one specific industry this across the board consistently and this is how every company scales they figure out where that works and they doubled down on a stop doing this stuff they don't need to do which can simplify the business simplify the systems the processes and just kind of helps focus everyone down a clear path of like least resistance and that's the best thing if we're able to kind of eliminate the waste limit eliminate the time suck and put our time in our energy and our efforts into just the stuff that we know is going going to work even if it's not working well but we can use the data to to kind of fine tune it. That's really cool so I I want to take this up because you mentioned a word that oftentimes as mentioned on my show Joe and again. This is an area where I I don't want to continue to to to say that everybody or many people in Oregon or in our community. Munity are like me. There probably are many more intelligent people that are growing businesses. They're doing some of the right stuff or a lot of the right stuff but talk about data when it comes to when it comes comes in in the process of of helping a company to either scale or rapidly scale. How can data help a company rapidly scale. Data is the key to rapidly scale at. I mean if you don't have information about your organization. How do you expect to grow if you are just putting on blinders finders and saying I'm just going to do this because it's always worked. You know this is a dynamic world that we live in right now. Things are constantly changing and if you're not able able to take this information and change with it your competitors will be and so what we've found is taking action from data is the new competitive advantage in the modern landscape of business. I like to start saying like in the modern landscape of the businesses today. Every business is.

It's the one that says podcast or on so that way. They know who I am. about today's gets Aj yeager and Megan Connell are data driven power couple and are the CO founders of praxis metrics one of the fastest growing data companies in the world with a team of over twenty five five data scientists and we'll talk about what a data scientist is truly I think data nerds but that's okay there are engineers and they are able to provide big data insights at a fraction of the cost helping businesses scale and turn their data into exponential growth if accomplished this by being data driven in everything that they do and they figured out how to run their business and their life justice. Yes this way automate most of their life. Keep fit and healthy stay productive and grow their relationships. I know this was going to be a good interview. I definitely know it because I read right off of their website. Site data is like teenage sex. Everyone talks about it. No one really knows how to do it. Everybody thinks everybody else is doing it so everyone claims they are doing it. Welcome Megan again. Welcome wow this. Is this going to be one of the coolest interviews. Aj Megan welcome to the Nice guys on business podcast. Thanks so much for having us. We're so excited. That's great intro Tro. Thank you I I well. It was written you know I was going over it with my mom this morning and she thought this is a really good place. I you know I'm still trying to figure out how to get out of my house here fifty five years old can can. I move somewhere. Is it okay eighty week with some graphs around that help you out yeah well. I wanted to start there because that's the important thing to me is like a really want to take a one on one approach to this and not because I'm a three. Oh one kind of guy trying to dumb it down. I actually think I am this dumb so help me. What is what does being data driven ribbon mean. Tell me what data is you know it as easily as possible. Data is just information that's it and and you know a lot of people get glazed over when we start talking about data because they think about ones and zeroes in computers and spreadsheets and they don't. WanNa talk about math or anything like like that and so what we WanNa do is just simplify it. I mean back in the olden days. Even in Roman Times you know you think about the wise people and they had more information then the uneducated. That's what made them wise. You know information and data are synonymous. An information just allows you to have more knowledge to understand the relationships chips between different pieces of information and knowledge leads to wisdom right and then taking action from that wisdom is the practical application and that's practice basically basically and so really we just we love data because all it does is it gives us an edge. It gives us information to either make better decisions in life in business in our in our relationship right so we we believe the data is everywhere and so you don't have to be data driven just business you can do it in any aspect of life Roy. It's amazing because I had a I had a conversation. This is probably going back about two. Maybe even three years ago with somebody that was a data scientist never even heard of that data scientists and she was mentioning at at the time. I can't even remember her name but she was talking about things like you know a a young girl goes into a target and buys a certain amount of products over a certain period of time time and target can ascertain from the information that about the products that this person was buying that she probably was in a Position To have a child oiled at some point so at some point in the near future so they sent marketing information home and and it was like the mother of this fifteen year at the time was was was shocked that her daughter was potentially pregnant because there was a kept getting his marketing information so sometimes data can it'd be really good and sometimes it can be Kinda scary. So how do you control the flow of this information in a positive way and that's a great question and I think that right now the media is really spinning data in a very negative way you know he's like that have really been brought to a last couple of years really heavily very especially yeah oh very fear based raced and even like the K. Magenta scandal with facebook and the and the elections right. There's there's a lot of these stories where data is being used in a negative ah but data is also extremely positive thing. I mean we've got several of our clients that are nonprofit organizations that are using data to save if the planet to go out and reduce human trafficking to reduce the amount of plastics in the ocean right. Data's information information can be used in it. It all depends on who's holding the information right so what's what's really cool about it. I mean the data is knowledge. Knowledge is power and and you know the more that you have. I mean yeah you could say hey. I don't care about date. I don't WanNa know anything. I'm just going to bury my head in the Santa. Keep doing my thing because businesses all about building relationships but it does go so much further than Natta but I'm really curious because I wanted to find a little bit more closely so that those in our community that are very similar to me and might not have a lot of skill set behind what data is I've. I heard about things like analytics heard obviously about metrics and have heard about things like key performance indicators. Are Those all data it is all data. It's all part of. It's all part of the conversation but it's not just data now. Those are different ways of a well. How do we want to approach that. I I guess so. Most people are familiar with Google analytics. Let X ray most. Everybody already has it on their website. Most people think it's installed correctly but but google analytics is what we like to associate is tracking thing is. You've got to have this step of tracking the data right nowadays. We're not. We're not starving for data. We're over encumbered by data right away everything else tracking data my my smartwatch. Everything has data so we're no longer where big big companies are the ones with data. Everybody has now about what do we track specifically so that we can answer our business questions so so just thank. God rewind like analytics and tracking is kind of under one category for US Miller's then once you've got that data now you've got to figure out how to clean it make sure it's accurate and then put it into a digestible format and that's that's reporting that's transformation in reporting that individual dashboards that makes sense so far yep totally makes sense so for and then and then once you have that though like how do you know what to do with it. So are you reporting the the data back to the customer or are you actually telling him what to do now that they have. That's that's the third step step of an ESA actually our third pillar so once you have the data you've got to either. Have Somebody on your team. Who has that analyst or data minded in no data nerd mindset or we're we we also consult with clients we create videos coach them and teach them and actually actually we reverse engineer at this way we say okay. If you're an e commerce company or your small business owners you know doing business online then here the things that you need answers to if you're going to drive your business forward there's lots of different categories of business so we liked to reverse engineer. What are we trying to accomplish. What are the business questions we need answers to and then we align and create those. KPI's from the data that are going to help us answer those questions and get to those goals so somebody says to you will and again. I'm just trying to break this down into a into a a a definition that may be somebody that in our community that might not be in the in the data world would understand so if the if the bottom online goal is hey. I want to make more sales and then we reverse engineer that means well okay. We need to have more calls coming in the door. We need to have more more leads being generated generated and then we reverse engineer what it looks like to get more calls and more leads coming in the door and we're analyzing that data is that is that kind of if I'm looking specifically console Elliott sales and business development. Is that the kind of work that your company does definitely and so just to drill into that example. I mean so data points within that so let's say you. WanNa drive sales. There's a lot of different data points that you could track like said comes down to tracking right as a as a data analysts company. We can't make up data so we rely on companies tracking data in an accurate way so from a sales organization perspective you think about out everything that the sales people do and there's a lot of different ways that you can track this some organizations only a few things and some track a lot so let's let's give it a spectrum here so most companies track the very very basics where it's how many conversions that we get right that is a piece of data but that's not all of the data going back to what you said what led up to that outcome rank data is just an outcome or an event so an outcome as a sale so what else impacted that journey so we could say well. How many touch points did they have before the sale. How many calls were they aren't. How long were those calls. Which Salesperson was assigned to that? What industry was that lead coming from. Where was the source of that lead coming from. What marketing efforts did they touch before they got on a call with a sales person right. All all of those are each individual silo pieces of data. That typically are dispirit. Sometimes the the salesperson tracks it just come on their calendar some times it the lead the data on the lead in the marketing system right usually. It's all over the place and when we string together that's when we really start to tell a story and that's where we can start to take action. We can analyze and say well Geez. It looks like our conversion rate between this phase. This phase is low so we can increase the coaching this person before before you even go on Megan and let me sorry to interrupt there. Just I'm just I'm really part of the issue that I think I have is. A is a guy that owns a small small business. You know when I say small under five million dollars in revenue art of the challenge that I have is sometimes when people talk about this is what we need to do. I'm like my head starts to swim and I'm like Oh my gosh. All I'm trying to do is get my phone to ring and now now. I'm I'm analyzing. You know seventeen things that that had to lead lead up to my phone ringing. Is this something again. This is something that that you guys as a company takeover. Is this something that you instruct me what to do. I'm I'm Marie really hands off kind of like I know if it's not within my zone of genius. It's not GonNa get done willing and online course it was not my thing and I hired somebody to do it. I can I can supervise that but I can't. I don't WanNa do it because I'll get lost in the weeds. So is that something sorry. I knew you were seventeen steps ahead but I get all excited about this stuff now. I think you hit the nail on the head because I think that's everybody's biggest fear is that you know as a business owner then you have to learn a whole new skill set and be an expert in another thing no not at all with this stuff. If you were to learn it it would be a whole nother degree that you'd have to learn and so that's what we do we come in as the outsourced experts who've implemented dashboards for over hundred different companies and we bring our expert industry knowledge and we bring to the table and say here's what we need to do and but let's collaborate up first because the last thing we want to do is coming from the outside and say here's the twenty-seven things that you need to know like well. This doesn't really apply to US specifically right. 'cause business suffers from terminal uniqueness and so what we we do is we collaborate upfront where we say okay so. What are those big like Jay said. What are those big business questions that you're not getting answers to right now or that? Take so long to look it up..
