"Probably a defense pick here. It could be a defense pick, but again, I could see them going offensive line here. I mean, Ted Keras can play guard too, right? And so, I mean, I don't know if linderbaum is necessarily a fit there, but you know, you have some position versatility. You certainly want some depth there. I think they could get away with that. I think, you know, gosh, we've been brutal to the off ball linebackers. And I think that this is a spot that they might be able to come in. And make an appearance tight end, I think, you know, even though they got Hayden Hearst this off season, cornerback. Eli Apple is, you know, a guy that can, you know, do you really want him to be your number two guy? And I know duke Tobin said, I don't see an immediate starter need right now. And I find him to be a fairly honest public speaker, so I don't know. I don't know what they do. I mean, your worst unit defensively are probably your linebackers, right? Overall, yeah, and they held up okay. And they did. Yeah, they did. Yeah. And it's a lot of, it's a lot of young guys. It's a lot of guys entering what year. There's three 2020 drive picks and a 2019 drop pick here and Jermaine Pratt. I think you kind of feel good enough that you're going to get a little bit of improvement there. The thing that does make me nervous is, I mean, Eli Apple makes me nervous anyway, but if Eli Apple goes down or she'll be woozie, goes down, there's not much behind that. You know, you're looking at Trey flowers, probably coming off the bench here, I think that's why you end up probably going cornerback with this pick. Tyler linderbaum would be really interesting. But again, I don't know, I don't know if he has the same value for them. That he'd have for a lot of other teams here. Yeah. I was thinking to, you know, you look through the, you look through the receiving core and boy, I mean, I don't know if you have any real issues. It's not like you're worried about losing anybody anytime soon, you know? Ja'Marr chase will probably rightfully maybe after next year start stomping his foot and asking for a new contract, but otherwise, I mean, you're set. I mean, this team is like, you know, you know when you do a really good job of your Madden franchise and you're like, I just can't do any better than this. And so I'm just gonna, I'm gonna blow the whole thing up and move the team to San Antonio for no reason. Like I think that's what they could kind of do. Yeah. Yeah. And there's a lot of good players left on the board, you know? So. I'm looking at the cornerbacks here, so Kyler Gordon, I'm a Kyler Gordon guy at a Washington. Elam. I guess you're getting a little bit thin with the cornerbacks as well. Yeah, but man, if you could if you go back, we're in a world here where kenyon green and Tyler linderbaum are still on the board. Just undo that Ted Keras deal. Just cut them. I know..

"Cooper Cup. I mean, you can't say it. I mean, if you're asking me somebody other than Cooper Cup, probably van Jefferson. He's not getting a lot of attention. And, you know, what concerns me is how do the Bengals are how do the rams isolate Eli Apple? Because Eli Apple can get beat over the top. And he has. And that's where I think that's where I think Sean mcvay is going to try to attack this Bengals defense. You're going to see a lot of passes directed towards Eli Apple early in this game. And I'm curious like that. In Boston, we all love Brad marchand. He's a pest, right? But we all love him 'cause he's Brad Marshall. The Bengals fans feel the same way about Eli Apple or they kind of like your Eli Apple maybe go sit in the corner for a little bit. Hot and cold. Look, Eli made, he made a great play in the Tennessee game that helped him win the game. There's no doubt about that. He dropped the pick 6 and over time on mahomes on second down. Everybody remembers the interception that Jesse base tips the ball to von bell and sets up the game winning field goal. The right before that, it was Eli Apple with a chance to intercept Patrick Mahomes easily run it into the end zone games over at that moment. Bengal fans get a little nervous when you talk Eli Apple. It's hot and cold. I'm trying to think of a good patriot comparison to a player in the secondary over the years. I don't know if sante Samuel is a good analogy or not. Because he was never that good, yeah. Yeah. Right. But he is that kind of hot and cold player. Still the woozie has had his struggles. In the playoffs, is somebody also that could be picked on a little bit..

"What he was as a quarterbacks coach. That's a different animal than running the entire program. And Zach Taylor, obviously, I think, has done an incredible job getting helping to get the Bengals to this point so far. So let's go from there. Because last year, I know, I personally wasn't high on Zack Taylor. I know you weren't high on Zach Taylor. I know there's new personnel, but what's the biggest difference between Zack Taylor last year and Zack Taylor this year? Healthy Joe burrow, Jamar chase, he can do the things you guys are very, very familiar with the offense that Zach Taylor wants to run and he has run it to perfection with Brian Callahan with Dan picture who I had a good conversation with earlier in the week via Zoom, he has the kind of people here in place in a third year that's made the difference. And obviously Joe burrow being healthy and not tearing his ACL like he did in 2020. That's a big part of it. But guys, I will tell you the biggest change in this team. 21 2021 from 2020 is the defense. They went out. They spent the much like the Patriots did, spent the money on the defense, difference being, I think the Bengals had enough personnel that they weren't relying entirely on one or two players. I think with the Patriots, maybe, you know, the theory is Matt judon, wore out towards the end of the year, was not as effective as he was in the first half of the year for the Patriots. And with the Bengals, you have younger players, von bells only 25. People forget that, but he's only 25, Jesse Bates is only 24. And then you have Chad obey a woozie and Eli Apple has been reborn here in Cincinnati. Under louanna remote, the defensive coordinator, Troy hendrickson followed up his great year in New Orleans with a career year..

"And he got out to the perimeter on the first play of the Titans final possession. And I was just out there and it was like, oh my God, he is going to stiff arm a woozy into the earth's core and break off a 40 yard run here and like, nope. Yeah, just sort of fans on the stiff arm, a woozie, get some on the ground, three yard gain and that kind of encompass the day. The Titans fans in this game were wonderful. I have to say, and the Titans were cool that they announced Derek Henry last for the starting lineup and the place just like erupted and they really tried to play off of that. But if I was again, God, he's in my head. You know, I'm not the second guessing him, but down to foreman. He was running really well in that case. He was moving at a different speed. I know, and I was kind of like, you might as well just kind of go back to that. But again, he would have been second guessed the other way. When used to move Derek Henry's round. But my favorite moment from that was at the end of the game, Ryan Tannehill throws the interception and Titans fans are like really nice. They're like the Canadian NFL fan general. I was walking the concourse before the game and there was a Bengals fan that was just walking up, or no, there were Titans fans that were walking up and just meowing it Bengals fans, which I thought was very funny. Just going up and going. And then just walking away, which I really liked, but then there were two groups like a Bengals fan group and Titans fan group that got into like a minor like not even like a real scuffle, but just like our team's better than your team. But then it got a little hot. So I think like it probably got some attention in the concourse. And then Titans fan just kept saying, have a pleasant trip home. Have a pleasant trip home. Like in a really mad voice and I was like, God, I love this. I love love, love this fan base. But anyway, so Ryan Dan hill throws the last pick. And Nissan stadium is quiet. The quietest I've ever heard of football stating because everyone knows Joe burrows is going to come and throw the ball 20 yards and they're going to kick the game winning field goal. And you can hear a pin drop in there and some guy like 12 rows back on the 50 yard line. Just like at the top of his lungs just goes far. But you can hear it like anywhere in the stadium. You could just hear it, and then that's how everyone felt at that moment. It was like, you're right. The game's over. You lost. And it's a real bummer. But I felt for them. Cool fan base, a cool team. Mike vrabel said it after the game. He said, for as long as I'm here, it's not going to be about one player. And then he said, and I'm going to be here for a very long time, which I thought was like an odd way to punctuate that. Maybe he knows something about his own contract that we don't, but I think they just have a cool vibe down there. I wish they could have more, like, nice players and nice things. And I just want to say, I hope that you just don't know it, but the fuck guy at midfield. That's like the tradition. Every game day lose..
