"Well, then Margaret h hula-hoop Willison what is making you happy this week. What is making me happy? This week is a Netflix series called sisters. I got into this because of the OG Margaret Willison, my mom. Like, so many moms. She has many ideas about what I should be watching and will enjoy and I usually ignore all of them like most children, but I was smart enough to listen to her on this one. And she was so right. So this is an Australian original production. It aired there on a channel called network ten and that success since picked it up, and it is the story of three women who around their thirtieth birthday find out that they are all sisters because the man who ran the fertility clinic where they were conceived started self-dealing so happened on law and order once. Yeah, it's actually this is a more common thing than you would expect with fertility doctors if a certain era, and it is how they balance those realizations in their own lives and the new relationships they form with each other. It's just fantastic. It's a really good mix of funny and moving and I would say if you've been a fan of. The show please like me or fleabag or catastrophe. All Australian or British series of a certain stripe. You should definitely definitely definitely check. This one out. There's only one series rate now seven episodes in it. No second series has yet been announced. But that's all the more reason for pop culture, happy our listeners to turn out in force and watch it on net flicks to their by compel a second season into existence. True and counting on you folks, trigger Belveze into existence with me, please very good. Thank you, Margaret Willison. What is making me happy? This week is actually also on Netflix. This is the thing that happens because net flicks is now dumping about four hundred things a week. So, but what is making me happy this week as the film dumpling Bailey. Wanna see this? Yeah. It is based on. Julia Murphy's why novel of the same name. It's about a high school girl named willa dean played by Danielle MacDonald whose mother is a pageant operator, and fanatic and former beauty Queen and so forth and willa dean because she is a plus sized girl. But also because of kind of her personality has never really fit into her mother's idea of her. So she and some other girls decide to kind of stage a revolt against the local teen pageant by entering it to the horror of willa dean's mother who's played by the way by Jennifer Aniston. The entire film is based around the the love of Dolly Parton music. So you'll hear a lot of Dolly Parton music took out that soundtrack, really good. So yes, so you'll hear a lot of Dolly Parton music. And the thing that is so lovely to me about this film is that nobody. In this movie loses any weight, but there are three different plus size women who are very different from each other who have very different, you know, kind of personalities and all that stuff. It's not like there's not just everybody is the same or miserable. Or whatever. The film has a real feel for the importance of Dolly Parton, too, fat girls, and drag queens, and really leans into that. And that's dumpling on Netflix before we go. We want to mention that we launched our newsletter last week, you'll be dropping on Fridays. It has some original writing in it that you won't see anywhere else. It has some recommendations for your weekend because regarding out on Fridays. And if you always want to have at your disposal what everybody picked in there. What's making me happy? It will be in.

"And just not a great search at a great push by the Michigan offensive line. Give that defensive credit. They've been playing really well lately. But right now, they're being outplayed by the front wall of Indiana there. We're not getting a great search Victor down here. Three receivers split Wright. Patterson in the shotgun. Gets the snap. Looks throws quickly to Nico counts. He's outside of the forty fights his way over the forty five hundred forty six that's good enough for a first down gain of five on the play. Marcellino ball over there to help push him out of bounds. Just a quick wide receiver screen good blocking out in front by Greg Perry. Donovan people's Jones out in front throwing a block as well. I in ten Michigan from their own Forty-six. What an all around football player. He's developed into Jim. Oh number nine special teams offense. Dp out of cash be true. Patterson in the shotgun. Give it to Hickman Higgins got a good whole. He's into Indiana territory to the forty eight yard line in Willison to stop. But Higdon we'll get seven yards on the Kerry it'll be second three with wolverine. Mason and Oliver Martin check in now for wolverines on the second. Three play five thirty eight to play in the half Michigan trails ten nine Donald tight end set. I formation behind shape Patterson. Gets the snap gives it to Higgins Pickton's got real breaks to the left. He gets down inside the forty five to the forty one yard line. That's good for a first down and six yards. It'll be lane the cornerback on the stop Michigan moving the chains here against Indiana. First and ten from Indiana, forty one true Wilson, how checks in his running back with Patterson? Nice block that time by big Mike away new the right guard. He really collapsed in that side of the Indiana. He takes the nose tackling not only walls off, but moves in about two yards to the left gave a nice Alec black and people's Jones, swift wide left Wilson is to the writer Patterson. Patterson Snapface, it the Wilson back to throw grows. Deep down the middle. He's got Nick Eubanks ten five touchdown. Forty one yard strike Sunday Eubanks and the wolverines take the lead over Indiana with a big pass completion Patterson you back. Well, that's I'm Indiana. Just completely loses track of Nick Eubanks thinking he's a blocking tight end. And he doesn't have an Indiana defender within five yards AM. Patterson puts it right on his hands. Eubanks? What's the second tight end lined up to the right side. Zach gentry ran a clearing pattern to the right? And then you banks ran this post down the middle wide open and at fifteen ten Michigan going for to Patterson in the shotgun. Looks throws. He goes out wide Lebanese incomplete he couldn't get it in to his receiver out there that was Eubanks again. So Michigan will still lead fifteen ten but the conversion was that good. And again, a little inaccuracy thereby shape Patterson because he had Eubanks open Eubanks was wide open, and he just over through it by about six inches Eubanks. I think got his fingertips on it. And the reality is that that play was good call. It was there and J Patterson just a bit of an overthrow four forty six left to play in the half Michigan untapped fifteen. Ten down on the sideline duck car. Is the whole thing was rushed. Because the Michigan players who are celebrating didn't realize they were gonna go for to a lot of times guys run off the field. They run through the end zone and then up the sideline off the field. Well, Caesar release was over there. Eubanks was over there. Ideally hurried right back onto the field. And as you notice they got that snap off with one on the play clock. And the whole thing felt rushed. I I wonder if Jim Harbaugh wishes he took a time out there. I'll that Michigan. Touchdown was brought to you by your southeast Michigan Ford dealers. Thank Ford at five of the six receptions for Eubanks this year over twenty there's another one at his first touchdown this season. I wish we'd had that two point converge. Because it was a good call..

You know, when your whole life has been washed away in your whole life is falling apart. Sometimes the very least we can do is help people reestablish a little bit of their dignity. I think that's absolutely right. So how are we helping what what's everybody bringing has the truck luck? Well, what we need is is diapers and wipes for being really specific. Because that is the thing that North Carolina diaper Bank in our our partners therapy, Michelle and the and the people that are working so hard North Carolina niece size four or five specifically, but any diapers will do and wipes are good for obviously thousands of different things when you're in the situation. "And one of my favorite segments. What are your favorite segments is hair dogs and Allegra has put on a real doozy? For us today. Titties out all the. She's got flares. She's got fireworks. Let's show. The got lights the kitchen is on fire. Good legs tells about your hero dog guys. I'm gonna tell you about sergeant stubby who was one of my personal heroes human or dog. I will preface this by saying I have a framed photo of sergeant stubby given to me. But my good friend, Peter Miller. Thank you, Peter. Okay. Let's let's get to it. Sergeant stubby was a bull terrier Boston terrier or some sort of mix. He has been called the most decorated war dog of World War One. He's the only dog ever to have been promoted to sergeant stubby was found wandering Yale University in nineteen seventeen. When some members of the one hundred second infantry were training. He was hanging around the soldiers taught him tricks. He was very easy to train one soldier developed a fondness for him. And when it was time to ship out smuggled stubby onto the ship under his coach, then commanding ours are not very observant guy that he's smuggling. Okay. Hang on. Well, wait a minute Travis, and yes, and I then a commanding officer found stubby stubby saluted him as he had been trained to do what? And the commanding officer. Let him stay on the ship. Isn't that? While the cutest thing I've ever heard this dog. Oh, okay. Okay. Well, all right. How is this not already eight movies? Isn't that crazy music this guy, so sub already so resources? He's like, look he's he's really fly with us. He'd have his pants dog. Okay. I'm just pitching animated movie. He's got like a pelican friend summit. We have an seal. That's great. And the pelican can't quite get his salute. Correct. All wings. This is really good. You guys. Don't steal brilliant to ourselves. Right to you. Him loved that dog was like, this is my moment. Wait till you hear about his other mouth feel Taylor. Taylor one on the wrong. You guys like this? Travis whatever for man. Look. Guide. Let's get back to do a vicious rumors being spread about stubby right now. He did not till anybody rather he saved many people. He served for eighteen months and participated in seventeen battles among other things. Here's what he could do. He warned his unit of poison gas attacks. He found wounded soldiers. And he learned to warn soldiers went to duck for cover because he could hear artillery shells before the humans. Good, what's he literally saved lives guy? He wants a German soldier by the seat of pants and held him until American soldiers found him, but her cups on board. Great remind me what kind of dog. He's some sort of Boston. Terrier bull terrier mix. Okay. Like a medium dog. He's kinda stubby big enough that he could hold somebody in place because I was thinking of the smoky the Yorkshire terrier that we Yorkshire that we talked about where I was like, yeah. I could imagine that's tiny. I would say he was like I would say medium. Not one hundred percent sure I want to say he's maybe in the thirty or forty pound range nine huge, though. I mean, forty pounds is still kind of small to hold it human. I still like this whole time. We've been impressed with Lassie who had barked warn us that old man was in the bar, and he's like bark you're out to die and they duck. That's true. Through was full of Hollywood lies. Totally real credible. It's really amazing the bullets before they hit is nuts. It's really amazing. It's crazy..

"Agreed. So it seems like they were specifically in Turkey only. And there was much of history about how it came to be. And there was a little bit of competition within the country of Turkey. I will say this that in researching it is really hard to find any information about this that isn't in Turkish really the American kennel club. Did I have it all I'm so sorry. You're gonna all my information. Did terrific interesting. You were outstanding in suggesting such thing. And I have to I will tweet this. So just real quick for your visual reference. Will you please look at that nose? Oh, it's really interesting telling me it does look like a straight up heart. It looks really cute. We'll tweeted at podcast looks real. Also looks like they have to little noses heart and the other side of a heart. The second thing. I thought your report was of course, there's no reports of people being bit by them. There's only. That's what I was wondering point. Yeah. Not that's now throughout history. Yeah. That's really interesting. And I definitely didn't do a cross reference of. Here's the other dogs that don't have any reports of being new a cross reference. Listen, I don't do across reference the got for us that look a little bit like Biggles. Let's split noses. That's pretty good. I loved that. They don't bark gonna say I was gonna say this is a great Rene dog. There were more than two hundred one of them. They don't park at all. They just don't like say any so weird whose bred to be quiet because they were whatever they were hunting super quiet about in that interesting. Okay. So he's my other clubs so the people who bred them to have excellent smell. So they're theory was correct. Then that by splitting the nose or doing whatever that did give them a great now. It could be coincidence. Maybe there you're just are good smelling dogs. But but yet they are among the top ten cent. Not how they haven't eight dreadful since that's pretty cool sedating. So if anybody's going to Turkey wants to pick me up one of these dogs fly back, really, nice and easy sounds affordable.
