"Off this sort of off the wall Friday. I had to start off with this story, and it was returned, their headline was returned, earned to sender. And what has happened here is a special liberty of something, but a Brooklyn based indie rocker got a package of it had to be an indie rocker, okay? Of course. I love how they threw this in here. Is a package of cremated human remains belonging to a stranger in the mail and was stun when the funeral home that sent them initially told them it wasn't their problem. This guy named Hamilton let Hauser 44 frontman for the popular indie punk band, the waltman, was gosp activity when he opened the cardboard container and found the ashes inside in another playing cardboard box. It would just kind of shocking. The remains were Martin. Now get this, giants. The remainings were October 7th, 2017. So those have been floating around. Well, it's interesting. 7 years. It had been shipped to the current resident of the studio apartment. Out in east Williamsburg or wherever this app. Anyway, he tried to call the funeral home and straighten things out. The owner was extremely unhelpful. He said something like, it's your problem now. And actually hung up on me. The story hung up. Asshole, I love how they did this. Let it slip that after no one came to claim the remains. He tried to ship them to a man named Robbie, or possibly Ronnie, who may have lived a teacher in 2017.

Three 11 now on WTO and has been two years since someone planted pipe bombs near the DNC and RNC headquarters here in D.C.. Now the reward for information that leads to an arrest is going up by a lot. The FBI is now offering a half $1 million. That's up from the 50,000 initially offered. WTO P national security correspondent JJ green has been following developments he joins us live, JJ, what's the latest on the investigation and is there progress? Really good question, Hillary. The FBI says they've conducted approximately 1000 interviews. They visited more than 1200 residents and businesses and collected more than 39,000 video files and they've assessed about 500 tips This is a nationwide investigation, so clearly they're moving along on this case, but two years later, they still have an arrested anyone. I'm told they've been looking here in the Washington area and looking way beyond Washington because if you remember the day these bombs were found was January 5th, 2021, the day before the capitol riot and a lot of people from all over the country were in town. So from a workflow point of view, they're making progress, but reading between the lines, they are clearly concerned that two years on, they still haven't made an arrest. Why is this case still so important? The main concern, Sean, according to sources I've spoken to today, is that two viable bombs were found in a residential neighborhood. And if you look at the videos, the FBI posted, you see ordinary people doing ordinary things in a residential neighborhood. You see people moving around a person walking a dog, you see a baby stroller. The suspect was seen on these videos in close proximity to these people in this neighborhood. These neighborhoods carrying active bombs that could have gone off and killed or wounded these people. What's more, the fact is this person or person are still out there. Two years later and it's a major concern for the FBI because they don't know what that person might be up to or where they might be. How significant is that for the FBI to deal with a case right here on Capitol Hill that still hasn't been solved after two years? I've spoken with a couple of former FBI agents and looking at how they're going to handle this moving forward. What I came away from those conversations with is this. The reward was a $100,000. They've increased it to $500,000, which translates to, and this is just what a source told me. It translates to they don't know who this person is. And if they had a person of interest, this gigantic reward bump might not have happened and the reason it is happening is because you're so concerned and they're hoping this massive amount of money that's been added to this might move someone who might be related to or is friends with this person or know the suspect in some way might turn that person. And so it is very significant for them. Hillary and Sean, all right, to be continued. Thanks, JJ. You're welcome. National security correspondent JJ green. The story is not necessarily Lies being told troops that have been omitted Yeah that's my jamestown. I i think the president of a three hundred year old church had its three hundred year anniversary in nineteen o seven around the time when they were kind of conceiving all this was j. p. morgan he was involved and then and then another person who was involved is sorry. I believe it's the oldest. At least the oldest state run mental hospital in the colonies was nominees there. So you've got like They call them the ladies and the crazies so so that was williamsburg. And that's kind of how what williamsburg had become since the capital and as the seat of power moved from williamsburg in the early seventeen hundreds to to richmond and williamsburg. The History of Credit in Colonial America With Sara Damiano
"Let's first talk spend some time I think the two of us are your paper. Now as an official expert credit. I am merely enthusiast for teaching about credit And ed never ceased to well for one thing at coins williamsburg. I'm reliably informed by people there that the most common question that's asked is. How much is that in. Today's money And people get very confused when they find out. How at least in colonial certainly include. Virginia and i think in clinton new england people had to pay if they were going to use coins which explain why credit so important and An all the wonderful ways to credit is tied taken a nut here that could tight just about literally everything else. Yes it it absolutely is is tied to purchase the every other facet of colonial life. We could argue. And so i think helpful way to think about this. For starters is to imagine what would happen if you lived in colonial. America will save koneohe boston and you went into a shop and you wanted to purchase something and how that might look different than if you went into a shop to buy something today when they just give them coins i would just give them a pounds or shillings or pence or the colonial. They english money. That's an english colony boston. Nyanza massachusetts. i'm loyal to the king. And i'll just give the king's face to while you might but the thing is that they're most people did not have lots of ready money on hand didn't necessarily have cash or coin with them when they went into shops. And that's in part due to a limit in how much money was circulating but also due to structures of payment at the time so for example sailors and soldiers and various other people were paid only after they finished say at a tour of duty and so oftentimes when people went into a shop. They did not have that cash in their pocket to pay for something nor did they have something like a credit card today. Which is a modern institution mediating between two people and so instead personal credit the ability or the willingness of one person to went to another was was central for for making the economy.

Yeah, I think about it and then like, oh maybe it's going to rain, I don't want to do it off and then we actually we're facing the L train shutdown. And so there was a lot of energy around pressuring, the city to make sure that the bike routes would be a safe as possible because it was something that was going to be over life. And if the administration kind of just went to their Norm, then we would be over-reliant on the month, you know, all the app based Rideshare vehicles and that's just a one-to-one. You know, it's one, occupant usually in one car with a driver and there's no way that we can meet we would have been able to meet the Subways what the throughput of the subway. Is is is incomparable. It's it's massive. It's like 80% of all of the East River traffic and to have it just be cut off completely. Yeah, a lot of it was going to go to the buses off. A lot of was going to go to the buses, a lot of it also was going to go to, you know, Ubers and stuff. And so we had to make sure that if this car traffic goes up, also a lot of it was going to go to bike home. Sure, that it was going to be safe to ride a bike over the bridge and to, to your job, all that stuff Grand Street has been. It's still a problem. But you know, someone that we know happy all and he he was killed on Grand Street in the bike lane in the unprotected bike lane by a car that ran him over. And this was just all these people were going to be coming this way. So there was, it was pressing was to put pressure on the city to do more of But to have better infrastructure for all the Williamsburg Bridge bike traffic..

Uh, just the whole atmosphere and everything here. It feels like when I was in college, you know, at the university, Alabama, Uh, Mr Major here. Okay, So now this feels like Alabama location. Yeah. I mean, what every time somebody goes to a new team. If you don't have to go above and beyond and talking about how great it is to be there and interested, comfort feeling this is so out of every athletes playbook that ever switch teams ever. Julio. It's okay to say I just wanted a fresh start. Hopefully this works out. I'm excited to get to work with these guys. It doesn't have to be. You've been there a week. You know that. It feels like a college atmosphere to you like you're back in Alabama and oh, by the way. This is the NFL. It should feel like the NFL. I hate to say that it should also feel like the NFL. And are you attending any classes? Julio, like, why does this feel like a college atmosphere? Or maybe you're not. And that's why it does feel like a college atmosphere, right? But the problem is, if you say anything that's like real. Then people lose their mind and need to backtrack. Like Sean McVeigh yesterday who was asked about Matthew Stafford, he said. I love the guy. Everyone keeps saying, Man, you're in a better mood that last year and I go Damn right. I am and everyone took that as a shot of Jared Goff, which they should have, because I don't know what else he meant by it. They had a circle back at the end of the day and go. That wasn't about Jared. But it was about Jared. So I guess maybe the throwaway nonsense like what can you pick apart about Alabama and Julio Jones? You say that you're safe. Because if you show your true emotions, then you might step into you know what? And get yourself in some trouble. I'm sure it's true. Emotions are happy. He's happy that he's got a new stories with a.

"Line on a mail carrier in rural Williamsburg, Kentucky, encountered something that they don't train you for at the Postal Service Academy. If there's a thing this was right before Christmas, Tim Smith was delivering mail when he saw a dog. Holding an ax in its mouth. Now the dog has declined comment. So far. No of the ax was some kind of message for Tim Smith or us something on his way to chop some wood cross paths with this mailman, Smith says he has seen the dog before and in the past, it was nice. But again, this time it had an ax. Was looking right at him. So it sounds like crisis tragedy averted last month in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Also this axis and little hand ax. It has a very long Stem to it or handle to it. And so this is like, incised. Yes, a Giacalone sized action. This is the type of act but you really you swing in an ax Murderer film That's not one of those little small hatchet ones. And that accessory. It's just lying around somewhere for this dog to pick up. It's very heavy because it's an ax this dog's jock and handle that, And there's another look out dog and next to the ax wielding dog in this picture, so he's got an accomplice. So you stand no chance Dog, A long handled ax and accomplished dog. You're toast chopped up into bits. Thistles. A bad job by Tim Smith. Dog Holding an ax is less scary than a regular dog. You don't know because, you know he's already distracted. A dog is gonna be the twisted that could chop you down with an act. As a matter of fact, it's only gonna slow it down from biting you. And there's no way you're gonna get stabbed by this act. I actually think a dog wielding an ax is less of a threat than a dog on its own. I don't know. Have you seen the teenage Mutant Ninja turtles? They wield their weapons. Pretty good as you Donatello Bo staff, knock up some Foot soldiers that struck very accurate that is very accurate. By the way. How about the graphic that cap heights up right now and watch the game? It's a dog in a construction hat. He's holding an ax and a level because apparently, the stock just got back from Lowe's. Rob Williams is killing it right now
"Second straight night. Rub williams clamoring for him to start. I didn't think that was going to happen. But with thompson out it made sense. They weren't going to go with the two big lineup. They started teague we even theorized maybe pritchett started teague again. Played a good game. Bob is gonna have to apologize for that and a little bit. Couple shocking gene goes. I mean look at this. I mean we're not talking about teague. I'm just kidding. Saw four points. He was feisty So rob william steals again insanely efficient minutes again and it's now it's literally everything i mean short of a jumper which doesn't have even though when he does take in his form looks perfectly fine when he's forced to in his free throws stroke looks actually pretty good but again the playmaking is unreal for this guy on offense and again ofo is something all of it. There's so many. He had so many almost assists tonight As well he was he just has great vision. He such an asset. And everyone's talking about you know I mean right now. There's a real conversation to be. There's two conversations be. We're going to start with one and ep. Is he the best player in the league question. No real but questioned one again. We we've always said at the beginning it's going to be a matchup specific sort of thing with these guys you depending on. Who's out there. I don't know that that's the case anymore. Tell me a situation where you don't feel like rob williams can be on the floor right now. Well anthony davis was one that bobby mentioned earlier. Well hey anthony but are we going to have those dogs burger bowl kierra. Opponents joel embiid. You'd rather not have him yet. Isolated on and you. Don't that happen. Yeah so like there's a few but you're right if you have him with the starters with the regulars on this team who can help them out on the defensive end when he needs it and of course empower on offense. It also goes back the other way. We talked about this last night. The secondary passing the diving to the rim. I would they keep talking about on the broadcast tonight. Stevens keep saying the vertical gravity up the posed. The guys back toward the rim. Because it's like the opposite loose all the new stat. Will they love it. Well the game. This is what. I thought about last year two with that team. That was so poll. Pappy if you had the sky diving off all those po ups like it just basket after basket for him easily. Because of how efficient is how high above the rim gets. It's just the one thing that still missing is that switching at the perimeter. Play getting out on shooters that can devastate you. The way game swing on threes. I still see why. Brad has that little bit of hesitancy with them their raving everything else is there and the term is role gravity. The kids love it okay. I'm old gravity. Yeah we're just bond you on the league leaders by tomo by tomorrow. But i mean basically. It's you're so you're so concerned the same way shooter will draw attention on the floor. He's going to draw it because everybody's freaking out when he's rolling because no one wants to get no one wants to get it thrown down. You have to account for it. You're not gonna you're running. That role with grant williams. There's no fear you run it with rob williamsburg like whoa and everybody's gotta worry and it. Does you can see the defense. Start to tense up. Every single time they run the high pick and roll and he starts to move. It does kind of draw a lot of attention. You saw few times tonight where it was kind of packed in because everyone's like oh they're going up and over me here in his ability to just go up and get it and just frigging ram it down you know. Nobody wants to be in that position so it does Open things up there and it does of it causes the defense to

All About Blacksmiths
"Our first expert is Philly. Barret goes enthused yourself toby. Toby my name is Billie Barrett. I am a blacksmith. Thank you. Let's meet our second expert. Linski Chris. He's introducing yourself to toby toby. I'm Chris Ski and I am an artisan and a welder. And I am a reenactor of a female blacksmith at Colonial Williamsburg tells about those hot and Molten. Sounds Lisa. Oh did you hear them? I did I think everybody else heard them to painting. Topsy time. That is correct. That is when we put our experts on the hot seat while they answer toby's questions. Lisa should we put on the hot? I totally buried because his initials are be just like the initials of my nickname nickname batboys. Okay Yeah I'm a math for sure. I don't WanNa mess with me fat boy okay. So Toby we're starting with billy. What is your first question for? Billy Billy would you rather get a heavier envel- or a hotter forge I would rather get a heavier and bill? Why is that? I just like heavy things. You're GONNA love your parting. Gift today. I don't think we have mice. Okay Chris and Billy what have you made the most of I'll answer I 'cause I work at colonial Williamsburg work at a historic forge. So we mostly do shoes. Oh that's cool. Do you do like high heels only for the fancy horses? How about you belly? I mostly make A little bit of everything with a specialization. In knives you make knives like knives that you cut food with everything from cutting food to serviceable tools. That you use every day very cool. Do you name any of them. Like Mac or sure to name a lot of them really. Yeah who and. What's the name of your favorite favorite favorite Tomahawk? I call stabby stabby. Okay Toby Billy What would be your second? Most favorite thing to do is make besides knives One of the things. I'd really like to do before I move on from this. Life is make a a really nice replica of an old style. Lock which is one of your skills as a Smith that you really want to try to. Master cool is homes for both of you. How old were you when you gone? Interest IN BLACK SNIFFING. Yes I'd like to know. I'd like to know how one decides that. They want to be a blacksmith. At what age does that happen? You just wake up one day and say hey I wanNA. A blacksmith. House is on fire. Let's make knives. How does that work? I studied had a minor in art in in university And so I started with glassblowing actually and then I started working at colonial Williamsburg and I saw some of the cool. Things that the blacksmiths were making in. That's the way I kind of got into it. How about you billy? Ironically when I was about twelve years old my parents took colonial Williamsburg. Is that true? Absolutely and It was a rainy day and I was begging my dad. Let me stay and watch the Blacksmith and the gentlemen still alive today and left me there for two hours and that clinched a deal for me. That was it as Peter. Ross it was Peter. Ross yes it was who is being arise. I guess he's a black one of the most well respected smithson. The World Master Blacksmith at the Anderson Forge words. Okay so Chris what what I see if I went to colonial Williamsburg. Mcdonald's like what would you see if you saw her there? Ya Okay and do you do any acting? Over's voice overs So we all portray real people that you know really lived in Eighteenth Century Colony of Williamsburg Virginia and there was a real forged called the Anderson Blacksmith Forge. And I play someone named Loretta. Frye who real person. And she was a female blacksmith. During that time we reenact what you would do or what I would she would do. I would do in the the daily routine of that person. In the eighteenth century I be dressed in eighteenth century clothing specifically what she would wear while she was working as a blacksmith. Clocking fear are going to be burned. Probably not a good idea. Kristiyo like my name is way. All your guy's name again. The Red Fra Loretta. Our blacksmith just like that old timers. Yeah pretty much. Do the voice better killing you. Just Hi I'M LORETTA. Fry and I. You know my a Blacksmith Year. They Anderson four bit of a southern accent. Yeah I hear that good okay. So for billy what are the steps to forging something that would depend on what you're making you it's It's all for your favorite thing knives for knife. It would be for me to determine what type of knife us what type of material I'm going to use. And then if I'm not sure about how I'M GONNA FORGE IT. I would forge it on clay. I deceive it's GonNa come out like I wanted to and then I just go from there. Say I'm just going to make a simple Chef's knife the first thing I'm GonNa do is forged my tip out dumber. Draw the blade out to the length that I want I'm GONNA taper down taper my blade down figure out how went to look and then just finish up so when you say you forge. Something does that mean. You put like a chunk of metal on the end of a big stick and put it over. Fire depends on the methods that you're used to work in many people do many different things. But yes you heat a piece of metal to well over a thousand degrees and then you use your hammered to shape it into the shape that you would like you ever makes more than there. Didn't they tasted terrible. I bet they had a lot of iron metal. This Chris how have used your angle personal best. Is You know. I'm not sure I've never. I've never waited but it's pretty heavy right. Do they come in many different weights and different sizes? Okay so is for both of you Is it true? That all blacksmiths are really bulky. Big Burly Guy. Sure okay. No I don't I don't think so at all. I do need a certain level of strength To use the tools. But there's a lot of intricacies to two blacksmith thing And sometimes a less bulky person could do that better I see. What do you think about that billy? I think it's Agreeable and sometimes you do have to have a delicate touch and it's one of the hardest things ever taken me to learn is that you don't always have to bash stuff small. Yeah that too but you only do that once. You've passed your fingers before. Oh No I don't WANNA know la La la La but does that sound like something. You'd like to try one day toby. What try doing some blacksmith out to? Your House is safe as long as it's safe. Yeah thing like one of you. I could like higher museum or something. You're looking for anyone. Whichever one of US want to be an Apprentice Liar.
