"Answer who will be the democratic nominee and twenty twenty Warren Warren I agree warrant warranty doesn't matter the Pasadena convention center with two thousand patriots of Bryan Whitman Jennifer holds pondering the morning show in the morning on Sir all seals who will be the next candidate for the democratic presidential nomination and Dennis Prager said Elizabeth Warren sort of mock the great wall and Larry elder and I just have to throw you in those moments where you just get that little flash and you just say it doesn't matter and I think the crowd like the what do you think what was great is that you were sitting at the at one side of the panel and you were sitting side ways that I think you might have had your leg cross you're looking at all of them and you saw that answer coming toward you Warren war it was the war and wave you got three are you kind of put your leg down you turn towards a crowd anyway it doesn't matter and seriously we could have all gone home I could have thrown the Mike down on the ground we could have all walked off the stage it it was an incredible moment and that it it you know a lot of people say well that's just red meat but it really wasn't you are saying you were speaking the truth absolutely right and bad what made everybody feel good and feel optimistic that no matter what investigation is thrown at the present no matter what threat of impeachment no matter what they try to drum up that this president's gonna fight you know he is because you worked with them and that you're just a you made everybody feel great in that room who really wants to see that happen in twenty twenty and I know you believe in so to why and look up to the level three is that you constantly thing else some other people who are going to feel really great soon allegedly Jennifer hole in our group of drivers in California what's that this is so this is ridiculous stuff we talk about the ridiculousness of California so the city council in Los Angeles the president is a guy named herb Wesson which to me always it sounded like an oil you know my vegetables with her wasn't but he proposed this week that drivers working in Los Angeles for uber and left be paid a minimum of thirty dollars an hour the right gonna costs go down the street it's going to be sixty Bucks welcome to Los Angeles the land of one hundred dollar over right and this from a city council that will let you have a straw they require vegan options at stadiums you know at anything that they can do to make Los Angeles more green what are they going to do if this is a ride sharing service and they want people to use this and mass transit when they make it easier for people rather than charging them I mean at least sixty dollars for a fifteen minute ride so what what is the has there been a response from the enemy because Hooper is that everyone has a good response from California say access is not there has been a and it was really it what's really interesting is over the last couple of months there has been talk about the gig economy law that's going on in California have you heard anything about it nationally the gig economy another phrase but I couldn't tell you if my life depended upon it there's an assembly bell let that take Gavin Newsom just signed to that is going to make it so much harder for businesses to operate in the California just another reason for people to run to Texas or Nevada or Arizona for more favorable conditions the gig economy was a rule for the assembly or disassembly bill was set up to really target uber and lift drivers and their corporate offices and it would require uber and left and by extension small businesses throughout southern California to get rid of independent contractors essentially so if you hire someone who's independent like an uber a lift driver you have to give them paid six dot paid sick time paid vacations have to become a regular employee eight eight essentially yes so it really eliminate the people you know I might hire someone to do social media or an uber driver or someone who works for door dash to deliver food these companies will now actually have to provide sick time paid sick time for these drivers to get to choose when they work I mean they're not on a set schedule that's why they're independent contractors and it even uber and lift drivers are upset with California interfering in the way they do business because right now we'll bring lift can jump in the car you could if your driver you jump in when you want to drive now because California is fiddling with not only the minimum wage but also what the requirements of paid sick time and paid vacation time they're probably going to have to put these drivers on set schedules and change the entire way they do business in the state of California in Santa T. sharia and sent it to the customers don't want to the providers don't want to drivers don't want it yeah let's let's talk about insanity in another relation in the not the issue I was told that California is wasting six hundred thousand dollars per unit for housing shelters six hundred thousand dollars is giving very expensive housing to the homeless going to some books all the fact that California has more than fifty percent of America's homeless Jennifer hold you know what my co host on the morning answer our lovable liberal Bryan Whitman he argues with me at least weekly about the homeless problem because I've contended for a long time that the people we see on the streets are mentally ill or they're addicted to drugs or both right and that he has always said that it's a housing issue that there's not enough shelter and now there's a new survey that came out from at the Los Angeles Times that took a four thousand if they took four thousand questionnaires and went out to the people that you see as sleeping on the streets here in California they found that seventy six percent of them living on the streets are either affected by mental illness or substance abuse and they were taken with written questionnaire so for me that number even means it's a lower than that the reality because it most people who are severely mentally ill and have issues one for not able to fill out a pencil and paper question here so this issue it needs to be dealt with by humanely looking at what kind of treatment options are available for these people handing them a shelter a passing it tax after tax on a local and statewide voters to try to pay for shelter for the homeless people is not going to work you need treatment facilities no one wants to talk about institutions because they're mean spirited but treatment facilities have got to be set up if we are ever going to take care of the homeless problem and I think that's not a mean hearted to mean spirited statement I think it's actually the only thing that will it's the only kinds thing to do for these people who can't take care of themselves and don't get shelter they're not seeking shelter this is the most important thing it's it's not only that the the only real solution it's the compassion that this is how you help these people because they called help themselves if they are mentally impaired well they have an addiction problem we've been talking to Jennifer horn we love Jennifer whole if you want to have an event compared the is no one better and her morning show with I know it's with Brian but that's okay they got a good chemistry follow her right now on Twitter at Jennifer Hoult post of the morning odds and the gentle dot shown AM five ninety AM eight "People. We started working on the story. I thought it was going to be a story about a cultural object something that people in different side of America's political divide saw completely differently. And it is a story about a cultural object. The object in question is not truck nuts. The object is humor itself truck nuts makes some people laugh, but the people who find them gross or crass or stupid or the bleeding edge of all sorts of odious ideological positions. Don't quite believe that anyone could be buying truck nuts as just a joke. We imagine that they are on some levels sincere. And this makes us laugh. "You go there because they're just maxed out in stressed fetchy. Mrs Hewitt night. Dug deep I'm asking you guys to dig deep, and please be generous the president United States has tweeted again. This is clearly in response to criticism he received for not attending the first day ceremonies at the American cemetery. They were scheduled to go to by the way tweets the president when the helicopter couldn't fly to the first cemetery in France because of almost zero visibility. I suggested driving secret service said no and cap too far from the airport and big Peres shut down speech day at American cemetery in pouring rain little reported fake news. My question this morning with Mike alleman, Eliana Johnson with David Drucker and soon after the break with Josh crash. Our? The president sitting pretty come twenty twenty or is he a sitting duck. Let's talk with tie in San Antonio, Texas. Good morning. How are you? Welcome to the Hugh Hewitt Show. You thanks for taking my call. Great. I've talked to Kayla person sale baron down there for me. We'll do. So I have definitely wanna call them in on Trump's situation. And I have a question for you. That's always puzzled me listening to you. So Donald Trump. Whether or not he's gonna be okay. It's it's pretty much. He's in trouble. Because at this point the Democratic Party really doesn't platform to run on when it comes to policy become all about. Distance. And that the people are speaking to people who really don't care about policy because you know, probably sixty percent of the country actually follows politics in the other just jump saying whenever it's there's something crazy like Donald Trump going on. So I think there's gonna be a lot of investigations opened. And I think that they're just gonna continue to to hammer. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised to see him not even running twenty twenty. After after picking up to two Senate seats. I disagree. Here's what I think. I think if you know your civil war history Gettysburg was a battle fought over three days, the high water Mark of the confederacy was when long streets core jumped off on day three to try and take seminary ridge. And they were destroyed. I think the high water Mark of the resistance was last Tuesday and eight that high. All right. She's like lease campaign in the Pennsylvania. Wasn't that great? This was a bridge too far for them. They do see one by eighteen points in Arizona at the Trump's gonna win. Arizona Ohio is red Michigan is all those red. And we'll get John James back in the race. We'll get Martha. I just Florida is red and Trump wasn't running. And so I. Honestly, it's puzzling to me because you know, like Arizona, I I really don't even know what to say about their after cinema folder through. But it's I kind of worry about our our educational direction when it comes to actually knowing what's best for us when we folks, okay? Go ahead. So why do you why do open year show and and provide platforms to people Stephanie rule? Chuck Todd max maxblue when these people are have clearly defined themselves as hitman against Donald Trump easy to do is it to answer. I y I'm gonna I'm gonna ask you a question. And thank you for the car. Appreciate it. I opened my show to everybody every single person. I would love all thirty two Democrats who are going to run for president to come here early and often Michael Bloomberg if you're listening Howard Schultz, if you're listening Kamla Harris have come here and have a conversation because I do not believe anyone can beat my idea set. That's why and I have to model to the country. That's why have on liberal and by the way. I don't think that's Chuck Todd. I think he's a fine down the middle moderator. But I do believe max boat. Never-trumper? I I you can go read the interview for yourself. What you think about that he incorrectly? He incorrectly wrote in that book of is that I am controlled by Salem. I changed my position. Trump. I brought him on at corrected him. I will I will bring on anyone. That's how you win. You win the way Dan Crenshaw one Saturday live. You don't shut them off and yell at them. You bring them into them down have chat with him. Explain to them. Now, you're just wrong because here's the bottom line. Here's why I think I told the Goldwater institute. I think we're on the cusp of a new era of freedom. I really do. I think the new supreme court majority and these new Twenty-nine Jeff judges on the federal courts of appeal superintendent, this vast behemoth agency administrative state in the way, they've never done before. And by the way, there might be more judges or certainly be more judges in December. And so I believe that we're going to see a Ford March rapidly back to freedom away from the nanny state. And if Michael Bloomberg runs, many people think that Michael Bloomberg is the best guy the best guy to be the nominee fine. We'll be Bloomberg. We'll beat them all because people are going to see what freedom does freedom does amazing things. And especially when it comes to school choice. You know, there's a fairly obscure supreme court decision called Pierce versus society of sisters, which is the right of apparent to control the education of their child. I think there's new supreme court is going to put teeth into Pierce. I really do believe that and when they put teeth into Pierce public employee unions are in trouble. They took all the money away from public employee unions. Two months ago three months ago, that's going to work its way through I am just convinced that the president isn't a very at least as good a position as Barack Obama was in two thousand and ten after the election. He's in a better position. And you know, what my job is is to call balls and strikes. My audience wants to know when Trump has done something good. And when he's done something bad, and that's what I do balls and strikes Matt Whitaker bad idea. Acting attorney Joe bad idea good idea replacing him with someone under the vacancies act like deny director of national shirts, coats, or labor secretary of HHS secretary as are no controversy about that nominated Michael litigator another find conservative warrior who can take Jerry Nadler apart Jerry now there is not that bright. Let's let's face it. You look at the Democrats are running these committees. They're never gonna win the spelling me, I'm just telling you. They're never gonna win the spelling bee there in one and go round and round with a lot. And when they when the Republicans put Liz Cheney in charge of the national Republican conference on the hill for the house, suddenly they went, and they plucked the best communicator in the house. I mean, the leader it's to be Kevin McCarthy. And the whip is going to be Steve's collegiate and the new conference chair is going to be Liz Cheney, and we are all better off for it. Nick in Glendale, California. How are you? Welcome to the Hugh Hewitt Show. Have you up early by radio listeners? Brian Whitman Jennifer horn, I hope at the morning answer over at eight seventy AM. Yes. Born gory, you heathen grace to you. Sir listening very carefully. I'm wondering who is the Karl rove or David Axelrod equivalent Trump administration that you switch credit for Trump's reelection victory to. Well. I think it's me I think accident it just listen to me, and they do what I tell them to do. They had a they got a couple of smart guys over there. But brad. How do you say his last name power scale is their numbers guru? And they've got a bunch of people on the outside who are consulting with them. There is no dominant figure like Rover Axelrod and the Democrats don't have one either. And so there are as dispersal of talent and abilities now so that answer the question. Yes. And I give you one more credence that the people who vote in presidential elections are different from those who voted off your elections. And I think analysts missed out point along. Yeah. I tried to make that to Mike Allen, Eliana and David jacker. This was a hundred and five million people which is higher than the midterms. But the last general was one hundred and thirty two and the Democrats are looking at a train wreck. They could end up nominating. A completely disastrous choice or they could end up. Let me be the first to say with thirty two candidates in their new rule set. They could have a deadlocked convention like the old days in the eighteen hundreds when people go one hundred twenty ballots. I mean, they could have it's going to be a circus. Yeah. Wilson you never know. You never know. Thank you, my friend Bill artesia, New Mexico. Great to have you on there. And what do we call New Mexico? You're not the desert state. You're the enchantment. Now, we are the land of encampment my friend, and I want to say to my Texas friend. I am actually fine with Neo cons. Ryan. How's the occasional leftist providing that no one lays down for them? You have to push back. Pardon me. Amen. I mean, you want everyone on here you want everybody on his show. It's a morning news show. It's a breaking news show. You wanna talk the news makers and news breakers. We want to hear what's on their mind. That's it you I think regarding Trump. Actually, I think the guy could be in a catbird seat. If he didn't make himself a likely roundabout every single issue, and I'm not saying he needs to back away on the issues. I think we need to do delegate. He adds a competent staff he has some very good people in the cabinet. Let them use political speak instead of Trump will speak and that may help calm down. Came here. He is not changing. And so you look at Mike Pompeo, you look at John Bolton you look at Jim Madison. New attorney general new director homeland security, you look at great appointments across the government. Great judges that he is not going to personally change. And so I am I taking that as a given. When I say, he's still sitting pretty not a sitting duck as we approach agree. Twenty twenty. I agree with you. But I also think he's about to have hands full in a you know, he's gonna be like a bird dog with three tales. What's that? New Mexico phrase, isn't it? Dan, rather? That's a that's very funny. I would let their grandmother in my the bird dog with three tales though, that is a Dan rather as in. Thank you Bill in artesia. Let me close this segment by doing a couple of bits of business one from the heart. I opened.

And when he done something bad, and that's what I do balls and strikes, Matt Whitaker bad idea acting bad idea. Good idea replacing him with someone under the vacancies act like denied record, national intelligence, coats, or labor secretary cost or HHS as are no controversy about that nominated Michael or another find conservative warrior who can take Jerry Nadler apart, Jerry, Nadler, it's not that bright let let's face it. You look at the Democrats are running these committees. They're never gonna win the spelling me I'm just telling you right now, they're never gonna win the spelling bee there in one of them and go round and round with a lot. And when they when the Republicans put Liz Cheney in charge of the national Republican conference on the hill for the house, suddenly they went, and they plucked the best communicator in the house leaders are going to be Kevin McCarthy and whip is going to be stevescalise and the new conference chair is going to be Liz Cheney, and we are all better off for it. Nick in Glendale, California. How are you? Welcome to the Hugh Hewitt Show. Good to have you up early about ready? Listen, Brian Whitman, Jennifer horn, I hope at the morning answer over at eight seven AM born gory evening, grace to you. Sir listening very carefully. I'm wondering who is the Karl rove or David Axelrod equivalent in the Trump administration that gives much credit for Trump's reelection victory to. Well. I think it's me I think accident just listen to me, and they do what I tell them to do. They had they got a couple of smart guys over there. But brad. How do you say his last name power scale is their numbers guru? And they've got a bunch of people on the outside who are consulting with them. There is no dominant figure like Rover Axelrod and the Democrats don't have one either. And so there are a dispersal of talent and abilities now so that answer the question. Yes. And I give you one more credence that the people who vote in presidential elections are different from those who voted off your elections, and I think analysts missed up point along. Yup. I tried to make that to Mike Allen, Eliana and David jacker. This was a hundred and five million people which is higher than the midterms. But the last general was one hundred thirty two and the Democrats are looking at a train wreck. They could end up nominating. A completely disastrous choice or they could end up. Let me be the first to say with thirty two candidates and their new rule set. They could have a deadlocked convention like the old days in the eighteen hundreds when people go hundred twenty ballots. I mean, they could have it's going to be a circus. Yeah. Wilson you never know. You never know. Thank you, my friend Bill artesia, New Mexico. Great to have you on there. What do we call New Mexico? You're not the desert state. You're the enchantment we are at random in Tampa, my friend, and I wanna see my Texas friend. I am actually fine with Neo cons rhinos the occasional leftist, providing it, no one lays down for them. You have to push back. Pardon me. Hey, man, you want everyone on here. You want everybody on his show a morning news show. It's breaking news show. You wanna talk the news makers and news breakers. We want to hear what's on their mind. That's it you I think regarding Trump. Actually, I think the guy could be a catbird seat if he didn't make himself a light around about every single issue. And I'm not saying he needs the back way on the issues. I think we need to do is delegate. He hasn't Thompson staff. He has some very good people in your cabinet. Let them use political speak instead of Trump will speak and that that may help calm down crazies. Here. He is not changing. And so you look at Mike Pompeo, you look at John Bolton you look at Jim Madison. New attorney general new director homeland security, you look at great appointments across the government. Great charges that he is not going to personally change. And so I am I taking that as a given. When I say, he's still sitting pretty not a sitting duck as we approach twenty twenty. I agree with you. But I also think he's about to have his hands full in a you know, he's gonna be like a bird dog with retail. What's that? New Mexico phrase, isn't it? Dan, rather? That's that's very funny. Hey, I would let their grandmother in my house. The bird dog with three tales though, that is a Dan rather as in. Thank you Bill in artesia. "Response to criticism he received for not attending the first day ceremonies at the American cemetery. They were scheduled to go to by the way tweets the president when the helicopter couldn't fly to the first cemetery in France because of zero visibility. I suggested driving secret service said no in cab to part from the airport and big Peres shut down speech day in American cemetery in pouring rain little reported fake news. My question this morning with Mike alleman, Eliana Johnson with David Drucker and soon after the break with Josh crush our prayers the president sitting pretty come twenty twenty or is he a sitting duck. Let's talk with tie in San Antonio, Texas. Good morning. How are you? Welcome to the Hugh Hewitt Show. You thanks for taking my call great talk Kayla person sale out of baron down there for me. We'll do. So I have definitely wanna call them in on Trump's situation. And I have a question for you. That's always puzzled me listening to you. So Donald Trump. Whether or not he's going to be okay. It's it's pretty much. He's in trouble. Because at this point the Democratic Party really doesn't platform to run on when it comes to policy. They've become all about resistance, and that the people that they're speaking to our people who really don't care about policy because you know, probably sixty percent of the country actually follows politics in the other just jumps in whenever it's there's something crazy like Donald Trump going on. So I think there's going to be a lot of investigations open. And I think that they're just gonna continue to to hammer mean, honestly, I wouldn't be surprised to see him not even running twenty twenty. After after picking up two Senate seats, I disagree. Here's what I think. I think if you know your civil war history Gettysburg with a battle over three days, the high water Mark of the confederacy was when long streets core jumped off on day three to try and take seminary ridge. And they were destroyed. I think the high water Mark of the resistance was last Tuesday at eight that high. All right. She's like lease campaign in Pennsylvania. Wasn't that? Great. This was a bridge super for them. They do see one by eighteen points in Arizona, who who do you think Trump's gonna win? Arizona Ohio is red Michigan is all those red. And we'll get John James back in the race. We'll get Martha. I just Florida is red and Trump wasn't running. And so I I honestly it's puzzling to me because you know, like Arizona, I I really don't even know what to say about their after cinema folder through. But it's it's I kind of worry about our our educational direction when it comes to actually knowing what's best for us when we folks. Okay. Go ahead. So why do you why do open year show and provide platforms people I- Stephanie rule? Chuck Todd max boot when these people are have clearly defined themselves as hitman against Donald Trump, easy is to answer. I y. I'm gonna I'm gonna ask you a question. And thank you for the call. Appreciate it. I opened my show to everybody every single person. I would love all thirty two Democrats who are going to run for president to come here early and often Michael Bloomberg if you're listening Howard Schultz, if you're listening Kamla Harris losing come here and have a conversation because I do not believe anyone can beat my idea set. I changed my position on Trump. I brought him on at corrected him. I will I'll bring on any. That's how you win. You win the way Dan Crenshaw one Saturday live. You don't shut them up and yell at them. You bring them into them down and have a chat with him. They explained him. Now, you're just wrong because here's the bottom line. Here's why I think, but I told the Goldwater. I think we're on the cusp of new era of freedom. I really do. I think the new supreme court majority and these new twenty nine Jeff judges on the federal courts of appeal superintendent, this vast behemoth agency administrative state in way, they've never done before. And by the way, there might be more. Judges are certainly be more judges in December. You know, there's a fairly obscure a supreme court decision called peers versus society of sisters which established the right of apparent to control the education of their child. I think this new supreme court is going to put teeth into Pierce. I really do believe that and when they put teeth into Pierce public employee unions are in trouble. They took all the money away from public employee unions. Two months ago months ago, that's gonna work its way through I am just convinced that the president isn't a very at least as good a position as Barack Obama was in two thousand and ten after the election. He's in a better position. And you know, what my job is is to call balls and strikes. My audience wants to know when Trump has done something good. "Amac dot US, A, MAC dot US. Hope everybody had a good time yesterday at our town hall in Glendale the stars were out Dr. Excuse me. Sheriff David Clarke was there. As was Mike Gallagher. Dennis Prager, Michael Medved. The great elderski who am I leaving out? Brian Whitman, Jennifer hosted. Leave anybody out. I think everybody did. I oh. And of course, I was there. I know I left. My brother was also there Kirk made a rare appearance. That's right Elvis entered the room, and he hung out for a little while. And so I think a good time was had by twelve hundred people something like that were there. The biggest one we've ever had. And we talked about the first five hundred days or so of Trump, and we thought was going to happen in the midterm elections. And I had a good time. Hope everybody else did. Well. I wanna talk about the reaction to this woman who's come forward. Made the allegation against the judge bread Cavanaugh said when they were teenager at a home in in a suburb in Maryland, he assaulted her along with a friend to the point where she thought that he might inadvertently kill her. She says and ran into a bathroom locked yourself. Andrew five or ten minutes, and then got out of the house and hasn't seen him since then this happened when she was a teenager, and she only remembered it a few years ago during psychotherapy. And I'm watching the reaction on CNN reaction on MSNBC. And people are taking her accusations very very seriously, and they deserve to be taken seriously. And I'm just by the contrast between the way, the accusations were not taken seriously by people like Juanita broaddrick who alleged not just an attempted assault or an assault. But rape, Kathleen Willey. Who says that when she went to the Oval Office Bill Clinton took her hand put it on his genitalia, and what happened Gloria Steinem wrote an op Ed piece a few days later published in the New York Times said, even if you believe Kathleen Willey. I mean, it was just one time and he stopped. Are you kidding me? And getting back. Twenty two broddrick more importantly for twenty sixteen. She alleges the two weeks after the array Hillary approached her at a political gathering squeezed her hand, so hard. It was painful looked her in the eye and said, we appreciate everything you're doing for us. And when eater broaddrick said, she knew and no uncertain terms, Edmund keep your mouth shut. Dell's so she's alleging that that this alleged rape survivor was intimidated by presidential candidate name, Hillary Rodham Clinton, nobody even brought it up during the campaign. If Hillary was asked about it. I'd never heard it. By reporter. And the woman who represents. Christine Blasi Ford had a very different attitude when the allegations were made by. Juanita broaddrick. The allegation was made. By Paula Jones. Let's remember what. Paula Jones is alleged to experience result of Bill Clinton. She said, well, he was in the room. He quote unexpectedly reach over to her took my hand pull me towards him. I love the way your hair flows down your back. And I love your curves. He didn't put his hand behind my leg starting to slide towards my pelvic area and bent down to attempt to kiss me on my neck or without my consent. What are you doing? What are you doing? When she pushed him away move to the sofa Clinton came close to her lowered, his trousers, and underwear explosives peanuts, which was wrecked and told her to kiss it. And Jones then attempting to leave. And Clinton said quote, while I don't want you want to make you do anything. You don't want to do. And then pulled up his pants and said if you get into trouble for leaving work have Dave call me immediately. I'll take care of it. She left the room. You are smart. Let's keep this between ourselves close quote. Now the woman who represents this four Dr Ford the woman making the allegations against judge Cavanaugh his name debrincat's Washington DC lawyer, she went on CNN in March of nineteen ninety eight on the program called talkback live and said, quote, Paula Jones lawsuit is very very very weak. She's alleged to lead one incident that took place in hotel room that by her own testimony last ten to twelve minutes. She suffered no repercussions in the workplace close quote. She went on cats did the CBS evening news on April. Second nineteen ninety eight and said that Jones has allegation would not hold up. Because quote, clearly a one time incident that took place in ten to twelve minutes. She was not forced to have sex. She left on our own volition and the courts increasingly are finding that that's not enough to create a sexually hostile work environment. Claim close quarter. Later on said that Jones cannot show that her harassment was quote severe and persuasive, and pervasive, quote, if a woman came to me with a similar pattern that is somebody in the company above her proposition her but only once and suffered no tangible job detriment. I would probably tell her I'm sorry, it's unfair. But you don't have a case close quote. That's what Deborah Katz woman, representing Dr Ford said back, then regarding Paula Jones, she now, of course, saying something very different. Here's what John Kennedy Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana said this now this is before the attack, right? Dinovite herself. Thank your committee will sat for the accuser identified herself. Thank your committee will send will approve the cabinet nomination and send it to the floor on this week out scheduled. Yes, I think I think the vote will be eleven to ten. Line vote straight party line vote. I think the nomination will come to the floor. That'll be up to Senator McConnell. I think every Republican will vote for judge Cavanaugh. I think at least two and probably more Democrats will. You may disagree. Judge Kavanagh's political or judicial rather floss. Fiat don't tavern believes that the role of a judge is to interpret them all not make them. All now that was before the woman who made the allegation identified her and before the Washington Post publicly published the very specific allegations that she made more on whether or not this is going to torpedo the Brett cavenaugh nomination when we come back on Larry elder. Do not leave.
