"Studios at three 41. President Biden is expected to sign a massive bill this week on climate change healthcare and taxes. It goes down as a major victory for the president, but will the inflation reduction act actually do what it says it will. Ken Walsh, White House political analyst for U.S. news and World Report, joined us earlier to explain the bill. The title is somewhat misleading actually in the inflation reduction act, but a lot of what is in this legislation is important. And we'll have an impact. But it's not particularly on inflation and any impact on inflation would probably be delayed and it's not what they call and term of our shovel ready. In other words, the impact will take a while to show up. So people are not going to even feel this in their lives for a long time So my feeling about this is that this is an important legislation that shows that President Biden can get things done in Congress. He can move his agenda, which had been the subject of criticism up until now. So he's shown that, but as far as the impact on people's lives, I don't think people are going to feel this for quite a long time. May have a positive impact on President Biden's own standing over time, but not immediately. Yeah, so with that kind of mixed bag of things that you were talking about, what might it mean for voters coming up? I think it's going to probably motivate Democrats to turn out more in the midterms in November. I think that's a certainty basically. And so that will make a difference in close races. So it could have an impact in the midterms. But as far as moving independent voters and so on, I don't think that's going to happen very much. It's really motivating the base. But that's important. So I don't minimize that it'll have an impact, but I don't think it's going to be large scale. I don't think it's going to create kind of a wave across the country. But it will make a difference, I think, in specific competitive races. And that would be important. Do you think that maybe it hasn't helped that this bill has been talked about in just sweeping terms, climate healthcare without really pinpointing, like saying, hey, it's going to do this for you in particular? I think that's true. I think that President Biden and The White House folks are so intent on showing that they had a big agenda and they wanted to get big things done. I think they raised expectations too high really across the board. So legislation like this, which is important, is not on the scale of a Franklin Roosevelt, new deal, or a Lyndon Johnson great society. And I think that the Biden administration created such large expectations that now people are sort of giving a side when they see this because it's not the kind of historic change that President Biden has been calling for important but not historic. And I think that's a big difference. Did the NCAA Legalize Cheating? Coach Chan Gailey Weighs In

"NCAA did such a terrible job. I mean, they followed it all the way to the Supreme Court and everybody telling them you're probably gonna lose this. This is just, you know, they kept on college presidents, though, an athlete record. We're encouraging it. They lost, but they had no plan B and now you got Bryce young at Alabama is making over a $1 million a year in NLR and IO partnerships. You've got kids. I mean, how can not say this is, I mean, it's just, it's one, it's not Pro Bowl. I mean, it is not pro ball. It is pro ball now. Number two, this plays into, you know, used to when you were coaching like if I was one of your big alumni. You know, it was a wink wink not. I couldn't suppose to have any dealing with the player. Now, I can have my all set up, and I can offer them before they ever get to say, if you know if you come here, I got a $1 million sitting here. Waiting. I mean, did we legalize the NCAA really just legalized cheating? Yes, that's all it was. They legalized it. And they did it in the name of doing what's right by the players. And I get that and to a certain degree, but I've been wanting to know is all along that said, okay, you want to pay the players, let's put $20,000, $25,000 every year they're there. And when they walk out, they get every one of them, not the quarterback, not the left half, hold not the linebacker, all of them, when they graduate, if they've been there 5 years, they get 5 times whatever it was. And they got a 100,000, a $120,000 when they walk out the door. But everybody wants it now. Everybody wants it now. We're analysis society. And I deserve it and give it to me now. And there's no white on anything. So it is pro ball, it's just, you know, a different way to do it.

Sebastian Reflects on the Presidential Clearance System

"Served in the Trump White House as deputy assistant to the president for strategy. As a result of that political commission, yes, that is what we were called politically commissioned officers of the president. I had to go undergo a background investigation. And acquire a top secret SCI, clearance. The clearance system in America, it's different in other countries. Has a very specific genesis and purpose. The intelligence communities, the 17 big agencies, there are many, many other small ones inside various departments and armed services, but the 17 American federal intelligence agencies serve one person in government. Their job is to provide intelligence, raw, or finished intelligence, to help the president of the United States make national security and foreign policy decisions. That is the only reason they exist. In fact, the whole classification system for documents for clearances exists for the president. It doesn't serve the chairman of the joint chiefs. It is not subordinate to the Speaker of the House or the vice president. It serves the president. That is why, for example, the president can give a clearance to anyone he wishes to, likewise he can strip only he can strip a clearance from anybody he wants to. If he wants to give his best buddy from high school a top secret SCI, code word, SAP program clearance, he can. He can just click his fingers and make it happen, because this system works for him. It is predicated, it exists to serve him in protecting America as the commander in chief. Likewise, should he wish to strip someone in federal government in the executive as the chief executive, he can strip them instantly. So the idea that a president or former president is a misusing classified information is impossible. He could wrap his fish in chips in classified information. If he wanted to, he could declassify in theory every single classified document or piece of information in U.S. government, who caused chaos, but he has the power to do so.

'Race Marxism' Author James Lindsay Describes Critical Race Theory

"Me is doctor James Lindsay. He is extraordinary. Doctor Lindsey is the world's expert on all things critical race theory, postmodernism, queer theory, all of these ideas that are being put in the classroom. He is an expert on it. And so we're going to go deep in this conversation. We're going to get into the philosophical roots of what it's destroying our country and doctor Lindsay is the author of two books, race Marxism, and also cynical theories with doctor pluck rose. James, welcome back to sass. Thanks for having me, Charlie. It's fun to be at your right. That's right. James used to say he was a liberal, but I don't know if that's the case anymore. So James walker audience through, let's just start with the basics. What is critical race theory and what is so dangerous about it? Critical racer is a disaster. To paraphrase the president. Critical race theory is calling everything you want to control racist until you control it. It's really that simple. It is the idea that the organizing principle society is racism, created by white people, to benefit white people. And everything in society is organized to operate around that. So what you are dealing with in is a Marxist theory of race, which is why I called the book race Marxism.

The Legal Significance of the Trump Raids With Attorney Joyce Vance

"I have to say even for you, like, solid calm professionals. This is a lot this week. I mean, just those of us that aren't lawyers are like, oh my God. And now Scott Perry's phone. I mean, talk to us about I don't even know where to start with the legal significance of this week. But go ahead. So maybe one way of looking at it, this is probably the most boring way, but you know me, I'm boring. Yeah. That's what we love about it. Is that today is 89 days before the midterm election, Mar-a-Lago was searched. 91 days before the midterm election. And DoJ notoriously tries to go dark on politically complicated investigations. At a period of time sufficiently far enough out from an election to avoid any allegation that they're influencing the election. You know, the ghost of Jim Comey sort of lingers over that whole thing. I'm glad you got to him before I did. Yes. Early. If DoJ had stuff to do, it makes sense that we would see it happening this week. And so now they've got 90 days to quietly sort through what they obtained at Mar-a-Lago. We have no idea what that is. And figure out, you know, let's just put this on the table early. Two things could be going on at Mar-a-Lago, assuming the reporting is correct. This is about national security classified papers. One is there could be a criminal investigation going on. These cases are rarely prosecuted, but there's some factors here that suggest that there would be good reason to investigate and consider that. Possibly more importantly are the national security implications. And whenever you have a spill of classified evidence, you've got to figure out what's involved in the spill and whether or not there is risk to national security. So, you know, we've got a former president who notoriously sat at dinner at Mar-a-Lago and sort of crowdsourced advice on how to handle a Korean missile launch. There's no telling what he would do with papers. The important thing is that people need to get people government needs to understand what's happened and what the risks are.

'This Isn't Like Watergate' Says Watergate Prosecutor Jill Wine-Banks

"Hide your wine banks. Good morning. Good morning, Stephanie Miller. How are you? I'm very fine and dandy on this historical day. I just have to read this part of the statement from the office of the 45th president for you. He said, what is the difference between this and Watergate? Where operatives broke into the Democrat National Committee here in reverse Democrats broken in the home of the 40th president of the United States. Your thoughts don't want base. Like that lamp. That was my thought. When I first heard that, I was actually on air as this was breaking. And I burst into hysterical laughter because it's so outrageous. I know that some people may think that they are only people who listen to Donald Trump because operatives did not break into his house and Democrats didn't break into his house. FBI agents had a search warrant to buy a judge, finding probable cause that there was evidence of a crime at Mar-a-Lago, and therefore they had a legal reason for going there. So it's not at all like a burglary and the night by former CIA agents were part of the bay of pigs invasion of Cuba. No, it's not at all like that. This is actual law enforcement. That's how law enforcement works in America.

Jill Wine-Banks Explains What Goes Into Getting a Search Warrant

"Can you explain as a prosecutor? Jill, what a lot of people have said is do you know how much evidence there has to be for a judge to sign off on a search warrant for the home of a former president. We talked about this with Jeffrey Clark and John eastman that for a lawyer of a president, there's got to be a high bar. Can you explain what just happened yesterday? It's a high power for any American citizen. To be subjected to a search. And a judge will take even extra caution if it happens to be somebody who happens to be the former president of the United States. The bar is very high. It isn't the same as what it would take to convict at a trial, which is beyond a reasonable doubt. But probable cause means it's more probable than that. And remember, there is a judge who has already found that Don eastman and Donald Trump more probably than not, more likely than not, committed a crime. As far as the reporting here, we can, I would say, conclude that the reason for this search had to do with missing documents that were wrongfully taken from The White House and kept at Mar-a-Lago. Some of those are highly classified and pose a national security threat. We don't know if those are the ones that they were looking for. We don't even know for sure that it was documents that belong to the government and not to Donald Trump that they're looking for. But we do know whatever they were looking for if they find other things that are evidence of crime. They can take them if they're in plain sight. They have to be within the exact precincts of what the subpoena said. So if the subpoena says they can search a safe, they can search his office, they can search his bedroom. All of that is fine. That means they can't go into the lobby. It means they can't go into the bed, whatever room isn't named. But if they find something there, then in the places that are specified, it's fair game.

"This Is As Dangerous As Trump Gets" Says Glenn Kirschner

"It feels like accountability is trending stuff. You know, this is a big step on the road to justice. And it's shocking, even though we've known for a long time, Trump is a lifelong abject criminal. You know, the fact that he stole materials from The White House brought them down to Mar-a-Lago. They clawed back 15 boxes. I'm sure Trump and his people over and over again assured law enforcement authorities in the national archives. We gave you everything and then we learned that they were subpoenaing things and Trump and company were refusing to give them up. They subpoenaed surveillance tapes to see who might be accessing what we now suspect. Might be documents pertaining to nuclear weapons systems. And still, they couldn't get them back so they finally go in and execute a search warrant. We can talk about what goes into getting a federal search warrant. I've done it hundreds of times. It ain't easy in normal circumstances. And I'll tell you, Steph, the only thing that's left is indictments, criminal charges because, you know, this is as dangerous as Trump gets. I didn't think he could up the ante on the trees in front, but he just has.

Kash Patel Shares His Thoughts on the Mar-a-Lago Raid

"Talk about the raid of Mar-a-Lago. So I had a government clearance. I maintained it because of some work I do as a contractor outside of government, but we have this system in America where directors of agencies like the CIA, cabinet members and former presidents retain their clearances. They have legacy clearances. They don't have to re up them every 5 years. They don't have to have an excuse. So explain to me with what logic could you raid a president's home if he still has the highest clearances cash Patel? You can't with the logic of politics. The Department of Justice has become the department of politics. And so as this FBI, because nobody's rating Barack Obama's home, where he has 30 million pages of information, a lot of which is classified, he hasn't released one single page of it to the national archives. Here you have president Trump the most transparent president in modern American history, giving documents in the national archives declassifying them and telling him to get him out, but only to have the national archives, and I know this because I'm president Trump's representative to the national archives and have been fighting to get these documents out. They're not rating Obama's home. They're not reading bush's home. They're not reading Jimmy Carter's home. They're not reading Bill Clinton's home. And this is the hypocrisy and the two tier system of justice on full display. He wants the American people to see the documents that show the corruption and this is me just making a guess, but I think the documents that they seize that Mar-a-Lago show more government corruption by the FBI and DoJ. And if that's the case, it shows the politicization of our law enforcement, just like when I ran rush again. Remember, Devin and I only got 60% of the documents out. President Trump declassified the rest, but because of bureaucracy and The White House counsel, they were never released. All right,

Seb Talks to Kash Patel About the Purpose of Security Clearances

"I have so many things I want to dissect with you. Let's start by let's talk about clearances and classified information. Yeah. So I've still got my clearance. I gained a clear inside of clearance, a secret clearance in the British Army. I got a TSS CI in The White House when I came in and I think most people don't understand why the clearance system exists and why we have classified information and who the intelligence agencies of America work for. So would you as somebody who's worked in Congress convicted terrorists to the DoJ ran The Pentagon, why do we have intelligence services? And who are they writing their classified products for cash? Yeah, that's a great starting point. We'll get to their failures in the second, but classified information serves a purpose set. It's to protect American national security interests, which means you are protecting Americans. And sometimes the information is so sensitive, we don't want it out there in the public. IE. We don't want to tell Baghdadi that we're coming to get him because we put it out on Twitter. We don't want the facebooks of the world to know the positions of our hostages before we go and get them. Those are just obvious examples, but the better point is the intelligence collection doesn't always necessarily lead to an end state. It shapes policy at The White House and how we defend against Russia, China, and Iran, the largest state sponsor of terrorism and the like. So there is a need and a purpose for classified information. But the over classification of information has become a systemic problem and the failure of agencies to be able to share with each other is another problem that I tried to fix when I was deputy director of national intelligence.

"Hey All will here with a quick note before this episode I know I said we'd be keeping up with thrones content and some of you may have noticed that we missed. Last week, which would have been thrones content. I'll be completely honest and say. That I, intentionally. release. Episode I in fact. That episode may possibly wind up being the first episode in our four hundred plus episodes history that we have intentionally binned. I don't know maybe I'll wind up released mid eventually but I I just did not have. The heart to release it when he should have been released and I'm not sure how accurate the content is right now. So we'll see how it goes I've been thinking for some time now about. What to say if anything about recent events and I think for the moment at least all have settled on is That S- I don't know. I don't know maybe I haven't settled maybe that's the case. will say that it sucks to see a community. That has been so dear to my heart for so long reeling. and I think it's GonNa take some real effort to heal at this point if we do at all. And I don't know. How that really happens other than? The one thing that I definitely lean toward at the moment is if any new effort? Is put forward at this point is probably going to to need to be some new people doing so. So if you're out there and have the art and drive and passion and dedication I would say A. Beer enemy needed to step up but I will also say I'm not sure we necessarily need to be in a rush to just both forward. With that type of thing without some. Real work done. So take that for what it is and mullet over a little bit guys I'm rooting for us all. And in the meantime, enjoy an episode of props and slops. Welcome to the White Book podcast. So the audio is going to get messed up. We're going to have to rerecord and we're GONNA mess up. Fact it's going to be terrorists a long while since the audio got unsalvageable and could be used at least an episode that I've been involved in so it has you guys have me terrified? Find the largest wouldn't object. You can right now at knock on it for good luck. Knocking with Atto counselors knocking great, yeah! I think. I would count it. Okay. So. Rich start with stuff I've seen nothing, but you guys have watched. You WanNa prop end or slop from the watch category. sure. I'll go ahead and kick it off since minds of the top of the list here in the second item is kind of a sub item of this one anyway. I am going to prop peacock despite the iconic yet, also unfortunate name. This is NBC universals entry into the streaming wars of. Twenty twenty at it's the last of the major companies to enter the arena now and like frankly. I actually have to say I think it's my favorite of the new streaming services to have launched in the last year. At least on Xbox, which is where have been accessing, and for the most part though I did a little bit on my phone. mainly on Xbox, the interface is just really slick in seems just much smoother to move around and more intuitive to do the things I want to do than other ones. I I've been in lately. I'm looking at you HBO. Max Sore like Pluto or something like that. I really like combining both a good on demand selection with the always on channels. Make sure it's not the same is literally like tune in HDTV or the history channel, or whatever on satellite but if you just want some background noise. You're your dinner, folding laundry or something? It's hard to be twenty four seven and Saturday night live reruns. There's a bunch of others on there as well. There's a twenty four seven today channel. NBC News and think once office reruns and I think Sky TV's on there. There's a bunch of EPL league. soccer matches that sort of thing so yeah, overall I, really like that plus the pricing scheme I think is. Much more attractive than some other stuff so you can you get access to I think it's like three quarters ish of all their content. four free with ads just like. Regular television basically or they have a paid plan starting at four ninety nine I think for ninety five. That's three comcast subscribers by the way the yeah, yet everything without, but with ads, cop, cassie, bribery, slice, scrubbers and Cox. Yeah, so you get you get everything with a few ads, which is not a bad price, or you can go atlas for I think it's nine, ninety five, or whatever so the price points are much more reasonable to me. The other recent services again looking at you HBO Max. Yes. It definitely puts HBO Max to Shame on its initial. Things its pricing structure, which is the best way to think about it to me is it's old school Hulu. Hulu back when I used it more regularly, which is you know? Freedom. And I do agree with you. Will that the access to like failed to watch 'cause you know Alan I cut the cord a we don't we? Comcast forces us to pay for. Some channels I don't even know what channels we have, but we don't have the TV box hooked up, but it is nice to just what I'm using. Peacock, my phone to be able to like watch like fifteen minutes news, or whatever, and then like watch what I'm going to watch. is is pretty good. I like that. I will say I think. The four ninety nine to get access to everything with ads kind of a cash grab, and the fact that they're willing to give it away as a nominal thing to basically anyone mildly in the comcast world. tells you that. It's kind of a joke. I mean don't they own comcast? They do yes, so so the fact that is willing to give it away to me from with my comcast Internet package. You know tells me that it's not worth that much to them right? They don't. They don't because they don't give you. The AD. Free version with by overpay price comcast plan. They, give me a sure and a lot of the good stuff like the real good shit. Like is behind the pay wall. The biggest one of course, law and order. which is like not streaming anywhere like ooh, I'm talking about like not sex detectives. Bullsh- new. Bullshit I'm talking about. Old School eighties and nineties, law and order the stuff that people of. The three of US grew up on that bullshit. That's behind the pay wall and they don't actually even have my number one. I think the service is good we're GONNA use it. It was briefly on the PS four today. But it was removed for some reason from the PS four. But I used it for a while, and it was good. I, used it for about three a break between in in work as to for a couple of hours, and it was good. It streams very smoothly. It wasn't Super Atty. Who these days it feels like every five seconds who? It's like watching your actual television on Hulu. So the ads were kind of reasonably spaced out. So Yeah I. Really enjoyed enjoyed the service. I also grew that. It's better than HBO Max I. Don't think it's better than Disney, plus even probably has more content, but..

On why slow so it has improved a lot there and in particular the commenting and discussion system has improved a lot So if you haven't looked in awhile Go there take a look especially if you go get logged in and heads straight to a G. O. OT DOT COM slash flair room. That's F. L. A. Are you an Mezin man? And that takes you straight into the new forum section There's a there's an all discussion feed that has every post that's been made including Notifications of went new articles and videos and such a go up and those any comments there in the forum are cross linked to the comments on that particular article video or anything on the front page of the website so all all of that is integrated Back and forth If you make a comment anywhere you're making it everywhere basically And of course there are various sections. Everything else Really I I know. I'll be blatantly honest. I know folks had some issues with speed in the on the site in the past. But if you had to dock cards slash flair on. I think you will be very pleased with the extremely snappy modern discussion system there that There have been handful of people kind of popping in posting a few things so I would really love to see that. Take off a little bit more Not Everybody wants to use facebook and I think this is a great alternative to have some discussion on that front on the theme of what I was saying about the other websites. Of course that takes money. The podcast takes money. You guys know that. We've had a patriotic for the white book. Podcast for quite some time to cover our hosting and such so. If you do enjoy it got the cards. I don't want take any credit for all the content. We post the everybody else's providing we do to of course white book Podcast such but do you know. You can talk about drafting magic if you want done a done quite a bit of that lately to get time to good time now the other thing related to all of these or at least The end of that is that I do. WanNa take a moment to talk about What what to listener engagement? I guess Community engagement not only. Of course what. I love it if folks Use the forums. A little bit more. I know there are others of you. Don't use facebook. Our don't want to use as much facebook and I am definitely finding the less. I use facebook the better. My mental state is but conversely also More interaction is good. Not just in the state of the world as it is right now but the state of the the game the community content creation. Right now right. This feels really weird to To say let like listener numbers. They've gone down sure. What do we expect in a game? like this where the the company that produced it has is no longer making Content for it but numbers have not gone down as much as I would have expected but even well before that happened. "Strength or or comparative badness or whatever right but like breeding tigers and selling them is kind of like one level of scale right and and it it hits onto some of that though most it really is on the interpersonal drama. But it raises these questions of much more intense malfeasance on each of these people's parts And really kind of only raises that question and just says hey by the way you think. They're bad will they might be really terrible and onto the next person. Let's talk about them. Yeah which is both kind of mind blowing to watch and sort of dissatisfying in the end. Now I'm just really filled with a lot of questions right now. It sounds like you've had more grounding in some of the Dif- different perspective on this Roy As some other coverage it covered some things or even just in tiger king as there have been some stuff. That's convinced you weather say Joe. Really did hire a hit on Carol whether Carol Really Murdered her millionaire husband in the nineties. Whether a doctor what Black what what blackmailing people and euthanizing tigers and burning them and Or Jazz maybe framing people. Well how about this? I mean I think that the basic facts of the story I think are that are presented in Joe in in the documentary. Probably true based on what I've read and like one of them like the one of the one of the big things that's actually very controversial Is You know this whole theory about whether or not Carol killed her husband or not. My wife that she did it. I think I agree with you on our side But she's still on her side but like if if that had been missed. If I've been proven she would be in jail traits. There's no like she hasn't been charged right. And so that's everything except for. Joe Is all alleged at this point. I think a alleged right so my working theory. What what makes the most sense based on the facts is that the peop- the other people involved in this story enabled the obsession that Joe had with Carol to the point in which he did do it but they they have this. They set him up but he still did it yet. He still did it like it was. They enabled him. They saw that. This was not bringing the car games. A leak in his life that his obsession with Carol was something that they could use to to set him up to get him to be like. You know what? Hey you could you. You've been talking for fifteen years about to kill this woman. Here's somebody who will kill her. And he went through with it and they then leveraged his willingness to act on this thing that he has been obsessed with and repeatedly threatened her on the Internet to the point in which he was blowing dolls that he had her face plastered on with with guns. Like it's one of the things that was really shocking to me About about it is just. It's just a reminder of just how much free speech for White people is pretty limitless White men because the things that that Joe did to care about instead about Carol Without any consequences was just extremely insane to me Anyway and so my thing would be. They're all guilty. Which is that Joe? Joe went through with it. But and you know maybe if he had not encountered Jeff and his friends he may have just stayed at the level of making youtube videos about threatening to murder her but He was willing to go through with it now. That let jeff in his associates. You know flipped him over to the feds and do a whole bunch of other stuff. That's involved in that. Basically take jobs livelihood away from him but that doesn't mean that he's innocent and it doesn't mean that at the end of the day he doesn't deserve consequences for his actions and one of the things that's kind of like left out in the documentary series. That's developed more in other reports about Joe did murder like Mur- like kill tigers unnecessarily And that was one of the many of the other charges that he was charged with And one of the reasons why he got so much jail time and it was weird that that was kind of like tack in at the end that he's accused of unnecessarily. I mean you could save murdering six of his tigers And it's and his own former employees in friends or basically like yeah. He did it he did that. So you know. Even within the context of Joe as an animal person he comes off at the end says it's really reprehensible as much sympathy for him because he's clearly been troubled person and you know growing up as a gay person in sixties and Seventies Oklahoma and North Texas is not going to be a very easy thing But he's at the end of the day just really reprehensible person who did a lot of really reprehensible things as entertains he was and then I mean it kind of gets washed over until Peretti Layton series and even then. It's almost blink and you miss it but his actual romantic Probably Romantic in quotes Relationships were Dark Cedar. He's a predator. I mean you clearly preyed on. Young Boys You know it's it's a messed up situation and upsetting really gets downplayed. You know I think to just double back and we should probably move on a little sugar hiker King. The thing that I found really frustrating. About the documentary ticket the end is how it tried to create false equivalents between all the actors in the documentary series at the end A minor theme that kind of flows through but kind of crescendo. And I'm like I. I read some reviews while watching it about that. And it's like I don't know if that's the case but at the end they kind of doubled down on it and basically said that all these people from Carroll to Joe to the the other breeders that are that are mentioned just all roughly the same kind of the same crop cloth and that just is not correct like whether or not you like some of the other people on this like even if you for example Carol being the Big One even if you think Carol might be opportunist or a little too obsessed with her own self image. She's nothing. What she does is nothing compared to a joe and his friends did both the Tigers other human beings and you know just just a jet just in general and I found that very frustrating at the end It just like that. False equivalency was sort of a note that they chose to end that they chose Don. I won't too far into that like you said we should probably drop tiger king here in a moment so my parting thought will just be man. I I want to know how the conversation with the producer or whoever went Between them and I'M NOT GONNA remember the names of any of Joe's husbands but The first one The one who barely has any teeth domes- you eat. He's not actually the first one. Joe's actual husband died of AIDS. Oh that's alternate actual not actually talked about okay. They don't touch on that at all. The first of the ones that we meet there we go But who like the conversation between the show runner? Whoever and him that was like here by the way we're GONNA need you to be shirtless Sitting in a recliner in the just like worst setting possible like every time that we show you for this interview. That'd be great. Sure okay. It's just kind of kind of throws me for a loop because it's obviously not his natural setting like this so much of it is footage of people doing their stuff around the various parks and sanctuaries and stuff but this is sitting there for an interview so it had to have been staged that way heared. Yeah it is weird okay. That's my last thought. Wow I'm never watching that. You can't like it doesn't sound like it's for me Oh so my weight. Was that a prosperous love. People like us the name of the show. I would say that I lean at the end of it more towards the slop than a prop but it was It was it was a worthwhile experience. It was it was fascinating. I think I will still give it a pro for being fairly compelling watching Reviewing I should say even if alive the content is kind of questionable berna moving on from whatever that was I got. I decided to place the Metro On the switch during break So I'm playing to at the first. One is a definite Which is considered one of the best in the Genre. Really good reason. It's amazingly gloom. Really difficult with like ramping difficulty. But like I don't really like the Games but it's so slow in the mood fit so well it's location that I find myself like Braun to actually completing circle parts. That are getting bored doing something else. Super High Prosper Holiday. If you have switch lease get this guy okay because I need to get a switch on the PC. And I think you can play it. I think it's on every system to spend. Google is grown to go for definitely on.

Everybody just work while they are on holiday but even that but it's just the turnaround that he was able to accomplish. That was so quick that if it even taking a week if he wanted to next week when he was back. It's still faster than anything. That would have happened. Prior to this frustrated agreed agreed. Yeah Yeah it's just it's one of those. What if SORTA things right? You just think like man what what all would have been different about the the the state of the community. That game organized play sales of the product the future of the product and so on if there had been this kind of communication for the last three years since the game launch. You know since second launched. Anyway I agree. I mean it's hard to predict but I I have to say that I think it would would. In general be a much more favourable across the board think it would have had a very large and a trickle down effect. I think one of the biggest complaints that people had the community was organized. Play so having someone that actually up here so care about his job and what he does and I think he has a good mix of you know organizing and being able to communicate and communicate. You know effectively inappropriately to people in the community. I think it helps out a lot and that position that he's in. Yeah Yeah I think it's great I mean and we saw a similar shift. What a little over a year ago year and a half ago. Something like that Whenever Ryan. Ritter moved into being able to deprive prizes on the front. We really saw that quality and the just the quality of what was picked. But like the what sort. I'm looking for the relevance of what was picked right so that they were actually useful cards and so on. We saw little step up. Everyone's using that summoned the court from Organiz or marching orders from cheese. Was the very first kit. White van. Mortified physician was the first goal. Okay we'll allstone. I'll start Yeah man to say the was it. Neil when something saved someone even know yeah he does do. Yeah I think he. I think he kneels stuff. Wouldn't get saved. I don't know it's not. It's not good but things have really stepped up since then so I think I think the two would have been a pretty stellar combination to have had earlier but I mean yeah arrived. Guess they had to just pick a card out of like a basket right back in the day on which Promo they're going to do. Probably Yeah I mean I had it. Been a completely random like a number random number generator like. Oh here's the because none of it. Some of like zero sense in life like you said like the card was never played. No one even knows what does but like I mean you gotTa have like those cards that are like you mentioned relevant with great art to have like an organized play kits and stuff like that to make people want to attend these events and try to chase after these. Promos and win But no one was wanting that someone in court no one mean. I think I've got it somewhere here just to try and be a complete list. But that's never never actually going to happen actually complete. That's never going to happen. Not with not with all the house specific stuff from then on. I'm Toria like that idea. But if you're playing a house that you don't normally play and hang these cards on there so rare like the aftermarket is crazy expensive. Yeah I'm torn. I mean it definitely makes some excitement to kind of spread the prizes out that way And give more people a reason to Kinda keep fighting like all the way through Even if they're not going to win the top prize kind of thing. It foster some house loyalty and things like that. It just kind of sucks for the complete EST collector that were not getting those without Without paying Prateep Penny. And that's why I liked. I think they started a Gen con last year. Was I wasn't up getting like top eight at Gen con or Pop. Sixteen one of the two but like I got to a point where they were giving me like full play sets of like some of the cards so even though it wasn't like by factional choice. I got to a point in the placement. And we're like oh here's like all the reducers like here you go you get like a complete place at of all those. And here's like all their lands that we had here's complete place although so So that was nice where it was like rewarding. You As cards as you long do that. When I went in on the prior year I didn't even get a full place of Catlin starts as Vega have two more. 'cause I only got one and they just told me now con coming up. Like two of these promos. Sorry sorry we have a fifteen hundred of these. Refer exclusively foreleg handouts. Sorry that you tournament just do you still tyler. I will have to get some at some point..

"That would have been really does have health traits Ega and she shares a power icon for surviving. Do you WANNA be putting power on the character to remove. But it's also you can purge the milk. Poppy on your edited. Jeez tailored even play scheme. Exactly exactly so you know. She has uses Probably be playing some after. I think she served trusting that I don't think she's she's too expensive for me but yeah I think she's. She's too expensive and to delay. I think that's probably the the big thing in the comparison hold hands you get him up front right when you need it and want it Leisa you have to wait till she dies which is not always one hundred percent of your control. So that's that's a bummer. I do want to note however awkwardly enough somebody at FM. I'M NOT GONNA name names but I think we can narrow it down really must be having personal giggles that the last main release for each edition of the your card game has introduced. Leisa Erin and then things got next. But so but both the C. C. G. and first addition So fascinating somebody really really wants to make some kind of yeah. I saw that. I don't quite understand but I notice it's see that's form. Yeah sure torment. He is a right. Yeah five cost to Eke or strength military power icons is a storyteller and a wildly intimidate and reaction after you win challenge which giants banks participating. Leasing TAILED ACTION. Discard one tail token on the giants. Main a wilding here. Let's to strengthen own till the end of the phase. I'M GONNA give I'M GONNA go ahead and say right up front. I mean right off the bat. Is there any character in the back? Who's more whose character is more represented in a card than this from from a from a medley perspective tales. Get bigger in the talent and it. It's a nice way to really represent renown like the abstract concept of people gaining renown about their stuff. But I mean that's super bowl. He also shares a trait with the other best storyteller in the game. The blue barred old man right. You just not share trait blue more and I just made that up he did. Yeah Yeah they are the only team stragglers in the game. I'm theme deck has enough as much support as small council pretty much. I think From Card perspective I like the idea of a neutral. Five costs imitate. I think that's good. His vote is not ban. He's also not the personal all around these numbers one of those. We've seen I mean he's yeah is he going to play in the wild and back sure. Bac I mean yes. That is he going to play in anything else. Just like all the other five costs like those are pretty good characters that we've got mutual five costs. Yeah those are pretty good characters. Now I hate to say airman does not GonNa get Flynn. I mean there might be without Intersex that it sees that. He's him to give him intimidate and something else. And like if you if there's a if there ever is a Brotherhood Banners. Dak goes to hired angry term. End Vermeer Serio. Those are all five costs or lower haircutters that seed decent use. I don't know if there's actually yeah. I think a good power icons good. He might make a blend. The Saturday Credo Ham while the power icon. He's not and they're fine. He's not he's not the military injury like Lynn. Cordray is. Yeah Yeah you just gotTa give Cordray Lady More. Oh of course. Don't play their club. Haywar kidding Oh yeah I looked at up again. That is really bad lady forlorn. Yeah well both but yeah. Oh yeah so. I don't know I mean in the end. I think he's a C- from me like another in theory. Good but I think in practice Keleti not gonNA get there. Yeah more like more be. Yeah Intimidate so good. I mean it is so good I I think I'm leaning more towards the FBI minus than the see. I think I think he's good on his own I think he excels in the Wildlife Deck. Solid CHARACTER RIGHT ARCH MAY STIR. Marlin neutral character by boss for strength intrigued. Power Maistre once per phase. May Marshall play a face down card under your agendas but working in after arch maistre. Excuse me reaction after arch maistre Maryland. play place the pop two cars in tech face down year.
