"It is sorry. Some college football news literally just broke. It's pretty big. So what is this big caught that? North Carolina. Florida state, Virginia, and Clemson. To the SEC. Clemson to the SEC's interesting, right? I mean, that's now finally dabble can get run out of there. Another potential powerhouse going to the SEC in terms of their recruiting ability and their national championship pedigree. That's going to be fun. So are they going in? Well, do we know what division? Because there's divisions in the SEC. So it does, it says that they're negotiating to join the SEC ESPN is going to avoid their TV deal with the ACC. I would get the SEC divisions are a mess to begin with. I'm trying to pull it up here. There's something like there's a couple of years ago when Missouri won its division. Yeah, it was the winner of the east division was further west than the winner of the west division. So I would guess they'll rework it all. Some of these conferences have speculated going to three divisions. I could see that and maybe adding like a north division in east west and north it's maybe those teams Kentucky and Missouri. But college football continues to tweak. It's going to be for everything. Obviously. That'll be really interesting because the SEC has never been a basketball conference outside of Kentucky and occasionally Tennessee. But now you have Tennessee Kentucky Alabama and auburn have kind of stepped up in the last couple of years as programs, Oklahoma is obviously great program. And then Virginia, North Carolina, of course, blue blue blood programs. So that's almost more interesting for basketball than football. Three of those four schools are going to get smoked and football on the SEC. Clemson mercy. But the SEC is now like a pretty legit basketball conference. So I don't know what the NCAA can do about this, but this wild wild west with the conferences is it can't be good for the sport, right? It can't be good for the stock. For the product, this is crazy. Like this is absolutely absurd. This is not as absurd as UCLA and USC going to the Big Ten, right? Like that was like, what the hell is going on? This is a bunch of schools like Michigan and Ohio State in the northern part of the country and the Midwest, some of those teams. And we're having two Cali teams come all the way over. That's just ridiculous. This is at least geographically, isn't that far off from where the other SEC schools are. It really is a far off at all. But it's still just this whole open endedness and this wild wild west and college football needs. There needs to be some checks and balances. There needs to be somebody that steps in and says, look, we got to go about this in different way or we got to manage this a little bit better. Yeah, so we'll see what happens again. I think it's being negotiated right now, but that would be an interesting one. So again, this is a multifaceted storm because we're talking about wind gusts of 30 years. 35 MPH, um it, of course that is going to create some furious waves along the lake. So there we go. We're looking at the 123 punch if you will. So Dimitrius should correct me if I'm wrong, but I was driving in planning to talk about beach erosion. And I swear the winds will the winds were blowing from the west. Have they shifted? No, they They were generally coming in from the north. For much of the day. It could have been where you were, You know, I don't know. I don't know my directions. But those two building where you driving to work or where you drive Denver to work. But wait. So then, Okay, so the winds are coming from the north. He's sort of blowing toward the Southwest. But the storm also is coming from the source. Southwest was right. That's correct. I think you could certainly make the argument for the under that depth and goaltending might be more important than ever this season with all of the kind of back to backs and this team has more back to backs than anyone in the nhl. "All let's talk to Tom for Nelly from CBS sports in the athletic you can follow him on Twitter at Tom for Nelly time it's Kristin Adam this evening and if we take a look back on week four of the college football season the most impressive win last weekend was clearly Wisconsin beating Michigan right. yeah I I have a hard time coming up with one that was better I mean that was a situation where Wisconsin had looked really good in its first two games of the season I mean it'd outscored South Florida and central Michigan a hundred and ten to nothing but the problem was it against South Florida central Michigan and we really didn't know how good it was awhile Michigan itself might not be as good as maybe we thought it was going to be before the year at least that's what kinda shaky in the first three weeks that was still Michigan that without the without their in completely dominated on Saturday medicine that I mean that was just it wasn't like a situation where we see with the with the scouts of the past with squeak by one of the better teams the big ten that would that game was never in doubt and it leaves a lot more questions about Michigan and Wisconsin because if you look at the big ten right now I mean I thought going into the season that the west division was going to be wide open but based on what we seem to the first four weeks I'm already ready to write it shake you know Wisconsin's winning that division and it's probably gonna be in Indianapolis putting Ohio state at the to see that I feel like the division to the conference are already settled based on what we've seen so far and on the other side of that Ohio state continues to dominate they look like they're not even missing urban Meyer they're not skipping a beat whatsoever do they look like the team that's most likely going to be representing the big ten in potentially a college football playoff.
