"They might just sign on to, like, stop them. Like shutting out, the Bruins Scott, Wedgewood is a free agent. We should start that Bruins getting Scott Wedgewood. I would suck. If the president got Scott wedge what? I mean seven you made seven hundred thousand last year, you know maybe Andrew Hammond Hamburglar, he's a UFA. So, get a hamburger. Any reason this is promising, this is bouncing. Let's see, who they Louis Wing. Lets you know, maximum, like I say get the get the reunion going, you know, he was here for a bit, bring him back. So you know, there's just do the guy in full stranger. The young guy maybe it'd be a Target him. I don't know. Maybe it's not bad idea. It's even young, he's twenty-seven, he's not that young. But so there's, you know, there's guys, you can gain from here, it's like, you know, there is a lot if you want that situation where you have, you know, let's say, you know, a Mike Smith who's 39 by the way as long as I think he's young but you know, Mike Smith for half a season was swimming and then when he comes back maybe you do that. I don't know if you can keep that under six seven million combined, I'm not against it but it's also just like You know, you don't know, Trask is going to be like when it comes back, but if you again if you can get Mike's I mean bikes we just had a good season. So, you know, he's going to be due for probably a little bit of a pay raise from the, what was he making this year? He was making I think one point five million. Yeah, one point five million. So I would think he'd get a little bump cuz he did have a solid enough year. So that's going to be a whole thing that. Yes, we do anything with the board and we try to piece everything together and it doesn't always work David krejci. The other hand, that it's funny that the only, the only Bruin on Friday that was very often their contracts. I suppose. Mike Riley ironically enough which will get you maybe later or an indifferent episode where he was just like, oh yeah we're we're getting something done. We're on the same page here like and I haven't heard a player come out like that often so long that was just like, oh yeah, like cuz I'm so used to recruit stuff or a group would come out everybody. Like a couple of weeks and be like, oh yeah, things haven't talked to him. They were scented their contract offer like this is awful, man. That's all I want to do is be here, Thursday. Is terrible but crazy comes out. And, you know, typical grade, she doesn't really say much kind of nonchalant but my favorite quote of that whole thing was when he's like I talked to my parents, I don't even know what to tell them. It's like hilarious. But obviously crazy is a UFA getting older mid-thirties didn't feel like they were going to bring him back going into a year. But after seeing coil not really step into that role producing consistently and create you getting Taylor Hall next to him? Makes you think, well, they probably bring them back, but from the sounds of it off that exit of you didn't sound like krejci was getting a return call. Am I right to think this? Yeah, I know it was very, very interesting and as you say crazy doesn't give much anyway but even just like the Dead The tone of it or what have you? Again. He's not a guy that out really expresses his emotions. I think nearly as much as some of the guys..

Final Fantasy VII Remake Spoilercast

"Are going to begin the segment that you have been requesting for the past couple of weeks normally. This is where we were talking about what we've been playing but what we've been playing animal crossing which will talk about next week has been final. Fantasy seven remake. Thank you do square UNIX for providing US copies of final fantasy seven remake disclaimer? Out of the way. I don't even know where to begin with. Spoiler cast for final fantasy seven remake. Maybe with the spoiler warning full like Joe in case it wasn't clear that this was the spoiler cast and we're going to be spoiling the game It's going to happen. If you have not finished. Final fantasy seven enrolled credits. You may want to press pause on the PODCAST and come back to this after you have or if you like. You know what I'm good with it. You just get on this ride with us but now you have been properly warned and on that note. Britney to you. Oh God okay so I think the best way to start this off is by dissecting the ending because I think that will help us have the conversations about things that happen and maybe who some characters where I need to have a little a little discussion. Come to some mutual ground here so what I okay so I think it's obviously okay to talk about the events that transpired in the first file fantasy game and that that run parallel with this game however there are certain relationships like between cloud and stiffer off and era that. I think we shouldn't dive into because I think there's a lot of new people who are just have been introduced to the series. I don't want to spoil those pivotal moments now. Granted as we know going forward. We don't know what's going to happen in the next installments of final. Fantasy seven remake. Were getting them getting them. That said I think the way things are lying out in the way that the events unfolded and beginning actually for the majority of the remake. A that leads me to believe that. A lot of cannon who cloud is who suffer out that those things are all the same and I don't WanNa spoil that okay that's fair because I also yeah okay. What of my major pet peeves actually like granted? This was what third thirty hours ish but I was actually a little more irritated that they didn't dive a teeny tiny. Bit More under who suffer off is like I don't need. I didn't need them to do a lot with him but I wanted them to do more than just be like. Oh He's bad like he's he's he big evil man big sort than you do. I'm like what give me any sort of shred of information because clearly cloud you know him. You're having weird flashbacks you. You're clearly not okay. Which is a whole separate issue. Keeps saying you are. You're not which maybe a metaphor for all of us who knows. Maybe we'll have whisper stranding. That's okay so right so let's kind of like talk about the first thing that I think is important for. We dive into the ending. And that is the whispers the arbiters of the protectors of destiny. Now these dudes or girls or whatever these robes there's basically mentors that you look like the mentors for sure they are number were they. Those were in the first game. I don't at all okay. Well yes so. These are not in the original game and you can kind of think of these these figures as a rabid foul fantasy seven fans. Who Don't want any changes to happen to the story as it was back in one thousand nine hundred eighty seven and what I mean by that is they. They're exempt their purpose is to keep destiny and fate on-track it. An example of this is toward the end where Barrett gets tablets separates Mezzaluna or one of his big spear right. It's big old sort sore. That he constantly shows off and his leg look at. My lungs pointed at the camera. It's lung and you see how big this is my Soroush anyway. Yeah so in the original Game Barrett does not die there or maybe he doesn't die at all who could say but that's not his time today which is even though you see him get stabbed Wade. Barrett didn't die because of Britain's getting two. Okay so think of whispers are trying to hold up the main events of the original file fantasy seven. Make it a little. Mehta here but stick with me. Let me know if you have any questions okay. So yes when Barrett gets stabbed. He should have died from that right but the fact that he did. It is because the whispers interfered or like now dog. This isn't how it goes down. We're GONNA make sure you're still alive. Think about in the Church with era in cloud any original game era cloud flee the church and in this game you see the whispers literally pick them up and shove them through the door to get them out and then they escape they like literally force them to fucking move and another example is wedged when you guys sector seven wedge originally dies there as those big Asda's Jesse but in this game wedge survives that whole scenario and then towards the end though we hear him we see him getting shoved out of the building. And all you hear Glass Shatter. And then you're left to assume that he did fall to his death rate because wedge was supposed to die. He was not supposed to live. Is this making sense? Yes one hundred per okay. Wonderful the whispers. I was like okay once once. They finally explained what they were supposed to be. Obviously until that point. They don't explain it until you're almost dead at the game but once that explanation throws like all right but I didn't i. I'm glad you did the comparison with the original because I didn't know like I couldn't remember all the details of what had been happening. Yeah I have questions about that but I'm going to hold them until you're with your explanation. Okay cool because yeah. If you had never played original file fantasy seven you wouldn't know how the events specifically are to unfold right for me. I had a feeling I knew what was I were when they were surrounding Jesse in sect when she's in sector seven and she has the grenade in her hand right and she's like I never miss and she went to throw it but the thing like detonated a little early and that's where she died because she was getting through the whispers interfere like dog. You have to diet here and same with biggs when you see him kind of slouched against whatever metal. He was slouched against you. See the whisper circling him like okay. We've done the thing like this is what's supposed to happen to you and this is why we're here at this point like oh so it was kind of cool watching the rest of except he's in like a hospital bed at the end. Yeah that's a whole nother thing. Okay Super Weird because the thing collapsed on you right like all the whole damn case in explosive flame like there's no way the bigs would have survived. There's no way really that Wedgewood have survived like there's a heat at least a little bit more of a plausibility because he was on the ground. And it's possible that he it on what they think. They are looting to he tripped and fell into this whole. That's I should find your. And he did survive that encounter but then when he's in Chinnery member he kinda gets force out the window rate by the whispers at the very end and I think you said like I just wanted to make a difference and you hear the Yeah Poor Baby Squirrel. We don't know about him so I agree with you with that. Whole big theory. Let's hold onto that for a second. So I had this recap the vice dot com just because I think could be a good refresher so. The game concludes with a battle against stiffer but to challenge him to characters have to first defeat the whispers fates and the moments leading up to this the characters witness flashes of the original game storyline cloud sees Eric. Die The entire group watches red thirteen in his children running through the ruins of the old world. They make the conscious decision to fight. Fate vanish banish the whispers into their own course and with the whisperers defeated. They're able to do so. The characters are outside of mid Garden and fast and open world uncertain of what the future holds. The unknown journey will continue. The screen reads as the Camera. Pans up into the clouds implying that the future is open to change that continent. Continuity isn't as important as telling a good story. Now the tool secretes have okay. So that moment for me was pretty fucking crazy because when they were fighting. The crucial accrue across the whispers. All of the Big Harvard or harbinger were harbinger. Whatever the fuck they were you got the three little boys and you've got the very very big boy. Yeah and you're seeing the flash red thirteen running up that mountainside which is kind of like an iconic scene from the end of the original fantasy seven. You see her death scene. She's trying to summon holy email. Which is I can't go into that. You see these things happen and then when I you but are you telling me that the final boss fight. We got at the end of final fantasy. Seven is actually the final fight of the whole game of the original. No she's saying that the when you when you had those flashes when you were fighting him those were some of the ending. Parts of the original game like those were some of the ending scenes so that part of the game. But not of the whole game right. Kerr so okay. I'll try to explain this again in a better way. Okay I mean it's it's admittedly very confused girl. No it's fucking confusing as hell. Okay so you have all of the characters. And they're all I think this is before they're getting ready to fight all the the big whisper bosses. They're seeing flashbacks that you see. The flashback of red running you see the flashback of air dying or of rain. You see other little flashbacks and this is the quote. Maybe this will help you remember. Remember someone asked what the Hell Oracene probably bear it and read says this is what happens if we fail today. Yes and that was before all the final bosses but what that because I've played final fantasy seven and I've seen that Indian when he said when we're seeing all of those scenes that I know are the South China Sea seven and he says this is what happens if we fail today immediately. I'm like this is an alternate time line. And that's what my mind just fucking ball. I had anyway Andrea. Are you following or is it still confusing? I mean admittedly going to be confused. Okay but I think like there's there's more questions I have than just that stare continue. Continue on okay. So we'll cover some more of the ground here so you have the the whispers the big boy and if you use your assess material on the big boy it says this guy appears when someone tries to alter destinies course and then for us the assessment Syria on the small guys says they are an entity from a future timeline that has manifested in the present day. They protect the future that gay shape to it. So like right there shows that you're fighting essentially against these things that are trying to prevent alternate timelines or prevent fate from being changed. So that was making me do while we want to go and watch original final fantasy like information. Because I don't remember I played definitely had read thirteen when I was playing seven whenever I did like ten years ago. But that's as far as I got. I had him for a little while and then I didn't play again. I never made it to the ending. I never made it through a lot to these pivotal moments and so to know that now. Theoretically they're trying to alternate timeline it and I want to kind of compare like okay. Well what was the beginning of that game again because against a really long time to the beginning of this? And what would they be fighting against? And what are they fighting for and like trying to map? These things out I think is interesting. Yeah so the Andrea in simple terms is that you have original final fantasy seven from nineteen ninety seven right and I gave us people know it. Is You have cloud and Tika and back then areas and separate off the big bad guy and everyone knows that areas in that game dies.

"A southern California investment company property investment company they flip houses basically they wanted Wedgewood to sell the magnolia street house to the Oakland community land trust now why would they want to do that well according to the moms in the land trust when you sell it to the land trust it just made available it's it's capped affordable for low income and so my question to you and I know this is very contentious I know that a lot of people think that that what these women did was illegal that why wouldn't everyone do that now that everyone's houses at risk that you just walk down the street well I got I want to live here free I'm almost I get a live in any house is that how you see it or do you see this as a necessary step the housing cannot be treated like a commodity because people need housing right we need to house people people need to have a roof over their head I mean should have talked about this before the hierarchy of needs right there right at the beginning housing shelter you need it because if you don't have it where do you end up on the streets bothering people because you're laying there homeless right I mean that's what that's what we keep hearing from people that hate seeing the homeless you know the call them bombs in junkies right that's all they are they're just people that just want to you know work the system and they don't want to work drug addicts right that's the problem it couldn't possibly be there's a segment of the population that are hard working and that runs have gone up so quickly in the statistics I read is forty seven percent in two years forty seven percent in two years the prices have risen as you might have a gun of forty seven percent so so who's renting buying these homes nobody there say they're sitting vacant which was the point that these moms for housing or making four one five eighty eighty eight ten I want your take on the situation because I think that this this could be a new page and how to deal with the working poor the working place or they just don't make enough money the house themselves they go to work eight ten those twelve hours a day working multiple jobs but all of those paychecks combined don't equal enough for rent and food and so they end up living on the streets or intense or these moms cases they see a vacant home it has been sitting there well people are laying on the streets homeless and the like no we're going in we're going in and we're gonna change things so let's go over the details on this all right so the latest is what what properties like I mentioned agreed to sell the home or to negotiate actually in good faith the sale of the home to the Oakland community land trust it will acquire the land and property for affordable housing now this is a three bedroom one bath houses on magnolia street according to the chronicle Zillow says it's worth six hundred thirty one thousand dollars a little more than that I think Wedgewood bought it for about five hundred thousand okay and they said that they would negotiate in full and in good faith to not sell above the appraised value okay so in nineteen oh eight that's when the house was built in nineteen ninety seven which I'm sorry doesn't seem that long ago but it was okay fifty thousand dollars that's how much this house is worth they bought the house for five hundred thousand dollars at a foreclosure sale okay so nobody was living in this house it was vacant I think they're going to be doing some sort of upgrades in that they're flipping it there in the house they bought it said there vacant I don't know how much of a rush they were and I think they bought it they got it in July at a foreclosure sale and the moms moved in the November no they could've been doing work on it maybe although they were doing work on it I don't know how the mothers got in so easily but they did okay so under the agreement Wedgwood will also negotiate a right of first refusal program for its Oakland properties which according to the company is about fifty fifty properties and they're going to give the land trust first dips or first right of refusal no I would assume that the local land trust does not have enough money to buy fifty properties in Oakland but they might be able to buy some and then those houses will remain affordable for the working family not somebody making one hundred two hundred half a million dollars a year we're talking about people that maybe make minimum wage no maybe twenty Bucks an hour I think you have to make something close to fifty dollars an hour to be a full a to be able to afford an apartment in the city or in Oakland fifty dollars an hour please close to that right forty seven fifty dollars an hour do you make that do you think that everything everybody in your community makes that do you think the waitress down the street and the you know works the gas station no all the things that you love that you want to see the grocery clerk all those people that make fifty Bucks an hour course not do you want them to be part of your community do you think the people should travel two hundred miles to work at your local grocery store no it's not possible there has to be housing rice is available for everybody in the community and the only way that can happen is for housing to stop being made into a commodity and being sold to the highest bidder and the only way to do that or at least one of the ways to do that is what these moms have succeeded in doing by convincing not only the city of Oakland but really state investment company from southern California to give the land trust first dibs on these properties plot it I absolutely up what it because what else are we going to do you can't just say well if you can't afford to live in Oakland then you just shouldn't live in Oakland I want to see how many people would leave Oakland if that was actually the case know what are your grocery store now what okay your nail place nobody would work anywhere is that all these big but you know top of the Google or or YouTube or wherever these big tech companies Facebook only the people at the top of the market there would be able to live here that's C. want to live with you don't want anybody serving you want your fantasy at the restaurant we all have to be millionaires to be able to live here is that what we want our community to look like or do we want everybody there's room for everybody so I don't know all the details I would love to get someone from the Oakland community land trust on KGO eleven I'm gonna put out there if you work for the land trust in you can explain it to me better than I am about to please call in for one five eighty eighty eight ten but I went to the Oakland community land trusts website just to see okay how do I buy a home if I'm a low income person you know like these moms for housing so the homeownership opportunities according to their website are reserved for people and families that earn between fifty to eighty percent of the area's median income in Oakland this is determined by adding up all the incomes of the household members and that will be the gross income of your household you also need to be able to qualify for a mortgage now that could be a hurdle some people can't meet but you have to be able to qualify for a mortgage in general that would mean good credit maybe I psycho score between six twenty to six forty also me so their steps here you have to contribute at least three percent of the purchase price of the home as a down payment so for a hundred and fifty thousand dollar home that amount would be forty five hundred dollars and you need to provide proof of steady income over the past two years and that's what I think that people mess or some people mess with his mom's rousing story I think they just look at at these women like you're living on the street you don't have a job you're just lays in the broken to somebody's house these women to be able to buy this home have to have jobs that's what they're asking for they want an opportunity to pay a fair market value for a home that sat vacant for years because they see it is cruel for homes to sit vacant when people are sleeping on the street that the number there be they are in Oakland and San Francisco this is wrong with you then there's all this available room there's all this available housing because somebody wants to hold on to it for maybe a tax write off for depreciation or I don't know they have the money that they could just pay the mortgage and it doesn't matter that there's nobody in it that is to get a step over the homeless people that are just just dying literally dying for a roof over their head and I'm not talking about the people that want to be home is not talking about the ones that are refusing housing I'm talking about the ones that are hard workers the members of our community that just don't make enough because of the slow increase in wages in this country and in the city and they can't make it they just can't make it four one five eighty eighty eight ten do you agree with me that you know it if nonprofits can step in here like the community land trust in Oakland and by these properties for appraised value appraised value nothing free here to keep it in perpetuity for low income working families that that is a step in the right direction let's go to the phones a mole in Capitola what do you think when you hear about these moms and the deal that are getting with the Oakland community land trust in what what properties I completely agree with you and I know that there's probably been pushed back by people to you know have a biased view of it bed it's like I said when I you know called and I said you know yes it was against the law that district desperate times call for desperate measures and the fact that a lot of our city developers and city council members did not allow for adequate housing and I'm a fourth generation to California good afternoon you know Cupertino area one check came in over a slow period of time at the grill it pushed people adult yeah because they were thirty or forty years behind in this state of creating helping and now what is being built it's just so far out of reach for what you said the working working class it's just not available and we want a working class I mean we want that one can be diverse and we want restaurants in and server is in a gas station attendants and an eight and just the average office worker I mean people don't make a million dollars in every job around here people criticize people being homeless on the streets living in Carter's but then when it comes to actually coming up with solutions I don't want to be bothered with that either exactly exactly and and that's a great point well it's just and thanks for your call it seems like everybody wants to complain but when solutions are put on the table right now but not bad and I think this is a great idea again going to the Oakland community land trust you need to have an income you need to have a credit score to get a mortgage you have to have three percent of the down payment no one's it's not a full hand out here but it is something to get people into housing that they can afford Sam in Chico what's your take.

Judge To Rule On Whether Homeless Moms Can Stay In Vacant House

"This three bedroom house is the first actual home Walker has had since she moved back to the bay area in April this house has been sitting vacant for years Oakland is my home and I deserve to be here Walker moved back to California after fleeing domestic violence in Mississippi she knew the bay area had gotten expensive but she was shocked at what she found even if I had time to prepare the housing crisis I still probably wouldn't be able to afford anything so I'd yes sleeping at different relatives houses and hotels which is very very unsafe environment according to the most recent count more than four thousand Oakland residents are experiencing homelessness meanwhile the city estimates the number of vacant properties at around forty three hundred but most of the owners of these vacant homes live outside the city that's part of what Walker is pro testing by occupying this house to raise the moral question of who gets to live in this city we we believe that house and as a human I am we're going to fight for that we want to see all and house moms have chosen Walker and others have organized a group they call themselves moms for housing the home they're occupying was bought in a for closure option by a company called Wedgewood an investment group based in southern California Sam singer is a spokesperson for the company you can't walk into somebody's home and take it as your own that's called stealing work with that singer says the women are trespassing this is a a train on a on a single track and it leads straight to addiction what would says it's real estate portfolio includes hundreds or maybe even thousands of homes along the west coast and Aaron Glantz says that's part of the company's business model he's the author of a new book home wreckers a look into how corporate entities like which would have been acquiring properties across the country he says Oakland was one of the hardest hit areas after the housing crisis as families began to lose their homes to foreclosure in two thousand eight and two thousand nine it wasn't other people that came in and bought those homes it was speculators buying through strauss-kahn's means that's in fact the case with the home the two women are occupying and why they say they're occupying this home in the first place grant says California's housing crisis is about more than just building homes it's understanding who owns the housing and what they're doing with it back on magnolia street Dominique Walker it says she's beginning to feel at home she's moved in furniture and recently her one year old son took his first steps here to moving into phyllite you have a basic needs being met because housing and shelter is a basic need and a human right ultimately a judge will determine if that argument has legal standing a ruling is expected soon on whether the moms can stay or be forced to

"And a group of homeless women who moved into a vacant piece of property in Oakland owned by that company is heating up in a case that's come to exemplify some of the issues at play in the region's housing and homelessness crisis to homeless mothers began living in and on the occupied west Oakland home with their children last month for shelter and as a form of protest in that highlighting Oakland's housing problems earlier this month the company that owns the home Redondo Beach based Wedgewood sent them an eviction notice and the mothers have brought the case to court to argue that they have a right to stay for the latest on this we're joined by KQ Wheaties Kate wolf and Cape there was a hearing scheduled for this case in Alameda county court today what happened right so today one of the mothers who's living there Dominique Walker arrived to make her case before the judge and the judge decided to postpone the hearing until the thirtieth of December on Monday and the judge actually is already made a preliminary ruling against I'm in favor of what's what and he said that that preliminary ruling still stands meanwhile in west Oakland about two hundred fifty supporters assembled at that house on magnolia street prepared to stay on the ground to defend the house if the judge ruled that the eviction could move forward okay so now both sides are going to be in court next week let's dig into their legal arguments a bit more here from Wedgewood's perspective this seems fairly clear cut that it's their property and it was a legal for these women to move in there to have that right yeah exactly so Wedgewood says this is a simple legal case of illegal entry and illegal occupation P. R. strategist Sam singer is their spokesman and he essentially said that there's no right way to do a wrong thing the wrong thing the and actually right there you can also hear the supporters of moms for housing chanting over him sell them the house they're trying to get at Wedgewood to negotiate with the mothers to sell them that property in west Oakland and for mothers for housing this sort of comes down to this notion of housing as a human right something that we're hearing more and more of your in the bay area what's their arguments and in goal here with this case so their argument is just that there should be no vacant property is wild there is such an intense homeless and housing crisis in the bay area in Oakland they say housing is a human right and if there are vacant houses people should be able to live in them and the taking a stand really against speculative housing the speculative housing market in which companies buy up foreclosed homes and flip them for profit Leah Simon Weisberg is the group's attorney and this is what she said outside the courthouse today this is been a real statement that Oakland is not interested if your only business model is speculation you're not welcome in Oakland so they're talking about this company Wedgewood here what we know about this this home that they own how long it's been vacant and what their plans are for it this is where the story differs a little bit Wedgewood says diet they bought the house earlier this year this summer and when it was for closed on however the most say it's been vacant for much longer for years and Wedgewood has said that they want the moms out so that a charity this southern California based charity can't take it over and provide job training for at risk youth in the city however a lot of people including city council members I think that this organization is sort of fishy and it's actually just a way for Wedgewood.

"I have the pleasure of being with Charlie Finneran who with his wife have created the most amazing indeed, Mike goodness orderly. Tidy exhibit of folk materials that you would have seen in the garden on the farm hanging in the wall in the living room items might have been used in the kitchen things you would have found down at the local grocer. It's a toys. Name is Charlie. Have you ever been in county? Mayo to the museum of country life and data have Stephanie and first of all it's just like twice. To the award winning. Derek clad four can heritage museum here in south Roscommon and getting back to that. I have indeed been lovely place and very well presented on their internal power Costa. And they have an advantage that you don't have they're funded by the office of public works. Yeah. We were just a small family run outfit here. So we're more or less on her own. I would imagine, you know. You know that place. I when you pull into the grounds, it looks like you're pulling into doubt Naby palatial area of a place, and they took an old historic gorgeous manor house, and they added a new portion onto it. And it's massive. And and by the way, people it's free the admission is free because it's funded by the office, Ireland's office of public works. So they've got deep pockets to take good care of it. And it's worth of visit. This is something you had to do all on your own. And what an undertaking a massive undertaking. You know behind massive for over forty years now headed find my wife and live for years to do a lot of the work now. Well, now, did you was this building that were in on on your the grounds of of where your home is? No, we just started off with the whole near. And we built over purposely been farther museum over the years. You know, I collect teapots which grew NTT parts for the most part and that grew into coffee pots and chocolate pots and cider pots and one day. I found yet another something I had to own an Antic store. And when I brought it home, I realized we were out of shelves. There wasn't a place to put this. Thank goodness. I wasn't collecting cook. Jars people never collect cookie jars they're just too big. Take up too much space. But you know, we had bought we had to go out by Curio cabinet. So I had a place to put this very specialty. And I got to the point where I said, that's it. When this carry up cabinet is that now that I've got it that when it gets filled. That's it no more. So you have to actually go and build a building that's much more ambitious than having to buy more shelves with shouted off. With one billion dollars got filled. We build another one and another one and another one Justice year. We have all continue section there. And you'll build a non it's all to do with Terry, bygones Everton from medical right up to the media and abortion. Well, yeah. That was fairly amazing. And but I have to tell you there, you know. People who are collectors, and I'm sure there are many in my audience who either are collectors themselves or know, people friends family members who are collectors it, you know. It becomes not just a passion. But it becomes a certain kind of insanity. It's like, you know, you you gotta you know, you you've been bitten by the bug or definitely bitten by the gets Cray is the psychology and the snow a killer. I collect. I used to know a woman. I hope she's listening. In New Jersey, who's father collected Wedgewood pieces, and I have a fairly good sized collection of interesting, Wedgewood pieces, and she used to say to me you have to come over and see my father's Wedgewood collection. Okay. So he's got some shelves. He's got to China closet. Whatever I finally went to visit. He had taken a two car garage and turned it into Florida's ceiling showcases just filled with Wedgwood of every color of every year decade. Jasper ware of different eras says it as it changed and evolved and then up and down the middle. Like, you have here in this building that were ended the moment department store or supermarket where you've got aisles that are filled with more shelving and display cases.
