"Big fat guy just the fact in Wayne township school a year removed from this referendum has already ticked off about the fact that they're not getting any money from this you know I don't have to say it for you Robert but we told you so but it's not about the kids it's not about the teachers it's about growth of government look you the school people are Bernie Sanders people band I mean it is disgusting the amount of money tens of billions of dollars that go into public education and what do you hear JD skills and beauty was dealing from it no matter how many referendums you pass them or how much money they get they will never hold themselves accountable and god bless them the idiot voters keep letting them do it so why not keep going I hope you're it can you do an entire show in that voice the road condition coming this weekend Sunday one to three will read for Linda talk about the Danville referendum you to hand in defeating correct is my bank accounts getting very heavy these days from all my success yeah I love these people on a social media out of calling you out all right rob thanks a lot for you giving us the you know the referendum now would you actually going to do about it what's your solution and here's the so here's what I told them and I mean this seriously the superintendent the vice president of the school board and the the former she may still be the head of the chamber said ridiculous things about me to people by the way if you're in Henderson county you should know almost everyone is my friend so if you're going to bad mouth me it's going to get back to me I said I want to things I want a public apology from those three people because a very mean things they said about I want a fraction of what they gave that Goober to help them put that referendum up in the first place I got twenty two percent all have your problem so by Christmas so for those before we get ahead of ourselves here for those who don't know how this works the Danville Danville school Corp and a lot of the school course hire a consultant to help push these referendums through and they pay anywhere around twenty to sixty thousand dollars for these guys to help push them the referendum no no money to fix things or sidewalks rooms but they've got twenty to sixty grand late around to pay somebody to figure out how to raise your taxes and this is why your still doing a victory lap here because you won you beat Danville's referendum the same way you beat brown's burst this is what you do to the referendum killer so somebody but include paid a consultant in Danville the push referendum somebody paid you to yeah I took but but the difference is my money came from private funds people who actually earned it they didn't extracted from people by threat of force which is what taxation is to raise your taxes the people gave me money because they said in some cases I had one couple tell me over the life of the referendum their taxes small business owners the a couple rentals the owner of a small business they on a little bit of farm when their house a million dollars their taxes were going to go up over the life of referendum so why would you spend pennies on the dollar to avoid a million dollars of taxation but this is why these referendums are scams because we want to spend their own money to keep her from going up and Nigel this is why rob is still running like negative campaign attack ads against Danville because he saw how much the other guy got paid paid a fraction he was getting bashed by the townspeople and he's still running a negative campaign ads dear Danville's school administrators socket you tried to take the tax payer money because you don't want to be responsible with your own fiscal house the tax payers said no the election of maybe every teacher in the Danville school court should fax over a photo of their middle finger and bear to the administrators teachers deserve better Danville's school administrators you lost losers wow and I one hundred percent approve this message because referendums are a scam using kids as human shields is disgusting and taxation is that rob Kendall still running negative campaign ads after the election and to anyone hear my voice in dental I am sincere in my offer that by Christmas one of the things so by Christmas already know the answer I want the apology from the superintendent the vice president's school board the chamber person and a fraction just a fraction of what you paid that person what's funny to me a sinner Grove without the help of rob yeah they voted against their referendum ended their school group put out like a release to the media that said I guess we're just going to have to do this by working on the budget what did you do that here's what refer to myself now as like the Mariana Rivera beating referendums sure you could win without me but don't you want to enter Sandman peace of mind see now that you got the reputation as a referendum killer we've got to get one more thing accomplished what's that we've got to get Nigel to become the mayor of we've been talking in the back all about this I don't really feel if we put our heads together and put a good campaign together we can get big night you become the mayor of science I mean this with the utmost sincerity and family whatever name as we're gonna see you in four years I would ten grand I mean if we can get we can get that donations from listeners right ten grand we can run away victory night in in twenty twenty three I I don't I I I I I'm sure I'm not sure I understand what's going on here with getting.

"Guys had the best post of all you had to be you hammer to inappropriate for Nigel do post, but it's of the effect of you had on one side, the pictures of all the chicks in the white at the speech last night, and then pictures of the girls from simply irresistible. Which which which which scowling girls, would you rather? By that you can find it at hammer Nigel on Twitter hammer, and Nigel there's a good spirited debates last night on our Twitter, by the way. Talking to you, rob Bendall chicks on the right program. The rob kindle show on the weekends. One. More thing on the state of the union here before we move forward. Does this change anything at all? Will you see any spike in Donald Trump's approval ratings? Does this do anything for anybody? I think it'll help his approval ratings. I mean, you look at the real time things like CBS didn't even on CBS. It was off the charts. The way the people were responding. The problem is he's gotta get seven Democrats in the Senate to go along with this. And he's gotta get however, many Democrats in the house to go along with this. I'm not sure that a state of the union speech. No matter how good it is moves the needle that much because we're so ideologically split, and he doesn't have all the Republicans at this point Romney loved to get up there and get down to. Rub kendall. The man who loves a good referendum. Oh, yeah. And I know we're getting in your wheelhouse here because this thing that Wayne township in Wayne township schools as rolling out the tax payers this thing stinks. This is exactly what peach groves trying to do. It's exactly what Brownsboro tried to do a few years ago, and Wayne township just had a referendum not that long ago. So for those who are privy to what's happening on the west side of Indianapolis, briefly, break it down. So we have to reiterate this because intent matters when we put tax caps into the Indiana constitution in twenty ten seventy two percent of the people voted for this. That's biparti. That's the ultimate that's a big. That's democrats. Republicans independence. They said to school corporations. Our homes are not your piggy banks. And the fact that you have this oftentimes left wing radical ideology that you. Matter more than everyone else doesn't work anymore. So we're putting we're not only installing tax capsules the law. But because we trust you so little we're putting them in the Indiana constitution for when was that ten twenty tests ago, seventy two percent. But the mistake that hoosiers made is were sympathetic understanding, caring people. Understanding or caring when you're dealing with these school lunatics, huge law, Indiana, they will they will abuse it to death, and what they figured out was it doesn't matter what the intent of the referendum statute was which was to cover emergencies like a tornado flattened into school or last week when that negative sixty wind chill happened. If all the pipes froze up and broke, and there's water everywhere that would be grounds for what the intent of a referendum would be right. They realize intent screw intent. We gotta get fifty percent of the voters plus one and anytime we want we can just ignore this little Indiana constitution, and we can raise taxes because will be damned if we're actually going to get our fiscal house in order now, the Wayne township school people are saying well because of those tax caps that happened almost a decade ago. We are really struggling with our schools. That's why we're asking the community for help. Yeah. You know, the phrase that they use all the time. And I told the superintendent Brownsboro guy said you should never ever use this phrase, and you just make people so mad when you say, and he finally caught on they had to lose referendum. But he finally caught on was they say we lost money. You didn't lose it. The people didn't want you to have at the tax caps in the constitution hammer. I'm no math major. I did not go to ball state to major in math. But if you had eight years to figure out how to make your fiscal house better. And all you can do is just keep asking for money for the tax payers that doesn't feel like it's an effective plan to get things done. And the dirty secret is because Indiana has done so much better than its neighbors. The budgets for most of the school corporations now because the tax base is so broad businesses have moved in new homes have been built the budgets for most of the school corporations now are still higher than they were ten years ago, even with the tax caps because tax reform. Works if it's cheap to do business somewhere. People will do it. If it's cheap delivered a home somewhere. People will do it. Now. Chatting with rob KENDALL here going off the rails. There's a little bit of a difference between the beach grove referendum and Wayne township because Wayne township we just found out they've got this big mega surplus standing by. And the new trustee Chuck Jones made it clear that they have plans to use the surplus. So it seems a little odd that now the schools are coming out and saying, hey, we need the tax payers money. Why don't you use some of that surplus? They allowed to use that. Well, here's the thing about Wayne township. These jokers are the worst human beings alive..

"Send us messages on Facebook and Twitter. All I need is one more word for bingo. I just need is. I say we got coyotes that is the big get. The big worry that nobody thought he's he did not say lovers though. Unfortunately last night. So listen might take away from last night. Rob is that if you like Donald Trump get Doug it last night. If you hate Donald Trump, you hate it. Try to be as objective as you can hear what did you learn from your father? It was a great speech as I told you before we went on the air. That's the sort of president. He should be all the time. We're already in the camp hammer we can't vote for him twice. We love it. When he goes on Twitter and calls a porn star horseface, but that's not presidential. It's not picking them up the votes. He needs in the middle. He got elected though, Donald Trump will argue doing those types of things is why I'm in the position. I'm in campaigning and governing are two different things as long as he governs on what he campaigned on which he has he's going to be fine. The results speak for themselves that speech was presidential. It was appealing to people in middle America. It was talking to the people in these swing states that he will need to win. He made a rational well-thought-out argument for his policies. Lots whatever I missed Twitter Trump. I missed a gimme chopper presser Trump week. Fell asleep about an hour and a half into it. I was like, and maybe that's the genius of Trump. Maybe he decided to go along. So nobody would be wait for Stacey Abrams. There's such a contrast between his speech and the America that he painted and the picture that he put forth, and this doom and gloom scenario from this woman who lost to a guy who's campaign platform was I have a truck, and I'm gonna round up illegals. Brian got big Trump governor Georgia they pick these losers to give the response pick. Somebody who won. It is kind of a bold strategy. They're cotton for the down to say. All right. We're not going to have it be Chalker Nancy that delivers the democratic response. We're not gonna make it AO because good Lord. We don't want her to speak, but we're going to go with a chick got beat with a guy. That's campaign commercial looked like something from a parody SNL. Skip. I got a big truck. I'm going around these illegals up myself. What did you make from her speech because it seems like she's banking her democratic? Party's hopes on open borders, anybody should be able to vote. And then when she wasn't talking about herself which was about felt like eight of the eleven minutes that she had. It was a lot of things that are just completely one eighty opposite of what Donald Trump's asking for the Democrats, and as a country, we should be very thankful for this still haven't figured out that we have this thing called the electoral college. They want to get rid of it that you need to win people in places like Wisconsin, you need to win people in places like Pennsylvania in Michigan. And if you're a steelworker, or you know, you're a guy that works with his hands every day. And you're a guy struggling to earn a living and you're hearing about open borders. You're hearing about everybody come on in your hearing that people who are sneaking their way into this country matter a hell of a lot more than you. Do you're going. Now, I'm I'm good. I think I'll be wearing the same in in two thousand twenty and by the way back to the president's address for second. You know, the Democrats always talk about unity and healing in the nation needs. To come together. And Donald Trump talked about all those things all the ladies in the white sat on their hands. By the way, you guys had the best post of all it had to be you hammer, this was to at appropriate for Nigel do folks. "Could be an issue when heading to work this morning, and they're me more rain on the way radiologists is timing out chances volunteers spend the day packing kits that could save lives ahead. What's in them? Who's already used them in times of crisis for the second time in four years. The Wayne township school district is asking voters for help. We'll tell you the goal of a referendum set to appear on the ballot in may. Locally. Continues. So glad you're joining us right now at five thirty on this February fifth a Tuesday morning right at freezing and foggy bad mix for the morning drive. Steffi means ahead of any trouble spots and radiologists telling us how long it'll stick around with the current situation is thirty two degrees. Scott some fog out there. However, the temperatures been coming down we've been way above freezing. So I'm not too concerned. At least not yet. If we are in the other side coming up here that thirty two degrees in fog as watch out for slick spots can't happen. But so far so good. And of course, Steph will be here of the traffic in just a little bit outside. Here's a picture from the speedway looking back in the city. I know it's dark out there. But Kennedy see any lights in the building some fog around temperature right at that freezing. Mark thirty two degrees. And we do I'll be northwest wind, and it's kind of a chilly breeze. Ten miles an hour and our feels like temperature at twenty four so storm track eight bog tracker right now. He can't see the fog here report central and I really from here off to the east and south of us pockets of thicker fog around up there around. Oh. Perhaps zion's vary. Also back out to the west here on greencastle. So we'll track the fog and see if it does expand out as we head for the next.

It's a it's a complete collaborative effort between the city between the citizens between the clergy all the businesses private and everyone involved along with the police collaboratively that over time we'll hopefully start to to eat at the eat at the violent crime, especially the violent crime involved with with firearms. Police have not released the victim's name. Police say they have a person of interest who was seen running away. They have not released that person's description two people are dead in what police are calling a murder suicide on the west side news as Jim Melillo is live this morning with what we know right now, Joe. Good morning to you ladies. Yeah. Family of talked to wish TV and they told us that the couple were married for they were husband and wife and married for thirty five years. The sun was the one who made the nine one one call the police to the scene that's where police police headed to Darby court apartments around eight thirty last night that's near twenty-first and four sixty five on the west side. Police have an identified either of the they identified the family identified the people for us. They said that they were adults. And would you know gun was involved? But we do not know who pulled the trigger. Wish TV had a chance to talk to family members who identified the victims as John Mark Miller, and Linda Miller, the brothers of John Mark Miller said that he loved his wife, and they also told us that that he used to work at Wayne township schools and said that they both had health some health issues and that there was an issue with an Vic. Action. We're learning more information, obviously about this. They also talked to Miller on the phone yesterday. And everything seemed normal family members. Obviously distraught about this. They said they didn't suspect anything was wrong. When they spoke on the phone police are looking into the shooting at this point. They don't know we're having released who pulled the trigger. But again, both people are dead at this time, and they're calling in a murder suicide. Anyone with information about the crime is to call crime stoppers at three one seven two six two tips. "And fifty emotional support and psychiatric service animals travel on alaska airlines planes every day a spokesman for the airline says the changes are being made because of an increasing number of incidents where the they call it inappropriate behavior of emotional support animals has impacted and even injured some of their employees and other service animals and passengers to but besides alaska both delta and united airlines have adopted similar requirements and those went into effect few months ago on march first but of course the policy changes do not apply to those more traditional service animals such as guide dogs for the blind firefighters in wayne township indiana at station number eighty two i bet those guys are still laughing about a recent visit they had from this frantic woman who showed up at their fire station house early one morning with her pet raccoon who the raccoon was stoned i imagine the owner was too but they didn't go into great detail on that but the owner thought the raccoon was overdosing after it had gotten into somebody's stash of heroin pretty amazing yeah they're lucky that the the raccoon lived but we're not even really sure about that firefighters said that they sent the raccoon home to sleep it off and just hope that it would be okay but so they don't have any further updates on the animal i have to mention that i heard this story earlier in the week and i went to acquire some of the nine one one audiotape or some of the communications audiotape for this and i'd like to play it for you if that's okay this is great doesn't have anything tired you call cross a hall was erected overdose somebody hairless coons are overdosing here well thank you gaining way to where you're even hold he he wasn't going to deal with any raccoons that were on math i guess maybe because of the whole narcan situation they thought they go into a firehouse they might get that care but you know i'd have to say a raccoon on here in scares the pants off of me firemen start can help an animal on maryland overdose sure yeah i mean we we use that as a reversal for opioid overdoses it you know i can't say this kind of thing happens a lot inventory medicine but it certainly can when pets getting into illicit drugs that are that kinda wanna know this has been an animal radio news update get more at animal radio dot com you're listening to animal radio if you missed any part of today's show visit us at animal radio dot com or download the animal radio app for iphone and android.
