The verdict on whether or not Milwaukee County district Attorney will file charges against Officer Joseph MENSA on the Alvin Cole officer involved shooting Is expected at three o'clock. So Georgia loins. One quick thing on the on the MENSA story. And that, of course, is the information released earlier today that the Biscoe pick report. So Steve Biskupic et ex U. S attorney. Wass hired to conduct an independent investigation by Wauwatosa. His report is calling for the firing of Officer Joseph MENSA. Not on the Alvin Cole officer involved shooting but on one that involved a man named J. Anderson. Now in the report. The actual shooting. Is not Under second guessing in review. So he wasn't The recommendation to fire him wasn't based on the J. Anderson shooting. A recommendation to fire him was based on his hazy recollection in interviews four years later. About the Anderson shooting officer Mental was cleared in the Anderson shooting. I believe he was cleared by at least two agencies. Out there was an internal in or where the city investigation and that an independent investigation he was clear. The Bioscope IC report says he should be fired because four years later He had hazy recollections in interviews that he had given Hazy recollections. So something to consider. You have people like Khalil Coleman. He's always out there, stirring something up. Calling for Demonstrations in Wauwatosa. There have been multiple previous demonstrations, one with Tosa. People are so freaked out that folks are boarding up their storefronts and Wauwatosa. And You have a city that wants to figure out a way to get rid of this guy. Without With at least legal risk possible and this is the way they did it. So a couple of things about the scooping Steve Scoop it when he was US attorney put an innocent woman in jail in prison in federal prison. And that woman whose name was Georgia Thompson was released, ordered released by a federal appeals courts of Steve Biskupic doesn't exactly have a whole lot of feathers. In his investigatory and prosecutorial hat. He also was hired by the Walker campaign to represent the campaign during the infamous and illegal John Doe investigations. And Mr Biskupic, according to the Wall Street Journal. Had suggested to Governor Walker that he cut bait. He cut loose. Some people who are being illegally investigated by the illegal investigation called the John Doe investigation, cut them loose and and strike a deal with these corrupt prosecutors. Who are out there, shaking down conservative groups in Wisconsin That was Prisco pick when he was representing the Walker campaign. I think this guy will pretty much Right. Better chance of fighting successfully a wrongful termination suit than a duty disability claim. That's what I think is going on here. I think, well, what Tosa hired a guy they thought could give him a report that could provide them some legal protection for firing a guy for doing his job will be right back. Now, if you've only been watching watching local television coverage, I think you have no idea of how bad the situation of Wauwatosa has been in terms of the level of abuse that the police officers of receiving Some of the actual video port posted by the protesters themselves is more graphic. You have people that get in the face of these cops literally inches away and swear a blue streak, calling them every name in the book. Clearly, what is happening to me is they're trying to taunt the officer into taking a pop at him or doing something so they can claim brutality. These officers in Tosa are showing unbelievable restraint and sitting there taking this. I think they're showing too much for straight. I think that this is a violation of the law to behave in this fashion. It is certainly disorderly conduct. I can't just walk up to a Milwaukee cop tonight starts screaming at him and call him on this. That and the other thing and on and on and on and on and on without expecting that there wouldn't be something that would happen to be. Anyway. In the video. Start to get hurt and start recalling and started voting. It's not gonNA. Change. Fifty. It's time to fight back. Just like just like in the second one he was just a nice fellow sitting there with a gun. Right on the edge and flipping that so. You said when innocent people get killed, innocent people already gotten killed. Wasn't, anybody affair. Well, you know they have a lot of platitudes. Everybody's having candlelight vigils. Barrett Lang of action, and that's probably about what you're going to see. About the the death of the murder of that seven year old girl. So that's but that's how fasted happens thugs get the message really quickly when law enforcement is not allowed to do its job. Let me ask you one last question before I. Run out of time in this segment Steve. Because I, just I referenced this, how often is felon in possession of a firearm charged? It's off it's draft Vicky. Vicky it's just the way that it is. I don't understand that either but you know the Milwaukee Journal. Day did a study on it. So of a bunch of. Reporters around here. It's not often it's the first thing that's. I don't know why. Because The first thing that's draw because that gets dogs put away you you're. If you're a judge with that charge in front of you have an option of a lot of jail time on that particular charge and when. When someone and here's another thing how often I love to see an enterprising reporter do this as well how often do people with career criminal histories including felonies get let out on signature bonds how often does that happen because we're seeing that more and more in more in southern Wisconsin I think southeastern Wisconsin leads the way in that one. It does they can't work with math that's the argument, but they can carry guns out in public and kill people. What's music dangerous covert is especially with these convicted salads and you've got this idiot David Dolan. Arching around sitting Mensa pull the trigger on the firearm that the peaceful protesters that bowling was. Actually. Yes. Mensa fired the jubilees this and and people sitting by. Stuff well and that, and frankly that should be and should be considered defamation and MENSA's team ought to consider going after him for that. What do you think's going on Steve because none of this makes any sense blacktop clear cut and dry lake from everybody you know looking at this case looks cut and dry thug pulls a gun on the police officer fires a shot officer fires back kills. Thug. What's the problem? You'll really risen your you said it right. It's politics and it just comes down to the Common Council wallets I call it the smartest borderless including they just do not want to clear a Mensa and allow you know the the protesters go away because they're not and you know the thing that I watched last night at the NC. Chill. If if Biden gets into, you think this is GonNa go away. It's GonNa get worse and it's GonNa continue to get worse until law enforcement was allowed to go back out there and do what we do best, which is enforced the laws it's chaos. Because they've let it get that. Yeah. The mayor. Yeah you got the mayor they're spending the city gyn hiring an ex US attorney scooping concentrating on assuming shooting which an individual by the name of JJ they're looking at every single thing they can because the first shooting that Metsu over and the third one Alvin poll, Our textbook self-defense anybody would wars and the second shooting Anderson. It's been reviewed four times internally by Wallet Tulsa Criminally, by the DA's office Milwaukee but US Attorney's office, and then that's it had to be clued psychologically by a psychologist to get back onto the in this guy's been put through hell and those people in Waller toaster be couldn't hold this guy's band's they're just such consultations. Unbelievable. So you got the Mayor Mayor McBride who has hired. Ex US attorney. Steve. The Scoop Beg to look at the second shooting to see if they can't find a reason to fire. Mensa based on shooting that four different bodies cleared him on. And it's unbelievable can can find an attorney. Civil Court because you know turns they're paid. I'm. Not, GonNa win that case Mensa give if there's a buy candy going to Mensa comes across this Nice Guy g Anderson are part of the gun on the Sun. Let's not ask why gone on the front seat of apart, which is illegal let's not go there. Let's blame Mensah who gives clear directions law enforcement are trained and professional communication standards. MENSA gives clear orders to not move his aunt even the US Attorney Greg that you video instead it's clear there's no evidence that contradicts Mensa. He moves his hands and he shot this is cleverly self-defense investors part everybody's going to rule this everybody. S So. So you've got a mayor that doesn't have the balls to stand up to the people's Revolution the point. Right to the point where he'd be willing to put members of this radical group and by the way for the Madison people who are listening people's Revolution. On an ad hoc committee overseeing police is like Freedom Inc urban triage on the ad hoc committee in Madison overseeing police these people hate cops they want to flip the script on who's the hero and who's the bad guy. The thugs are never the bad guy because Steve I don't know if you know this but crime is a protest of oppression in white supremacy and so they terrify. City leaders. So you've got this terrified mayor who's hiring an attorney at taxpayer expense to try to find a way to to rack up this police officer when the police officer was already investigating Clinton's that's what's taking. So long I think in the third investigation, don't you think or I do and I think you're afraid to announce it right now before you know more violent protests at Mesa. You present. Mayford I'll stand up to this mayor internal we're moving is all do something because clearly out there harassing people every day why didn't assembly after journalism and how much money Macer as loss because of these protesters going out there and even restaurants around us it's just unbelievable the amount of chaos and you know it's the culture that they're letting this go with this this mayor here you know he he doesn't. He sets a curfew here. Here's a guy he draws a line in the sand like, Obama you eight o'clock curfew and then back down the first night of. People aren't emboldened by united through the noise. GonNa back them constantly. And we also know it's getting more and more dangerous as well. You've seen what has been happening as these quote peaceful protests, of course, involve harassment extortion. Right, right violence what ends up happening is is like what you saw happen at Memphis home a guy brings a shotgun this guy's by the way there's now three arrests involving. I'm bill. Was Gun. Martin. Shocking. That's because you can talk all day about how felon in possession of firearms never charged. So, so you're you're you're random thug who's now the good guy because crime is a protest of oppression who? Got We guns right got to do something about gun violence. Make sure you give the guy who's already used a gun a gun again and don't charge him and put him in jail. So they they end up now dispersing into residential neighborhoods. That is what has happened now into residential neighborhoods armed this is happening in Portland it's happening in. Seattle it's happening in Wildwood Tosa. This is now what quote mostly peaceful protests. Means meanwhile, you got officer Mensa and all indications did everything right check the box good guy got a good background got a good pass and a good story trying to do the right thing checks all the boxes, and somehow we gotta figure out a way to screw this guy because mayor McBride in Madison Sacha. Roads Conway doesn't have the the you know what's to stand up to people who are lying about police brutality. Absolutely I couldn't agree with you more you know medicine is just a class act. He's the only one in that. Group of people right there that you can have some respect for that whole coun- board is like a bunch of fighting cats and they just want to figure out a way to get rid of Mensa and and that mayor he is just. You're right. He doesn't have a set of stones is not going to do the right thing. I just want to mention what everybody in law enforcement not just volatile the wants Tony every officer in this country is standing behind men's he's not a long that's been Blue Line isn't so thin we gotta fight back but again, you don't vote for the right people we get Biden in with Kamala Harris Good luck in enforcing the laws and steam safe in this country you have in it's getting bad I saw today in Minneapolis story coming out of Minneapolis that residents are attempting to sue the city of Minneapolis for essentially tying the hands of law enforcement and attempting to defend law enforcement. Charter, that they can make this claim against I'm not sure if the same is true in Warwick Tosa or Madison Milwaukee or any place else. But the residents are so frustrated that you know that they were told by the police two weeks ago comply with criminals just comply where probably not going to help. You were probably not going to be able to help you that they've actually they've actually found an attorney to file suit. It gets bad fast. That's what people don't understand. The young people who are looking at this who are internalizing these messages say, Oh, the guy who points the gun at the cop he's the good guy, the cop who points the gun back and shoots the guy with the gun. He's the bad guy. So the one guy who stands for fair law application to all of us, he's bad. The thug who just wants to shoot people and take whatever other people have worked for. He's the hero. Joe. Mil- I'm sorry John Lonski is on the phone is the president of the Walla Tosa. Peace Officers Association, talk about the case of Joseph. Mensah. Welcome to the program. Let's start there John I. Know that's not specifically about the case and the way the city of Walla Tosa has behaved, which is appalling. But as a police officer when you see this nonstop, the COP is always the bad guy. The thug is always the good guy doesn't that probably translate to a lot more thugs. Does the Vicki year year correct and you know it's disheartening and and honestly it hurts when you talk to a lot of law enforcement officers who has spent the greater part of their life in career looking out for members of their community to suddenly be the bad guys. and. Now we've got officer Mensah who was in a conference I know you can't speak specifically about the case, but we can just say general he was in a confrontation with a suspect who had a gun pointed at the officer the officer shot the suspect with the gun. This is under investigation. The investigation has not yet been completed and this police officer somehow has become. The target does your of the people who WanNa flip the script on who should be the heroes and who should be the enemies, and so this guy has experienced tax at his own home on his girlfriend. Personal. Attacks himself the mayor members of the city council have put out information that is designed to to bias the public opinion against this officer. And you know I mean. It doesn't seem like there's a at least in terms of media. There's there's a big interest in pointing out the fallacies of what has been going on and the bizarre flip script on all of this. You're correct although I don't get a starting to gain more attention. So, so Let's let's start with the mayor the mayor just recently. Mary McBride just, recently. Put out a statement claiming that he had experts tell him that no police officer had ever been involved in three fatal officer involved shootings before that he claimed that it's not true and refuses to identify his experts but this is now information that is being. Promoted in an official capacity by the leader of the city, and that can only have the effect of making people think that this officer did something. Awful. Lot of people who may be on the law enforcement community aren't aware of a number of the other officer involved shootings. Around the country and so when that misinformation is out admittedly the public in discredits the character of the individual. Officer. So, you've asked the mayor to retract that statement. His response was basically I don't want to quibble over quote factual disagreements. You know it's not a factual disagreement that information to claim that this is something unusual and it's not that an officer was involved in multiple officer involved shootings. Leaving that out, there is to suggest that this officer did something wrong. Here's something else that does it influences the investigation hasn't been completed yet. Crack in pointed out other instances in which officers have been involved in three or more fatal shootings. That this is not as unique as the public is being led to believe. And we just tried remain focused on the fact, which is how you have to look at an individual officer involved shooting. Two of two of the three have already been investigated. He was found to not have committed a crime or violated policy or acted on toured or unusually. The third one again has investigation that has not been completed has been hanging out there for months and months presumably hung up by the political. Circus that has been that has been forced forced on it. So when do you expect to have something in the way of a determination of the latest officer involved shooting? Again, you take a look at it in on its face it looks like a pretty easy case to decide. Why they keep that there is An overwhelming amount of information related to an investigation with an officer involved shooting, and so the District Attorney does want to do due diligence and thoroughly go over every detail and all that information. So understandably, it does take them a long time. They don't issue decisions immediately because again, they're not making their decision based on emotion they're looking at the facts. All right. So we're still waiting for the ultimate determination on an officer, Meneses involvement. Meanwhile, what has been going on is you have elected state representatives you members of the was why would host the city council? You have people who have nothing to do with wallet toasts in a group called the People's Revolution. You have organized attacks on this officer's home you have organized harassment of this officer on a regular on a fairly routine basis. and. All this again is designed to make it seem that the police the police is the bad guy. The COP is the bad guy nobody is talking about the suspect who had pointed a gun at the police officer nobody is even bringing that up. But here you've got now what seems to be a I guess a movement that has a life of its own and official rubber-stamping by the mayor of while we're Tosa at least one older person from Wa Tosa and at least one state representative if not to. A. You'll be involvement of that and sort of. With a committee within our city. Makes it even more difficult and unsettling situated? The People's Revolution is a group. It's a it's a radical group. It's you can go. You can go find their facebook page if you'd like to they took a few shots at me. Not Terribly effective. But when they do.

"Good afternoon. Welcome to the program it's the Vicki mechanic show. Vicki McKenna. Here's what's coming up on the program. It's sort of a theme show every now and again just by accident the show finds a theme. So here's the theme of the show. What happens when you lower the bar so that anybody can get over it. What happens when you lower expectations when you lower standards? What happens? Let's kind of the theme. Of this program. One of the one of the topics on the show today is the announcement from the Madison schools that they will be eliminating the concept of failure. Eliminate it. So everybody succeeds if there's no failure right if. Not. Possible to fail then everybody succeeds in everybody's succeeds everybody is by definition successful. Are They not? Talk about these. Themes. On. The program today here's one from yesterday. This is A. This billboard that was in the Milwaukee area put up by a group called Urban Cure. This is the group that was founded by star Parker. Star Parker has an incredible story. Star Parker was someone who is a welfare cheat a drug addict. Promiscuous. Had had multiple abortions. Turn to God. Clawed her way. Out of dependency in poverty crime and misery. So urban cure puts up a billboard. That says tired of poverty finish school take any job get married save investing. Give back to your neighborhood. That's controversial. That's controversial. Clear channel outdoor. took the billboards down claiming that they didn't meet their editorial standards. What did we just do here? We just lowered the bar didn't we? Something as basic as advice like finish school, take any job get married save and invest give back to your neighborhoods. Suddenly. That's too much. Is. Triggering. It's offensive somehow people who don't WanNA finish school take any job get married saving investing give back to their neighborhoods. Lower the bar. Not Allowed to even present a printed message. that. Because, we can't have any kind of expectations of people in society. Now we're gonNA, talk about the Tosa officer. Joseph Mensah. Who has? Done everything. These things finished school got a job saved an investment. I don't know if he's married. is given back to his neighborhood in the form of his civic contributions law enforcement officer, Black Guy. We've lowered the bar so far. For People who are. From distressed backgrounds that shooting at a cop. Shooting. At a COP is not. Enough. To be angry at a criminal. Instead. We've lowered the bar so much that the problem in the equation of thug shooting copies the COP. You were talking about the convention obviously Joe. Biden read from a teleprompter and didn't stick his foot in his mouth and chew. We've lowered the bar so much for this guy. That all had to do was not stick his foot in his mouth and chew and he was going to be heralded as some great orator. So that's it's sort of accidentally. Set itself up. As a theme show today. Theme show. This is worse than just jokes about participation, trophies. This is doing real serious and deadly damage. To our culture. To. OUR GOVERNMENT To the WAY WE INTERACT WITH PEOPLE All in the name of equity by the way the bar lowering is all in the name of equity. Lowering the bar for Joe Biden, how that fits with equity but because Democrats and progressives want him to be president and he is pledged his fidelity to all of their crazy. Identity politics ideas I guess he's the guy who is going to be shepherding in a whole new American era of lowering the bar. But we lower the bar in America for one group of people. What happens It's not just going to be for one group of people you're going to lower the bar for everyone. So when we lower the bar for the entire nation. What could possibly go? Wrong? Here's what could go wrong failure civil war. Riots. Firebombings. Well, let's see failure. We have cities that have already failed civil war I. Don't know what you what you're calling what's going on in. PORTLAND. But at ENA protest riots also described Portland Seattle. Wa Wa Tosa Madison Chicago And firebombings. So we've already had this begin to happen in the country unless we do something about it. At some point in our in our lifetimes if you're listening to my voice right now at some point in our lifetimes. We will be we will be alive to bear witness to the end of this experiment in ordered liberty. I'm going to take a break. You're going GONNA come back and start with Walla Tosa police officer Joseph. What did he do? He confronted a thug who pointed a gun at him. And before the thug shot him, he shot the thug. But in our Low expectation culture. He's the bad guy. He's the bad guy. John Milan ski who is the? President is going to join me on the program as I said, also, still ahead, Madison schools eliminating the concept of failure. A. Message about how to get yourself out of poverty. So simple yet so Difficult that it has to be eliminated because somebody decided it was offensive to have any expectations of anybody at all will be right back. And we're. Back. Account show. What message does it send? When? The criminals. Are The heroes. And the police are the enemies was what kind of message do you suppose? Do you suppose that sends to criminals? What kind of message do you suppose that sense to young people who have yet to form any kind of reasonable idea and highs? How Society Works? What kind of what kinds of things are being internalized by both the criminal? Element in in a city in a state and young people. Not. Good. But this is what we've done. We've now decided that criminals are heroes. Cops are the enemies. And when you say that.

Wauwatosa PD denies claims Officer Mensah provoked protesters
"Background because most of you know the story. There's been ongoing protests in Wauwatosa even before the George Floyd situation over this, that and the other thing and They have focused locally on the case of Officer Joseph MENSA, who is the police officer who shot and killed a man who, armed with a stolen gun was part of a group that was causing a disturbance and running toward Mayfair Mall. While armed with that stolen gun. He also had 36 rounds of ammunition and an extended magazine. And according to the police investigation, he fired a shot that officer men sub and protesters have been going after Officer men ever since The wall photos the city council. Locally, Officer MENSA has become the poster child for this movement due to his three officer involved shooting incidents. "News, Talk Eleven W. Mark, belling late afternoon show again. We've got a chance for precipitation really through about midnight tonight before turning partly cloudy, and there could be heavy rainfall. We do not have any advisories for severe weather though. Auto Rain and the raiders lit up all over the area and so on right now. This story. Started in Florida now. Again I'm not going to say that I think. The numbers are awful all over the United States that they're just rog. But Florida is the state that saw the biggest spike. And a TV station down there started to dive into the numbers. What are the things extraordinary about this story? Is How little of this type of journalism is going out of the states right now. Everybody wants to prove a point. They call. It is terrible. Nobody wants to do any skeptical reporting on anything, had we? Maybe some of the missteps afoul she and his many misstatements bet uncovered. Maybe? It wouldn't have been so doggone hard. Maybe it wouldn't have taken the Daily Mail from London. To let us know that. This virus got out of the Wuhan Lab. In any event fact station in Orlando Florida. Dove into the numbers by casting facility. Most of the media just takes all the numbers semi county or a state, and said okay. This county did. I love it. In thirty two tests today at one hundred seven came back positive. Whether or not, this is a reporter that just had a little bit of curiosity, not I don't know. But the reporter went in and looked at the numbers by testing facility, and found a number of them had one hundred percent positives. Well that's not possible everywhere. We do the Kuroda virus thing. Almost everybody takes. The test comes back negative. First of all many people think they have it at they don't, but secondly we're now doing a thing. Let's imagine one person at a workplace gets it. They test everybody in the workplace. Well logically, almost all of those people will come back negative. They've tested the NBA players. I think every other day right now, so they're just testing testing testing testing. You're gotta get mostly negative. So how is it that some facilities including one was a large hospital? That's just a little lab. Large hospital that are Landau came back with one hundred percent. posits. Well the Fox Station in Orlando dug into this and the answer is. It's so simple that it blows away. The facility was on the reporting there positives. Now. was that deliberately screwing up the numbers or did? They think that's all they were supposed to do? The hospital sad. Will yes, there's an error reporting, but it was nothing we just didn't. Like anything else? If you go to get test if they run a test for be on something, or another and I'm negative. I don't think those always go into a database for heaven's Sakes Oh. Every old goat over the age of fifty has colonoscopy if they don't find anything I. I. Don't know what they do with any of those things. They weren't blood tests. That'd be all the time. I go in for this this this and then. Usually it's always negative. I don't know where that goes. But anyway they were reporting the positives figuring that that was important to keep account of how many people have the virus? But they weren't reporting the negatives. See you ended up seeing in Florida. People were commenting. Wow, a much higher number of the percentage of tests coming back positive. No, they word. The numbers were screwed up because they weren't including the negatives. It would be like if you took a baseball player throughout the course of a season. And you only called it his at bats where he got a hit while he battled thousand. and. That's what they were doing. It was a lot of facilities that we're doing it. The Florida Department of Health is saying yes, when you do as many tests as we're doing there clearly is some screw. UPS At our people at the state were not noticing that some of the data coming in from some of these facilities were raw. Is this happening all over the United States for some facilities are only reporting positive as possible. We won't know until somebody's willing to do what they did. In Orlando a dive into this. Get to the bottom of it, but if they are, it means that this whole spike thing might be bogus. Next. It, is being reported in some states. That they are reporting every positive tests that person gets. Follow this. If you have covered. You'RE GONNA test positive probably more than once. Why because there have been so many results that comeback Rog retest you. For example. Let's imagine I go in and get tested today and. By the way here, the drugstores are takes forever to get the results I don't know if that's true, but that's what I hear. I know that many people are going to their doctor's office in the here back within same as any other lab work within twenty four hours, but some of the drugstores are backed up anyway. Let's go to the doctor and test me per Colbert and I come back. Positive chances are they're gonNA have become back in two days the test again just to reconfirm and probably two days later to reconfirm it again. They want to make sure that I actually have it. Plus what's the harm Edouard the test? Apparently in some states if I test three times in the same week, they count that as three positive tests at it is, it is three positive tests, but it's only one guy who has it. So apparently in a number of states that are counting all of the positive tests rather than counting all of the actual cases. By the same token I admit the numbers can be screwed up the other way by counting multiple negatives. Let's imagine for example you've got an NBA player and they're testing them every two days, and they test negative, therefore twenty three times. Well that's going to throw. Throw off the positive rate. You got to zero for twenty three of their, but it's still only one guy that didn't get it. The obviously accurate number is percentage of people who were tested who have at not percentage of tests. They do blood work out a lot of people all the time. They test the high blood sugar nineteen. TIMES, that doesn't mean nineteen people have high blood sugar, it means the same guy had high blood sugar all nineteen times. They tested him. There are reasons to be very wary again of these numbers particularly given. That there is it agenda on the part of some to inflate this wall problem, particularly these public health authorities. I've heard rumblings that there are people being listed. We do know that if you're in the hospital and you have covert, they're going to list you as a patient. Because the federal government's reimbursement rate is higher for the COVID patients so I could be in there with three gunshot wounds to the brain, but if I've tested positive for Copay, they're gonNA list me as a covert thing, which again inflates in inflating all of those numbers. We are hearing that some of the hospitals tried to. To, increase their cult, because the hospital companies are all going under because of this mismanaging where they cancelled the heart procedures of the cancer, and all that the other thing, and they may be putting people in who are even called the positives, or if they suspect somebody, has it? Hey, you're gonNA stay overnight because they inflate their number to get some money off them again i. don't know if that's true. What I do know is that again is a story that begs for investigative reporting. We have. People who work in this field? You can say they're well intentioned. You can say they're not whichever way you want to go. They have ulterior motives either well intentioned..

It's been going on for the last several months at has been very. Odd. On his program on Fox. Charleston has fired I. Don't know if he fired over. The guy was forced to resigned, but his chief writer is found posting a bunch of obnoxious things. You could make the case that they were racist on the Internet using Suda I. It's beyond me why people are posting things under fake names the Internet why why would you? I what they're out there, always going to find out. It's you if you're right of center secondly. If you're de saying what your name is. What do you get out of it? I. I got a four. WHY WOULD I? Why would I say something claiming that I'm like? There are going to be some people who claim somehow. It's Tucker. Carlson's fault that his was doing. This stuff anyway, let's move now to the corona virus numbers story. This is beginning to become bag. We all know that there's been a spike in positive tests over the last several weeks. There have been a number of theories. They've been thrown around about that including well, this is what happens when he and all these lockdowns accept. Many of the states that ended lockdowns. have it had a spike like Wisconsin has? It had a spike. We didn't have a spike after the election. We didn't really have a spike after the riots. We'd never spike when we ended I locked ouds. and. Some of the states that ease their lockdowns like New Jersey of seen numbers declined. But there has been as a significant geographical component to this the farther south you are the likely. There was to be a spike, and as I mentioned earlier in the week. Does it interesting story on Vox? That is theorizing that? Hot weather leads the transmission of the virus because it leads people to stay inside. If you don't want to spread the virus. You need to go outside. Because the wind of the air distributes these droplets, whereas when you stay inside your close confined areas Ed. You've got the air conditioning on the worst possible thing because it re circulates the germs of the house at other people get it. That's the theory at least that because it's one hundred sixteen degrees in Phoenix said it's ninety two and Buggy in south Florida. Those people are all. Go indoors and then go from place to place the place indoors. Move it around. I don't know if that's the reason or not, but it makes some sense to me however. while. This was happening. It's been widely observed. That while the number of cases is going up in most areas, the number of hospitalizations is not nor is the death rate and. The number that they called the case fatality rate. The number of fatalities per. covid nineteen cases continues to plummet in other words almost everybody who gets this lips? The numbers keep going down in terms of the percentage now. A theory offered on that at it does make some sense to me. Is as this thing moves to the general population, the people that are getting it of the people who aren't going to get sick at all are going to get only a little sack. The younger you are, the bigger a non-issue called. It is despite the fact that young people seem to be the ones most freaked by it. Kid gets colored. The kids probably not even know it. Somebody in their thirties gets it. They're probably not gonNA know it. We. See that this virus is much every year group that you go into the much more serious complications are, but unless you're over sixty in almost all cases, it's kind of a nothing unless you have a lot of the other underlying conditions. Diabetes High Blood Sugar, lack of vitamin D seemed to be among those. Contribute so. As this thing that it moves to the general population after initially infecting nursing homes and elderly people, the ones that are most vulnerable killing them. My thought on why the death rate is going down is that it's now just people that are getting the virus of people who aren't going to die from it because the virus is. For, most people in extremely minor conditioned, it just doesn't kill many people. Here under the age of fifty, it is so far down the list of things that your likely to die from that. It might even beyond the list. It'd be listed as miscellaneous..

The one thing I will say is the kind of cheap. I bought a bunch of them to see which ones I would like plus. You GotTa Wash Your everyday I'm not wearing the same mass tomorrow and. I'm only wearing it now in Milwaukee and the places that I have to. And so on, but they stank their dirty, plus that is a way to get sick. You take your mask off your land other think. Sticking this right up against your does. I mean I'm GONNA use one for one day and somewhat. I have a stash of them rather than. Watch the what every day walk in. You know see where itself. It's just going to be one worth. It I I. I scared to you. They're gonNA. At some point. They will come to the conclusion that the masks made people more people sick than what you avoided by the Colbert in the same way that the heart attack cancer deaths are way up because the parents are called every single public health decision that is made every single one of them with what exception when Donald Trump band traveled from China that stopped this thing from be way worse. Can you imagine if that had been unabated? We haven't gotten to the stories in there now. All over the place about the counts being all screwed out, but there are strong reasons to believe that this spike is being grotesquely exaggerated because. There are way more positive tests being reported than there are actual people that are positive with the Kobe, so we're gonNA dive into that as we move along, you're giving the season's summer where? Thousand Bucks on the line right now, your chance to win that one thousand dollars everybody text in the Word Hope, H., o. p., e. like Bob Hope. Bob Hope, And spent a long time, you know. I met Bob Hope. I interviewed Bob Hope. I mean I did something the media, but never do it. I just never i. Bob Hope was a very hard interview to get even back in the day. He did very few interviews. He when I worked in Springfield Illinois. This is in the eighties. They had an LPGA tournament. Their Ladies Professional Golf Association. It's the women's golf tour. And at the time, this was in the era of Nancy Lopez. Who has a superstar is is a bigger deal than that. It was now and they had a stop on the tour and. I mean I covered that sucker while the wall for our radio station, we did reports every hour because our general manager sponsored them and they had a pro at. And most Gulf even in the PGA the province where you come up with a ton of money to support the prize is because these people who play in the prime. They pay a fortune to be able to get into it usually as a four seven. They put you with one zero. Sometimes, it's three guys, three two guys at a woman with one pro and you. You get to play with that pro, and they have the pro am and the pros like to do it because it gives them a chance to play the course in playing conditions the day before the actual tournament starts at a raise money for the purse, and so somehow they got bob hope to play in the pro am for this LPGA event in Springfield it. All it was was bob. Hope was doing a show in Springfield. This is right before he retired. And Bob Hope if you know anything about him. Is. He one thing that he liked to do in life, and only one thing, and that was play golf, so he was more than happy to jump on board this they he played in this third of it. So anyway I'm out. There covered the damn thing. The clubhouse was off limits to everybody other than the players themselves, not even the AMAS that are in part of this. Go into the the restaurant that was in the golf clubhouse. It was only for the women and a few tour officials. Guys like me and the media we go in the basement of the clubhouse that's for the pressroom was used the bathroom down there, but the main floor of it anyway Bob Hope's walk it up their. Walls. These rules go try to talk to Bob, hope and sister hope can I ask you a few questions. He sat down and he talked I'm sure he just didn't know how to say. Buzz, lock you little worm I. It wasn't very memorable. We'll talk about golf. And he talked about wise limited and I threw it a couple of other things without trying to be too obtrusive. The other thing I remember. I got to get to the break here. The other day I remember about this story. Is it was about ninety six degrees that day. At if you know anything about central a little, you know when they say flatland, it's flat lad. This is a prairie. It's unbelievably muggy and there's nothing to cut into anything. There's no trees nothing. And I remember everybody said Bob Just GonNa play one whole. He'll tee off at play a whole for show, and maybe writer on. You believe that sucker played eighteen holes. Walk the course. Is Well. It was eighties at whatever Bob Hope a business that have been like eighty, four, eighty, five, whatever his age would have been then, but I had to be over eighty. Midway and they're the DJ at one of the DJ. Similar station is SID would. Add stories of what's did would i. could tell you started just talking to George. Strait's stopped over at. The dry this again. This is also the eighties. This is before. Was Big, but he was known he had already is known and I knew who he was, and it was still exciting for me, but he was also at that stage where. Of his life for he's going to stop and talk to sit, would the? And then talk to a goof like me. I actually think George Strait would talk to me right now. Though I mean the country star he does.
