"Tie Garbin. Caleb of Frank's Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta conspired to kidnap the governor from her vacation home in the Western District of Michigan before the number her election. The feds raiding this mobile home in Hartland last night belonging to tie garb in one of those accused at the same time moving on this home. In Waterford belonging to Caleb Franks. And I just know that the FBI and the Michigan State police worked incredibly hard and a coordinated fashion. This is unlike anything we've ever seen before. Um and and they the brave men and women of these two police organizations really put their lives on the line to keep me and my family safe. And I'm incredibly grateful and humbled by the work that they D'oh. The Department of Justice, charging six in the Whitmer kidnapping plot agent Dana Nessel, charging an additional seven with plots to attack the state Capitol, target law enforcement officers and instigate a civil war. We know at least two of those men. The No brothers attended a rally at the Capitol, which was used as a recruiting tool to find like minded individuals. Who believed that Whitmer was violating the constitution. With her shutdown orders the recruiting turned into in person meetings. Some the feds say, taking place in the basement of this vacuum store in Grand Rapids, where Adam Fox, one of the key figures in the alleged Wimmer kidnap plot lived The FBI was listening to everything that was being said through to informants. And while there were original suggestions off, storming the state capital to take the governor, the men turn their eyes on her vacation home in northern Michigan as the kidnap location. She was then to be taken to Wisconsin to stand trial for what they viewed as her treason. Wittmer, for her part, is laying the blame on the president for the group's actions. We know every time.

X. number of feet well anyway we did it we built it we actually got it launched and we called it the name of my street flyer that's what we were named and then we thought about it you know this thing probably weighs a good thirty five forty pounds we get up there and its plan nice and hi in that string breaks which it will eventually and that thing comes down what's it gonna do if it lands in the neighborhood who so we changed it to another street name couple streets away I said that St flyer built by the residents of my street anyway that was a kind of a cute story I thought but what I'm saying it for is this you want to stop in their tracks get some people together to pitch in the money and build on the windmill I'm electric generating windmill and install it in the neighborhood you want to see this movement and install it in Bloomfield hills and see what happens because there's a lot of Bloomfield hills residents that are really pushing for wind energy fine you want it you got it but in your backyard and the movement will go away why because they're always going to ask you to do something they wouldn't do themselves the trade mark up of Dale thanks for giving me the opportunity to back on what you were saying thanks very much for the call don't be a stranger our telephone number is eight hundred ninety three ninety three eighty five that'd take one more break and we'll get that done and we hope you'll stay with us as we continue here on FM one a one point five AM fourteen hundred the patriots yeah on time traffic.

"So dan you and I were chatting at the Minnesota Seaplane Pilots Association outing at Fabulous Goal Lake up there Madison goal like isn't that a great event by the way Oh it's unbelievable that was my first time and I'm sure it won't be my last yeah just a great group of people it does a great job Stephen Kirsty hosting it and I always enjoy going there group of people very safety minded but during that you are one of the speakers at the conference and you told of your incident when you're flying your Moonie where you have some carbon monoxide poisoning and it was a fascinating incident and so afterwards express your willingness to share that with our podcast audience. So thank you for doing so do you mind kind of set the stage for us What what were you doing what was the flight like to take us tickets from the beginning well it was it was early twenty seventeen it was in February and and I'm based up here in Minnesota the nice cold north and I had a a trip I needed to fly for work where needed to get up to Thunder Bay and it's about a probably eight hour drive from here and so I really wanted to fly the airplane because I could do it in a day it would make it a nice easy trip the the preceding couple weeks before the trip I was trying to plan the perfect weather window I had some Hanshin flying in the cold up here we the ice and all sorts of things so it's just kind of looking for the right weather and this high pressure system and moved in and it was really clear it was a beautiful flying day and so he scheduled a trip and the only problem was really really cold out surfaced temps across the route were below zero Fahrenheit and climbed all the way up to about five degrees Fahrenheit that day so to make the trip in one day I went out to the airport six thirty in the morning and I had the airplane preheated all night long both the cockpit heater in the and the tennis and I pulled out my file my flight plan before I left the House and I felt life are new Thunder Bay even though it was crystal clear day I just thought it'd be easier I always find it easier when I'm doing cross countries to be far especially this is my first time flying in in Canada so the day before while it's planning a flight I had done all the calls to Canadian Customs I had filled up my e apis the four and then I told Canadian Customs when my rival time was and I told him was nine am local time and everything was was lined up and it was great so fired the airplane up and tax it out and departed and then climbed up to ten thousand feet for the first leg and then it as I veered off to uh I was kind of having wet westerly heading at of course change at brought me more to the east and I climbed up to eleven and I kind of cut the Corner Lake Superior on that leg Everything was normal on this flight except for for two things one during the climb out I had something get caught in my eye and I I kinda was rubbing my eye blinking and trying to figure out what it was and I thought Waterford Carbon Monoxide and I turned the heat off and turn the vent on and I got really cold really really fast and then I thought well that's not a symptom carbon dioxide and it's not but I was thinking about it and now I brought to eat back on and continued along and that was kind of the last I thought about carbon monoxide the the other thing that was a little abnormal honest this leg was that the the windows inside were frosted up and they didn't ever really clear up the windscreen did a little bit but the side windows never did and in that particular airplane if I was alone the heater and defrost was always able to kind of keep up with that if I had a full plane yeah some frost and the side windows but this particular case was a little worse than normal and then another thing I did was I always carry a pulse ox and I check my pulse thanks when I was I think I was probably ten thousand feet when I did this and I remember I don't remember the exact number but I remember it was several points higher than what I normally am and I thought myself while I'm doing great everything's Fine about ten minutes out of Thunder Bay I got a real slight headache I didn't think anything of it I usually start the day with coffee and I didn't this morning because my early start and I was just assuming I was getting a little caffeine headache so I continued on landed and Thunder Bay and taxied in and shut down and then I called Canadian Customs on my phone and to let them know I landed and I was told that I would call that they give me they would either give me a number of that I would write down or they would say to to stay there and they would come meet me and when I call them they asked what time I landed and this time it was about quarter after nine central time and I said why landed right about nine ten and they said nine ten they were kind of questioning me and I said Yeah just a few minutes ago and then there was kind of a pause and you could tell us a little bit of confusion there and then he had me right down a number and and that was it so I got out of the airplane and I sprinted into the FBI building because it was so cold outside and when I got into the FBI building I was a bit breath and I have this kind of anxiety feeling and at the same time was when I had found out from the you the guy working at the FBI oh that Thunder Bay was on eastern time and that central time like the rest of the Midwest so when I was talking to the customs agent I found out I was actually an hour late and that's why he was confused when I was telling him I landed just right now at nine ten and for him it was ten fifteen I didn't quite understand what okay so when I found this out I thought I messed up and I- attributed that anxiety feeling that I had the butterflies with messing up with clearing customs and I was really worried that I was going to get into some sort of trouble or there's GonNa be some repercussions for this so up until let's point I've had to symptoms that were physiological symptoms that weren't normal and I was able to trim two different things yeah so looking in Heinz site you can see all these indicators of carbon monoxide poisoning right but like just happened so many times in aviation when you're in the moment it you are thinking and then you have a rice and explanation for it right and you Kinda you you don't dismiss it but I mean even you this is really important learning point even you who were actually attentive to the notion of carbon monoxide poisoning you had this thing happen to you and you kind of explain it away exactly and I think most accidents that we look at we can see this chain of events and we can see how little bit the little things irrational along yeah yeah so I spent the day in Thunder Bay and that was delayed because my meeting of course I was late for because they they all were operating on eastern time so while I was on Thunder Bay I met with my customers and I my headache was kind coming and going throughout the day and it was a little stronger than when I had earlier and at lunchtime I had a couple of cups of coffee and by the afternoon I felt pretty good everything kind of went back to normal and so there again I rationalized the caffeine fixing that problem about how many hours Dan from when you see shutdown and departed the airplane until you began feeling well again I would say it was just after lunch probably to the three hours two to three hours yet and some research shows that if you have carbon monoxide levels in your blood it takes four to six hours to get half of that those levels out of your blood at that point you weren't yet you didn't get had half of it but you had enough of it to go to move down the scale on symptoms for carbon monoxide poisoning right so exactly yeah and that's that's kind of a half life is interesting too good to be aware of it shows as you'll see with my story how we can have real short exposure to CEO and then have relief from it but it doesn't leave our body that fast so we can always build on it it kind of ratchets up so when you go back into your second flight your blood levels are already elevated exact for CEO but you don't know that because they're not quite at the level that you're getting the symptoms that you would expect exactly so by the time I got into the plane in the afternoon to come back I would've had measurable all I'm out of Seattle but not enough to have symptoms yeah yeah interesting okay but on a flight back I had the same problem with the the frost inside and and again I was chalking it up to be in so cold outside and the flight from Thunder Bay to Duluth was just to clear customs I mean I would have went direct if I could have did that but had to clear back into the country so I flew just down the coast from North Shore Minneapolis along Lake Superior there into the loop declare customs that particular flight was gorgeous the son had started to go down it was a little later in the evening than I wanted to be on my way back due to the delays in the morning and the mix up it's just what it was but it was a nice smooth flight I was at six thousand feet and very picturesque and snapping pictures and I felt great I had a great business meeting in life was good so Dan can you remind us your flight out of Thunder Bay into dilute what did you climb to and how long was that I climbed up to six thousand feet and it was just over an hour hour ten or fifteen at a little bit of headwinds but it was a gorgeous flight smooth is can be and there wasn't hardly any clouds in the sky and I felt great the entire time it wasn't until I taxi it into the FBI where the customs agent was GonNa meet me on the ramp that I am I felt fantastic and the second I got out of the airplane and I it up on the wing I remember standing up on the wing and I got a pretty sharp headache at that moment now at this time I went through the day or had the anxiety feeling that's that was unusual for me I had the headache that I attributed to caffeine and now this one I got a headache but it wasn't in the airplane I was out of the airplane and so your brain wasn't quite making that mental connection and the the the week leading up to this I have a couple of daughters and really really a young at the time and my five year old wasn't feeling very well and she couldn't really tell us what was wrong but she was just sick all week and so at this point I'm thinking I'm getting whatever she had and here again I'm justifying away the symptoms so we we the customer's agent let me on the on the ramp he did his thing we count on both ran back into that feel to try to stay warm Finished up the paperwork and use the restroom and I called my wife told her I'd be home in a little over an hour and not to save dinner for me or anything and then I ran back out to the plane as quickly as I could because I didn't want to get cold soaked in Duluth even though I had it on the heat or the whole day it wouldn't start because it was so cold and I had to get a pre toss trying to avoid that the engine fired up right away and as it did I just sat on the ramp with idling and I use my ipad the file an iof our flight plan and then I was waiting for my ipad to give me the notification that has been in the system because I knew I couldn't get my clearance until it the system

Brewers, Los Angeles Dodgers and Milwaukee Brewers discussed on Mark Levin

"From from ESPN they had the dodgers winning last night's game six two zero. And then even after you know, what we've been seeing from the brewers the had the dodgers winning tonight six to three. I mean, oh, you know, you're you're seeing you know, a lot of the the narrative that can the brewers have can they ride this hot street and beat you know, this huge Iran's run spurring dodgers team. Right. And and it's like, you know, we were very hot. I mean. Absolutely. But this is more than just a streak, and this is more than just, you know, October walks. Yeah. Let's look down the line lineup. Yeah. Let's look at this. Okay. The brewers play in a tougher division and the dodgers do up and down. They play baseball. You've got this unbalanced schedule. So the brewers they're playing the cardinals. And they're playing the pirates and they're playing the cubs all teams that are well over five hundred that's the toughest schedule in the National League. And the brewers won four more games than the Los Angeles Dodgers with their two hundred twenty million dollar payroll did. But of course, they're not on anybody's radar screens because well TV the TV people live in Los Angeles where they live in New York. So they're not paying attention to the brewers. And and it can it's just I guess, I am venting. I admit it. But and maybe I've got this chip on my shoulder. But this is a great story and people should be talking about how exciting this team is to come out of nowhere and be doing all this great stuff instead of well, they're lucky the riding the wave or whatever. Absolutely. And. I think what's interesting is. You know, you bring up a good point the Milwaukee Brewers don't give as many nationally televised games. So all writing a little bit under the radar. If you're not around the area. But I mean, you look at our partitioning staff, which has been given great, you know, actually been given the respect. But even even with our pitching staff, you had you had traditions that you know, the dodgers bats are just too high. It'd be starting to Iran's. But then you look at past two games. And it's just not. Exactly. I mean, look is it possible that LA's going gonna come back and win the series? Yes. I guess it's possible. I I respect them. They are a good team. What I am frustrated with is the lack of respect that our team is getting a team that had a better regular season record than the vaunted dodgers, and at least as of right now is leading in the series guaranteeing that you know, worst case scenario there's gonna be a game six in Milwaukee, and candidly, candidly were it not for you know, one bad pitch in one bad inning. Dodgers would be trying to win tonight to avert. A sweet this has been the dodgers have been at least in my opinion completely. And totally outplayed by the Milwaukee Brewers. But don't expect to hear that if you tune into the national coverage, here's a text. I'm sick of hearing the national media keep on insinuating that the brewers are over achieving lucky and that NFL likely. Manager of the year Craig counsel, supposedly doesn't know what he's doing. Absolutely, absolutely. And I mean, this I guess this is what you come to expect. When you have this great local team that's on the national stage. But I'm frustrated with four one four seven nine nine one six twenty. Let's talk to let's see let's talk to Dan in greenvale, Daniel WTMJ good afternoon. Hey, Jeff, I think it has a lot to do with the west coast by Fania. The market out there. You know, I don't think I don't necessarily think their their dog and the brewers just they're really hoping for the dodgers in their for their ratings are greater back on what Kansas City won the World Series. Great World Series of very low rated. Yes. Right, right. The the ideal dream of the networks is Los Angeles. And now that knew it would have been Los Angeles and New York, but now that Los Angeles, the Yankees are out of it, the dream is the dodgers and the Red Sox, you know, two of the larger media markets, Houston and Milwaukee. Oh my gosh. That's flyover country. How can you know? What's that gonna do? So I think you're you're probably onto the brewers were. Okay. Sunday night. Baseball is ESPN's featured thing it's it's sort of like Sunday night football. The brewers didn't play on Sunday night baseball. They weren't scheduled any time. This year mean seriously how many times can you watch the Yankees play? The Boston Red Sox four one four seven nine nine one six twenty Mike in Waterford micro WTMJ afternoon. I definitely agree with what you're saying. And I think part of the problem with the analyst, especially as of yet don't know how to analyze a team like the brewers. They're completely different. They do the analytics like who who announces the bullpen as the starting pitchers the brewers. And so these guys that have played traditional baseball traditional cities with traditional teams with the big starting pitching what to say about him in the first place. Right. And they still can't grasp the fact that they're winning that way. It's almost like when the west coast offense came into nobody believed that the San Francisco forty Niners. We're going to be that good. Because how can you do this with their stink and drive and no running game and stuff like that? I go way up playing baseball. And I agree with you, Mike, except I'm willing to make a prediction if the situation were reversed in the brewers were the more conventional team with the starters that went seven innings and the dodgers were the ones that were pushing the envelope and all this stuff. My guess is the spin would be how incredibly unconventional they're rewriting all the rules. This is the future of baseball look at where visionary Dave Roberts. That would be the big the big story. And and I I don't think they like the fact that this new way of playing baseball is coming from Milwaukee. Yes. Absolutely. I think you're exactly right. They resent it. They don't understand it. And they okay. This is not the way it's done. And here you have this little team out of Milwaukee to been able to do this. And I just look I understand inventing. But but somebody who's been a long suffering baseball fan for a long time and a huge brewers fan. I think this is a special season. I do and. And it is frustrated me all along that this team isn't getting the respect that. I think it deserves outside of Milwaukee. Now as long as they keep winning, it doesn't matter and see. That's that's I guess the bottom line keep winning. And you know, who cares? What anybody else thinks? But I think the coverage of the brewers and the national commentators, and then blessed the left the the left coast bias that you've seen towards the the dodgers has been just appalling, I understand that you can pick and choose and somebody that's a great game or or whatever. But just just watch the criticism of the council gets for the different decisions. He makes that did end up. They end up working did end up working because what the brewers are doing right now is something special looking I fully understand dodgers. Could maybe go ahead and win three in a row. And then they go on to the World Series. And Welby said even though it's been a great year. But I mean, this this is an incredibly good story. It's a wonderful story. And it is unfortunate that that story is not. Being told to the national the national audience on a better basis. So luckily, the answer to all this is of course, just to turn down the sound turn up WTMJ and listened to Bob and Jeff do the call. That's of course, the answer to it. But it doesn't change the frustration that I have listening to a lot of the commentators who don't know the brewers don't like the viewer. The brewers don't know anything about Milwaukee and desperately want to see the Los Angeles Dodgers win. Well, maybe they're going to get their wish. But I wouldn't be surprised if I don't know every once in a while the good guys win. And maybe some of the announcers the Joe bucks of the world the Bob Costas of the world. Maybe then they'll even have to figure out how to pronounce the names of some of the brewers players for forty-nine, Jeff Wagner WTMJ. Twelve

"Hey everybody it's just an aunt sarah way we already to hear talk about episode seven which comes after up sewed six which i thought was going to break the internet with on the things that happened in that episode it was quite eventful will say so we haven't talked because you were not here for episode six so let's get your overall feelings on all the things that happened in a pursued six because we had what would we have we had nick and eden the scene we aren't sure we needed in the whole show what else do we have the bombing obviously at the end yeah and then we had what else was i seen where we find out how serena was shot and the handled yes handle yes fred fred show and his little his little killer face i know i actually i thoroughly enjoyed assode six all of it and i i maybe i was the only one but i was super surprised at how that was handled because i i knew serena had some pullover fred in certain situations i didn't think she had quite that pole and i didn't think he had quite the what's the word the guts for its intestinal fortitude yes so when he actually ended up killing the wife and the husband of the man who killed her or shot her excuse me that was really surprising i thought he was just gonna go clean with it and just kill that guy and kill his wife and be done with it so that was almost it but a little thought into yeah
