What Country Does Mitch McConnell Actually Represent?
"Has come out and he has said, look, the most important thing happening in the world right now is the war in Ukraine. What country does Mitch McConnell represent exactly? The country that has the wide open border and a 100,000 plus drug overdoses that has double digit inflation, you see, for Washington, D.C., WarGames are always more important than the livelihood of their citizens. Always. They will always care more about some far distant land than their own constituents. Does Mitch Mitch McConnell as senator from western Ukraine? Or is he a senator from Kentucky that has incredible problems right now? Kentucky's dealing with drug problems, inflation, unemployment, you see Rand Paul, who also represents Kentucky, actually cares about his voters. Rand Paul stood up and said, I represent my voters and I swore an oath to the United States Constitution. And I'm not going to just all of a sudden authorize $40 billion to go to some far off distant land when we do not know what success looks like. Will this bring us closer to peace or closer to war? You see, there should be solutions put forward other than just giving Raytheon Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin, complete and total blank checks to be able to have their chance at pillaging the United States treasury. Here's

Left Wing Media Blames Tucker Carlson for Buffalo Shootings
"So let's see. So The Washington Post in The New York Times are blaming Tucker Carlson and Fox News for the shooting. Is that right? They really doing it? Conservative media is familiar with buffalo suspects alleged theory. By Paul farhi, in the New York and Washington Post, there you go. Use The Washington Post media reporter. Let me see. Look, whatever they can do to smear the right is what they do. That's as simple as that.

Due Process Institute's Jason Pye and Doug Discuss the First Step Act
"Everybody, it's Doug Collins glad to have you back on the dog Collins podcast. You got a great friend coming back in today to be on the podcast Jason parr, due process institute. I've known him for many, many, many years that we go back from Georgia politics to D.C. politics everywhere in between. But I wanted to bring Jason back in to like a lot going on in the D.C. front and it's not just in legislation, but it's also in its election cycle. You probably will realize that watch list of this podcast Washington podcast went on. Election cycles tend to make politicians do sort of different things. And it's a lot of pressure going on. And I'm not criticizing that. I've been a part of and a lot of part of it. You have to sort of find what works is a guy who's worked with my campaigns consulted for me forever. Chip Lake says, he says elections can be about everything you want them to be. But at the end of the day, the voters have a say in what actually goes on. And that's true. But one of the areas that is so important that I wanted to bring Jason back in because I do a lot of work off podcast with this issue and that's criminal justice and criminal justice reform and Jason has been at the heart of that for a while. I work with the folks at justice action network. You've got a lot of groups out there that do this kind of work. But we're seeing some progress we're seeing some steps back and then what I want to talk to Jason about today is this idea that I saw a Republicans moving forward in what should be a really conservative issue combined with and they seem to be taking some steps back. So Jason Powell, welcome back to the dot com. Thanks for having me. It's good to see you as always. And that's a good time. I was going to say everything you're talking about in terms of criminal justice there are things that Republicans should be running on should be proudly proclaiming and your work on the first step act in Congress. You should wear as a badge of honor. And unfortunately, Republicans are going towards this tough on crime rhetoric that was so prevalent in the 1980s and 1990s. It's frustrating. Well, it is. And I think that's the part now. I wrote an op-ed a couple of weeks ago. We put it out and it was really hitting at that, you know, the whole idea

David Gergen Shares His Experiences in the Nixon Administration
"David, I want to start because there's some people in the audience. I get new affiliates every month, and we get 400 and right now. I want them to know that you work for RN, you work for Gerald Ford, you work for Ronald Reagan, you work for Clinton. But you have different sort of styles and roles for each of them. Let's start with president Nixon. What'd you do in the Nixon White House? Nixon White House, I came in, I've been in the navy. I went to law school and I went in the navy for three and a half years. My last year, you know, I was assigned to come back to come to Washington to work on draft reform. That was the time when Nixon had launched a random lottery to determine what draft number you got and whether you're going to go to Vietnam or not. And we tried to clean that up, they ran a bogus in some ways, I ran the moderator first year out. I'll tell you, you have time for a little story. We got lots of time. We can go a long time today. Okay, super. Well, so the next one out of The White House orders a random lottery to determine who goes to Vietnam. The Lewis Hershey was then head of the draft. He was sort of the J. Edgar Hoover of the drafts. And so Hershey did something they did back in the Second World War, which was a very popular war. They got a bowl, they got capsules, and they put January 1 in the first capsule, put it in a bowl, and then January 2, all the days of January, then February, all the way up through the days of December the last ones into the boat. Got a spoon started up a little bit. Put it in the closet. And then on the day on the random monitor, they brought it to bowl, reached in for number one, you ought to Vietnam. And it was like November 15th. And then all of the early all of the early numbers and all of the early draws were from late in the year. So the whole thing was tilted.

Sebastian Talks January 6th Updates With Julie Kelly
"Julie Kelly, welcome back to America first. Thanks for having me. I wanted to say I concluded my lovely Mother's Day last night by watching 2000 mules. It is just mind-blowing. You can not conceive that this happened in America that has been covered up this long. And I encourage anyone who has not yet seen it to take the hour and a half and sit down and watch it. I'm going to watch it again. Because I'm sure I've missed something, but great work there. Thank you, Julie. Salem now, dot com, watch the movie stream. It ordered the DVDs you've got to watch it. Okay, so The Washington Post gets a Pulitzer for its coverage of January 6th. This weekend, we saw against federal code and against Virginia code justice is being harassed outside their homes. Nobody arrested nobody a charge with sedition and insurrection. Would you give us an update, Julie on the latest developments with the political prisoners here in D.C.? Yes, first I want to say something about The Washington Post. Aside from other hyperbolic coverage and editorializing, they did a three part series about January 6th, which is a trove. Of little nuggets of information as to how certain lawmakers and officials in Washington, D.C., Avi knew so much ahead of time what was going to happen on January 6th. I've actually relied on that quite a bit, for example, Liz Cheney bringing a Secret Service agent retired Secret Service agent to the capitol that day and some other kids. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on. Liz Cheney had special protection on January 6th, so how did she know? Well, that's a great question. No one will ask, but that was a little tidbit in The Washington Post extensive investigation. It's what happened before during and after we also found out that Adam kinzinger told his staff not to come in that day, and I believe the reports that he brought a firearm, I believe that that's what The Washington Post in this series

Dinesh Responds to the Critics and 'Fact Checkers' of '2000 Mules'
"One of the most indefatigable critics of 2000 meals is The Washington Post national correspondent. This is a guy named Philip bump. This guy is literally in the last few months written about 7 articles. Focusing on the issue of lord harvesting, ballot trafficking. And he's trying his very best. I mean, he's applying. You can see the tremendous energy to try to debunk. The movie. Now, to his credit, I invited Philip bump to a public debate and he's like, well, I don't know about a debate, but maybe we can do an exchange in The Washington Post. I got to talk to my editors, and I said, okay, why don't you do that? And he's come back to me and said his editors have approved us doing that kind of exchange. So that's really cool. I'm really happy that there's going to be at least some engagement on this issue. I think we're trying to set that up to occur early next week. But I want to talk a little bit about Philip bumps article. I won't be able to go into it fully now, I'm just going to talk about the opening of the article and I'll address other points, of course, as we get down the road. But in this very long article, he begins by saying, I'm going to go into a particular incident that he says kind of is representative of the movie and I'm going to debunk this incident and in debunking it. I'm sort of debunking the whole strategy of the movie. Interestingly, the incident he picks is not directly related to elections at all. It was a way of validating the geo tracking data in the movie. Greg Phillips and Catherine engelbrecht were having trouble getting the Georgia authorities to take to look at this geo tracking data because it's never been applied before to this area. And so they said, okay, well let's solve a murder. Let's try to help solve a prominent murder and they actually chose to murder. We only feature one in the film. I'll feature a bolt in a book that I'm writing that goes with the film. But Catherine and Greg basically said, let's take a murder and let's see if our geo tracking evidence can help to solve it. And of course, we feature this in the movie, it's a siria Turner murder young black girl shot in a vehicle during a BLM riot that occurred in Atlanta and right about the time the summer of 2020. Now, according to Philip bump, the facts of the story are misrepresented in the movie because according to him, although the movie talks about two suspects having been arrested, subsequently, he goes one of the suspects was arrested right
Tucker Carlson: Washington's Prioritization of Money to Ukraine
"Let's do what Tucker Carlson said last night on Fox News about the prioritizing of baby formula for illegals, but not American citizens. Instead, you representatives in Washington just voted to send yet another $40 billion to be creating an oligarch who paid off the president's son. That's what happened. And it's just the latest check that Congress has cut them. You can add it to the approximately $14 billion. They've already spent on Ukraine. That brings the total as of tonight to more than $54 billion. How much is that? Well, for perspective, it is more than we spent per year on average on the war in Afghanistan, a war that began with a direct attack on the United States. 54 billion. That's about as much as Russia, the country spends on its entire armed forces over the course of a full year. It is a ludicrous amount. Wow, that's clarity. That's perspective. That is astounding,

Um So I, uh I bought a house. Um and then I moved and when I moved back to the area, I love my tenants so much that I bought another house, which is probably stupid. And then I thought I was moving. So I rented that house out and now moving in an apartment with two houses and $400,000 and deaths. I don't really know what to do Want to sell them? Um, yeah. That's that's kind of what I was calling to check and see if that's the right thing to do. I just didn't know if none of this what you described to me happen by default, not by plan. Just just executed her. And Yeah, and behind her was in the video within seconds, Meaning they were right there. There were three the two or three cops. Very armed. Uniformed cops, one of whom I recognize his face. You can see him later. The news videos out of the ambulance. Same same face, same uniforms. Same argument out of the ambulance. He was inside right behind her. And there was no chaos in that room. Every everybody was basically standing there. Call me they may have been chanting or whatever. I don't know. But they weren't progressing physically and she crossed through and she gets shot. So now if she needed to be shot, how come the cops with three armed cops behind her? Didn't shoot her? They'd apparently didn't see a threat. But Somebody on the inside for some reason, then that's the question that was one of my life. Seven in the melee got trigger happy. It's like I said in the second hour ago, trigger trigger happy people in a melee and and somebody died. All right, okay. And they're gonna have to investigate that. I don't know how they're gonna find out who did it. They're going to go over tapes and everything else and find out But, yeah, I mean, somebody shot the person and they can and they can't claim self defense here. You're right. They can't So obviously this is something accidental shooting because of fear. I'm so we basically have Ah, George Floyd all over again. Right? Only this one. It's female and white and was shot by a cop without justification as I can see it. In, but I don't see Minneapolis or Washington D C burning down tonight. I don't think it targets being looted because cylinder investigation. David don't Don't jump the gun here. It's still under investigation. No. One I didn't see the assailant. Did you see who shot her? No, You didn't. I didn't know there. No. So why is there gonna be a George Floyd moment when you don't know who pulled the trigger? I'm way don't need to get another job and I'm just making a comparison argument. I'm telling you, you're jumping the gun here because unless we find an assailant Unless we know that situation. I mean, George Floyd was obviously something that you know you're looking at going. How is this happening? I was this guy getting need in the neck by some cop. This is something that happened in in a in a moment. That was tense. And you're right. There was no justification for shooting this girl. From what I saw no justification at all. So you know, now we gotta find out who the assailant was. Who the Who wasn't the did the deed and then we go there. Right. And and, of course, the major media don't make any mention of it whatsoever. They're not curious at all they say is not. Yeah, he says, and some woman got shot and now back to you, you know they don't They don't go into right. They don't go in spirit at all. You're right now. This is the way it is. The nature of the beast. Yes. Is that a woman? White woman of veteran Ah military veteran shot and killed right there the capital. And there is nobody to say anything about it and nobody there to stick up for her. Nobody there too. You know, protests and light the fires and kick the tires? No, it's not gonna happen your rights. It's It's unfair and it's not gonna happen. Right. And as for you were talking earlier about rebellion versus civil War versus Revolution. The way I view it is, it's none of the above its citizens of a country. Simply defending an existing country against an unlawful attacker. Whether it's from within without a combination of the two it if you want to call it a civil war. It's an unlawful group attacking us. Whereas the you find it punctuated, scented the other way around in the major media. They would say that I don't I don't see it that way at all. They're not. They didn't do that. I mean, if it's if it's if it's a move to a civil war that they failed because we're not. We're not having a civil war here. I don't think that was an intention. Off these people in Washington. I think they wanted to make their point. They made their point. But there was no end result from it because it was completely it was completely defused. Right. I agree with you. But what I'm saying is that we need to make sure and protect that ground And don't allow people to. You know, whomever the media who never to say anything about that. It says that we're starting a civil war. We're starting revolution. No, we're simply defending what has been long established. That's all we're doing is sending. You said it were defending the Constitution in our way of life. Let's hope that was the message has been a lot of people feel that way. Let's hope they have the same enthusiasm you do about protecting freedom. "Getting this is the best of Armstrong and Daddy across this in the Wall Street Journal is getting a fair amount of attention. But this is the editorial boards version of How Benjamin Franklin has become a person of concern. Washington D. C also proposes to cancel Washington and Jefferson. Benjamin Franklin's famous quote a Republican. If you can keep it that he actually say there's the possible doesn't make any difference. It might as well be true. But the idea was, um 10. People govern themselves or will it go? The way of a self governance always has, where you just break into factions, and it all falls apart, and it's ruined right? Well, the Wall Street Journal's sort of making the point that maybe maybe that is the direction we're going. Because Benjamin Franklin said it and he no longer is going to be a founding era person that you're going to be able to see in Washington D. C. If this new panel in Washington D. C gets it what it's way they've identified Benjamin Franklin, among other founders as persons of concern. And recommended their names be removed from D C property. This is straight out of Soviet Russia. I mean, it's that they didn't even change the words. I mean, it is straight out of the Politburo. The astonishing proposals come from a Washington D C government committee formed by Mayor Muriel Bowser to reexamine the names of schools. Statues and parks in the wake of protests. This chick doesn't get enough attention for being awful. The committee submitted its report Monday and Ms Bowser Um ah, passed along to the next step of happening. The committee says it hunted for historical figures with he disqualifying histories, including participation and slavery, systemic racism, mistreatment of or actions that suppressed equality for persons of color women and L G B T Q communities. So Franklin was tough on the transgenders, huh? Yeah, sure. Right. So the founding fathers weren't open minded enough about gay bi trans rights? Yeah, I'm sure they weren't And neither would you have been if you live, then you lying liar. There was hardly anybody else in the world. I mean, like talking 99% here, Atop least at least I'm Jim being charitable. I mean, if you're gonna include that in there you you're not gonna be able to have anybody's name on anything that that existed prior to like 2010. I mean, like nobody Barack Obama ran out. He ran on marriage is between a man and a woman. Hillary Clinton out canceled canceled. Come on, Michael, what we pay in your four in there. What are you doing? You're flipping through a comic book, if if she if your life if your life and attitudes weren't on the right side of slavery, systemic racism, mistreatment over actions that suppressed equality for persons of color women and LGBT Q communities. You have violated the D C human right act. I hate to sound like a racist, anti racist lunatics. But you're either with these people or you have to come off the sidelines and fight this stuff. Folks in your schools in your town. It's your City Council. You have to be willing to stand up. You compared it to Soviet Russia. I still think it's reminds me more of the French revolution. Since I've been doing a lot about reading about that. Particularly this part, the bureaucrats worked with uncharacteristic dispatch taking six weeks to render the judgment of history on 1330 properties named for people. That's what's so French Revolution style is it's just the fever. It's just the excitement in the air. People are in the park. People in the streets were gonna do something big and we're gonna do it right now. Yeah, without calming down for a second, right, And it's moving so fast that everybody's got such a head of steam that nobody's got the guts to stop him. As I've been saying over and over people who study this sort of thing. Think it only takes like 15% of worked up revolutionaries to get a revolution going. You've got a whole bunch of other people are scared, who kinda agree, But think you're going too far. You got a bunch of people who don't agree, but are afraid they're gonna get run over and lose their jobs or their heads if they get in the way right, And it doesn't take that many people to Tonto a lot of damage. The committee wants the Franklin School Historic Landmark renamed and recommends that D C petition the federal government to remove relocate and contextualized Ah, federally on Franklin statue. Actually, this article starts with the big picture picture of Benjamin Franklin. That's up in the halls of the Senate, right where everybody walks into the chamber. Recommended offers the same recommendation for the Federal Washington Monument. Yeah, the big one. The big white one. We need to contextualize that. Yes, yes. Some other school names. The committee wants scrubbed Thomas Jefferson, author of The Declaration of Independence that Francis Scott Key author of The Star Spangled Banner. Alexander Graham Bell, inventor of the telephone. James Monroe, who negotiated the Louisiana purchasing was our fifth president. Um Well, if you're going to include that whole nut job list of they were not to kind of LGBT. Q. People like to get rid of Madison then, and Adams said. Probably everybody who's thinking is prior to 2010, right? Yeah, You're right. You're absolutely right. So for a tiny couple of activists, and you could probably find something, they said that isn't up to the current, too politically correct lingo and cancel them a swell. I'm sure she that's right. I'm sure you could find something with the Kennedys. Bobby or John is saying something unkind about 100% you know, trains or gay marriage or something like I'm sure you could. Well, how about during the civil rights era, this stuff that the Kennedy said About various civil rights leaders. I mean, by today's standards is utterly unacceptable. So they're they're canceled,.

"Violence by offering assistance to either party involved give us an overview of intimate partner violence and how the VA's assistance program will help veterans and employees. Well, let's begin with what I P V stands for intimate partner violence. According to the CDC is defined as physical, sexual psychological harm or stalking behavior by a current or former partner that occurs on a continuum off frequency and severity, ranging from emotional abuse to chronic severe battering or even fatality. It can occur in heterosexual relationships or same gender loving relationships, and it does not require sexual intimacy or cohabitation, which is a really important distinction. So back in May 2012 the V, A chartered a task force of national experts and domestic violence and intimate partner violence and what they came up with. Was a 14 recommendation plan for VJ to implement and intimate partner Violence Assistance Program and so from that that was the inception of the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Program based on those recommendations, So in January 2014, they began a rapid implementation program with fix the A medical centers around the country. From that time from 2014 till now. Well, actually until April 2018. The systems program has grown to 100 sites, and we're actually approaching 100 and 40 sites since Congress funded the program in April 2018 so it's mushroomed, and it's born out of a need that was identified by veterans. And so really excited to, you know, promote the program. Let people know that veterans and the A employees have a place to go now who are experiencing and using violence and intimate relationships. So now we're at the point where at the program is here at the Washington D. C B, a medical center, and what we plan to do is to educate people providers let me step back. So the 14 recommendations out of that there was five main priorities that came from that, and so raising awareness is one The second is building community partners. The third is is serving veterans who are experiencing intimate partner violence. Fourth is serving those who use intimate partner violence and The apes staff who are experiencing into my partner Brian's, either using it or experiencing it, so raising awareness just like coming on this radio show raising people's awareness about what I P V means. If they hear the acronym it means intimate partner violence, raising awareness that the V A is committed to helping assisting veterans and B a employees who are experiencing and using violence and relationships who really genuinely want to stop that behavior and want to decrease and improve their intimate relationships. We're working on building a community of practice within the V, a medical center in Washington, D C and around the country and so one of the ways that we're going to do that is to train staff and create policies and assessments, protocols for veterans to be assessed and treated. Along with that we have to build community coalitions. People who have already been doing this work for very long time, whether it's housing issues, whether it's law enforcement officers or those people who are in the trenches every day, working with people who are dealing with intimate partner violence, so building community partners in D C. Maryland and Virginia because those of the veterans that we are working with in Washington, D. C B, a medical center. And then it's really identifying what veterans are impacted by the use or the experience of intimate partner violence. And I just want to pause that the language is really important because one of things about the intimate part of bombings assistance program Is that we want to emphasize that this is a veteran centered. It is person first. You know this whole person approach. It's trauma informed. And what I mean by trauma informed is that we're not trying to re traumatize someone. We're not using language that will be stigmatizing veterans who use violence want to do better in their relationships and may not necessarily have Resource is to do that. And so we don't want to stigmatize them by using words like batterer. It's a person who uses the violence or someone who's who is experiencing violence. They're not a victim. We want to make sure that everyone is empowered. And that's what the MPD AP Intimate Partner Violence Assistance program is all about is educating around how we can empower people. How we can give them resource is So they can feel that they're supported by the D. A. It's very similar to domestic violence. What's the difference? If you can see domestic violence as the umbrella or it's intimate partner? Violence is actually a kind of domestic violence with domestic violence. Most people think that there has to be called habitation that you actually live in the same residents. With intimate partner violence. There's a little difference like I explained before. Cohabitation doesn't have to be a part of that situation, so it could be former partners. It could be people that partner that you're not living with sexual intimacy may not actually be occurring at that time so intimate partner. Violence is a kind of domestic violence, and that Specifically impacts people who were in an intimate relationship, and those intimate relationships can be made up of all kinds of whether it's past present future or just, you know, just any kind of relationship that has a level of intimacy. It doesn't require cohabitation, so that's a difference. Domestic violence also includes, you know, elder abuse or child abuse. That's the difference with intimate partner violence. They're actually in an intimate relationship. So that's just junction between the two. What can veterans expect when they visit the medical center for routine checkup? Will they be screened or asked about physical, emotional or sexual abuse? That's excellent question. Let me start off by saying that we know two things about specifically with women veterans or with women in general who experiencing intimate partner violence. Number one. They want their medical providers to ask them about intimate partner violence. We know that from qualitative studies, Thea other thing that we know is that Women know that they or they believe that their doctors can help that they have answers and that they have resource is so number one women want the question asked and number two. They believe their doctor can help. So we're starting screening at the Washington D. C B, a medical center naturally in the women's health clinic, But that doesn't mean it's going to stop there. The goal is to move there to my partner Violence assistance program beyond the one is health clinic. For every part of the medical.

Well, November, you know. November is about the time probably after the election and be like a real good time to do it, according to the Washington D. C ist the DCs on October 5th. So if it's good enough to open like in November, why isn't good enough to open right now? You're losing a full month of education. It is hitting people who are low income the hardest. Really zoom. Let's just say, but frankly, even more importantly, them winning the election and it is important we're winning on ideas. Our ideas are better. There are a couple of fundamental truths that we agree on as when we come together to form a civilization. When we when we get together and form a better society, we agree on a couple of fundamental truths like I don't know you shouldn't destroy people's private personal property. For that matter. You shouldn't destroy public property that we all take ownership up. Guy you shouldn't. You shouldn't get in the way and inhibit and impede a person trying to live about their lives like sleeping peacefully in their own domicile like traversing a public road. You shouldn't do that. You shouldn't get in their way and stop them from traversing that road. Just because you want to prove a point. You shouldn't purposely wake them up in the middle of the night because you have an important statement to make. No no, no, no. You see, we agree as a civilization. There are certain fundamentals. There are certain rights and wrongs. There are We've come to call it Law and order. The law part is these are the rules that we all must obey The order. Part is when you break those rules, there are circumstances. Now on a daily basis for the last several months, you and I have witnessed the deterioration and this mantle ing Of those fundamental understandings that we here in America have agreed upon. And we have seen that dismantling specifically in cities. Certain cities. That have elected leadership that looks the other way looks the other way in such a way that it almost looks as though they're encouraging. This disorder that they're encouraging this breakdown a civilization like and like for some reason there on the side. Of the uncivilized there on the side of the people. Who are dismantling Our civilization or, at the very least, they're looking the other way because they believe that in some way they Will benefit from this dismantling of our civilisation. That's what we have witnessed. We've talked about it. For months. We've talked about it, and sadly, we have had an example right here right here in our town, which also happens to be the nation's capital, the the seat of political power. In the United States of America. Our city Washington, D. C. And we thought Sadly, over this weekend, multiply and multiply and multiply. Now. Now, the another basic norm of our civilization that we have seen Violated is that if a person is sitting in a public place, enjoying a meal They have a right to not be disturbed and intimidated and bullied and screamed at, especially at a time. When they have no choice but to sit outside and eat their meal. Because that same government That same local government that his impeded Our rights as citizens to live in a civilisation. They have also forced Basic fundamental changes to the way we go about living our life like going into indoors to eat in a restaurant. Can't even say with a straight face, But there we are. We have a Washington D C government that has forced every restaurant to put tables out on the sidewalk and out in the street. To accommodate their interpretation of the covert 19 pandemic protocols. So while you're sitting there, you being poor, you know American Citizen Washington resident You were heard all week. You go on a Saturday night to enjoy one of the nice restaurants that's still barely surviving. And you want to support your local restaurant. You want to bring money into downtown Washington? So there you are.

"Guy bumbled around television. CNN from a teleprompter has taken their time Make Don lemon looked like a MENSA member. We just figured that that guy was Fredo. Also, he gets really touchy when you call him Prado, So we just figured if I remember right Fredo was not the youngest brother, right? Isn't Chris Cuomo, the youngest brother in the family? That would that would make him Michael I'm not saying he's as smart as Michael Corleone. I'm just saying that maybe he's not as dumb as Andrew. Cuomo, the governor of New York. I keep playing you various examples as to why maybe maybe just maybe Andrew Cuomo is the one Who's ignorant. And today. Well, he He delivered. Let's break this down a bit. He's talking about wealthy people who have left New York City. And don't want to come back and how he's trying to get them to come back to New York City. Now there's a lot in here. That is funny, and there's a lot in here that is angering. And there's a lot in here that frankly is duplicitous to say the least. Hey, says that you know these really rich New Yorkers. They've all gone out to the Hamptons or the Hudson Valley. No, they've gone to Florida. I hate to break it to you, Governor Kobo, but they've left the state. Not just New York City. But it does bring up a larger question. There is no doubt we had this conversation yesterday as well. But with our friend who's leaving, he wrote his column in human events. Goodbye. Washington, D. C. People are leaving cities now. For various reasons. Maybe the the urban model doesn't fit. When we're living in the age of very dangerous communicable diseases and viruses. You could certainly make that case. People could be leaving the city because the mayors of the largest cities in this country that has seen a huge increase in violent crime, including murder are not dead. Reinvesting in law enforcement and protecting and serving and re committing to making those cities safe. In fact, they are acquiescing to those who were trying to abolish the police Department. That's a formula for people leaving cities. There are various reasons why people are leaving. I want to hear from you about this. At 886409625 Are you doing this? Do you know people in your life that are doing this? If you already live in the suburbs or in rural areas, Have you noticed people moving in? And I'm wondering. Andrew Cuomo makes this case that his concerning you'll hear the audio in a minute. His concern is that he's losing his tax base, and he should be concerned about that. I wonder what your concern is. And that's because my worry as I look at the lay of the land here. When people are leaving the city, and they're going out to greener pastures where things aren't quite as messed up. Do they recognise what made the city fail in the first place? Are you seeing your neighborhood? Are you seeing your area? Are you seeing your county? Are you seeing your region? Quickly becoming Infiltrated by the exact same voters that have screwed up the big city and let's just make it very clear here. It's Washington D. C. We're talking about 886309 65. Washington D C. Famously voted over 90% for Hillary Clinton in 2016. It could very well be the most Democrat City. In the country when it comes to its voting for a presidential election. And there are people leaving that city. And they're now going to come to your neighborhood. And you may think I'm living in Fokker County. I'm an hour away. Nobody's going to want to commute. Well, Think twice, buddy, because 60% of Washington D C workers Have been working from home under covert 19 and they're probably going to stay. See you want to talk about the new normal Part of the new normal and it might make you know for a better quality of life in the Washington, DC area, But part of the new normal is that the freeways expressways, the roads, the highways are not going to be is clogged and traffic jammed as they used to be, not to the same extent. Because people are going to be working from home a lot more employers will be encouraged to keep employees home. There will be fewer people using mass transit. There will be fewer cars on the road. There will be a brand new paradigm in the Washington area where somebody can be a typical downtown D. C. K Street kind of employee, but live right out there. In Winchester. You're maybe Harper's ferry. They can enjoy the beautiful rural life that you have created out there. But still be a DC person. With their DC career, and you betcha. They're D C politics. Are you seeing that already? And is that a concern of yours? Triple 86 30 p. M L Here's Andrew Cuomo today. There's so much about this that I want to comment on. We used to be worried Millionaire's tax people might leave. No, no, no burden Shifted. We're trying to get people to come back. Can you? Can you explain this to me again? This is why I think he might be the Fredo in this equation. Mr Allegedly nipple piercings here. Explain. What am I missing? It used to be that we were worried about wealthy people leaving? No, no, no. The paradigm shifted now we're trying to get them back. Doesn't that mean they've left? And doesn't that mean that you're worried that they've left? Oh, I see is the point he's making is we don't worry about them leaving because they're already gone. Is that the point he's making I didn't Fredo, right? Am I wrong? He's the Fredo, but he used to be worried Millionaire's tax people might leave. No, no burden shifted. We're trying to get people to come back. We're trying to get them to come back Cove. It's under control. We're going to make progress helping the homeless. We're going to clean up the graffiti. We're going to fix crime on top of that. Listen to that way Fix Cove it But we want you to come back. We're going to fix all these other things that make living in New York, a bleep hole. We're.

"Man Washington D. C. Now. They say that additional rapid deployment teams might be dispatched regionally so they could be flown into any other area within a few hours, should unrest spark up in other cities across the United States. Here's what I find funny about that. My security detail. When? When I was the undersecretary. Never thought about how you know what we're going to protect the undersecretary, and we're going to be just a few hours away. So you know, Mr Brown if you get in trouble, you know someone starts attacking. You were beating you or, you know you just Ah, naively walk into your hotel room and and there's a Russian spy there or, you know, a Russian model or whatever to try to bribe you extort you or whatever. Don't worry about it. Just give us a call. You got our number and we'll be there in a couple hours. We might be down at the bar, having a drink and a pizza or something. But we'll get there as soon as we can. This's so acid mine. You can't make this crap up. The others will be there going to be placed regionally around the country so they could be flown into any other area within a few hours. Meaning well after the statues have been toppled. Because the local cops if you've seen any of the videos of local cops, they're they're running away from these things. So there's no local law enforcement in the major cities anymore, including sitting county of Denver. Forgive that, so they're going to fly the man. Yeah. So then you gotta fly him into an air force base and they have to get into Humvees and they're gonna have to drive to wherever the riot is. By That time, the rioters will be pooped out because we'll report what they think. Of all the statues down. Oh, my goodness. That's fine. And if there's any traffic about, I'll be right. There certainly isn't looking too bad out there Right now. We do have one bad acts. They're not free before we get to the freeway problems that's could be 84th and shared and watch for.

"All right another might Washington D. C. W. I. me I'll go ahead Hey mark I was wondering if you get in expound on how previously previous cases such as nears and such as the death of limited work executive privileges I think the whole impeachment is a sham I'm just here is your opinion on it it's funny the courts take it one example after another they don't have a hard and fast rule they've generals and you have the new you know the Nixon case which actually have George Washington not a case per se but a battle that took place so the court's going to look at a lot of things what is the purpose of the assertion what is it that the Congress is trying to do whether they're operating out of the box so it's fact driven so when you say a president has abstracted Congress and you don't even list the specific subpoenas and what you're making that assertion or the specific individual he does a list every single one of them that's when it becomes species because now you're attacking the whole the whole premise of separation of powers and executive privilege so when the store known Nadler and trumpet just like you said we're not going to respond also being a drug dealer Jesse blankets said he went to court that was see that's that's the difference he went to court and by going to court he's essentially asking them to do to keep that and they don't have the the Democrats around the time before the election to do that well that's their problem the constitution doesn't say that we have to meet a schedule for an election for the Democrats in the race the report is this is this this is a serious matter that requires attention by a surgeon the Republicans could have taken the same one had that it's fine with a bomb and said are worrying Pete you because you're playing claiming objective objective privilege and run knowing they yeah they didn't have to impeach him for that all they didn't even need many subpoenas I would argue if this is the standard we know as a matter of fact the doctor wasn't passed by Congress wasn't yeah when I was a matter of fact under fast and furious they funded the drug cartels south of the border didn't they exactly we know it so they don't even really need subpoenas do they they already got it through congressional testimony under you say this is a fishing expedition the president's right when he uses that phrase they have a in an impeachment in place and now they're looking for more reasons to buttress said while claiming ridiculously that it's a slam dunk case thank you very much mark I appreciate everything and you continue fighting the good fight all right my brother thanks for your call I third Mike Mike in came a day how are you Mike Hey mark how you doing all right thank you all right so I called because I want to argue I next I watched your show on worked in TV were you made the case he stood up and made the case for me let's let's hold on the Mike we how much time I have Mister this I didn't hear you senator Cruz welcome you have four minutes go baby but my friend how are you doing yeah we're just wrapping up the dinner break getting ready to get back into our twenty eight of the trial it must be a compelling case I mean I don't know about you I've litigated it's never taken me twenty four hours to explain the damn thing well and and and there's a reason it's taken this long as they keep saying the same thing over and over and over again they have about six video clips that they play one after the other after the other and and they're not proving their case but but but I do think tonight has been particularly significant but because I think what we saw today yes house Democrats perhaps inadvertently throwing Joe Biden under the box and the reason is that they they double down on a strategic mistake they made yesterday and the mistake they made yesterday they built their case on the proposition that any investigation into burglary well the Ukraine natural gas company on whose board hunter Biden's that their whole case based on the proposition any investigation into very small he is a sham is bogus is completely fraudulent today they spent over an hour arguing that any investigation into very spot is baseless and the consequence of that is number one even as in the tank for the Democrats in the mainstream media has been today's argument forces them to talk about for response and and this substantial evidence of corruption but number two it really set the stage for president trump lawyers to come back with the very significant evidence hunter Biden was getting paid a million dollars a year just sit on the board of Ukrainian natural gas company didn't know anything about about natural gas and he was getting that money because his Daddy was vice president and and I think hunter Biden has gone from not merely being relevant but now critical to the substantive defense the press can I ask you another question and I hope we don't run at a time related to what you just said this opening the door yeah I heard shift go on and on and others that without evidence by the way that the present United States left our ally Ukraine defenseless while bullets were flying new Craney ins were dying as a result of the Russian invasion and occupation and they were using that to buttress their arguments use me and I'm thinking to myself who was the point man for Ukraine under Obama that would be vice president Biden and and how much money got to Ukraine or how many I've had similar military armaments got to Ukraine while he was the point man in terms of of lethal military aid zero land and be a higher bonded ministration Obama and Biden wouldn't give Ukraine a handy and I publicly called on on the Obama administration to give legal aid to Ukraine a number of others publicly called on to do it they wouldn't get a penny they would give blanket they give them already but the trump administration is given javelin missiles which can take out Russian tanks and so every time that that democratic managers go on about about needing to save your cranium lights lush and aggressive I guess under that reasoning we should've impeach Obama because on any measure javelins are a lot more effective for taking up saying that our blanket that MRE well tell you what I I I think the vast majority of people are in pain attention this anymore and I have this question is rhetorical senator Cruz.

"You have a spare. And the other thing we say now, your father, and my father taught us how to change a flat. Oh, yeah. I've changed many many flats in my life. Guess that many Americans? Can't do today. Thirty nine million Americans. Do not do not know how to change a flat, and I wouldn't change one. I know how. Yeah. Yeah. But if you break down on the beltway, don't try to don't try to change it. I was shocking to someone last week who drove in during the so strong. We had last week not this past week or the week before when our schools shutdown got federal government was shot that was shot down and the person drove from Baltimore to Washington D C, and he said he saw at least nine people stuck on the side of the road by ninety five trying to change a flat. You're only asking to be hit. Yeah. Especially on a slick road or a wet road on icy road, where a driver who may get distracted by looking at what you're doing would drive right into you inadvertently because he is called the moth, you're looking and concentrating so heavily on an object on the side of the road, you run into it. And so I say to people make sure your town. Are properly inflated, and you have to do it once a month. Winter. And in fact, she should do it once a month year round the last thing, we think I remember winter spring summer and fall the.
