"Deserve that. If you eat seven match. House of culture and the other thing that he taught me that in general specials are kind of bullshit, because it's stuff that they desperately want to just get out of the out of the kitchen. The closest thing to the garbage can in a restaurant is the spot. And, and I it's just a way to control costs. Right. So. As a chef you'd walk through. You know you go through your frigerator you go through your pantry, and you start to see things that are, you know, starting to remember, it's a restaurant. Right. So you have to be ready. You don't know how many people are coming. You know. So sometimes you have too much of one thing or too little of whatever and you start looking at the me, if the meats are still a little bit funky than you Braise it, and you do certain things, and that's where the specials come from a comes from things that are starting to decay. Yeah, I used to always the fish market here. If you that's my said, seafood for Totta a minute ago. But if you if you see on Sunday brunch, it's whatever fish that they probably got the fish on the Thursday before. Right. And then that's whatever's leftover. And then they just throw it in on Linton. College seafood for taught. I don't know that it's been sitting there for five days. The very, very few people that get seafood deliveries on Sundays. It doesn't matter when they get it because the boats only run too. I don't care where you're little trucks going. That's what I was trying to get. That fish is dead. And it's been dead and be and most fish that you get in New York City. Yeah. Rob ably even the super fresh stuff probably week old. How much we learn. Well, I learned this, I think, from Carl to learn a lot sushi. Fresh sushi done right. It's supposed to be frozen prepare very some that you freeze like a tune salmon. Because what happens is they freeze them right on the boat. Sometime very light freeze and that kills certain para para. Okay. So cold kills Parsons, just like hot dot right? And but there's some shady shit that speaking of, of sushi in Japan, I think the biggest bullshit of all is Kobe beef. How many places you see Kobe beef own? Kobe beef is first of all most Japanese beef is not from Kobe. I explain what Kobe beef is. So Kobe beef is. Let's explain wag. You is why you Japanese beef. It's a particular breed. It's very expensive. It's very fatty, very modeled. It's way richer, and tasted anything that we'd in this country. It's very expensive people in this country of cross bred that animal with, like domestic black Angus, we call it. Wangui white gets wacky. When anger Wang, it still produces good beef. But it's not the same thing as Japanese beef. So to call something Kobe, wag you. It's kind of it's bullshit. It is date, isn't that thing for when you've had that beef. It's, it's completely like nothing else in the world. Right. And you must have cook with it. It's it doesn't cook like anything else, and I'll tell you the massage isn't that the massage the cows came as saw if you know, special diet, some, I visited a place in Japan where they feed them all at the end of that life. Right to fatten them up and give the modeling like, Spanish hams. The mega from a special black pig. And it's one of the most expensive ham. So you can have an at the six months before they kill them. They just feed him Spanish, chestnuts this pig. Is dilution. That's what I said about the first x one. With I've worked a lot. And I gotta be honest. I don't know if it was gonna agree with. You're not the best time the best state to eat is wrong. I don't I don't I don't think it cooks. Well, I think it turns steamy and, and fatty, and it's just doesn't work. Heat doesn't do well with that. It's so rich that just I just slice. It Mr. tar just eat it. It's so good. It's a little bit of salt. I just eat that meat and it's so Kobe beef. So it's all bullshit. Let's spending. Look, if this is talking restaurant, whom I pay. Right. If Spain fifteen or twenty dollars a pound for USDA prime rib rip steaks wag you is between seventy and one hundred thirty dollars a pound. Okay. So that eighteen dollar Hamburg, if you think that you'll getting Anco BEI. So, so basically, they get away with, because they know most people that order it, don't they don't even know. It's not just seeing the word in believe, never tasted that they have no reference point. It's also not a legal designation. Right. This is what this is. Why like talking to you guys? Because, you know, I'm I dumb it down because I'm just, you know, I don't have knowledge, but I've had I've certainly had Kobe Kobe in question marks quotation, excuse me over the years. I didn't know what I was eating. I, I never thought it was special. Mike, I probably wasn't. Yeah. No. Now I'm learning that, you know. Talked into it. You gotta go to dinner with him. We, we we went somewhere just to get a drink. And Nick, they headed Nick the menu and it was like the size of a phone book and all the pages, we're laminated. And if he'd had a gun on him. He shot the lady in the face. It was. So they were so aggrava-. Right. This is everything wrong. Well, why is that obviously in a diner, you could get away with that? But. Not even on the second. It's true that the Dinah has everything on the menu. But that's doesn't mean you should order everything on the perfect point you don't have any idiots. How many mouth breeders I go out with we go to places like Harry's lobster bar guys. Like can I get the chicken what? If there's a name of anything on the menu is on the on the on the wall by that, like whenever I travel, and I'm gonna place where I know it's going to suck. I asked what's the best selling thing. Because number one chances are that the guy with the one shingle tooth in the back. He's been making that the most. So he's proficient at that number two, they'd have to reorder this stuff to make that. So it's poly the freshest. So I always get the most popular thing even if it's not what I want to eat. People are so stupid. They, they think restaurants magic there's dummies in there. There's poison in there. There's bacteria there try to keep it straight. And you know, who get sick, a lot women because they go to restaurants and they get the salad, keeping the salad shoe. When I do see a thick menu are getting Zayed, because then next thing you know, I see four or five things I want to and that's got that's got to be. The restaurant business, complete opposite. I'm like the minute. I open the menu five to turn a page. I know everything's frozen. Why to keep that in? Right. Right. Both places. That's, that's actually the key. And we're talking about dinas that have those right menu factory. That's I've never actually been touching cheesecake. I'm naming a place. That's not a diner that things. It's a f- you. And if you see cheesecake factory, their growth has has been stunted because it's too much. It's overwhelming there's nothing that people love it. Keep trying different stuff. Right. But people are creatures of habit. I think they get the French fries McDonald's over and over and over by thirty years that works in their benefit of these restaurants. Tried to expand their menu, the actually shrink their customer base because people don't care about what the hell you're trying to do. They care about one thing, you know, and when I've owned restaurants people want the same thing, I'm like try this. Like I don't want to this makes me happy and you learn that as a chef like just make three things and make sure they're good old suck. Grandmother's most of them awful hacky cooks, but they make three or four Baghad dizzy, oh, lady, she'll make that apple pie money, every time doesn't mean she's good, bringing a kitchen me. I'll crush. I will Barras her. Sure face in Cheeto writer. Jesus sport. You're going gonna give you a Christmas a lump of coal. We'll give you something. Okay. Hate hearing is this recipe's been passed down for many generations. The everyone has their grandmother's recipe. Yeah. It's the grandma throw it in the garbage. Swing. Why people don't even think about it, right? Do you are? Is it say it has exit be? Let's say Meatball recipe let's just use meatballs, right? Cleanses posted of the recipe and every time I've had the recipe when they're like, this is my grandma's recipe my mind, I'm like I wish I could parachute out of this party because this is a shit show. And I'll tell you why. The forty year old fifth year old recipe number one, the cattle that we were using that she that your grandmother had was completely different than the cattle thou. Right. The eggs are even a different size, let alone a different protein content. The parmesan cheese is completely different the way that the molecular structure of the breadcrumbs. It's not even real breadcrumbs anymore. So you're following this recipe. It's a failure that made sense back in the day. Right. But now all the ingredients have changed, like when I get old recipes when I have to work with old recipes, I, you know, it's I boosted up by thirty percent because thir- food literally is thirty percent. Less powerful now that it used to be. So there's also have to add have to add extra milk, because everything's junk, it's also that I'll pallets have changed. We consider salty when we consider sweet where we can sit a spicy is, is completely different. Right. Right. We live a technicolor taste world compared to what even fifteen twenty years ago, I started cooking right about the like how much MSG is now in high end food. Always junk food. Right. Right. MSG owes in dumped into junk food, because it makes things actually tastes more vibrant. Right. But now, people using it. It's legitimize. Right. The whole notion of mommy, you know about Amami. Yeah. No, the fifth cents the fifth sets expense. Sorry, six cents. Right. Bruce, willis. The fifth taste, right? So expect to those things have mommy and that means it's, it's basically indescribable thing that completes the dish, right? Sauce. It's, it's this sweet the salty will mommy is kind of a combination of both right? Right. It's very big, especially in Japanese food, Japanese culture, and it's it is all about. There's, there's things that are Redland in with it, right. Mushrooms, sources these are things that sort of really punked up of foods. Anchovies American cheese bugs, very rich new. Mommy. At cheese book. Everything is what it is hanging out with this girl, and she just learned that word, I want to strangle cheeseburger. I would strangle. That was. She was like she was like all the Amami in this. I'm like it's ranch dressing. Mommy. Okay. MSG. There's but it's funny. Yep. Top high chefs every day or making the food tastes more, like fast food. Unfortunately, because that's where people's palate is if you ate in restaurants that I eat fifteen twenty years ago, you would need assault a bucket assault. So bland is so bland because fuse back pallet was lot softer. Well, are aren't the, the pallets just dead? Like with all the salts oils, does that kind of. No, there's destroyer tastes. Ponce the dead. But there, there's a lot of people that are numb to nuance right before the nuances of cooking chicken frequency with, you know, just putting fresh sage tarragon, people would pick up on it. He'll like the chicken that we had, we're beautiful restaurant today. That's old school. Food Bhutto bar Buddha. Jonathan Waxman roasted chicken with little olive oil on it and tarragon. Did you get Vic? We're recording a podcast. Making do we go to sushi for second. So.

"Welcome back to the program. Laurie Rubinsohn here with you and the Yankees they lose five to to the white really to the White Sox. The Yankees lose their first three series of the year and two teams that are honestly not very good to talk about the Yankees. We bring in Brendon Cutty from the ledger. Hey, Brendan how are you? I'm bitter Baluchis right now. That's not hard to do. The things are looking really rough. The Red Sox coming in on Tuesday. Yeah. Yankees. First time in thirty seven years. They lost the first three series of the year at home. So that's not something that you expect to out of the and especially when the when the season it when we saw the season. Opening series. And we thought well the Yankees get to fatten up on on the types of teams that if they were going to win the division. They needed to be the Orioles the White Sox the Tigers. And yet here the Yankees Wangui sharing and play a pretty bad brand to baseball. How much of this the big picture questions? Everybody's trying to figure out how much of this are all the incredible injuries that they've had and how much of this is just we should we be expecting better baseball from them. To say that. Oh, totally. Out. Carts out. There are on the industry. You cut back typically accept a lot of death. If you look at the Yankees cut out there say, it's not great. But it's an. The oil. With the Astros. Judge. You still have to out every now and then. Great. Well, yeah. Out of his mind. It's. Yeah. And their injuries on a problem. But enough talent undefeated give them a fighting shot point. That is probably best today after the game. He says, we should people talk plateau Arab your judge offering platitude, you know, right down the middle, politically, correct. Out of here saying, hey, man, this is gonna cut we should beat the White Sox. All right. So you mentioned Aaron Boone stealing platitudes and I heard the game presser as well. And he's Mr. positively, Mr., hey, we're close, and he other guys are still confident and all that kind of stuff flipside is for Yankee fans. You see a guy like White Sox pitching coach down Cooper come out to the mound in the middle of the game on Sunday. And look at his pitcher Carlos Redoune, and you didn't yell and scream to the point of of humiliating the guy. But that was a stern talking to that he gave him and suddenly something kicked in. And so is is it time to the Yankees need a little bit more of that. Don, Cooper ISM. So when I say that giving planet. Fair reason they can't. Some things. Anybody and I think that Ponant here with the ballot air moving very, you know, form very welcoming king aided Yankees. What they haven't him. They don't expect him to go crazy Joe Girardi on. They don't expect air yanking guys around in in the dugout. At our. If not if it's not in good personality in Larry personality, or Marcus. Tim's personality the hitting coach go to the player who is under performing. Then it's gonna come off a continuous. And it's really out of character for them. You wonder if that just turned off the rest of the team White Sox coach, maybe distinct what he does the heightened closed doors. If the impression that this is what Amazon is lake behind closed doors, and they've really kind of think probably players rumbling. I hear you and Don terrific pitching coach has been for years with the White Sox. But maybe so here's a question is it a flawed plan? If everyone on the pitching staff, and the coaching staff are all kind of more of those. Mellower? Nice guys in a way that I'm not again. I'm not saying anybody should be mean. But I think back to the Yankees and. You need to have somebody. Whether that was a Paul O'Neil personality or Jorges Kasahda personality that you have somebody who's a little balances dairy cheater that there's some fiery nece in there. And similarly, if you look at coaching staff, if you know, you have an Aaron Boone, then don't you need somebody who can be a little bit more of that Larry Bowa type personality or somebody who's a little more fiery for when when you do need somebody come in and shake things up. Yeah. I guess. So if I had the points out someone on the Yankees coaching staff who had that if the film netted, I think, I think Phil Nevin is definitely the intense. You know, strong personality. They kind of got a he'd be noses relative third base. Coach. Maybe he doesn't care in power. Maybe it's just a maybe to be doing that kind of stuff where not his job, but he'll wait could be that guy. Pretty yanking him today coloring out his team. But you know, speaking to their frustrating. You know, putting a face on how with step. They are there any clubhouse who could do more of that stuff that you should do more of that stuff on you wonder, maybe Aaron judge in his first time really dealing with losing. If this gets extended you wonder if maybe comes that guy. He shows a little bit more more fire, even though you know, that certainly need to considering. Yeah. Speaking of Aaron judge and producing I don't want to be lost in all of this is while we're seeing a lot of poor play out of the keys and a lot of injury is. It's just his his defense in particular. It just remains to be remarkable. Here's a guy who's obviously one of the better hitters in the league and an MVP candidate type of player. But how impressed are you just with his defense on a day to day basis? Oh, man. No, no. He he pairs at six eight with incredible athleticism as artists stupid defense is so underrated. But playing Yankee Stadium isn't easy. It's it's a short ratio. Sure. But he'll get that. They're quick you played up against the wall all the time and people keep testing Aaron judge who last year clocked one hundred dollars power on one of his out outfield throws first out stack. I don't know why keep doing that. It's easy to overlook. The fact that Eric. He hit the ball a million miles. You know, come home plate. He's a guy who could when a go at them clean his career. Just because of how if that t is in stadium and in the right field. General Brendan teddy from the ledger about the Yankees, and they lost. They've got a couple of games coming up against the Red Sox. Maybe that's where they write themselves. Maybe they get a little more. I don't know Latin intense interested, but I thought coming into today Brendan that it being Tanaka start. He's a guy that I figured well they can count on him. But he looked lost out there today. And if the can't count on Tanaka, then how concerned are you about their starting pitching? Duper concerns, especially if it's coming in the Red Sox have gotten off to slow, but they're still healthy bite. That's still a healthy team. And it really gonna start rolling that Tuesday. The Yankees are not a healthy team there. They're going to be in some Sobel if they don't all step it up. Not a starting pitching problem gave him that contract. Okay. Three starts in two year round track a little early enough. But he really had James Paxton who start the second game. Doc today about. In about giving plane in York. The pitch tipping. Doesn't worry me so much. I saw that. I saw Carlos BELTRAN our old friend Carlos BELTRAN seemed to be a much scouting is he doing how much is he around the team that he's catching things like that. Well, I mean, he's watching video all the time. He wanted to know Houston, but he's you know around the front office. He had an ipad. He's got a password to internal server he's hooked in. He's watching this stuff. All the time. He loves it any then reputation around baseball after being really good at guessing and figuring out how to get pictures. But you hit back that Paxton, no he's talking about the difficulties of coaching in New York start fitting. Yeah. That's like you want that kind of stuff as a media member some players wanted to be on to open up to you wonder if she's thinking about this stuff already and talking to a sports psychologist about it. I mean, I'm not gonna say Honey, great part too. But I mean that that's what you might. Just you just because if you're a Yankee fan. Yeah. PTSD over last night Yankees running the no that was concerning when he's talking about. But you hope that I don't know maybe that works. Maybe he is. It's good talking to a sports psychiatrist you take care of it right away. And maybe the with the pitch tipping. He takes care of that with Tanaka today. I know he talked after the game about feeling kind of lost his split finger with his splitter. With a split finger fastball. Anything any sense of of what you can do to get that feel back? This is going to get blown up headlines Tanaka lose splinter in you know, the next time he goes down. He'll have the splinter shouldn't be too worried about that. No, absolutely. Not. This happens in every now and then e really also lost his command the strike zone today. You know, usually when he doesn't have that sputtering could fall back on you, can you can go to doesn't have that split or he can go back on his slider. He didn't have that. You know trash day the payer has now. And then I would be worried about Tanaka losing split this happened. So all right now. What about a GIO Gonzalez update? Anything in terms of the aunties have him on that minor league deal at the moment. But what does it April? Twentieth. Is that the day that he has that he gets an opt out the app is April twentieth. If the Yankees. Roster. He'll be making a three million dollars in salary, which okay, not a huge deal. Right. But then hundred thousand dollars per start three hundred thousand dollars. That's a lot of money. I think that the Yankees don't wanna do that. I think that they'll treat him like a, you know in case urgency break laugh, I think. Jonathan. Not because GIO Gonzalez could solid pitcher. Penny. Gs three hundred thousand dollars per star expected to put him in the bullpen as a break this seal just in case starter or do you expect them to to let them go after April twentieth? That's a great question. Maybe they let him go in renegotiate something else. I don't know how much beating he's done in his career. I haven't looked at it. And he's searching out as a starter right now with my AAA. So maybe maybe, but then you say that his left Colgate. Down soft person nature is better than say Joe Harvey eight. Or even the next day. The four that you get a little feel-good story. Here is ceecee Sobat thea and everything he went through. What was the reaction and yesterday and every action today around the clubhouse and his teammates for Sisi? I mean, just excited to see Sisi healthy and see him contributing and see him doing what he loves to do this last season. He's gotta be wanting to go out on a high note, you wonder if it's the back of his mind that if he can stream together, you know, three four three five year fifteenth of on wins if he thinks kind of Heino home voters in five years look at him like Masino when he was twenty twenty eight at his final season either wants to accomplish a lot his last year. She's the author of competing with the Soviet science technology and the state in Cold War, America. Her work has appeared in the Washington Post, the Atlantic and the podcast American history. Tell us she's here to discuss our latest work, freedoms laboratory the Cold War struggle for the soul of science. So let's move up a little bit to pass the Reagan. I guess in the Carter administration all the way to Mr Obama. How did he handle science? And did he continue some of the trends that had developed in the Cold War for the use of science for American interests bomber picked up the idea of science diplomacy? A big way science diplomacy has sort of gone out of fashion for most of the seventies and eighties. It was used really for technical expertise because idea that science could be a away of culture. Or to appealing to other folks that is really gone by the wayside and Obama pick that up in a big way, particularly as outreach to what they saw what they call the Muslim world to repair some relationships after the after the the global war on terror, so they sent out a series of science on voice finance aftershave. And we particularly saw the languages of science upon the in the run up to the to now discarded Iran deal of language. You ought to talk about how scientists could use the special Wangui science to reach deals that simply weren't available to other kinds of diplomats. And that was absolutely Cold War language that we haven't really seen in foreign policy since nineteen sixty to do. It was a good thing or bad thing about the whole. I think science diplomacy. This is this is a lovely idea. But you know, scientists aren't really the people who should be making decisions. Scientists should be informing decisions if they're elected to office. That's fine. But in a democracy, you know, technocracy. If you're having scientists make decisions where you need scientists informing decisions, and that that's a great idea that honestly was probably what was happening in the Obama administration. But this particular language of science diplomacy. It can also be a way of of deflecting blame of making something sound more technical than it really is. So that around the State Department could work to congress and say, hey, this Oronte, oh, this is a technical deal. We've we've hammered this out through the language of science, even though really this is a much more complicated diplomatic situation. But we can see is that sometimes that language of science can diffuse situations and make them a little more palatable for people who aren't necessarily fans of policy. All right number here is eight six six three nine one.

"So how do we stand out differentiate ourselves. And are you still seeing marketing own the presentation, or is it kind of transition to sales, or is it still somewhere in the middle. Immed- as far as marketing more sounding more like a marketing message than a no. As far as like the production of the slides themselves, the actual fossil is marketing. Yes. No, I think it depends on the company. A lot of big companies. They spent a lot of money on these sales presentations and then. And sales people. And you know, I'm sure you've been there and I've been there like, oh, thanks, it's nice all be doing my own thing. Right? So there's still a bit of a disconnect because marketing doesn't always understand how it's being perceived by the customer and what's really happening on the field. And what's really happening is people don't want to sit through fifty slides that don't those days are well gone, aren't they? Yeah, you know, goodbye already in and they don't want to. They don't need to have that company overview right at the beginning just instantly puts them to sleep. If you're gonna presentation and somebody does not know about your company at that point, you should not be given to presentation. Building. Yeah. Oh, and how many do you have and. Go to school. You know, and it's interesting. I was telling people look at that like you would a any other. Any other content that you're delivering to a customer go? What are the? What's a feature? What's a benefit here? Because most of those things are features. If you can turn that into its benefit, we have, you know, five hundred offices around the world. And because of that, you're going to always be able to have somebody to support you. Great. But if it's just a feature in, it's of no benefit to the to the customer in a, why are you saying it? It would get engaged with a client after you? You've kind of gotten the paperwork done your on site. How much time do you spend with the actual content versus the delivery? That's really interesting question. I was thinking about that this week because I often get engaged to work with people on come in our presentation skills or lacking, and then I get in. Find the material that they're working with. And it's like, I. I I, it's the best actor in the world could bring this stuff to life. So it's it's usually a combination of both. And and oftentimes maybe it's not the content, but it's the structure of it. It's like, okay, this is this is good stuff, but you. You can't take twenty minutes to get to your main point anymore. I'm a big proponent of do doing the last thing. I, you know, what is the what is the most important thing putting it right up front, and then you can go into more detail as they're interested because that's how we take in information today as consumers. And I think people really leave with maybe three things most likely one thing that sticks in their mind. It was sacked. Yeah. Yeah, it's frightening. What. Really gonna take way we spent so much time like all gonna tell them this, and we shown that what I would say is approached your presentation on your demo conversation thinking, what is the one thing I want them to remember now, hopefully that remember more than one thing. But if you had to boil it down to one thing you gotta decide and decide what that is and then make sure that you are reinforcing that is strategic points throughout your conversation or presentation because otherwise you're really leaving that to chance if you try and just kind of threw a plate of spaghetti at him and hope they find some make something out of it. You really are putting it in the in the customers hands because I think because the people who generate the content, the slides, the story, no it so well, they're so deep in it. They have their own Wangui, their own visuals of how they think about it. And I always like to get it when without having to talk to anybody. Can I make any sense out of this. Because usually see a bunch of out of acronyms. Yes, yes. One after another and several in the same line in your and you people don't understand that if you go into someone else's company either online or on site, they don't know that stuff and, and it's not your job to teach them your language. That's that's a whole nother session. Like it's not a training session..

Tuck hockey and he was he was. He was laughing delightedly at you? Yeah, I think he was so excited that somebody at no with you. He was. I think he was so delighted that there was a hockey fan with a sense of humor. His Lescar got hockey jokes, he loved it while you go to Canada, they got I, I was just so I couldn't believe I was meeting him. And then he was just such a nice guy and just like, yeah, hockey players in general of a very down to earth. I don't know if it's if it's because of the game or whatever. It's the Canadian. The Canadian add DNA I think is a big part, but there's so many Europeans just still just in general. They're just like like self deprecating like nice guys. Yeah, I don't know why. It's funny because then you see the game and they're just beating the shit out of each other and they think they're a bunch of animals and you hang out with them. Oh, you know how? All your good to see if, oh, could fight have its beers. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. So I got efforts for families to promote some stuff efforts season three with done. Netflix is going to give us a release date hopefully by October in its should become an out before the end of the year. That's the last time we did. One of these I told you, we wouldn't let my son watch it start her too nice started watch it. He's, he's his. Yeah, yeah, kids love our show. I'm sure that crazy net flicks algorithm that's gonna control. Our lives someday is reported back on the kids, but I don't know on their parent's account or whatever. But no, they're doing that. They're signing into. You can flick over from like the kids account to the data count, and that's how they're getting it. Yeah, while it's been, it's been a fun in MSG for some reason you scheduled TD Bank north. I saw an October. Fifth, it's almost definitely going to be Red Sox playoff game. You get a Sophie's choice. Llamas situation. I'm gonna go, but I'm going to go back for flake a week. Well, everybody will, you know, have. Probably be watching the game life. I don't know who knows? Maybe it's a road game, but still they want to watch it. Yeah, I didn't think about that as they winning like a thousand games this year, the plane, five hundred ball now, which I think is a great thing. I, they finally had their little swerve at a time when you would want it, which rather than October. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. The Yankees haven't been winning, so they're still eight and a half back who's your MVP Mookie or JD. Who let's tough. What Salo because sale. We need that guy prevents us from having any allure weeks with arrested for October. I know I like that. You know what they're doing..
