I think like brian Was part of that team or something but anyways philadelphia who you think if drew i. Couldn't i say his name clyde roo. Yeah yeah the most underrated player of of this generation in my opinion because he's always played on a terrible team for gay james. I'm interested image. Right jim hart. I think that's carter heart. Yeah this is actually one of the few ones that. I didn't think about a player gritty. Oh gosh then angels. Best mascot. My opinion hilarious. I love him. Gay pittsburgh easy one cross crosby. Is there anybody else malkin. Maybe malkin again other easy one washington. Avi avi lovie. Yeah get atlantic boston. That the halls foot was in the crease. Twenty two years later it was a goal. Get over it or does detroit. Ooh this is a hard one. There's a lot of good detroit players. I just think bear the franchise had how they want so many times and like the span of those years on i dunno. What years were they wanna bounce. When we were young they were really good. Yeah yeah both of them. I just think of the the rivalry they had with colorado. Especially when y'all were will win. I think gore like super little. I think i was like in must have been a middle school ish. Maybe a little bit before. I still go back and watch the youtube video but have you ever seen the the big youtube video where they had a giant brawl. Oh my goodness. And that's what i thought. But i mean there's so many good detroit players now that i think about it played by what i was gonna say berg zetter. I mean there's edinburgh. There is johan franzen their sergei federov thursday. Mig lindstrom. nick lindstrom. I mean how can you not mention nicholas. Remain the same sentence as the detroit. Red wings but again. I guess it just goes to show you how good they were for a really long time florida florida panthers. Empty arenas i I thought i thought of alexander barkov second. But what i thought i was no Playoff series win since nineteen ninety-six. So y'all have been they've had that streak longer than you'll have been alive. Yeah that's unfortunate dea. Seriously.

"Oh marianne thanks for sending some sanity. I need that. Yes yes. I absolutely can recommend some lovely creams for made to hot price range. And i'll do that in a sick bought. I want you to do a few other things because there's no point you buying delicious expensive cream if you not during the steps beforehand because the crame con getting there and do its work. So he say he's skins dry and dull and that you don't really do much anyone exfoliating once a week. I think where you're at. I want you to up your expoliation to twice a week and the reason is whatever you putting on topically you serums ukraine's and everything if there's a lot of dead skin cell build up and all that sort of stuff ikat getting there. It's like trying to. I'm trying to think of an analogy. Well it's trying to put like walshaw on oil that allergy god ending trying to nourish the plant. But this too much mulch on top. But actually i can't god and i don't know if mantras good thing anyway you get my drift so what i want you to do is up your expoliation to twice a week and ideally and chemical expedient just because they clever enough to dissolve away the dead skin cells and not kind of cold any sort of damage that a manual scrub could do twice a week there. And then because you dry you need to then add in hydrating serum raisin being fina in texture it can penetrate data and it can kind of do half the work then we can put out delicious cream on top so sorry to added so many extra steps but i just really think with extra association a lovely it can be simple hydrating holler on acid serum and then ukraine. You really gonna say the results instead of just wasting the cream on top. I love that you gave us a made to high price range. And it's always consider emit too high price wash figure high as high as you can go. I mean i'm not going to recommend something at six hundred dollars. But you know i think me to me. It's kinda like sixty dollars. An yes i agree and this is not to say that more expensive is better absolutely not get really great affordable cramps as well but low price point but i do have three to recommend and you say that you love the jewelry. Glory looked as rich creams. Gives said. That's what these these are going to give you that kind of really plumped out globally julie. Skin the first is the cosmetics confidence in a cream. This is really great. You can get a sample like a fifteen dollar travel part for twenty six bucks from adobe so it's a really good way to try it out before you buy the full size. That's just a really beautiful amazing anti-aging face cream. I love the name confidence in a crime. Like who doesn't want that. Yeah exactly the second. One i would recommend is sunday riley. My friend kelly mccarron. You know the the sunday raleigh c. vitamin c rich hydration cream. It's exactly what you're asking for. It's formulated to hydrate and broughton dull skin. So exactly what you on. It's a beautiful vitamin say. You'd probably don't in the morning. And then he'd put sunscreen on top and that's gonna give you a lovely glow. Did i say how much that one was. I don't think i did ninety three three. I love that. I just knew that off the top of my head. I'm like it's ninety three dollars your beauty encyclopedia..

"There sweetened scrambled eggs. I don't get it well. i'm trying. I'm trying to be open. It's like you got your. If you got your paying cake with the syrup and then syrup goes up and then going underneath the yeah. He's then. I've got a sweetened. Talk men you know. It was kind of an accident so you don't have to explain it anyone when you start liking it. Yeah i could see than the maple syrup going on the eggs It's a gateway. I mean the the rudy tutti fresh and fruity platters. A gateway at all bleeds into itself. Yeah in the magritte's says it is going to be stacked and it's all going to be there But just like granular sugar. Going over it. Well what if the sweat from the eggs melt the sugar. Does that appeal to you more. I still don't think there's something different about you have the viscosity of the syrup. That some makes it work. Can we can wet your sugar a little bit. Why are you trying to make this work. I just think this is to me the most batty opinion that i love. I'm a mass so to me. This is so polar opposite. And like if i'm going to do anything i'm gonna pepper. Something like experimentally. I would be open to that so different peppers. You would experiment different. I'm a black pepper. Strawberries is really pepper on lots of things. I see what you're saying. You're going to black pepper different things as you're sort of candidates to yes. That's the way that. I'll go with putting stuff on some like a black pepper waffle kind of thing i would. I would try that. Yeah maybe we can set that up like a black pepper strawberry blackened walshaw bury black pepper white chocolate strawberry waffle. Like what it looks. Like to me to mike. "Human rights. She one of the officers on the force. They thought that thought they needed reform. Because she seen the front line like i have. She's always been a very caring person. When i was in iraq me and her we talked. She has some attributes. You don't find in the world anymore and She was killed just after nine pm. Saturday there west. Sixty third and southbound avenue when the officers conducted a traffic stop on three people in a vehicle. Now i've been reliably informed. The traffic stops are basically not problematic. When police approach people during a traffic stop. They should be an arm yes. Social workers should shop during the stop. Someone opened fire on the officers. At least one officer returned. Fire to officers including french in one of the suspects were shot. The officers were taken to u. of c. medical center. The wounded suspect was taken to advocate. Christ medical center and oaklawn. He and one other male suspect were in custody. A female suspect at large after the shooting was arrested later on sunday. So just a terrible horrifying story. Lightfoot lamented the prolong enforcement world complaints. That society doesn't do enough for cops. Who feel there are roadblocks to doing their jobs effectively. She also lamented critics of the police. Have long-announced officers treatment of neighborhoods of color. Stop just stop. This constant strife is not what we need in the moment. The police are not our enemy. She said they're human just as we are. We have a common enemy. It's the guns and the gangs eradicating both complex. We cannot let the size of the challenge tour. We have to continue striking hard. Blows everyday. Well you know. It's a good way to do that. Not undermining the cops. That is a major issue. "One of the most striking museum exhibits. I have a soul was as a child. A huge wool which showed the growth of the human population and broadly speaking. It had a big dip in the middle ages at the time of the black death significant decline in the world population. It had a small dip traffic now. Maybe historically doubted according to new figures during world will one because of what will want him to spanish flu and then of course it had exponentially increase one that you know given my family. His feet also struck me continued through two. Now the really striking thing if you want to put a positive spin on the last year to is that we've had tremendous offering a very significant number of people who died significant number of people who died because of human fading on bureaucratic failure and the politicization of our societies. Not those things if you wanted to put a positive spin on this catastrophe in order the poss catastrophes of humanity that we've talked about it is a blip in the evolution of our species. We will be more affluent. We will lead long. Lives will have greater human population fifteen thirty or fifty years from now despite cooked. So how do we think about the road of catastrophe. While on the one hand it can cost us loved ones marked human e pokes his very deep way and yet at high enough level of obstruction. Human species has this remarkable resilience. But we go through the worst global pandemic in a century. And when you look at average life expectancy around the world number of humans in the world affluence of humans it will likely be no more than a dip in some of the aggregate statistics. It would be easy to see it in that kind of wolf fifty years from now. I think that's right. I mean if you look at the proportion of the world's population the has so far been killed by covert. It's a around zero point. Zero four seven percent zero point zero four seven and even if you buy the notion that these numbers night was just using the johns hopkins. Numbers are a big underestimate. Even if you buy the economists argument that is really much much larger than that. You still will struggle to get above point one percent. This is a very small proportion of the world's population compared with the black death where could have been the third of humanity that was killed according to at least one estimate. I've seen that. We don't obviously have various sort of strong statistics. We know that large parts of europe thirty or forty percent of the population was killed. It's therefore you know three orders of magnitude boss. The spanish influenza of nineteen eighteen nineteen was probably thirty or forty times worse than this actually are. Pandemic only recently overtook the nineteen fifty seven fifty eight asian flu which pretty much everybody has the gotten abide. So you're right a low whether it's three or four six or nine million people you say a fallen victim to code. This is not a big number in relation to the world's population and even twenty twenty shocking though it may seem cove was not the number one cause of death in the united states heart disease and cancer still killed more people. We know that there was a significant increase in excess mortality. Which is kind of best way of thinking about this last year but the justice death rate basically went up in the us by about sixteen percent cova was responsible for about one in ten deaths and people die and this is the thing that we struggle a little bit with when you tell people how people die in a normal year in the united states that are kind of incredulous because at some level americans don't really think deaths should be allowed and they hold politicians responsible for when it intrudes in their lives unexpectedly. I think that the something interesting going to happen on that wall shot you just described which is the the population growth characterized. The last couple of hundred years is coming to an end and we're actually entering a period of population contraction in many countries including the most populous country china. And if one looks out to the rest of the century it's a reggie pretty clear that would kinda peaking in terms of numbers and if pandemics gonna become was going to say a feature not a bug. And then i thought it was a terrible pun. But if they're going to become more of a problem because this interconnected world in fact his very pandemic prone. Despite our scientific knowledge maybe decline in population will be just a little bit faster than the un's standard model currently projects at n. Even i think the walshaw if it's still around we're look a lot different. By the time we get to the end of the century and maybe code will show up as a part of that inflection. Point that i think was already. They're baked in the cake because of falling facility but a little bit of additional mortality security bear in mind what this disease did this disease would have been very popular with social dominance one hundred years ago and if you told the social dominance essentially go. There's this virus that kills people predominantly over the age of sixty five and unfit people. Who are already sick. With some co morbidity. The social dominance bid by. Wow that sounds great. Where can i get it you know. How soon can we release it. This is a very odd kind of pandemic. compared with all the pandemics. I've studied because they mostly killed the very young as well as the very old and this one didn't which was really very lucky because i'm glad i i had to worry only about my mother and not about my kids. This is i think paul's of a general phenomenon. The future historians may think of different from us. They may say well these western countries that allowed the populations against already quite old. They weren't very good at keeping people healthy. They kept them alive but they were very healthy and often. They were very overweight so they had other existing dishes con of wasn't too surprising virus. Figured out a way of taking those people out in significant numbers again. Let's not exaggerate. It's not like a really large portion of people over sixty five have died in the united states is really quite a small fraction even their age group. That has been killed. So i think part of the point of writing do was just to kind of get these orders of magnitude rights so that we can get a handle on. How big a disaster is this really. And how does it fit into the great scheme of human demographics and human history. I want to go from the grand sweep of human history and from the top of catastrophes and diseases to his political moment you know. We have spot.

"Already know the relationship that we've had with paul george on this pod and what we've said and we'll everything we already know. I think that he. I mean he's bald bald out enough despu season for us to be like okay. Paul george. you've made your point we get it kama however and a closeout game and is in another close game because i i don't wanna diminish the game five that he had with the series on the line dude only missed five shots at forty one points carry a team to victory. Like i'm not gonna i i don't even i don't even think it's like even i think he's slander proof at this when he just did shoot well tonight or last night But i wanna ask you he played. He's logged seven hundred. Seventy six minutes in this postseason one hundred twenty nine more than any other player has law. Do you think this was just one of those things. Where bro he probably was just tired. Manley it probably just was the end of the road or did you think there's more to within that. What did you see from him. Was he too passive or was it more of dislike it you we this with star players whereas to end of the road and you can just see just taking its course listen you call me whatever you like. I'm not very nuanced. When it comes to this shit. I said it last year when we left the bubble and it got twisted like i. It wasn't it wasn't a mental health. Thing i would never show throw throw shade at mental health. What i was was as it comes to excuses at this point. When you've not gotten it done no one gives a shit. No one wants to hear the excuse because your job is to get it done and if you don't get it done then it opens it up for whatever comes your way now. I have no beef with paul. George i i like i think paul george is a really really really good player. We gave him his flowers last pot. We've yeah yes but you didn't get it done so i don't i don't wanna hear about minutes. I want to hear about minutes like no one wants to hear that like i. I'm sorry what the fuck you get paid to be the guy who gets us over that hope. If you don't get over that home then you gotta take what comes along with that and i think that's fair but that is that isn't just like reserved for. I just want to make the note. Is that or that's everyone. That's isn't that james. That's kevin durant gets that all the time. Hurry that is if you are on that mantle. That is what you get if you don't win bro you you can't take the good and then not take the bad logan. If you can't do that the good the fame the money the the you know all that goes along with it the adulation all of that. But if you don't get it done then you gotta see the flip side of that coin to and it don't mean you're not a great player because me and rob but both both acknowledged paul georgia's a great player. It doesn't mean that you're not a great player here was. This was my beef with with paul george. Last night he could have been tired. It's again i don't really give a shit i don't. I don't know that people want to hear that but it wasn't did he. Did he shot bad. That happens like you know like you would. ideally not. Have it happened in a game like that but it happens. You didn't really give yourself a chance. Bro you got fifteen bugles. Yeah that's not a game to shoot fifteen it was. You would have rather seen him go instead of six of fifteen six of forty five then six. Marcus marcus. Morris got up more jackson you last night man he got up seventeen f as you know what i'm saying like scored twenty six but got up seventeen. Fj's like let me look. Let me look at the sunshine real quick. Because i'm gonna tell you like seven chris. Walshaw twenty four shots devon booker shot twenty six shots. Those are there guys. That's what you guys do in that game like if we lose this game it's on me I didn't get it done. I lost it but i- dam sure gave ourselves. I gave myself a chance to do what. I'm supposed to do for us to win this game. I didn't feel like he did that then. I think that's fair. Like i don't i don't think he gave them a. He gives himself a chance to be the guy that they needed him to be. You can't shoot at fifteen field goals in a game now. You can't do it. You can't do it. I i don't know man. I think that. Paul george kinda show who. He is in the series right. I think he's a top fifteen player at the proved that i also think that i don't think he's a number one option and that's fine. That's okay that's goo- it's hard to be number. One option that is that is no slander. at all. see. This is the problem. Logan we live in a world. Where when you say that people lose their shit like not being number one option in the nba means you're clean players including the players like this like absolutely like they're only a few number one options like what the hell you're that of end the world and and the world you.

"Would you man is here? He's a he's like getting situated. You know he'll come in say yours up the What I want you to make sure that we you know understand. This as this whole thing starts to unravel unravel or doing what the hell they're doing. There are influences that we didn't know had such an impact on Everything that we do. I mean maybe you I. I'm sure they has an impact on me and you go and you look and you see and who do you trust but For it to be like the Libertarian Party. Going by what the WHO says you might as. Well just have libertarian. Party be a wing of the United Nations. You know and that is that. Is that part of the plan is that is that You know yeah we we get ours. They get a check. I mean if they're GONNA if they're gonNA be a Ho being expensive. Ho You know if you'RE GONNA if you're GonNa do this then do it. You know it. It's a get yours you'll pay me. Can I have a hit a crack? That's it that's all you get and you know I it. You get some extra attention facebook. We've got a real for that wile. Wow but we're going to know. This will be analyzed and decoded deciphered and commented on for ever you know but it'll be after the fact and we've gone through this before and I've gone through it a lot. You know it's been see my waking memory. I mean you know well. Let's go pre woke. You know that as a kid Vietnam. Now I'm seventy years old tan see. I was Eleven twelve years old by the time the Vietnam War. Kinda of stop and didn't even really stop well the fall of Saigon. That was kind of all right. Well we will agree to you. Know We're GONNA stop. We'll agree we'll do a prisoner exchange. We'll whatever that was kind of the end. It was kind of Vietnamese. You know going yeah. It's Kinda you're kicked out the Guida you. Oh you WanNa go negotiate now was negotiating you know how much we torture prisoners of war. So it was. It was weird. You know as a Ken like are we done or not done. We're done what? What do I do I have to go? I you know go make me what's going on and you would see on the television the same pictures of the same footage of the same stop. It was just like go for one. It was the same. We have Watergate and you got the corruption of and all that stuff then. We had the Iran hostage in the fuel lines and OPEC Strangling the West with. You'll get our oil and Yada Yada Yada and then you find that it's just oil. Companies There Bay Ratchet. How much money move we're GONNA make and the Gozo ran. Conduct comes Reagan. You know the morning America is more in America. You know Make America great again. That was a big deal. You know then then Clinton even used that one. Well here we have the Democrats now going. What was that mean? You tell us you guys are using it you know twenty years ago. It's just so ridiculous anybody it's been around long enough and all these people. They think they got an opinion on facebook. There are thirty two years old and they go. Oh well there's a need never gone gone. God Kid you'll be times. I've been through these cycles. Oh so then. You have Reagan he's going to deregulate and Free America and I tell you who deregulate made a big difference. It was Carter Jimmy Carter in the late. Seventies regulated the airline industry. It used to be that you had price-fixing or where the hell is going on. You could or couldn't something so I'm You know it was yeah. He deregulated airlines prices. Plummeted I mean it used to be only rich. People can fly it all that was That was how it was done. So would it deregulated that got cheaper. Then Reagan came in. He regulation deregulation regularly then. debt lots more debt. GotTa fight the Cold War debt russkies. Debt know we're going nuclear annihilation debt debt debt debt debt debt debt goes into Daddy Bush. More debt you know but then there's a lot of limits and going note and they had all these laws passed and acts of whatever. You can't run on. Oh we gotta stop and the budget and the budget and the budget and they ran up against it the economy you know yet inflation's In the money supply was happening. They are trying to sell all these T. Bells and finance. And you know nobody would buy them man. We're not buying them in early nineties. It went up to eight and point whatever percent like a death knell there. You know you're paying that much on your long term short term obligations of course that's that's that's what I noticed. A spiral was going Reduc well they just kept doing a gotTa have gotta have a war Gulf War One. Then you get here come. The militia Read My Lips. No no new taxes Daddy. Bush said then he gets in. He raised new taxes. Increased others you know and all of a sudden it was The militia of you know we're we're not no no we'RE NOT GONNA pay more taxes. We got guns. I'll a gun militia. Thanks off here comes the Brady Bill. Here comes the assault weapons ban. Here's comes the shooting of whatever it is. You're making excuse of media gotTa have gun control so here comes to gun control and it. Was you find out later? It was because these Foreign Countries Korea South Korea West Germany Japan. They wouldn't buy our debt because they thought you know. The rabble rousing anti-tax payin militia wasn't going to pay the debt back. We're not gonNA pay them what they had to get the impression that Shit. Derek donnas coming in keys Collecting fees when they come up with for the on the bus. So what I'm finding out. Is that the reason that they had to do. The Gun. Control was to convince them that they were going to Be Yeah they're setting. The camera had to convince them that they had their slaves under control. Don't worry about it. We'll get the money out of them. They will take their guns away. They passed the Brady Bill. Also other stuff they start buying more the debt and more and more and more more were. What's to do about it so then you had ruby rich Ariza nail pro gun white. Supremacist These just a separate Egypt to leave me alone up in the mountains of Idaho and then they just need to death. News covered. Well that became a big thing in the early nineties and then Waco happened Almost immediately after that so here comes Waco got and the same rhetoric is damn Christian fundamentalists think that come into crisis. They're crazy people they ought to. They ought to be all schatten bulldozed and burned crazy. People Got Burnham at the stake. They know this is the attitude as well. "Final segment with Gary Moore. Gary was the big Bopper one hit wonder with that song? Chantilly lace. Like buddy like, Richie his career was very short. But he had written a lot of songs that have recorded by other people and he had done, you know, very very well. Big hit by George Jones, white lightning Bopper. He's still a DJ while all this was going on. He was he was he, you know, getting there wasn't a lot of money and rock and roll the time. And and so he was still DJ that, but he's a guy and his son was with a very talented guy, and he passed away just just going. You know, something I think your your listeners to find interesting. The sun believed all the conspiracy theories can't believe that his father the reason he was so far away from the airplane. He said he was crawling to safety buddy Holly, killing, and he he believed that so firmly that they had the body exhumed and had and had a and had it examined and found there were no bullet holes and the big Bopper wasn't crawling anywhere. Because I said he could not find a bone in his body that was not broken. Oh god. God, I I have seen some video of the crash scene on you. Youtube and I think you can see the bodies out there. Yes. He can. And the sheriff is looking at them. Yeah. It was just he was a grisly sight. And as I mentioned earlier, I had a conversation with a priest who is who is called inside me said it's something that he wishes he'd never had there were pieces of bodies that were separated from the. Yeah. Probably terrible. I would assume the caskets were closed for thing. Yeah. Yes. Absolutely. Have you ever been to the crash site? I have been to the crash site. Is it a strange feeling when you're there? He was he was very strange. Not you funniest story is I was driving up the crash site. And I arrived to where my GPS said it was there, but I didn't see any and I couldn't see any signs or anything. It was just a cornfield well across the street. There was a man a farmer on his tracker. So I parked out of my car and started walking towards him and he pointed to the field, and I looked at him. Again, he pointed the field. So why why why I walk over to him? I introduced myself, and I said you've pointing over that field. He goes. Well, that's why you're here, aren't you? He's whilst would you come down this road? And so he told me that he was born in that house lived in that house. He was in high school when when buddy crashed and people from all over the world. Are there nonstop all hours a day, all arson either monuments out there now there's a little there's there's little plates. But the interesting thing he's lived there all his life. He's never been he'd never walked the half mile the crash site. And I asked him I said why did come with me? Let's go, and he says I says he's there's nothing here, but sadness. He's right. He's right, which you can you feel that sadness when you're out there. You know, I felt sadness, and I felt sheer joy it was just when I got when I was I got out there. It was raining. I'm out there in the mud. It was it was you know, and I was cold. Then all of a sudden, the cloud broke the sun. The sun was bright. And it was just a. Writing the book. Hey, buddy, was the oddest experience in my life. And the things that I felt while riding and author of other books that I never ever felt what I thought well writing this book, it was just a. You know, the the joy the sadness the unusual experiences. The some of the hate mail that you receive threatened lawsuits because of some of the things I said about the the flight instructor and they had the charter over. So it's just he wasn't hot experience that I'm also very grateful that I wrote the book and the book, hey, buddy is impacted a lot of people. And that's what you're working on a documentary. I absolutely am. We're working our documentary. We hope that we will start filming that. Yeah. In about ninety days. So we're very excited about it. And it'll cover, you know, the information to book, but also the other things that have happened since then the other conversation. So I think people find it quite fascinating. In your opinion, as we take final calls here. What do you think happened that night? I think that it's a it was very clearly in an experienced pilot, bad weather high performance airplane. It was overloaded probably out of the weight and balance was odd. I don't think there's any other explanation. The crash site indicates the weights to wreckages his is compiled indicates all of that. And so the. Paranormal the conspiracies regarding the crash site. I don't believe that there's any of it there. I think what's happened since then is pretty bizarre. Have you ever been on a small jet where you have one seat and then two seats over got the one seat? I'll two seats right while I was sitting in the one of the seats in the front and a flight attendant came up to me and said, sir. Can you sit in the back for us? Yes. The plants having trouble giving off. I went one guy is going to make the planes steak. So you can imagine these four people in the small Beechcraft. Yes. Yeah. Waiting balances, the smart smarter, the plane and more critical it becomes and you have to have the weight centered over the wing that we're it has to be the balancing point. You know, if not the details, sinks and end, or you know, the the front end will thank you gotta you gotta have a balanced, and I think the big Bopper being a last minute change on that plane. Could've been determining factor. Let's go to Sean in Stockton, California. Sean, welcome to the show. Hi, dr. Oh, good evening, George listen regularly. And I love the show. Thank you, Sean. I happen to meet a friend of buddy Holly's his name Dale Hawkins. And one thing that he volunteered to me was everybody thought that buddy was mild mannered. But as he put it he never took Duff from anyone he was very tenacious. And one thing I asked him about the movie, and he said something very interesting. He said, well, he didn't like Gary Busey doing the scene in of buddy songs, and it was pretty interesting, and he's got tied to a friend and guest of yours. John fogerty. Dale Hawkins wrote and performed Suzie Q that credence made famous. I sure did. I thought she did a good job playing. Yeah. That's true. But he him being a professional musician. I can see the point know. And it's a very rare comment to me. But he Dale Hawkins. He was a very famous rockabilly musician, and he had some famous musicians with them to he had Scotty Moore who went with Elvis, and he had ROY Buchanan. An and I think probably a few other people, and he said that his rockabilly music was down by the British invasion at the time. And the other interesting thing that he told me that you mentioned earlier, he became a backup singer for ROY orbison. How about that? Isn't that too much is something that's very interesting. Thanks, thanks for the tidbits shy pre sheet that text up Joe, Long Island, New York. Hi, just go ahead. Yeah. Hi, Gary a couple of questions one would be on the music and second on the crash on the music. How would you have projected these artists not twenty s out ten years? I would say three years out from that mom and had they lived what would you have project for them? But my question on the crash would be on the scene think any of them would have the argument without getting, you know, a premonition just to say, hey, I'm not going to get on the crash because they don't have the odds in front of them. It's still probably look like the odds were. You know or were good. And in a sense that you know, I was thinking even an Uber, for example like this rival cars. What are you gonna do you watch once around a car? What are you going to tell you for without a driver? Hey, let me off. I don't like the way of driving. But also, you know, the pilot being twenty one I think at that time a twenty one year old pilot would not have considered too young. I think the the bombers and World War Two were were young. That's right. And so maybe from that perspective at that time that wasn't an too young of a pilot and then also just on the mob. I never really I mean, I haven't studied the topic. But I never really heard of monsters really inching up to honest to that extent where they would knocked them off. Well, there's interesting book Tommy James, Tommy James wrote, a book called my music in the mob, and he recounts, and the fact that, you know, basically, his money was stolen for him for twenty years of his career. And he talk in the book, he talks about the threats, and and and what was happening. Yeah. It's something that's not real well known. But it's it is was the fact that the time to answer your questions real quick, first of all projecting the music out, you know, three years, mostly they're all headed for stardom more. Absolutely. Most people feel the buddy was headed for stardom as a producer more than as a as an artist in. And they felt that Richie was going to be there as far as. Performing the superstar. And and and I agree with that. Yeah. Well, ritchie. Look, the part o handsome kid incredibly talented. Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. Yup. And we're buddy Holly looked like a producer. Yeah. And he just hit an incredible mind for saying he was doing things in a recording studio back then that people marvel at today who who's the one who actually flip the coin between also and Ritchie Valens. Well, there's dozens of people claim they flipped it all the evidence points at Tommy also Dion from Deanna the dumbest just a couple of years ago came out and said, well, no, I'm the one that's flip the coin. Bob HALE, the the coin should be in a museum somewhere. The coin is. Tommy owned as and call the coin flip saloon. Yeah. Yeah. If he had it for years and the coin was was framed. And at least she said that was the coin in on the wall. Let's go. In Tucson, Arizona. Hi is area. Good morning. Good morning. Your guest also as well. Hey, it's. Coast to coast about four or five months from the first night. I was hooked completely sold. And thank you so much for those intriguing informative in over great programs. I have a common question number one. How music has totally changed and not necessarily in the good way. Those times were so exciting days. The words the music rhythm themselves were just extrordinary my personal opinion. But the movie LA Bamba Walshaw I wanted to know by any chance it changed. Mr. Ritchie valley had like a dreams are premonitions that he was going to die in a plane crash. I believe that that's also indicated in the movie LA Bamba is information with regards to that has anybody elaborate more with regards to that specific situation because according to what it show have seen like he was somewhat scared because she had dreams and had a certain seems like permanent. That something was going to happen. He was not going to live for a long time. Someone that will see what your guest has information about that origin informed in the book as well. You know, it's it's interesting for guy who supposedly had premonitions dining plane crash he'd begged to be on that plane. And so it wasn't that. He didn't want to be on the plane. He you know, he he was begging to be on the plane..
