"The House managers were focused. They were organized. They relied upon both president the Constitution and legal scholars. They made a compelling argument. President's Trump's team were disorganized. They did everything they could, but to talk about the question at hand, and when they talked about it, they kind of glided over it almost as if they were embarrassed of their arguments. Now Haman, impartial juror and one side is doing a great job on the other side, doing a terrible job. On the issue at hand as an impartial juror. I'm going to vote for the side that did the good job. That's Bill Cassidy, Republican of Louisiana. There were other Republicans who had his same kind of bash the way that Trump's lawyers did it. But still, even in that statement, you don't get a real firm belief on whether or not he thinks this is constitutional whether he was convinced it was constitutional. It was more about what they presented a better case. He was critiquing their style and their presentation. Yes. Here with the numbers. You can join us call or text Is it 51283605 90 Yesterday at this time, Melinda and I told you about the W. H o investigative team that went to China. They had just had a news conference. Relaying what they had learned in two weeks in Wuhan. One of the key things that came out of their report was, they said it's highly unlikely that the coronavirus came out of the lab and Wuhan, China. Well. Last night, one of the advisers to the W. H O J. Me Metzler was on Fox with Laura Ingram. He's an adviser to the W. H O. And he says he's very alarmed by their report yesterday, he still believes Came out of one of the labs in Wuhan. And he says they were there for two weeks. They were not independent. They sat and listened to reports from Chinese officials. So China got to tell them what they think and believe. Yes, yes, Here's part of what he said last night, and I'm just neft that this has happened. I think it's really terrible way don't know Most of us don't know exactly how covert began. But certainly an accidental lab leak is a very, very credible possibility. Then, he says, the world has to get to the bottom of this and find out the truth. Well in the best of all possible worlds, we would have an international team that would be able to go to China. And have the ability to do an unrestricted forensic investigation of the Wuhan Institute of Neurology and other sites. This is in many ways a potential crime scene and Senator Ted Cruz this morning agrees with him. Senator Cruz reminds all Americans that there were reports of terrible safety practices at these labs more than a year ago, he says, people should remember that and we need to learn what happened at those labs. Both of those labs were not only studying viruses they were studying Corona viruses from bats. And the State Department more than a year earlier, had commented on the poor security protocols at the at those viruses that said in writing that there was a risk of a global pandemic originating from those government lands because they did such a poor job. Securing the virus is there's never been a thorough, credible, impartial third party investigation into it. The Chinese government immediately went into panic mode to hide this. The W H o today said, Well, we know that it didn't escape from the government labs. Why Because the Chinese communist government told us And members of that wh o team are now getting very defensive. They're getting angry. They're hearing this pushback and questions about the labs. Why? Why are you just so quickly taking the word of the Chinese that it was not at the labs? Well, I said it yesterday and I stand by it. It's kind of hard to believe when you've got a group made up half of the Chinese individuals, half of the WHO, and they're just hearing reports they had they come out and said, Well, we can tell you for sure it did not leak out of this lab because, blah, blah, blah, whatever the evidence is, but for them to give a report And I think that we're going to place any trust in it by saying it likely because it's a rare occasion it most likely didn't come out of the lab. It's likely it came from this Or maybe it's likely it came from that. They didn't give any Anything that was definitive on, Okay? We figured out the origin or we absolutely were able to eliminate that This was the origin. It was a con job. Just to cut to the chase. That's what happened yesterday. With that report here. Our institutions because they refused to accept the will of the people under the Constitution of the United States. Much less. Can we create a new January exception? Our precious beloved constitution that prior generations have died for and fought for. So the corrupt presidents Have several weeks to get away with whatever it is they wanted to. That is Jamie Raskin nearly moved to tears, the member of Congress from the Great State of Maryland and a sad and emotional and all that and a whole bunch of baloney. In fact, Charlie Kirk tweeted lead House impeachment manager manager Jamie Raskin objected to certifying the election results Back in 2017, that was Donald Trump's election. By the Democrats owned standards. Doesn't that make him a threat to democracy and unfit to hold office? Welcome to the Lars Larson show and climb to have you on board on this day, one of the unconstitutional Senate trial of Donald J. Trump Private citizen in other news this hour, I'm gonna tackle this. The China virus vaccine gave us hope we'd soon get back to normal. But in reality is the coronavirus likely to be here to stay? We're just gonna have to get used to it and figure out ways around it. Well, that's been one of my suggestion. Since last year we're gonna have to live with it is going to be part of the environment. Now we figure out ways to defend against it between censoring your free speech to selling your personal information. Have the media and Big tech lost Americans trust forever. The Democrats proposed plans for America have a hefty price tag. But should we force billionaires like Jeff Bezos? Pay a percentage of their net wealth in taxes every year attacks on wealth, not on income by the way for Bezos, he's the big rich guy from Seattle $2 billion a year in brand new taxes. Now, if you could move to another state and avoid that, wouldn't you do it? Our website where you don't have to worry about being Censored. Do you believe anything? The W H O says these days, I would say no, because I think they have lied to the world before, And I think they're lying Now when they say we've investigated the origins of the China virus, and it didn't come from a Chinese lab, they've been carrying water for the Chinese Communist for a good long time. I would I would believe Alexandria, Cassio Cortez. Before I believed anybody from the W H o, But you can vote any way you like at Lars Larson show on Twitter.

"Without doing mask, testing or providing vaccination, the basics of masking social distancing ventilation. All of that could be done in schools and can work. Well, I do think there are other trade off here a play. You know, especially in school district where some of the kids are returning to the classroom. Some are remaining virtual. That's very hard on educators to juggle both. So I can understand that there are certainly valid concerns around that. We had a report that the W H O investigation of the origins of this virus actually are indicating it came from an animal. It did not come from a lab in China. Eyes that significant for us as we unfold, how this developing therefore what we can do about it. This is exactly how new emerging viruses emerge is that they jumped from animals into humans. The reason we're seeing that's happening more and more is because people are coming into contact with these animal reservoirs more. This is a reflection of changing wildlife habitat. Driven by climate change before station and the like. And so as those other processes unfold and worsen, you're going to see more and more of this virus jumping into humans. Take us out if you can, and it may be speculation next year, the year after the year after that, we're looking at a world in which we get annual inoculations. Is this something? Somebody said it could be like measles, where you get one when your youngster and and it serves you through your life. What do you expect the ultimately this will play out as Yeah, I've actually been one of the people comparing this to measles. I don't think it's going to mutate as quickly as the influenza virus where you do have to update the vaccine every year. I think this is more likely to be a situation where we may need a one time update of the vaccine in the fall. I think more likely it will eventually be more like the measles. Where, um Once we have everybody pretty much covered with the vaccine, then you're really only playing catch up with people who are entering the population, which is people being born Esso. At that point, this would become a childhood vaccinations. Thank you so much doctor for being with us. So what President Biden wants to do is make sure those folks have better choices that they have alternatives that they could be the people who go to work to make the solar panels they were making them here at home. That is going to be a particular focus of the bill back better agenda, and I think that unfortunately, workers Have been said a false narrative. No surprise, right. For the last few years, they've been fed the notion that somehow dealing with climate is coming at their expense. No, it's not. What's happening to them is happening because of other market forces already taking place. And what the what the what the financiers, the big banks, the asset managers, private investors, venture capital are all discovering is there's a lot of money to be made in the creation of these new jobs. In these sectors. Okay. So easy to say. Isn't it weird guy that flies around the world on his private jet? "Joking about it. I was very serious about it wasn't joking. No, actually me. I mean, obviously, I don't want to be going back. Over history, but it was very clear that there were things that were said be it regarding things like I can tell you, I I take no pleasure at all in being in a situation of contradicting the president, So it was really something that you didn't feel that you could actually say something and there wouldn't be any repercussions about the idea. That you can get up here and talk about what? You know what evidence? What? The sciences and no, That's it. Let the science speak. It is somewhat of a liberating feeling. It's a liberating feeling, and his doctor Fauci feels more and more liberated is Dr Fauci has more and more liberty. Our liberties seemed to shrink seem to decay seem almost to disappear. Michael knows that's the Michael Moore Show. Dr Fauci feel so liberated. Then he can finally discuss the science without having to say things that are not based on scientific fact. Like, for instance, you remember at the start of the pandemic. When Dr Fauci came out and said, Do not wear masks. Masks don't work masks will not stop the spread of the virus. Maybe they'll sort of make you feel good, but they won't actually do anything to stop the spread you meant when he said that And then weeks later, completely contradicted himself and said, Now you have to wear masks. You should wear masks all the time. Then you remember weeks after that, as he was still discussing how much you have to wear masks and even wore a mask in the middle of an empty baseball stadium right on there, and he tried to dribble a pitch to the catcher, and he went back to see what did he do? Sitting right next to his friends takes his mask off. You remember that? I'm so glad That now he doesn't feel that he has to contradict scientific fact. And when he was asked about this, by the way, do you know what his excuse was? This blatant contradiction, he said. Well, look at the time I said Don't wear masks. We wanted to save the masks for the health care workers, so we didn't want all the pleads buying. You know, we didn't want all you proles by buying up all the masks, then the important elites can't get him. So, Yeah, I lied to you. I told you you shouldn't wear the masks it all. And then when we found that we had enough masks for the health care workers. I told you something different. But you should believe me now, even though I'm telling you at this very second that I lied to you at the start of the pandemic, Believe me now scientific fact. What was missed. I think by a lot of people in that admission the fact she made Regarding health care workers and the reason why he discouraged the mask and encouraged the masks and the reason why he's actually said this even unpassable death rates or survival rates, all these sorts of things, he said. He said he was hoping that if he gave out a certain number that could maybe push the conversation, another direction. He's not just reading the scientific data such as it is, he's He's an activist. He's trying to push society in one direction or the other fair enough. That's part of his job is a social scientist. But that's not science in the way that we're talking about it right in the way that Fauci is joking about it at the press briefing, he's saying I just wanna look, I'm just about the facts. I don't have a political ideology. No, you do you do if you're if you're saying that you're gonna lie to the public so that certain people can get something and certain people won't buy it all up. That's a political consideration, and that's what all of this is about. Fauci is liberation. Is a liberation for the technocracy. Fauci is liberation is a liberation for the blob, the unaccountable bureaucrats who we do not elect Who president scum and go and they stay there forever. And they really are liberated under bite Because Biden is nobody. Biden is absolutely nothing. If you unbuttoned his suit jacket and unbuttoned his shirt, you could stick your hand all the way through. There's nothing but air in there. He is nothing but a vessel for that blob for that liberal establishment, most of which is beyond the scope of democratic politics. Most of which is The Major multinational corporate interest, much of which is the big technology interest that controls the flow of information in the public square, most of which is the administrative state. It has very little connection to democratic politics. That is a liberation. But that liberation is directly contrary to our liberties, the liberties that we the people have enjoyed and enjoyed less and less with each passing breath that Dr Fauci Takes to regurgitate his ridiculous edicts in public the greatest. The greatest regret. I would say that I have from the Trump administration is that Trump did not get out there on day three and fire Fauci and banish him to a far off island. He is a power mad liar. He is so deceitful. He is utterly ignorant of political philosophy is very good, practical politics, But he's either ignorant or intentionally deceitful about the nature of the American constitutional order and political philosophy, and he's a great danger to the country. And now that dude is liberated. One thing is very happy to announce. Dr Fauci is that the United States is going to be rejoining the World Health Organization. You remember that the U. S pulled out of the W H O because the W H O is a puppet organization for the Chinese Communist Party and the W H O permitted China to have this virus fester in their country. They totally carried water for China. They totally lobbied for Chinese interests even is the virus was beginning to spread. And the head of the of the W. H O was was picked by the CCP. Dr Fauci. So pleased to announce now that that mean old Trump is gone Now we're getting back to business. As usual for the liberal blob. We're gonna rejoin the W H o. I am honored. Alright, then the Corona virus vaccine from Fizer. And the biotech is getting a vote of confidence from whom Well from who. Actually, the World Health Organization says it seems no evidence that the vaccine contributes to the deaths of some elderly patients. The W. H O met to review reports that some very sick older people have died after getting their shots. There was a scared to that effect in Norway, but the Norwegian medicines agency says covert 19 is more dangerous than vaccination for most patients. All right. We have the soon to be boss of Intel, the new guy laying out his vision for the company. Yeah, he plans to will work toward regaining the company's lead as a chip maker, pet. "Dr. Anthony Fauci was on the line with the World Health Organization this morning. He gave them the news that the United States is back in the W. H O. The United States will cease The drawdown of United States staff seconded to the WH show. And we'll resume regular engagement of U. S government personnel. With the W H O both directly And throughout wh o collaborating centers. No idea what he just said. Besides a chill a lot of times, it means U. S. Taxpayer money back is coming back. Yes, Shawn, is it four points with market? Melinda? Hello, Sean. Good morning. Morning, it Z. I got really upset when I heard that hurt. You mentioned that earlier. For the first time ever, the W. H O is headed up by a non doctor who is a communist who was placed there at the strong arming of China. Wh ose stop. Excuse me. China stopped the W H O from going in and looking at the source for the virus to begin with. Has run cover for China, uh, to its messaging and whatnot. Since the beginning of this on, Lee recently came out with something quasi critical of it. And here we are, You know, we can debate about whether or not we should join again. But shouldn't we at least try to extract some concessions a panel to look into this, so it never happens again. Maybe some change of leadership who's not so allegiance to China. I can't believe we're just going back in Willy nilly said. Here we are. We're back. Here's our tax dollars, and let's just keep things going as they are. Exactly. That's my thought is to just go back to what it Woz. And not request that there be some type of changes. That's that's what I have a real problem with. Joining them. Rejoining them is that we're like, OK, Yeah, you messed up, but It's all right. We're back. Here's our money. Take it. Do whatever you want with it. There needs to be changes. You know it was election season here in the U. S. So it's politically expedient that complain about the breakdowns that might have occurred here in our country, but we can't Ignore the breakdowns that occurred worldwide in the beginning, going all the way back to China and the W. H O when this thing started Sean, You're right on all of those points. It is critical that the world knows the real origin of the covert 19 virus. The coronavirus. We still don't know. Did it come out of the lab? Did it come out of those wet markets? We don't know we should have known months ago. They kept an investigative team out of China. Until about last week. They finally allowed someone in that's plenty of time to hide the evidence. Yes. That's like I I ran in the nuclear website. They're not Westside nuclear sites. You know it Z. They tell you they're gonna allow you in you. Will you call for an inspection? They delay you for three months. They clean the side and then you come in and they say, See, we don't have anything to hide. Yeah, doctors in Taiwan or among the very first to discover that this was spreading human to human and they tried to alert the World Health Organization in the World Health Organization would not talk to Taiwan because The World Health Organization is controlled by China and China does not recognize Taiwan. They say that is China. Don't talk to them. We should be running that part of the result. Yes, look, look at the suffering the debts, the money. It's cause the misery. So one of the first things we do as a new administration is run back to him and say, Where can we sign up again? I'm with you, Sean. There's no reason why we should be rejoining that when nothing has been changed, Sean, Thank you. You can weigh in at 51283605 90 call or text us with your thoughts. They had riots in Seattle, Portland and Denver. Last night. It was antifa. Some of the videos of the violence and destruction. Show them running around with signs and spray painting vandalizing buildings in those three cities. A lot of the American flag Yes. Blank, Biden blank the Democrats. We want revenge. We want revenge for Imperial ist wars. And police murders. Blank Biden. That was the message in all three cities as Antifa rioted last night. Yeah, they're gonna have tea. Oh, do something about this or I feel like we're going to go back to what we saw in the summer where this was Pretty much allowed to go on each and every night with not a lot of, um Shutting it down, and so I feel like the reaction needs to be there. It needs to be the same as what we saw with the capital in that we will. We're arresting people. We're going to hold you accountable if you're doing things that are unlawful, remember in one of the debates when Joe Biden says Antifa is an idea It was an idea. Not real people doing real damage. Well, now it's on his watch. So let's see how he how he handles. This idea has done millions and millions of dollars worth of damages to very innocently, business owners, homeowners, etcetera, So you're right. It is. It's on his watch now and they're going to have to step up or they're going to see what they saw in the summer, and they're gonna have to have a response to that. And ice building in Portland was one of those attacks last night. Now former CIA director John Brennan was on M S NBC. He is applauding the Biden administration. He's got a lot of contacts, he says. They are focused like a laser right now on finding domestic terrorists. In this sound bite. You'll hear him explain that these domestic terrorists right here on our soil or like the insurgents in the Middle East. Very similar in the way they form the way they operate. And what they do here is John Brennan on M S. NBC with more thoughts about the domestic terrorism, no looking forward that members of the Biden team who have been dominated or have been appointed Are now moving and laser like fashion to try to uncover as much they can about what looks very similar to insurgency movements that we've seen overseas, where they germinate in different parts of the country, and they gain strength, and it brings together an unholy alliance frequently. Of logistics, religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, Racists, native ists, even libertarians, and unfortunately, I think there has been this momentum that has been generated as a result of, unfortunately, the demagogic rhetoric of people that's just departed government but also those who continue in the halls of Congress. Even libertarians. Yes, you're not even safe. Yes, Any wraps it up with a shot at former President Trump and even as he said current members of Congress who were still there with their rhetoric. So this this will all tie into what the big tech platforms are doing as well. Twitter, etcetera down quieting of conservative extremist viewpoints as they put it, Yes..

"The criticism coming out is a World health organization. You should have labeled this a pandemic sooner and hey, China, you could have done more. This was a panel of experts that the World Health Organization put together and this was their findings. Basically, the W H O has no power to enforce anything and there is real. Hang on. Countries do their part. But there were only a small number of countries as we know that really took it right. And then they did. And the who great band. They missed the boat. But that's just negligence where China affirmative affirmatively tried to stop the news of the pandemic going out that is more than negligence. That is a well here It would be a criminal act right? If you knew there was a deadly virus going out as a Aziz even let's say a medical facility. You kept it hidden far as the government. There's immunity, etcetera, but that's far more than oops. We blew it and didn't understand it. Yeah, and purposefully under reporting case counts. That's the other issue. Yeah. And decided it didn't come from bats. You know, Bad fricassee, Moo goo goo eyed bat, which is one of the more favor delicacies in China. No, Hey! So inauguration tomorrow But today President elect bite and Vice President elect Harris will speak from the Lincoln Memorial..

"Group also questioned whether the United Nations health Agency should have labeled it a pandemic sooner. The W. H O did not describe the covert 19 outbreak as a pandemic until March, 11th weeks after the virus had begun causing explosive outbreaks in numerous contents meeting wh ozone definition for a flu pandemic. Although the panel concluded that many countries took minimal action to prevent the spread internally and internationally, it didn't name specific countries. But on Monday the U. S death toll surpassed 398,000. According to Johns Hopkins University. That's the highest in the world. One of the state's hit hardest during the recent surge Arizona where the rolling average is arisen over the past two weeks from about 90 deaths per day. To about 160 per day on in January 17th. So now that wh o team now on the ground in China, and of course, that trip was a delayed because of China. This as a state media and China tries to point the finger elsewhere. S O. The report not mistaken. As the proof's in the pudding that countries that dragged their feet for renting world we're entering a year two of the coronavirus that pandemic In the U. S. Capitol, a complex temporary temporarily locked it down during a rehearsal for president elect your binds inauguration yesterday this after a fire and a homeless encampment about a mile away since smoke into the air. Course that caused the security concerns in an already jittery city. The fast decision to lock down underscoring the fear that's gripped Washington since the deadly insurrection. "And president of words to Eat by Thank you very much for joining us. My pleasure. Thank you. Now that we have vaccines rolling out, and we've been dealing with the pandemic for about a year now. We're trying to learn about the origins of the Corona virus that has caused this global pandemic. A team of scientists from the W. H O is beginning an investigation as to how it has emerged, while the leading theory is that the virus jump from bats to humans. Another theory posits that it could all have been an accident. A terrible accident. Virus made more infectious in a lab. There is something called Gain of function research. We still don't know the true origins of the virus, but it's important to know to help prevent the next pandemic for more on this lab leak hypothesis will speak to Nicholson Baker. He's the author of 17 Books and contributed to New York magazine. Yes, I'm puzzled like everybody else. If there's something terrible that happened that convulses the entire world, you want to know where it is. Came from, and I just happened to have written a book about Well, I'm not sure warfare in the Korean War and whether or not the United States and used biological weapons in a small way in that war in an experimental way, So my mind was filled with lab accidents. There were many accidents in the United States when people were trying to concoct some of these germ weapons, which may or may not have been used. In that time, so I was just thinking about that all sudden. Suddenly we're all in the middle of this catastrophe and asking where it came from, is not An impermissible question it in a way, the crucial question because you have to know What you're dealing with if you're dealing with something that Although it was originally Natural diseases their natural but was modified in some way in a laboratory as part of a well intentioned experiment to make a vaccine of some kind. Against all sorts of Corona viruses, which is one of the research programs that was going that's a different kind of organism than an organism that has evolved do an article E in the wild. I don't I don't pretend that I have evidence because there has been no real investigation. What I have Is ah syriza of complicated Moments that are really weird, you know, and then I have what other people have suspected themselves. And so that I try toe give the reader enough to chew on that he or she can make her own decision listening to the Daily Dive weekend edition on K. If I am 6 40 When we come back, we'll talk about the lab leak hypothesis was coronavirus leaked by accident.

"California's top medical experts because they've been proven to be highly effective. You can hear there trying to convince people that it is safe to go ahead and get it. This is part of an all hands on deck approach that California is launching. Now they're going to be utilized. Using just about everybody with medical training Dennis midwives, the National Guard to give shots at these sites that are opening up around the state. Here's the governor today, speeding up the administration, not just priority groups. But also now opening up large sites to do so, meaning Dodger Stadium Padre Stadium, Cal Expo. These large mass vaccination sites and California's not alone, other states said they're opening up MLB parks football stadiums to get them go in State Farm Stadium in Arizona home of the Cardinals, and, more recently, the 40 Niners as well. Becoming a 24 7, mass vaccination site in places like California, where $2.2 million has been delivered on Lee 800,000. Given that this state's got plenty to give out, and now the hope being that at Dodger Stadium about 12,000 day, the other sites will be quite active as well. And that now as we get into these later groups of one A and one B where you've got Those who are 75 plus and then eventually 65, then 50 or 55. Plus that this will really speed up at these mass vaccination sites. Of course, Alex not everybody wants or will get the vaccine. How many have to have it to have the desired impact? Yeah, well, the belief being same as if it were to be heard. Immunity right around 75% 75 80% So There's a lot of work to go there being that, at least right around the time a month or so ago, when the vaccine was just beginning to roll out that that polls were finding that anywhere from 40 to 2 52 55% of people said that they were definitely going to get it. So there's a lot of people saying No, they're not going to get it. And that leaves a lot of folks that are are open that that probably won't have the antibodies that if they did have them from getting the infection that they had it long enough ago that those antibodies have faded away, and then they're susceptible to getting it again. But the numbers got to be pretty high up there. To really create that herd immunity, which, by the way, the W. H O said today that even with the vaccine and with people getting Cove it and then getting the antibodies that we likely will get nowhere near herd immunity or population immunity in 2021 that it's going to be in masks and social distancing and rules in place. They believe that the chief scientist of the W H O All the way through. At least 2021. Well, that is not what people wanted to hear. Alex. No, I know. Wow. Okay. L A B C's Alex Stone. Thank you for the update. You gotta Thanksgiving. Okay,.

"Content has been detected in the US this time in Florida, as we hear from correspondent Jackie Quinn, Florida health authorities say the new virus variant was detected in a man in his twenties in Martin County, just north of Palm Beach. He had no recent travel history suggesting community spread. This new variant, first seen in England is believed to be more contagious than the original strain of covert 19. It was also discovered this week in Colorado and California. Top experts say it's already probably spreading throughout the United States. I'm Jackie Quinn, also with Tony. Hold on come, the World Health Organization says it's clear the Fizer bio intake Corona virus and vaccine for emergency use. WH ose action means poor countries may soon get access to the shot already available in Europe and North America. Every country that has a drug regulatory agency will have to issue its own approval for any covert 19 vaccine. But countries with weak systems usually rely on the W. H O dove that the shots You and health agencies said his review found that the pies are bio in tech vaccine met the must have criteria per safety and efficacy set out by the W. H O That's correspondent Jeremy House, the W. H O says the decision to issue its first emergency use validation for the vaccine opens. The door for countries to expedite their own regulatory approval process is too important Minute administer the vaccine. Prosecutors in the case against the four Minneapolis police officers charged in the death of George Floyd requested that that trial be delayed by three months..
