There are proposals that are out there. There's proven remedies that can be put into place. But that will never happen. If we don't at least hold hearings on these things, if we don't not least get ourselves into an uncomfortable position and do it this democracy supposed to do and debate the hard thing the officer involved Not administratively. SCCC is taking a break

"Didn't realize that until now but anyhow. Moving onto the next topic SCC. See is taking a break center I'm just GonNa read a quick quote from an article. SEC His former team astor announced last month that the player decided not to renew his contract with the organization and with many of the top contenders from the Chinese seen also undergoing roster changes. The fans were expecting to see him in a New Jersey this month however in a stream session from last night, he announced that he will actually take a competitive break as his negotiations. With a new team reached a deadlock. He didn't disclose the names of those who negotiated with, but he said that parts involved could not reach a compromise. Obviously, we don't really have that much information can't say I'm too surprised considering there's no DP plan in place as of yet. So there's no real reason to be employing players for teams if they're not under contract already, right That's the way I look at it at least. Yeah. I mean the word in could mean multiple different things right? It could mean. That he was trying to negotiate a higher salary than they were willing to pay him. So here's from an ORG perspective. It could be that he was in talks with teams, but they found another player that fit better with their ideology. If it just says negotiations like that. Especially, if it's translated from Chinese, right, we can speculate what this actually means. But one thing's for sure when SEC sees on, he's really fucking good and I'm pretty sure we'll see him later on next year probably and it's not the worst time to take a break. I think something that it's the article two is that he's going to move to another city that's cheaper. He hasn't spent his money from Ti. More was at ti seven that new got second. has bought a house or anything, and he's just been living in Shanghai which has been expensive. So He wants to save up some more cash, which is a wise move nothing wrong with that. Yes. That's what people should do. But often do not but you know. It's kind of the reason I'm a little bit uncertain about the wording is that we don't really hear many stories out of China like that where a player was not signed by a team and therefore takes a break because the contract could not be reached. Like terms that both sides agreed to. It's so unprecedented that it just makes me wonder if that's the case, maybe it happens a lot and we just don't hear about it and it's because SEC who had really high demands and then it's a special case because of that. But considering we have tons of stars and China that have

"There climate crisis making it harder for food and the food is really working hard out there from the food is really trying what is having a problem overcoming climate change this is one of the greatest what a great challenges I have doing this program every day is the amount of stupidity that I'm surrounded by and making sure my I. Q. is not affected by it and I'll tell you **** some days it's a challenge you know we all have a natural tendency to protect the people and the things that are most important to us our families our homes our food having trouble are growing no there was a time when a lock on the front door was enough but that's not the case anymore properly protecting your home includes a very functional home security system and now you're not priced out of the market now you can have one not only at home you can have in a condominium or a an apartment wherever you happen to live you can now secure it simply say if protect everyone to indoor every room of your house simply save puts you in charge of determining exactly how your whole gets protected not systematically meeting you chose where the sensors are you chose the doors and windows you choose where to put various other sensors like glass breaking centers our motion detectors or HD cameras meeting you chose where you want to consult somebody can do that too but you are in control you know security systems use to require thousands of feet of wire running behind or along the walls.

"You just bring up and say something's broke centers around. On it. But it isn't like that. So there's an education piece on how the real world works. But then people need to own it. I think when they get out. That's you need to own it, you know, in terms of if you struggling say struggling on, you know, this isn't working for me. I'm not integrating because that's the key thing for for for for me. We are integrating back into the world will not going out that expecting the world to change to us. We've got fit buck in with everybody else. That's been going on the normal lives. Vo however, many years on if people struggled into do that you need to speak up because it isn't going to change that is life as it happens every day. And if you don't fit into that you need to say to somebody reach out and say, I'm not getting this. We've talked about whatever it is. We've talked about this topic a lot on on many of our episodes and stuff, and it's the same thing that we run across with. Many veterans that separate in. There are nonprofit organizations out there that try to do their best and helping that smooth that transition they'll do other things beyond the transition assistance program and all that. But you said something this most important, and that is you have to recognize I that you're integrating back in. And then Secondly, you gotta take an action and you an ownership. And so, you know, that's that's the problem though. We're we're not conditioned that way coming out of the military. Whether it be in the UK, Australia, Canada, US nowhere, we were conditioned. And that we've talked about this with other guests and stuff got you may remember we were we were brought from a civilian at whatever age to be a military individual enact and carry ourselves and do certain things a particular way. But that same transition that we had coming in is not that was accelerated or accelerated, and then there was a tapering off. And you felt comfortable. There's none of that type of transition getting out, and that transition assistance program doesn't do it. And probably probably because you made the commitment. You want to get off active duty you said, hey, I want to go out into the private sector. But like you said you have no idea what that means. We didn't know what that meant with the military, but they had a program to condition you and get you there. There's not one you got to take the initiative here. And I think that's part of the problem. A lot of people are probably not willing to take the initiative not willing to find out who they are not not identifying and recognizing their weaknesses and saying, okay. Hey, I need to try. I I need to have a network. I I need to stay more connected. I gotta keep my idol mind. You know, I can't have an idle mind. I've got a I got to keep it working. I want to give back I want some of that's not going to happen until you take some time, you know, step away from it. I mean, the segue into that. I mean, that's how I found you guys because I I retired. So, you know, January of two thousand sixteen I'm at home. You know, we had built somewhat of a runway we weren't strapped for cash. I was doing stuff around the house. Help him get my little ones to school stuff like that cutting up a tree in the front yard because it fall in found your podcast and start listening. And I think that's the value that I, you know, not that. I wanted you guys to know. But also other people because I've met I've met a police officer here he'd worked for twenty years in a in a local town, and we went to go talk to them about something. And he said, you know, what he goes? I felt the same exact way. He's like I was burnt out. It was tired. I laughed. He goes. And I missed the hell out of it. So now he works on another police department right down the road. And I think it's part of that conditioning..
