"Here as these advance payments And maybe that helps you out on a more immediate needed in the second half of it, you'll get in the overall lump sum. The second half of the year. Once you turn your taxes, but there are plenty of people JT who count on that amount when they're looking at either getting a refund or if they have passed tax debt that they owed that they want to throw all of that to the past tax debt. If you haven't already said that you would like to opt out of this payment plan, you might have to get this first check coming out July 15th. But then you can go to the IRS website and say After that, I don't want any more of them. I'll just take the lump sum on the back end and they will fix that for you, but that you have to go out of your way to go to the website. If you haven't done it already saying, you want to opt out of these payments Yeah. You used to keep phrase there. Count on the government is doing this. So you continue to count on them the government for free money And don't call it government money. This is my money and your money. Michael. That's going to focus shooting. Now look. To me. This is an expansion of welfare in our country. Here this country is is back and open and moving again. And everywhere I look in my community. I don't know about you, Michael. But it seems to me there are jobs available out there for people that are sitting on the sidelines getting this free money. So government money is 100 bucks. The job only pays me 80 bucks. Guess what I'm taking. So I'm kind of done with it. And a lot of governors across this country are done with it, too. So, you know, I guarantee you, Michael do a little survey with your buddies over there at Best Buy and Sam's and Costco. And watch the TV sales rise over the next couple of months. When this money starts flowing in here, I can't tell you how many times I've talked to people that are selling these televisions going. Oh, yeah, people bringing in their stimulus money right and left getting these big flat screens. So look, am I you know, sounding a little insensitive for people that really needed. Sorry, But if you really need it, then Get it, But this is just a blanket mailing of checks to anybody with kids that might be at the threshold of the qualifying that really should we be sending this kind of money out there on a continuing basis. Well, That's the question right? Because, in essence, it's the same plan that's been out there. As far as the tax credit go with a boost. Certainly above you, 2000 was what it was at last, You know, it's a 36 100 on the Mac side. If you qualify for that. Even if you're somewhere in the range of getting into the 3000 range instead of having that all come back to you at one lump sum at the end, when you turn your taxes, they're trying to give you part of that now up front, in case you needed on the back end of getting out of the the Covid time of year. So you know, I don't know. At the end of the day. Yes, it certainly is money coming out, and what they say is that for the most part, they feel that this could be from the Bite administration, saying this 40% of people in child poverty would be able to be lifted out by having these checks come in on a month by month basis instead of at the back end of their taxes do then and then for middle class household. Those who don't fall under the federal poverty line but are still struggling to make ends meet. This would represent some additional cash going there direction. Yeah. Uh huh. All right, Michael. Thank you for the update. I appreciate you. You know, it's interesting. It was $2000 goes up to $3600. Covid is going the other direction. We're coming out of it when it's not getting worse. Why would you increase that amount of money? Zero common sense in this to me. Sorry if I sound a little insensitive, But there's jobs everywhere, Folks. If you're getting the government checks because you can't find a job, you know, reach out to me through email. I'll find you a job. 7 18 Alabama's Morning news. "League baseball games or all Star games that we see and joining us. Now I heard media's Gerry Bell, who lives in Denver to talk more about that, and the game itself and the festivities tonight. Very welcome. And thanks for being with me, Uh, pleasure to be with you. Why? I tell you the move from what is traditionally a conservative organization. Major League baseball jumping into the I guess, progressive way of thinking. When Georgia legislatures passed the list different laws and and tightening up in order to secure more transparent and I guess less potential for cheating and fraud in the elections. And all of a sudden people are up in arms over that. So Major League Baseball even jumped in the political arena and said, Well, fine. If you're gonna do that, we'll just move out of Atlanta. Uh, what's the feeling in Denver on the political angle of this whole thing? Well, you know, I think the feeling in Denver is that this opportunity became available to get the All Star game and Denver was already preparing bids for future years. And so they jumped into the fray along with a lot of other cities. To say the Major league Baseball will come here and as it turned out, the Colorado Rockies were on the road this last week, so it gave them a lot of time to stage the game and do all the things that needed to do. Um, uh, Denver is on the political side of it. Colorado has very, um, liberal voting laws. Everyone, um it was registered to vote is mailed a ballot, um, for elections, and we conduct our elections of by mail in ballots. And, uh, so and we also have dropped boxes and things like that, So it's a very, very wide open way to get participation. Robotic. Certainly that played into the role of getting the game. Really it was that Denver had already had planned how to stage a game and, um, it was ready to go on a very short time table to get the game. Major league Baseball usually doesn't jump into politics. Politics, Jerry you were you surprised at this? Where, where people in Denver kind of surprised that politics entered into the game? Yes. Absolutely. I think that you know, people were, um, surprised that that happened. And but once it did, Um then Denver was looking at it as hey. We're coming out of a pandemic are restaurants, Uh, been hit really hard. This is $100 million. You know, money maker for the city of Denver. Having all these fans and activities with MLB going on, so they jumped on it. Yeah, I I certainly understand Denver being more progressive and liberal. I think the world knows that and it's a natural fit. Uh, if that's what you want, as far as how your election process runs its exactly what They were trying to get away with in Georgia and in tightening up that potential for cheating and fraud. And as we went through that whole process, we certainly saw that mail in ballots. Uh, is somewhat questionable at best, but, uh, at Colorado deserts of any evidence of fraud. In our mail and elections. I'm sorry. All the ballots all the ballots. We've not had any fraud, um, that we've seen with male and balloting here in Colorado. And all of the ballots are signature verified. Um So it hasn't really been and issued all Let's talk about the game itself and the festivities leading up home run Derby. Always fun to watch. That is tonight. The game is tomorrow night, describe the feeling there in Denver for the sporting side of this whole thing. Well, I'm going to tell you in Denver because of the mile high altitude when the Rockies play to keep the balls and, uh, human or before the game, and then they bring them out. And that's cut down on the home runs here. If you remember if you go back far enough when Coors Field just started, it was You know, a launching pad for home runs? Um, the interesting thing about the home run Derby tonight is the balls are not being kept in that human work so they should be flying. And, uh, I think the thing that people are really wanting to see is show ahead, Tony. Who already has 32 home runs on the season. I believe, but it is and Just this player that seemed to they used to be so amazing. Um, uh, What can what can he do in that home Run Derby. I think a lot of people registered watch him. And perhaps use even in just to watch him pitch and it all started. Hmm. I'm excited about it, too, And it will be interesting to see and I never knew they kept the baseballs. And a human door like they've got cigars in there right next to the baseballs to keep some of the moisture in there. Yeah, And it's really, you know, cut down on the home runs also, um, raised the height of the fences, particularly and Bostic sort of go out to, um, right center, assuming to travel the furthest in his bulb marked as sort of the the jet stream if you will raise the fences out there, right field. Um But I think you're going to see some man of manners. Shots got out of the park. All right. Very good. Jerry Bell. I heard media's correspondent living in Denver getting ready for the big game tonight. Is the all Stars home Run Derby. I'm looking forward to that one, too, Jerry. Thank you so much. Six 28th. "That I feel is something that is really untouched territory that perhaps maybe some of the state attorney general will start to pick up on because that's really I think what most of this is about What At the end, Vivica. What they dying to do is take opposition voices wherever they might be coming from, And it's been the world I've lived in my entire professional career. And shut them down, shut them off and eliminate their voices from society and they feign offense. They fail. The vapors were so offended. But they hypocrisy reeks. It's like, Oh, well, well. The violence over the summer was justified. But what the president did was not justified. It xray ANC hypocrisy, and nor did the president. Inside anybody, the president said, Didn't soon you will peacefully and patriotic Lee march to the capital to let your voices be heard. I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building. Peacefully and patriotic Lee make your voices heard That doesn't sound like inciting an insurrection to me. Well, I think we gotta look to the future and let's fast forward to next week and look at what the real long from run threat coming out of. All of this is Is that next week, President Trump is gonna be a private citizen with access to neither the nuclear codes nor even Twitter account. But as a consequence of all of this, the people who really swept up in still power in all of this was the new corporate monarchy working out of Silicon Valley. And I think that we gotta recognize what happened before our eyes. Quickly this week was that we have devolved from a three branch federal government system under the US Constitution to one with two branch offices, one in Washington, D C and a headquarters in Silicon Valley, But there is an antidote. And the the antidote is to create conservative alternatives. Now they tried to shut those down, but I've got to believe they're they're bright. You know, Silicon Valley like minds of Microsoft minds and Google minds and Facebook and Twitter minds out there brilliant people that you know no, this stuff way better than I do that. "That we've been talking about now for 40 minutes isn't happening. So it's really not about filtering the air. It's it really is about ventilating them. Yeah, it really is, You know, And it's filtration is not a bad thing, but that Z low That's one of the things on the list, but to be honest with you, you know, the EPA says Number one is source control, right? So if we're using things that plug into the wall were burning candles that are chemicals that's easy to quote unquote source controlled meeting. Get rid of But BP also recommends number one A and one B one b is ventilation, right controlled mechanical ventilation after that becomes filtration because filtration folk from it and the whole house environment perspective is not as realistic as people think. You know, so ventilation is the most important for sure. So tell me about an easy breathe and how it does that ventilation freestanding unit on the H basis system or how's that work? So what we do is we have a free standing whole house ventilation system that we install. In the lowest level of the home. For most people, that's a basic, of course we could do crawl spaces as well. So what we're doing is we found that everything we've talked about his true as far as humans contributing to the unhealthy environment home, But we also find it. A lot of that starts in the basement. And I know you cover that probably in a single weekend as far as the bad parts of the basement, so taking that air Yeah, we take that air from the basement and we evacuated out at its source, including the raid on that we talked about earlier. So we take them there. We evacuated out the source and that airs replaced with the air from upstairs. The living environment, the quote unquote. Good air. We're meeting. It's better than the basement and so that air then replaces the air in the basement. And there's where we get this whole house their exchange. So some people grew up with attic fans that he turned on and in the ceiling of the second floor, right, and then you open the windows and you felt the cold air come in. We've taken that and literally put the drunk's head. We don't want to pull basing their up. Sure, And we certainly don't wanna pull any more here in the sleeping environment. So we've taken it in reverse, exhausted from a source at the basement and then by replacing it with the living space there we create us those whole house their exchanges. So those exchanges that the easy breeze creating it's on a larger scale of the bathroom fan type out of, you know, apparatus Now, even the bathroom fans now have you met us? That's on, they know yours. Easy Breathe, has he you, Minister at so you take all these You know, the easy breathe being the big one, The grandpa of you, and then you know you got ventilation for cooking. You got ventilation for your dryer That's going outside. You got ventilation in the bathrooms with the fans. And that's that concept is to pull out stagnant air in the bathroom. It's the pullout weather If you don't pull that out, Water's running down your walls and you're gonna have a mold ish. Yeah, You're 100%, right? Like you know, the codes are are not requiring back and fans and kitchen fans because it makes us smell bacon for too long, right? It's a health issue. It's not. It's not because it's uncomfortable issue as far as I want my want the mirrors in my bathroom to be not be fog, So that's why there's a code that that's not it. It's from a health issue. So we're taking that on a grander scale and saying, Let's address the whole home because really that while bathrooms and kitchens are contributors, it's the whole home itself that needs as you said the granddaddy, if you will. The whole home needs a dress, not just what we call spot ventilation in the spot areas. So the easy breathe, Lois area the home and you obviously have to have a pipe or something installed to take that air outside. You do you do so what we do is we mount the unit on it on the wall exterior wall and then obviously on the inside of the exterior wall, and we just ducked it directly to the outside. So from the outside, it looks like another dryer vent right? It's just the dryer vent with movers. On dawn. The inside we have the base unit. It sits on the ground, so captures that there truly at a slower, lowest level, exhausted up the chute and then out the wall, and so it Z a six inch hole to the outside. You're just to give people some perspective. Your dryer is a four inch hole. So it's not much bigger, same concept, and we just we really take the air and it's state. It doesn't have to travel very far right. We exhausted directly to the outside, and that's how we created its in its simplicity. Beauty is in its simplicity, right as far as how we create this whole out their exchanges. So the lady that had an issue added insulation now feels terrible and different. Things like that. That would be that would be her answer would be just something is simple is mentally. Hopefully, unless there's a mold colony grown behind the wall. That's another story Exactly exactly so ventilation. The question is not when I when I referred to the great ventilation debate, you know, because in my world, you know we talked about that kind of stuff. The great ventilation debate. The question isn't whether or not to be in late. It's how much so the answer to a lot of people's problems. Is ventilation dot dot dot And what's next? Right? So for this woman, Absolutely. Ventilation is key. Um, but also let's let's find out what the source is right. Because it for getting these headaches. We can actually spend some time and I know I can. I can understand Elizabeth frustration right and concerned because you make these upgrades to your house. And now all the sudden something changes. So I try and work with people and say, OK, we recognize that Let's get to the bottom of it. Absolutely. Let's start ventilating a space because there's no reason to live with that fell and that and that caused off headaches and things like that. So absolutely, let's been like Let's get that done. And then we can also start looking at the source. Sure. Very good. All right, Let's take a break. Andre look, wa he is my guest. He is a certified indoor environmentalists and healthy home specialist will continue. With Andre and solutions to our well six syndrome that we're having in our home. "News at 11 30 NewsRadio one by five W. E. R C. So we're back to this. The, uh, I've watched football in a long time because they told me not to watch NFL said. We don't want people like you turning in your stinking patriotism and Etcetera. Apparently, the Eagles took in the den Eagle Eagles have knee joint. I guess I could look, but they took. They took in me again and we're back. It's a different kind of taking any. Apparently, they forfeited again. Just stick it to the New York Giants. So the Giants don't get in to the playoffs, apparently. And of course, you get this, You know, draft choice. And if you haven't been paying attention to NFL news, and a lot of people have stocked The so called governor of New York is saying, Oh, well, Oh, if if if the Buffalo bills are going to make the playoffs, and then the call with this was dangerous, and we'll let people gathered for the game, 6000 people and then you know the phone calls they're going on. Can we get our top $6000? Sir, that wouldn't give you a seat 5999. You bring your brother Christmas Hope Directed this In political news in Georgia. Oh, by the way, misspoke. It's not. It's this is bad. I said The Epoch Times has news that data analyst now data scientists say that I said it was 240,000 votes flipped taken from Trump in Pennsylvania. It was nothing like that. In a deep apology. It's 432,000. According to the data, scientists And we have on this program. You mean you watched Lifetime. Sidney Powell talked about this. Votes on the TV screen disappearing from President Trump. Apparently, the people called the vote counters and said I changed my mind. Okay. I will note that We're two days away from the vote counting at least Republicans are standing up. Which is great. In Georgia. There's going to be 8000 GOP poll watchers 8000 Watches there. Allies. On George, I think in the Democrat turnout this high we're told. We're told This is so vital. I think that people go in and vote with all these eyes on this. We can do two or three things at once. We can fight fraud. We can track down the fraudsters. We cannot give up and we can continue to vote. We're capable of doing all those things. All of them. And I think that is our duty. To do that. I'm hoping that Republicans in Georgia agree or even people who want honest elections in our inner lean Republican. Speaking of that, let's go to Georgia. Let's talk to Brian. Somewhere in Georgia. Brian, you are on the Rush Limbaugh program taught Hermann filling in for the Ma. Hi, Brian. Hey, Todd. Pleasure talking to you. Yeah, I am a soon to be Ex resident of Georgia, Um But I stuck around long enough to do my constitutional privilege, which is to Vote in this primary. Our vote in this runoff for Kelly Leffler and for David Perdue. And I didn't do it because of president although I would do it for Donald Trump, and I sure as heck didn't do it for the Modern day wig party. But, um, which is what you know, I'm a former civics teacher. And that's exactly the way the Republican Party came around is because they had a week party that have a spine. Um I did it because it's my constitutional privilege. And despite the fact that there may or may not be shenanigans and everything like that, I can't control that. All I can control is what lever I pulled. So I did that. But honestly, this is the last time I'm gonna Be doing in Georgia. There were several other factors involving A move out of state, but I don't want to be associated with a state. That's gonna be this, um Um, this honest winning when it comes to Things like that. And that really pains me because this is there's been a great state. Most of us are our jobs or just dropped a zoo result of what our governor and secretary of state have been doing or not doing, I should say. It's just not characteristics for them. I don't understand what it is, but I just like that. I just really can't be associated with the state that does something like that. I appreciate the honesty and I appreciate the principle of saying I won't be associated there. I'm tempted to ask where you're moving. So I'm just gonna ask you a quick Where are you moving? I'm moving to another neighboring red state. That, um I knew you were gonna I knew you were gonna anonymous this. Something told me Brian that you get anonymous this I respect the decision left. How do you know what with the way people track down people in Doc's and these days? It's kind of dangerous to do so, but Rest assured I will be involved in politics in that state and will be doing my constitutional privilege and duty in that state as well. Good. Good. I appreciate you calling Russia show Brian on a wish you God's good graces. You continue through the year. Thanks for sharing that with us on being a rush a show cause you remind me of something, Brian. I wanted to talk about this right quick when I use in politics, so many things don't make sense that to organize my thinking to see Am I seeing what I think I'm saying? I use some axioms. In one of the axioms I use is where there's a double standard. There's a hidden agenda. Have you heard of this? This professor who's also contributed to the Washington Post. His name is Edward Foley. And he was the guy who did this paper talking about. It's gonna look like the Republicans are winning. But then the mail in ballots you gonna come in, and it's gonna be Democrats, and he described this in sort of in pseudo academic sense, as they say, is also a professor. Then he was praised, always saw this coming. He warned people, he warned people. This is going to be the case. Why was he not to call the conspiracy theorist? Incidentally, by the way, he's also predicted that Nancy Pelosi may God forbid be president for a while. He's also predicted that there's going to be an actual real arguments about who's president. Is it going to be virtual dementia or President Trump? But why wasn't he called a conspiracy theorist when he said, it's gonna look like the Democrats are behind that they're going to come back because that's what I.

All right. We're gonna we're talking about are we got some? We got an open house today. From 2 to 4. We got an open house, so come out and see us at 12, 92 Washington Drive and Moody. We do not have our typical 5% down principal and interest payments s. Oh, I know. I know You're missing that out. But I would guess to mate now, I'm not even gonna do it. I don't even want to mess it up. So, um, we've got some old notes here, but we got some old notes. All right, let's do this. All right, so 1 95 0 C. I could see it in the bag right there. All right. What does that one say for 1 85 7 41. So if it's one night, so if it's 1 95, so it's probably gonna add about $45. So in principle and interest payments if you're putting 5% down, that's gonna be about your guesstimate right there. So see you look, teamwork. Okay. Can't even rent can't read 32 for that? No, That's right. I really even like 12 years ago. Who's our rental in our first house in Crestwood? I mean, it was more than it has, like, 1012 100 or something like that. Yeah, that house is tiny man. So, Chris, um we've also got a couple other needless things. We've got one over and the thing is actually in Garden Hill, but it's in the corner school district. So it's off amount, all of road, 57 57. Not all of road. And we are asking $100,000. Three bedrooms, two baths, 1188 square feet, The 1965. And this one I think is going to go Super quick. Haven't really been able to see too many houses out there for just 100,000 so Uh, all right. And then we've got one and shall see part uh, that 1004 Edgewater Lane and Chelsea. This one is 2600 and 20. Excuse me, 28 24 for 3 65, and this house was built in 2000 and 15. And so all right. We got some notes over there and Looking at the This price, friend 65. Actually, we dok your mortgage with 5% conventional one. Look at you and all that other freshman interest 365,000 for $1462. There you go, man. Look atyou we don't even need you Don't even know. I wondered why all kept these piles of notes. Well, maybe that's him. She right? Yeah. We've also got a coming soon in Pelham on Norge Place. 1 16 George Places of 32 for 2 10. So that's going to be coming up this week. And so we're excited about that one. So, um, also, let's see. Hey, we got some buyer needs. Um All right. A mobile home park. Do you know we've gotta? We've gotta investor that is looking to buy a mobile home park. Carter. Do you know any mobile home parks that are for sale right now? Do not, but I feel like that A mobile Home part is a good money maker. Yeah, I see. I can see it. So I think that's probably why they're never herself, right? Yeah. Pain for them. So if you're listening and you own a mobile home port, and you got a wild here and want to sell that give us a call within what? Two hours of Birmingham? I think they were looking at they're looking at within two hours of Birmingham. Calls it two of 54 to 1996. So we've got somebody looking for a mobile home park we've got we've got a Homebuyer looking for up to 90,000 and the Center point area. We've got somebody looking an iron Dale in the Rock Ridge neighborhood. I mean, that's getting specific. Very specific up to 300,000. The heart wants what I'm selling it for real. We also have somebody looking tomo purchase either Condor Town home for one of their kids around Sanford. So if you've got something that is around the Samford University upto 1 35 let us know. And really your typical, But we've got some really hot buyers looking in Hoover forced Park Crestwood, the stadia and Homewood, Highland Lakes. I've been hearing that a lot lately. Everybody wants Highland Lakes. You know, we we've been showing more in Hollywood in a big house with the pool. There you go. That's what that's what everybody wants. Now that they have all been quarantined for a year, and they're like I want a big house with a pool, a big old house basement and attic. Hey, guess what time it is. It is a testimonial time. Thanks, John. Um all right, so I'll start it out. How about that? If you're looking to buy or sell a home. I definitely recommend Augusta Girls Group. We did both. "Summertime, you can get up to 55% if you want. But once you go over 60, you're going to start having some issues. So I definitely recommend Do you middle fire down in the basement? Because it's kind of a stack effect. You know Once that basement gets the 60 65 70% You know that we're Where's that water vapor going to go? It's going to go on top of the basement. Um, so it's going to start then you can't get a humidifier in a crawlspace. Well, you don't have to get it in the crawlspace. You could just is there a basement down there, too. No. Don't crawl space, okay? So why can't you get a dehumidifier in across face? So you had 5 ft, Not enough room for it. But the part where the crawlspace entrances is too low, Okay, um and there's no landing outside of it or anything. How do you get down there to get to the crawl space? Literally squeeze through and opening. That is when he's got a guess. 2 ft round doorway opening to it. You gotta literally sit down inside the well and then slide into the crawl space to do anything. Okay? Well, if you can't get it. If you can't get the humidifier on the first floor, then you're gonna have to put it on the second floor. The don't want having it in the house? I just don't know. Obviously, we'd like to get it on the lowest level as we can. And if you can't get it in the crawl space or in the lower level than the level above is what you're gonna have to put it, But You're gonna have to get that and On run that thing to get that down the 50 55% in the summertime, and it sounds like you might even have to run it in the wintertime if it's staying that wet. Have you? Did you say you put other things in the house and new furnace? New Windows? New insulation. I knew you talked about ventilation in the attic. We bought the house. Four years ago. They just gutted and remodeled the entire house, and we were told it to new heating air unit the entire house as our 30 insulation in the attic. There are some spots in the crawl space where the water was that that it's actually insulation has come down and it needs to be re insulated. I do know that so I'm working on getting that done. And the plastic on the floor is just a mess because of the water and because of the way they put it in, So once you get that new pump in there and you get that all pumped out, you get that Dried up. I prohibit water vapor for coming up from the floor, so it's going to be helpful. My guess is and it's a guess. And it's a guest for you, too, because you didn't do the remodeling. But my guess is there was insulation added to that. There was a same size furnace and air conditioner was put into that home. And a lot of times when we do that. We end up putting in the wrong size because now our home Is totally insulated since late properly. Maybe there is very little insulation in there. We put the same size air handler in there, and it starts short cycling. Which means it's not pulling out that water vapor that humidity Like it should be doing and it's causing a problem. I also checked short cycle. What do you mean by short cycling. That fan? Is it running as long as it needs to run? Come on, and then 10 or 15 minutes later. Come pick off. Come back in two or three minutes minutes later or even two or three minutes. You know it satisfies the temperature, but it's not doing anything for the humidity. Okay. Is there a way to correct that issue Other than it depends the type. It depends the type of fan that's on that furnace or on that air handler. I mean, they're single speed, which you're not gonna do much with. There's a dual speed. There's a variable speed with variable speeds. You can do some things. I definitely turn that fan on on and let it run. 24 7. I would get a dehumidifier in there. If you got a ceiling fans, I would turn them on low. When you're taking showers and stuff. If you've got a fan in the bathroom, I definitely run that a half hour after the shower. If you're cooking, make sure that fans on there anything we can do to pull air out. Move air around and dry that air out is gonna help solve your problem. Okay, so basically start with getting the water out across space and plastic now on events they've got the I call him Auto mess there. They're not manual. You can't slide them back and forth the open them. They got their spring controls. I guess it's a temperature controlled. Your own event. Hmm. How far up that vent and I go with the plastic or can I just go right up to it? Well, modern billing practices there actually closing those vents. Because in the summertime You're probably gonna have 70 80% humidity outside anyway. And for some reason, they opened events in the summertime, which just allows that high humidity Come into the cross base and come into the house. So modern practices there actually closing those up. Run in the plastic up the wall, at least to the point of grade. And plastic on the ground, So you're gonna try and make that Um, almost conditions. Absolutely. The basement across space. Yeah, exactly. You're basically I've done that before. All right? I used to do installations on real familiar with that. So I know the way they put the plastic down. They put it down in Smaller sections and what I normally would do as well as long as you're overlapping the seams and getting a solid vapor barrier down on their, uh, that's definitely what you want to do. But number one is you gotta get that water out of there. You've got to get that ground real dry. And want you get that and run any, you know. Do you mystify and start trying to dry out that house That should be number one and two. And once you get to that point, you know, putting vapor barriers down on that floor and try and just kind of start seeing things up. But adding ventilation like I was talking about with showers and you talked about the dryer and I talked about cooking. Those are all things that don't help dry that out and help you get to that point of 40% humidity. Was even freezing out there. So thank you very much for the call. I hope that helps. I know you got a little bit of work to tackle there, and I get that, but sometimes it's a step at a time.
