"But earlier on in the season we all saw that she was so accommodating she was very. Very. Conservative with any criticism sharing any concerns which you know can be a red flag because. Earth Act, and she just continued to have kind of this very like rose colored glasses look at at the marriage and approach, and then to have her say this. It's it was very disappointing. But we'll see we'll see like if because he has to make a determination this week. What to believe and what he feels because that's another thing I'm sure you've been in a relationship where somebody like I just you know I just don't know how I feel about you and you're like I do because you've been showing me. Maybe. He's trying to figure out all of the feelings that he has about. About her and maybe he's like look you're trying to sell sabotage but I know you care about me or he's going to be like you know what? I'm putting all these puzzle pieces together and You are kind of not really into this so. Yeah maybe because she has to move. So maybe she let me just ruin this before have to have a tough long distance relationship because when she said that it seemed like she didn't even realize what she was saying was hurtful. Yeah Yeah and I think that that's the other thing sometimes. They're having conversations with each other and if because they haven't been together a long, they don't know what triggers the other person yet. I mean obviously, they were in these marriages a lot longer than typical, but it's still relatively short amount of time and she might just think she's being honest but she doesn't realize how brutally honest she's being especially right before decision day right I mean right before decision day everybody's. So on high alert, they're looking for every reason why they should stay or every reason why they shouldn't. And it's a high stress time for everyone involved I'm just listening out there..

"Why are you doing or like you're out and you're not Well, you know what I mean like there aren't. It's just not well accepted. And we're not. We're not typically as women unless. Unless it's like as a joke or unless it's because everything is going perfectly. What's going on with just random other women and you don't see that. You just don't see it as widely as you do with and especially because men have always been encouraged to. Make sure that they're masturbating and that they're getting that pleasure in. And there's jokes about it and there's all sorts of stuff encouraging and their sexuality. So they're like, oh, I gotta keep this going and they had a whole world backing them at whereas with women. You don't even encourage each other. I, know wild so. Get on the brain more often is the way to get your sex drive up, and if you have any physical concerns medical concerns, you can still experience pleasure that is bonding between the two of you even if it doesn't orgasm or arousal. Percent and I think a lot of people think sex is just physical activity and I truly believe that sex goes beyond physical activity. That's ending. I wanted to ask you a couple questions now that we're on the topic of sex is sex better when you're in love with the person or when you have feelings for them. Weekly speaking and studies have shown that most people say absolutely. Yes. That most men and women will say that sex feels better and more pleasurable when you have feelings for the person, you're sharing it with. Isn't that probably well I mean there's lots of reasons but I would assume that a lot of it has to do with how comfortable you are. Yes when you don't like, you're not going to regret it constantly like. I'm going to regret this soon after yeah if you're not feeling as self conscious if you're not feeling. rejected. -Ted or pressure or awkward. Then just overall your body's less tense and when you're less tense you can experience. eiser higher degrees. got. It how often should couples be having sex during the week? So. "Dr Coles the last thing I wanted to ask you sort of in this category of questions that I've just asked was. How do you? So if you're dating right now and you are single like I am a you're listening and you do come across someone who doesn't really open up like what are some things you can ask them or because you were saying some people just have in practice that part of their journey are there things that you can do to sort? Should you even hang in there? So you move on to someone who can do it like what's your advice there I think it all depends on the kind of investment you're willing to give and if you have any positive. Feedback or skill set to share with your partner. Why not do it when you're dating because you're GonNa have to do it when you're married what are some questions that we can like ask someone to sort of get them to open up before on a date with someone who sort of is in in tune with speaking emotionally. I love the question who are your relationship role models and why? Because what it does is it helps you to figure out. All whether or not they even have any good relationship role models or if they don't. You can help them to kind of then you can ask okay. Then then how do you know what you're looking for and what is it that you do want do you or maybe say, do you have any bad relationship role models? What is it that you don't like about those relationships? So that kind of helps to externalize and not make it seem like it's like who are you in a relationship with more about? What are you looking for? What do you want? What do you not what? I love that you also have the fish like a fishbowl assistance for like sex and stuff where you put all these fun games, newel a fishbowl. Can you tell some of those secrets? Yes there's I. Mean there are countless questions and they've been added to over every season because you know as you know, there have always been the same experts and so each expert we're gonNA has their own questions that they want to add to the mix of there are countless questions. But yeah the the way to kind of get to a place like if you're really struggling with. Initiating conversations about intimate things or initiating conversations about things that matter to you then taking it out of your hands and literally just like grabbing one out of the FISHBOWL or whatever it is that you have at home. That's just a way to like take the pressure off and not make it a I wanNA. Know this it's we're like. Let's just answer the question. Like oh look, this is a question I found in the living room and. It puts you on an even playing ground, which is nice. Yeah Okay. So what do you do when one partner has way more sex drive than the other and one would just rather eat cheese puffs and that's kind of like more GAZ than than having. Common question though like business we the most biggest. Not. Complaint but like issue of the couples I see yeah, absolutely I build my practice off of the fact that people don't have a totally aligned sex drive's and are trying to figure that out for long term marriages and relationships and. The I think the main thing that you can do is realize..

Legend. Viviana. A. Welcome. Back. Welcome where we are so excited to have you hundred GonNa Flirt with you. The entire show get prepared for them. Time Vivica just walked taping. That works for me baby just a little. Just a little took us. Describe my style of flirting. So this is. My God I'll. Little tickle we can get started now. All Right Ben Affleck was just banned from arm his upcoming James Bond Premiere at least that's what the tabloids are claiming. It's probably total but supposedly bond producers are afraid the couples pedia will overshadow the movie and Daniel Craig's okay. They have like a you've obviously you're a lot more famous than both hundred and I combined you too many movie premieres yet we like it. It's a big win for us tonight on nightly pop. If you going to an event and for movie you were in and producers said, listen you're man can't come how do you handle that challenge? Cry. Let's start right there. We've never look here. Work showed up gave as our how I not shining I. If this is true is totally unfair. Why does the girl not have to shot because she's in a grid we? Away from. She has died. He has done for them hunter. What do you think about if you could not bring me to a movie premiere as a standing date for you because your girl canceled? Would you be asset? That's okay with me and I think if they really don't want Ben Affleck showing up, put it in a city that doesn't have Dunkin donuts. I guarantee you. Not Going. There for some reason I mean honestly I have to say I don't know why I'm leaning towards this being true but I sort of believe it. I kind of feel like this sort of makes sense I mean I don't know if Ben Affleck is going to overshadow Daniel Craig's something about them always walking those. Dogs which I Got? Every day. Why it's always just so staged feeling for some reason I I do believe. I kind of believe that they're like listen just leave your boyfriend at home or moving on. While Shirley's there and knows what she wants when it comes to a relationship and the first rule is she's not going to live with anybody you guys. She recently told the mirror that she's not sure that she could live with somebody again and that he may have to buy the house next to her. She's just too old for this. Like it okay. I just want a new. And nobody's coming up here running thing but me so I'm all with their Charlie's let them know when it's happening to come over and do the deed. With after other than that stale ass next door right you. My God. First of all, my type of woman this is Great Vivica. I'm happy to buy any house near Your House I'm going GonNa have to save up a little bit but I can do it and then seconds I see where they're coming from but it also feels like Charlie's is coming from a place of she hasn't had healthy relationships lately maybe or she hasn't found that person you do want to live with I. Think we all kind of think that after we go to break, we're like no more of the opposite sex ever again taking that much of my personal mind and then raging you find someone. And you can grow with and maybe they start outside the house maybe eventually you're like, Hey, let's have toothbrushes in the same room. Let's try that out for a little while. Yeah, I feel like with Charlene I think that also when you are single for such a long time, you kind of get set in your ways and just having the idea of someone come in and just rearranging things becomes really daunting and just quite frankly really annoying and to be honest Shirley's does not need to settle. She doesn't need to do anything that is inconvenient for her at all. So like I. Totally under understand her mindset of like I don't. Yeah. Come over when you need to do the deed otherwise I don't need to be moving my cashmere sweaters for you to put your jeans and the next door take your time says the girl that got engaged in seven months. I was like, all right give it to me okay Brian. Austin. Backyard Birding 101
"Okay so we're talking with ornithologists Viviana Reese. Gutierrez and she says if you're around the east coast and you looked outside your window. You might have seen some pretty cool birds this past month Baltimore. Orioles Brisa grows, speaks were also seeing buntings. These cool birds mostly showed up in the spring after migrating from places like central and South America and Yang. Migration is wild. Yes, so in general forty percent of all bird species around the world migrate, and they really come up here to take advantage of the resources like increase. Increase Insect availability much fear predators, and they'll be here about until August and then they'll go back down to the tropics again. And these journeys, these migration journeys are pretty impressive like I don't think people realize how far they travel, and and and and how long it takes, you know they use various ways to navigate these the sun and stars, magnetic fields they can fly anywhere from fifteen to about fifty five miles per hour and travel anywhere from fifteen to six hundred miles a day. Oh my gosh, the blackboard warbler. He basically doubles his body weight, and he flies non stop for eighty six hours for about twenty three hundred miles. Wow, wow, while the really really really impressive. In once, the birds finally got here. It was time to find a mate I. Asked Fabiano. What one eligible bird might be looking for in another so there is song actually so? That's one of the things if it sings a really good song. If. It's right on page that means like. Yes, this is this is going to be a good mate. color color is also another for example and in some species if they're brighter red. And or the length of their tails, those are indicators at this is a really high quality mate. I should accept a partner, but a lot of it is it is the song yeah I mean I yeah, isn't it always? Musicians do well. Go beyond you know what I mean. It's true. And then, of course, there's the dancing so for example red wing blackbirds, really really funny dances and displace attract their mates. Described the dance to me, please with the they can shake and display their wings, and they've really sing their little hearts out to attract other maids. Haven't we all? Exactly. These little love birds have to compete for attention and competition is fierce out. There y'all so some folks have noticed for example cardinals fighting with one of their mirrors in their cars repeatedly. Become so aggressive, but sometimes they just fight with their own reflection even so. You'll notice birds fighting a lot more and just being a lot more vocal, but as they start nesting. You'll see that that will decrease by this time in the year, most of those fighting birds have settled down focused on being new parents, tending their nests and feeding their young. And Viviana says there are a few things that we can do to help our little bird neighbors out, and that's a question that even asked myself. You know how how can I really help? Birds at home and one of the main ways is to keep cats inside. So it's estimated that cats, even domestic cads that get fed a lot these still go out and hunt and really

Very controversial figure and the day before that he was supposed to speak their their headquarters was vandalized by it looks like it was antifa or some anarchist group. And then when McGuinness did speak. There were all these protesters that showed up to protest him and several of the protesters were beaten and assaulted by members of the proud, boys. And I gave him a lot of credit for saying that, you know, I have friends that are Muslim. I don't want to speak for well, let him speak for himself. But the aspects of what goes on in certain Muslim areas like Saudi Arabia like a Ron where they discriminate against women gays, and others it's unacceptable, and I gave him a lot of credit for coming right out there and saying it, so I'm going to ask him a little bit about the controversy that has engendered this week.
