"Washington. So what's the travel, although, any time we bring up Elon, it's like, oh, Elon. What's the problem for Washington when it comes to mister Musk? And this was a really fun story to report on. They're so much there when you're talking about Elon Musk. Basically, he is untouchable. It's like playing a game of whack a mole for the government trying to deal with him. You know, for one on the one hand, the government really needs Elon Musk. NASA can not spend one rocket ship into space without one of Musk's companies. On the other hand, the administration is really worried about what kind of information foreign investors and Twitter could have from their his $44 billion takeover of Twitter that involved Qatari Saudi and Chinese officials also, you know, he talks a lot on Twitter. He has a lot of support for Republicans. He's kind of gone and waited into the free speech debate regarding social media. And so the government just doesn't know how to navigate some of the conflicts of interest here. He is the CEO of 5 very large, very influential companies and has billions of dollars at his disposal to take more actions Yes, Leah, what you're explaining to you about how a lot of these when you're looking at all the different companies these has, how certain ones are really vital, you think of Tesla with the EVs like you were talking about when it comes to space and NASA, but it sounds like when you're talking about Twitter, that seems to be sort of the focal point where it's causing a lot of issues with the Biden administration. What are some of the most recent developments that's been causing some strange between the vitamin administration and Musk on that front when it comes to Twitter? I mean, the most notable is at the top of the big take story today. It's that during the soccer World Cup, the FIFA World Cup in December, all of a sudden on Biden government officials, phones, they see that Elon Musk is in a photo with a Russian journalist who has been sanctioned by European authorities, and he just happens to be taking selfies with this woman. And so officials don't know when he's going to come out and talk about what a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine should look like when he's going to come out and talk about Federal Reserve interest rates. When he's going to come out and talk about FDIC deposit insurance. And so they just don't know where he's going to head yet. It's volatile. He has influence. And look, right now, we're showing on the screen a photo of him sitting next to Jared Kushner. Nothing could make this administration more uncomfortable than sanctioned Russian officials and a Jared Kushner next to a really influential man. You know Soleil, we have a lot of fun, I feel like when we talk about Elon Musk, he's

"If you haven't heard the news yet, the vitamin administration is now going to allow Chevron big American oil company to pump oil out of Venezuela. So what's unusual about that, you might say, is, well, the fact that we had previously been sanctioning Venezuela because we have repeatedly accused the regime there of being a dictatorship. You see, we have recognized a totally different politician and totally different guy Huang Guaido as the real president of Venezuela. So now we're doing a deal with Nicolas Maduro. And the reason we're doing it, let's be honest, is because we have to. We absolutely have to. I am a realist and I've said all along, it really hasn't made a ton of sense to treat Venezuela like such an enemy in light of the fact that they're so close to us. I mean, let's just go back to the Monroe doctrine for a second, right? They're right here in our hemisphere. You're talking a few hours from Florida and for some reason we've treated them in a more hostile way than we treated Russia until recently. In a more hustle way than we've treated countries like Iran. So why the change now? What's so special about this moment in time? Well, oil prices are through the roof. And it just so happens that this week they're likely going to go even higher because now these sanctions we are putting on European countries and others Vis-à-vis Russia, they're going to go into effect. And that means you're going to have even less energy on the market. And so what do they do? Well, they get all this oil sitting down there in Venezuela, and it's getting sold anyway, frankly, illegally on the black market. I've walked you through this whole triangle before. Because you're a Caribbean island where they switch the flags on the ships, and then those container ships filled with oil, go over to Asia where again, they switch the flags and then they go eventually to China. My sources have walked me through this and I've walked you through this. The oil is making its way onto the global market in one way form or another.

"Really the challenge. For the administration, you know how much risk they're willing to assume. They're definitely steps that are available The Justice Department is suing Idaho over this restrictive abortion law that makes it a felony to perform an abortion in all but very narrow circumstances. So the Biden administration has taken the position that the emergency medical treatment and labor act preempts state laws that have very narrow exceptions for the life or health of the mother. And Idaho has an unusually narrow medical emergency exemption. So the vitamin administration's position is one that this law and tallest prescribes the standard of care for doctors treating patients who are in labor and two that any state law that has a narrower definition of medical emergency is basically blocked by that federal law. So we've seen variations of this actually Texas is suing the Biden administration saying essentially that it's positioned on Impala is wrong and that Texas is free to have whatever emergency exceptions it wants, including none at all, the Biden administration is now going on the offensive saying essentially that Idaho's law does violate the supremacy clause of the constitution because it conflicts with a federal statute on a version. Attorney general Garland said the supremacy clause is a decision made in the constitution of the United States, federal law invalidates state laws that are in direct contradiction. Is the Justice Department on solid ground here? I mean, it's going to be disputed. We have a preview from Texas suit. Texas has taken the position essentially that Impala doesn't actually tell doctors what they need to do in terms of caring for patients. And tell us just by way of background was designed to stop the practice of patient dumping. So essentially low income patients would show up at the hospital at the emergency room with like a knife in their back or in labor and doctors would find out they didn't have insurance or the

"The vitamin administration's Environmental Protection Agency announced some new regulations this morning the rules are aimed at curbing methane emissions specifically from oil and natural gas production Marketplace is Nancy Marshall ginza joins me now with some details Okay Nancy So how are these new rules going to curb methane emissions The EPA will limit these emissions from existing oil and gas wells It says that would eventually reduce emissions by around 75% the Biden administration will also require oil and gas producers to plug leaks in methane gas pipelines And it would basically ban venting that is when excess natural gas in oil wells is released into the atmosphere And methane has been a big talking point among environmentalists Do we have a sense of how effective these new rules might be There are start but some activists are disappointed that the administration will still allow flaring And that's when excess natural gas at oil wells is burned Also some of the administration's plan is voluntary the EPA is trying to get landfills to voluntarily reduce methane emissions by 70% And the agriculture department will use incentives to try to convince farmers to cut their methane emissions And it seems like the Biden administration is trying to assert the U.S. as a leader in climate policy certainly at this conference is it urging other countries to enact similar regulations on methane Yeah it's working with the European Union to get the biggest methane gas emitters to sign a global methane pledge by administration says the pledge will help get overall methane emissions 30% below 2020 levels by the year 2030 But again it's voluntary Marketplace is Nancy Marshall games are thanks You're welcome Let's do the numbers Footy in London is down more than half.

"In the house on America first. Welcome back to one on one with me Sebastian golka. And Tom Holman. Based upon your 30 years, what is the true human cost of what we're witnessing? Can you just give an example of, or examples of how bad it is? Well, look, if they really care about the safe and security migrants, the worst thing you can do is open the border and send a message you're open, and you can make that trip because the most vulnerable people in the world are going to put themselves in hands of criminal organizations. And you and I talk about this many times, doctors are out borders did their own study. This is an effect number. This isn't my number. 31% of women that make their journey get sexually assaulted. We've heard the case how many children die. Already, and I thought to one sheriff on the southwest border in Texas, who's already found over 50 dead migrants in his county. That were left stranded by the cartels. The cartels, mistreating these people, they tortured these people. They can't pay the smog fees. They've killed these people, can't spend their fees. We already know that enough opioids came across this border of over 90,000 fentanyl overdose deaths of our children. So the flip side of this in your immigration is people are dying, cartels are getting meh, the dollars a day and that has a real cost to it. And this is, I mean, this isn't just an hypothesis. Literally flicking a switch. What this White House is done, has exploded the profits for the cartels. No one celebrate this election or in the cartels because the promises Joe Biden made during the campaign, they knew their back in business. And because you have an open border, it's very, very easy for them to game it to say, okay, you in that caravan of 3000 people, you cross over there, while ten miles down the way you're going to be flooding in the fentanyl and we'll be running, right? Exactly. This is great for this just in time. I'm listening to what the DEA saying. Listen to what the U.S. march I mean, every law enforcement agency out there will tell you open borders creates more crime in our communities. So I get asked all the time. I get comments all the time there. The president Trump's policies inhumane. First of all, no they weren't compared to Joe Biden's policies. Because, yeah, we keep saying zero talents. We separated 2500 families. Well the parents are being prosecuted. And as a cop in New York, I separated U.S. citizen families every day when my parents got prosecuted. So they want different set of rules for illegal immigrants. Let me say this. A 120,000 children have been released by the vitamin administration. So Biden's open border policies have cost a 120,000 families to put their kids in hand to criminal cartels. We smoke the United States. And now they don't know if a third of them are. Give me a break. And I said this many times when Trump was illegal immigration was down 83% under Trump. How many millions of dollars did the cartels not make every day? How many fentanyl overdoses didn't happen? How many women didn't get raped? How many children didn't die? So president Trump saved lives. You know, I just think this number speaks for himself. These numbers like 25,000 here, 25,000. It's hard for the average American to kind of grasp. One thing I just heard a week ago in Del Rio, when the hastens from Chile just said, oh, those open here we come, and we find out 300 pregnant women under that bridge. And you think, that's just wrong. It's squalor. It's third world conditions, and that is a direct result of Biden. It's not president Trump's not you. It's not me that squalor pregnant women sitting in filth and dirt under bridge is because of the people who care so much for women and minorities. I have to ask you this so I do this always when Mark Morgan's on the show. Will you talk to us because nobody asks this? I don't see this being asked anywhere. What is this doing to your colleagues? These are people who carry a badge and a gun. It's not existent. Has it ever been as bad as it is now? I've been around 34 over 34 years. I've never seen like this in my life. And I've talked to hundreds of board collisions who, many are retiring, they're quitting. They hate their job. They're no longer performing national security function. Well, they're not allowed to do that. You're welcome me center. They turn them into Walkman center. Board plays it. The stations, they only just put a big sign up walking center. They're not enforcing the law. So the greeter at Walmart, come on down. And at the same time, they're looking at losing their jobs because they don't want to get the Pope. Will we talk about this? 'cause I'm talking to regular law enforcement a lot shared departments and elsewhere as I travel. And I'm seeing these figures, 30, 40% of them are refused because they're fit. They don't want it. They've had COVID. They've recovered. How is the mandatory vaccination for feds going to shake out at DHS and CBP? I think, you know, I've talked to a barbecue command the other day who thinks they're going to lose probably a thousand if some sort of relief by the courts. And that asked them are all ages. Look at them, wait a minute. So I gotta be vaccinated, but I'm Russian thousands people a day that have COVID, and I'm released them in the United States. But I got a different set of rules. Is shameful in the ice offs like I just said, ice officers tell me they got nothing to do. They're not going to they're watching criminal aliens walk out of county jails across this country. They can't do anything about it. Because the Biden merit that the protesters just bought for ice says, first of all, being in a country legally, is no longer enough reason to restrict my mind. So I went to Arizona. And I traveled in sheriff Mark lamb's patrol car. And he took us to all the smuggling sites. And we went on some fast patrol car pursuits. And he told me when they stop a car with 15, 20 people jammed in the back, they're illegals. And they try and phone it into anybody who's federal. If they don't find, if they don't have proof that somebody in the vehicle has a criminal record, they can't do anything with them. They have to release them, Tom. This is insane. Look at the policy, it met in memoriam, secretary of America sent out. It says, basically, being in the country illegally, is no longer enough reason to be arrested. Okay, so I got to ask you this. Isn't what this administration is doing Tom? Isn't it illegal? Yes. But by U.S. statutes. This is why we're so on. And this is why we're waiting. We're three and old in Texas. Okay. Wait. 30, almost 35 years to this job, and we're at a point where it's no longer illegal to be in this country illegally. No action will be taken..

"That today There are some amazing products out there that allow you to buy and sell Bitcoin trust which are very cool That's why I ask about the ETFs though wouldn't that be the easiest way for an average investor it doesn't have a lot of understanding to maybe get some money in this and do it safely Yeah no you're right An ETF would be a huge step forward But I'm not convinced that we're going to see a spot market ETF anytime soon We may see one on the futures front but investors want this stuff I was in an Uber the other day and my Uber driver was telling me how he owned Bitcoin and litecoin or ease My hairdresser owns those kinds These are popular There's a high demand and we need to figure out a way for investors to get access to these assets Well we've heard about this as I mentioned from many more firms other than JPMorgan is that would finally pushes this over the edge though I was referring earlier this hour to Jamie Dimon being part of the conversation last week with Janet Yellen and the president on the debt ceiling Aren't those the voices that are going to bring the authorities to realize this needs to happen Well I think that yeah so there's certainly some of the voices that are out there I mean I think though what we saw in August with the infrastructure Bill and there was some language in their own cryptocurrencies I think the voices that are ultimately going to make this happen are the individual voices These are people in the community that are purchasing these assets that are participating in these crypto networks And they get lawmakers Everyday person yes it gets lawmakers involved And I think that as we look to Congress right now you know they're realizing that the number of people that are out there who care about crypto assets and the crypto networks that these run in I mean this is a huge political port And so I think we're going to see pressure from Congress ultimately put pressure on the regulators to do this right But I am encouraged to see that the vitamin administration announced well reported last week that they're looking at this issue from the multi.

They decide who they should go to. And these vaccine contracts were signed in twenty twenty when the pandemic was in a different state when these vaccines were merely hypothetical the problem with the way johnson and johnson is now enforcing these contracts is in september. Twenty twenty one which is a very different world where a majority of the adults in the united states of europe have been vaccinated where by no means the majority or anything close to that have been vaccinated in the african continent. India johnson and johnson believes it still has the right to send vaccine's where it wants to rather than where it has to the vaccines are most needed. Now of course visor in modern and don't have production facilities here but the fact is that they are also seeing their production facilities in europe and in other parts of north america but the truth is johnson and johnson pfizer and modina off obese. What they're doing is to say. We're not going to provide access contracts. We're not going to provide licensed manufacturer of our vaccine to anyone for them to be able to supply the region regions in. We're just going to make the largest number of vaccines that we can under our control and then send them. We want not the irony of this. Is that unlike pfizer in modern. Who's vaccines remain robustly desirable in the united states and europe. The johnson and johnson vaccine in fact is not. There's poll after poll that shows that it's the least desirable vaccine among ordinary americans for instance. And it's not like they're demand for the vaccine in europe either. So it's a bit of an andrea because with johnson and johnson vaccine. No one seems to want. The united states doesn't seem to be able to make its own vaccine. It's applied less than ten percent of what it was supposed to do. The us it's abide. Under twenty five percent of it was supposed to europe and yet at the same time there studies from south africa now that show that the vaccine adequately does its job in protecting people against hospitalization and debt that even transmission so there are lots of people in a majority of the world who would love to have the jj vaccine except the can't and so. I think it's particularly absurd situation than johnson and johnson would choose to make vaccines in out of the world. The desperately needs them and then send them to another part of the world. That not only doesn't need them but doesn't seem to want them. I'm a channel. Just put this in human terms who gets the vaccine who has access to it. The percentages that were talking about in africa in asia compared to the united states and britain. Where they've already started the booster on a mass scale. The third shot does something astonishing about september. Twenty twenty one. Because now we'll be nearing ten months into awarding which vaccines exist and we're available and yet the debts remains ten thousand people a day and that's largely because less than three percent of the population of the african conscious vaccinated less than fifteen percent of the indian population has been vaccinated while between fifty to seventy percent of the adults in the united states and europe have been vaccinated. So what we're looking at is a world in which the by is under control with occasional flare-ups alarms and problems around mass tax nation but nevertheless genitally under control in the us and europe and absolutely not under any kind of control in majority of the world where the majority of those lives in such a situation. What johnson johnson did in south africa. Would you'd have to backtrack on which was to send three hundred billion dollars which could vaccinated three hundred million be both because the johnson johnson vaccine is single does to send those vaccines to europe in majority was a mistake. They will call it out. People were outraged. And they backtrack. But now there's such Exactly same action with vaccines for six hundred million people in india and the absurdity of the situation and the ability of johnson and johnson to see how it is. I think astonishing. But what's worse is actually that we have now. Thanks to the russians and thanks to the sputnik v. vaccine which showed good efficacy. We have ten seconds. Fortunately has run into production problems. We have thirty manufacturers around the world who can produce johnson and johnson vaccine and so what they should do is to expand manufacturing to include these manufacturers. Then we could actually make pepsi work in. The world will be good for them. It would be good for us. We want to thank you so much for joining us from bangalore india. I me goodman with one gonzales. So what we're looking at is a world. In which the by is under control with occasional flare-ups alarms and problems around mass tax nation but nevertheless definitively under control in the us and europe and absolutely not under any kind of control in majority of the world where the majority of the ovulation lives in such a situation. What johnson johnson did in south africa. Would you'd have to backtrack on which was to send three hundred billion dollars which could vaccinated three hundred million be both because the johnson johnson vaccine is single does too send those vaccines to europe. In majority was a mistake. They will call it out. People were outraged. And they backtrack. But now there's such Exactly same action with vaccines for six hundred million people in india and the absurdity of the situation and the ability of johnson and johnson to see how it is. I think astonishing but what's worse is actually that we have. Now thanks to the russians and thanks to the sputnik v. vaccine which showed good efficacy. We have ten seconds has run into production problems. Stay safe where a mass..

"The number to call and triple eight nine seven one seven two four three triple eight nine seven one seven two four three okay so still several things that i want to get to and by the way i mean one of the points that james kerr final made. I'm glad he made the point Just talking about the troops being when he spoke of he's glad to troops are being taken out because basically in essence they were. They were sitting ducks. There's been no planning adequate planning for this withdraw whatsoever by the vitamin administration. I'm frustrated by the fact that this is the this is so stupid and silly. It's almost like it's easy to go into conspiracy theory land because they incompetence is so so devastating. It's almost unimaginable. I mean literally why why you wouldn't plan to make sure that you took out all american citizens and all of our allies before Before soldiers makes no sense to me why you wouldn't keep the biography air force base in order to in order to make the withdrawal happen effectively. Makes absolutely no sense to me but this is this is where we are in the biden. Administration it again. I'll go back to this. The biden harris administration is dragging the democrat party Down shortly will get into these lost ballots as well if you want to. Do you wanna talk about that. Because it's pretty nuts that there are eighty two thousand loss ballots. The state that biden happened to win by twenty thousand. Also i'm not sure if you guys hurt this we'll get into this and the next hour natural. Immunity is really better this according to israelis Study that is fueling the debate on the Vaccinated versus natural immunity. Now whenever say that. I like to offer the caveat that listen i'm an american. I believe in freedom so if you want to get the vaccine and you're more comfortable getting the vaccine by all means do it But don't try to tell me to get it. Don't tell me to wear mask. That's just where i. That's just where i stand. I i have no desire to get the vaccine. Maybe my mind will change at some point in time when There's we have a longer history of this thing But i've had covert. I know that i have natural immunities. I know that those immunities are are pretty strong. I had a pretty tough about we. Cove it if you will And then i took some therapeutics better. It was in saying But anyway so. That's that. I just feel like i got an offer that caveat but i just want to go back to this issue that i'm telling you the biden harris administration. They are dragging the democrat party down and again i have to reiterate consider this when you look at this disaster in afghanistan and they are going to try to move james. Kara fons right. We all know this to be true. They're gonna try to move in move. Move away from this story in afghanistan and we can't let them. yeah. I thought about this myself. I sat there thinking. you know. there's so many stories out there need to be talked about. But this is one that we cannot let joe biden and camera harris. Run away from. And i think james califano is right. I don't think they'll be allowed to run away from it. I mean right now. You guys heard me read. The the headline from daily wire that literally literally retired marines a retired marine. This has hundreds of their rescued rescued. Orphans christians turned away by us military that ended up in the hands of the taliban. Now i'm not blaming the military at all because the military has ordered so this is coming from the biden administration possibly secretary of state blinken. Susan rice whomever is running the show on any given day at this point because it's obvious to me now. This guy cannot think past a couple of hours. At least in my at least in my opinion and in my estimation so this is insane. So i think this stuff is gonna come back to hunt the in administration. Now you have a stronger more powerful taliban you have a fair weather ally in in pakistan you have china on the march you have russia Issuing dictates that abiding administration none of these people respect them and they are all a geopolitical threat and biden in my opinion has just embolden all of them. Well isolating our allies. The very thing that the left at the democrat party claimed the trump administration was doing but democrats have no confidence in their policies. They want to move away from while larry elder is saving california special guest. Carl jackson is making america. Great again on. The larry elder show. You know what's crazy than by again. "Two four three and listen. It's not all bad news in the next hour. I'll get into the latest on the california recall. Se some of. You are already calling in on that. But also i wanna talk to you about this l. a. street artists Tom trap sent me this information with pretty cool This story on a young street artists. That's helping out. The larry elder campaign. Also arnold schwarzenegger some good news there in his anti-american rant and then a colorado school district banned. Crt so there are ways for us to fight and to win. We're going to have to do a lot of this stuff locally but there is good stories out there there are inspiring stories out there and we'll touch on some of those now. Let me get to this. The administration has ties that. Reveal deeper disturbing truth hat tip. This is from the claremont institute. The ties between members. Actually sean mcconnell sent this one to me ties between members of the vitamin administration and the cpr disturbing to say the least you know. Carry this over into the next hour Personnel is policy. This is a very good point. Personnel is policy in other words. Whomever is on your staff. We in the white house whomever who who whoever is on your staff. And the connections that they have with foreign entities can impact your administration and biden has hired some of those very people that are impacting His his administration people that pursued the very policies of engagement accommodations in my opinion that enable communist china to rise. They're working for biden so we can suspect that biden and the architects of his agenda will be soft on china as they have. They have kept some things in place Which has been absolutely amazing to me. I can't lie about that but there is still a lot of There's still a lot of things at the biden. An administration Is weak on. So he may he may have talked tough when it came to try out of political necessity but history of Bending over for china if you if you will prove prove otherwise quite frankly. I really wanted to get into this story about china. Taliban connection gordon chang have written about. It's really it's really disturbing and it goes back even beyond the obama administration. I mean back. Into the george w bush administration. This is. It is terrifying. How how much. We allowed china to manipulate us and literally to to to start beginning to rise to be the world's superpower and i gotta tell you right now with the biden administration in office. I fear. I fear that america is in decline. We can fight from where we are. Cities or our towns are states. We have to keep up the fight. This administration is going to take us down to the bottom of the. "Now. Here's special guests. Carl jackson on the larry elder show. I welcome back to the larry elder show just a quick couple of quick updates. A us district judge j campbell barker handed texas another win against the biden administration. Friday is if you don't need more proof that the vitamin administration is just. I just just It's it's hard to say this. But i really believe i just think they're evil people based on some of the things that they're doing. Us district judge j campbell barker texas another win against the biden administration. Friday this time over medicaid funding granting attorney general ken paxton's request for an injunction and nine the administration's motion to dismiss may paxton suit the centers centers for medicare and medicaid services and the us department of health and human services and the respect of secretaries and the federal government after they were send federal medicaid funds already approved by the trump administration the extension which was scheduled to run to twenty thirty whip provided eleven billion per year per year and healthcare funding the texas including for uncompensated care. Now listen i. I gotta tell you. I'm not big on social security medicaid. Medicare you know. I i get it but a lot of people depend on this stuff. A lot of elderly people depend on this stuff. They've paid into the system And and and and they and they expect some benefits from that and and rightfully so but the biden administration is willing to play with life. Not only do they fund abortion now But willing to play with light. They're willing to play with life in in afghanistan leaving americans behind and and they're willing to play with elderly people. When it comes to medicaid or poor and elderly when it comes to medicaid and medicare funding these people will do anything in order to spite republicans. Even if it means hurting you. That's not a republican democrat thing. That is an evil buying it biden harris administration and whomever may be a a working with this stuff in there have been a just a really nasty evil being to do another update justed from just a news. Us troops rescued a hundred and sixty nine americans near kabul aware of reports of others beaten americans beaten by taliban. Thank you biden all right so just so you know this is. This is what happens when you have a weak man. Like biden harris or biden administration in the office. The current democrat party is a very weak party. They're not liberals they're not free. Thinkers these are authoritarians and social justice warriors. They don't have a clue of what they're doing. And i i gotta tell you. And it's sad to say that the same is true for some of the top brass a joint chiefs of staff. Milly general milley audios. You need to go austin lloyd. I appreciate the the sentiment that a brother made it to the secretary. You know a made it as secretary of defense. We had colin powell audio. You got to go. You're not doing the job. Well it's as simple as that all right back to the story. Fifteen million votes and twenty twenty election not accounted for. Had tim daly signal the public interest or sorry. Almost fifteen million mellon ballots were counted. Four in in the or unaccounted for. I'm sorry in the twenty two thousand presidential election and more than a million more ballots. Were undeliverable all right. So let's get into this. The public interest legal foundation which is a conservative watchdog group on election integrity released their research brief wednesday assessing the effect of mass mellon balloting in an election with a close presidential race in key battleground states such as arizona georgia and wisconsin. We gotta get that stuff fixed guys. here's a quote from the founder of the of the public interest legal foundation j christian adams and again. I explained this earlier for those either. They don't know. J christian adams was a an attorney and the doj that stood up to the biden administration when he worked obviously underneath. I'm sorry the obama administration when he worked underneath when he worked underneath obama. They were there. Were black panthers trying to intimidate people that were that. Were going to vote. I forget exactly where this took place. But he wanted to prosecute because that was voter intimidation the obama administration And attorney general at the time eric holder said no. We're not going to touch that. We're not going to touch anything like that when you have black people like doing stuff like that. Basically and i'm paraphrasing. but essentially. that's what they did. It was like black power from the white house to the ag to the voting system and j christian adams fought that but he says these figures detail how the twenty two male voting needs to be a one year experiment. Strictly new cove it. It should be over. And i will explain why he said that. And give you the numbers after this message from.

"All right so we've been talking about joe biden. That is a disaster by the way the taliban is putting off a putting up soft base. They're they're propagandists. You gotta understand this. Meanwhile they're popping caps and people along side of the road. They shot a guy that was on top of the kabul airport. Offense fencing or barricade the these guys are stone cold killers. These guys are stone cold killers. I understand that we don't want to be there. We don't wanna fight forever but this is a complete another disaster. Don't you dare think for a second these people these people. The taliban harbored isis. You guys remember isis. They harbored isis. They trained people trained in that area. This is unbelievable. We had one mission there one mission there and don't try to blame the troops. Get into this with james cardinal. Don't try to blame the afghanis i. I've even heard a lot of conservatives donate. don't try to blame the afghanis. What the hell. What are they supposed to do when you abandon them and abandoned all the logistical support. You have given them. What are they supposed to do. It is a total incomplete. Utter lie that these people didn't put up a fight. Sixty nine thousand of them died. Sixty nine thousand. You know what that means. More of them died annually. Then did american troops there they were fighting for. There's maybe we spoil them. I completely get it. I'm not trying to argue that. We should be there but it is a complete and utter lie for joe biden to say that the afghani soldiers just tucked their tails and ran. I'm sure some of them did once they figured out. The joe biden was so weak once. They figured out that they didn't have a a a planes. Once they figured out that they didn't have communications You know devices anymore once. They figured out that they couldn't see in spot the enemy before they were hit with a bullet in the head once. They figured that out. You put yourself in that situation. It's so easy for us as americans. This is the problem. We don't understand. How great and how blessed we are in this country. America is an exceptional country. They can't fathom living here. We can't fathom living there and we try to project american greatness on the others. It doesn't happen. They have a different ideology out there. That's why we can't nation bill however we had a mission that was being accomplished that joe biden destroyed in a matter of hours or over weekend while he was chilling at camp. David jin sake had to come back. I'm even antenna touch on this. And that is a great point sean jim. There's no doubt. Jin sake. I've i bet you. She had extremely easy time getting a plane. She didn't have to worry about falling off of it. That's for sure. And i bet you and i bet you she. She did not want to leave her. Vaca- i can tell you that much. This is insane but you know what we need to take the fight to him. They they're trying to bombard us with one six and all this nonsense. That doesn't matter by the way kobe's endemic. I'm declaring it today right here. On the larry elder show kobe. this can Endemic we know this. We have common sense. These people are liars. I'll get into that. I'll get into that. These people are liars. Now they're saying there's no way we're going to reach her immunity you know why we're not gonna return immunity now. They're saying they've gone from pouches. Gone from sixty to seven seventy percent. You know what he's saying that he's saying that because this is endemic and they know it. These little foods are lying to try to control us. It's as simple as that. And i'm not minimizing kobe. Please don't call me with that. Don't mess with me with that. I'm not minimizing kobe. It can be severely dangerous to those that have co morbidity are that are overweight or that have respiratory issues but to lie in say this thing is still a pandemic on done with it. I'm done with it and not to mention the borders. Not to mention the borders. You can't take biden seriously on cove it. you can't take biden seriously on terrorism biden harris. I gotta remember. Keep her name in it. That lady shouldn't be anywhere near the white house. You can't take them seriously on kobe. You cannot take the vitamin administration seriously on terrorism when we have wide open borders. And we don't have a clue of who's coming in really. That's what i intended to talk. Talk about in the first hour. And i haven't gotten to yet but i am going to get to it. Let me go ahead and take some of your calls. Some of you have been waiting for a while. You got some interesting. 'cause let me go to jess flint michigan jess. You've got the mike. I i i have to say. I really enjoy the show You're you're doing a great job. You're bringing a lot of points that need to be brought out and one thing i was thinking. Is you know they just roll. The taliban just rolled in into afghanistan and took it over. I mean they had a lot of help from us. I mean there's sort of us destroying our weapons. We just left in there with teasing nisshin. They they've got tanks and military actors and drones and machine guns and all kinds of equipment that speeds up their take over the country but the country is divided. Afghanistan's divided much like we are and when people are divided. They can't they can't fight this. You know a weaker force to come in and take over a strong country when the country is so divided that you can't even put up a fight and that's what's going on in afghanistan. That's what's going on here and we've got our leaders dividing us more and more putting us up in the smaller smaller groups. It's just ridiculous. Thank you for the call. I really appreciate that. Let me let me share some information with you row. Quick hat tip. Forget man a little background on. Tony blinken our current secretary of state. He supported the. Us led invasion in iraq in two thousand and three In two thousand and two blinken was appointed staffed director for the senate foreign relations committee. A position where he served until two thousand eight blinken assisted. Then senator joe biden chair of the senate foreign relations committee in formulating byte support for the us invasion of iraq. You own here that today. Will you with lincoln. Characterizing the vote to invade iraq as a quote vote for tough diplomacy in the years following the us invasion and occupation of iraq blinken assisted by in formulating a proposal in the senate to establish in iraq three independent regions divided among ethnic or sectarian lines Shia stand in the south sudanese. Ten in the north as well as iraqi kurdistan. The proposal was overwhelmingly rejected at home. This guy has no clue what he's doing. And this is the guy one other guys advising incompetent president. "Everyone welcome back to the four four. Three security simplified. I'm your host mark liberty and joining me. Today is cory. The sassy cynic knock greiner just like every other day basically on today's episode though we're going to be giving you an update on the latest from cassia will jump into a memorandum released by the vitamin administration on protecting infrastructure control systems. And then we will have a nice long chat about why you should not trust anyone in your office with that. Let's go ahead and get started. Industrial infrastructure control systems. Same thing. so let's start today with an update from our favorite story over the last three weeks it feels like On last monday cassia posted another update to their ongoing saga stating that the decryption tool they had acquired proven to be one hundred percent effective to files That were fully encrypted during the intact but more importantly they called out suggestions that their continued silence on whether they paid the ransom may encourage additional ransomware attacks and stated quote. We are confirming in no uncertain terms. That cassia did not pay the ransom either directly or indirectly through a third party to obtain the decrypt her. So the original statement said they'd attained the decrypt through a trusted third party We surmise that man. Oh they paid the ransom through cyber insurance provider and got the script or that way because that sounded logical we talked about a chance that law enforcement might have done something to but we definitely leaning towards. Maybe they paid exactly but they've flat out said no we did not and they didn't say exactly how they got the crypt. It's still notes. It's a trusted third party which mace basically means. It comes down to like a few options. At this point. I could could still be you know. Maybe the fbi managed to get a hold of a server where the character restored and got that and provided to them Could be.

Can you tell us any more about that plan? And do you have any concerns that that would discourage long term investment? Well, we're still finalizing what the pay force look like. But I will say that the president's calculation is that there's a need to modernize our infrastructure. There's a need to invest in child care. There's a need to invest in early childhood education and making The our kids and the workers of the next generation more competitive and he should propose a way to pay for it. His view is that that should be on the backs that can be on the backs of the wealthiest Americans who can afford it and corporations and businesses who can afford it on his view, and the view of our economic team is that that won't have a negative impact their alternative views or there are proposals that don't exist yet on how to pay for it. I am without a chairman of the Freedom Caucus representative Andy Biggs. Such a tremendous leader in the Republican Party, and I'm with some other members of Congress as well. But this opportunity came up. There were several trips throughout the year that I could have chose to go down and I said, This is a priority. I want to see what's happening down there. S so I I booked the first trip that was available and we have met amazing family who have ranch is right on the border. And and they tell us the The devastations of not having a secure border on their ranch. They tell us even even when it comes to cattle they have they have ranchers who are their neighbors in Mexico, and you know, our aggregate agriculture system on Lee allows for so many resources to be provided for these cattle ranchers. And then when you have Other ranchers from another country, allowing their cattle onto American ranch and using those resource is it could be devastating for those ranchers and for their livestock. S o. I mean, this is this is ah, problem that has many, many issues that can be solved with a secure border wall. So we we clearly have a threat on the southern border. We have reports of multi thousands of people coming on multiple caravans. We also have a threat on Capitol Hill allegedly let's play a video cut from the Speaker of the house. Nancy Pelosi. This is a video. Nine play cuts. I do believe, and I have said this all along that we will probably need a supplemental. For more security for members when the enemy is within the House of Representatives the enemy is with in of the House of Representatives, Alexandra Cassie Cortez added that members of Congress tried to kill her on afterwards, Nancy Pelosi said that threatened and threats of violence were made by Republicans. You just want to ask your reaction to the powers that be on Capitol Hill, calling Republicans the enemy within It's absurd. It's disgusting. It's vile, its rhetoric that actually causes ah lot of death threats to come our way because of the language that they use, and then their supporters get pretty upset. I'm not understanding the full story. You know, I don't know who exactly Speaker Pelosi is referring to, But she's talking about me wanting to carry my firearm and exercise my second Amendment right in Washington, D P in capital in the Capitol complex. Well, she's gonna have to take that issue up with 74 other 74 million gun owners in America who cherish their second Amendment rights, and I want to try this back to the to the border here. So you're seeing. How Congress responds when they feel threatened. Whether that threat is valid or not, they feel threatened. And so what? We have walls go up instantly. We have sensitive We have razor wire around the United Eight capital. We had 25,000 armed national guards surrounding the United States Capitol now what's going on in our southern border? There is a real threat. Children are dying. People are dying, and they're smuggling in drugs. And there are human trafficking. There are folks who are in they have. They're signing up for indentured servitude. They can't afford to have the cartel bring them into America. And so they promised them wages down the road. And this is indentured servitude. That's a slavery. We're encouraging flavoring. We're incentivizing it by not putting a stop to this. Why can't we put up the wall on our southern border? Why can't we have 25,000? Armed National Guard at our border to save lives, everything that you hear from the Democrats in Washington D. C. Each is a political sense. They don't care about people. They don't care about our country. You see exactly what they care about the care about themselves. That's why you are seeing the re world defenses. The razor wire, the armed National Guard. At the Capitol because that's who they care about that today, value biting and his administration you see what he values he values himself and his administration there, the White House and that's why the fences went up there. President Trump valued America and the people they're up, and that's why he put it all on the southern border, and now it's the Biden administration that put a halt to it. All of her right now on Twitter at Lauren, Bubba, and also Lauren for freedom dot com. Congresswoman, This is as far as I'm concerned. There is a document called the Bill of Rights. They that is in a numerator off civil rights, including the right to bear arms. It seems, is it Speaker Pelosi wants to ban you from exercising or civil rights? Is there any intention that could it be next? Your freedom of speech? Could it be article for this unreasonable season search and seizure? Is this Should we expect more or less of this attitude from the Democrats? We're already seeing both of those. Dr Gorka. We're already seeing our Fourth Amendment right violated with a metal detectors that have been put up when, when Capitol Hill Police want to search the contents. Of my curse of my handbag. There. There's this is already on infringement on our fourth Amendment, right? You're already seeing his speech. The silence. I'm sure the gag orders. Are coming next. I'm sure Speaker Pelosi can't wait to issue me a gag order. But I'm gonna tell you right now I will never stop fighting for the people of America. I will never Take a back seat to what is going on and the infringement of the rights of the American people. I will always stand for freedom. The bill of Rights contest is a list of items that we the people told the government. You keep your dirty, crooked, corrupt. Hands off of these things. We on Lee elect you to secure these things.
